- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the Emotional Mastery Podcast.
- 0:03Speaker 1: I am your host, rochelle.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm a holistic human design health coach and this is a space for human design and spiritual journey.
- 0:10Speaker 1: It's not about being a master of your emotions, rather mastering the tools to self-regulate, to awakening yourself and remembering who you are.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Human design changed my life about five years ago and I've been learning and teaching the system ever since.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This podcast is human design meets spirituality, meets astrology.
- 0:27Speaker 1: You don't have to have a belief system to be here, just an open mind and curiosity.
- 0:32Speaker 1: This is a journey of meeting yourself and awakening to your infinite potential.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Now let the magic begin.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Welcome back to another episode of the Emotional Mastery Podcast.
- 0:43Speaker 1: This week oh my gosh we're starting June, so this week is going to be June's transits, astrology, human design and just a quick like reflection update on the past few weeks.
- 0:57Speaker 1: I know I've talked about it a little bit here and there.
- 0:59Speaker 1: It's been really intense.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Actually, may felt probably more intense to me than the last few months and I think, as with any astrological story or any story in general, like there are so many moving parts to it and everything plays a very specific role in a specific time, and I think, because Uranus is right on top of my sun.
- 1:20Speaker 1: This has felt incredibly intense for me.
- 1:22Speaker 1: But things have been changing like massively, and Taurus, sun, leo, moon, leo Rising all fixed energies resist change, don't like change, but also, as a 6-3 profile, like everything has changed.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Life has changed.
- 1:37Speaker 1: There is no certainty other than the fact that things change.
- 1:41Speaker 1: This too shall change and now that I feel like I'm, for the most part, coming out of it, I've had a few days or moments where I feel back in that place of lack of motivation, just like wondering like what's the point?
- 1:56Speaker 1: Kind of just with you know things in general, because my attention has been split and because I've been more tired and adjusting from I was basically working Monday through Friday, nine to five, essentially, and now I am working nights, evenings, weekends, all of it, and it's exhausting having to get your system used to something completely different.
- 2:16Speaker 1: And I think because I've done a lot of work getting my system regulated to getting up at 530 and going to bed about 10 o'clock and I had a whole routine and I just got very much in this fixed energy.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I also have Mars and Capricorn in the sixth house and so I didn't realize how fixed and passionate I am about my specific routine when it comes to daily life, daily routines, habits and all those, when I mean until things got shaken up.
- 2:41Speaker 1: But I'm sort of remembering to come back to these practices that work right, and that's I've talked about on here before, but it really, really really is key.
- 2:49Speaker 1: First is awareness, of course, and I've been doing a lot of work with Pluto and that's been really helpful in creating awareness and just like understanding, and that's where I think human design and astrology is so helpful, because it creates an awareness, it gives us languaging for things that we may be experiencing, that we might not have had the language for before, so just understanding certain things about my chart and the certain ways that I react, and it's really actually been.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I feel like there's two things that have been coming up a lot over the last month, and one is my emotional world, because my emotions have always been really intense, and also my ability to regulate, create self-awareness and understand my patterns, because, honestly, the last couple of days I've just been sort of actually like, wow, my system's actually really dysregulated and I think because moving through something challenging, where everything, all my edges, have been pushed, has made me simultaneously stronger, of course, in hindsight and over time, and also when you're in that mode of like fight or flight.
- 3:57Speaker 1: Essentially because I think if you come from a very dysregulated nervous system like trauma then it's very easy to become dysregulated and it becomes a practice of regulating that nervous system.
- 4:11Speaker 1: And before I had my meditation I had my routine that would regulate my nervous system at the end of the evening.
- 4:17Speaker 1: But because now that everything is switched up and I'm trying to get back into some sort of a routine, I don't have those practices in place and so my nervous system has just felt overly dysregulated and it's showing me how important those practices are.
- 4:30Speaker 1: So meditation, movement, breath work, having tea just like these little things breathing before.
- 4:36Speaker 1: Because I have noticed over the past month or so I've been more reactionary to things that I normally would not.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I've become more emotionally activated and frustrated and irritated over things that probably before I would meditate on before I spoke up.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And it also speaks to my own feeling of safety with because I'm thinking of a specific person that I feel like has been getting a lot of my frustrations.
