Get ready to celebrate Dominican pride at the 44th Annual National Dominican Day Parade in Midtown Manhattan on Sunday, August 9th — live from noon to 3 PM along Sixth Avenue. This year’s theme, “Identidad y Cultura,” honors Dominican identity and heritage, with Dr. Ramón Tallaj, founder of SOMOS Community Care, as grand marshal. Beyond the festivities, the parade supports a powerful scholarship initiative that’s awarded over $1 million to more than 200 students across 20 states since 2015.
