Camp Connects Kids with Community Heroes | Fort Wayne News
Every other year since 2012, a camp has been bringing young people face-to-face with the real humans behind the uniforms—firefighters, conservation officers, and more. Beyond stereotypes, campers get hands-on training with fire extinguishers, gun safety, and even get up close with rescued birds, all while building trust and understanding with the folks who serve their communities.
