- 0:00If you're not familiar with the Micah Miller story, I encourage
- 0:03you to go to my website, therobbieharvey.com.
- 0:05There's an entire timeline of this story on my website filled
- 0:09with videos, audio recordings, court documents, pictures,
- 0:15notes, text messages to all there.
- 0:18And I encourage you to do that because if you're not familiar
- 0:21with this story, tonight's show is going to be a little
- 0:23confusing for you because we're talking about almost a 20 year
- 0:28journey really to what has happened this past week in South
- 0:33Carolina. John Paul Miller is accused of
- 0:36cyber stalking his wife and lying to federal authorities.
- 0:40And we expect a lot more to come.
- 0:44But right now, those are the charges He faces up to 7-8 years
- 0:49in prison. But I believe he will spend a
- 0:51lot more time in prison once the other charges come down.
- 0:58Now for those of you, like I said, not familiar.
- 1:01You go to the timeline. But he's accused of cyber
- 1:03stalking his wife, where eventually she dies, according
- 1:07to right now authorities, by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
- 1:12My request to you is that you will continue to come to church
- 1:15and serve and give for the next, you know, little bit, 'cause I
- 1:19don't want to have, I'm taking a little bit of a break and I
- 1:21don't want to have to worry about the church.
- 1:23My break maybe a few days, a few weeks, I don't know.
- 1:26I got a call late last night. My wife has passed away.
- 1:30Yeah, it was. It was self induced and it was
- 1:32up in North Carolina. Robeson County, 911.
- 1:35What's the address of your emergency?
- 1:38I'm about to kill myself. And I.
- 1:45Just want my family to know where to find me.
- 1:48Many say that she was murdered and a lot of the final hours of
- 1:52her life, final hours that her husband, her pastor husband knew
- 1:58about the details of those final hours despite him being in a
- 2:01different city. The final hours of her life.
- 2:05I wanted to retrace it now I've been back to South Carolina many
- 2:09times. Many of you did not know that
- 2:12I've done it secretly without the public knowing where I was.
- 2:18And so this past week, I wanted to retrace her final steps, her
- 2:25final moments. I wanted to take the route she
- 2:28took from Myrtle Beach, SC to Lumber River State Park, where
- 2:32she lost her life. And the first stop we made was
- 2:37that infamous gas station that she stops at where she gets a
- 2:43drink, fills up on gas, and then sits there for a little bit,
- 2:47almost seemingly trying to figure out where she is, trying
- 2:51to figure out who to meet. I don't know.
- 2:53We don't know. And then she uses a porta potty.
- 2:59I'm going to say this as kind as I can.
- 3:03That is one of the most disgusting gas stations I have
- 3:06ever been in in my life. And I recorded a little bit of
- 3:11the scene. I recorded my walking through
- 3:14the gas station. Not only was it disgusting and
- 3:16hasn't been cleaned and God knows how long, but it smelled
- 3:21awful. It was easily top two worst gas
- 3:29stations I've ever been to. The journey from there to Lumber
- 3:34River State Park makes no sense. It is filled with turns and
- 3:40curves and and and and. It's a 40 minute drive from that
- 3:43gas station to Lumber River State Park.
- 3:47So it makes no sense that Michael would take this journey.
- 3:54You know, she sits there say that she googled, authorities
- 3:57say that she googled how to get there.
- 4:00It's it doesn't make sense, but nevertheless, she's there.
- 4:06She parks a car and allegedly walks through trails to find her
- 4:11ultimate spot in order to take her life.
- 4:14I walked her exact tracks if she indeed did walk those aths.
- 4:49There it is. Now there's one key witness to
- 4:53all of this, the fisherman Johnny Jacobs.
- 4:55Jacobs says that he found her stuff on the bank and grabbed
- 5:01her stuff and left after he heard the gunshot and Micah
- 5:04crying. I want you to go back and let's
- 5:07listen to the interview from Johnny Jacobs that he did with
- 5:12Rich McHugh and News Nation, right?
- 5:15About here. That's when I heard the gunshot.
- 5:17The gunshot. Went off from which side?
- 5:20Over here on the left, to the left.
- 5:22That's why. I heard the the.
- 5:24Gunshot. That's when.
- 5:26The crime stopped. That looks totally.
- 5:28Different from when I came. In here anyway.
