Mega Edition: Virginia Robert's Called For Transparency Long Before The EFTA (10/30/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: Over the past few days we've been going through the
• 0:08
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts deposition that she gave during her legal battle
• 0:13
Speaker 1: with Ghislaine Maxwell. And the contents of that deposition are
• 0:17
Speaker 1: disturbing to say the least. Well now Virginia... has taken
• 0:22
Speaker 1: to X, formerly known as Twitter, to talk about the
• 0:26
Speaker 1: fact that Judge Preska has announced that she's going to
• 0:29
Speaker 1: be releasing these names. And as you can imagine, Virginia
• 0:32
Speaker 1: is very happy about it. Virginia wants all of these
• 0:35
Speaker 1: people who have been involved, who have their names out there,
• 0:39
Speaker 1: to be exposed. And do you blame her? Again, going
• 0:43
Speaker 1: through that deposition, it's horrifying. And then you see the
• 0:47
Speaker 1: way that Laura Menninger conducted herself during that deposition, and
• 0:52
Speaker 1: you just have to shake your head. Can you imagine
• 0:55
Speaker 1: what happened in Florida? I mean, Virginia was accompanied by
• 0:59
Speaker 1: some pretty heavy-hitting attorneys. Can you imagine being one of
• 1:02
Speaker 1: these girls that brings one of these allegations against Epstein,
• 1:06
  Speaker 1: and you don't have a hard-hitting attorney? You don't have
• 1:08
Speaker 1: an attorney that's, you know, very powerful? Next thing you know,
• 1:12
Speaker 1: you're up against guys like Alan Dershowitz, Ken Starr, and
• 1:15
Speaker 1: the rest of them. Talk about chopped sides. But now,
• 1:20
Speaker 1: after all these years, it looks like Virginia is going
• 1:23
Speaker 1: to get the last laugh. Today's article is from the
• 1:27
Speaker 1: New York Post and the headline. Jeffrey Epstein accuser. You
• 1:31
Speaker 1: mean Jeffrey Epstein survivor, right? An accuser is somebody who
• 1:35
Speaker 1: hasn't won any kind of settlement. An accuser is somebody
• 1:38
Speaker 1: who hasn't been given any kind of restitution. Virginia's received
• 1:43
Speaker 1: all of that. So if you want to say allegedly
• 1:46
Speaker 1: about Prince Andrew, fine. But when we're talking about Epstein,
• 1:50
Speaker 1: we're talking about Maxwell. I think the whole allegedly is
• 1:54
Speaker 1: out the door, okay? And that horse certainly leaves the
• 1:57
Speaker 1: barn the second any kind of restitution is paid to
• 2:01
Speaker 1: somebody who is claiming to be a victim. Once the
• 2:05
Speaker 1: estate or somebody pays something out, all of a sudden
• 2:09
Speaker 1: that goes from being alleged to, well, it happened. And
• 2:13
Speaker 1: let's not forget, there's no concessions with their settlements from
• 2:17
Speaker 1: the estate. the estate completely acknowledges that Jeffrey Epstein abused
• 2:21
Speaker 1: these girls. So, there's no debate here. The author of
• 2:26
Speaker 1: this article is Catherine Donlevy. An alleged victim, again with
• 2:31
Speaker 1: the alleged victim stuff, you mean a survivor of deceased
• 2:34
Speaker 1: pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, celebrated Wednesday after it was revealed that
• 2:39
Speaker 1: more than 170 people with ties to the accused sex
• 2:42
Speaker 1: trafficker will soon be exposed, calling the reveal an early
• 2:47
Speaker 1: Christmas present. there's no doubt that it's going to be
• 2:49
Speaker 1: very interesting to take a look at these names. There
• 2:52
Speaker 1: are going to be a lot of names that we know.
• 2:55
Speaker 1: There's probably going to be a few names that we
• 2:57
Speaker 1: might have suspected, but there might not have been a
• 3:00
Speaker 1: paper trail previously connecting them. That might change. So we'll
• 3:04
Speaker 1: have to see, obviously, what's in these documents before we
• 3:07
Speaker 1: really know what's what. As usual, however, I will say
• 3:11
Speaker 1: that it's a good idea to dampen your expectations a
• 3:14
Speaker 1: little bit. Because I don't think we're going to get
• 3:17
Speaker 1: any kind of gigantic bombshell here. What we're going to
• 3:21
Speaker 1: get is confirmation of the stuff we already know. Virginia Roberts,
• 3:27
Speaker 1: who settled a $ 12 million lawsuit over allegations Epstein trafficked
• 3:31
Speaker 1: her to Prince Andrew, appeared to taunt the dozens of
• 3:34
Speaker 1: associates and ex-employees whose names will be dredged up in
• 3:38
Speaker 1: a trove of court documents to be unsealed in the
• 3:41
Speaker 1: coming weeks. And like usual, we're going to dive right
• 3:44
Speaker 1: in to those court documents. We're going to go through
• 3:47
Speaker 1: all of them and we're going to get them all
• 3:49
Speaker 1: added to the catalog. I want you folks to understand
• 3:52
Speaker 1: the true nature of the Leviathan known as the Epstein
• 3:56
Speaker 1: criminal organization. And to do that, we have to put
• 3:59
Speaker 1: in all the groundwork, right? We have to go through
• 4:02
Speaker 1: those court documents. And I get it. Going through the
• 4:04
Speaker 1: court documents sometimes is about as interesting as Mormon Kama Sutra.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: I get it. But if we want to have a
• 4:12
Speaker 1: true understanding of what's going on and have all the
• 4:14
Speaker 1: context possible, that is the best way to get there.
• 4:18
Speaker 1: So as these documents are released, you better believe we're
• 4:21
Speaker 1: going to dive right in. There is going to be
• 4:23
Speaker 1: a lot of nervous people over Christmas and New Year's.
• 4:28
Speaker 1: 170 to be exact. Who's on the naughty list? Roberts
• 4:31
Speaker 1: wrote on X, Merry early Christmas. Roberts, who is 40,
• 4:35
Speaker 1: said in another tweet, And think about all the redactions
• 4:38
Speaker 1: we've already talked about in that deposition. And then think
• 4:41
Speaker 1: about what we're going to learn when these names are
• 4:43
Speaker 1: released over the next few weeks. And again, it's not
• 5:02
Speaker 1: going to be this bombshell where we're like, okay, this
• 5:05
Speaker 1: person's involved, but what it's going to do is connect
• 5:08
Speaker 1: a lot of dots, and it's going to draw a
• 5:11
Speaker 1: whole lot of lines. Under the ruling, dozens of individuals
• 5:15
Speaker 1: who have previously been referred to as Jane Doe's or
• 5:18
Speaker 1: John Doe's in various court filings linked to the suit
• 5:21
Speaker 1: will likely be identified publicly when the materials tied to
• 5:25
Speaker 1: them are unsealed in full. Although she gave the yet-to-be-named
• 5:29
Speaker 1: individuals two weeks to appeal the decision, Preska pointed out
• 5:32
Speaker 1: that most of the names were already public in the
• 5:36
Speaker 1: form of media interviews and as a result of Maxwell's trial.
