  that's maybe 31 now. And in fact, I have a New Year's Eve prophecy update I've been doing for,

  I think this is the 29th year. We started in homes and then you go to someone. And you know,

  who's very influential as Chuck Smith was on that. And Jack Hibbs also, if I go back to the early 90s.

  Wow. That's a great idea to do that though. So New Year's update. New Year's Eve prophecy

  Probably not in the winter though, right? Because I know you don't like that. You know,

  I so I had to go to Minnesota and was a January. I'm thinking, why did I say yes to this?

  I'm going to be an Idaho and February. I'm like, you know, why do I say, well, what am I thinking?

  That's funny. Okay. So Tom, I wanted to get your take on so many different articles and stories.
• 4:41
  We always obviously look at these through the biblical lens, through our biblical worldview.
• 4:45
  And that's why I appreciate, you know, your voice on some of these issues. But I want to quote

  Jan Markelle and have you respond. She just sent something out called 2025. So where are we headed?
• 4:58
  And she said, millions of people have been falsely influenced by the soothsayers and nutty
• 5:02
  prophets who claim to know what's coming. I've got news for them. Only the Bible has the scoop.
• 5:09
  So she says the new year will give meaning, new meaning to the word convergence. It's all coming
• 5:16
  together. The final day scenario. It's falling into place like never before. The tribulation system
• 5:22
  is being polished off, artificial intelligence and all things digital are breathtaking. And then she
• 5:27
  goes on. But Tom, what would you like to share or comment on her words? Obviously, I've convergence.
• 5:33
  We've been talking about that for a while with different guests and different pastors and, you know,
• 5:38
  prophecy watchers share whatever you'd like about what what she's seeing and what we have to
• 5:43
  stay grounded because people are going to say and speculate all this this and that, right?
• 5:47
  Oh, they are. So Jan is such a great blessing and encouragement for me has really become a
• 5:53
  dear friend too. And she's the reason I've ended up in Minnesota in January. Thank you, Jan.

  But she really is. I mean, Jan has been such an inspiration for so many people and it gets
• 6:06
  talked with her often. Okay, with convergence. Absolutely. You know, you look, the Bible talks about
• 6:12
  everything going faster and faster, not like we're going to start to see signs and then they're
• 6:16
  going to slow down or something like that. But like you, David, I have a daily news program. I
• 6:22
  do call today a prophecy and it's news. But we, you know, and I encourage people, you have to run
• 6:29
  the news through the Bible and you and I have both seen this. You take people who run the Bible
• 6:34
  through the news and they let the news interpret the Bible. You cannot do that because then you'll
• 6:39
  say, well, the Bible doesn't really mean this or the Bible doesn't really mean that because
• 6:43
  this just happened. I'll give you a perfect example. Russia is now leaving the area of the
• 6:49
  Middle East. At least that's what's being reported, right? So people say, well, you can't trust the
• 6:53
  Bible for Ezekiel 38, because you know, you guys interpret it all wrong. No, that's not the case.
• 6:59
  The Bible is always going to be right. Besides God says in Ezekiel 38, to Russia, I'll put hooks in
• 7:04
  your jaws. I'll turn you around. So the implication is Russia is going away from the Middle East when
• 7:09
  God pulls them down. So it's, it's understanding you always have to look, look at the Bible. Don't
• 7:15
  just run with the latest news thing and think it's going to interpret the Bible. Never do that. Run
• 7:20
  everything through the Bible. So with that, we do know that the Bible speaks of a convergence. I was in,
• 7:26
  in a movie, gosh, I think it was about eight years ago now called the convergence. And it was
• 7:32
  a documentary. And it was looking at everything converging, obviously. But when we see that from eight
• 7:39
  years ago to where we are now, listen, every year we go back to 2020, we thought, how could it be? I
• 7:46
  remember New Year's Eve, my prophecy update saying, Hey, 2021's going to be weirder than 2020. So
• 7:51
  you better get ready. Sure enough. It was the same thing 2021 New Year's Eve. Look out for 2022. I
• 7:58
  mean, I mean, look at 2024. How could we have been in a world that ran a candidate of Kamala
• 8:04
  Harris? I mean, who in their right mind would think this is a, the, the wokeism, the genderism.
• 8:11
  This is normal. The things that we experienced in 2024. I look at 2025 and people are thinking,
• 8:18
  you prophecy people have lost your minds. Everything's going to be wonderful now. No, I'm an
• 8:23
  agreement with Jan. You better hold on because things are going to converge. Yeah. As Jesus himself
• 8:29
  said in Luke 21, when you see these things begin to take place, look up and lift up your head because
• 8:36
  your redemption draws near. Jesus didn't say when you see them fulfilled. He said, when you see them
• 8:41
  begin, and we are watching them happen faster and faster. Paul wrote in 1st Thessalonians 5 will be
• 8:47
  like birth pains upon a pregnant woman. So we know it's going to happen faster and faster and
• 8:52
  they are. So things are going to slow down. They may, we may be distracted. We may be deceived.
• 8:59
  A lot of people, if they're not in the Bible, are probably going to think, ah, everything's perfect
• 9:05
  now that Trump's president. No, no, no, no. We must stay firm in the Word. Don't be deceived by
• 9:14
  the things that we see going on. And Jesus himself said in Luke 12 that this, his second coming,
• 9:20
  not speaking of the rapture, but the second coming, will happen at an hour when you least expect it.

