  SPEAKER_00: Menach's daf kufches.
• 0:01
SPEAKER_00: This is gonna be our last dot together, Menachas, so we can get a little ahead on Hulin.
• 0:05
SPEAKER_00: Uh we missed enough Menachas together that I don't think uh a little bit no you can't say that.
• 0:09
SPEAKER_00: But the Maya were the Khufches.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna start by the bottom, by the two dots, about eight lines from the bottom of Kuf Zain.
• 0:15
SPEAKER_00: But basically we left off yesterday.
• 0:16
  SPEAKER_00: Tanu Tnan Hasam.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: We have a Mishnah over there.
• 0:19
  SPEAKER_00: So where's over there?
• 0:20
  SPEAKER_00: Over there is Mesachashkalin.
• 0:21
SPEAKER_00: There's a Mishnah in Mesachashkalin that was outlining the different coupois they had called Shayfaris, specifically in the Besamigdosh.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: These Shayfaris, it's called the Shafer because it looks like a Shaifer.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: It was like thin at the bottom, uh white at the top, or the opposite, really.
• 0:34
  SPEAKER_00: Amazing to me.
• 0:35
SPEAKER_00: So you can't really easy to put in, hard to get out.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: But uh the Maisa, the these Shayfaris were meant to hold different funds from Corbanis.
• 0:44
SPEAKER_00: Now the Mishnah outlines different uh Saifaras, what they were used for.
• 0:48
SPEAKER_00: And there were six more that the Mishnah said.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_00: Minadiv specifically, this is talking about the Kitzamizbeh.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: Kitzma Mizbeh meant that we know the Mizbeh always had to be busy.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: There should always be a karban being brought on the Mizbeh.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_00: Now, what happens when it's a slow day in the basement?
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: And you know the regular karbanas didn't really take up.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: You didn't have all day bringing karbanah.
• 1:12
SPEAKER_00: So you take from the koopa of kitsamizbeh, and that was people remember Minadiv, Kitzma Mizbeh, that's where you take from, you take money from the Kitzamizbeh to buy oil, and you would take money from there, and you would be sacrifice oil on the Mizbeh.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: That was the known as the Kitzum Mizbeh.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: So you had six of these shafts, these money boxes, for to fund the Kitzumizbeh.
• 1:30
  SPEAKER_00: That was Linidava.
• 1:30
  SPEAKER_00: Kenegan me.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what was that?
• 1:33
  SPEAKER_00: Kenegan?
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: We have a simmon for this.
• 1:34
  SPEAKER_00: Uh Simon Kamaf Shah.
• 1:36
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so Umar Khizgiah.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: So we have a machakis over here.
• 1:39
SPEAKER_00: What these six shavars are for.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: Now, again, if you go back to the Mishnah in uh Shgalam, which is worth doing, we're not gonna do it right now, but you could go through all the different kupais and you see exactly what they're for.
• 1:48
  SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah outlines it.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: But then it just says six for Nidavah So what were these extra six that you need?
• 1:52
SPEAKER_00: The Nidavar for this kitsim is beh.
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: So Umar Chizkiya Chizkiya says the first answer.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: Can I get Shisha Bate Avois?
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: Hakaihanim, Shetiknulem, Hachamim She Shalem Zaimzahle.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: It was for the six bateavis of Khanim.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: So we know that the Khanim were split up into 24 Mishmaris, and the 24 Mishmaris would each each one would serve twice a year.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: Now, within each Mishmar you had six bateavis, right?
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: Because there would be one for each day.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: So the six bate avus that would work in the mesa mikdash, now each one would work one of the days.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: Now, the problem was that sometimes it would lead to fights.
• 2:24
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: Because you had this kid some is day, ah, you had the shifts that you take money for if you needed extra oilis because it was a slow day in the mesa mikdash.
• 2:30
  SPEAKER_00: What happens?
