- 1:56show winter right. Here we go. It is time to leave your worries
- 2:02outside and join me Daniel Malley and Trede Trentholme inside the Treehouse. Now you
- 2:08left that right, she left me out? Well, then what do you
- 2:14motherfuckers do it? Are you having a fucking stroke? What is happening now?
- 2:20All right? Look full disclosure the first one unintentional the following two.
- 2:24Okay, I need to go back to that neurologist or a better one.
- 2:32He had a nice office. It's very convincing. Yeah, he told me
- 2:42this sleeping bag is just the testing area. I don't. I guess I'm
- 2:47pretty gullible. Uh, Daniel Malley, that's me along with Tarry Trenholme and
- 2:53Raj Sharma. We're all here inside the treehouse. Uh. We all have
- 2:58power, at least for now, barring any more tree limbs taking out power
- 3:05lines in front of Raja's house. We might all make it to the end
- 3:08of this episode. But that'll be one of the interesting twists on this show,
- 3:13which is we all started here together? Will we end that way?
- 3:19There are radio stations that can't say the same. I know because I've been
- 3:24a part of a couple. Not my fault though. All Right, So
- 3:30today is Friday, May thirty first, Yeah, final day of May May
- 3:37thirty first, twenty twenty four. Lots to get to today, including the
- 3:44scariest of aliens. Also, will we ever get to the moose baby story?
- 3:53And the reason I asked that question is because in our previous episode we
- 3:55got majorly sidetracked with the was it Tavarious from Wheel of Fortune and was right
- 4:02in the butt guess of solving the puzzle, which led us into the classic
- 4:09South Park Wheel of Fortune thing uh, which, by the way, I
- 4:15did go back and bleep that in post. There's no way I can let
- 4:17that go. I was just like, no, I gotta I need to
- 4:20know thank you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just because it's okay for
- 4:27YouTube doesn't make it okay for us in and on YouTube. So I went
- 4:31the smart way there, uh. And then that led us into a couple
- 4:36of old classic uh clips from the Newlywed game all the way back in the
- 4:42seventies maybe early eighties. I'm not sure exactly where the clips, uh what
- 4:46year the clips you know aired? But that got us to Olga Olga.
- 4:53It's like when you search for classic Newlywed game, the one that comes to
- 5:00mind most, and if you start typing it on YouTube, it'll finish it
- 5:03for you. Then that is in the butt bob Okay. That's where bob
- 5:10U Banks asks the panel of women as their husbands are sequestered. Rox,
- 5:15I'm sorry, he asked, initially asked the husband. So then they write
- 5:17down their answers, and they bring back the wives to see if they match
- 5:19the answers, and Bob you Banks asks the wives, where is the weirdest
- 5:25place you've wanted to make whoopee? And Olga seems shy about answering it at
- 5:30first, because, well, I guess it's not a standard answer, So
- 5:33instead of saying in the kitchen or in the car, she said in the
- 5:39ass. It turns out there's a little backstory to that clip, and I
- 5:46think it's only fitting that if you want to know behind the scenes information on
- 5:51butt stuff on the Newlywed game, the place you need to go for that
- 5:58information is going to Bob Ye Banks himself. Right, So here we go.
- 6:02Here is the behind the story of in the Butt Bob from Bob ye
- 6:05Banks himself, star of the newly Legged game. There was an urban legend
- 6:11that went out there that said I said, where's the strangest, most unusual
- 6:15place you've ever made whoopee? And the lady was supposed to have said,
- 6:16well, that would be in the butt Bob, And that never happened.
- 6:21That never happened. Well, five years ago I get a cough and Game
- 6:25Show Network and they said you better come down here and take a look at
- 6:27this. So I go down and take a look at it. There is
- 6:30this little Caucasian lady from Pennsylvania, right, her name is old Guy.
- 6:34And I said, where's the strangest, most unusual place you've ever said made?
- 6:40And she said in the ass? I said, no, no,
- 6:43no, no, no, no, it has to be a location.
- 6:46Oh oh sorry. You know, so that that didn't make it on the
- 6:49air. We cuckooed that one out. So do you get that now?
- 6:53So that clip that we aired last time never even made the air, But
- 6:57it's on YouTube, right, It's on YouTube, which means it got out
- 7:01somewhere somehow, right, M. So here's the here, here's the how
- 7:06that didn't make it on the air. We cuckooed that one out. When
- 7:11they did the Chuck Barrow's story Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. Uh called her
- 7:16up and they said we're gonna put the clip in the movie and she said,
- 7:18oh no, no, I'm a grandmother, now, please don't do
- 7:21that. They said, well, it's worth cold right ahead and put it
- 7:25in. You know, I guess that was a normal phrase for Olga five
- 7:36thousand bucks to put it right in. Yeah, warn't She got the the
- 7:42first time, I'm assuming. So there you have the behind the story of
- 7:46in the Butt, Bob Slash Olga's in the Ass, the Mowed game.