- 5:08Speaker 1: But I also think it speaks to my feeling of safety to be able to bring these things up and to be reactive because in past relationships there was no way you were going to catch me being emotional within that dynamic, right.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I mean, there were moments where I couldn't.
- 5:23Speaker 1: I would get so angry that I would cry and then I would be called weak or whatever, or gaslit and things like that.
- 5:29Speaker 1: But for the most part I hoarded my emotions to myself and I never let them out, ever.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I yeah.
- 5:37Speaker 1: So I feel like, even though I'm being more reactionary, I appreciate the feeling of safety that I do feel in the dynamic to be able to express those.
- 5:48Speaker 1: So it's been a lot.
- 5:50Speaker 1: A lot's been coming up, a lot's been circulating.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Of course, for me Aquarius, where Pluto is now retrograde, but it is in my seventh house and so I knew my relationships were going to get shaken up a little bit.
- 6:02Speaker 1: But then I looked at my progress chart and your progress chart.
- 6:06Speaker 1: If you're not familiar, you can pull it.
- 6:08Speaker 1: On astrocom, I use Luna astrology, my absolute favorite.
- 6:12Speaker 1: It is so beautiful and it's so easy to look at the aspects and things like that.
- 6:17Speaker 1: But you can pull your progress chart and it's essentially there's a, an explanation behind it that I'm not gonna like.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I'm not like great at explaining, but essentially it's like your chart of the moment.
- 6:28Speaker 1: So it's like every depending on the planet, it just moves forward like a degree for every day, um, and so some of them, like I think my, my um, scorpio is at five degrees of of Pluto.
- 6:41Speaker 1: No, sorry, my Pluto is five degrees of Scorpio and I really don't think that has changed at all because it's such a slow moving planet.
- 6:47Speaker 1: But my son has just in my progress chart, my son has just entered cancer, which is starting a new cycle of my son, my essence, my core being right, and so I am not a cancer son.
- 6:58Speaker 1: However, at this period of my life I am experiencing that energy with that lens if that makes sense, which also makes sense, it's a more nurturing right.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I mean, of course it's protective in the sense that it's, I always think, like cancer can be so nurturing and so tender.
- 7:16Speaker 1: And I think we have this archetype and especially, I think, men that are cancers.
- 7:21Speaker 1: They have this thing where, you know, cancer is the mother archetype and they're sort of resistant to that.
- 7:27Speaker 1: And also cancer is represented by the crab and the crab may have a soft underbelly but it has a hard shell and so cancers really don't let that many people in.
- 7:39Speaker 1: There's specific cancers that I'm thinking of, that really have a small base, a friendship base or people that they care about, but when they, when they let you in, they are like fierce about it and so, yeah, so my son, my progressed son, just entered cancer, zero degrees, but this is where I was kind of going with the whole relationship.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Aquarius, seventh house.
- 8:03Speaker 1: My natal Aquarius is in seventh house, where Pluto has just entered and my progressed Pluto is square, my progressed Venus, which is at eight degrees of Leo, which is where my natal moon is.
- 8:17Speaker 1: So if that makes no sense, that's fine.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Really, it just speaks to the intensity that I'm feeling, my emotions, and the intensity that I'm showing up in relationships and Pluto and Venus, although they seem like opposing energies, right.
- 8:31Speaker 1: But when you think about love and I was just writing this actually in somebody's Pluto deep dive Pluto and Venus appear to be like different, right.
- 8:41Speaker 1: But when you think about love like I'm not talking about the healthy, perfect love that you can think of, but the progression of love and through our life and how we experience love and the chapters that we go through and the relationships that we find Pluto, which is the god of hell, and Venus, aphrodite, which is the goddess of love.
- 9:02Speaker 1: They go hand in hand right Like we go through the depths of hell to come out the other side to fully understand what love is.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Most of us have experienced that in relationships, you have the shadows.
- 9:15Speaker 1: We're looking.
- 9:16Speaker 1: That's the most painful and beautiful thing about a relationship is we are looking our deepest, darkest shadows in the face through another human being.
- 9:24Speaker 1: They were reflecting that to us, and so it's simultaneously so challenging and so beautiful.