• 2:31
SPEAKER_00: We know an oilah goes kula kala misbeh, but the oyreis, we had this yesterday, oyriz lakehanim, the hides of the oiles went lakhim.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: So if happened to be on Sunday by the first base of happened to be for them it was a slow day, and they got a lot of oilis from the kits of mizbeh, the mamash emptied the jar and they got all these hides.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: All of a sudden everyone's getting rich from Sunday, but the second bas on Monday, maybe they had a busier day, and there's not gonna be a lot, maybe they uh didn't get to take that much from the kitsamizbeh, and therefore they got less hides.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: So because we don't want there to be this uh fighting between the two groups in the Kahan, the the different batayabis in the Kahim, that's why the Khahamar Sakan that really there should be six different Koopas, six Shoyfaras, each one representing each each day, and there's not gonna be any fights.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_00: Day one puts from his Koopa, they two takes from their Koopa, I you had a little more, you had a little less.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but there's more in your Koopa now.
• 3:20
  SPEAKER_00: And that's it.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: That's how they divided it up, and you'll get it next.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: Whatever, whatever it is, that's how they divide it up, and that's why it led to less uh fighting.
• 3:27
  SPEAKER_00: That's what Hiskia says.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_00: Right, they're not gonna get it anyway, saying if it was a slow day.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: I hear, but then in the end of the day, you didn't take from mine.
• 3:39
SPEAKER_00: You didn't take it from mine.
• 3:40
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: I was thinking the same thing.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: I think it you're gonna see in the Gemara, even the the ones that argue on Hiskia say that what?
• 3:47
SPEAKER_00: Like in Sui Hashina, we're not we're not Hoishish that they're gonna argue and what's the reason we're not hoishish, they're gonna fight.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: Because each one has a separate day.
• 3:54
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay.
• 3:54
  SPEAKER_00: Sounding money money.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: So that maybe that's the same sort of underlying what's going on over here.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_00: Your Koopa and my Koopa.
• 4:06
  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
• 4:12
SPEAKER_00: Rabbi, you only take it, he's asking when it's a slow day or busy day, and you don't run that, you don't control that.
• 4:20
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah?
• 4:20
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, yeah?
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: I get a lot of muster out of this.
• 4:26
  SPEAKER_00: Either way, that's Khizkyya.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: So Rubbiakh number is a different shot, meaning again, connected me is the question.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: What were these six kupoys, six shoifares that went Linedava?
• 4:35
  SPEAKER_00: What were they?
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: For Ribihna or Mitoksa Nadava Mruba, Tiknulam, Shoifries, Mirub and Kidesh Lais Ashfuhamois.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: Even though for the other things you had like one shoifer for each thing, over here in Linidava, you needed six.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: Why the kids of Mizbeh?
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: Since there were so many Nidavah, so many donations for kids on Izbeach, so we had more Shayfaris.
• 4:51
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 4:51
  SPEAKER_00: Kideshelois Ashfuhamois.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: So the money doesn't go bad, so it doesn't spoil, so it doesn't corrode.
• 4:57
  SPEAKER_00: Now what's psha?
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: Because if since it was very used and there was a lot of donations all the time, so you're always going to be using it.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_00: And if you're always putting in new coins and the coins always taking out coins to fund the kids on his baiach, it comes out that what?
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: You're always taking from the top, and the ones on the bottom are staying there forever.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, to spread it out a little more, we made six different coupas, so the money on the bottom doesn't get stuck there forever and uh go bad and eventually erode and corrode, or whatever the right term over here is to use.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: So the uses a different uh he gives a different reason.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_00: Can I get par the eagle?
• 5:25
  SPEAKER_00: I have a kevas.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: He really splits it up.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: Really, yeah, you have Nidavas.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: But what kind of Nidavas?
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: Each one has its own chifer.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: Each kind of Nidava had its own chifer.
• 5:31
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 5:32
  SPEAKER_00: Can I get par?
• 5:33
  SPEAKER_00: The eagle.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: Those are two different things, just older, younger.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_00: Ayovakavas, gidius ear, and those are the six virebbi, and this is rebi.
• 5:40
SPEAKER_00: Why do we need a different coupa for each type of animal?
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: It's Rebbi, the Amar Khatan, maybe God, layout.
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: So that if you were Manad of a Khatan and you brought a goddamn instead you brought a bigger one, you aren't Yaize.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, so if he's Manadva par and so what does he do?
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: He just puts a money in the in the par box.
• 5:53
SPEAKER_00: If he's uh sawyer, he puts that amount of money in the sawyer box.
• 5:56
SPEAKER_00: And that's how it goes.