- 7:53I feel proud of us for being able to revisit something and tie an ize
- 7:57bow on it and give people the information that they never asked for. There
- 8:03you go. I think that should be the slogan of this show, the
- 8:07information you never asked for. Yeah, it's very accurate, it's certainly fitting.
- 8:16It's definitely appropriate. I am working on a marketing slash advertising campaign the
- 8:24Treehouse podcast Everywhere you Don't want to be There you go. Yeah, I
- 8:31think this one would play along nicely as a you know, he aged really
- 8:37well, he looks good. I don't know how long ago this is,
- 8:39but he well yeah, this clip here of Bob you makes it that wasn't
- 8:43like last week, no, no, yeah, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind
- 8:46was probably twenty years ago. So yeah, that was a great movie.
- 8:50So whenever, whenever that was recorded with Bob You Banks, I don't know,
- 8:54but the clip that I just played on YouTube that is from ten years
- 9:00ago. Okay, so it's like it's at least ten years ago and Trey
- 9:03you're right, it is probably more like twenty years yeah, because it looks
- 9:05like a standard deft shot too, So uh, that's probably why is he
- 9:13still alive. I don't I don't know. I don't think so, and
- 9:18I feel like it should have been a bigger deal when when he passed,
- 9:24because what you're assuming he has, like we haven't looked it up to confirm
- 9:28You're right. I'm just assuming he is no longer of this earth. He
- 9:33is still around, really eighty six years old. Like Dan killed Bob you
- 9:39Banks, I didn't kill him. I just assumed he was dead. He
- 9:46was dead. You'd assume I didn't pronounce him dead, I said, I
- 9:50assumed he was dead, just based on age, just on this earth anymore.
- 9:54Eighty six years old. Good for Bob you Banks, I'm a fan
- 10:01of I feel better now. I found I've got some really good news today.
- 10:03So no matter what's happened up until this point all week, I feel
- 10:07really really good knowing Bob you Banks is still alive. However, I am
- 10:11saddened by the fact that the man is still alive but he is not currently
- 10:15on television hosting a game show, because I feel like there are plenty of
- 10:18opportunities. They don't make game show hosts like they used to. You know
- 10:22what as Chuck Woolery, Bob you Banks? Well, you know uh what
- 10:28was it Ray Colmbs from Family Feud? That was a bit of a different
- 10:31situation there, but yeah, it's I don't know if it was like a
- 10:35game show host academy or school. But man, the guy who hosted Card
- 10:41Sharks, the Scrabbles Show, all these great hosts. Yeah, Jean's last
- 10:48name Match Game and then uh, I mean Richard Dawson. That's he was
- 10:54such the ultimate. He got to be the bad guy game show host in
- 10:58Arnold Swartz Nigger's the running Man. That was how good he was at game
- 11:03show host is he got to play a really sadistic game show host and a
- 11:07futuristic film with sports Nigger. Here's the scary So I just sent y'all so
- 11:11evidently Bobby Banks was recently interviewed. I just sent it to y'all. And
- 11:16here's the shocking thing. Is Bob E. Banks at eighty six now looks
- 11:20like Mary Povich. I don't have my phone with me. I left it
- 11:28in the other room. And I was so excited for the power to be
- 11:31here, so I just wanted to kop on as quick as possible. But
- 11:35most people don't realize that Richard Dawson is British and they made him lose the
- 11:41accent for so after Hogan's Heroes, they made him lose the accent so that
- 11:46he could be more commercial for American audiences on television. I actually did not
- 11:56know that, Thank you, ro Yeah. So if you go back and
- 11:58watch Hogan's Heroes in one of it's one of those small world moments. But
- 12:03my monologue coach in not monologue coach, My monologue teacher in UH college was
- 12:09Larry Hovis, who plays Carter on Hogan's Heroes. And he's the one who
- 12:15told me. He's like, yeah, they just had to make him.
- 12:16He was very handsome, women loved him. Uh. The British accent,
- 12:22UH was not at that point appealing on TV, so they had they made
- 12:28him lose the accent. So if you go back and watch, he'll do
- 12:30it every now and again on match game, he'll do the British accent.
- 12:35Interesting. Okay, now that now that we have, now that we're armed
- 12:41with that little bit of information, that no way to go back to UH,
- 12:45I go back to what got us uh here in the first place,
- 12:48and that was in the butt. So speaking of anal play, oh jeez
- 12:54uh, I I know, I know, uh speaking of anal play.