- 9:30Speaker 1: And if we're I don't want to say if we're doing it right I'm air quoting it if you can't see it but if we're doing it in an intentional way, we are using that to grow right.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Relationships are places where we can grow together and go places we have not gone before, because we have the support of somebody else who's doing it with us, who can have compassion and understanding, and of course, this isn't a healthier expression of that relationship, but I mean, even in shadow areas of relationships, it's just that dynamic.
- 9:58Speaker 1: And so I feel like the things that are coming up for me when it comes to relationships are simultaneously extremely challenging and extremely potent in the way that they're making me grow and face myself, because the other thing that I've noticed has been coming up a lot are my old people pleasing tendencies, and I'm not saying I'm doing that now because I've created an awareness around them that I see them happening and I can pause.
- 10:28Speaker 1: I can just take a moment and come back to myself and be like, okay, am I doing this because I want to be seen when the thing I should be doing is harder and expressing myself?
- 10:39Speaker 1: Or am I doing this actually to avoid the real issue?
- 10:43Speaker 1: And I've noticed it in other areas, like at work, where there's a discomfort in growth, there's a discomfort in change, because I'm having to do things that I haven't done before, and there's always something that is uncomfortable in that.
- 10:55Speaker 1: And also I find one of the hardest pieces of it is holding boundaries, of having to be vocal and having to say no to things, and that's been confronting.
- 11:07Speaker 1: So there are cycles of life, of course, and we go through things and we learn things and we're always gonna be repeating the things until we learn them.
- 11:15Speaker 1: I'm reading Convoluted Universe, book two by Dolores Cannon and that's a lot of themes of these she does past life, regressions, hypnosis, and it's really beautiful, but a lot of times these souls, actually what she says that makes so much sense to me and resonates really strongly is that our souls choose to come into human form but they also don't realize how challenging it is.
- 11:39Speaker 1: So this like being human actually, it's simultaneously like of course there's duality and everything right, law of polarity, but it's like it's a vacation for the souls because we don't remember our past lives and also our soul forgets and doesn't realize how challenging it actually is to be here.
- 11:56Speaker 1: So it's like we want to come on vacation to take a break from all of our soul's journey and then we come here and we suffer because we are disconnected from it and we forget our infinite power and we forget how beautiful things are and we forget the lessons.
- 12:10Speaker 1: But when you are a human on earth, this is deeply karmic.
- 12:14Speaker 1: We are here to learn lessons and to progress our soul forward.
- 12:18Speaker 1: There's no way that it's not because it is so challenging to be here in this human form.
- 12:24Speaker 1: There was one that I was reading one story one soul had actually never been in a human vessel and really wanted to leave it because it was so incredibly challenging to be in a physical body.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Because our physical body, when you think of the soul, it's infinite right, and our physical body really limits us and we just don't remember the power that we have underneath it and the power that our soul has.
- 12:44Speaker 1: It takes a lot of intention and work and pain I think a lot of the people who are healers.
- 12:52Speaker 1: We know that the people who are healers have gone through incredible pain so that they can help others heal.
- 12:55Speaker 1: And there was one specific story of a gentleman who had come in for a past life reading or past life regression, and in his past lives his soul was like psychic, had really strong, powerful abilities, and he was always hunted down because people didn't understand it.
- 13:14Speaker 1: And so he came here and it was really challenging for him to be in this body and I guess he had an incident when he was a child that left him like disabled in some way.
- 13:23Speaker 1: And so dolores cannon had asked the soul when she got to that level, like why did that, why did that traumatic event, event have to happen to him?
- 13:30Speaker 1: And it was in order for him to be more tapped into that side of himself, because had he not had that disability, that pain, that suffering, he wouldn't have been able to progress and witness and be able to get in touch with those experiences.
- 13:43Speaker 1: And I do believe like it's hard to say this when you see some of the things that are going on with the world, but I do think that everything happens for a reason.
- 13:53Speaker 1: There's divine intention for everything, even though it doesn't make sense to us and these physical vessels and these physical bodies.
- 14:00Speaker 1: But I think, yeah, like being here is incredibly karmic and we are learning lessons and I think focusing on our growth will begin to heal.
