  Speaker 1: or treats. The days of literally going to people's houses

  Speaker 1: lost now. It's changing here, at least in the United

  Speaker 1: States when it comes to Halloween. I don't know if

  Speaker 1: you know you experienced that to where you live, doctor Trede,

  Speaker 1: but I feel like Halloween isn't what it used to

  Speaker 1: be when you and I were growing up.

  Speaker 2: Yeah. See, when we bought the house, we were the

  Speaker 2: house we bought five years ago. We were super psychic.

  Speaker 2: We had this big property. We were like, man, we

  Speaker 2: can do all kinds of decorations and stuff and do

  Speaker 2: all this crazy stuff. And so the first couple of

  Speaker 2: years we did, and then we realized nobody knocked on

  Speaker 2: our door, Like, there are no kids trick or treating

  Speaker 2: my neighborhood. They all go to the church trunk or

  Speaker 2: treats or the town trunk re treats or stuff like that.

  Speaker 2: But yeah, when I was a kid, it was a

  Speaker 2: big deal because I don't know how you grew back.

  Speaker 2: Like I lived in this little neighborhood and there's a

  Speaker 2: bunch of kids from my school, and we would plan out, Hey,

  Speaker 2: we're gonna meet at Eric's house at five o'clock Susan's

  Speaker 2: sun goes down, we'll start hitting this neighborhood. We'll hit

  Speaker 2: like you would plan out strategic planning of the route

  Speaker 2: as like a you know, a FIRSUS second grader. And

  Speaker 2: then you were also comparing, hey, I'm dressing up as this,
• 3:18
  Speaker 2: where are you doing? What are you doing, you know,
• 3:20
  Speaker 2: stuff like that, And now it's like you kind of
• 3:23
  Speaker 2: dress up within the family more to speak, like you
• 3:26
  Speaker 2: do the more of the family, kind of like what

  Speaker 2: you guys did the other day, and then you just

  Speaker 2: kind of go, hey, we're gonna go here and go

  Speaker 2: to this one. But yeah, it's kind of lost. That's

  Speaker 2: actually why we're going out of town. We're going up
• 3:38
  Speaker 2: to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, because they have a big Halloween festival

  Speaker 2: and they do a big thing for kids trigger treating
• 3:45
  Speaker 2: up there. So we're like, yeah, we're just leaving the

  Speaker 2: We're just leaving town and taking a little mini vacation
• 3:50
  Speaker 2: just to do Halloween.

  Speaker 1: Yeah, it's definitely changed. I think it's obviously easier. I

  Speaker 1: mean doctor Trey is saying he's doing I'm sure I'll
• 3:57
  Speaker 1: be doing it soon too. For parents to just take
• 3:59
  Speaker 1: their chill into maybe one or two spots and there's
• 4:02
  Speaker 1: a ton of candy, lots of people, and a lot
• 4:04
  Speaker 1: of fun rather than driving around house to house. Obviously,

  Speaker 1: my son won't fully remember his first Halloween if at all.

  Speaker 1: And even I was like, so do we want to

  Speaker 1: hit up my wife's parents will hit up their place.

  Speaker 1: Then We'll hit up my sister in law, my brother

  Speaker 1: in law's place, and they're like, no, just come on

  Speaker 1: bye to my wife's parents' house as the first stop.

  Speaker 1: We'll stop there, trick or treat in air quotes and

  Speaker 1: have dinner as a family. And then I'll come back

  Speaker 1: up to my hometown where we live, and I'll hit

  Speaker 1: up my parents, who will be in the same spot,

  Speaker 1: Like my brother will be in the same spot as
• 4:38
  Speaker 1: my parents. So it's like this is so maybe I'll

  Speaker 1: go to three places for trick or treating, two of

  Speaker 1: which is just family members. But yeah, everything's really changed

  Speaker 1: with Halloween nowadays, and it isn't what it used to

  Speaker 1: be when we were growing up, or like Doctor was saying,

  Speaker 1: there'd be big planning and moving around. But yeah, first

  Speaker 1: one as a parent, I'm really looking forward to it.

