Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Can I tell you the biggest mistake that I made with AI?
- 0:03SPEAKER_00: I thought its whole job was to help me write better, better emails, better social posts, better podcast outlines.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: And it did help with all of that.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: But that's not what changed my business.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: The real breakthrough happened by accident.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: Don't you love that?
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: After a coaching call, when AI pointed out something that my own client had been trying to tell me, and I'd completely missed it, I was like, hmm, because look, I was on the call.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: I took the notes.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: I coached her and I still missed it.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: Today I'm going to show you the exact four-step process I now use to turn one conversation into weeks of content, better coaching, and smarter business decisions without creating more work or spending one more minute chasing cold traffic.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: Ready to grow your online business without losing your mind?
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: You're in the right spot, my friend.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Create Your Online Business Success.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, Tracy Beaver.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: And this show is all about practical strategies, creative ideas, and sanity saving solutions that you can use right now.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: Let's crank up the dial on your business growth and make it fun.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: Let's create your online business success.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: So here's what happened.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: After one of my coaching calls, I copied the call transcript into my chat GPT.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: And by the way, I keep things very simple in my business.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: Effective, but simple.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: I used the free version of Fathom up until last year, the free version of Chat GPT also.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: And I've only dipped my toe into Claude in the last month.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: I know I'm a dinosaur.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I wasn't looking for some huge breakthrough though.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: I was hoping for a few social media posts, maybe a podcast idea, maybe a cool lead magnet.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: Instead, it pointed out something that completely stopped me.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: It noticed a pattern I completely missed.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: I remember sitting there staring at my screen, thinking, how did I not see that?
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: I'd been on the call.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: I heard every word.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: I took notes.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: I coached my client.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: And somehow I missed one of the most important things that she was trying to tell me.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: She taught, she told me she wanted more visibility.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: What AI helped me hear was what she was really saying underneath all of that.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: She already had visibility.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: She just didn't know what to do once it turned into a conversation.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: That's a completely different problem.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: And I'd have kept coaching the wrong one if I hadn't gone back and listened.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: And listen, here's the problem.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: It wasn't because I wasn't paying attention.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: I think it was because I was paying too much attention.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: Have you ever been in a conversation and you're so present and you're so focused and you just don't have an opportunity to kind of zoom out and catch what somebody's not saying, the underlying emotions sitting underneath their words?
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: Tell me if you can relate to that.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: So that moment changed how I think about AI.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: And I stopped seeing it as a writing tool.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: I started seeing it as a listening tool.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Did you hear that?
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Ha ha pun intended.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: I stopped seeing it as a writing tool and I started seeing it as a listening tool.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: So I kept doing it after my one-to-one calls, after my student calls inside my eight-week group coaching program, Business Visibility Made Easy, after every alum mastermind call with the alums in my business Visibility Made Easy, Alumni Mastermind.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Not because I was hunting for content, because I was now curious.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: And over the next several weeks, I started noticing something.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Different businesses in the room, different personalities in the room, different industries in the room, same underlying struggle over and over.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: And after it happened on one call, I was like, oh, well, that's interesting.
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: Another call, I thought, oh, here it is again.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: And even another call, I thought, okay, this cannot be a coincidence.
- 3:50SPEAKER_00: My students didn't have a visibility problem.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: They were visible, posting, networking, speaking, showing up.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: People were responding to them.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: That's what they told me they wanted, but that's what they had.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: What AI helped me hear was what they were really saying underneath all of that.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: They weren't sure how to move these conversations into opportunities once someone actually responded.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: That single realization changed my messaging, my coaching, and what I now teach inside Business Visibility Made Easy.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: And AI didn't hand me that insight.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: My clients did.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: AI just helped me hear them.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: So let me say that again because it matters.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: Not because AI told me what to do.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: My clients did.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: AI simply let me hear them.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: So let me walk you through exactly what I do.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: And I promise you, it is way simpler than you think.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: And this may be one of those moments when you're like, wow, this was so obvious.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Why didn't I see it?
