In the first of our new year interview series, Juliet chats with Monique Farmer, the founder and CEO of Women Want Adventure. Monique started the outdoor adventure business six years ago and has navigated bushfires, floods and Covid lockdowns to build a team of 12 staff who help women reconnect with nature and themselves through guided adventures.
Monique is passionate about her ‘why’ and keeping her team connected, when they are all working out in the field. The ultimate ‘remote team”! She also has some advice for her younger self and those starting out as entrepreneurs today.