• 5:39
Speaker 1: And that's something everybody should keep in mind, that for
• 5:42
Speaker 1: those of us who have been following this, there's not
• 5:44
Speaker 1: going to be that many bombshells. I just want to
• 5:47
Speaker 1: reiterate that once again. But it's going to provide a
• 5:51
Speaker 1: bit of a roadmap as far as the redactions we
• 5:54
Speaker 1: see and as far as some of the Jane and
• 5:56
Speaker 1: John Doe's that have been in these court documents throughout
• 5:59
Speaker 1: the years. So from that angle, it's going to be
• 6:03
Speaker 1: very beneficial. Now, to the general public and to the
• 6:07
Speaker 1: people who really aren't hip to what's going on, just
• 6:09
Speaker 1: going to look like a bunch of names, probably. But
• 6:12
Speaker 1: to those of us who are hip, to those of
• 6:14
Speaker 1: us who have been following along, it's going to provide
• 6:18
Speaker 1: a bit of a bridge, if you will, from strong
• 6:21
Speaker 1: speculation to full-on confirmation. Former President Bill Clinton and Microsoft
• 6:27
Speaker 1: co-founder Bill Gates are just some of the prominent figures
• 6:30
Speaker 1: anticipated to be featured in the report after both were
• 6:34
Speaker 1: photographed with alleged Epstein victims. Alleged again with the alleged.
• 6:40
Speaker 1: What are you scared that you're going to get sued
• 6:41
Speaker 1: by Bill Clinton or Bill Gates? Believe me, neither of
• 6:45
Speaker 1: these dudes want discovery when it comes to Epstein. If
• 6:49
Speaker 1: they did, you would have saw some lawsuits already fired off.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: They want nothing to do with trying this in a
• 6:56
Speaker 1: court of law. They don't want you to know what
• 6:57
Speaker 1: went on. They just want to give you canned ass
• 7:00
Speaker 1: garbage statements that they hope that you're going to believe.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: Neither Bill Gates or Bill Clinton give one single damn
• 7:07
Speaker 1: about any of these survivors. And what, you think they're
• 7:10
Speaker 1: sorry about their relationship with Epstein? No, they're not sorry.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: They're sorry that they got caught. They're sorry that they're
• 7:16
Speaker 1: being exposed. Besides that, they're not sorry. Some portions will
• 7:21
Speaker 1: remain confidential, however, including people who were children when they
• 7:25
Speaker 1: were sexually abused by Epstein. Roberts, once described as the
• 7:29
Speaker 1: late financier, you mean pedophile, sex slave, repeatedly thanked Preska
• 7:34
Speaker 1: for her ruling, calling her a truth seeker and a
• 7:37
Speaker 1: justice maker. Well, hey, look, what else can you call
• 7:40
Speaker 1: Judge Preska at this point? What Preska did here is
• 7:43
Speaker 1: something that most of these judges have refused to do,
• 7:46
Speaker 1: and that's give justice. the double middle fingers to Jeffrey
• 7:49
Speaker 1: Epstein and his buddies. Because Judge Preska, like the rest
• 7:53
Speaker 1: of us, knows that sunshine is the best disinfectant. And
• 7:58
Speaker 1: pulling the curtain back and shining some sunlight into this
• 8:01
Speaker 1: disgusting room is the best way to truly expose how
• 8:06
Speaker 1: horrible all of this was and just how many people
• 8:09
Speaker 1: were attached to Jeffrey Epstein's criminal trafficking enterprise. The sexual
• 8:15
Speaker 1: abuse advocate reached $ 12 million settlement with Prince Andrew in
• 8:20
Speaker 1: 2022 over allegations he had sex with her three times
• 8:23
Speaker 1: when she was a teen through Epstein's wide-reaching trafficking web.
• 8:29
Speaker 1: The Duke of York, who was stripped of his military
• 8:32
Speaker 1: and royal titles, is likely to face renewed scrutiny if
• 8:35
Speaker 1: named in the Mount of Documents despite his longtime proclamations
• 8:39
Speaker 1: of innocence in the debauched trade. While we know that
• 8:42
Speaker 1: he's going to be named, that's not even a question.
• 8:45
Speaker 1: The question is, is anybody going to care? And that's
• 8:49
Speaker 1: really what it comes down to. Who's going to care,
• 8:52
Speaker 1: and is anyone going to force Prince Andrew's hand? And
• 8:55
Speaker 1: the answer, we already know, is negative. Nobody's going to
• 8:59
Speaker 1: do anything like that. Nobody's done it previously, and nobody's
• 9:02
Speaker 1: going to do it now. And that's because, once again,
• 9:06
Speaker 1: none of these people who live in their ivory towers
• 9:09
Speaker 1: care one single bit about these survivors. It is known
• 9:13
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew regrets his association with Jeffrey Epstein and commends
• 9:20
Speaker 1: the bravery of Miss Roberts and other survivors in standing
• 9:24
Speaker 1: up for themselves and others. An unsigned letter from Prince Andrew.
• 9:28
Speaker 1: set at the time of the settlement. Alleged, huh? Prince
• 9:31
Speaker 1: Andrew himself recognizes that Virginia was abused by Jeffrey Epstein.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: He also recognizes that there were a ton of other survivors.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: But even though he recognizes this in the statement, even
• 9:43
Speaker 1: though he knows this, obviously, he has not done anything
• 9:47
Speaker 1: to come forward and provide information to the FBI about
• 9:50
Speaker 1: anything that Epstein was up to. So take that for
• 9:54
Speaker 1: what it's worth. But for me, When somebody tells me
• 9:57
Speaker 1: who they are, I listen. Epstein took his own life
• 10:01
Speaker 1: in August of 2019 in a federal lockup in Manhattan
• 10:05
Speaker 1: as he awaited trial on sex trafficking charges. Allegedly, I
• 10:09
Speaker 1: still have my questions about the whole entire suicide narrative,
• 10:13
Speaker 1: that's for damn sure. Epstein was accused of luring numerous
• 10:16
Speaker 1: underage girls to his homes under the guise of giving
• 10:20
Speaker 1: him massages and then sexually abusing them. Maxwell, 61, is
• 10:25
Speaker 1: serving a 20-year prison sentence after she was convicted in
• 10:28
Speaker 1: December of 2021 of helping Epstein recruit and sexually abuse
• 10:34
Speaker 1: underage girls. So Virginia's out here spiking the football. And
• 10:38
Speaker 1: after that run she just had for all these years,
• 10:41
Speaker 1: she damn well deserves to do just that. And all
• 10:44
Speaker 1: these scumbags that are about to be exposed get ready.
