- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Having access to what's next for you or having clarity around what direction to go is a natural thing.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: That's a natural thing for you as a human to be tuned into your channel and your intuition and guidance and be moving from that place in order to create content that is a really potent and powerful reflection of your genius.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: It's so important to be aware of these deeper layers of trauma and how they show up so that you can shift it.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: My name is Elise Bassine, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 0:45SPEAKER_00: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: Now let's dive in.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:35SPEAKER_01: So this week I'm gonna be sharing some really interesting ways that I have been reflecting on and seeing with my clients and studying around the ways that trauma shows up in business.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: And even if you don't have a business, this will be very helpful for you to listen to because the business is just an extension of our lives, our relationship to ourselves.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: So, you know, even if you don't have a business, this information will be incredibly helpful for you.
- 2:07SPEAKER_01: But there are some particular things that I have been noticing, especially as I just continue to go deeper and deeper with my clients around clearing trauma, growing businesses, and just noticing these sneaky ways that trauma can show up.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna be explaining all of that today.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: And then I'm also gonna be starting out with just defining trauma in the way that I define it.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: And I think that this is really important because when I say the word trauma, I think a lot of people can automatically think it means some big horrible thing and think that it's not relevant to them.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: And that's not the case at all.
- 2:47SPEAKER_01: Like when I say trauma, I am talking about experiences that we've all had.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: So the way that I define trauma is any experience or experience over time that was overwhelming to your senses, overwhelming to you emotionally that you couldn't fully process.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: And that left you compartmentalizing a part of yourself and deciding that a part of yourself was wrong, bad, not good enough, not enough, not worthy, shameful.
- 3:22SPEAKER_01: And it causes this split within you and it causes you to compartmentalize pieces of yourself so that you separate pieces of yourself off from the whole and then assume that there's something wrong with you.
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: And then that will be reflected back to you in your relationships and also the lens through which you look at the world.
- 3:47SPEAKER_01: So before I go into that, I didn't mean to dive in so quickly, but trauma is just like one of the things that I can never stop talking about or thinking about.
- 3:58SPEAKER_01: Um so here we are.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: And I just wanted to share a couple of things that are coming up.
- 4:03SPEAKER_01: So I have my free training show up on social that is happening tomorrow, Friday, 524.
- 4:13SPEAKER_01: And I am so excited about this, you guys.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: I have never led a training that is this in-depth and this detailed before.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: A free training, I mean.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: The amount of information and things that you'll take away from this is like as if I was teaching a month-long program and I'm condensing it all into one hour.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: Hopefully, it'll be one hour.
- 4:37SPEAKER_01: It might be a little bit longer, and it's totally free.
- 4:40SPEAKER_01: So, this is for you if you are a business owner or you're thinking of becoming one, and the idea of showing up on social media is not something that you enjoy.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: So, if you struggle with consistently showing up and marketing yourself online, or you struggle with the whole thing of like, what are people gonna think of me if I show up online and share who I really am and share my gifts and the fear of people judging you and just feeling like you don't want to be showing up on social media all the time.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: This is for you because I'm gonna show you a really easy way for you to shift your energy so that you start feeling confident on social media, you start having fun with it, and it starts to be a natural way that you express your genius and your gifts with the world.
- 5:33SPEAKER_01: And one of the things that I've seen with pretty much every woman that I've worked with is this push-pull energy with posting on social media and showing up consistently online.
- 5:45SPEAKER_01: And what I've realized is that at the very core of this block, this fear, this challenge, whatever you want to call it, is actually a past life trauma.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: And most women who are spiritual, who are wanting to share their gifts with the world and make an impact, have a past life wound of being killed or ostracized for sharing your spiritual and psychic gifts.
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: And we all have this imprint.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: It is imprinted in the psyche of most women.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: In fact, I haven't met a woman who doesn't have this.
- 6:23SPEAKER_01: And that is actually where this fear of social media comes from.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: And what happens is you think that you just don't like social media or you just don't feel comfortable with it.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: But what is actually happening is that because of this past life trauma, you feel inherently unsafe sharing your gifts and your genius and your abilities online.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: And this is something that a lot of people don't realize is actually the thing stopping them from showing up on social media.
