winning with winans: I moved my companies here from California and I, as somebody who lived there, I was a fifth generation My family showed up there in the San Francisco Bay Area in the late 1840s. I have very deep roots there. But what was in those days and what was California that did at one time made it great was a business friendly environment. You don't have that anymore. think we, mean, a blind person can see it. It just doesn't work there anymore. Vegas on the other hand, hey, go get a business license. You can get a business license here without a big problem. People have an entrepreneurial spirit here. They work hard here. I mean, I always am amazed at the number of people and what they do for a living. And the fact... It's a balance of white and blue collar work. You know, I wrote in an article, it was that here people don't ask, where did you go to college? They asked, did you go to college? And it's not judged one way or the other. It's just more of a background thing. I think it's also safe to say we have an awful lot of really good professional organizations here,