- 14:13Speaker 1: And I think it always gets harder before it gets better.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Hell before ascension.
- 14:17Speaker 1: You always have to go through the pain and the suffering before you can come out to the light, right, and I think that's just a part of life cycle.
- 14:32Speaker 1: And when I think about, yeah, just the experiences of lately, they've been challenging, but as I'm coming out the other side of it, I see their purpose right, and I think if I wasn't as aware, I would probably continue to repeat patterns.
- 14:49Speaker 1: And I'm not saying that I'm always incredibly aware because, trust me, this weekend I had a moment where it was like I was so selfish in my emotional expression that I didn't think about anybody else until that person was able to tell me their side of things and I was like, oh wow, I was not being open and receptive, and I was just blaming and thinking about myself in that moment, and so I think it takes a pause to come back to yourself sometimes.
- 15:13Speaker 1: And I was listening to the Almost 30 podcast I think it's the most recent episode, maybe the one before that, but they were talking about relationships and communication and a lot of times we want to express so that the other person understands us, but we don't listen to the other person's perspective because we want them to understand us and, of course, the other person is doing the same thing.
- 15:32Speaker 1: And then I was having a conversation after that where I think a lot of adult communication, a lot of adult relationship, is having to put the ego aside and listening to the other person's perspective and not just listening yeah, because I can hear you and not listen to you, right, but really, really listening, I mean, to what that person is saying and listening to their feelings.
- 15:54Speaker 1: And if you want to be validated in your experience, we have to validate others.
- 15:57Speaker 1: And so that's just been a lot of lessons that have been coming up, but I did want to get into a little bit the astrology and human design of June.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Astrology and human design of June.
- 16:11Speaker 1: We know that Jupiter has now moved into Gemini, which is a different energy than Taurus.
- 16:19Speaker 1: Taurus is super grounded, it's super sensual.
- 16:20Speaker 1: It's really about material, it's about food.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Jupiter is expansion.
- 16:22Speaker 1: It's luck I'm air quoting it because Jupiter expands on what it touches on.
- 16:25Speaker 1: So if it's touching on your Venus and your Venus is really nicely aspected, chances are Jupiter is going to be really nicely sitting there.
- 16:28Speaker 1: So if it's touching on your Venus and your Venus is really nicely aspected, chances are Jupiter is going to be really nicely sitting there.
- 16:33Speaker 1: But if it's sitting on your Chiron, that's maybe square your Pluto, it's going to be expanding on things that are uncomfortable for you, of course, with the intent to move through it, but it's still going to be uncomfortable for you.
- 16:43Speaker 1: So this month we have, on June 3rd, mercury moves into Gemini.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Mercury rules Gemini.
- 16:50Speaker 1: So Mercury likes to be here.
- 16:51Speaker 1: It's very conversational, it's very social, it's very intellectual, it's very, of course, communication is a huge theme here.
- 16:58Speaker 1: They both rule the third house, and so Mercury being at home here will make us maybe just want to be a little bit more talkative, maybe more inquisitive.
- 17:05Speaker 1: I have my son is a Gemini moon, my daughter's a Gemini sun.
- 17:08Speaker 1: So the questions that these two have more so my son, because I think like, emotionally, it nourishes him, and our son is what we're growing into.
- 17:14Speaker 1: So my daughter is growing into that.
- 17:16Speaker 1: She did ask probably a lot more questions when she was younger.
- 17:18Speaker 1: But so Mercury and Gemini again, this is this, is at home here, and so we might just collectively be feeling a little bit more chatty, a little bit more playful, because this is a very playful energy, inquisitive, all those types of things.
- 17:33Speaker 1: And then on the 8th of June, mars moves into Taurus.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Mars rules Aries and of course Taurus is grounded, material, sensual.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Mars is like the other half of Venus.
- 17:46Speaker 1: So Venus rules Taurus and Venus is the divine feminine.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Then you can look at Mars as like the divine masculine, although Mars can be a little bit more of an immature expression in its shadow, whereas Pluto is sort of the higher expression of Mars and it's deep and intense.
- 18:02Speaker 1: But Mars we can look at when we're looking at sex.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's Mars' sex, it's assertion, it's aggression, it is the warrior archetype.