- 6:55SPEAKER_01: They think it's just like, oh, well, I just don't like social media.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: And that's actually not it at all because social media just gets to be a means through which you share your gifts with the world and a means through which you market yourself and get paid well just for being you.
- 7:12SPEAKER_01: It's not social media.
- 7:14SPEAKER_01: It's actually this much deeper past life trauma that we're all being called to clear right now.
- 7:19SPEAKER_01: And on in Show Up on Social on Friday, I'm gonna show you a very simple way that you can clear this energy so that showing up on social media feels easy and natural and you'll actually enjoy sharing your gifts, sharing your business, sharing your offers in creative, fun ways on social media.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: So make sure you sign up.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: We're gonna put the link in the show notes so you can sign up.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: And then also, if you do come to the call live and you stay until the end, there's gonna be a very special bonus only for those people who stay until the very end.
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: And then there will be also special bonuses for everyone who signs up.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: So please make sure you sign up.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: Um, we're capping it at 50 people, and we are getting close to that.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: So make sure that you sign up as soon as possible because space is limited.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: Okay, so there's that.
- 8:17SPEAKER_01: And then also I have three spaces left for the high frequency channel mastermind as of now.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: That might change actually by the time this episode comes out, because I'm talking to a few women about it.
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: That is a very potent opportunity to work with me in close proximity.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: So if you have been thinking about or wanting to do private with me, but it's just not an investment that you are ready to make, the mastermind is for you.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: You receive two private calls with me, plus three months of group calls, plus a telegram chat where I'll be coaching daily in the telegram chat.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: So it's a very high-touch experience where I'm going to be helping you clear whatever is standing in the way from you growing your business, from you downloading offers that are a unique expression of your genius and from just having the clarity and the ability to move forward with your business without trauma getting in the way.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna explain a lot in this episode how the trauma gets in the way, because I think a lot of people don't even see that or understand that.
- 9:27SPEAKER_01: And most women I work with, you know, they think the problem is, you know, that they need to come up with a new strategy or they need to come up with a new offer.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: And really it's about clearing the trauma.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: And then things become really clear as to what they're meant to do next.
- 9:44SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna be sharing about that in the episode.
- 9:46SPEAKER_01: So if you are interested in grabbing one of those last spaces in the mastermind, please reach out to me.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: Where I'm gonna be leading you through breath work as well in the mastermind.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: That's a huge component of it for you to tap into your channel and clear anything that is getting in the way of you accessing your channel and growing your business in the way that you desire.
- 10:08SPEAKER_01: And, you know, especially if you are somebody that has started your business, but it's been really hard for you to get out of the starting gates fully.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: This is definitely for you.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: So reach out to me.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: I'm happy to chat with you about it either on email or on Instagram.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: So now I'm going to go into the trauma piece.
- 10:28SPEAKER_01: So I define trauma, right?
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: So I'm not talking about yes, there are these big traumatic events that people experience, like car accidents or losing a loved one or natural disasters.
- 10:41SPEAKER_01: And those are obviously very traumatic.
- 10:44SPEAKER_01: But what I'm mostly talking about here is relational trauma that we sustained in childhood.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: So what I'm talking about is based on your relationships with your parents and you know, your immediate environment growing up, especially at the younger ages from zero to seven, you made decisions about yourself and also about what type of place the world is, based on the way that your parents interacted with you and also the way that you watch them interact with themselves and the world.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: And then based on what they were or were not able to give you that you needed, you most likely internalize deep core wounds or core beliefs around not being good enough, not being worthy, there's being something wrong with you, all of that.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: And these things will show up at different points in business, and they can even show up before you even start a business and stop you before you even start.
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: And I've seen this with so many women where they think that they want to start a business or they could see themselves doing it, or they don't even know if they can do it, but they know that, like, for example, you're in a job or you're doing something and you know that you need to make a change, you know that something is pulling you to move in a different direction.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: But whatever that direction is feels confusing.