  So I would expect things to really possibly, although converging, can give the appearance to the
• 9:32
  person who's not paying enough biblical attention to think, ah, everything's good or everything's
• 9:37
  better. No, I'd say be very careful. Stay in the Word. Amen, brother. Thank you, Tom. By the way,

  it is dark and it's going to get crazier. It might be hard to imagine after every year the things,
• 9:50
  the developments that happen, but what we've just seen in 2024. Oh my goodness. But we have to remember
• 9:56
  something. As far as I know, the devil and his minions have not repented. As far as I know,

  he is doubling down and his children, those who are influenced by Satan. And that means if you're
• 10:11
  either a child of God or a child of the devil, you're either working for one side or the other,
• 10:15
  they have not changed their worldview from what I understand. Even though the election went well,
• 10:20
  but we've got all even more work to do. Tom, there's an interesting article I came across about
• 10:26
  some religious leaders see a sign of great hope. And they see what they're calling a fourth great
• 10:33
  awakening. And they're saying because Americans are flocking to Christianity. Now, I don't like that
• 10:39
  headline personally. I certainly don't think Americans are flocking to Christianity. Maybe religion,
• 10:44
  maybe works righteousness, maybe other things to feel good about themselves, but they're certainly
• 10:49
  not flocking to biblical Christianity. But I want to read this and get your response. It says,
• 10:54
  Bible sales in the US have skyrocketed in 2024. Now, true story. Religious colleges are seeing
• 11:01
  enrollment boosts, despite overall declines in higher education, attendance, and several states
• 11:07
  pushing for Bible based curriculum and public schools. Praise God, some good things. Some Bible
• 11:14
  scholars believe this may mark a significant cultural shift. Pastor Tom, use your thoughts.
• 11:21
  Okay, so perhaps there's some truth to it, but I kind of think like you do. Biblical Christianity
• 11:31
  is not the same as what we have here in America. We have a, the rise of the church of nonbelievers
• 11:42
  is what we have. We're living through this day. And that might sound like an oxymoron. How can
• 11:47
  you have a church of nonbelievers? Well, it's real, it's real simple. The word church we
• 11:51
  understand is that it means believers in Christ. However, Jesus himself in Book of Revelation,
• 11:58
  when you have the seven different churches, five of them were yet a corrupt church, a dead church,
• 12:03
  a lukewarm church. You had a compromising church. You had these different churches. And yeah,
• 12:10
  Jesus still called them church. He says that the, the, have an ear to hear what the spirit says to
• 12:16
  the churches. So within the church of the last days, what do we also have? We have this understanding.
• 12:23
  Paul wrote in first, excuse me, first Timothy chapter four, there'll be doctrines, demons,
• 12:29
  and deceiving spirits, speaking lives into hypocrisy, having their own conscious seared with a
• 12:33
  hot iron. Paul is writing to the churches. And in second Timothy chapter three, it's the same
• 12:41
  understanding. Paul says in the last days, perilous times will come, and then after listing the
• 12:45
  characteristics, he then says that the people have a form of godliness, but deny the power they're
• 12:51
  up. So denying the blood of Christ, the name of Christ, denying the power of the Holy Spirit,
• 12:55
  the power of the Word of God, but a form of godliness. So I think we are probably might be witnessing
• 13:02
  some of this at the same time. Do we really have a huge uptick? I don't know because there's not a lot
• 13:09
  of great Christian universities anymore. No, they're used, if you go back over the centuries,
• 13:14
  there were a lot more. So now you have Grand Canyon University, Dallas Theological Seminary.
• 13:21
  You don't have a lot anymore. A lot of them have closed down or they become corrupt, they become
• 13:26
  compromising. So what are people really flocking to? Yes. I could give you a perfect illustration
• 13:32
  if we look at COVID. During COVID, many churches shut down. The majority, and by far, just shut down
• 13:40
  at least temporarily, right? But with that, many of them never even reopened. So what you had is
• 13:46
  the churches that stayed open like ours did. You had a significant growth that took place. Why?
• 13:52
  At those particular local churches, Jack Hibbs, Tim Thompson, others, Joe, others that you know.
• 13:59
  So you had those churches grew. Why? Because the 50 around them closed. So you have 10 people
• 14:07
  from here that are looking for a good church. They go 100 people from over here. So flocking,
• 14:12
  I don't know, however, definitely Bible sales are up. I think that's huge. My guess is this.
• 14:20
  This is what's happening with Bible sales being up. In Daniel 12, and David, stop me if I talk
• 14:27
  too much and take too much time. But I think, okay, so this is what I think is happening with
• 14:31
  Bible sales. I think it's very significant based on the days that we live in. The angel tells Daniel,
• 14:38
  Daniel's trying to get an understanding of what the tribulations going to be like. And the angel
• 14:42
  tells Daniel, Daniel, that's not for you to know. That's for those who are living at the time of the
• 14:46
  end, close the book, seal up the words until the time of then. Daniel, many will run to and
• 14:52
  fro knowledge will increase. Okay. And then a few verses later, he said, the wicked will see it
• 14:59
  and won't understand, but the wise will see it and they will understand. The entire context of
• 15:03
  many will run to and fro knowledge will increase is in the understanding of the Bible prophecy.
• 15:12
  That's what Daniel wanted to know. Show me what it is. No Daniel for those at the time,
• 15:16
  they'll run to and fro knowledge will increase. That phrase to and fro is the exact same phrase
• 15:22
  that Amos used in Amos, chapter 8, verse 12, speaking of running to and fro through the Bible,
• 15:29
  looking to see what the Bible has to say about the days they live. So when we look at it in a context,
• 15:37
  yes, running to and fro travel could apply knowledge of technology could apply both of those
• 15:43
  things are necessary in the last days to fulfill prophecy. But the context is people are going to be
• 15:50
  flocking to the Bible to open up the word to try and understand what in the world is going on.

