- 1:14Speaker 2: Thank you for having me on, teresa.
- 1:16Speaker 2: I really appreciate it.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Oh, I've been looking forward to this to really kind of dive into some things that I think people need Now.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I love to share Monique how I meet people that come on my podcast.
- 1:29Speaker 1: This is not a Michelle Tufford one.
- 1:32Speaker 1: This is.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Monique and I are both part of the same program.
- 1:36Speaker 1: It's called Mastering Online Profits.
- 1:37Speaker 1: I believe in it so much.
- 1:39Speaker 1: I'm invested in it.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Monique works the program like anyone else and she's making money, but more than that, I think her passion is really to help people to use the finances to get out of the hole and really empower themselves with confidence.
- 1:54Speaker 1: So you're not just about making money, are you, monique?
- 1:57Speaker 2: No, it's not just about that, it's about purpose.
- 2:01Speaker 2: It's about really fulfilling, you know, your purpose.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Money is just an additive.
- 2:09Speaker 2: It's a tool that we can use to get where we need to go and also really to take care of ourselves and, you know, while we are at it, and our families.
- 2:22Speaker 2: So it's not something that we need to lord over.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Yeah, you know it's refreshing because I think sometimes people have to break through their maybe it's childhood religion where if you have money, something's not right or you must be a crook or you must be really lucky.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I think we're breaking through that more and more in the Christian realm.
- 2:47Speaker 1: But do you have people that you come across that kind of get stuck in that mold of money, you know like almost scared of money?
- 2:58Speaker 2: That I come across too, not really Probably.
- 3:03Speaker 2: We do all have in between between, you know, some really bad perspective where money is concerned.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Um, and that is what one of the things.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Firstly, let me say this that god, the god that we serve, is he's a wealthy god, and I know that a lot of people tend to think they're not on this, you know, wealthy religion kind of thing, because they are afraid that they think that if they become rich, that they might end up falling away and so forth.
- 3:39Speaker 2: But the God that we serve is a wealthy God, he's a God of abundance and he's prosperous, and that he desired that of us.
- 3:47Speaker 2: But most times, one of the things that and that's one of the things that is really really heavy on my heart, that God had showed me, is that, you know, sometimes it's our thought pattern that causes us to keep us back from really walking into the prosperity that God has for us.
- 4:10Speaker 2: Our thought pattern, the way how we perceive things, and not just that, but our heart conditions.
- 4:18Speaker 2: When we take care of our heart conditions and we deal with the things that could block us, all those barriers right, All those barriers that would block us from really receiving and getting all that God has for us, then we would be able to do so much.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, I was talking to a woman, a Christian woman, for coaches to get their finances in order as they go into coaching, and she said something that really really helped me break the barrier that if I thought I had on my life, they were teaching them to go into their background.
- 5:00Speaker 1: What was your view of money back then?
- 5:02Speaker 1: And it really encouraged me because my dad hey, eugene, my dad was a banker and every Sunday I saw my dad in his office balancing the books and I'd go in there and I'd say, dad, are you doing your homework?
- 5:20Speaker 1: And he said, yeah, honey, I'm doing my homework.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So that is actually a really good memory that I'm pulling out.
- 5:29Speaker 1: Okay, because I had bad memories with 26 years in a marriage where money was not handled well, let alone emotional abuse.
- 5:38Speaker 1: So do you ever?
- 5:39Speaker 1: I mean, we're talking about breaking barriers.
- 5:41Speaker 1: What are some of the barriers that you?
- 5:45Speaker 1: I know you're a kingdom coach what are some of the barriers you really believe that have to be like almost stepping stones to break the barriers so people can really go in the direction of their calling voice?
- 5:59Speaker 2: Right.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Well, apart from the things that we tell ourselves, when money is concerned, that those are barriers in itself, that oh, shoot, yeah, apart from that, the things that we tell ourselves.
- 6:11Speaker 2: There are two things.
- 6:14Speaker 2: I would share One out of my personal experience, you know.
- 6:18Speaker 2: Before I used to be a financial advisor with an insurance company right, I forgot that it's so awesome.
- 6:27Speaker 2: Yeah, I used to be a financial advisor and I did pretty well doing that.
- 6:31Speaker 2: You know, the time when I was there, our quarter right for the year used to be probably around 100,000, I think, or 200,000.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Ok, the years that I was there, I would religiously accomplish that within three months, which is remarkable, right.
- 6:54Speaker 2: I can't even, you know, put that praise on me.
- 6:59Speaker 2: I can't claim that I have to thank God for that, the ability and the grace for that right.
- 7:06Speaker 2: So I did pretty well when I was doing that.
- 7:09Speaker 2: For a matter of fact, my father used to be a salesman, a manager in a car company, and then he also became, he went into politics, and so my dad had this perception of he grew us up Then, anything that we do, do it to the best of our ability, do it with passion, and also, you know he's a quality kind of guy, so anything he gets for us is always quality.
- 7:39Speaker 2: He will never, never, go out and purchase anything that is not of quality, and so I grew up with that kind of mentality.
- 7:47Speaker 2: But yet, because my dad and my mom wasn't together and they broke up when I was younger, and so I knew both sides of the coins.
