- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 0:02Speaker 2: All right, six o'clock on this Tuesday morning. Thank you
- 0:05Speaker 2: so much for being your start your day with us.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Ricky's got those three things.
- 0:08Speaker 3: X formerly known as Twitter, has decided to change their
- 0:11Speaker 3: block feature and users are not very happy about it.
- 0:14Speaker 3: So the way the blocking has always worked is that
- 0:16Speaker 3: once you block another user, they can't see your profile
- 0:19Speaker 3: any longer, meaning all posts that you make they won't
- 0:21Speaker 3: be available to them. Everything that you do on the
- 0:24Speaker 3: app is no longer available to the person that you blocked.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Elon Musk has changed that to now allow a user
- 0:29Speaker 3: to see your profile and your posts, but they are
- 0:32Speaker 3: not allowed to have any interactions with you. No idea
- 0:35Speaker 3: why he's made this change. Everybody's upset because obviously this
- 0:39Speaker 3: is a safety concern. A lot of users are saying
- 0:41Speaker 3: this defeats the entire purpose of a blocking feature. There
- 0:43Speaker 3: is really no point to it anymore. They're worried about
- 0:46Speaker 3: stalkers things like that. Obviously, there's also the question of
- 0:49Speaker 3: the guidelines when it comes to apps. So Google and
- 0:52Speaker 3: Apple both have guidelines that apps must follow, and one
- 0:56Speaker 3: of those guidelines is that there must be a block feature.
- 1:00Speaker 4: We will see how that.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Turns out when it comes to if he decides to
- 1:03Speaker 3: change it back to the original way, if he says,
- 1:06Speaker 3: I don't really care, and then you just can't use
- 1:08Speaker 3: it in the app store.
- 1:08Speaker 4: You can only use the web version.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I'm not too short just yet, but as of right now,
- 1:13Speaker 3: if you have somebody blocked, they can see everything that
- 1:15Speaker 3: you are posting and they can see your profile.
- 1:17Speaker 4: Just a heads up corect And this is so fun.
- 1:20Speaker 3: The National Predators are going to host their Preds Vest
- 1:22Speaker 3: for this season.
- 1:23Speaker 4: It's going to happen Sunday, October six. It's free to
- 1:26Speaker 4: all fans, it's open to the public.
- 1:28Speaker 3: It's going to take place at Waka Fame Park from
- 1:29Speaker 3: twelve thirty to four thirty. Like I said, Sunday October six,
- 1:33Speaker 3: you can expect a kid zone with inflatables, hair braiding,
- 1:36Speaker 3: face painting, a tailgate zone with barbecue and yard games.
- 1:39Speaker 3: There's going to be a Hattibee's Hot Chicken eating contest
- 1:42Speaker 3: and a silent disco.
- 1:44Speaker 4: All great stuff. Go check it out. Support the team.
- 1:46Speaker 3: We love to see things like that, Locals getting together
- 1:49Speaker 3: to sport our amazing groups like the Preds.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I love the Preads. I got so excited about
- 1:54Speaker 2: their season last year.
- 1:55Speaker 3: Millennials and gen z have figured out a way to
- 1:57Speaker 3: combat to the housing market. Obviously, no one can afford
- 2:01Speaker 3: a house right now, and if you have a house,
- 2:03Speaker 3: you're lucky because you can't You could sell it, but
- 2:06Speaker 3: you can't afford to buy a new one, and that's
- 2:07Speaker 3: kind of the struggle that everyone's.
- 2:08Speaker 4: Going through right now.
- 2:09Speaker 3: So nearly fifteen percent of Americans have decided to co
- 2:12Speaker 3: purchase a home with someone other than a romantic partner,
- 2:16Speaker 3: and forty eight percent are saying that they would consider it.
- 2:18Speaker 3: So a lot of millennials and gen Zers are going
- 2:20Speaker 3: in on houses with their besties as opposed to trying
- 2:24Speaker 3: to do it bout yourself, I like it yeah, or
- 2:26Speaker 3: trying to do it with someone that they're with right
- 2:28Speaker 3: now that they may not be with long term. So
- 2:30Speaker 3: they've decided to go in on this with their friends.
- 2:32Speaker 3: And the most of the majority of people doing this
- 2:34Speaker 3: are aged twenty five to thirty four, and a lot
- 2:36Speaker 3: of them are living in homes with at least two
- 2:38Speaker 3: adult generations. So some of these people are even going
- 2:41Speaker 3: in on buying homes with their parents because they can't
- 2:44Speaker 3: buy them by themselves. Absolutely insane to think about. But
- 2:47Speaker 3: you gotta do what you gotta do.