• 10:47
Speaker 1: Because the second those court documents hit the docket, your
• 10:51
Speaker 1: bitch asses are on the clock. All right, everybody, that's
• 10:54
Speaker 1: going to do it for this one. All the information
• 10:56
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 10:59
Speaker 1: description box. To availability. What's up everyone and welcome back
• 11:05
Speaker 1: to the Epstein Chronicles. Things are really heating up for
• 11:10
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, Prince Andrew, and all of the people who
• 11:14
Speaker 1: are associating with them. Now Virginia Roberts is demanding that
• 11:19
Speaker 1: eight names be unsealed and released to the public. These
• 11:25
Speaker 1: are names that were uncovered, if you will, during the
• 11:31
Speaker 1: lawsuit with Ghislaine Maxwell during the civil lawsuit. And Virginia
• 11:36
Speaker 1: Roberts' lawyers want these names to be brought to the
• 11:40
Speaker 1: public light. And me personally, you all know how I
• 11:44
Speaker 1: feel about transparency. Let it all out. All of these people,
• 11:49
Speaker 1: and I'm guessing the people who are named here, the eight,
• 11:52
Speaker 1: are all of the people that have been directly accused
• 11:55
Speaker 1: by Virginia Roberts, you know, George Mitchell, Bill Richardson, Les Wexner,
• 12:00
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, Glenn Dubin, you know. And I'm guessing she
• 12:06
Speaker 1: wants to continue to put a spotlight on the fact
• 12:10
Speaker 1: that these people were not only enablers, but they were
• 12:14
Speaker 1: also participants in the abuse. And I think that's a
• 12:17
Speaker 1: big deal, right? because a lot of people seem to
• 12:20
Speaker 1: be confused. A lot of people seem to not understand
• 12:24
Speaker 1: the scope of what went on here. And I've seen
• 12:27
Speaker 1: people say, well, who are the people that these girls
• 12:30
Speaker 1: were trafficked to? If you've been following the case, then
• 12:33
Speaker 1: you know a lot of the names. George Mitchell, Glenn Dubin,
• 12:37
Speaker 1: Bill Richardson, the names I just named, a bunch of
• 12:40
Speaker 1: other people. So for those who are like, well, nobody's
• 12:44
Speaker 1: naming names, people are naming names. It's just not, you know,
• 12:49
Speaker 1: in a court of law setting yet. The deposition, however,
• 12:54
Speaker 1: was in a court of law. So what was said
• 12:58
Speaker 1: during this deposition will carry a lot more weight with
• 13:02
Speaker 1: certain people for sure. And when we're talking about this case, especially,
• 13:09
Speaker 1: we need as much transparency as possible because people don't
• 13:13
Speaker 1: believe the official narratives. And that's because the official narrative
• 13:17
Speaker 1: has been bogus pretty much the whole entire time. So
• 13:23
Speaker 1: now that the band-aid has been completely pulled off and
• 13:27
Speaker 1: people are getting a good look at what's really going on,
• 13:30
Speaker 1: people are no longer going to just accept, oh, it
• 13:32
Speaker 1: was just Epstein and Maxwell and that was the end
• 13:34
Speaker 1: of it. People aren't going to accept that. And the
• 13:37
Speaker 1: sooner that these prosecutors and our politicians realize that, the
• 13:41
Speaker 1: better off they're going to be. This is going to
• 13:45
Speaker 1: become an issue. This is going to become a hinge
• 13:48
Speaker 1: voting issue in the future. Mark my words. Stuff like this.
• 13:52
Speaker 1: Because people are fed up. Nobody wants to look at
• 13:56
Speaker 1: these gross-ass, disgusting, crusty old men and think about them
• 14:01
Speaker 1: molesting kids and trafficking children. Nobody wants to deal with it.
• 14:07
Speaker 1: So all of these names need to be released. We
• 14:09
Speaker 1: need to put all of these dudes on blast and
• 14:12
Speaker 1: then they should have the chance to answer what the
• 14:15
Speaker 1: accusations are against them. But the problem is, and here's
• 14:20
Speaker 1: where my big problem comes up with all of these people.
• 14:23
Speaker 1: They don't want to answer for it because they know
• 14:25
Speaker 1: they don't have a good answer. They know that they
• 14:28
Speaker 1: don't have an alibi. So they try to avoid it.
• 14:31
Speaker 1: They try to act like it never happened. And then
• 14:34
Speaker 1: they're not pursued by the legacy media. Or they're called
• 14:37
Speaker 1: the socialite. You know. They still give them cover. But
• 14:43
Speaker 1: all of these people. Who have been named. And pointed to.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: By Virginia and other survivors. They should all be put
• 14:51
Speaker 1: on blast. So let's hope that Judge Preska. continues her
• 14:55
Speaker 1: streak of releasing information in this case, and let's hope
• 14:58
Speaker 1: that she unseals all of this and we get ourselves
• 15:02
Speaker 1: a huge tranche of information to go through. Until we
• 15:06
Speaker 1: get to that point, however, why don't we dive into
• 15:08
Speaker 1: this article from the Daily Mail, and this is an
• 15:12
Speaker 1: article that was authored by Daniel Bates. Headline. Prince Andrew
• 15:18
Speaker 1: accuser Virginia Roberts demands identities of eight high-profile John Does
• 15:24
Speaker 1: named in civil lawsuit she filed against Ghislaine Maxwell be unsealed. Now,
• 15:29
  Speaker 1: I don't see why they wouldn't unseal it. Maxwell's case
• 15:33
Speaker 1: is over. She's convicted. She can't cry that this is
• 15:36
Speaker 1: going to, you know, be detrimental to her at this point.
• 15:41
Speaker 1: So let's get these names out there and let's put
• 15:43
Speaker 1: all these dudes on blast. And then what you can
• 15:46
Speaker 1: do is go back and listen to some of the
• 15:48
Speaker 1: older episodes and see that we've been miles ahead of
• 15:51
Speaker 1: the legacy media the whole entire time here. Lawyers for
• 15:57
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's accuser have asked a judge to unseal documents
• 16:01
Speaker 1: and vast swaths of information about Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine
• 16:05
Speaker 1: Maxwell's sex trafficking operations. Attorneys for Virginia Roberts said Judge
• 16:11
Speaker 1: Loretta Preska should publicly release material from the civil lawsuit
• 16:15
Speaker 1: she filed against Maxwell containing references to eight anonymous John Does. Absolutely.
• 16:22
Speaker 1: No more anonymous in this case. Enough is enough. They
• 16:25
Speaker 1: haven't earned the right to be anonymous. These people are... Again,
• 16:30
Speaker 1: just wielding influence, wielding power. And that's why they're able
• 16:35
Speaker 1: to keep this stuff sealed. Do you think if it
• 16:37
Speaker 1: was you or me that it would be sealed? Do
• 16:39
Speaker 1: you think if it was you or me that our
• 16:41
Speaker 1: names wouldn't be all over the media? But because these
• 16:43
Speaker 1: people are business tycoons or politicians or whatever it might be,
• 16:48
Speaker 1: they should be protected. Their image is more important than
• 16:51
Speaker 1: anybody else's, huh? It's all a joke. And all of
• 16:55
Speaker 1: the pearl clutching blue check marks that cry on Twitter
• 17:00
Speaker 1: about how terrible journalism is now for us. Oh, we
• 17:03
Speaker 1: don't get paid enough money. Well, that's because your work
• 17:05
Speaker 1: is garbage, point blank, period. If you're not good at
• 17:08
Speaker 1: your job, you're not going to make any money. All right.