- 7:59Speaker 2: I knew what it is to have, I knew not what it is not to have, but my dad was always there to support us nonetheless, even though they weren't together, right, and so I grew up with that.
- 8:11Speaker 2: However, I realized that when I became a financial advisor, even though I did well and I would make between 18 to 30 something thousand, I'm probably shopping too much.
- 8:39Speaker 2: If I'm spending too much, right, I would start to feel these panic attacks and because it's because of my mindset around around certain things, even though I knew what it is to have.
- 8:50Speaker 2: But I also knew and I didn't want to go back, go to that spectrum right, so fast forward.
- 8:58Speaker 2: So when I lost my job as a financial advisor, I'm a parent of one son.
- 9:04Speaker 2: He's now 17.
- 9:06Speaker 2: He'll be 18 in March, and so the things that I grew up with and the exposure that I had, because I couldn't afford to give my son those things, the way how my dad grew us up.
- 9:20Speaker 2: I see, you know, one of the things that I realize is that the way how we grow up, of course, what shape our lives, the way how we see life, how we you know, and so what affected me and what troubles me is that the me of having constantly to say I can't do that right now or no, I wouldn't be able to give you that.
- 9:45Speaker 2: Wow.
- 9:46Speaker 2: Know that it has framed my son's mind.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Thankfully I'm a coach so I will be able to like really help him reframe that right these are so many things.
- 9:57Speaker 2: You know, when we, how we, depending on how we grow up, our experiences and so forth, those are the things that causes the barriers for health, that blocks us to re-break through in those areas in terms of finances.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Another thing that God has been really showing me, and even out of my life, is that and a lot of people may not take note of these things, but it's called generational curses.
- 10:30Speaker 2: I understand this is such a major factor in everybody's life that they don't even realize.
- 10:41Speaker 2: And so people move ahead in life.
- 10:44Speaker 2: They go forward and they want to accomplish certain things.
- 10:46Speaker 2: They want to accomplish certain things, but yet they can't understand why they are unable to break forth because of the fact there is a legal term for it.
- 11:02Speaker 2: I'm not a lawyer, but there is an indictment, I think in the spirit realm, yeah, yeah, that particular bloodline and people tend to think well, I didn't do it, I didn't commit this sin, or I didn't commit this crime, right, so why is it affecting me?
- 11:21Speaker 2: But the fact is, and one of the things that I've learned, that the Bible is such true in every form of the word, in every sense of the Bible I have.
- 11:34Speaker 2: I have come to see that in my life.
- 11:37Speaker 2: It's not fiction in any way.
- 11:41Speaker 2: It's true in every sense of the word.
- 11:43Speaker 2: The Bible says that you know if your parents sin in a particular way, or even your grandparents, or even you know your great grandparents, it trickles down and affects Sure, you know the third, the fourth and the fifth, even the sixth, so many generations down.
- 12:08Speaker 2: And so, therefore, if nobody in the family line didn't rise up to deal with that indictment in these spirits, yeah, I believe in what you're saying totally and someone may think, well, okay, I don't have responsibility.
- 12:24Speaker 1: But on the other hand, I believe exactly what you say.
- 12:27Speaker 1: But I also believe that you can go through a process of rewiring your brain.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Deconstruct the lies, uh, take them down, and, because I believe what's hidden darkness, you put it in the light.
- 12:40Speaker 1: The blood covers is one thing, but I'm really big on that.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Deconstruct the lies, so then you can put the truth while you get the negative out.
- 12:52Speaker 2: There's always hope yeah, when God is concerned, there's always hope Redemption and so there are tools to deal with these things yeah, and there are tools with God as well, in order to deal with the generational issues.
- 13:08Speaker 2: There are tools to rewire your brain how we think.
- 13:12Speaker 2: They are tools to be free of these things.
- 13:15Speaker 2: But, of course, the responsibility is always on an individual, whether you want to stay in the position that you are in or if you want to really break free and do the work and break free so that person will be able to, you know, live in freedom and fulfill their purpose you know, I truly believe that and sometimes I know I got uh, this up close and stereo.
- 13:41Speaker 1: I was in a I am in a financial uh wealth a program with kingdom alliance and I couldn't make it live on the, on the camera, because I had a doctor's appointment.
- 13:51Speaker 1: But I was walking around, where I walk in the park, had them in my earphones and she said you know, sometimes you need to forgive someone in your past.
- 14:03Speaker 1: That's abused money and I had forgiven my husband for a lot of things, but I thought I need to forgive him.
- 14:09Speaker 1: And then she says you need to bless him.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Well, I blessed his seeds.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Okay, so I'm walking, I'm forgiving God.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I mean I'm forgiving him for man, we're talking, you know, gambling and the whole nine yards.
- 14:20Speaker 1: And then I blessed his seed, which included mine.
- 14:23Speaker 1: And next thing, I know my phone dinged and I got a sale Digital marketing messaging on Limp Fafas and I'm like, okay, god, I think you want me to.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I get it, I get it.
- 14:36Speaker 1: You know, I thought I did pretty good forgiving him.
- 14:38Speaker 1: So, even like I'm saying a relationship, but maybe you, listening, have to forgive someone in your past.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Maybe it's a father, maybe it's a mother, they weren't responsible.
- 14:49Speaker 1: That doesn't mean you're off the hook.