- 2:49Speaker 4: If this is the way out.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Go for it.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Just the landscape of the American dream has changed so much?
- 2:54Speaker 4: Is there one anymore?
- 2:55Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 2:55Speaker 4: I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you
- 2:57Speaker 4: need to know.

- 5:05Speaker 1: One oh seven five of the River. Ricky is zach

- 5:09Speaker 2: Ricky, I don't know. In the last few minutes here
- 5:11Speaker 2: you notice the change in my uh my general vibe,
- 5:15Speaker 2: my energy.
- 5:15Speaker 4: But should I have?
- 5:16Speaker 2: Yes, something just happened to me that I will tell
- 5:19Speaker 2: you right now.
- 5:19Speaker 3: It's gonna be the best day of my life, best

- 5:27Speaker 3: your entire life.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Kevin, I'll say one of them that, Yeah, I'll tell
- 5:32Speaker 2: you what happens. Something awesome just happened to me and
- 5:34Speaker 2: I'm very, very pumped about it.
- 5:36Speaker 4: All right, I'm excited to hear all about it.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Kevin.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Five minutes, I'll let you know what happened on the river.
- 5:41Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 5:46Speaker 3: I'm really excited to hear why Kevin is so excited
- 5:49Speaker 3: about today, mostly because I.
- 5:50Speaker 4: Feel like it's gonna be a letdown for me.
- 5:52Speaker 2: It will be for you because this means nothing to you.
- 5:54Speaker 2: But they're amazing a lot of people out there they
- 5:56Speaker 2: can relate to this.
- 5:57Speaker 3: It's Ricky, Zach and Manno in the morning on one
- 5:58Speaker 3: of seven five the river. Kevin just said a few
- 6:00Speaker 3: minutes ago that this is the best day of his
- 6:03Speaker 3: life because of the news that he just found out.
- 6:05Speaker 3: The man has two kids, he's married to a beautiful wife.
- 6:08Speaker 4: Today is the best day of his life.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Was one of the best days of my and say
- 6:13Speaker 2: it's going to be the best day of my life
- 6:14Speaker 2: because the thing that just happened to me is a
- 6:16Speaker 2: great omen for the rest of the day to come. Okay,
- 6:18Speaker 2: tell me, I'm going to just show you what I'm
- 6:20Speaker 2: looking at on my phone here. But you don't say
- 6:23Speaker 2: this word out loud. Okay, we don't want to ruin
- 6:24Speaker 2: this for other people. Okay, we you see. Can you
- 6:27Speaker 2: tell what's happening here?
- 6:28Speaker 4: Oh? Are you for real right now?
- 6:30Speaker 2: Kevin? For real?
- 6:31Speaker 4: This is what you're so excited about.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Oh I thought you were excited with me. No, I
- 6:35Speaker 2: got wordle in one.
- 6:37Speaker 4: My first guess, why are you still playing wordle?
- 6:40Speaker 2: I play wordle every day.
- 6:41Speaker 4: I think everyone's over that. I think we're over the
- 6:43Speaker 4: world game.
- 6:44Speaker 2: I played wordle, I played the mini crossword. I play
- 6:46Speaker 2: Connections every single day.
- 6:48Speaker 4: And to get word it was seventy two years old.
- 6:50Speaker 2: To get wordle in one. Oh my lord, I gotta
- 6:53Speaker 2: go buy a lottery. This is truly one of the
- 6:56Speaker 2: top five days of my life.
- 6:57Speaker 3: You know what, I'm going to stop being a Debbie downer.
- 6:59Speaker 3: I'm so I'm so excited and happy for you. This
- 7:02Speaker 3: is a great omen Like you see, It's giving be
- 7:04Speaker 3: a great day for you, Kevin.
- 7:05Speaker 2: To see all those letters come up green, just green,
- 7:07Speaker 2: green green green. Oh my goodness, I'm just I'm electric
- 7:10Speaker 2: right now.
- 7:11Speaker 4: I keep see it in your face six one.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Five, seven, three seven nine one o seven. If you
- 7:15Speaker 2: can relate to how amazing that feels, let Ricky know
- 7:18Speaker 2: that I'm not alone. And I'm not seventy five years
- 7:20Speaker 2: old because I played.