- 13:01Let's talk aliens. So we've talked a couple of times about the alleged alien
- 13:07interaction or sighting in Las Vegas last year. Right, Well, now a
- 13:15guy who is a crime scene analyst has broken down the Las Vegas alien sighting
- 13:22video and he says that it's real and that the aliens are real, which,
- 13:31well, well, we'll discuss that a little more in depth, but
- 13:33I want you to be able to hear what he has to say for himself
- 13:37and then watch a little bit of this video because the video that they that
- 13:39he kind of breaks down is the one that if you saw the story,
- 13:43you probably watched a little bit of it last year, and that is there's
- 13:46just three guys. They got the camera, phone out, they got a
- 13:48flashlight, and they're going into the backyard. You see there's a tree and
- 13:52there's a fence. They're looking like across the street or in an alleyway and
- 13:56they think they see an alien. And then there's some and I think they
- 14:01thought they saw like two aliens. But according to this, in the moment,
- 14:05they only thought they saw the one, and then when they went back
- 14:07and watched the video is when they think they saw a second one. So
- 14:11now this crime scene analyst decides to break down the video and give us his
- 14:15thoughts. To me, you know, I applied the same principles that I
- 14:20would apply to any kind of a homicide investigation. Right, yes, and
- 14:24you have to look at the totality of the evidence, and you're gonna have
- 14:28debunkers that'd be like, well, but the shadow it could be this,
- 14:31that or the other. No, no, no, it cannot. And
- 14:33I want to open this up. Everything that we've done. I'm opening it
- 14:37up for peer review. Okay, anybody out there with a degree in photography,
- 14:41anybody out there who's a qualified expert witness and video analysis like I am.
- 14:46Anybody out there with a master's degree or hire an education in video analysis,
- 14:52video editing, photography, film development, computer animation, and so on
- 14:56and so forth, bring it on. Look at what i I've put on
- 15:00my YouTube channel, look at what Jim and I are going to talk about
- 15:03today. And I'm willing to hear what professionals in my field have to say
- 15:09about this and open it up, and if I'm wrong, you know,
- 15:11I'll admit it. But I think that the evidence at this particular time,
- 15:16with what we've see in here, is proof a couple of things that these
- 15:22entities, both in the background and in the foreground behind the fence, are
- 15:28real. They're there. This is not fake, This is not a fraud.
- 15:33I guarantee it one hundred percent. These two items, these two beings
- 15:39are in the real world environment with the ken More family. That's a fact.
- 15:46It's an absolute fact that is there. And the one in the background
- 15:50is there. So I have learned in recent years that when anybody says something
- 15:56is one hundred percent, I don't believe it because it all it's because it's
- 16:00whenever you go that route and you go that hard in the paint, I
- 16:03feel like it's compensation when you say it's one hundred percent. Again, I've
- 16:07had experience with this. It's not that being said. I don't know if
- 16:15you guys caught this, but we're playing that audio and then there's video that
- 16:18goes along with it. It's the original video and the three dudes that you
- 16:22see from behind their heads right, you see behind the heads of three dudes.
- 16:26To their right is a wooden fence, and above that wooden fence is
- 16:33a tree with really no leaves in it. Okay, they look across the
- 16:37street or whatever, and they see what this crime scene analysis guy says is
- 16:42in fact, you know, a being across the street, and they put
- 16:47a little red arrow over the top of it. Right. What they didn't
- 16:53know the three dudes is on their right, above the fence line is a
- 17:03second shadowy figure that gave me chills watching it earlier, because I guess I
- 17:07didn't see it first came out a year ago. Watch the shadowy figure come
- 17:15like a creepy neighbor on home improvement above the fence by of the evidence,
- 17:22and you're going to have the bunkers that'd be like, well that the shadow
- 17:26it could be this, that or the other. No, no, no,
- 17:27it cannot And I want to open this up. And so he even
- 17:30draws a little red arrow there. And this guy's name is Scott Roder.
- 17:36He's testified as an expert in some of the most highly publicized criminal cases in
- 17:40the world. He broke down this video of a reported alien sighting in Las
- 17:44Vegas frame by frame. He actually believes that that shadowy figure you see above
- 17:49the fence line is a cloaking device that the aliens are employed. Do you
- 17:56believe him when he says it's one hundred oh no, no, I mean
- 18:11it's a cloaking device, that's what he says. What do they But they're
- 18:18they're out in the open, so what do they You just can't see them.
- 18:23That's what they're trying to be? A tree? Mum hum. Okay,
- 18:29Yeah, they need to reopen every one of the cases he ever testified
- 18:33in. I know, I feel really bad for any prosecutors that used him
- 18:38around the world because they may have some issues. Yeah, they're going to
- 18:44use this on appeal as well as they should. Why would they need if
- 18:52I don't understand the whole story, why would they need a cloaking device?
- 18:56And so they you don't know it's a tree, but it's an alien.
- 19:00Well it's like, yes, you can't see him. Yeah, that way
- 19:03you can walk amongst the people that you're studying without being seen, gotcha.