- 14:52Speaker 1: Oh, I'm just following another pattern.
- 14:53Speaker 1: No, no, you're a voice meant to speak, and how you speak and how you handle money are two God-given things where you can have influence, not for the sake of influence, but to truly speak and have the tool, the money, to go where God's calling you.
- 15:10Speaker 1: I'm so passionate about that.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Can you tell?
- 15:12Speaker 1: But who do you need to forgive?
- 15:16Speaker 2: And that is so true.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Forgiveness is such a powerful tool, you know, and once forgiven, the blessings does come, and I'm so excited.
- 15:28Speaker 2: That's a powerful testimony that you just shared there.
- 15:30Speaker 2: It's just awesome, yeah, you know, for me, and the reason why I shared about the generational last, the generational aspects, um, even what?
- 15:42Speaker 2: Even though I I was successful when I was doing financial, when I was a financial advisor, but after that, some years after I lost my job, I was divorced and I lost everything and I had to start all over from scratch.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 15:59Speaker 2: And one of the things that God told me is that you became so prideful, monique, and I remembered when he said to me, when he told me that it was pretty early in the morning.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:11Speaker 2: I literally rolled off of my bed on my knees and because you know, when God gives you a revelation or something, it's it is so it's very blaring before you, and so I when.
- 16:27Speaker 2: When that happened, I knew what pride looks like.
- 16:30Speaker 2: I mean, pride has so many different phases right.
- 16:35Speaker 2: The word of God says that pride goes before a fall.
- 16:38Speaker 2: And then, okay, so I had to like you know, of course, I had to repent where that is concerned.
- 16:50Speaker 2: And then what?
- 16:51Speaker 2: God was also showing me all the indictments in the spirit realm regarding generational.
- 16:58Speaker 2: So that was my thing, Right?
- 17:00Speaker 2: And of course, now you are in it's, it's, it's it's kind of it's kind of difficult to deal with that aspect.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Why?
- 17:08Speaker 2: Because it's not something that you did, it's not something that you made, it's something that somebody in your bloodline did, and so now you have to go through this process with the Holy Spirit to try to find out what is this indictment, and so that you will be able to do the forgiveness on their behalf, right, also me.
- 17:30Speaker 2: You may also have to forgive yourself, right?
- 17:33Speaker 2: Yes, I've got to forgive when that is concerned, and that was my process.
- 17:37Speaker 2: It was difficult.
- 17:38Speaker 2: Yeah, that was that.
- 17:40Speaker 2: That is what.
- 17:41Speaker 2: That was the thing that was holding up my blessing yeah and I remember when I started doing um, when I started the group, the Facebook group yeah, john Mentorships group yeah.
- 17:55Speaker 2: I was so frustrated.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Okay, I was like God, why, why do I have to go through this thing?
- 18:03Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I'm not living my life in any way and sometimes yeah, yeah, I'm telling you I'm not living my life in a way that is just reckless.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Why do I have to go through such lack?
- 18:16Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Why do I have to go through that?
- 18:21Speaker 2: And I think that was a day I literally had a meltdown in one of our sessions that Alita was doing, I had a meltdown and you know, after that, god was really, really working on me with regarding the generational stuff, okay, and from the moment I started breaking, breaking and breaking.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Oh, that's good.
- 18:46Speaker 2: And that's when I started getting the seals.
- 18:49Speaker 1: That's amazing.
- 18:50Speaker 1: I love that.
- 18:51Speaker 2: And the thing is and that's what God wants to do A lot of people we're just walking around.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Yes, you have a fantastic program, but it's not always about the program.
- 19:04Speaker 2: You have a fantastic program, but our personal lives, everything has to come in alignment.
- 19:11Speaker 2: Once everything comes in alignment with God and his plans and his word, that's when breakthrough takes place.
- 19:21Speaker 2: A lot of people may not have the information and so forth, but just by seeking, knocking and asking, yeah, you would get to that part.
- 19:32Speaker 2: I'm not saying it's an easy road, it isn't.
- 19:41Speaker 1: No, it's not two hours a day.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Sorry, this is probably not in the digital world, but we are talking about digital marketing and we're talking about a guy named John Francis who's the main owner of Mastering Online Profits.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Guy named John Francis who's the main owner of Mastering Online Profits.
- 19:52Speaker 1: It's not a course.
- 19:53Speaker 1: It's a program to teach you how to really be able to sell your products, everything from SEO to.
- 19:59Speaker 1: You know hooks and sub hooks, but you got to learn it and even if you learn it, there might be some frustration.
- 20:06Speaker 1: So you know, I think that challenged me once I got in the right group and it was his group Because once again, it confronts your fears.
- 20:17Speaker 1: If you're trying and listen, listen, let me tell you something.
- 20:20Speaker 1: This is the number one thing you got to know.
- 20:22Speaker 1: We're not on here slobbering about how great this program is.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Let me wipe your screen off.
- 20:27Speaker 1: We are about attraction marketing.
- 20:29Speaker 1: We want you to see a piece of us, so we're not afraid to talk about God and money, because we're just not.
- 20:39Speaker 1: If you see someone, all they talk about is their product.
- 20:41Speaker 1: They don't know attraction marketing and all the other wonderful things in marketing.