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: And that is one of the things I see with a lot of women.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: It's either you know you want to start a business, but you don't know what exactly you would do, so you don't move forward, or you know you need to do something different, you just don't know what it is, and you don't know what direction to go in.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: And this feeling of confusion where you feel like, oh, I don't know what it is, I don't know what I would do, is actually the result of trauma.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: Because when different levels of trauma are cleared, having access to what's next for you or having clarity around what direction to go is a natural thing.
- 12:57SPEAKER_01: That's a natural thing for you as a human to be tuned into your channel and your intuition and guidance and be moving from that place.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: If you feel confused and you're kind of at this place where you're like, okay, well, I don't know.
- 13:12SPEAKER_01: So I just have to wait until the clarity drops in or wait until I figure it out.
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: And that is actually not how it works.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: Because usually if we're waiting for something, it's not necessarily going to happen.
- 13:29SPEAKER_01: And I've seen this so many times where I've seen so many women be like, okay, I'm gonna just wait until I know what I want to do and then I'm gonna start working with you, or I'm gonna wait until I have the money, or whatever it is, it's usually just a way that you continue to keep yourself stuck.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: Because what actually creates the clarity is when the trauma is cleared.
- 13:53SPEAKER_01: So usually trauma will create some kind of cloud over your vision.
- 14:00SPEAKER_01: So the way that I described trauma just now in the beginning of the podcast, when I talked about how it causes you to compartmentalize a part of yourself, what happens is when there is a part of yourself or an unhealed wound that you're not allowing yourself to look at, it literally creates a blind spot.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: So if you can imagine, like with a car, it's literally a place where you don't have visibility.
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: You literally can't see.
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: It clouds or obstructs your vision.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: And that's what trauma does.
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: Because there's a piece of you that you have not yet acknowledged or reconciled, and it's kind of waiting there in the shadows in the darkness, it will get your attention by clouding your vision, or it will get your attention by being mirrored back to you in your relationships.
- 14:59SPEAKER_01: That's a whole other topic.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: But I just want to talk for the purposes of this, how trauma creates confusion, because it literally clouds your ability to see.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: So if you can imagine there being a blind spot on a car, it does the same thing for you when you are looking at, well, like how do I want to move forward?
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of this weird thing where you feel the urge to move forward, but then the direction feels cloudy to you.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: And that's usually the place that I see a lot of women who come into the metamorphosis, for example, they are usually in that place where it's like, I know I need to move forward and I don't know what it is and I don't know what to do, or I know I want to start a business, but I don't know what to do.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: And once we clear a lot of the basic birth story and then father and mother relational trauma, usually that person will know exactly what to do because it's not that you don't know, it's just that these things within yourself, these pieces of yourself that you haven't acknowledged or reconciled, are standing between you and being able to see what's next for you.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: And in a really cool way, it's actually simply an invitation for you to acknowledge these pieces of yourself, acknowledge the wounding, acknowledge how you actually felt as a child rather than how you think you felt.
- 16:35SPEAKER_01: And, you know, really looking at like what was your actual experience versus what your adult logical intellectual mind is telling you what your experience was, because those are usually two very different things.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: And once you acknowledge that and you move through that, usually the clarity comes in, and it's not even like it comes in, it's just there because you've removed the thing that was blocking the vision and now you can see.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: And that's what I see happen for so many women who have especially gone through the metamorphosis, but you know, just who I've worked with in various capacities, is that once we reconcile that, they can see very clearly, like, oh, it's obvious to me what I'm meant to do, or it's obvious to me how I meant to move forward here, or it's obvious to me what I would do with clients when I start a business, or it's obvious to me now that I want to start a business doing A, B, and C, right?
- 17:38SPEAKER_01: That is usually what happens.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: And it's just important to understand the way that trauma affects the mind and the way that it just clouds the vision.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: So that's the first piece.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: And then the second piece that I find to be very prominent, and this is something that I have walked through multiple layers of, is because of our unhealed trauma, because of the way that a lot of these core beliefs can continue to lie underneath the surface and sneak up every time you grow, it can make it so that you take business personally.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: And this is something that like it's really easy to say, don't do that.
