- 0:35Speaker 4: your case, baby.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Yes.
- 0:36Speaker 4: It is National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day. I like this because
- 0:39Speaker 4: this is two desserts that I love colliding. I do
- 0:42Speaker 4: love me some cheesecake, and I do love me some
- 0:45Speaker 4: pumpkin pie. And it is Back to the Future Day,
- 0:48Speaker 4: October 21st. This is the date that Marty McFly traveled
- 0:52Speaker 4: to in Back to the Future Part 2, except for
- 0:55Speaker 4: he traveled to 2015.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Back to the Future Day.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Every once in a while, we like to do a
- 1:01Speaker 1: public service and get answers for people with certain things.
- 1:04Speaker 1: And Peyton's going through something right now. We need to
- 1:06Speaker 1: find somebody. We need answers for something.
- 1:08Speaker 2: Right, Peyton?
- 1:08Speaker 3: Yeah, because it's really starting to freak me out, truthfully.
- 1:12Speaker 3: So I need to know who out there in the
- 1:16Speaker 3: East Valley, Chandler, Arizona area drives a pink, a metallic pink,
- 1:24Speaker 3: I think, Wrangler Jeep. And you guys have a bunch
- 1:28Speaker 3: of rubber duckies in your front, like, windshield. Like, inside,
- 1:32Speaker 3: because you know how, like, Jeeps, they get ducked all
- 1:33Speaker 3: the time. You got a lot of those, but you're, like,
- 1:35Speaker 3: metallic and pink, and you're a Jeep. And if it's you,
- 1:40Speaker 3: I need to know, because you're starting to freak me out.
- 1:42Speaker 4: Are they doing tours of Sedona?
- 1:45Speaker 5: No, it's, like, not that color pink Jeep. It's, like,
- 1:47Speaker 5: metallic pink.
- 1:48Speaker 3: It's, like, they remind me of my Nike Hyperdunks I
- 1:50Speaker 3: had when I was a kid.
- 1:51Speaker 1: So, let's go everywhere you are, you see this Jeep.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Literally, everywhere I go, I see this Jeep. This weekend,
- 1:58Speaker 3: I was driving back home from Vegas and I saw
- 2:01Speaker 3: the Jeep. I literally was beside myself. I was like,
- 2:03Speaker 3: oh my gosh, mom, the Jeep is following me. Because
- 2:06Speaker 3: I'm like, there's either two things. Either one, it's bad
- 2:09Speaker 3: energy that's trying to follow me. Or two, you're my
- 2:12Speaker 3: guardian angel. And I like the latter.
- 2:16Speaker 4: Why would a guardian angel choose a pink Jeep, though?
- 2:18Speaker 5: Because it's cool? Yeah, it's cute.
- 2:21Speaker 1: It's cute? Actually, Rich, I would go that way versus
- 2:24Speaker 1: an evil Jeep.
- 2:26Speaker 6: Yeah, like an evil Jeep would have, like, spikes and
- 2:28Speaker 6: maybe be, like, I don't know, like, mean-looking.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Dark, black-looking with a big whatever. But a pink? Pink is, like, happy. Yeah.
- 2:34Speaker 3: I've seen her pulling out of the Sephora yesterday.
- 2:37Speaker 5: I saw her.
- 2:38Speaker 3: Driving up rigs.
- 2:39Speaker 5: I'm like, well, I think it's a her.
- 2:40Speaker 3: I'm assuming it's a her. It's a pink Jeep. I'm assuming.
- 2:43Speaker 3: But I need to know who you are because you're
- 2:44Speaker 3: freaking me out. And I know they don't see me.
- 2:46Speaker 5: Because I just drive a regular Toyota Corolla. I blend in.
- 2:49Speaker 5: Unless they are following you.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Unless they are.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Have you Googled.
- 2:52Speaker 1: What pink Jeep means or anything like that?
- 2:56Speaker 3: I haven't Googled what pink Jeep with like 50 rubber
- 2:58Speaker 3: duckies is.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Well, the rubber duckies I know, but it's a pink Jeep.
- 3:01Speaker 1: So it's like she doesn't sell Mary Kay, does she?
- 3:03Speaker 1: Isn't that a pink thing?
- 3:04Speaker 4: Yeah, Mary-Kate's like.
- 3:05Speaker 5: A light pink, I think. It's a different color pink.
- 3:08Speaker 3: I don't know, but it's this very specific metallic pink,
- 3:12Speaker 3: which makes me think that it has to be. There's
- 3:14Speaker 3: no way there's two pink metallic Jeeps with a bunch
- 3:16Speaker 3: of rubber duckies.
- 3:18Speaker 5: What's the odds of that?
- 3:20Speaker 3: Oh, wow.
- 3:20Speaker 6: Okay, so seeing a metallic pink Jeep everywhere is most
- 3:25Speaker 6: likely a psychological phenomenon known as the Bader-Meinhof phenomenon or
- 3:31Speaker 6: frequency illusion.
- 3:33Speaker 5: Rather than a sign or hidden mystical meaning.