- 20:46Speaker 1: And really I don't know about you, monique, but my heart to make lots of money and to teach people how to make money is.
- 20:53Speaker 1: I want to leave a legacy.
- 20:55Speaker 1: David Green, founder of Hobby Lobby, said a true legacy isn't leaving a load of cash to your kids or leaving a business.
- 21:02Speaker 1: True legacy is active giving and active joy.
- 21:07Speaker 1: That's the kind of legacy I'm sure Monique is the same way.
- 21:10Speaker 1: That's the kind of legacy you want to believeique is the same way.
- 21:11Speaker 1: That's the kind of legacy you want to believe.
- 21:12Speaker 1: So we're not afraid to talk about.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Yeah, we want to help you sell your product, girl boy, we want to help you know the techniques.
- 21:19Speaker 1: So we got this program that's really, really at a low price, called Mastering Online Profits.
- 21:23Speaker 1: But more than anything before, you can, you know you can make a lot of money, but if you don't have your identity intact, that money goes right out your butt.
- 21:32Speaker 1: Excuse my explanation Just as quick as you can make it, just as quick as you can lose it if you don't have your identity.
- 21:38Speaker 1: So how do you teach Monique how important their identity is in Jesus Christ?
- 21:45Speaker 2: You know you said something.
- 21:46Speaker 2: As soon as you make it, as soon as it goes right out of your butt, even though it's as funny as it is, but it's so powerful.
- 21:54Speaker 2: And I'll say why.
- 21:55Speaker 2: right, because the fact is when you don't have like proper planning where money is concerned.
- 22:07Speaker 2: If you don't have that and you don't name, or you don't have, you don't.
- 22:11Speaker 2: You don't name um or you don't how should I put it?
- 22:15Speaker 2: You don't put your money in a category, okay.
- 22:18Speaker 2: Let's say, for instance, right, you don't plan right.
- 22:21Speaker 2: So let's just say you don't um, you make your money.
- 22:24Speaker 2: But if you don't put it for a particular reason, then it goes straight out of your butt for sure.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Right, because you're not.
- 22:36Speaker 2: There's a particular term that I normally use.
- 22:38Speaker 2: You're not channeling it the right way.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 2: So, therefore, because there's no allocation to this money, then it goes anywhere.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Yeah, there's the opposite way.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I have a friend in another state whose mom got into lots of money, okay Lots of money.
- 23:04Speaker 1: I think she sold her store or something.
- 23:07Speaker 1: But the years after she sold the store she still acted like she didn't have any money.
- 23:13Speaker 1: She passed away and I'm thinking, and she's had that lack mentality, even though she had probably millions in the bank account.
- 23:22Speaker 1: That shows you that when we talk about money, it is a mindset.
- 23:26Speaker 1: It is my, my, my, my identity is in Jesus.
- 23:30Speaker 1: He owns the cattle on a thousand hills, but he does require me to work not strive, not perform, but work.
- 23:36Speaker 1: So I'm going to put my hands to what he tells me to do.
- 23:39Speaker 1: But I think a key thing I really think this is key no striving, you've got to abide.
- 23:45Speaker 1: You come from a place Jesus already made it.
- 23:49Speaker 1: He already finished the work on the cross.
- 23:51Speaker 1: You're coming from victory, but you got to know how to take good care of yourself.
- 23:54Speaker 1: I've been in a place of spinning out trying to make money, you know, because I retired from radio and I still wanted to make money for my family.
- 24:02Speaker 1: And strive, strive, strive, strive, and I think I lost my kids in the process.
- 24:07Speaker 1: This is back quite a few years ago.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Monique and I want you to be so set in your identity that when money comes, you're like that's a tool.
- 24:17Speaker 1: I'm going to go to that conference and invest in myself.
- 24:20Speaker 1: That's a tool.
- 24:21Speaker 1: I'm going to pay off some debt, just so I don't have it hanging on me.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I love how you said money is a tool because if you realize it's a tool, you don't grab it and hold it and you learn how to use it properly.
- 24:33Speaker 1: You can have a credit card expense.
- 24:36Speaker 1: That's not consumer debt.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Let's say you're trying to get into Monique's program and you don't quite have the cash when you put it.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Invest it in a credit card.
- 24:45Speaker 1: It's not consumer debt.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Usually, if you go through a good course like that, you're going to learn how to pay off that debt.
- 24:50Speaker 1: You're going to learn how to sell some digital products, maybe.
- 24:53Speaker 1: So I always think I need to say that, because a lot of people don't realize that when they invest in themselves, it's kingdom.
- 25:01Speaker 1: I heard one guy say quite a number of years when you buy Facebook ads, that's investing.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I don't particularly like Facebook ads anymore I used to but it's like a whole different world.
- 25:11Speaker 1: But You're investing in yourself.
- 25:14Speaker 1: That's kingdom.
- 25:15Speaker 1: So I encourage you to really ask God where and you need to ask God which coach do I need to go to to invest?
- 25:24Speaker 1: You know you see lots on Instagram, facebook, but ask God to lead you and he will.
- 25:32Speaker 1: And the process will be you'll start to increase your income because your identity is able to handle it.
- 25:39Speaker 1: I almost think God's like I don't think you can handle these three talents, you're going to bury them, you know.