• 17:11
Speaker 1: So stop with the tribalism as a journalist. I don't
• 17:15
Speaker 1: want to click on somebody's profile on Twitter and see
• 17:18
Speaker 1: who your political affiliations are. How about just giving us
• 17:21
Speaker 1: the news? Is that too difficult for you? Because if
• 17:24
Speaker 1: it is, You're going to be a dinosaur, a relic,
• 17:27
Speaker 1: and you're already starting to move that way, meaning the
• 17:30
Speaker 1: legacy media. But they'll continue to cry about it. And
• 17:33
Speaker 1: then at the same time, they won't do their jobs
• 17:36
Speaker 1: to dig deeper in cases such as this to give
• 17:38
Speaker 1: you folks the information you deserve. So whose fault is
• 17:42
Speaker 1: it when they aren't profitable anymore? Whose fault is it
• 17:45
Speaker 1: when newsrooms are getting fired? Enough with the activism, enough
• 17:50
Speaker 1: with the political tribalism as a journalist, and how about
• 17:53
Speaker 1: you start digging into the stories? The individuals are identified
• 18:01
  Speaker 1: in court documents only as non-parties 17, 53, 54, 55, 56, 73, 93,
• 18:03
Speaker 1: and 151. It is not clear if one of them
• 18:13
Speaker 1: is the Duke of York. I'm guessing it is. Like
• 18:16
Speaker 1: I said, I'm guessing all of those people are the
• 18:18
Speaker 1: people that have been pointed to by Virginia Roberts as
• 18:23
Speaker 1: to people who took part in her abuse. And that
• 18:26
Speaker 1: certainly seems the likeliest scenario for me. Obviously, we won't
• 18:30
Speaker 1: know until it's unsealed, but that's my guess. When and
• 18:34
Speaker 1: if it's unsealed, we'll come back to this episode and
• 18:37
Speaker 1: we'll revisit if my prognostication here was right. All eight
• 18:43
Speaker 1: parties have objected to the unsealing. According to the filings,
• 18:46
Speaker 1: John Doe 17 complained that being associated with the case
• 18:50
Speaker 1: would cause him annoyance and embarrassment. Imagine. Imagine not being
• 18:54
Speaker 1: able to read the room and think that your annoyance
• 18:57
Speaker 1: and your embarrassment is worth more than justice, is worth
• 19:01
Speaker 1: more than these ladies getting the justice they deserve. Imagine
• 19:04
Speaker 1: being this John Doe 17 jerk-off. I really hope that
• 19:10
Speaker 1: these people are outed. And when they are, we're going
• 19:13
Speaker 1: to do an episode on each of them. Considering all
• 19:16
Speaker 1: of them want to keep their anonymity so much, we're
• 19:19
Speaker 1: going to help them air themselves out. That's what we're
• 19:22
Speaker 1: going to do when these names are released. Another John Doe,
• 19:27
Speaker 1: number 151, claimed that they were trying to live a
• 19:30
Speaker 1: private life and that disclosure meant they would be hounded
• 19:34
Speaker 1: by the media. Well, I'm pretty sure that the survivors
• 19:37
Speaker 1: were just trying to live a nice young teenage life too.
• 19:40
Speaker 1: How'd that work out for them? Now you think we
• 19:42
Speaker 1: should respect your privacy? You're a public figure, homie. You
• 19:46
Speaker 1: have no expectation of private life. And if you were
• 19:51
Speaker 1: hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein and you were partaking in
• 19:53
Speaker 1: the abuse especially, zero chance you're ever going to be
• 19:57
Speaker 1: left alone from here on out. If law enforcement won't
• 20:01
Speaker 1: hold you accountable, it's up to society to make sure
• 20:05
Speaker 1: you are not welcome ever again. The request came on
• 20:10
Speaker 1: the day that Judge Lewis Kaplan ruled out that Roberts'
• 20:13
Speaker 1: battery lawsuit against Andrew, a separate case also filed at
• 20:16
Speaker 1: the federal court in New York, can move forward. If
• 20:19
Speaker 1: Judge Preska decides to unseal the documents in Roberts' case,
• 20:23
Speaker 1: they could shed new light on the Duke's dealings with
• 20:25
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Epstein. Look, why would anyone be against transparency
• 20:30
Speaker 1: at this point unless you have something to hide? And, well,
• 20:33
Speaker 1: we all know that Uncle Touchy has something to hide. But...
• 20:38
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, what does she have to care at this point?
• 20:41
Speaker 1: Let it loose. Let it go. Tell your lawyers you
• 20:44
Speaker 1: don't care if it's unsealed. What more embarrassment can you
• 20:47
Speaker 1: possibly suffer, Ghislaine Maxwell? You are a human trafficker. So
• 20:51
Speaker 1: let's hope that she doesn't dispute them trying to get
• 20:54
Speaker 1: this unsealed. Preska is the judge who presided over a
• 20:59
Speaker 1: defamation lawsuit that Roberts filed against Maxwell in 2016 for
• 21:02
Speaker 1: calling her a liar. The case was settled with confidential terms,
• 21:08
Speaker 1: but the judge has slowly been approving the release of
• 21:11
Speaker 1: hundreds of documents in the case after applications from media organizations. Well,
• 21:16
Speaker 1: what do you know? The legacy media finally doing something.
• 21:19
Speaker 1: If they would have covered this from the beginning, they
• 21:21
Speaker 1: wouldn't have to file these applications to get things unsealed
• 21:25
Speaker 1: because they would have already known what was going on.
• 21:28
Speaker 1: But Judge Preska has been very consistent with releasing documentation
• 21:32
Speaker 1: in this case, and I don't expect her to deviate
• 21:36
Speaker 1: from that course moving forward here. I would expect, and again,
• 21:39
Speaker 1: this is just my guess, folks, that this documentation is
• 21:43
Speaker 1: going to see the light of day. In her letter
• 21:48
Speaker 1: to the judge, Roberts' lawyer, Sigrid McCauley, said that they
• 21:51
Speaker 1: were following the court's instructions to streamline the process of
• 21:54
Speaker 1: making the documents public. The numerous parties mentioned in the
• 21:58
Speaker 1: documents met in October and agreed to split the objecting
• 22:02
Speaker 1: non-parties into groups and address the objections of the eight
• 22:06
Speaker 1: John Does first. But upon review, McCauley said it is
• 22:10
Speaker 1: apparent that their objections essentially mirror objections to unsealing that
• 22:15
Speaker 1: this court has already rejected. That unsealing certain documents might
• 22:19
Speaker 1: be embarrassing, would expose non-parties to media attention, and could
• 22:23
Speaker 1: result in some unfortunate association between the non-parties and Jeffrey
• 22:28
Speaker 1: Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell. See, that's how it always starts out, right? Oh,
• 22:32
  Speaker 1: it's a non-party. Oh, he's just a person of interest
• 22:35
Speaker 1: in the case. He's not a suspect. Yeah, okay. So, again, non-parties,
• 22:41
Speaker 1: we know what that means. We just mean that they're
• 22:44
Speaker 1: not indicted, right? They're not under criminal investigation. But we
• 22:48
Speaker 1: know that Virginia... has named names, and she has done
• 22:53
Speaker 1: it many times, and even in court. In the face
• 22:57
Speaker 1: of extensive prior briefing on objections just like these, the
• 23:01
Speaker 1: court's unsealing process has been quite consistent. With the exception
• 23:04
Speaker 1: of a narrow set of circumstances, which are generally not
• 23:07
Speaker 1: present here, documents have been unsealed. And that's for sure.
• 23:11
Speaker 1: Judge Preska has been very consistent, like I said, with
• 23:14
Speaker 1: unsealing this documentation. She has really wanted to get to
• 23:17
Speaker 1: the bottom of this, it seems like, And she's not
• 23:19
Speaker 1: the type, it would seem, that wants to mess around
• 23:22
Speaker 1: and play games. Get this information out there. Let the
• 23:25
Speaker 1: people see it. The people deserve to have transparency. McCauley
• 23:31
Speaker 1: added that generalized aversion to embarrassment and negativity from being
• 23:35
Speaker 1: associated with the case was not enough to keep the
• 23:38
Speaker 1: documents private. That was especially true given the great public
• 23:42
Speaker 1: interest in the fact that Maxwell's trial for recruiting and
• 23:45
Speaker 1: trafficking underage girls has now finished. She was found guilty
• 23:48
Speaker 1: and faces 65 years in jail. McCauley wrote, Now that
• 23:53
Speaker 1: Maxwell's criminal trial has come and gone, there is little
• 23:55
Speaker 1: reason to retain protection over the vast amounts of information
• 23:59
Speaker 1: about Epstein and Maxwell's sex trafficking operation that were originally
• 24:03
Speaker 1: filed under seal in this case. And she's 100% right.