- 7:20Speaker 4: This kid, I'm still figure something.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Do you ever play? Have you ever done any of
- 7:24Speaker 2: those games?
- 7:24Speaker 1: No?
- 7:25Speaker 4: Not my thing, man, not my things?
- 7:27Speaker 2: Good for your brain, that's what they say.
- 7:28Speaker 4: Yeah, I should probably try.
- 7:30Speaker 2: And I feel like I am just invincible.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Right now after Yeah, you're on a high that I've
- 7:34Speaker 3: never seen before.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Three things you need to know the.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Bit past seven on this Tuesday morning, Ricky Sanchez has
- 7:40Speaker 2: those three things.
- 7:41Speaker 3: Sabrina Carpenter's opening toward it happened last night in Columbus, Ohio,
- 7:45Speaker 3: and this is what we know to expect when she
- 7:47Speaker 3: brings her Short and Sweet tour to Nashville, which is
- 7:50Speaker 3: happening so soon. So she's not doing an outro for
- 7:53Speaker 3: nonsense anymore.
- 7:54Speaker 4: I know a lot of.
- 7:55Speaker 3: People are upset about this. It was a huge thing
- 7:57Speaker 3: during performances that she does. She did previously. She went
- 8:01Speaker 3: viral for a lot of them because they were so
- 8:02Speaker 3: specific to each city, like each one had a dedicated
- 8:06Speaker 3: part to their city.
- 8:07Speaker 4: She's not doing it anymore. I mean, I get it.
- 8:09Speaker 3: You can only do so many before you're exhausted from
- 8:12Speaker 3: doing them. And she's going to do a cover each
- 8:14Speaker 3: night that will be chosen by playing Spin the bottle,
- 8:17Speaker 3: which is a fun little game. So last night she
- 8:19Speaker 3: did Mama Mia by Abba. So we'll see what she
- 8:22Speaker 3: decides to do here in Nashville. Obviously the bottle will decide.
- 8:25Speaker 3: But her tour is so soon, and obviously it's already
- 8:28Speaker 3: making headlines and making news. I'm seeing everybody talk about
- 8:30Speaker 3: it on social media already. Her costumes, what she's wearing phenomenal.
- 8:35Speaker 3: So excited and this is pretty wild. So new Mozart
- 8:40Speaker 3: just dropped. Researchers have found unknown music composed by this
- 8:44Speaker 3: musical genius. So Mozart is known as being one of
- 8:46Speaker 3: the most iconic composers who ever exist, a musical prodigy.
- 8:50Speaker 3: It's believed that this specific piece was created by him
- 8:54Speaker 3: when he was as young as thirteen years old. Okay, insane,
- 8:58Speaker 3: So this dates back to the mid to late seventeen sixties.
- 9:01Speaker 3: It's around twelve minutes long, and it was discovered in
- 9:04Speaker 3: a German library. So what they found was not actually
- 9:07Speaker 3: penned by Mozart himself.
- 9:09Speaker 4: It was believed to be a copy made around seventeen eighty.
- 9:11Speaker 3: They believe that his sister made a copy of it
- 9:14Speaker 3: to preserve it insane.
- 9:16Speaker 4: Here's a little piece of it.
- 9:17Speaker 2: This is wait world premiere new music for Mozart. Just drop. Okay,
- 9:22Speaker 2: it's a it's a river premiere. Here we go. We're
- 9:39Speaker 2: not playing the whole twelve minute things.
- 9:41Speaker 4: No, no, no, no.
- 9:42Speaker 2: He was how old when he wrote this?
- 9:43Speaker 3: They said it could go back to he was thirteen,
- 9:46Speaker 3: so anywhere from thirteen to eighteen years old when he
- 9:49Speaker 3: composed this and created this.
- 9:52Speaker 4: I will also say it sounds lovely to me. I
- 9:54Speaker 4: don't know the difference.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Mozart composing in somebody else's necessarily, but it's very calming.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Yeah. I liked it. That was fun. A world premiere
- 10:05Speaker 2: most sorry, just dropped, didn't.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Expire fire And according to the twenty twenty four North
- 10:11Speaker 3: America Airport Satisfaction Study, BNA ranked above average in the
- 10:15Speaker 3: large airport category, which is pretty cool. So throughout the
- 10:18Speaker 3: past year, BNA has been able to climb through the
- 10:20Speaker 3: ranks and their passenger satisfaction has ris it like made
- 10:24Speaker 3: them rise from number eleven to number five.