- 19:08Okay, So it's like Harry Potter, Harry Potter and the Cloak of Invisibility
- 19:12or whatever it is, gotcha, Or it's just like the cloaking device,
- 19:15the Romulus using Star Trek. There's a whole there's a whole point to you
- 19:18know, having the element of surprise. God, I wish I k know
- 19:22what you just said right now, Trey, does you watch Star Trek?
- 19:26You've never seen Star Trek. I'm gonna go with a couple of episodes,
- 19:30not I don't know what, none of the movies. No, just iuse
- 19:41like some of the stuff, like, I know you've seen Ghostbusters, and
- 19:42I'm very glad for that because that's at least one film Trey and I can
- 19:45throw references album to and you'll get But there's a multitude of others that you're
- 19:52just like right over your head. Yeah, I didn't see any of the
- 19:56Star Trek movies. I didn't see the multiple shows that were Star Trek Next
- 20:02Generation, and they were pretty much all crap after Generation Space nine? Is
- 20:08that another one of them? Yes, just that just sounded like a porn
- 20:12to me. Yeah, that's actually one of the one of the few shows
- 20:15that's original title was the same title as the porn parody of it. Oh,
- 20:21I did not know that? Okay, yeah, uh no, I
- 20:27didn't. You know. I'm not a big sci fi guy. I didn't
- 20:30get into Harry Potter until uh, probably ten years ago. And I read
- 20:38the books and then I watched the movies and they're fantastic. But I'm not
- 20:42a big sci fi I'm a more I'm like, I'm I'm a mob guy
- 20:47like I like, uh, the historical stories. So if you give me
- 20:52like the Untouchables or the Godfather like that, that kind of stuff is more
- 20:56my more my speed. Okay, scarface. Yes, So now imagine Tony
- 21:03Montana had the cloak of invisibility from Harry Potter. Okay, can you see
- 21:11the advantage that he would have in having the search technology. I think if
- 21:15you watched Scar's face, he would have had the coke of ability invisibility,
- 21:18the cloak of invisibility. Uh yeah, okay, I get it now.
- 21:25But and how tall apparently are these alien They think like like eight to ten
- 21:32feet tall, the ones that were allegedly seen in Las Vegas last year.
- 21:36Well, so basically, yeah, it's good to know that they've grown,
- 21:41because every account of every alien ever is there about four feet tall and grayish
- 21:48and whatever. But now these guys are drinking milk and vitamins and now they're
- 21:53eight feet tall. I don't know. I'll have to I will have to
- 21:56disagree with you. There have been many accounts of of ten to fourteen feet.
- 22:00Where are these accounts? Trey? Trey's talking about the movie Space Jam
- 22:11again. I've never seen it, but I believe. But Raj, you
- 22:14should. It's historical drama, Michael, not the one with Lebron's treehouse on
- 22:25air dot com. All right, Raj, when we come back, I
- 22:27have a very serious question to ask you about aliens. Okay, okay,

- 22:59to pick up the two big dogs right now. Myself, Colby, and
- 23:03the little beagle boy all spent the night in a hotel last night because we
- 23:06didn't have electricity. And I don't want anyone to think that I'm that prissy,
- 23:10but my office didn't have electricity either. But you want to keep answering
- 23:12the phones for your customers, and to do that, I needed a place
- 23:15to charge my phone and charge my laptop, and so we waited to go
- 23:21into the field until it was more passable weather wise. But we needed to
- 23:26create a new mobile headquarters. So we were the West Plano division of Brooks
- 23:30Plumbing. But it was terrible and I didn't like it. I want to,
- 23:34I wanna. I didn't like it at all. I don't blame you.
- 23:41Yeah, you're not supposed to like it, but I do love how
- 23:44that no matter what happened weather wise, as you said, you set up
- 23:48mobile headquarters for all your plumbing uh customers what whatever, whatever they needed,
- 23:55you were there for them despite your time of need as well. And uh

- 25:00DFW eight three to three Cook DFW the website cookdfw dot com. I'm afraid
- 25:07to get the answer to this question, Raj, but I'm going to ask
- 25:10good of you and Trey anyways, Okay, based on the video evidence that
- 25:17we just watched of the Las Vegas alien sighting last year where it's two eight
- 25:27to ten foot tall aliens using cloaking devices in a family's backyard slash construction site
- 25:36because there's a forklift in the backyard. Sure so, based on this video
- 25:40evidence of an alleged alien sighting in Las Vegas last year. Crime scene analyst
- 25:45looks at the video and says, yes, these beings are there. It
- 25:49is a fact. Let's say, hypothetically, he's right, and these creatures
- 25:59are real. Let's twist it into a hypothetical movie. Aliens, okay,
- 26:06aliens from film? What is the one species of alien from movies that you
- 26:14would not want to be real? And there are myriad of choices here that
- 26:21Hollywood has put out for scary, terrifying aliens on Earth. Of all of
- 26:30them, which is the one you would not want to be real? I
- 26:37don't is the Predator? Guy? Is that the thing? Is he Predator?