• 5:57
SPEAKER_00: Because again, this is she's Rebbe.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: That if you if you do the wrong, you end up bringing even more than you said.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: You bring uh you said you said uh uh igle and you brought a par, it's gonna be a problem.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: Kotan Baby Godo is gonna be a problem according to Rebbe.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: That's why you need it.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_00: We make it all separate and specific so we can know exactly what you were.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: You're manadav a par, go put a mall in the par box, and you're gonna be, and that's what the canom are gonna take for the par when they bring it.
• 6:18
  SPEAKER_00: The kitsum is back.
• 6:18
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gimmar.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: Barpad omar Barpada says, Can I get a parim?
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: So Barpad is a little more specific.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: You go through Rashi, explains to you each one what it's referring to.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_00: So the parim rashi says it's referring to.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: It's referring to that got lost.
• 6:34
SPEAKER_00: And you separated a different one instead of them.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_00: And then you found the original one, replied it.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_00: The money, where does it go?
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_00: Over here.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_00: The parim.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: Well, ailam, what's the ailem sake rash?
• 6:43
  SPEAKER_00: Same idea that happened.
• 6:44
  SPEAKER_00: It got lost.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: You separated a different one, and then you found the original one.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: So you said that where does the money go?
• 6:48
SPEAKER_00: Then here, that's a sham nozi vasham mitsaira, Rashi says.
• 6:54
  SPEAKER_00: What's Moisareis?
• 6:56
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, I skipped.
• 6:56
SPEAKER_00: Sirim is Si're Hatas Shaltsibar, Shall Regalim.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: It was the Hatas Sibur on the Regalim, uh, that a similar thing happened with.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: And Moisaris, Moisaris, Rashi explains, is someone who was macrib of one of one of one of any of these things, and he was maf first to Mois, but then what happened was that the animal went down in price.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: So he was mad of I'm gonna bring a par.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: And he was separated the amount of money you need for the par.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: But then the par ice went down in uh went down in value.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_00: He bought it in dollars, he did not have shekel now 2.6, we're all crying.
• 7:25
  SPEAKER_00: And now 2.96.
• 7:27
  SPEAKER_00: 2.96.
• 7:28
  SPEAKER_00: That's just that.
• 7:29
  SPEAKER_00: But Lamaysa, what?
• 7:30
  SPEAKER_00: It went down.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: He was able, he has leftover money, he was able to buy the par uh buy the par for the same amount of money.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: And there for the for less, and now you have extra.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: So my saurus, what do you do?
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: That's what you that's what one of the boxes were for.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_00: The ma is the last one in Barpada's list.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: Ma is Rash says that was the kolbon.
• 7:46
  SPEAKER_00: What's a kolban?
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: A kolban is something we normally get a Mitsubaraisa to bring the machatisa shekel every year.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: Every male between 20 and 60 has to bring the machtiza shekel, right?
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: And that machiza shekel was midorisa.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: But when you're playing with the midorisa, you have to get it exact.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: Now, some machatisa shekel, not all coins were created 100% precise, right?
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: Uh, especially back in the day.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: You don't have a perfect uh perfect mint with that minted every coin to the exact khajbin of a machiza shekel, and therefore, means a rabbanan, you had to also bring with your mahtshekel along a kalban, a kalban a little bit more.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: So it's a machzah shekel and a little bit more in case your machzah shekel that you brought is missing.
• 8:22
  SPEAKER_00: It's hustler a little bit.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: So you have to bring a kolban as well.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: So that kolban that came along with the machzah shekel, that's what that last one was for.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_00: Rashi explains really, it's talking about a case that two people, instead of bringing each one a machza shekel, they brought a shekel.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: So two people brought one shekel together.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: So really, what you have to bring is just one kolban, right?
• 8:43
SPEAKER_00: Because all you gotta do is really bring a little bit more than your machzah shekel.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: So each one had a machzah shekel, they brought just gave a shekel together to pat of the mouth, right?
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: Because half plus half equals one.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: So they give one shekel to pat and the moat.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_00: So they should really have to bring one call button because it's a little bit more.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: Then that's also a little bit more.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: But mean the rabban and the rabbinant said that in the end of the day, the basement, the fund, the treasury, is in the end of the day also relying on each person bringing a callbun, not you uh pairing together and uh having one callbon together.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: No, each one really has to bring a coban.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, that extra one, though you do with the extra call button over here, that goes to that's the mo we're talking about over here.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: So these are different shetas, what to do and what the purpose of these different six shayfaras were for.