- 10:27Speaker 4: So they got excellent.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Scores and food, beverage and retail. The main reason being
- 10:30Speaker 3: that they have so many local spots, which we love.
- 10:33Speaker 4: Nashvill loves to support local, so does BNA.
- 10:36Speaker 3: They keep adding more and more local spots into BNA
- 10:38Speaker 3: as it expands, and that's helping them in their ratings.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Everybody loves that they get a little bit of national,
- 10:43Speaker 3: even if they're just coming through BNA.
- 10:45Speaker 4: I'm Ricky, soundchez and those are the three things you
- 10:46Speaker 4: need to know.
- 10:47Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky. Here's Tommy Richmond right after the zach'spac.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Zach's not here though, Daxbacks concentate by me next to
- 10:53Speaker 2: the river.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on the.
- 10:58Speaker 3: River now to get you really excited or anything. But
- 11:01Speaker 3: Kevin said that this fact is mediocre at best. Hate
- 11:04Speaker 3: Zach sax On one of seven five the River presented
- 11:07Speaker 3: by Kevin Manow.
- 11:08Speaker 2: It was a joke and I said that it's a
- 11:09Speaker 2: really good fact. Okay, Ricky, did you know that for
- 11:12Speaker 2: the most part, baseball and basketball teams were darker jerseys
- 11:15Speaker 2: for away games. That's a thing when they're on the road.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Home teams were the light color and the visiting team
- 11:21Speaker 2: was the dark jersey. The reason for that is that
- 11:23Speaker 2: for road games back in the day, teams didn't have
- 11:25Speaker 2: access to washing machines, so dark jerseys, would you know,
- 11:28Speaker 2: hide the dirt and the shames and stuff. It's genius. Yeah,
- 11:32Speaker 2: makes sense, that's your fact. It was a good one.
- 11:35Speaker 4: It wasn't bad. I'll did you have it?
- 11:38Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning.
- 11:42Speaker 4: There's new research.
- 11:43Speaker 3: It probably doesn't sound very new to parents after they
- 11:45Speaker 3: hear it, but this new research shows that hearing gratitude
- 11:48Speaker 3: from children, both young and older helps the lower parenting stress.
- 11:53Speaker 4: It's one of seven five the river, Kevin, you have
- 11:56Speaker 4: two kids. I'm sure hearing them say thank you and
- 11:58Speaker 4: I appreciate you means a lot.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Means more than I can even put into words. It
- 12:02Speaker 2: truly does.
- 12:03Speaker 4: Okay, So we want you to call in and thank
- 12:05Speaker 4: your parents.
- 12:05Speaker 3: It could be you could be seven or eight, you
- 12:08Speaker 3: could be twenty five, thirty five. How often you are,
- 12:11Speaker 3: it does not matter. Call in to say thanks to
- 12:12Speaker 3: your parents.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I like this six one five, seven, three seven, nine
- 12:16Speaker 2: one oh seven. Uh, and maybe we can get the
- 12:18Speaker 2: audio to your parents afterwards. N'a be nice for them
- 12:21Speaker 2: to hear its six one five, seven, three seven, nine
- 12:25Speaker 2: one oh seven. Thank your parents on the.
- 12:27Speaker 1: River, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on
- 12:31Speaker 1: seven five the River.
- 12:33Speaker 3: There's new research and this is no surprise to anybody
- 12:35Speaker 3: who's a parent, but this new research shows that hearing
- 12:37Speaker 3: gratitude from your children, whether they're young or old, helps
- 12:41Speaker 3: the lower parenting shots checks out. It's Ricky zach Amano
- 12:44Speaker 3: in the morning on one O seven five the River. Okay,
- 12:47Speaker 3: Abby and Murphy's Borough, shout out your dad. What do
- 12:49Speaker 3: you want to thank you for?
- 12:50Speaker 8: I wanted to take my dad because he's so awesome.
- 12:54Speaker 2: Ah, that is so sweet. Genuine question here, Abby, was
- 12:58Speaker 2: it your idea to call or his idea to.
- 13:02Speaker 3: Okay, you had to think about it for a second,
- 13:05Speaker 3: but it was as idea. Your dad's in the background, right, Yeah,
- 13:10Speaker 3: all right, that was very sweet Abby.
- 13:13Speaker 4: We think your dad's awesome too.