  And I think that to me is very prophetically significant. For we have the answer,

  we get it and people right now especially especially not in the church are really wanting to know
• 16:10
  what the world's going on. We have the answer and and there's there's many churches right now that
• 16:15
  still go along with this easy belief is them. They won't deal with culture. You deal with culture 24
• 16:20
  seven. They won't deal with culture to me. That's appalling that we have the truth of righteousness
• 16:27
  and we have the great righteous king and we're unwilling to give people the truth about him because
• 16:32
  it might offend people. But we have it. People are looking for it. We have the answers. And I am
• 16:37
  thankful that I am talking with more and more pastors across the country and even out of the country
• 16:43
  that are saying hey we want to we want to be able to teach the things that you teach. Can you help us?
• 16:50
  To me that's neat. But exactly what are people flocking to? Is it biblical Christianity?
• 16:58
  In some cases yes in many cases I think no. Yeah I thought that word flocking gave a faulty
• 17:04
  impression that there's going to be a big revival but now we've got a lot of work to do friends.

  was a cool dude a beard long hair into woodwork a hipster basically he wouldn't have wanted us to do

  the same boring Christmas story year after year right parents exactly he'd want a strictly vegetarian

  um Tom not surprising these are unbelievers mocking I mean Christians are low-hanging fruit because

  it's appalling but how do you how do you deal with something like something like this you've got

  to make it seem like Jesus what was I think it was David this past year where it was presented

  Jesus by by a homosexual lesbian pastor you know I mean there's an oxymoron but that Jesus

  was a doula at an abortion clinic did you did you catch that this past year yeah yeah I mean

  you look then you go okay so this what Jesus would have done he would have walked the lady back

  into the abortion clinic to have to abort her baby and say you know the choice is what the world

  nevertheless the appalling thing is churches and pastors pastors won't even dress these things

  won't even talk about these things so this is how did we you know it comes down to you how did

  we get to a place okay with here's the way I look at it with those who are pagans I expect them to

  be pagans yep that's what that is pagans do a pagans do you claim to be a follower of the Lord