- 3:36Speaker 6: So basically your brain is incredibly efficient at filtering out
- 3:40Speaker 6: unnecessary information. However, once you notice something highly unique, like
- 3:44Speaker 6: a metallic pink Jeep, your brain flags it as important
- 3:47Speaker 6: or interesting.
- 3:48Speaker 5: So you start seeing it more.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Huh?
- 3:50Speaker 1: So it does exist.
- 3:53Speaker 5: Like it's not saying it doesn't exist.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Okay. So you are seeing, so you might have seen
- 3:58Speaker 1: more than one pink Jeep or is it the same
- 4:00Speaker 1: pink Jeep?
- 4:00Speaker 5: I'm pretty sure it's the same pink Jeep. I feel
- 4:02Speaker 5: like that's a unique paint job.
- 4:03Speaker 3: It's a very, and that's why.
- 4:04Speaker 5: So if that's you, take a picture next time.
- 4:06Speaker 4: Okay.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I will, but I'm driving.
- 4:07Speaker 3: I don't want to get a distracted driving ticket.
- 4:09Speaker 5: I've gotten too old. Oh, okay. On the other side,
- 4:11Speaker 5: this is good news.
- 4:13Speaker 6: Apparently seeing a pink car is often taken as a
- 4:17Speaker 6: personal sign of love, compassion, or a message from the universe.
- 4:21Speaker 5: So, through interpretations very widely.
- 4:25Speaker 1: We're going to do a 180 on that right now
- 4:28Speaker 1: because it is Halloween season. We're going to get into
- 4:30Speaker 1: the scariest thing that's ever happened to you. Tina, what
- 4:34Speaker 1: is the scariest thing that's ever happened to you?
- 4:36Speaker 2: My husband's mom lived with us for a short period
- 4:38Speaker 2: of time. She is a true paranoid schizophrenic and I've
- 4:43Speaker 2: never lived with somebody who was truly diagnosed and she
- 4:47Speaker 2: was talking to herself a lot and things like that,
- 4:49Speaker 2: which is all totally normal stuff. But when you listen,
- 4:53Speaker 2: you know, she's constantly talking about, you know, sometimes it
- 4:55Speaker 2: was about angels, sometimes it was about demons. And she
- 4:59Speaker 2: would have this, like, laughter that would never stop for, like,
- 5:02Speaker 2: 45 minutes straight, and that's not an exaggeration. And it's
- 5:04Speaker 2: like a he-he-he-he, like a he-he voice, you know, it
- 5:07Speaker 2: was really odd. But one day, you know, she's staying here,
- 5:12Speaker 2: and as time progresses, we're all starting to talk, me,
- 5:15Speaker 2: my husband, and my daughter, about how we've been having
- 5:18Speaker 2: nightmares lately. And we're like, oh, you're having nightmares too?
- 5:21Speaker 2: And yes, and they're all about his mom. You know,
- 5:24Speaker 2: like I had a dream that she stabbed up our
- 5:27Speaker 2: dogs and my daughter had a dream that she pushed
- 5:30Speaker 2: her down the stairs.
- 5:30Speaker 3: Oh, jeez.
- 5:31Speaker 2: And we were having these bad, bad dreams.
- 5:32Speaker 3: Right. Yeah.
- 5:34Speaker 2: So we're having these bad dreams and it's just getting odd.
- 5:37Speaker 2: You know, she looks at the corner of the ceiling
- 5:39Speaker 2: and says weird things. And one day she was outside
- 5:43Speaker 2: and we try to keep her quiet when she's outside
- 5:44Speaker 2: because she says some crazy stuff outside and the neighbors
- 5:48Speaker 2: are questioning.
- 5:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:49Speaker 2: And she's listening to this radio outside as loud as
- 5:52Speaker 2: it can go. And she is one inch away from
- 5:55Speaker 2: this radio. And she's talking into this radio. And it
- 5:58Speaker 2: was like in between stations. It was one where it's
- 6:00Speaker 2: not digital. You can program it, you know, with the knob.
- 6:03Speaker 2: And she's talking into this radio. And the radio doesn't
- 6:07Speaker 2: make sense because it's just static. And I'm trying to
- 6:09Speaker 2: get her attention. And when she whipped around and turned
- 6:12Speaker 2: around and looked at me, she just looks at me
- 6:14Speaker 2: and she is just this. And it would not stop.
- 6:19Speaker 2: she had this look in her eyes, like her eyes
- 6:21Speaker 2: were just different. And, and like instantly the hairs on
- 6:24Speaker 2: my back just stood straight up. Like I felt very uncomfortable.
- 6:27Speaker 2: I just shut the door and backed away. Now it
- 6:31Speaker 2: just lots of incidences like this. So we're like, you know,
- 6:34Speaker 2: your mom's got to go. It's like, my, my, my
- 6:36Speaker 2: daughter's getting scared. Like we're all on edge around here.
- 6:39Speaker 2: We're locking doors in and out of everywhere we go.