• 9:22
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, why didn't each one say that the other one?
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: Kulu kihiski layamri, why didn't they say that khisk?
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: That said that it was because of the fights between the Kayan and Land.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_00: So you're the Khashina, we're not worried about them fighting.
• 9:30
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 9:31
SPEAKER_00: The Hhohatvachad Yahvid, each one has its own day.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: You have Sunday, you worry about Sunday.
• 9:36
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but Sunday was your day, and therefore he's not gonna it's not gonna lead to fighting.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't they say that we're not worried that it's gonna corrode the coins?
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: We're not worried that they're gonna go bad.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_00: Why don't they say like Zira?
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: Ziri, because Kihida Lay Mukmi, because we're not gonna make it this Mishnah according to uh Sheetah S Yachid.
• 9:53
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: Because Ziri specifically said his Sheetah within Shetas Rebi.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if we say like Ziri, we're forced to say that the Mishnah Shalom is Rebbe.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_00: We don't want to say that the Mishnah in Shal is Shalim is Rebbe if we don't have to.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't they say like barpadah?
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: Because Mysarais, because you said one of them was for my extra.
• 10:09
SPEAKER_00: If you have uh if you were mafrish and then it went down in value, you bought the power for less money.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: What do you do with the extra money?
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: That's what it was for my sauris.
• 10:15
  SPEAKER_00: It's like Kulunami, Mysarais.
• 10:17
SPEAKER_00: Oh, the other ones also.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: The other ones specify for a specific animal, also the maysaris.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: Everything is my sirens, and then the name it's extra, and therefore we don't need a specific one for general maysaris if they're all the command maw nami.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: And another reason they didn't say like Zeris, because the Ma, that was another Scheifer that he said was used for.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: That was the Koban we just talked about for the Machzah Sheka.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: So the Ma Nami Lishkalim Azla, that goes to the Kupa the Shkolim.
• 10:37
SPEAKER_00: It didn't have its own Koopa, it went to the Shafer of the Skalim, and we know that the Tani, because we have a breast and the heiken kolbinze hoy leh.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: Where does the Koban Zhang go?
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: Where does this coban go?
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: Where do you keep it?
• 10:46
SPEAKER_00: It goes with the regular shalim.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_00: Divir Maya, that's she just from mayor.
• 10:49
  SPEAKER_00: Ribbelezer I'm in a daba.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: Ribbazer says it goes in a dava.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so you're gonna ask, so why can't we just say it's like a belezher, right?
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: Because Ribalaza says it goes on a daba.
• 10:56
SPEAKER_00: In a dava, these six were for an adaba, so it makes it very good.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_00: According to, yeah, you had one for the coban.
• 11:00
SPEAKER_00: The answer is because we're gonna go with her mayor.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: If we have to ask you who we're gonna go with, or mayor or we're talking about a Stan Mishnah in Shalim, Stam Mishnah is who?
• 11:08
  SPEAKER_00: Stam Mishnah Rameer.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Stam Mishnah is Rameir, so that's why Divar.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_00: Remare Shita is that the Koban went with the Shalim.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_00: If the Koban went with the Skalim, then that's why the Ma, that is the Koban that we said, that you're telling me now, Zahiri or Barpada, that that had its own uh that's that was one of the kupas of the Nidava.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_00: That's not what Rameer says.
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: Remair says clearly that it goes along with the Shalim, and that's why the Stam Mishnah that says those six for Nidava probably did not mean this Koban, because Stam Mishnah is generally Ramer.
• 11:37
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel Amashmuel gives a different reason.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel gives a different explanation of these six uh Shayforas.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: Kenegan Mayser, Khatas, and Mayser Hashim.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: It's going Kenegh the m the extra um anything extra from the Khatas and a Maister Hashim, anything extra from Ashram, specifically Asham Gizalois and Asham Mi Ilois.
• 11:55
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 11:55
SPEAKER_00: Because we're about to see other type of uh uh sham and we're not uh shamas and we're not talking about that.
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: Uhmaysham dazir, extra from uh uh uh asham nazir, Umaisra Hashem It Saira, Maister Minhas Nchoite, Umaissar Asiri Saaifa Shokin Golo, and the Maister from the Asiar Saifa the Kain Gono.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: Now, by the way, just an important Rashi that we need.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_00: Um Rashi, Umayser the Minhas Choite, right here.