  Jesus Christ and this to you isn't appalling this to you is well that's okay and you as a

  pat I'll call out pastors right now who who might have stumbled across this program most of

  me I think watching you are an agreement but he stumbled across this list listen we are called

  to preach righteousness and preach truth and to avoid that because it might hurt people's feelings

  listen Matthew chapter 24 Jesus himself said one of the signs of the second coming is that many

  will be offended because of me the truth of Jesus is offensive the Bible and Jesus himself are

  equal opportunity offenders and it's offensive because David as you know this Bible is the most

  offensive book that's ever been written why because it tells us that we are sinners but how are

  we going to be saved how are we going to be forgiven I think of Jesus in Gethsemane what did he

  do he cried out he's a father if there be any other way let this cup pass for me there was no other

  way yeah he had to go to the cross and to be so that we could be forgiven and so all of sin

  have fallen short of the glory of God that's what sin is it's missing the mark the mark of perfection

  the the perfect standards of God that are found only in Jesus Christ he was it became sin for us

  so that we could be forgiven they will one more thing is my friend in yours Tim Thompson

  he said you know what he he talked on these things from the pulpit and he said he's been

  challenged so many times as I was too when I was doing my full time Sunday ministry is lead pastor

  he was challenged hey why do you talk about abortion in the pulpit if you talk about this

  people are going to start to feel guilty and he brought this great point he said people

  already feel guilty if you don't tell them about this they won't find forgiveness they won't

  find grace they won't find hope you've got to deal with it and pastors will just let what do you
• 23:55
  do are you going to send a person knowingly to judgment because you're afraid you're going to hurt

  their feelings man we're called to be pastors and preachers of righteousness and truth and grace

  and they go hand in hand grace and truth Jesus was the perfect balance full of grace and full

  of truth uh John 114 um okay one more at least we can try to get to um so there was a good news story

  I just want to mention though Ohio school district hats has to pay 450,000 because they fired

  a teacher for not using trans student pronouns Tom most of these cases seem to be the ones that

  make it far enough seem to be coming down on the side of sanity and truth but not all of them this

  was a good outcome um before we speak to that actually go ahead go ahead your thoughts on that

  because most of these cases where yeah they're they're coming out with good outcomes

  they are praise god you know people have to push back against against these insane things David

  you saw it here in crazy california in november we saw whole counties flip you know

  fortunately I live in a county that's been read like since it's beginning and still is read but

  we saw a lot of the blue counties flipping as school boards and school boards being flipped and
• 25:19
  people pushing back and lawsuits are being won this stuff is insane it is absolutely insane

  what has been done to children and listen not all doctors go along with this stuff but bad doctors do

  yeah not all teachers go along with the stuff that's been happening to children but bad teachers do

  this is horrific what has been done this whole transgender stuff just absolutely awful and

  I am thankful that listen the only way people will listen to something like this the the Marxism the

  Marxist is through pain if they suffer you suffer financial loss that's the only way they're going

  to listen they won't listen to anything else they just want to cram all these horrible horrific

  policies down everybody's throat and they want to steal our children if they can't take them out

  of their houses they'll cut off the private parts they're good with that that's insane these
• 26:11
  people quite frankly they they need to be sued yeah and the corporations aren't gonna they're

  doubling down they're not gonna I mean we read that story we talked about it on your show about

  Disney cutting and what what I got a headline on that they leave LGBTQ activism on the

  cutting room floor in new series but that's they're not gonna change their world view they're not
• 26:32
  gonna relent on decades and decades of promoting the LGBTQ Tom 30 seconds or less give us your

  thoughts on that one yeah you know what it's the magician it's they they're hiding it right now

  while you know you know okay you got Trump out there nothing to see here folks are hiding it

  they're gonna bring it back out and all some people go whoa we knew you know whenever that is

  that is what happening they're hiding behind the curtain pretending you got the magic show going

  on they are working their magic tricks and they are very dark hey man so friends just all that

  to remember it is dark it's probably going to increase but that also provides an opportunity

  for hope because a lot of people are searching mental health issues suicide

  it temperates off the charts people are needing answers and Jesus is the answer that's

  how that's the gospel that we can be sharing with them Tom I appreciate your ministry so much hope