• 24:07
Speaker 1: What purpose does it serve to keep things sealed at
• 24:09
Speaker 1: this point unless you're trying to protect the reputation of
• 24:12
Speaker 1: some of your friends or something? But personally, I don't
• 24:16
Speaker 1: really care about any of these people. I want an
• 24:19
Speaker 1: absolute neutron bomb, right? Dropped on all of them, meaning
• 24:24
Speaker 1: they all have to come in. They all have to
• 24:26
Speaker 1: sit down for interrogations. Just how's it so different than
• 24:30
Speaker 1: what happened at the Capitol? They sure went out and
• 24:32
Speaker 1: rounded up all those people quick enough, didn't they? But
• 24:35
Speaker 1: they can't bring in Ghislaine Maxwell's associates, huh? It shows
• 24:38
Speaker 1: you where the priorities are at. The letter stated that
• 24:43
Speaker 1: people testified in court about matters which are under seal
• 24:47
Speaker 1: in the case at issue, the defamation matter. McCauley wrote
• 24:51
Speaker 1: that the abundance of public information now widely available about
• 24:54
Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell's scheme through the thousands of pages of
• 24:58
Speaker 1: publicly available trial transcripts cuts against any continued sealing in
• 25:03
Speaker 1: this case. Turning to each of the John Does, the
• 25:06
Speaker 1: letter states that John Does 17 is mentioned in four
• 25:09
Speaker 1: documents and objects to his name being made public. She's
• 25:12
Speaker 1: not wrong. All of this stuff, for the most part,
• 25:15
Speaker 1: is out there already. It's just cataloging it and putting
• 25:18
Speaker 1: it in a manner that is digestible. Because a lot
• 25:23
Speaker 1: of people don't know where to start, right? There's so
• 25:25
Speaker 1: much that goes on here, finding a jump-off point is
• 25:28
Speaker 1: very difficult. But the information is out there, and all
• 25:31
Speaker 1: of this needs to be unsealed. Macaulay wrote that his
• 25:37
Speaker 1: objection is that if the material is allowed to be
• 25:39
Speaker 1: made public, It will cause them to say the least
• 25:42
Speaker 1: annoyance and embarrassment. Again, I don't care about your annoyance
• 25:46
Speaker 1: or your embarrassment. I care about justice being fulfilled. I
• 25:49
Speaker 1: care about these survivors being able to wake up in
• 25:52
Speaker 1: the morning, look in the mirror and say, you know what?
• 25:56
Speaker 1: Things haven't been great. You know, there's been all this
• 25:58
Speaker 1: trauma that I've suffered earlier in my life, but it's
• 26:01
Speaker 1: a new start for me because justice is being pursued
• 26:04
Speaker 1: because Maxwell's in prison. That's what I want. But it
• 26:08
Speaker 1: doesn't stop there, right? All of these co-conspirators, again, just
• 26:12
Speaker 1: listen to what the survivors are saying themselves. And then
• 26:14
Speaker 1: that's where the playbook should be. We should be following
• 26:19
Speaker 1: that playbook. Meaning if the survivors say that there's still
• 26:21
Speaker 1: people out there that were involved, what are we waiting for?
• 26:25
Speaker 1: Indict them and let's get some trials going. It would
• 26:30
Speaker 1: also cause the individual severe anxiety and distress and extreme personal, physical,
• 26:35
Speaker 1: and reputational harm. Severe anxiety and distress, huh? Try being poor, homie.
• 26:39
Speaker 1: Try waking up every morning and not knowing where your
• 26:42
Speaker 1: next meal's coming from or how you're going to buy
• 26:44
Speaker 1: your kid that pair of Jordans so he can, you know,
• 26:47
Speaker 1: be part of the in crowd. Tell me about severe
• 26:51
Speaker 1: anxiety and distress as you're swimming around in your vault
• 26:54
Speaker 1: like Scrooge McDuck. McCauley said that Doe did not cite
• 26:59
Speaker 1: any legal authority and the documents should be unsealed. Does
• 27:03
Speaker 1: 53 and 54 do not oppose unsealing the documents relating
• 27:06
Speaker 1: to them and they should be released, the letter stated.
• 27:09
Speaker 1: Does 55 and 56 object to their names being made
• 27:13
Speaker 1: public because they claim a deposition in which they are
• 27:16
Speaker 1: mentioned is unreliable, the letter states. Yeah, you know, court
• 27:19
Speaker 1: documents are really unreliable. Because nobody's ever been arrested for
• 27:22
Speaker 1: perjury for lying during a deposition. Is that what you're
• 27:26
Speaker 1: saying here? Is that what you're putting forth that this
• 27:30
Speaker 1: is going to be a lie? Because if that's the case,
• 27:32
Speaker 1: then the person who was giving the deposition, meaning Virginia, well,
• 27:36
Speaker 1: then she should get arrested for perjury like Maxwell, right?
• 27:40
Speaker 1: But we know that's not going to happen because Virginia
• 27:42
Speaker 1: is telling the truth. McCauley argued this was not grounds
• 27:50
Speaker 1: to keep the material private. John Does 73 argues against
• 27:54
Speaker 1: unsealing because of a general aversion to being associated with
• 27:57
Speaker 1: Maxwell and Epstein, and disclosure could cause substantial embarrassment. Well,
• 28:01
Speaker 1: here's an idea. Don't associate with Epstein and Maxwell, and
• 28:04
Speaker 1: then you don't have to worry about being aired out
• 28:06
Speaker 1: by the media when the walls close in. Are these
• 28:09
Speaker 1: people for real? Like, I mean, really? Well, I was
• 28:13
Speaker 1: friends with them, but I don't want you to know.
• 28:14
Speaker 1: That's basically what he's saying. Doe 93 claims that the
• 28:19
Speaker 1: documents which mention them have no relevance to the matters
• 28:22
Speaker 1: at hand and could be seen as salacious. Doe 141
• 28:26
Speaker 1: is mentioned the most of all and appears in 47 documents.
• 28:30
Speaker 1: According to McCauley's letter, Doe claims they are trying to
• 28:33
Speaker 1: live a private life and do not want any attention
• 28:36
Speaker 1: stemming from disclosure. Aw, you know, that's pretty sad that
• 28:40
Speaker 1: you don't want any attention, but guess what, you're going
• 28:42
Speaker 1: to get it. Mark my words, folks, the second these
• 28:46
Speaker 1: names are released, expect a Closer Look episode on all
• 28:49
Speaker 1: of these people. Obviously, we've already covered all of them
• 28:53
Speaker 1: at some point, but we'll dive right back in and
• 28:55
Speaker 1: we'll get an updated version going. Because enough is enough
• 28:59
Speaker 1: with the secrecy. Enough is enough with the transparency. Haven't
• 29:03
Speaker 1: we had enough of that in this case? In fact,
• 29:05
Speaker 1: haven't we had enough of that overall from our government?
• 29:11
Speaker 1: They claim they will be hounded and pursued by the
• 29:14
Speaker 1: media for comment and elaboration. McCauley says this is not
• 29:19
Speaker 1: grounds for keeping the documents sealed and notes that the
• 29:21
Speaker 1: material has already been widely reported in the media and
• 29:25
Speaker 1: part has been unsealed. The individual's involvement in the case
• 29:28
Speaker 1: has also been reported already and they have already been
• 29:31
Speaker 1: contacted by the media and declined to comment. Oh, I'm
• 29:35
Speaker 1: sure it's one of those lovely folks that Virginia has
• 29:37
  Speaker 1: pointed to. Maybe it's a George... Mitchell. Maybe it's a
• 29:41
Speaker 1: Glenn Dubin. You know, who knows? One of them types.