- 18:27SPEAKER_01: But then putting it into practice is a lot harder.
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: And especially when you are a spiritual entrepreneur and you run a business that is based on your gifts, because that's a much more vulnerable thing when you are literally sharing your gifts with the world, you're sharing the truth of who you are with the world.
- 18:48SPEAKER_01: Like that is a very vulnerable thing.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: And it can be hard not to take it personal in a lot of ways, right?
- 18:55SPEAKER_01: Because it's you.
- 18:56SPEAKER_01: You are the product, you are the business, you are the brand.
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: So, in some ways, it's hard to differentiate yourself from the business, but it's very important to do because what I learned over the years is that most of the time in business, if something is not working, it's just simply about me getting better at that thing and also evolving my business.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: Because, you know, now that I've had my business for four years, I realize that what gets you to a certain point is not gonna be the thing that gets you to the next point, right?
- 19:36SPEAKER_01: So you continuously have to be looking for the ways to evolve what it is that you do, refine what it is that you do, and then continue to create systems and structures and strategies that are gonna support the next evolution of your business.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: You can't really be like, okay, I found something that works, and now I'm just gonna do this forever and still get the same result.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: That's not how it works.
- 20:01SPEAKER_01: A lot of times, what happens with business, it's literally just about learning something new, implementing a new strategy, getting better at certain things like sales or marketing or content or you know, knowing who to hire to help you with certain things.
- 20:19SPEAKER_01: Like a lot of times it's simple solutions, but because of trauma, we can end up thinking that it's just us.
- 20:30SPEAKER_01: And I've had this happen to me so many times, especially in the beginning.
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: I think over the last year I've gotten so much better at being able to see the difference between myself and the business.
- 20:42SPEAKER_01: And when things didn't go the way I wanted, not making it about, oh, there's something wrong with me.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: But I have been at that place and I've seen so many women at that place, especially in the beginning, where you put yourself out there, you put your first offer out there, or you put your first, you know, offer for one-on-one or private or whatever it is, like your first thing that you're putting out there, and you're really excited about it, and then you put it out there, and it just doesn't get the sales that you want, it doesn't get the engagement you want, and it's not really landing in the way that you wanted.
- 21:18SPEAKER_01: And it's like, well, what is the problem?
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: And then you're like spinning out trying to figure out what it is, what you did wrong, and then ultimately feeling like there's something wrong with you.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: And it's like, well, why does this work for other people and it doesn't work for me?
- 21:33SPEAKER_01: There must be something wrong with me.
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: I must be not good enough, right?
- 21:37SPEAKER_01: And that is where trauma gets conflated with business.
- 21:41SPEAKER_01: And I see this point for women all the time where it becomes personal and you begin to think there must be something wrong with me because this isn't working in the way that I want it to.
- 21:55SPEAKER_01: But if you're able to learn how to navigate Your core wounds, if you learn how to navigate your triggers and understand what your deeper patterns are, then it's a lot easier to separate that from just having a business solution for a business problem.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: But that can feel really challenging when so much of this stuff is coming up around, and it doesn't even have to be around I'm not good enough.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: The other one that I feel like is very prominent for a lot of women that I work with is the abandonment wound or the fear of rejection, right?
- 22:37SPEAKER_01: And the fear of rejection can show up so much in business because so much of what ends up happening in business is quote unquote rejection.
- 22:48SPEAKER_01: And that's okay.
- 23:02SPEAKER_01: But if you are constantly moving from the fear of rejection or trying to prevent that from happening, it's going to have an impact on your business, whether it's in the way that you're showing up, whereas like you're not fully showing up as yourself because you're afraid of being rejected, or you're not fully sharing consistently what it is that you do, or marketing yourself consistently because you're afraid of being rejected, or you know, not reaching out to certain people that might be great clients or connections for you because of the fear of being rejected.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: And I've seen this show up for so many women.