- 26:45Yeah? Predator is an alien? Yeah. Yeah, that's the only
- 26:48one I kind of know, which also happens to be about ten feet tall
- 26:52and uses cloaking technology. Okay, well, that's we've cracked the code.
- 26:57I don't well, I've been afraid of this for the past year because when
- 27:00they first said that a ten foot tall aliens in someone's backyard using cloaking technology,
- 27:07I immediately thought, well, that's the Predator and we're all about to
- 27:10die. Yeah, that's the I think that's the only alien thing I've seen.
- 27:17I've never seen aliens no, I don't think. So. You've seen
- 27:22a Predator movie, but you've not seen Aliens versus Predator. No, but
- 27:27isn't isn't alien like something on somebody's face or something like that. It's part
- 27:32of it. Yeah, yeah, okay, Morning Weaver. We'll give you
- 27:36a quick recap rag. Two of the scariest Aliens in film history are the
- 27:41Predator and the Species. Uh and the Aliens from Alien. I don't ever
- 27:45know if they actually gave them a name other than aliens, but in the
- 27:49stomach guy that yes, right, So what they do is it's did you
- 27:55actually remember that or did you see it from Spaceballs? Now Spaceballs? I
- 28:02did see I remember. I remember the thing in the stunt, like the
- 28:06guy is on the table and he starts to like I'm gonna throw up,
- 28:10I'm not feeling well, and then that thing juts out of a stomach.
- 28:14Yeah, I remember that thing. That's because he ordered the special, he
- 28:19had the salmon. Well, they acted because that's John Hurt and he was
- 28:25actually in the original Alien film. So I mean it all came full circle
- 28:29on the Spaceball's thing. But you know the way it works in the Aliens
- 28:33movie franchise is you got the queen. She'll lay some eggs, right and
- 28:38when the eggs had actually say that again. There's a queen. There's an
- 28:42alien queen. She'll lay some eggs and then they'll hatch. They open up
- 28:48and these things fly out. These are called the face huggers. They fly
- 28:52out onto the humans that the aliens have captured, and then they stick to
- 28:56their faces and then that, yeah, so you got the face huggers.
- 29:02It's attached to the people's faces, and then they implant I guess alien embryos
- 29:07into their bodies and then the face hugger falls off and dies. After it's
- 29:10done its job, the people wake up going, oh that's the vibe,
- 29:12look you me, and then you know about you know a number of hours
- 29:15later, they don't feel so good, and a baby alien rips through their
- 29:18body and out into the world, thus giving birth to the next alien.
- 29:22And those aliens can survive in stomach acid uh huh, because their blood is
- 29:30acid, so then it would be alkaline, so it would offset raj stop
- 29:37throwing science in the middle of science fiction. That's why they call it that.
- 29:41Okay, gotcha, I'm just saying I say all this just I say
- 29:45all this because I think your answer has to be when asked what is the
- 29:51one movie alien you would not want to be real, it's got to be
- 29:55the aliens from Alien, right, Well, they couldn't be, but the
- 30:00Predator guy's pretty scary. I did like the dreads on him. Those are
- 30:03pretty dope, but that's all I remember. He had dreads, right,
- 30:08mm hmmm hmm yeah, not very laid back for an alien rustafarian though.
- 30:15Now an alien rastafarian is what I can get behind. Now we need a
- 30:18movie about that. I can get high with that. Dude, I don't
- 30:22appreciate it. Uh yeah, Drey, what about for you? If you
- 30:33had to pick what movie alien would you not want to be real? I'll
- 30:41go I won't go with easy answer, anyone. Remember, I don't know
- 30:45raj Dan. Do you remember the mini series V I do remember that.
- 30:51I do remember the I don't. I didn't watch it, but I remember
- 30:52it was a big deal. Yeah, vaguely. You know those those because
- 30:59they were repped hillion, but they could just cover them, they could wear
- 31:02like skin suits and look human. Yeah, the theory kind of here.
- 31:07Yes, I do remember that, and I think that was because we're not
- 31:10too many years apart, but I think that was like in the mid eighties,
- 31:14late eighties. Yeah, yeah, that was a big deal. Like
- 31:17it was a huge series. And I remember like people talking. I didn't
- 31:21my parents wouldn't let me watch that stuff. But yeah, Mars attacks.
- 31:26You know those guys. Those guys just just the way they just kind of
- 31:33randomly just destroy things. That's the one in the fishball helmet. Yeah.