• 29:46
Speaker 1: In her battery lawsuit against Andrew, Roberts claims that she
• 29:49
Speaker 1: was forced to have sex with him, meaning the individual,
• 29:54
Speaker 1: three times when she was 17 after Epstein told her
• 29:57
Speaker 1: to do so. So it's obviously Andrew. Andrew has strongly
• 30:00
Speaker 1: and repeatedly denied the claims, calling them baseless in his
• 30:03
Speaker 1: response and that they are designed to get a payday
• 30:06
Speaker 1: from him. So how about if Virginia forgoes the payday?
• 30:11
Speaker 1: What then? What's everybody going to attach their horse and
• 30:14
Speaker 1: cart to at that point? Oh, well, she's a money
• 30:16
Speaker 1: hungry person. Well, no, she's not trying to get paid here.
• 30:19
Speaker 1: So what is it then? What are you going to
• 30:21
Speaker 1: say then, detractors? In his ruling allowing the case to continue,
• 30:26
Speaker 1: Judge Kaplan rejected Andrew's argument that a settlement Robert signed
• 30:30
Speaker 1: with Epstein in 2009 to settle a civil case against
• 30:33
Speaker 1: him should be grounds for dismissal. The case now moves
• 30:37
Speaker 1: into the discovery phase where each side exchanges documents and
• 30:41
Speaker 1: depositions are taken, including that of the Duke himself. And
• 30:45
Speaker 1: this is what we always talk about, discovery phase. These
• 30:48
Speaker 1: people are terrified of it, of airing themselves out, of
• 30:51
Speaker 1: having to expose themselves to the public. Now, obviously, I'm
• 30:55
Speaker 1: sure a lot of it will be sealed, like they
• 30:57
Speaker 1: love to do in the courts, but the fact that
• 30:59
Speaker 1: this clown is going to have to get up there
• 31:02
Speaker 1: and be deposed is making me almost giddy at this point.
• 31:08
Speaker 1: Judge Preska has been unsealing such material in the defamation case,
• 31:12
Speaker 1: and it gives an insight into what is in store
• 31:14
Speaker 1: for the Duke in the coming months. The documents include
• 31:17
Speaker 1: a deposition from Roberts and Joanna Schuberg, who claimed she
• 31:21
Speaker 1: was in the room when Andrew groped Roberts' breast at
• 31:24
Speaker 1: Epstein's New York mansion in 2001. The documents have also
• 31:28
Speaker 1: included emails that Andrew sent to Maxwell in January 2015
• 31:34
Speaker 1: after Roberts claimed, for the first time, that she had
• 31:36
Speaker 1: sex with him. The Duke messaged Maxwell, let me know
• 31:39
Speaker 1: when we can talk. Got some specific questions to ask
• 31:42
Speaker 1: you about Virginia Roberts, referring to Virginia. Maxwell responded, have
• 31:47
Speaker 1: some info. Call me when you have a moment. So
• 31:50
Speaker 1: can we get those phone records? We know the emails here.
• 31:53
Speaker 1: And this is the email that I've talked about in
• 31:55
Speaker 1: the past that establishes that he knew who Virginia was.
• 31:59
Speaker 1: He says he has no idea who she was, but
• 32:01
Speaker 1: he's emailing Ghislaine Maxwell and asking her by name. Come
• 32:06
Speaker 1: on now. Who's going to believe that BS? Not me,
• 32:09
Speaker 1: not you. I don't know who's buying it. Maybe mummy.
• 32:13
Speaker 1: But the rest of us are sitting here like, bro,
• 32:15
Speaker 1: come on. So we're looking at some really interesting information
• 32:22
Speaker 1: possibly coming down the pipe, folks. And this is going
• 32:25
Speaker 1: to be a lot of context for people who might
• 32:28
Speaker 1: not really have a full grasp of what's going on yet.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: And if you know anything about me yet, you should know.
• 32:36
Speaker 1: I love context. Prince Andrew is up against it. All
• 32:41
Speaker 1: of his friends are about to get outed. Nobody wants
• 32:44
Speaker 1: him in the public eye. And all that's left now
• 32:48
Speaker 1: is for the justice train to pull up to the station.
• 32:53
Speaker 1: That's going to do it for me tonight, folks. Obviously,
• 32:56
Speaker 1: some more context episodes coming your way tomorrow. Same schedule
• 33:00
Speaker 1: as usual. Hope that all you folks have a great
• 33:03
Speaker 1: day today. And as for me, I'll be back later.
• 33:06
Speaker 1: If you want to contact me, you can do that
• 33:08
  Speaker 1: at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com. You can
• 33:17
Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The
• 33:24
Speaker 1: link that we discussed can be found in the description box.
• 33:27
Speaker 1: Happy New Year, everyone, and welcome back to the program.
• 33:33
Speaker 1: According to newly unsealed documents, Jeffrey Epstein paid Virginia Roberts $ 15, 000
• 33:40
Speaker 1: to sleep with Prince Andrew. Now, remember... We're talking about
• 33:44
Speaker 1: a girl who was being trafficked. And the idea that
• 33:47
Speaker 1: giving them money would provide him a bit of a
• 33:50
Speaker 1: buffer was always at play. The whole reason that Jeffrey
• 33:54
Speaker 1: Epstein paid any of these girls or paid anybody was
• 33:57
Speaker 1: so that they'd be part of the conspiracy. He understood
• 34:00
Speaker 1: that the second he paid them, more than likely, if
• 34:03
Speaker 1: he got hit with Rico, everybody would be dragged in.
• 34:07
Speaker 1: The thing is, though, the government never hit him with Rico.
• 34:11
Speaker 1: The government refused to... Blast Epstein, blast Maxwell with Rico predicates,
• 34:16
Speaker 1: so it never became an issue. But the whole idea was,
• 34:20
Speaker 1: if he paid these girls, he could say later on
• 34:22
Speaker 1: down the road if he got nailed, well, they were
• 34:24
Speaker 1: nothing more than prostitutes. They were getting paid for their services.
• 34:28
Speaker 1: If I'm guilty of anything, it's of being a horndog.
• 34:31
Speaker 1: And that was part of the shield that he was
• 34:34
Speaker 1: trying to wrap himself in. And we saw it the
• 34:37
Speaker 1: first time around. Soliciting An underage girl for prostitution? Really?
• 34:42
Speaker 1: That's what you're going to get charged with? And then
• 34:45
Speaker 1: the audacity of this scumbag to run around and act
• 34:49
Speaker 1: like it's no big deal. Oh, I'm not a sexual offender.
• 34:52
Speaker 1: This is like comparing a killer to somebody who steals
• 34:55
Speaker 1: a bagel, paraphrasing what he said. And the whole reason
• 35:00
Speaker 1: he was able to run around with that bullshit, the
• 35:02
Speaker 1: whole reason he was able to run around and say
• 35:04
Speaker 1: that kind of nonsense is because the government refused to
• 35:07
Speaker 1: really punish him the way it should have. And in turn,
• 35:11
Speaker 1: after that happened, Epstein understood that he pretty much had
• 35:14
Speaker 1: carte blanche. That's why he continued to abuse people all
• 35:17
Speaker 1: the way up until 2019, according to reports. Today's article
• 35:22
Speaker 1: is from The U.S. Sun. And the headline? Prince's Price.