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: Because that's how I feel now.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: Um, so I don't know why it took me so long to start using a note taker consistently, but it just never dawned on me the power that an AI note taker could have.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Most of us, here's what most of us don't do.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: We finish a coaching call, wrap a curiosity call with a with a prospect, we leave a networking event, a virtual one where there was conversation, and we're on to the next thing.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: We might jot jot down a note or two, but the conversation itself basically gone.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Almost every platform gives you a transcript now.
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: So step one is simply save it.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: Save the transcript because you don't, if you don't save it, you can't learn from it later.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Remember, I stopped seeing AI as a writing tool and I started seeing it as a listening tool.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: Everything I'm about to walk you through only works if you actually believe that.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: I want you to learn from the conversation.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: This is where AI comes in.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: So I paste the transcript into my two favorite tools, Chat GPT and Claude.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: I like both for different reasons.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: And I give them a very specific prompt.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: Now, here's the actual prompt I use for my BVME student calls.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Then I just tweak it a little bit if it's a one-to-one client or a mastermind call or a curiosity call with us with a prospect.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: Okay, it's a little long, but I'm just going to read through it.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Analyze this coaching call transcript as my strategic advisor.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: Please review it and answer the following.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: What did I do well as a coach?
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Where could I have been clearer, stronger, or more direct?
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: What blind spots or gaps does this client have that I didn't see?
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: What objections or fears?
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: This is a big one.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: What objections or fears were underneath their words?
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: I mean, basically, what are they not saying?
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: What did they need that I might have missed?
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: Again, because I was so engrossed in the moment in the call.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: How could I coach them more powerfully next time?
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: What themes are emerging that could become a lead magnet idea, a podcast topic, or a training inside the program?
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: Pull 10 short coaching sound bites that would make strong quote graphics for me to use on social media.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: Write two social media posts that I can share in those specific student groups and alum groups to move the needle for this person or this group this week.
- 6:57SPEAKER_00: Is there something I could create this week that's genuinely valuable that would help them without creating more overwhelm?
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: That's a big one.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: Sometimes we get into these memberships and the leader is just creating more and more and more stuff.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: And that creates overwhelm.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: I want to create something valuable that the people can actually use right then.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: Then I ask it to write a social media post that protects confidentiality, but shows my coaching expertise and what happened on the call so that I can use a call to action to the wait list for business visibility made easy or a call to action to work with me one-to-one.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Part of the next part of the prompt, based on this call, prepare me for next week and tell me what will have the most impact to say or present to this group.
- 7:40SPEAKER_00: Be specific.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: This is where I give it full instructions.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: Be specific, challenge my assumptions, look for patterns instead of isolated comments and think like a trusted strategic advisor whose goal is to help me become a better coach, make better decisions, and better serve my clients.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: Now, I want you to notice that entire prompt.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: Notice what I'm doing there.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: I am not asking AI to tell me what to think.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: I am asking it to help me notice what I might have missed.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: That is the shift.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: AI doesn't do my thinking for me, but it is going to show me what I might have missed because I was so engrossed in being in the room and being of service in that moment.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: And here's the part that I really want you to catch.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: My one-to-one clients, my students, the alums that are in my mastermind, they are all my ideal clients.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: So this analysis isn't just coaching feedback.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: It's market research and content all wrapped into one.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: We make the mistake of thinking we need to go poll a cold audience on social media or survey our email list.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: Some of the people on your email list may have come in through a cold ad.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: You have to ask yourself when you're looking at your list, how many of these people are actually cold, lukewarm, or warm or to hot for what I've got to offer?
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: So we can't just go asking people who aren't in our programs.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: We are sitting on the exact information that we need to move our businesses forward.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: We're just not using it.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: At least that's the realization I came to.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: All right, step three is to decide.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: Now, this is where people will stop too soon.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: They'll read an AI response, think, well, that's interesting, and then they'll move on.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: I don't.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: I ask myself, what am I going to do because of what I just learned?
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Tracy Beavers, what are you going to do because of what she just learned?
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: Maybe I need to explain something differently.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: I'm not perfect, right?