- 31:37The one I'm most afraid of is the one in the tidy whities. He
- 31:40doesn't care about anything, He's got nothing to lose. What is what is
- 31:47your answer to it? Which one? So I went, I went outside
- 31:51the box because my first answer was aliens from alien. But then as I
- 31:56thought more about it, Okay, I'm gonna say the Hollywood alien I would
- 32:01not want to be real is et because if he's real, when he comes
- 32:06back to Earth, he will have told all his friends and family about my
- 32:10recents pieces, and then they're gonna eat all the recist pieces. And I'm
- 32:14not gonna have any delicious candy coat of peanut butter treats anymore. So I
- 32:17say, f those little dudes and there and their big long anal proby fingers.
- 32:22Yeah, I was gonna say I wasn't worried about the candy. We
- 32:25can we can hoard that, but it's it's you can't get away from that
- 32:30finger. See that's the problem. You hide the candy, and you hide
- 32:34it somewhere like in you know, shining Mountain or something right, and you're
- 32:37like, they're never gonna find it. But then the aliens got their fingers
- 32:39and they know you know where it is, so they just inch by inch
- 32:43insert that finger. So the next thing, you know, you can't wait
- 32:45to tell them where all the recist pieces are. Hey, but you know
- 32:49what I mean, you think about it that that feeling that finger also heals,
- 32:52so you know, you for a cheat thrill. If you have prostate
- 32:59cancer, all you need to do to cure it is that is that is
- 33:09that is truly terrifying. And it has another reason as to why of the
- 33:13aliens you should not want to be real coming out of movie screens. It's
- 33:16the ets. That's a that's a that's a cheap copey. You have to
- 33:24have any anesthesia, just a couple of shots of jacket, you're good trade.
- 33:34That's how I got into the mess in the first place. I don't
- 33:39want to see where he phones home, uh dirty with a finger like that.
- 33:46There is no such thing as speed dial. I just want to rotary.
- 33:59I I'm not going to be able to watch et ever again because now
- 34:04I'm looking at it with with a different perspective and thinking that all the NASSA
- 34:07dudes and suits had the right idea. They were right to be careful.
- 34:16Poor Elliot, we don't know what happened in that closet. We all know
- 34:29you got sucked up on drugs after you know what. Everything since that movie
- 34:36is really starting to make a lot more sense. I mean, he does
- 34:40turn white. Maybe it was just a coke party. You're listening to the
- 34:55Treehouse. Visit us online that treehouse on dot com. Let's get Daniel Cook
- 35:09from Cook DFW Roofing and Restoration into the Treehouse now taking a break from all
- 35:14the busy work he's had the last couple of days. Give him a call
- 35:16for that free roof inspection, which many of North Texas are realizing. I
- 35:21probably need one of those after the storms this week. Eight three three Cook
- 35:24DFW eight three three Cook DFW website, COOKDFW dot com. Daniel, you
- 35:30were just telling me you've you've seen some things the past couple of days as
- 35:34you're going around town and help people out. Hey, Daniel, I it's
- 35:37been crazy. I mean, there's one thing that you will never ever defeat
- 35:43in this world, and that's mother Nature. It is amazing the saw the
- 35:47winds that came through here recently. They were tracked anywhere between ninety and sixty
- 35:52five miles an hour in different places, and it was super intense because they
- 35:57were straight line wins. And people underestimate eight line winds. Everybody's always scared
- 36:01of tornadoes, and rightfully so, and hurricanes, but straight line winds have
- 36:06just as much damaging power. And so last yesterday we got a call first
- 36:09thing in the morning at like seven fifteen. Gentlemen called us. He said,
- 36:13hey, I think my chimney blew off my house. And we're like,
- 36:15well, we definitely have seen that before. That's not that's not abnormal.
- 36:20We go out there as fast as we can because obviously he's got a
- 36:22gaping hole in his roof. We're still raining at that time. We didn't
- 36:25really stop raining yesterday until almost noon, so as so as soon as we
- 36:30got this call, we're like, all right, let's get out there.
- 36:31So we dispatch it. I meet some of the guys out there. We
- 36:35got a rain gear on, we got our boots on. We're trying to
- 36:37get up with a steep roof not to fall off and break my neck because
- 36:40then carry's going to be mad at me. But you know, we get
- 36:45up there and then we figure out. We look across the street and there's
- 36:46this huge cover from a patio and it's made out of a metal and we're
- 36:52like, all right, So we we start going up the roof and we're
- 36:54like, holy caw, where does that go? And then we see a
- 36:57ceiling fan in the middle of the street, and we're like, where does
- 37:00a ceiling fan go? Well, we get up to the top of the
- 37:02roof finally, and we see his chimney. He's right, his chimney's blown
- 37:07off. Half of it's hanging off the side of the roof. Half of
- 37:08it's blown off into the yard. But then we put two and two together.