• 12:14
  SPEAKER_00: Rashi explains that what?
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: That the point over here, and we're gonna need this for the Ms.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: Gemara, is that we have a Drosha, and this Drosha specifically second line and Rash is second line line, Zem Majors Darsha Yoda Hakoin.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: That anything that we're gonna bring, the Maister, the Maister from something, extra money from something, the fact that that's gonna go Linadava and it's gonna fund the kids of Mizbeah, it's gonna go to Oilois, that whole Indian is only by Moister Khatas from extras from chattas and extras from an ashem.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_00: But extras from something else, maister from something else, it's not gonna be true.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: That was a drush of Yada Khan said.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: Again, call abami maister chatus maister ashram, only if it's meister chatas and maister ashem.
• 12:58
SPEAKER_00: Then you look up by my oilois, then it's gonna go to the kids on his bath, then you're gonna buy oilois.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: That abasu ashem, the baser goes to Hashem, and the other is the can layers go to the can.
• 13:07
SPEAKER_00: But the money the extra money from other minachis, it's not gonna go in a daba.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: And the who you see mishilo, maybe mincha.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: What do you have to do?
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: You have to be mice if your own money and bring another mincha.
• 13:18
  SPEAKER_00: You have extra?
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so be mice of on it and bring a second mincha.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: That's what you have to do.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: When do we say, and again, this is the Joshua, when do we say only if it comes extras from a chatas, not anything else.
• 13:27
SPEAKER_00: Becomes extra from a chatas, that's when it's going to go to the fund in a dava, the kids be after the fund the oilist, that the bus is la sham and the oilis are lekayanim.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: And with that, that's what Shmuel is saying right now.
• 13:37
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel gives an extra, another reason, another explanation right now that what all these extra things Maistra Hashem Nazir, Maistra Samataira, Maistra Minchas Khoite.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: Now, the Minchas Khoite, you're gonna ask me is a chut is a Mincha, right?
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: So Rashi, it's actually the same Rashi line earlier that we didn't read.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: Rashi explains that Nanaday it's not Maister of a Khatas.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_00: So how are you using this Lakitzbeh?
• 13:58
  SPEAKER_00: It's a Maister of a Mincha.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: Rash explains, Azil Maistra Linidva Sibor.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: Because it's called a chatas, so that's why it's extras goal in itva sibar, even though it's really a mincha.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: Umaisser a siri so eposh coin doddle, we're gonna discuss that.
• 14:11
SPEAKER_00: The maister of last year says the extras from the aspir is the ephot of the coin doddle.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: That is included in this that's gonna go to the kitsbeh.
• 14:16
  SPEAKER_00: That's shmuel.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_00: Ruby Shia Mar, Kenegan Mayser Chatas, Umaiser Ashum, Umaiser Asham Nazir.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: So far, everything is the same.
• 14:22
SPEAKER_00: Umaisra Shamitsaira, Umaysar Kinin, this is where he differs from Shmuel, that he says it's the extras from the Kenim.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: These are birds that you brought.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: Umaiser Minchaschaite and the Minchaschaite.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: So we have the only difference over here between Shmuel and Rubishir, Shmuel said, the Asir Saifa the Kindle.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: And Rabisha said, Mayser Kenim.
• 14:38
  SPEAKER_00: That was the flip.
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: Usmua, my time and my time armor.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: Why didn't Shmuel say like Arabisha?
• 14:44
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: That you bring the Mayser Kenim goes.
• 14:52
  SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
• 14:53
SPEAKER_00: Because Kenin, it already said that in the Risha, the Mishnah.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: Again, we're quoting this whole daff, Araisha, from we're quoting the Mishnah from Shgalin.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_00: And Shmuel says, You want to know why I didn't say like a raishea?
• 15:03
SPEAKER_00: That Mayser Kenim is one of these six again.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: Now I've right now is to find out what are these six Shaifers in a Dava coming to do.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: So Shmuel said, one of them is like, or Rabisha said, one of them is for the Kenim.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: So you want to know Shmuel, you want to know why I didn't say one of them is for the Kenim?