• 35:27
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein paid Virginia Roberts $ 15, 000 to have sex with
• 35:30
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew at 17. This article was authored by Forrest McFarlane.
• 35:36
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's survivor, Virginia Roberts, claimed the disgraced financier, I
• 35:40
Speaker 1: mean pedophile, paid her $ 15, 000 to have sex with Prince Andrew,
• 35:45
Speaker 1: bombshell court documents reveal. Imagine $ 15, 000. That's how much Virginia
• 35:51
Speaker 1: was worth? To Prince Andrew? To Jeffrey Epstein? To Ghislaine Maxwell?
• 35:56
Speaker 1: To all these disgusting scumbags? I guess when you roll
• 35:59
Speaker 1: in high society, like the million-dollar man said, everything has
• 36:04
Speaker 1: a price. The allegation comes from the latest batch of
• 36:07
Speaker 1: documents stemming from Roberts' lawsuit against Epstein's former lover and
• 36:12
Speaker 1: business partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, and co-conspirator and general all-around scuzzbag,
• 36:17
Speaker 1: let's not forget that. Maxwell was hit with the suit
• 36:20
Speaker 1: by Roberts, who accused her of being the mastermind behind
• 36:23
Speaker 1: her alleged sexual abuse at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein.
• 36:27
Speaker 1: The two were able to settle in 2017, but none
• 36:30
Speaker 1: of the terms or in-court discussions were made public. And
• 36:34
Speaker 1: now with all of that stuff coming to light, it
• 36:37
Speaker 1: really gives us the context that we didn't have before.
• 36:40
Speaker 1: And for people who haven't been following along and who just,
• 36:43
Speaker 1: you know, maybe read an article here or there, catch
• 36:46
Speaker 1: it on TV or something, this really puts things in
• 36:48
Speaker 1: perspective about the scope of this operation. And when we
• 36:53
Speaker 1: talk about the level of depravity that was being reached
• 36:57
Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein and his people, this is what I'm
• 36:59
Speaker 1: talking about. This really gives you an inside look at
• 37:03
Speaker 1: the true allegations that have been made against this man
• 37:06
Speaker 1: and all of his disgusting buddies. And that's why I
• 37:09
Speaker 1: say all the time, you don't need to be salacious here.
• 37:12
Speaker 1: There's enough here that's salacious on its own. You don't
• 37:15
Speaker 1: have to make stuff up. But last week, a slew
• 37:18
Speaker 1: of documents relating to the case started to be released
• 37:21
Speaker 1: at the order of New York Judge Loretta Preska. Actually,
• 37:25
Speaker 1: it was a continuation from an order that she made
• 37:28
Speaker 1: a while back And this has all been happening on
• 37:31
Speaker 1: a rolling basis. We've been getting documents from this now
• 37:34
Speaker 1: for over a couple of years. So this is the
• 37:37
Speaker 1: climax to that original order that Judge Preska put out
• 37:40
Speaker 1: a few years ago. Tuesday's dump was made up of
• 37:43
Speaker 1: legal briefs, deposition transcripts, and police reports, and followed another
• 37:47
Speaker 1: filing released Monday that mentioned accuser Sarah Ransom. Roberts' deposition,
• 37:53
Speaker 1: which was recorded when she was quizzed by Epstein's attorney,
• 37:56
Speaker 1: Alan Dershowitz, was released. And when they say quizzed by Dershowitz,
• 38:00
Speaker 1: they mean quizzed by Dershowitz's attorneys, not him himself. At
• 38:05
  Speaker 1: one point, Dershowitz said, you were paid $ 10, 000 to $ 15, 000
• 38:08
Speaker 1: by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein for having sex
• 38:11
Speaker 1: with Prince Andrew. To which Roberts responds, yes, I did
• 38:15
  Speaker 1: receive $ 15, 000, but I don't know what equivalent that is
• 38:19
Speaker 1: to pounds. I received it in American dollars. So in
• 38:22
Speaker 1: the world of Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew, the going
• 38:25
Speaker 1: rate for a 17-year-old traffic girl is 15 Gs, which
• 38:29
Speaker 1: to these scumbags is pocket change. It's like me or
• 38:32
Speaker 1: you pulling out a $ 5 bill and going to get
• 38:35
Speaker 1: some McDonald's. That's how callous these scumbags are. That's how
• 38:39
Speaker 1: little they care about other people. They look at all
• 38:43
Speaker 1: of us and our children as nothing more than chattel,
• 38:46
Speaker 1: pieces to be moved on a game board. Andrew has
• 38:50
Speaker 1: denied any wrongdoing since the allegations against Epstein and Maxwell
• 38:54
Speaker 1: were made public. Well, yeah, of course. What's he going
• 38:56
Speaker 1: to say? Yeah, you know, that was all me. I
• 38:58
Speaker 1: took part in that. I had her over at the
• 39:01
Speaker 1: house and, you know, we weren't watching Netflix. I can
• 39:03
Speaker 1: promise you that. I mean, what's he going to say?
• 39:06
Speaker 1: and the whole entire interview he did with BBC, talk
• 39:10
Speaker 1: about a stupid idea. Most people, when they find themselves
• 39:13
Speaker 1: in a hole, they stop digging. Not Prince Andrew. He's like,
• 39:16
Speaker 1: you know what? We need a deeper hole here. I
• 39:19
Speaker 1: need to be looking like more of an asshole. So yeah,
• 39:22
Speaker 1: let me just go ahead and give this interview to BBC.
• 39:25
Speaker 1: Talk about an epic moron. However, Roberts claims that Andrew
• 39:29
Speaker 1: had sex with her after she was trafficked when she
• 39:32
Speaker 1: was just 17. Maxwell also admitted in her deposition that
• 39:36
Speaker 1: Andrew had visited Epstein's so-called pedo island, but claimed that
• 39:40
Speaker 1: he was only there once. She said the only women
• 39:43
Speaker 1: present were Epstein's staff when Andrew stopped by. Oh, I'm
• 39:46
Speaker 1: sure that's exactly what happened. I'm sure the Joe Exotic
• 39:49
Speaker 1: of the Windsor family showed up and the island was
• 39:52
Speaker 1: just absolutely abandoned. There was nobody there. He was just
• 39:56
Speaker 1: there for a vacation. Give me a break. Who buys
• 39:59
Speaker 1: that shit? With everything we know about Jeffrey Epstein's island,
• 40:02
Speaker 1: does anybody believe that it was abandoned when Prince Andrew
• 40:06
Speaker 1: showed up and that the only people on the whole
• 40:08
Speaker 1: island while he was there were the people that were
• 40:10
Speaker 1: part of the staff? Who believes that? Can I get
• 40:13
Speaker 1: a show of hands for the people out here who
• 40:15
Speaker 1: believe that nonsense? And if you find yourself with your
• 40:18
Speaker 1: hand raised, do yourself a favor, make a fist and
• 40:22
Speaker 1: punch yourself directly in the face. Because Prince Andrew and
• 40:26
Speaker 1: his bullshit needs to be exposed and anybody who's playing
• 40:29
Speaker 1: cover for this dude is absolutely either blind or a
• 40:34
Speaker 1: fellow traveler. Maxwell also said under oath that she did
• 40:39
Speaker 1: not recall being in London with Roberts and Andrew despite
• 40:42
Speaker 1: photographs showing the three together. Imagine that. This lady's out
• 40:46
Speaker 1: here trying to say that she never met Virginia. She
• 40:49
Speaker 1: has no idea who Virginia is. Virginia was never at
• 40:52
Speaker 1: her house. Well, what about the picture? So all they
• 40:55
Speaker 1: could come up with when they're challenging the picture is
• 40:58
Speaker 1: saying that it's fake. But we know that's not the case.