- 23:39SPEAKER_01: You know, I've seen this show up a lot too, where it can be like, well, I feel burdened by having to show up so much.
- 23:47SPEAKER_01: And like actually that to me is like a mask for the fear of abandonment.
- 23:52SPEAKER_01: Cause it's like, well, what if I do fully show up and no one shows up for me?
- 23:58SPEAKER_01: No one is there to buy my offer or care about me.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: Then it's like this fear of abandonment, fear of rejection that comes in.
- 24:06SPEAKER_01: So all these things are like these little sneaky things that end up clouding your ability to show up consistently and your ability to show up in your fullest expression.
- 24:17SPEAKER_01: And a lot of times what can happen too is if you have the fear that you're not enough, then you can overgive or you can overshare or you can overexplain.
- 24:28SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna get into that in a minute when I talk about how trauma shows up in content.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: But it's really important to understand what are some of these lenses, these really foundational lenses that you look at the world through, because they will get conflated with your business.
- 24:50SPEAKER_01: And it's so important to have the skill set to be able to separate that out from the business.
- 24:57SPEAKER_01: So you can run the business without all of this other stuff getting in the way and making it feel confusing or making you feel like there's something wrong with you if something didn't go the way that you hoped or the way that you planned.
- 25:11SPEAKER_01: And that is a very important skill set to have to run a successful business and sustain it.
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: Because I'm telling you right now, to constantly be feeling like there's something wrong with you or you're not good enough because things didn't go the way you wanted with an offer or, you know, with a client or whatever it is, that is not sustainable.
- 25:35SPEAKER_01: It is going to blow out your nervous system and it's gonna keep you on this hamster wheel of sourcing your value from your clients or your audience.
- 25:46SPEAKER_01: And that's an emotional roller coaster that nobody can maintain.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: So having the skill set to be able to separate your core wounds or your core limiting beliefs from the business is huge.
- 26:00SPEAKER_01: And this is not easy work, you guys.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: Like me just saying it is not something that you can always see.
- 26:06SPEAKER_01: And this is what obviously I help people really be able to disentangle from, dissect, see for themselves, and ultimately navigate.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: And it's because A, I've done it myself and B, I've created the tools to help you do it successfully.
- 26:22SPEAKER_01: So the last thing I want to illustrate, and this is something that I find super interesting, is the way that trauma can show up in your sales content and in your marketing content.
- 26:33SPEAKER_01: And I started noticing this a while back when I was working with a client and I was helping her with her content.
- 26:42SPEAKER_01: And it was interesting because, you know, like what she was saying, just the words were pretty good and it was pretty interesting.
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: And I was like, oh wow, this is such a great offer.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: But then when I was like feeling into the energy behind it, I was like, oh wow, it really feels like there's a part of her that is apologizing for even putting this out here.
- 27:08SPEAKER_01: That was the energy behind it.
- 27:09SPEAKER_01: And like the way that she would start with what she was saying in her content, even though she wasn't outright apologizing, it had like this energy of being apologetic.
- 27:20SPEAKER_01: And I was like, wow, this is really interesting.
- 27:23SPEAKER_01: And as I started to like dig underneath of the surface of it with her, I was like, wow, you're writing your content like from this place of feeling like you actually don't deserve to be here.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Or it's like this fear of being a burden and being like ashamed for taking up space or feeling like you're not allowed to take up space.
- 27:44SPEAKER_01: So your content starts out with like this apologetic tone of like having to justify why you're here, like why you're talking.
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: And I found it to be so interesting because these are the types of like little things that can actually block people from not only coming in, but also just being able to feel your unique essence and your unique frequency because it's kind of shrouded by this apologetic tone that is ultimately communicating that you don't believe that you are deserving of taking up space or you're almost making yourself smaller inside the energy of your words, which was really interesting to me.
- 28:28SPEAKER_01: And then I started to notice different ways that these little traumas or core wounds or core beliefs about ourselves will show up inside of content.