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: Because the Risha already said that one of those other ones, not these six, one of the other ones was already used for the Kenim.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: So if it already says it in the Ray Shada the Mishnah, that's why I didn't say that that's one of these six in the sefa.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: Rabaishiah Tanah Tani Viloitani Kenin.
• 15:30
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: So Rabisha, obviously he doesn't hold that the Raisha the Mishnah um said Kenim already, because then he's just repeating himself.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: How could you say that one of the kupoys in the sefa is really Kenan if that was already used in the Raisha?
• 15:41
  SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand Raisha Tani.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: He taught it in a Brahsa that one of them was used for the Kenim, Vilaitani, Raish, Vilaitani, uh Kenan in the Raisha, but he doesn't hold that the Mishnah said in the Resha.
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_00: Kenim?
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: Well Tan Rebaisha, Vitani Kenim, but we know that's not true.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: Rabishia had it in his Brahma.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_00: Rabisha taught it, that's it's one of the six as we just said.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: And also, that's how we went at the Mishnah, that he had it in the Raisha of the Mishnah.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: He had Kenim as one of the Shoifras in the Raisha of the Mishnah.
• 16:04
SPEAKER_00: So I don't understand how could he say it twice?
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, I need it twice.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you what Rabisha is going to say.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: The money for the actual kenim, and one of them is for the Maister Kingdom, the extras of the kingdom.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: The extras of the kingdom, that's what the other kupa was for, and that's one of the six Lunadava.
• 16:18
  SPEAKER_00: Rabisha, Ma Tamlamaka Shmo.
• 16:20
SPEAKER_00: So we said why Shmuel doesn't know the Gabasha.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: Why doesn't Rabisha hold like Shmuel?
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: So I'll tell you why says the Gomara Saval the command of Amar, Maister Shall Asirsa Epha, because what did Shmuel say?
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: Shmuel substituted Maister shall Ashir so eva, Sirsa Iva the Kain Gadl.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: So you want to know why Rabisha doesn't know the Shmuel?
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: Because he holds like the moment that says, Maister shall assir so ephall coin godl Yirkav.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: He holds that it doesn't go linadava.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: The maister, the extra from that searsa if the kindal that does not go linadava, the kitsum is beh, but rather it rats.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't go linadava, it rats, and that's why he doesn't hold that it's one of these six that go linadava.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: Ditany already we see that we have a Braissa.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: So this is very cryptic and hard to understand, Braissa.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: The Bryce literally says, the Maiser Mincha, the extra of a mincha of Nidava.
• 17:05
  SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be a Nidava.
• 17:06
  SPEAKER_00: A mincha of what?
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: What are we talking about?
• 17:07
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna explain it's like Maister Mincha, but the extra of a mincha irka.
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_00: That should rat.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it says the Gemara Mayka Omr.
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: This, if anything needs, if anything deserves a Maika omar, it says, What in the world is the Brasis saying?
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: So Amr of Khizdr Bhakti says, This is what the Brasil means to say.
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: That Maister Mincha is Nidava.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: The extra of a mincha, so mincha of something is Nidava.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: So what's that talking about?
• 17:30
SPEAKER_00: No extra from a minhashoite goes linidava, right?
• 17:33
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: As Rashi told us before, even though it's not a chatas, it's not maister bachatas, it's called the Khatas Ikri.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: So the Maister of Go, not me, Linidava, right?
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: That's what Rashi said before.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: But that's what the Brahis is saying over here.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: That's why Rabeshia didn't say like Shmuel, because Shmuel said that's one that goes Linadava.
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: He held like the Tana of this Brahza that held that it's actually, it goes and it gets spoiled.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: You're actually if it goes, uh, which is the Yama Malach or whichever way you want to do it, and that's why he didn't say like Shmu'a.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_00: Rabba Amaraba gives a different explanation.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: Afinu maisser asir safhain godal naminadava.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: I could really tell you, even like Shmu'a, that the Maister of the Assir Saif the Kain Gado also goes on a Dava.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: It's not Yerkov, it doesn't be left to rot, but rather it goes in a Dava.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: Ella Maister Lachmi Taidah Yerkav.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_00: But what does the Brysa mean?
• 18:23
SPEAKER_00: Again, Maister Mincha Yerkov, this cryptic Brice that we explained.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: What is it talking about?