- 25:45Speaker 1: So, anyway, I'm just really passionate about that.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Yeah, more so.
- 25:50Speaker 2: You know, God says in Proverbs, chapter three I think, and verse five.
- 25:55Speaker 2: It says that trust in the Lord, with all your hearts lean not to your own understanding, but in all of your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct that path.
- 26:06Speaker 2: And I tell you, I remember when I was buying Legacy Builder program, I went to the Lord about it.
- 26:13Speaker 2: I did too.
- 26:15Speaker 1: I did it too Okay.
- 26:18Speaker 2: I went to the Lord but you know, there was a lot of internally.
- 26:22Speaker 2: Internally because I was like God I need to do something to start to make money Right.
- 26:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:28Speaker 2: But, and I felt a level of peace, but yet there was a level of discomfort or confusion in my mind, sure, but yet there was a level of discomfort or confusion in my mind, sure, and I said, and I will never forget, and I said God, I remember I said God.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Why do I feel some confusion in my mind regarding this?
- 26:48Speaker 2: But he didn't respond.
- 26:50Speaker 2: Okay, but the thing is sometimes and I did purchase a legacy, by the way but you know something, sometimes we may, even though, because we, because when you practice the principle of seeking him about us, about a matter, even if you're a little off course, he course correct, or he or he uses it to put you back on on stream.
- 27:15Speaker 2: And I saw that.
- 27:16Speaker 2: What regarding the legacy?
- 27:18Speaker 2: Legacy was just um the platform to get me online to do digital so good way of saying it not the.
- 27:27Speaker 1: The vehicle to help mastering online is the vehicle wow, I like how you said that, because yeah, he brought me through that to connect me to that, yeah, and so it's not for naught.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I like how you said that, because I did the exact same thing and then my friend and I were going partners and we just didn't feel right.
- 27:49Speaker 1: She's the one who discovered John.
- 27:52Speaker 1: John is the head of Mastering Online Profits and he teaches proven techniques.
- 27:57Speaker 1: But there's a whole different mindset when you go with him.
- 28:01Speaker 1: But if I hadn't done the DGC thing, I wouldn't have I'd probably still be struggling, I wouldn't have been able to, and I believe in John so much.
- 28:13Speaker 1: I put some money.
- 28:14Speaker 1: I'm considered one of the owners.
- 28:16Speaker 1: That doesn't mean I work, that's all I work.
- 28:18Speaker 1: It's just a tool like yeah, redirect is a tool that I'm still freaking excited about an all-in-one platform to do everything from your crm to your funnels, to your websites, to your webinars, to your masterminds, to your scheduling, all in one platform.
- 28:34Speaker 1: I've been having a lot of fun, but it's just a tool.
- 28:36Speaker 1: I want to bring the tools to the right people Mastering online profits.
- 28:41Speaker 1: What are the right people you like to bring to those people to help them, empower them, to create income?
- 28:47Speaker 1: What people do you like to bring to that opportunity?
- 28:51Speaker 2: Well, I know that I'm called to help women.
- 28:53Speaker 2: I'm a single parent and one of the things going through the process of of loss and the thing is, even though as as hard as the process when I lost everything, you know, every situation is to teach us so that we can grow, we can evolve and to become the person that God wants us to become.
- 29:12Speaker 2: And so, even though as hard as it is, the times when I shed tears, the time when I was like God, this is, this is frustrating, even though I had to go through all of that, but I thank God for the process.
- 29:28Speaker 2: I'm so much stronger.
- 29:29Speaker 2: My mindset and perception of certain things is way different, and not to mention when I, when I was making money, I had a bunch of people around me that didn't care, and so when I lost everything, they left, and so I'm so thankful even for that.
- 29:50Speaker 2: And so going through that and being a single parent, I felt the hardship, I felt the pain as a single mother and I knew that one of the things that I wanted to do is to help support women and to empower women and to equip women In any form the Lord wants me to do.
- 30:15Speaker 2: So that's where I'm at and know.
- 30:19Speaker 2: You said something again um, so mastering online profits was, was the, the is the tool that wanted me to come in alignment with um, but.
- 30:31Speaker 2: But what I'm noticing now as well is that, because of being a part of John's community and just listening to his brilliance because he's a brilliant person and just listening to his brilliance and also being partnered with the Holy Spirit, god is also shifting me with certain things not away from legacy, not away from mastering online profits, but also creating certain things, like certain programs or products to help women where that is.
- 31:13Speaker 2: You know, to empower women as well.
- 31:15Speaker 2: And you know, like, for instance, I, just a few weeks ago, I was just going through a process like I.
- 31:23Speaker 2: I fell down in like in a matter of two weeks, like three times, and the last time that I fell I hit my my one, my one of my foot so badly, it was so painful, I couldn't even walk for a few for a while and shortly after that I got sick.
- 31:41Speaker 2: I had this virus for three weeks.
- 31:44Speaker 2: I'm stronger now but I'm still congested.
- 31:48Speaker 2: But in that time, that timeframe, even though I tried to do a few things online, but God was also working and speaking so good I started hearing, I started hearing this word up level.
- 32:08Speaker 2: I've always been this kind of person.
- 32:10Speaker 2: Every year, every year, I would always have like a watchword for a year, right?