- 5:30Is it? Is it?
- 5:31Was it? Low water when when you were
- 5:33here. No, it was.
- 5:34Actually less. Water than I was in here now.
- 5:37Now Jacobs says that he entered, as you say, to the left.
- 5:43I'm going to try and explain this the best I can.
- 5:46Standing where Micah died. To get into where she died,
- 5:50there's two entrances, one to the right and one to the left.
- 5:55Now, on this day that she died, the water was obviously much
- 5:59higher. But on the day that I went just
- 6:03a few days ago, there's no water.
- 6:06And we can clearly identify where Johnny Jacobs entered and
- 6:12where Micah lost her life and where her stuff supposedly was.
- 6:17Now, in this photo right here that you see, here I am standing
- 6:22where Micah lost her life, where the bullet casings were found,
- 6:26where the gun was found. And what you're looking at is
- 6:35the entrance that Johnny Jacobs says he came in on.
- 6:41You can see with the water gone, it's extremely difficult for
- 6:46someone to get in there without a boat, with I'm sorry, with a
- 6:51boat because of all the debris, the stumps, the logs.
- 6:57Now a kayaker can, but it's extremely difficult to get to
- 7:02where I'm standing, where her things supposedly were, and
- 7:09where Johnny Jacobs came in at Soap.
- 7:16It still doesn't make sense, but I'm glad I went.
- 7:19I'm glad I found some clarity as to the scene.
- 7:24Still don't understand how her body floated so far away.
- 7:29Just doesn't make sense. But either way, that is the
- 7:34story and unfortunately, Johnny Jacobs is no longer here.
- 7:39Fortunately, he lost his life last year to a car accident late
- 7:47at night, so it is what we have and that scene being there just
- 7:58does not make sense. Either way, Michael losing her
- 8:06life is a direct result of John Paul Miller, whether he drove
- 8:12her to do it or somebody did it themselves.
- 8:15By the way, I want to be clear, I don't think Johnny Jacobs is
- 8:18involved with her death at all, at all, at all.
- 8:23Just the scene doesn't make sense and it's hard to recreate
- 8:27the scene because the water levels change so drastically.
- 8:31So just heartbreaking to be there to finally pay my respect,
- 8:38to finally see where this beautiful young woman lost her
- 8:41life. And then the next day came John
- 8:43Paul Miller's hearing. And as many of you have been
- 8:47following me, I've been covering this case, which will be coming
- 8:51up on two years in April. We're almost there.
- 8:55And y'all know my run insurance with this man.
- 8:57Y'all know the threats to my family.
- 8:58Y'all know the fake phone calls I've received, the attempts to
- 9:05defame my name, the attempts to lie about me, the attempts to
- 9:10ruin my marriage by this man by John Paul Miller and he has gone
- 9:17on national television bringing up my name, accusing me of awful
- 9:22things on national TV. One of those people that I
- 9:27talked to told me that she told her two years ago, if I ever
- 9:31commit suicide, I'm going to go to this place in Lumberton, the
- 9:35State Park or something like that.
- 9:36So I probably wouldn't want to name her because I saw this
- 9:40friend one time here in public for 30 seconds.
- 9:43And of course, Robbie S Harvey, as usual, got somebody to take a
- 9:47picture and destroy the girl's life, brought up her past and
- 9:50horrible things about her. So people are scared to tell the
- 9:52truth or to talk about the good things of Micah because of the
- 9:55social media. So this friend.
- 9:58Says that Micah. Told her if I'm.
- 10:01Going to take my life. I will probably do it in
- 10:03Lumberton River State Park. She told me that after Micah
- 10:05passed away, but she told me that Micah told her that two
- 10:07years ago. Yeah.
- 10:08Did she say why? Why that location?
- 10:10She said because Micah told her it was peaceful and outdoors,
- 10:12and Micah did love the outdoors, loved the outdoors.
- 10:15Vacations were outdoor vacations because that's what she loved.
- 10:18But. Has she ever been there?
- 10:20No, not that I know of. Not ever that I know of.
- 10:24So I made a promise to myself, and for the first time in this
- 10:29whole story, I must admit that a little bit of this court date
- 10:35was about myself. A little bit of Monday was about
- 10:40myself. Because I made a promise that I
- 10:44would be there on day one to look him in the eye and to
- 10:51remind him that I wasn't giving up.