- 13:15Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Well, thank you both for listening. We hope you have
- 13:17Speaker 2: a great day and shout out to you Dade. Bye, guys,
- 13:23Speaker 2: We have Olivia in Nashville on the line. Good morning, Olivia,
- 13:26Speaker 2: good morning.
- 13:27Speaker 4: Shout out your parents for something.
- 13:29Speaker 5: Yes, I want to shout out to my mom Leahne
- 13:32Speaker 5: Lewis and then my dad Johnniazalez, Best parents ever, best child?
- 13:37Speaker 7: What ever, I love them so much.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Oh, Olivia, you kind of sound almost like you're getting choked.
- 13:41Speaker 3: I'm saying this, Olivia, You're gonna make me get choked
- 13:47Speaker 3: up if you get choked up.
- 13:48Speaker 5: No, I just have two children myself, and so I'm
- 13:52Speaker 5: a parent now too. So I'm just so grateful.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Olivia.
- 13:57Speaker 4: Shout out to you.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Yeah, it deserves it as well.
- 14:01Speaker 5: So much.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Oh my god, I have literal tears welling up in
- 14:04Speaker 3: my eyes. This is beautiful to hear, Olivia. And like

- 14:08Speaker 3: as well, because I'm sure that you emulate so much

- 14:49Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on.
- 14:53Speaker 3: The Okay, we're doing shout outs to our parents because

- 15:10Speaker 3: To watch you.
- 15:11Speaker 9: They are my inspiration as I am a parent as well.
- 15:15Speaker 9: I couldn't ask what better said. They've been married forty
- 15:17Speaker 9: seven years and they're going through.
- 15:19Speaker 4: That is beautiful. Forty seven years, forty seven years, that's
- 15:23Speaker 4: almost unheard of nowadays, I know.
- 15:26Speaker 6: And they both retired.
- 15:28Speaker 5: They're helping me with my baby now.
- 15:29Speaker 2: So oh that's great. So there, you know, you get
- 15:32Speaker 2: to see him pretty often. That's fantastic all the time.

- 16:27Speaker 3: these shouts.
- 16:28Speaker 7: Well, I actually lost my dad to lung cancer three
- 16:31Speaker 7: years ago, so I know he's listening from above.

- 17:22Speaker 2: proven to help reduce stress. So go ahead, Whitney.
- 17:25Speaker 8: I'm just trying not to get emotional. Sorry. I want
- 17:28Speaker 8: to give a shout out to my mom Debbie and
- 17:31Speaker 8: my dad Gary were the biggest pillars in my life
- 17:36Speaker 8: growing up. They made a lot of sacrifices for me.
- 17:39Speaker 8: Without them, I wouldn't be the parent that I am today.
- 17:42Speaker 2: That's how I feel about my my parents as well.
- 17:45Speaker 2: I mean, they have made me the parent that I
- 17:46Speaker 2: am today, so I.
- 17:47Speaker 8: Can relate to that right right And my dad is
- 17:50Speaker 8: currently in the hospital, so if I could get prayers

- 18:50Speaker 11: prepare for Charlie XTX and Choicevon.
- 18:52Speaker 3: They're going to be a fridge Son Arena October second.
- 18:54Speaker 3: You can win your way in by winning Kevin Mano's
- 18:56Speaker 3: Game of the Day presented by Genesis Diamonds.
- 18:58Speaker 2: We're going to have ourselves a Bratt game coming up
- 19:00Speaker 2: here in a minute.
- 19:00Speaker 4: You've been waiting six seven, three.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Seven, nine, one oh seven. We're playing topical trivia all week,
- 19:06Speaker 2: just some questions based on things happening in the world
- 19:09Speaker 2: at the moment. You get two out of three of them,
- 19:11Speaker 2: you get the tickets. And again, this show is coming up.
- 19:12Speaker 2: It's next week at Bridgestone Charlie XCX and Troy.
- 19:15Speaker 1: Sevon, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning.
- 19:19Speaker 4: On the vers Bratty game. He's very excited about this.
- 19:24Speaker 3: It's Kevin Meadow's Game of the Day on one oh
- 19:26Speaker 3: seven five the River for Charlie XCX and Troy Sevon.
- 19:29Speaker 4: Tickets.
- 19:29Speaker 3: They're going to be at Bridgetone Arena October second. He's
- 19:32Speaker 3: been working Brett into every sentence that he's been saying lately.