- 32:16Speaker 2: So I started hearing up, level, up, level, up, level and I know that I have some goals that I really would want to accomplish yeah so I remember in.
- 32:28Speaker 2: I was in the bathroom and literally holy spirit said up level 2025.
- 32:35Speaker 2: The thing just exploded in my spirits and the lord started to speak to me about a program, a workshop that I created a few years ago.
- 32:45Speaker 2: He said pull it out yeah and offer it good so that's what I'm doing right now, okay, but the thing is upleveling 2025, the watchword to uplevel is I don't believe it's just for me, but I believe it's for people, Because you also told me it would have been coming to you as well, which was like oh my God, God just doesn't lie right.
- 33:16Speaker 1: Can I tell you the similarities just real quick?
- 33:18Speaker 1: Sure, I broke my hand in may.
- 33:22Speaker 1: I in september I fell and strained my left and then just recently I walked in oil and water and broke my right wrist.
- 33:31Speaker 1: In the midst of all that, a friend of mine played this song to another level and it was like not a Christian song, but it was almost like.
- 33:40Speaker 1: When she played it, you know, when the Holy Spirit hits you it was almost like it was a prophetic word in a song that she was giving me.
- 33:48Speaker 1: So that is our theme we're going to another level in 2025.
- 33:53Speaker 1: That level isn't as much about us, but about leveling up what God's put in us so we can serve more people.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Come on, someone's listening and they know it's to another level.
- 34:05Speaker 1: So I sent that song to Monique.
- 34:07Speaker 1: She said I believe we are voice messaging, I believe it's time for leveling up and I'm like, wait a minute, let me play this song for you, but I love that.
- 34:12Speaker 1: And I'm like, wait a minute, let me play this song for you, but I love that.
- 34:17Speaker 1: Okay, when I was in pain, I just fell off the planet of TikTok, tried to come back and it was like the valley of TikTok death, I couldn't do it, I mean.
- 34:29Speaker 1: And then you've always been really encouraging, even on TikTok, to encourage me.
- 34:34Speaker 1: You know we're doing these lives.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Eugene was on one.
- 34:35Speaker 1: This was a while ago when I was on TikTok.
- 34:36Speaker 1: Encourage me, you know we're doing these lives.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Eugene was on one.
- 34:38Speaker 1: This was a while ago when I was on TikTok and I had a live and they came on and Monique, just right at the end, started prophesying over me and then Eugene started prophesying over me.
- 34:46Speaker 1: So TikTok is not bad.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Some really great things happen.
- 34:50Speaker 1: But, monique, when I got injured this last time, I was in so much pain that it was affecting my emotions and my mind, it was affecting my willpower and I just had to rest and say okay, bye, tiktok.
- 35:04Speaker 1: For a while I tried to come back and it took me another three weeks.
- 35:08Speaker 1: It took me a good week.
- 35:10Speaker 1: I realized I was not happy.
- 35:11Speaker 1: What was making me not happy?
- 35:13Speaker 1: The ego.
- 35:14Speaker 1: I wasn't getting as many views and engagement.
- 35:18Speaker 1: But can I just but you?
- 35:22Speaker 1: You're falling out of program, god said.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Teresa, I wanted you in redirect so you can help other business owners.
- 35:29Speaker 1: So I've been having so much fun laying the foundation for a digital agency, leading in with my own.
- 35:37Speaker 1: Mentoring is what I call it.
- 35:38Speaker 1: So if I would have still been doing TikTok, I would have missed all this wonderful work with Redirect and using their system and just getting all excited all over again.
- 35:49Speaker 1: And this is the key for me, monique If you're going to build something lasting, it's got to have a strong foundation and sometimes that takes time.
- 35:58Speaker 1: For you listening, that might mean you need to get into Monique's program and get some of this figured out before you go forward.
- 36:06Speaker 1: What good is it if you, you know, build the barn and later it comes down because you don't know how to manage it?
- 36:13Speaker 1: And that was a bad description of that verse.
- 36:18Speaker 1: But Monique and I have something very much in common and that we really want you to break through the boundaries mentally, emotionally, spiritually and be able to really be free.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Because this is the way I look at it, monique, I've been in Joseph, joseph, joseph and God said Teresa, it's time to raise the Josephs up to be the heroes of their family.
- 36:41Speaker 1: Joseph had a great dream, but he had to go to the pit and he went back to the palace and he was back in the pit to when he was in the palace and he saved a nation, not only saved his family.
- 36:52Speaker 1: I believe someone listening this is prophetic for you.
- 36:55Speaker 1: I believe God is raising you up, you to be not only the hero of the family, but you're going to go places that I can't go, that Monique can't go.
- 37:03Speaker 1: But not only the hero of the family, but you're going to go places that I can't go, that Monique can't go, but you're going to bring a voice of freedom.
- 37:10Speaker 1: You're going to bring a voice of hey, you don't have to be chained to this addiction, this poverty.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Let me show you the steps or let me speak into your life, because I'm all about your voice.
- 37:15Speaker 1: There is power in your voice.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Sorry, I got all you know sorry, I gotta you know, that's okay.
- 37:29Speaker 2: You know, I think sometimes, when, when things happen, we tend to think that, uh, oh, my god, this is a bad thing, yeah, but sometimes, like, for instance, with you, um, falling and breaking your, your, your arm, and me getting sick, hitting my feet, and but sometimes God orchestrates it so that we could, he could have some time with us.