• 41:01
Speaker 1: We know that the photographer from Daily Mail saw the
• 41:04
Speaker 1: original picture and examined it. And we also know that
• 41:07
Speaker 1: the FBI saw and examined it. So the whole entire, oh,
• 41:11
Speaker 1: this is a fake picture shit. Talk about ridiculous. You
• 41:15
Speaker 1: want to talk about building a narrative? Well, there it is.
• 41:18
Speaker 1: The only problem for these morons is that narrative is DOA.
• 41:23
Speaker 1: Robert sued Prince Andrew in 2021 for battery and infliction
• 41:27
Speaker 1: of emotional distress, and they settled in February of 2022.
• 41:32
Speaker 1: It's estimated that he dropped millions of pounds to settle,
• 41:35
Speaker 1: even after he claimed in a 2019 interview that he
• 41:37
Speaker 1: had never met her. So you're going to pay somebody
• 41:41
Speaker 1: millions and millions of dollars who you claim you've never
• 41:44
Speaker 1: even met? Sounds a bit ridiculous to me, especially when
• 41:50
Speaker 1: we consider the fact that he was represented by one
• 41:53
Speaker 1: of the best in the business, Andrew Brettler. So if
• 41:55
Speaker 1: you're going to be represented by Andrew Brettler, you're going
• 41:58
Speaker 1: to have all the money of the Kingdom of England,
• 42:02
Speaker 1: and you still settle with somebody? Well, I'm going to
• 42:04
Speaker 1: have to default and say that the person that you
• 42:07
Speaker 1: settled with probably has the goods on you, because if not,
• 42:11
Speaker 1: your bitch ass would be fighting these charges. Roberts from
• 42:15
Speaker 1: California also claimed in the deposition that she had sex
• 42:18
Speaker 1: with Victoria's Secret billionaire Les Wexner multiple times in New
• 42:22
Speaker 1: Mexico and in New York. When asked whether it was
• 42:25
Speaker 1: more than five times, she said possibly, before noting it
• 42:29
Speaker 1: was likely less than ten. There was also alleged sexual
• 42:33
Speaker 1: encounters with Wexner that involved the third person, Epstein's ex-assistant,
• 42:38
Speaker 1: Sarah Kellen. Well, we all know that Sarah Kellen is
• 42:41
Speaker 1: never ever going to be held to account. She's never
• 42:43
Speaker 1: even going to be brought in for a deposition at
• 42:45
Speaker 1: this point. So how are we ever going to know
• 42:47
Speaker 1: what the real is? If you don't bring somebody in,
• 42:50
Speaker 1: you don't have a robust investigation, how are we ever
• 42:54
Speaker 1: supposed to ascertain who was involved and who wasn't? Survivors
• 42:58
Speaker 1: allege that Kellen would schedule out massages for Epstein, which
• 43:02
Speaker 1: was a euphemism for sexual services. Yes, The whole entire
• 43:07
Speaker 1: massage was shorthand for sex. It's like when drug dealers
• 43:11
Speaker 1: have a name for drugs. For instance, if you have
• 43:14
Speaker 1: a buddy who does cocaine, he might call it snow
• 43:17
Speaker 1: or blow or insert name here. Same goes for Epstein
• 43:21
Speaker 1: and his buddies, but their drug was underage girls. And
• 43:26
Speaker 1: the code for that was massage. Roberts went on to
• 43:30
Speaker 1: claim that she had sex with another foreign royal whose
• 43:33
Speaker 1: name she did not know. She said she was flown
• 43:36
Speaker 1: to the south of France by Maxwell and Epstein for
• 43:39
Speaker 1: the exchange when she was 17. There is another individual
• 43:43
Speaker 1: that I honestly do not know his name, she said.
• 43:45
Speaker 1: He spoke in a foreign, he did speak foreign tongue,
• 43:48
Speaker 1: he spoke English as well, but I'm not too sure
• 43:51
Speaker 1: where he was from. I was introduced to him as
• 43:54
Speaker 1: a prince. Roberts added that she saw Bill Clinton on
• 43:57
Speaker 1: Epstein's Caribbean island twice, as well as other guests including
• 44:01
Speaker 1: Al Gore and Heidi Klum. In one section, it's revealed
• 44:04
Speaker 1: the FBI asked Roberts whether Clinton was a witness to
• 44:08
Speaker 1: the sexual abuse of minors. Roberts replied, yes, he would
• 44:12
Speaker 1: be a witness because he knew what my purpose there
• 44:14
Speaker 1: was for Jeffrey and he visited Jeffrey's Island. Well, that's
• 44:19
Speaker 1: pretty explosive, no? I wonder if anybody's going to have
• 44:22
Speaker 1: any questions for good old Billy Boy. More than likely, however,
• 44:26
Speaker 1: you won't get Bill Clinton getting hammered with questions. They'll
• 44:29
Speaker 1: just ignore all of these little details that add up
• 44:32
Speaker 1: to foundation. And what they'll say is it's nothing more
• 44:35
Speaker 1: than a conspiracy to get the Clintons. But the reality
• 44:38
Speaker 1: is this. The Clintons and Jeffrey Epstein and their relationship
• 44:42
Speaker 1: was a lot tighter and a lot deeper than Bill
• 44:45
Speaker 1: Clinton and that dumbass statement that he put out in
• 44:48
Speaker 1: 2019 would lead you to believe. Clinton has also denied
• 44:52
Speaker 1: any wrongdoing since the allegations have come out. And again,
• 44:55
Speaker 1: just to be clear, I haven't seen anywhere that says
• 44:58
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton was engaging in the abuse. It's the enabling.
• 45:03
Speaker 1: More than 1,000 pages of court documents, including emails, depositions,
• 45:07
Speaker 1: and legal papers spanning the 2010s, were made public by
• 45:11
  Speaker 1: a U.S. judge last week. An estimated 240 to 250
• 45:14
Speaker 1: documents are set to be released overall. Only Epstein and
• 45:19
Speaker 1: Maxwell have been charged over the alleged sexual abuse of
• 45:23
Speaker 1: dozens of young girls in his Upper East Side townhouse
• 45:26
Speaker 1: and his waterfront mansion in Palm Beach, Florida between 2002
• 45:31
Speaker 1: and 2005. Well, we know it went longer than that, 2019.
• 45:35
Speaker 1: So this went on for decades. And the fact that
• 45:38
Speaker 1: nobody stepped up to stop this dude when they should have, well,
• 45:41
Speaker 1: that just prolonged the abuse. And it also prolonged the
• 45:44
Speaker 1: suffering of these survivors. And as far as Prince Andrew goes...
• 45:49
Speaker 1: How in the world could anybody look at this dude
• 45:51
Speaker 1: and not be disgusted by him? Everything about him and
• 45:54
Speaker 1: the way he's conducted himself throughout this whole entire Epstein
• 45:57
Speaker 1: affair is condemnable. And the fact that he's not part
• 46:02
Speaker 1: of some investigation at this point, it would be laughable
• 46:05
Speaker 1: if it wasn't so disgusting. All right, folks, that's going
• 46:08
Speaker 1: to do it for this one. All of the information
• 46:10
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
• 46:13
  Speaker 1: description box.