- 19:36Speaker 2: I mean, Game of the Day is Bratt. Everybody knows
- 19:39Speaker 2: that yes, it is.
- 19:40Speaker 4: Yes, it is.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Let's say you're wanting to Meghan in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
- 19:43Speaker 2: How you doing, Meghan?
- 19:44Speaker 9: Get how are you guys?
- 19:45Speaker 2: We're bratt you feel you feel confident with your knowledge
- 19:51Speaker 2: of pop culture in the world around you to get
- 19:52Speaker 2: these questions, right, I think so?
- 19:54Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 19:54Speaker 2: Okay, good. Topical Trivia is the name of the game
- 19:56Speaker 2: that we're playing this week, two out of three, and
- 19:58Speaker 2: you're going to see Charlie xx and choice of onn Okay, Okay,
- 20:02Speaker 2: Topical Trivia starts right now, Megan and Bowling Green. What
- 20:07Speaker 2: Singing Competition returned last night with Snoop Dogg and Michael
- 20:10Speaker 2: Boublay as members of the cast.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Was it the voice?
- 20:16Speaker 4: Nice job, Megan, it.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Was the voice, went on the board. Question two, keeping
- 20:21Speaker 2: in the theme of singing competitions. What former American Idol
- 20:25Speaker 2: judge just to release an album called one for three?
- 20:29Speaker 3: Katy Perry, Maggie, you guys are crushing it this week.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Nice job, Thank you go.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Congratulations. First shown Arena October second. You're gonna be there
- 20:40Speaker 3: to see Charlie XCX and Choice vaugh. It's gonna be
- 20:42Speaker 3: a phenomenal concert. Definitely one that you don't want to
- 20:44Speaker 3: miss and now you don't.
- 20:45Speaker 5: Have you Meghan, thank you so much.
- 20:48Speaker 2: We love the squeal. We appreciate you listening and calling.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Congratulations handl I love hang on the brat for a second.
- 20:55Speaker 2: He's probably yes, at a hand more of these tickets Tomorrow,
- 21:00Speaker 2: same time, same game. Three things, Okay, all right, eight
- 21:05Speaker 2: o five on this Tuesday morning, Ricky's got those three things.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Charlie XCX brought out Lord last night and were sold
- 21:11Speaker 3: out Madison Square Garden Tour stop.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Huge moment for two reasons.
- 21:16Speaker 3: Lord has not done anything public like this in a
- 21:19Speaker 3: very long time. And also they performed their song. They
- 21:23Speaker 3: did a remix to Girls So Confusing for the very
- 21:25Speaker 3: first time.
- 21:26Speaker 4: So the reason that.
- 21:27Speaker 3: This is the whole thing is because the song is
- 21:29Speaker 3: about how the music industry kind of pitted the two
- 21:32Speaker 3: against each other, Charlie XCX and Lord. They kind of
- 21:35Speaker 3: had a little bit of beef going on, but they've
- 21:37Speaker 3: squashed that beef. It's officially over. Here's a little clip
- 21:40Speaker 3: of them performing together. Everyone lost their minds excited to
- 22:00Speaker 3: see the two of them up there together. They did
- 22:03Speaker 3: their hair almost the same because that's part of what's
- 22:05Speaker 3: in the song.
- 22:06Speaker 4: It was a very cool moment.
- 22:07Speaker 3: She also brought out Addison Ray to sing as well
- 22:10Speaker 3: at one point, So who knows what can happen in
- 22:12Speaker 3: Nashville when she's here.
- 22:14Speaker 4: Next Wednesday night, fingers crossed for something really cool.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Walmart is offering their inflation free Thanksgiving deal earlier than
- 22:20Speaker 3: they ever do, which is really cool, so they're bringing
- 22:23Speaker 3: it back this year. The inflation free Thanksgiving meal kit
- 22:26Speaker 3: that they do is supposed to make it so that
- 22:28Speaker 3: you can do an entire meal, like a whole Thanksgiving
- 22:31Speaker 3: dinner for seven dollars per person. They're gonna start giving
- 22:34Speaker 3: you the opportunity to get this October fourteenth, twenty eight
- 22:38Speaker 3: item dinner. It's insane, twenty eight it's going to feed
- 22:42Speaker 3: ten people for seven dollars per person. Kit comes with turkey,
- 22:46Speaker 3: all the sides, dessert, everything that you could ever want.