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: None of us are.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: Maybe I need to follow up with that client.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: Maybe I need to add a lesson inside business visibility made easy.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: Maybe I need to record a podcast episode.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: Maybe my messaging needs to shift.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: One of the things AI helped me uncover was that what was going on in these rooms was not matching the level of authority in my marketing messaging.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: That was painful.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: So now we're turning the Queen Mary on the content and trying to get it to match.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: But this is where business decisions actually happen.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: Not because AI, again, not because AI told me what to do.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: I don't want AI telling you what to do.
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: I want you to use it as a tool because your clients are going to tell you what you need to do.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: And AI is going to let you hear them.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: All right, step four is create.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: Now and only now I create.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: And this is where AI helps me write.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: And then, okay, I take that output and I rework it into my own voice, my unique, goofy southern voice, because that's the part that can't be outsourced.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: But the content is now grounded in something real.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Instead of asking, what should I post today?
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: I'm asking, what do people need to hear because of the conversations I've already been having?
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: The conversations I'm having with my ideal clients.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: How can I go out into the online space, create content that attracts more of those same people?
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: What do those people need to hear?
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: That's a completely different question.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: And one coaching conversation can become an email, a podcast episode, several social media posts, a workshop, a lead magnet, and even because this happened to me, a book idea.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: Can you believe it?
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: Your girl is actually considering writing a book.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: Now, don't get excited.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: I'm not going to do it yet.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: But it might happen.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: And y'all, not because AI made something up, but because one client said something that dozens of people probably needed to hear too.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: Here's what I want you to notice.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: None of these four steps are complicated.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: Step one, save the conversation.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: Number two, learn from it.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Number three, decide what needs to change and then create it.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 11:36SPEAKER_00: Simple.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: But simple doesn't mean ineffective, and simple doesn't mean small.
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: This process has changed my coaching, my messaging, my programs, my content.
- 11:46SPEAKER_00: It has changed me.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: It has made running my business so much more simple, more intentional, and honestly, listen, a whole lot more fun because I'm not guessing nearly as much anymore.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: Man, when I started building this business years ago, there was a whole lot of guessing.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: But AI takes that out of there and lets you hear what people really need.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: And here's why this matters for you.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: If you're building your business organically without ads, like I did and have and do, without living online 24-7, like I do, this whole process runs on conversations you're already having.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: So you don't need more cold traffic to do market research, and you don't need a bigger list to know what to create next.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: You need to go back and actually listen to what's already sitting in your inbox, your call recordings, your DMs.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: Visibility creates conversations.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: Create conversations create opportunities, and opportunities create clients.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: AI didn't change that.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: That has been true blue since I feel like the dawn of time.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: AI just helped me see those conversations differently.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: And here's the thing that I keep coming back to.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: Everyone online is teaching how to talk better, how to post better, how to pitch better.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: I don't think that's the where the real advantage is anymore.
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: I think the advantage is learning to listen better to the calls you've already had, the emails already in your inbox, the DMs you never went back and read closely.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: That's a much harder thing to copy than a content calendar.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: And my friends, AI is not going anywhere, even as the tools change.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: So if you remember, remember one thing from today, let it be this: your business breakthrough probably isn't hiding inside another course that you purchase, another certification that you go pay for, or even another AI tool.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: It's probably hiding inside a conversation you've already had.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: So here's my bossy pants challenge for you.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: Before you create another social post, before you ask Chat GPT for a hundred content ideas, go back and run one conversation you've already had through AI.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: Just one.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: Be curious, see what you'll you'll discover.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: And my only ask, pinky promise, is that when this works for you and knocks your socks off, you'll come tell me about it.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: So I want you to DM me or email me because I read every message personally.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: And I would genuinely love to hear what your conversations teach you.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: So until then, keep showing up, keep having the conversations, and keep listening because your clients have been giving you the answers all along.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: AI simply helps you hear them.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly why I believe the fastest way to grow your business isn't creating more content.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: It's learning from the conversations you're already having.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: And that's the whole heart of what I teach inside Business Visibility Made Easy.

- 15:20SPEAKER_00: Until then, remember, don't go it alone.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: Sometimes your business feels like it's on fire.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: And other days, it you can't even get the fire to start, right?
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: And if you feel like you're alone in that roller coaster, you're not.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: I've talked to enough people over the years.