- 37:45Speaker 2: That's good, so good, absolutely, because when we're all busy, you know we're not focusing on listening to what he has to say and sometimes those things could happen.
- 37:58Speaker 2: But you know, back to up level, up level 2025.
- 38:02Speaker 2: Back to up level 2025.
- 38:07Speaker 2: I honestly believe in my heart of hearts that up level 2025 is not just for me, because God was giving me those words, it's not just for you because he gives you those words, but I believe it's for anyone that comes into alignment with that being up level.
- 38:24Speaker 2: And it takes so much in order for someone to up level.
- 38:29Speaker 2: It takes someone to have the mindset to up level.
- 38:33Speaker 2: If you want to up level your business, it means that you're going to have to make some changes mentally.
- 38:41Speaker 2: You're going to have to make some changes even in your actions, daily actions.
- 38:45Speaker 2: You're gonna have to make some changes as to what new could you implement in your business right for instance, it has so many people that's online and it's not even willing to do ads.
- 38:59Speaker 2: Yeah, now, I am not saying that you just run and do ads.
- 39:03Speaker 2: No, find out a way, because ads it brings a whole new thing and if you're not getting leads in the organic way, it could help boost your um list, that kind of thing, and also help gain sales as well.
- 39:21Speaker 2: And so, if you know that you have a goal, begin to seek out ways in which that you will be able to up-level what that up-level means for you.
- 39:33Speaker 2: And sometimes, in order to up-level, you have to come back and to take a full picture, and that's what the program, the workshop that I have it's going to be a two-day workshop that I have, basically is going to help you get the clarity that you need okay for that, so that you'll be able to set the goals that god have.
- 39:55Speaker 2: Nice inside of you, have some understanding, have some clear understanding for 2025 and not just that.
- 40:04Speaker 2: So when you set those goals now, you then break it down and begin to put action and the faith behind that.
- 40:13Speaker 2: Now it's not just about put in action right yeah for instance, as as a christian, as a believer, right, one of the good things about partnering with God with anything, and I believe it could be for anybody if you partner with God on anything God fulfills, you have to partner, and there's something we, yes, we have to work, and there's something we, yes, we have to work, like, for instance, we have a fantastic product in mastering call mastering online in terms of working the product, working the product coming out every day online and sharing and just marketing yourself, marketing the product.
- 41:15Speaker 2: That's putting action.
- 41:16Speaker 2: But there's another aspect to that, which is believing and trusting God, having the faith that God will help back you up where that is concerned.
- 41:28Speaker 2: And so there's an aspect that we cannot do, that only God can do.
- 41:33Speaker 2: He can bring the supernatural into your natural.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Hey, come on.
- 41:41Speaker 2: And then you have an outcome that super exceeds your expectation.
- 41:48Speaker 1: Yeah, so where can people find you to get into that course?
- 41:54Speaker 1: What's the best way for them to get in touch with you about that?
- 41:58Speaker 2: Okay, unfortunately I don't have a website.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Well, you have an Instagram.
- 42:04Speaker 2: I do Right, so you can contact me on Instagram.
- 42:08Speaker 1: What is it?
- 42:09Speaker 2: Type it in yeah, so you can contact me on Facebook at Monique Hackett.
- 42:15Speaker 2: On Facebook.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Reach me on Messenger anytime.
- 42:20Speaker 2: Okay, facebook, reach me on Messenger anytime.

- 42:49Speaker 1: I want there's someone listening.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Even in my program, I'll be also praying over people.
- 42:55Speaker 2: Yes, health-breaking, health-breaking certain things.
- 42:59Speaker 1: It'll be an upper level.
- 43:00Speaker 1: It'll be an upper spiritual level, no doubt.
- 43:03Speaker 1: I know Monique.
- 43:04Speaker 1: She has encouraged me so much.
- 43:06Speaker 1: She has spoken prophetically, even on a live, even on a podcast and, it's funny, I didn't know we had that in common of breaking it.
- 43:15Speaker 1: You know, I never.
- 43:15Speaker 1: You know, I just thought it was a.
- 43:18Speaker 1: When I got broke and there's so much pain because I broke my right hand, lots and lots of pain was just healing.
- 43:24Speaker 1: Walking down a sidewalk in Vancouver with Alana and her family, looked at a ship and all of a sudden the sidewalk dipped.
- 43:32Speaker 1: I mean, I got a concussion, I hit myself so hard.
- 43:35Speaker 1: The my iPhone called 9-1-1.
- 43:37Speaker 1: I'm like I'm okay, I'm okay.
- 43:38Speaker 1: I had a slight concussion, oh, but you know, I just, even now I'm okay, I'm okay.
- 43:40Speaker 1: I had a slight concussion, oh, but you know, I just.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Even now I'm still this.
- 43:47Speaker 1: My I slipped on oil and water and even now my wrist is still.
- 43:51Speaker 1: I'm starting to try to.
- 43:52Speaker 1: I'm just saying it's, life happens and I never really thought, until you started talking, that it slowed me down and then I started crashing on TikTok.
- 44:05Speaker 1: It was enough of a crash to do what I was supposed to do.