- 6:41Speaker 2: And it's just getting really uncomfortable. So he went to
- 6:44Speaker 2: send her back to California when she left the very
- 6:47Speaker 2: next day. I always go downstairs to see my daughter.
- 6:51Speaker 2: I go into the mudroom that literally has nothing in it,
- 6:54Speaker 2: and there's this massive pool of blood. And I'm like, oh,
- 6:57Speaker 2: my God. You know, my first thought, I'm trying to
- 6:58Speaker 2: rationalize it, is one of the dogs is bleeding. You know,
- 7:01Speaker 2: one of the dogs, check the dogs, and the dogs
- 7:03Speaker 2: are fine, and they're white. You know, so you could
- 7:05Speaker 2: tell if somebody was peeing blood or something. There's nothing.
- 7:08Speaker 2: So I'm looking closer at this pool of blood, like
- 7:11Speaker 2: a literal pool of blood in this room. And there's
- 7:15Speaker 2: nothing that could have been spilled. It's dark, dark red.
- 7:18Speaker 2: And it is in the shape of a person. I
- 7:21Speaker 2: sent you guys the picture. I hope you got it
- 7:23Speaker 2: on the Facebook page of what this blood pool looked like.
- 7:27Speaker 2: It had like legs and a torso. No head, just
- 7:30Speaker 2: legs and a torso. And when I wiped this up,
- 7:34Speaker 2: it wasn't even red on the napkin. It was like
- 7:37Speaker 2: a grayish, greenish color, like mold on my paper towel.
- 7:44Speaker 2: You know, I'm like, okay, this is really odd. So
- 7:47Speaker 2: I go downstairs. I tell my daughter what just happened.
- 7:50Speaker 2: I took pictures of it because I'm like, this is,
- 7:51Speaker 2: you know, you can't explain this. And there's no explanation
- 7:55Speaker 2: where that came from. Nothing where it could have possibly
- 7:57Speaker 2: ever came from. And it was shaped like a person.
- 7:59Speaker 2: So me and my daughter are sitting downstairs talking about this.
- 8:03Speaker 2: And we hear two people walking by outside. And it's
- 8:06Speaker 2: almost midnight at this point. And so I turn on
- 8:09Speaker 2: my security cameras and we're looking at my phone, watching
- 8:11Speaker 2: these two guys walk by. And on this video, one
- 8:15Speaker 2: of the guys of the two literally morphed. I mean,
- 8:19Speaker 2: my daughter watched this in real time. He morphed into
- 8:22Speaker 2: what looked like a dog with no head and ran
- 8:26Speaker 2: off and, like, flew up into the sky like this
- 8:29Speaker 2: white orb just disappeared.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Could you be the one that's schizophrenic? Schizophrenic?
- 8:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:35Speaker 2: No, I know you cannot duplicate it. Like, we cannot
- 8:40Speaker 2: have any explanations for this. And, you know, we've had
- 8:44Speaker 2: doors opening and closing while she was living here. But
- 8:47Speaker 2: that was kind of, like, the final thing. Like, she
- 8:49Speaker 2: was gone, and, like, all this stuff started happening right away.
- 8:54Speaker 2: And then nothing else happened ever again after that. And
- 8:57Speaker 2: all our dreams were better. And she's, you know, living
- 9:00Speaker 2: in a group home.
- 9:01Speaker 4: How could somebody affect your dreams like that?
- 9:05Speaker 5: It's pretty crazy.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Because she was so scary to us. And that's what
- 9:12Speaker 2: I think. I was like, your mom has more than this.
- 9:15Speaker 2: Like she has something attached to her. Like she talks
- 9:18Speaker 2: about demons a lot. Like, and she was, she would
- 9:21Speaker 2: make the hair stand up when she passed you. You
- 9:24Speaker 2: would hear her moving furniture. Like it sounded like she
- 9:26Speaker 2: was moving furniture in the night and you go in
- 9:29Speaker 2: her room and it looks exactly the same as it did.
- 9:30Speaker 2: So I don't know what she was doing in there.
- 9:32Speaker 2: She's 60 years old. So for the amount of moving
- 9:35Speaker 2: going on in the floor, it sounded like she was
- 9:38Speaker 2: moving furniture.
- 9:39Speaker 5: And he was just very, very around. Send us a picture.
- 9:41Speaker 1: I can't find it. I'm looking all over for it
- 9:43Speaker 1: on Facebook. Can you resend it to us?
- 9:44Speaker 2: Yeah, because I had a little bit of trouble on
- 9:48Speaker 2: the Facebook. Is there another way I can send it?
- 9:49Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. Hold on the line. We'll get it. Is
- 9:51Speaker 1: it okay if we post it?
- 9:53Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Okay. Hold on, Tina. Thank you. That is way scary. Way,
- 9:57Speaker 1: way scary.
- 9:58Speaker 2: Way. Thank you.
- 9:59Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 10:00Speaker 2: We're glad it's over.
- 10:02Speaker 1: We want to hear your scary stories more throughout the day,
- 10:04Speaker 1: throughout the week, up until Halloween. It's John Jade Rich.
