A new study reveals nearly half of online hospital reviews in Canada are negative, but don’t panic—most complaints are actually useful feedback. Researchers found that while 48% of Google reviews from 2017 to 2022 were negative and 32% positive, three-quarters contained actionable insights hospitals can use to improve care.