- 10:56And that was his moment to say all those things to my face.
- 11:04And like the coward he is, he ran.
- 11:21He had a chance to do everything, to say everything,
- 11:28to accuse me of the things right there to my face.
- 11:34And he ran because that's the type of man he is.
- 11:40That's the type of narcissistic abuser he is.
- 11:47And then after the court case, he snuck out of the back so he
- 11:51didn't have to face the people standing up for his wife.
- 11:58But we did get the opportunity to talk to his attorneys.
- 12:03Yeah. We'll.
- 12:04We'll have court hearings where everything's going to come out.
- 12:07We look. Forward to that is it an excuse
- 12:08me is it is it unusual that how do your families.
- 12:10Feel you represent the murder. Is it unusual that he's waived
- 12:14his right to a speedy trial? How?
- 12:15Do your. Family feel.
- 12:16I don't think it's unusual to wave, do you?
- 12:18Have daughters, Speedy. Trial at this point in time how
- 12:20do you feel about them Yeah, we're we're.
- 12:22Do you want this man out on the street?
- 12:25Is your. Daughters out there.
- 12:26We'll we'll answer all the questions in a courtroom.
- 12:28That's where we're going to put everything out there.
- 12:30And so we look forward to. That are you?
- 12:31I still have freedom of speech, right?
- 12:33Are you aware of the minors he's accused of raping?
- 12:36Yeah. Again, I mean the best we're
- 12:38going to say today is that we look forward to doing answering
- 12:41all those questions. I understand, I understand, but
- 12:44but are you aware of the minors? Are you aware of the minors
- 12:47involved in this? So again, I think.
- 12:49It's useful to to focus on what happened in court today.
- 12:51He's played. Not guilty.
- 12:52And again, we look forward to defending him vigorously as this
- 12:56case unfolds in. The future.
- 12:57Do you know when you guys will be back in court?
- 12:59No, we don't vigorously. Wow.
- 13:00Are you planning there? Is the phase?
- 13:06Are you playing it? Are you expecting more charges
- 13:08to come? Yeah, again, that's the best
- 13:10best we can give you is what we've.
- 13:12Said is there is there anything? That you can.
- 13:13The family The shop is over in three weeks.
- 13:16In two weeks. Does it take to represent a
- 13:20murder? How much money does it take?
- 13:23Thank you. Now, I want to address one thing
- 13:40before we go deeper into what the attorneys had to say, which
- 13:44essentially was nothing. Many of you in my comments
- 13:48section complained about the woman screaming in the
- 13:51background. I'm not going to reveal who that
- 13:53woman is, but let me tell you this.
- 13:57That woman deserve to let it all out.
- 14:01That woman deserved to let it go.
- 14:07Because let me tell y'all, I've told you that there are many
- 14:11witnesses behind the scenes that are speaking, that are meeting
- 14:15with the FBI, that are doing their part in this story.
- 14:19But they're doing exactly what I just told you behind the scenes.
- 14:24Many of you are familiar with the witnesses that you've
- 14:26already seen, like Charlotte and Angela and others in this case
- 14:30who have been willing to go on TV, that have been willing to
- 14:33speak with me on camera. But there are far more behind
- 14:38the scenes that will do anything and everything to expose this
- 14:45man and that woman. Yelling is one of them.
- 14:51And it was the first time in almost two years she spoke out
- 14:56publicly. And what was great about this
- 15:01court case this day was there were a ton of witnesses showing
- 15:09their faces for the first time. It was a ton of people doing
- 15:18their part, showing their faces for the first time.
- 15:25And there's still a ton more behind the scenes that you won't
- 15:28hear from until after it's all over.
- 15:30There's still a ton more behind the scenes doing their part that
- 15:34you won't hear from until after it's all over.
- 15:39And I keep telling you that more is coming as we heard from the
- 15:43US Attorney, that more is coming, that this is an ongoing
- 15:48investigation. Because here's the key.
- 15:51The charges that he has now, cyber stalking and lying to the
- 15:54feds require no witnesses. And he's obviously waived his
- 15:59right to a speedy trial. When could he be back in court?