- 37:12We start seeing these brackets on the back side of the roof, and
- 37:15we start seeing down in the backside of his backyard. You can see where
- 37:17all this materials is dangling and hanging out. That guy's patio cover blew all
- 37:23the way across over the top of his house a good seventy five yards into
- 37:30the neighbor's house across the street front yard and destroyed his roof, his chimney,
- 37:37landscaping, gutters, and then it landed on the side and then hit
- 37:40that neighbor's house on the edge of their roof. So in that thing weighs
- 37:45probably three fifty four hundred pounds, So it was quite amazing to see the
- 37:49feet of that much wind and what it was able to do. But we
- 37:52got the roof covered as well as we can to protect it. We got
- 37:54some tarps up there. You know, at least it's going to be preliminary,
- 37:59you know, safe, And that way, he calls the insurance.
- 38:01We're going to meet the adjusters out there so we can show them all this
- 38:05data and make sure this customer gets the right ride up for their home,
- 38:07because it's critical that you have people on site, especially in times like this.
- 38:13Absolutely so give Daniel and his team a call right now eight three three
- 38:16Cook DFW. They can do for you what they've already been doing for other
- 38:21customers in North Texas. Get that free roof. In section eight three three
- 38:24Cook dfwoid again the website cookdfw dot com. You're listening to the Treehouse.

- 38:53The website Brooks Plumbing Texas dot com again for any and all of your
- 38:58plumbing wants and needs Brooks Plumbing, Texas dot com. Oh, we've covered
- 39:02a lot of things, a lot of it for the second episode in a
- 39:05row being butt based, so I think it's important that we try to branch
- 39:10out a little bit inside the treehouse. Uh. There's something after this much
- 39:15anal play that will make you feel better, and that is, of course
- 39:22birthday. That's right, Yeah, good job, but that's wrong to alay.
- 39:34It always goes back to that, damn it. That's not to be.
- 39:38That's a bumper. There we go. Today is Friday, May thirty
- 39:45first, twenty twenty four. Birthdays today. We have got hang on one
- 39:53second. It's actually a pretty good day for birthdays. I'm gonna be really
- 39:59picky on this. Singer se low is forty eight. His biggest hit Forget
- 40:04You, But I think we all know the actual title of that song.
- 40:07Tom Morella from Rage Against the Machine, Audio Slave and Profits of Rage,
- 40:12and I know him fifty nine. You know him. I do know Tom.
- 40:17I will have to wish him a happy birthday. I did not know
- 40:19it was his birthday today. He's such a good friend, you didn't even
- 40:22know it was his birthday. I met him years ago and that was It
- 40:27was one of those Hollywood moments where I was invited to a birthday party and
- 40:30they're like, Hey, we're going to Tom's birthday party at the Shouts tell
- 40:32Moremont. I was like okay. And I walked in as we're walking and
- 40:36they're like, you do know Tom Morella from Dge against the Machine. I
- 40:37was like, yes, I do. I'm a metal head. So oh.
- 40:43They meant like you know who he is, not that you know?
- 40:45Yes. But then we sat down and all he wanted to talk about was
- 40:47Deep Elm and the music scene there, and that's how we became friends.
- 40:51So but I will message did you give him the bad news? Well,
- 40:54I mean this is when it was coming back, right, So this one
- 40:57it's always been coming back. Yeah, it comes back every ten years.
- 41:02But he was doing the night Watchman tour and so he went two trees and
- 41:07did a spond is the night Watchman because it was reopened again. So happy
- 41:12birthday, Tom. I will message him later. That's very cool, thank
- 41:15you. Normally you just pick random people that I think you like. Usually,
- 41:21just picking names of people that I think will all at least recognize,
- 41:24Yes, has nothing to do with whether or not I like them. Let's
- 41:28see. Let's see who the next one is. Wanona Judd is fifty nine
- 41:31as well, so you should tell your nutty Tom that he shares a birthday
- 41:37with Wana judge, one of the juds. I will let him know.
- 41:43Uh well, okay, very cool. I like her. I don't,
- 41:47wasn't. What's his sister who's an actress, Ashley Ashley Ashley Judd. That's
- 41:52what it is? Yeah, okay. Also, Ted McGinley turns sixty five.
- 41:57He's the one that gets labeled as a cursed actor who gets blamed for
- 42:00the demise of just about every series he joined, which includes Happy Days,
- 42:05The Love Boat Dynasty, Married with Children, and hope and faith. They
- 42:09all went down after a tex board. That's if you actually go research that,
- 42:15And he even says it like he was. He was like I was
- 42:19on Happy Days for like five years. I was on married with children for
- 42:22pretty much the whole run. The whole run. He could lists off and
- 42:25he's like, I've had actually really great career. I think he was.
- 42:30I want to say, did he come on the West Wing at the end?
- 42:32Yes, yes, yeah, yeah, But isn't he Is there any
- 42:37relation to who's the other McGinley John C? Was that what's guy's name?