• 18:28
SPEAKER_00: It's not talking about the King God, it's talking about the extras from the Lachmi Taida, that Yerkav, that should be Ratin, and that's what the Brice is talking about.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: So really it could be Lechmoon.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemar, this is actually totally the Plukta in an earlier Machlikas Tanon.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: Maistra has here is a visha or bechanamar Daba, Ribalazar Amar Yurka.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_00: So we see this Machlekis goes back all the way to Rebekhan and Ribelez.
• 19:02
SPEAKER_00: So the point over here is what?
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: That what are we talking about when we say the Asiusa eifa?
• 19:08
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: The one thing we need over here on the Zraisa is Asiir safah.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: That all these things go in a dava, we said.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_00: And one of the things we said is Assirsa Epha.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: So Asiirus Epha, says a game, my law, Moistra Asiir safeshakoin Godal.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: Aren't we talking about the Asiirus Eva the go and Godal?
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: What do we see over here clearly like Shmua that it goes Linadava?
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: It said clearly it goes Linadava.
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: That's not necessarily what it's talking about.
• 19:26
  SPEAKER_00: Moister Minhaschoite.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: It's talking about the extras from a minhashoite.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_00: It actually is very mistaba, like the number that holds.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: That the extras from the Assirus Ava the Gain Godal get goes to meaning you're okay.
• 19:41
  SPEAKER_00: It goes to Biratin.
• 19:42
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: The Tani because the pu the because the braces says it brings the passing.
• 19:45
SPEAKER_00: Loyasamala Shemin, Vlaitan a la Levaina, kichatasi.
• 19:48
  SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a mincha shaite.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: And we say it doesn't get shaman, it doesn't get levaina like a regular mincha, but rather it does you can't put shemon or levaina, kichatasi, because it's a chatas.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: The mincha shaite is like a chat.
• 19:59
  SPEAKER_00: So I'm reviewing it.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: We learned from here this passing that he crea chatas.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: The mincha schaita and the mincha shaita alone is called a chatas.
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: The aina cheras crea chatas.
• 20:08
SPEAKER_00: But no other, no other mincha is called a chatas.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: What does that teach me?
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be minmayat.
• 20:14
SPEAKER_00: Limit a sear safka and gado.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be memmayed, specifically the asirsa If the Kain Gado, that's what it's coming to be m'ayat, that it's not considered a chattis.
• 20:23
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: She aina kuriya chatas not consider it's not considered a chattas.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: Utua levina, therefore it needs levina, um the eina kuya chatas, maistra e kar event from the your yirka, from the fact that it's not considered a chattas, the maistrah, the extras from it are going to be rotten.
• 20:37
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: Because that was the Joshua we said before.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: Zoom measures darsh ya yada akin.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: That anything that the maister comes from a chattas, that's when it's gonna go linadava.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_00: But it's if it doesn't come from a chattas, any regular extras from a mincha, that would be your khav, that would not go linadava because it's not extras from a chattis.
• 20:54
  SPEAKER_00: So that's why it's very mistakment.
• 20:55
  SPEAKER_00: I like this right.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: So we see clearly that the maister of a kinda that seems to be the myth over here that we're saying that only he chatas, only the mincha s chat is considered a chatas, but a different one, and probably we're talking about the asir safeshaking gada.
• 21:08
SPEAKER_00: This says that as evash kain god, that's not considered a chatus.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: If it's not considered a chatas, moister is not hailakal in the daba, and if it's not hail khil in the daba, it's going to be Yirkov, it's going to rat.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: And that is Shita S Rabihuna.
• 21:17
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Mishnah.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: We'll just uh try to do a short hashala on the next, at least we're in the Mishnah.
• 21:24
  SPEAKER_00: But Shore Ze Oiloh.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: If someone says Shor Zhe Oila, this Shore specifically.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: So what's the difference in the way?
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see the first thing in the Gemara.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_00: The difference between this and the last few cases is in the last cases he took upon himself a hoyas gavra.
• 21:37
  SPEAKER_00: Hare olai shore.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: I'm taking upon myself a shore la oilo.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: Over here, he said shore zet oilo.
• 21:43
  SPEAKER_00: It's a dynamic.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: This shore is an oila, not I have an what shore?
• 21:46
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know, I'll find a shore, right?