- 16:03Do we know? He could ask for a trial as
- 16:06early as March. Should he request that, it's
- 16:09absolutely his right to do so and the government would be
- 16:11prepared to to try that case. How long would a trial like this
- 16:16take? You know, it's, it's hard to
- 16:18estimate, but knowing everything that we know, that could be a
- 16:21week, maybe 2. Is that Pretty Little further
- 16:23investigation too when it might come up?
- 16:26We're talking about the facts as presented today in in the in the
- 16:30indictments. With the the investigation, how
- 16:33long this took, I mean I believe it was more than 12 months.
- 16:36I mean it was this is this pretty typical a time for it,
- 16:40for the investigation? I'll say that FBI, as well as
- 16:44our local partners that helped us on this case were incredibly
- 16:47thorough, thorough, detail oriented.
- 16:49They left no stone unturned. And when they were ready and we
- 16:53were ready, we brought the charges as soon as we could.
- 16:55Did you say how many witnesses or victims you guys?
- 17:01Is there a specific reason why this got picked up on the
- 17:04federal level? Yeah, we have no comment on
- 17:08that. We just work with our law
- 17:09enforcement partners and. Was this their?
- 17:13That's all right. The investigation is ongoing as
- 17:16we've stated. Was this a request by local
- 17:19authorities to get you guys involved or?
- 17:22We're just going to stick with there was investigation, the
- 17:25facts took us where they were and that's why we're in court
- 17:28today. Finally, if you have anything to
- 17:30say to the victim's family. We're in constant contact with
- 17:35the victim's family, we're trying to respect them as
- 17:38they're going through this because while Micah's gone,
- 17:41she's certainly not forgotten and we want to stand by them
- 17:44through this whole process and I think we'd be happy with today's
- 17:47result. And our victim advocate is
- 17:49working very hard on this case. Our team is with the family.
- 17:53They eventually be involved in it.
- 17:59They they certainly have the right to be there.
- 18:01I'm not going to comment on whether or not they'd be
- 18:03subpoenaed and we force them to go, but they are fully
- 18:05supportive the investigation. They just don't want to be here
- 18:09today. Understood.
- 18:10Last thing for you, Sir, that you're the top guy.
- 18:13You know, you don't show up to everything.
- 18:14Is there a reason why you showed up to this today?
- 18:16I was here to support my team. I was very impressed with what
- 18:20was presented in court today. As as always, am with Elle and
- 18:23other lawyers in our office across the.
- 18:25District, the charges he has now can be proven through emails and
- 18:30text messages and phone calls. It doesn't require witnesses.
- 18:34And I can tell you now that the people the FBI have met with,
- 18:39some of them don't even know Micah.
- 18:43The people that the FBI have met with have nothing to do with
- 18:47Micah and it has everything to do with the finances of this
- 18:51whole thing. Has everything to do with Solid
- 18:57Rock Church. Has everything to do with the
- 18:59loads of cash coming in from that bar.
- 19:08I can confirm now, since they brought it up in court, that
- 19:13John Paul Miller has a large safe filled with cash, silver
- 19:20coins, silver bars and collectibles.
- 19:25Micah told us that and others told us that, that large sums of
- 19:34cash, we're coming in every couple of weeks from Crocodile
- 19:38Rocks. And I can tell you, at least on
- 19:41John Paul's part, none of that was reported to the IRS.
- 19:47None. So there is more coming.
- 19:53Couple other things that I learned this week that isn't
- 19:59surprising to any of you, but it's important.
- 20:05Micah had plans the night she died.
- 20:12Micah had plans with multiple people.
- 20:17On Saturday night, Micah had plans with multiple people on
- 20:20Sunday, Micah had plans with multiple people on Monday, and I
- 20:25have already confirmed that Micah had a ice bath appointment
- 20:29at a local day spa. Micah had plans to live her life
- 20:40and we had already heard from Micah's family that she told
- 20:47them that if she ended up with a bullet in her head, John Paul
- 20:51Miller did it. We now know that as soon as two
- 20:58days prior to Micah's, Beth Micah's death, excuse me there,
- 21:04that she told multiple people that he is going to kill me
- 21:13again. John Paul Miller is not charged
- 21:15with the death of Micah Miller, but he will be held accountable
- 21:19for her death. I don't believe John Paul Miller
- 21:24pulled the trigger himself. He was in a different city.
- 21:27But he is 100% responsible for Micah's death and he will pay.
- 21:38And there is more to come.