- 28:40SPEAKER_01: And there was a few other ways that I noticed with a lot of stuff I see online, and then also just with my own clients and myself as well.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: There's another thing, one of the things I work on with myself and my clients so much is being super specific with what the results are of your offer or where you're going, how you're getting there, who it's for, all of these things.
- 29:02SPEAKER_01: And I noticed this with myself first because I remember in the beginning of my business, you know, not as much anymore.
- 29:10SPEAKER_01: I really had this fear of being super specific with who I was speaking to because I didn't want to leave anyone out.
- 29:18SPEAKER_01: And it's kind of like this people-pleasing thing where it's like you feel overly responsible for how people are going to react or respond to your words.
- 29:30SPEAKER_01: So then within your content, you are more general or afraid to be hyper-specific because you don't want to leave anyone out and you don't want anybody to feel uncomfortable with what you're saying.
- 29:46SPEAKER_01: And it's this like hyper-vigilant, people-pleasing trauma response from childhood that you feel responsible for the feelings of everyone around you.
- 29:56SPEAKER_01: And that can actually show up in your content.
- 29:58SPEAKER_01: And I noticed this for myself, where I was like, oh my gosh, why is it hard for me to speak?
- 30:04SPEAKER_01: You know, for example, if I have an offer that's for a specific type of person, why did it feel challenging for me to speak to only that person, even though I know it's for that person?
- 30:15SPEAKER_01: And that's why is because I was like feeling responsible for the way that everyone else was gonna feel about what I was saying.
- 30:23SPEAKER_01: And that actually leads to no one knowing who you're talking to because you're not being specific enough and talking to one person.
- 30:31SPEAKER_01: And then the other thing I noticed too is even when you are super specific, if there's somebody that doesn't fit that person that you're talking to, but they're still interested, they'll still ask you and they'll still reach out.
- 30:43SPEAKER_01: So I think the fear of being specific is really related to like this hyper-vigilant people-pleasing response because you, as a business owner and as a practitioner, like you know who you're specifically talking to, you know who you want to work with ideally and who your work really helps.
- 31:01SPEAKER_01: And the only thing that would stop you from being really specific around that is that feeling responsible for how people respond to you, feeling responsible for the feelings of people around you, which is essentially codependency.
- 31:17SPEAKER_01: So that's a really interesting one.
- 31:19SPEAKER_01: And then the last one that I find is very common too is the over-explaining.
- 31:25SPEAKER_01: So this I see very clearly comes from a deep underlying belief of not being enough.
- 31:31SPEAKER_01: And when you feel like you're not enough at a very deep level, you will overcompensate for that by feeling like you need to overexplain, make sure people understand, make sure what you're saying is enough and that you said enough so that people think that it's enough.
- 31:50SPEAKER_01: And what I've noticed though, and I notice for myself when I'm reading content, is less is more.
- 31:57SPEAKER_01: Like just get to the point, be clear, say what you mean, because there's so much information out there, and most people are overwhelmed by information.
- 32:06SPEAKER_01: No one wants too much information.
- 32:09SPEAKER_01: So that can be a little trap that we can get caught in as well.
- 32:13SPEAKER_01: And I've seen clients do it, and I've just seen other people do it.
- 32:17SPEAKER_01: And you know, I can kind of feel the energy behind a lot of content where I can feel the different unconscious beliefs or unconscious trauma responses inside of that.
- 32:28SPEAKER_01: So that's another reason why, in order to create content that is a really potent and powerful reflection of your genius, it's so important to be aware of these deeper layers of trauma and how they show up so that you can shift it and not be creating from that place, not be making decisions from that place, not be taking actions from that place.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: So these are like some of the core ways that trauma can show up in business.
- 32:59SPEAKER_01: There's so many more, right?
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: And I've seen so many different things over time with so many different people.
- 33:05SPEAKER_01: But these are just some places that I've seen be really prominent with my clients over time that can really slow you down in your tracks and make you feel like I'm doing all the things, but what is the problem here?
- 33:22SPEAKER_01: And usually it's one of these deeper core wounds that I see with pretty much everyone.