- 22:48Speaker 3: The deal is also going to be available through Christmas Day,
- 22:51Speaker 3: which is awesome, and this year you can buy one
- 22:55Speaker 3: for someone else anywhere in the US.
- 22:57Speaker 4: So all really cool stuff coming from Walmart.
- 23:00Speaker 3: And now a little bit of sad news, we have
- 23:02Speaker 3: another local restaurant closing. Twelve souths Mafiosa's is going to
- 23:06Speaker 3: close at the end.
- 23:07Speaker 4: Of September due to rent prices. These rent prices are
- 23:10Speaker 4: just getting out of control for these local businesses. It
- 23:12Speaker 4: really just breaks my heart.
- 23:14Speaker 3: So after two decades of being in business, they're going
- 23:17Speaker 3: to close their doors. They said that their prices for
- 23:20Speaker 3: rent have gone up fifty percent.
- 23:23Speaker 2: Unreasonable, unattainable.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Previously they had extended their lease through twenty twenty seven,
- 23:28Speaker 3: but that's just going to be impossible to do now.
- 23:30Speaker 3: So go support them for their last bit of their run.
- 23:33Speaker 3: There's not much longer that you have to go check
- 23:35Speaker 3: them out, so go do that.
- 23:37Speaker 4: I hate to see this. Support local.
- 23:39Speaker 3: We cannot say it enough. Go to your local shop,
- 23:41Speaker 3: spend money with them. It's just so important. We want
- 23:44Speaker 3: to keep national local place. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those
- 23:47Speaker 3: are the three things you need to know.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Thank you, Ricky. Let's play Benson Boone. Don't forget it's
- 23:52Speaker 2: a river on the rooftop day for us. We're doing
- 23:54Speaker 2: another big free show tonight's Skydeck and Broadway with MGK.
- 23:58Speaker 2: We would love to see you there.
- 24:00Speaker 6: Vicky is Zach and Mano in the morning on what
- 24:03Speaker 6: oh seven five the river?
- 24:04Speaker 3: What do you think should be free but isn't Kevin
- 24:07Speaker 3: posed this question.
- 24:09Speaker 2: I did. I was having a conversation with a friend
- 24:10Speaker 2: and Uh, coming to the realization that you have to
- 24:13Speaker 2: pay for parking at a hospital is just.
- 24:15Speaker 4: It's crazy, outrageous.
- 24:17Speaker 2: So there are things out there that you know you
- 24:19Speaker 2: pay for them because you have to, but you're just
- 24:20Speaker 2: you're kind of screaming inside at the fact that that's
- 24:22Speaker 2: even a thing.
- 24:23Speaker 4: Yeah, so we want to hear what you think should
- 24:26Speaker 4: be free.
- 24:26Speaker 3: Even though you got to pay for it? Six one five, seven,
- 24:29Speaker 3: three seven nine, one oh seven.
- 24:31Speaker 4: He's sprint Carpenter on the River.
- 24:33Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Mano in the morning on what
- 24:36Speaker 6: oh seven five the river?
- 24:38Speaker 3: Madison in spring Hill. Welcome to one oh seven five
- 24:40Speaker 3: the river? What do you think should be free?
- 24:42Speaker 9: But isn't I think this is going to be a
- 24:44Speaker 9: popular opinion with Karen.
- 24:46Speaker 3: But daycare, Oh my gosh, daycare is so expensive.
- 24:51Speaker 9: Because it's like a rolling like stone. If people can't
- 24:55Speaker 9: pay for daycare, then they can't work, and then if
- 24:57Speaker 9: they can't work, then they get punished men. Oh, and
- 25:01Speaker 9: we pay so many taxes that I feel like the
- 25:05Speaker 9: state should be like subsidies for daycare should not even
- 25:09Speaker 9: be a Saint, it's to be free.
- 25:11Speaker 2: I do think you would probably win over ninety nine
- 25:15Speaker 2: percent of people with that argument.
- 25:16Speaker 9: You can't punish somebody at the start and then expect
- 25:20Speaker 9: them not to be punished through the whole entire system.
- 25:23Speaker 2: You're not wrong, Madison. Since we have you, let me
- 25:25Speaker 2: throw a couple more at you and Ricky some stuff
- 25:27Speaker 2: we got on the text line here. First, I'll defer
- 25:30Speaker 2: to you ladies, but female hygiene products one.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Hundred percent should be free. Yes, that was the first
- 25:36Speaker 3: thing I thought of.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Oh really, yes, buying concert tickets, not the tickets themselves,
- 25:41Speaker 2: but you shouldn't be charged additional fees to buy tickets.