• 21:47
  SPEAKER_00: I have a khiva to bring a shore.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: Oh over here he's saying shore zeth.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: This shore specifically on this chivas khertza, this shore is gonna be an oila.
• 21:54
  SPEAKER_00: So shore zet oila.
• 21:56
  SPEAKER_00: Ministoiv.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: But then it got a mum, right?
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: So minestoiv could usually mean usually.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Usually it's uh brought in the context of the context of toma, right?
• 22:02
  SPEAKER_00: I'm a staiv.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: But uh the tyra we know calls about mum tomay as well, and that's why it's interchangeable.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: So you're achieved istav generally means you let it roam until it gets a mum.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_00: So istav is used interchangeably between toma and mum, and that's what it means over here.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: So share is the oil and istav.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_00: So he said this shore is gonna be an Ila, and then the shore got a mum.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: So obviously this shore cannot be brought as an Ilah.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: So what do you do?
• 22:25
SPEAKER_00: Imrata Yabi Bidam of Shaim.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: If you want, you could take the money.
• 22:28
  SPEAKER_00: What money?
• 22:29
SPEAKER_00: So obviously you're gonna be put in.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: If it got a mum, you're gonna be put in the kadusho off of it onto money.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: Use that money to buy another one.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: Now that money you're gonna use to buy another oilah.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: If you want, you could buy instead of one big shar, you could buy two small ones.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: You're allowed to buy two Yabi Bidham of Shnaim.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: Shne Shvarim, Elu, Eula, someone who says these two shwarim are gonna be annoying.
• 22:47
SPEAKER_00: So what do you do?
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: You're poid to them, you get money, and with the money, Ratsu Yabi Man, Echad, if you want to take this money and just buy one bigger one instead of two smaller ones, that is something you're allowed to do.
• 22:55
  SPEAKER_00: Rebbe, wait, sir.
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: Rebbe does not allow you to do this.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see in the Gemara.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: The Gemara's gonna discuss whether Rebbe is gonna come out.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_00: I'll just tell you at the end of it.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: Spoiler alert, because I don't think we're gonna do it.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: But the Gemara says that Rebbe really argues on both cases.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_00: It's for the same reasoning, that's Rebbe the Shintasa, who holds Koton Mayvi Godo, Godovoton, Layatsa, you have to bring exactly what you said you're gonna bring.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: Rebbe argues on both cases.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: Why did we only say it in the same in the last case?
• 23:18
SPEAKER_00: It was just the symmetry of the Mishnah, how we did it.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna say that, see that as well in a second for the next case in the Mishnah as well.
• 23:23
  SPEAKER_00: Ayelze Oilabinistav.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_00: We've said this island is gonna be an island in a kind of mum.
• 23:27
  SPEAKER_00: Imratse Yahvi Bidamov Kevas.
• 23:28
SPEAKER_00: If you want to interchange it, you can bring a kevas with the money.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_00: Kev is oilabinistav, Imratsa Yabi Bidamov Island over here, also the Rabbi Oyser on both cases.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: And just to do the beginning of the Gemara, ask the Gemara of Amrit Reshaw.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_00: Again, the basic question from this Mishnah is how does it line up with the last Mishnah?
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: The Resha referring to the last Mishnah we learned.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: If you take upon yourself, I'm gonna I'm gonna bring a shar that costs a mana.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: And instead you bring two shvarim that equal to a manas.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_00: And then the day you you you gave a mana to the Miz to the to the to the Mizbeach.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but that's not what you said.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: You said originally I'm gonna bring one shar that cost a mana, and you brought two shwarim that equal to a mana, you're not gonna be Yaizeh.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_00: So, Sezigamar, what's the difference?
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: Why over here are you allowed to?
• 24:09
SPEAKER_00: You said I'm gonna bring this jar, and you ended up bringing two shvarim instead because it got a mummy.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: You used the money to buy two shvarim, and that's gonna be something that's okay according to Tanakhama, Sezigamari.
• 24:17
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 24:17
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 24:17
  SPEAKER_00: Because Sharzeh.
• 24:19
  SPEAKER_00: Vinistaev shani.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Sharzeh over here, you said shareze.
• 24:22
  SPEAKER_00: It's way different.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: Before you said Aray Allah, Zakhtarashi.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: Raj explains the came of the Amar Zhe Akrib, Ayla, Vinistaev, Azale Nidre.
• 24:30