- 33:28SPEAKER_01: And then, especially with the confusion piece, I really want to get across that it is not that you don't know because you know, you know exactly what you're meant to do next.
- 33:40SPEAKER_01: You know exactly what you're being drawn to.
- 33:43SPEAKER_01: It's just a matter of allowing yourself to access it.
- 33:47SPEAKER_01: And there's probably a part of you that's even aware of it right now.
- 33:51SPEAKER_01: But it's like the idea of allowing yourself to claim it and own it and admit it to yourself is scary, you know, because of what you might have decided will happen when you do that.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: Sometimes it can be easier to be in confusion.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: But if you truly feel like you don't know, it means that there's some trauma to be cleared.
- 34:15SPEAKER_01: And, you know, there are really easy various ways to do that within my world.
- 34:22SPEAKER_01: One of them would be uh past lives and money, which is coming up in June, which is definitely an easy lower ticket offering.
- 34:30SPEAKER_01: And then obviously the metamorphosis, which is coming up in the summer, is my foundational course to teach you how to clear familial and ancestral trauma.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: And everyone who goes through that leaves with clarity, like everybody.
- 34:43SPEAKER_01: And then, like I said, if you're looking for more high touch, close proximity with me to really move the needle quickly, the high frequency channel mastermind is a great place to do it.
- 34:54SPEAKER_01: And if you have confusion on any area, whether it's how to move forward, what to do in your business, how to move forward with a business, this is for you because you will leave with clarity and certainty and also the confidence to move forward.
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: Um, because like I said, it really is just a matter of shifting the trauma, shifting those little ways that you are looking at yourself and the world that you're not aware of that are limiting you, or on an unconscious level, creating this idea that you're not good enough or there's something wrong with you.
- 35:32SPEAKER_01: Those are the biggest ones that I see.
- 35:34SPEAKER_01: So I would love to hear how this lands for you.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: I am such a nerd and I'm constantly studying trauma and studying different ways that it shows up and how it impacts the brain and how we heal from it so I can continue to help you shift it and heal it more and more quickly because that's all I want.
- 35:55SPEAKER_01: So if you have questions about this content and you want to bring it to me or chat with me about it, please feel free to DM me or email me.
- 36:06SPEAKER_01: I would love to hear your thoughts, your feedback, and just have conversations with the women in my world.
- 36:14SPEAKER_01: That's something that has been very important to me lately.
- 36:17SPEAKER_01: So would love to hear from you.
- 36:19SPEAKER_01: Also, don't forget to rate and review the show.
- 36:22SPEAKER_01: It really, really helps with getting my show out there.
- 36:26SPEAKER_01: And I just love seeing your reviews come in.
- 36:29SPEAKER_01: And then also you get a$250 credit to apply to anything in my world, and you could apply that to past lives and money, which would make it really easy to come into past lives and money.
- 36:41SPEAKER_01: Um, I think it's five five five to come into past lives and money.
- 36:45SPEAKER_01: Plus, you're gonna get a discount if you come to show up on social, just so you're aware.
- 36:49SPEAKER_01: So it's even less.
- 36:51SPEAKER_01: And then you can get the credit and apply that too.
- 36:53SPEAKER_01: So it's like a no-brainer.
- 36:55SPEAKER_01: I'm in past lives and money.
- 36:56SPEAKER_01: You're gonna hear a lot more about that when I do the training and afterwards, but that is where I teach you how to shift the most common past life imprints that show up for women in business.
- 37:07SPEAKER_01: And even if you don't have a business, this will change your life because there are just these core things that we don't realize we're operating from that are these past life archetypal energies that create imprints in your field that make you feel inherently unsafe to show up and share your gifts and you know, operate from not enoughness, fear, and then also the fear of fully expressing yourself because of how other people will feel.
- 37:36SPEAKER_01: So it's all related, but those are some great places to start if you know you want to start with this work and you're not sure based on your unique experience and situation, where would be the best place for you?
- 37:51SPEAKER_01: Just reach out to me and we can chat about it.
- 37:53SPEAKER_01: Okay, I will leave it there.