- 25:44Speaker 4: Agreed. What do you think, Madison?
- 25:47Speaker 9: Yes, because they're already big box people, so how much
- 25:51Speaker 9: more money can they make?
- 25:52Speaker 2: Facts? Yeah, and then we got a text from somebody
- 25:55Speaker 2: that said they work, they have to wear a uniform
- 25:57Speaker 2: to work, and they had to pay for their uniform.
- 25:59Speaker 4: Now should be free?
- 26:01Speaker 1: Yes?
- 26:01Speaker 9: Absolutely? Again, big box people, do.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Do your job.
- 26:07Speaker 9: You want people to come work for you, so you
- 26:10Speaker 9: don't have to work in the customer service industry. So
- 26:15Speaker 9: the least thing that you can do is your job
- 26:18Speaker 9: and make your employees happy. So you don't have turno.
- 26:22Speaker 4: Love this right now, stick it to the man.
- 26:25Speaker 2: This has been Madison's rampt on one O seven to
- 26:27Speaker 2: five The River.
- 26:28Speaker 4: I love it, Yeah, I love it.
- 26:31Speaker 2: We'll call it Madison's Minute. You call us ever every
- 26:33Speaker 2: time you want to vent to give us a.
- 26:35Speaker 8: Call, I'm will.
- 26:37Speaker 9: Thanks, guys, I have a great day, Love you too.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on the.
- 26:45Speaker 2: River, there's Hosier two. Sweet. It's one O seven to
- 26:47Speaker 2: five The River. Big day for us. We have our
- 26:50Speaker 2: Free River on the rooftop show tonight, the last one
- 26:52Speaker 2: of the year. I know we said that before, but
- 26:54Speaker 2: we brought it back for one.
- 26:55Speaker 4: I feel like a liar.
- 26:56Speaker 2: One final film. The MGK headlining Free Show Skydeck Broadway
- 27:00Speaker 2: this evening, and that ties it nicely with today's Daily
- 27:02Speaker 2: double Tap.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Yes, the daily double Tap today on one O seven
- 27:05Speaker 3: five The River is MGK. He played guitar and Christina
- 27:08Speaker 3: Aguilera's reimagining of Genie in a Bottle. She did an
- 27:11Speaker 3: anniversary session. Kee Believe Genie and a Bottle came out
- 27:14Speaker 3: in nineteen ninety nine.
- 27:15Speaker 2: That's wild, right.
- 27:17Speaker 4: I looked at that number and I was like, oh,
- 27:19Speaker 4: my god.
- 27:19Speaker 3: What but this is MGK blaying guitar with Christina aguilar
- 27:23Speaker 3: for Genie in a Bottle.
- 27:52Speaker 2: I'll be honest, there's a lot going on there.
- 27:54Speaker 4: A lot, but it sounds so cool.
- 27:56Speaker 3: I love the reimagining idea of this and the fact
- 27:58Speaker 3: that Christina Aguilera is still just, oh my god, like
- 28:02Speaker 3: that voice.
- 28:03Speaker 2: Yeah, it sounds.
- 28:04Speaker 4: The same as it did when she was nineteen ninety
- 28:06Speaker 4: nine when she did the song.
- 28:07Speaker 2: I know she's got Sabrina Carpenter on this reimagining as.
- 28:10Speaker 4: Well, so she also sounds phenomenal with her pretty cool.
- 28:12Speaker 2: I like that she's doing it.
- 28:13Speaker 4: Like I said nineteen ninety nine, I'm still just not
- 28:15Speaker 4: over the.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Well.
- 28:17Speaker 4: I was born nineteen ninety two. Kevin so seven, Yeah,
- 28:19Speaker 4: you do the.
- 28:20Speaker 2: Math seven Ricky was seven. We're gonna put that video
- 28:22Speaker 2: up on our Instagram story todays daily be able tap.
- 28:24Speaker 2: They always go up at one of seven five.
- 28:26Speaker 4: River the same height as I am.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Now, Oh that's a good point.
- 28:29Speaker 4: Yeah, four eleven, Wow, stop growing around eight years old?
- 28:34Speaker 6: Ricky Zach and Manno in the morning one seven the
- 28:38Speaker 6: River