  Speaker 1: And I guess to tie it all into professional wrestling.

  Speaker 1: And I'm sure we've talked about this every single year

  Speaker 1: Halloween comes up on us, but surprisingly enough, whenever we've

  Speaker 1: done a Halloween I never was a professional wrestler. Doctor tried,

  Speaker 1: never did Brett Hart, never did Hule Cogan, Macho Man,
• 5:15
  Speaker 1: HBK DX, did you ever dabble into professional wrestling as
• 5:20
  Speaker 1: one of your Halloween costumes when you were a kid.

  Speaker 2: I only did it once one time ever, and I
• 5:26
  Speaker 2: still remember when I did. I was seven years old
• 5:29
  Speaker 2: and WWF was having all these vignettes of a new
• 5:32
  Speaker 2: wrestler coming in, and I was like super excited about

  Speaker 2: this guy because I was like, I don't remember a
• 5:37
  Speaker 2: character being like this. It was Corporal Kurshner. Wow, and
• 5:41
  Speaker 2: that's who I dressed up as, and everybody assumed I
• 5:44
  Speaker 2: was g I Joe and of course being seven And
• 5:47
  Speaker 2: you'll you'll learn this as your son gets older. Your
• 5:50
  Speaker 2: son will tell you he knows more than you when
• 5:52
  Speaker 2: he's four and five and six, like Sammy argues constantly.

  Speaker 2: So as a seven year old, Iowa was correcting adults
• 5:59
  Speaker 2: to who I was like, oh, are you Gi Joe. No,

  Speaker 2: I'm Corporal Kirshner. And they're like, I have no idea

  Speaker 2: who this is. So yeah. That was the only time
• 6:08
  Speaker 2: I've ever done a professional wrestler. Most years I was
• 6:11
  Speaker 2: just because also I was round and portly, and so
• 6:14
  Speaker 2: it was kind of hard to be a professional wrestler

  Speaker 2: unless you're going to do King Kong Bundy or the
• 6:18
  Speaker 2: One Man Gang and at the time I wasn't allowed
• 6:20
  Speaker 2: to shave my head or get a mohawk, so I
• 6:22
  Speaker 2: had to kind of stay in my lane as to
• 6:25
  Speaker 2: characters that kind of fit what I look like. So yeah,

  Speaker 2: just just the one time and that was it.

  Speaker 1: minute Doctor Trey said Corporal Kurshner, I was like, I

  Speaker 1: remember him talking about this now, and we've done it

  Speaker 1: probably every single year, and I've probably mentioned remember like cheez,

  Speaker 1: it was like ten plus years ago. There was like

  Speaker 1: this really sad, unfortunate rumor that Corporal Kirshner died, and

  Speaker 1: we actually ran a website article about him passing away,

  Speaker 1: but I think they confused him with someone else, and

  Speaker 1: every time you bring up corporal I always remember that

  Speaker 1: issue on the we website. He ended up passing only

  Speaker 1: in twenty twenty one.

  Speaker 2: Unfortunately, I kind of now now that you mentioned, I've

  Speaker 2: always wondered why I never did Colonel de Beer's because

  Speaker 1: in a tables, ladders and scares match to retain the

  Speaker 1: NX North American Championship. Idoba Femi. Doctor Trey had Tony

  Speaker 1: DiAngelo some notes and thoughts about this one. I've liked

  Speaker 1: the character character development of Tony DiAngelo over the last

  Speaker 1: several months or in his feed with Obafemi, but I

  Speaker 1: thought the Babyface Group taking out Oba to help DiAngelo

  Speaker 1: retain was a bit strange. Does Obafemi retreat from here

  Speaker 1: and they're making additions to the roster. It's it's a

  Speaker 1: really really good spot that they're in right now. And
