- Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is Tuesday, March 17th, and today's calendar challenge is ask for help when you need it. It's okay for us to admit that we need help. Needing help just reminds us of our humanity. And it's so important that we take the opportunities that we can when we need it, especially to rely on those in our village, in our communities. in our office spaces, in our homes for help when we need it. It deepens our connection. It releases unnecessary pressure. It reminds us that we're supported. And above all else, it builds trust. It allows us to rely on people and to begin to trust them and allow them to trust us in return. Trust is a two-way street. And when we use trust as an opportunity, to reach our joy and to generate joy in our lives and in the lives of others, we have more. We have more joy to spread. We have more joy to share. So today, ask for help when you need it. It can be something small, helping you with your groceries, helping you to prepare dinner, helping you with a project, or something big, like asking someone if they can lend an ear or a shoulder or a hand. But either way, Ask, ask and you shall receive, ask and it shall be given. If we invite in others help, we invite in others support and that support can help us to generate more joy in our lives. Just knowing and trusting that we are not alone and that we are all here together for a reason to lean on one another and to lift one another up. Remember, Just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