- 42:45No? No, you got it right, John C. McGinley is is
- 42:47uh from Scrubs? Scrubs? I loved him so great on that. Are
- 42:54they related? I have no idea. They might just have this McGinley last
- 43:00name. It doesn't mention anything as far as them being related. Okay,
- 43:04yeah, I liked him on Happy Days. I thought he was great.
- 43:07And Ted McGinley was also the head of the Alpha betas in Revenge of the
- 43:10Nerds. That's right, Yes, I did see that. So he also
- 43:15had a small role in Mad Men and he definitely didn't kill that series.
- 43:20So I'm with you. It's like he somehow got that rap as killing series.
- 43:22But you're right, it's like every series he was on was on for
- 43:24multiple years, including with him there. Also George Clooney was the king of
- 43:30failed sitcoms, Like he was known for killing everything he was on, and
- 43:35then he got er when he was in his early forties. But he also
- 43:38started on Roseanne. Yeah, and then that it ended a year later.
- 43:44No, it didn't. He was on way early on Roseanne. Trust me,
- 43:47Raj, my wife and I lived in a trailer for almost a year
- 43:51and we watched over air television and some of the options were limited, so
- 43:54we watched old Roseanne shows, and I thought, he is the one who
- 44:00like gone on at the end, like is a handyman or something like that,
- 44:05unless he came back. But it was he was early on. He
- 44:07was their manager at the Plastic utensil factory, which when you say that out
- 44:13loud, sounds stupid, but to what it was, Okay, gotcha.
- 44:16But I thought he because he was known like before this guy he was known
- 44:20as the king of the failed sitcoms. I think he was fourteen uh sitcoms
- 44:25that Clooney got a part in that never went anywhere. A lot of them
- 44:30never even made it out of the pilot. So I'm sorry. But the
- 44:34only person I can recall that has a track record like that is our very
- 44:37own tone Bell. When I did tones roast last time you have to write,
- 44:46I started off with they brought me up like fourth or fifth, and
- 44:51I was like, I gotta hurry up and get this roast done before they
- 44:53cancel this. He's not. He's been on a handful of shows that did
- 45:01not quite make it, and none of it was his fault. It just
- 45:04is, well, the Facts of Life he was on at the end,
- 45:07and that's right, That's what it was. The Facts of Life is what
- 45:09he was on at the end, and that killed They said that that's what
- 45:13killed the show. It's not, but I think, well, wasn't he
- 45:15Wasn't he supposed to be the boyfriend of Joe on Facts of Life? I
- 45:21think so? Yeah, I think I think I wore. What killed it
- 45:23is that them trying to convince us that Joe was wasn't a lesbian? Yeah,
- 45:31where we're not buying this ore how cute that guy is? His kids
- 45:39were like he's gay. I mean, that's a huge fact of life that
- 45:45they somehow just glost right over. They took the good, they took the
- 45:50bad, they took everything. George Clooney had, All right, that'll do
- 46:05it for birthdays real quick. A couple of news stories that if I don't
- 46:07mention, I'm going to regret, which, by the way, I'd like
- 46:09to mention this. We haven't said it publicly, but I think this is
- 46:13a great example as to the reason why we need to be on every damn
- 46:17day, because there is so much content that we don't get a chance to
- 46:22touch on. Because I don't want to do a six hour marathon recording and
- 46:29then split it up type of thing throughout the week. That's not how podcasts
- 46:32work, you know. I'd rather just because we missed. Like I said,
- 46:36we miss out on so much stuff. Yes, like like this,
- 46:40which is one of the better headlines I've seen in a while. A Chicago
- 46:45man convicted of murder based in part on testimony from a blind eyewitness is suing
- 46:52the city and the police department. Or this one, like the Air Force
- 47:00veterans who served at top secret base Area fifty two are now suffering from serious
- 47:07illnesses and can't seem to get health insurance. We didn't even know there was
- 47:13an area fifty two. That's top secret. It was. That's right.
- 47:17That sounds like it's next to up Forever twenty one where they jeez, okay,
- 47:34let's go back to the can we just the blind eyewitness? Mm hm
- 47:40as a prosecutor, how do you go? And uh, here's what we
- 47:45would like to call next. I know, like, do you put do
- 47:51you put the uh? Do you put the joke glasses on where the eyeballs
- 47:54bounce around? It's totally fine. You're on with the still he saw the
- 48:01whole well, I mean he didn't see the whole thing, but he smelt
- 48:06it. Ear witness at that point just put some googly eyes over his sunglasses.
- 48:16Everything's fine, there's nothing to see here. Are we in the courtroom?
- 48:27We don't know. It's a good place to hang out. Thanks for
- 48:45being with us inside the Treehouse today. We appreciate it. Thank you to
- 48:47the to the to the electricity gods for giving it to us just enough to