- 44:08Speaker 1: This might be a lesson for someone God was telling me all along, as well as my business coach, was get into redirect.
- 44:16Speaker 1: This is a tool that's going to help so many of your business owners that you know.
- 44:20Speaker 1: Get redirect.
- 44:22Speaker 1: And finally, after I just couldn't take it, tell me a big ego, I could take it.
- 44:28Speaker 1: I may come back to tiktok one day if it's around, but that's a whole nother discussion monique.
- 44:34Speaker 1: It's been so nice to have you.
- 44:35Speaker 1: I mean, it's just nice.
- 44:37Speaker 1: We talk the same language and the fact that you came around and mentioned digital products.
- 44:43Speaker 1: I do believe that there's a stat that digital products in a couple of years are going to be in the upper trillion dollars.
- 44:50Speaker 1: You may find your way to really help your family by selling a digital product.
- 44:56Speaker 1: We would highly recommend, as we have scoped through the digital marketing world.
- 45:02Speaker 1: You need a program that's going to teach you how to do it, and we both are so just feel grateful to be with John and the Mastering Online Profit team.
- 45:12Speaker 1: They called Mops.
- 45:13Speaker 1: There's lots of ways to get into that.
- 45:15Speaker 1: You can just watch a video I think I put.
- 45:18Speaker 1: If you go to TeresaCroftcom forward slash mop, you'll be be able to watch a video and kind of get the behind the scenes.
- 45:26Speaker 1: Look at that.
- 45:26Speaker 1: I'm not actively.
- 45:28Speaker 1: I'm using it as a tool as I get people that want to break free.
- 45:33Speaker 1: My beginning point really is for you and your voice.
- 45:36Speaker 1: And you know, when I was in the midst of my cacophony, I wish someone had given me what I want to give to you, and that was just a free workbook on steps I could walk through in the midst of my cacophony.
- 45:51Speaker 1: I wish someone had given me what I want to give to you and that was just a free workbook on steps I could walk through in the midst of my trauma.
- 45:53Speaker 1: But that's what I have for you.
- 45:53Speaker 1: It's called the Confidence Workbook Five Steps to Reclaiming your Voice, and you can get that at TeresaCroftcom.
- 45:56Speaker 1: I'd love to connect with you and, you know, continue on with being able to share our voices.
- 46:02Speaker 1: Like Monique, I mean, I'm really excited that we were able to get together because personally, she has spoken into my life tremendously.
- 46:11Speaker 1: So, monique, thank you so much.
- 46:13Speaker 1: Appreciate you.
- 46:14Speaker 1: Any parting words of I know what I want you to do.
- 46:18Speaker 1: I want you to speak prophetically.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Someone's listening live or they're listening on the podcast.
- 46:23Speaker 1: What would God have to say for them?
- 46:29Speaker 2: Hmm, what I would say is that, you know, trust God with your life, because there's nothing, nothing that most times we tend to, you know we hold, or the things that we tend to hold on to that cannot do anything for us.
- 46:49Speaker 2: But when you trust God, you will be able to break through those barriers.
- 46:55Speaker 2: And God wants us to break through.
- 46:57Speaker 2: Oh, even now, as I'm beginning, I'm saying it, I feel this wind just coming and he wants us to break through.
- 47:06Speaker 2: I even hear it in his spirit realm to break through.
- 47:09Speaker 2: He wants us to break through and that's his heart right now.
- 47:15Speaker 2: But you have to trust and you have to surrender.
- 47:21Speaker 1: Amen, that's good, I didn't have to pull me.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Amen, that's good, I'd have to pull me up off the floor on that one.
- 47:29Speaker 1: Go visit Monique on Instagram or on Facebook.
- 47:32Speaker 1: Ask her about this program.
- 47:34Speaker 1: It could be the one thing you're looking for to finally break the barriers that keep you from.
- 47:39Speaker 1: It's going to be great.
- 47:40Speaker 1: It's going to be great.
- 47:42Speaker 1: I'm excited.
- 47:43Speaker 1: I'm glad you resurfaced for such a time as this, because there are people that are right with us.
- 47:50Speaker 1: They're ready to go to another level.
- 47:52Speaker 1: If I could find the song, I'd end the podcast with that.
- 47:56Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, that would have just been perfect.
- 47:59Speaker 1: I get it.
- 47:59Speaker 1: I listen to it when I have to have a part-time job.
- 48:02Speaker 1: About the I get it.
- 48:02Speaker 1: I listen to it when I have to have a part-time job and so, about the last part of my job, I'm putting it on the podcast.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I memorize, I memorize.
- 48:09Speaker 1: I just get to see it.
- 48:11Speaker 1: That's all All right.
- 48:13Speaker 1: We love you, monique and hey, listen.
- 48:15Speaker 1: We appreciate you for listening to the Sec no More Profit podcast about profits.
- 48:19Speaker 1: Hey, if you enjoyed this, you know what helps us share this to more people is when you share it online, when you do a review on Apple Podcasts.
- 48:30Speaker 1: That gives us a chance to share messages like these to more people who want to find their voice and share their voice.
- 48:38Speaker 1: So, thanks so much.
- 48:39Speaker 1: I'm Teresa.
- 48:39Speaker 1: I'll talk to you in the next episode.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Yes,