- 18:12Speaker 1: And so being in a fixed sign can be a little maybe frustrating, because Taurus is a little bit slower than Aries and Mars just wants to move and so it's asking us to slow down a little bit.
- 18:22Speaker 1: But because Taurus is Venus ruled and Mars being the other half of Venus, there is an aspect of sexuality that may come up.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Mars rules Aries and also Scorpio, and so anything in opposition is here to teach us a lesson, likely through others.
- 18:39Speaker 1: And so, yeah, we might just be asked a little bit to slow down with our Mars energy in Taurus.
- 18:49Speaker 1: And then we have, on the sixth, we have our new moon in Gemini, and new moons are times to set intentions, to manifest.
- 18:59Speaker 1: So really like the things that have been coming up, especially Gemini.
- 19:02Speaker 1: You know Gemini.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Again, gemini is inquisitive, gemini is social, Gemini is fact finding, it's information, it's the twins.
- 19:11Speaker 1: So I love a good Gemini.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Some people are not fans of Geminis, but because Gemini can see both sides of it or it plays both sides of it, it sort of like stirs the pot in what can be a playful way, because I think that they're often they're not triggered by what they're presenting or the way that they're wanting to get you to think about things, but they can be triggering when you're trying to present an opinion and possibly the other side is being shown just for argument's sake or what can appear to be argument's sake.
- 19:42Speaker 1: But I have Venus in Gemini, so I do that a lot, I play the devil's advocate a lot.
- 19:45Speaker 1: It's like sometimes you'll state an opinion and it's not even that I believe the opposite, but I just want you to think about it.
- 19:50Speaker 1: And so that is where I can appreciate that Gemini energy, because that is very much a part of my chart.
- 19:57Speaker 1: But so the new moon and Gemini, these things may be coming up right.
- 20:01Speaker 1: So setting intentions around our communication, right Around, how we want to show up in social situations, around even our siblings because the third house rules siblings and it is going to be conjunct Venus, the moon and sun.
- 20:15Speaker 1: So the sun and the moon are conjunct and yeah, so we have a Venus sun Kazemi on the fourth.
- 20:21Speaker 1: So just backtracking a couple days, and so this is really going to be highlighting all of our relationship things.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Remember, remember last year around, oh my gosh, when did Venus go into retrograde and Leo?
- 20:31Speaker 1: But it was, I think, in July.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it was July 21st-ish around that that Venus went into retrograde and for me I had Leo rising.
- 20:41Speaker 1: So that was like a wild, wild time for me for relationships, like literally, it was just like one thing after the other.
- 20:49Speaker 1: But it won't be like that.
- 20:51Speaker 1: But so the sun, venus, kazemi on the 4th.
- 20:53Speaker 1: The sun is going to be conjunct Venus on June 4th, but it'll still be loosely conjunct on the new moon.
- 21:00Speaker 1: So we have the sun and the moon conjunct in the sky, conjunct Venus, and they're both square Saturn, which is bringing a little bit of restriction in there.
- 21:07Speaker 1: It's bringing a little bit of, you know, saturn is yeah, it's restriction, it's boundaries, maybe it's calling us in just to set some boundaries within our relationships, and it's also going to be sextile.
- 21:20Speaker 1: The North Node, and so the North Node is our collective purpose and direction and so, pulling that in, and I believe relationships are obviously huge parts of our life.
- 21:32Speaker 1: I think we came here to be in relationship with another human being because you know, they have all those studies of, you know, children or monkeys or that were just isolated from their parents, and just the trauma that inflicted on them.
- 21:44Speaker 1: Like we crave intimacy, we crave connection, we crave being in relationship with people, and so I feel like this new moon is highlighting our relationships, as a lot of the energy has been doing over the past, like I mean, I don't know if I'm just like hyper aware of it now over the last like year and a half, but it feels like a lot, a lot, especially with all the Aries and Libra, specifically the Libra.
- 22:05Speaker 1: And then, of course, venus has been a theme and then, for me personally, I just I'm a Taurus sun, so I have a Venusian chart.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Anyway, I have a Plutonian and Venusian chart and so, yeah, it's just it's been coming up a lot, but I think this new moon will expand on that and then simultaneously be asking us where we need to set boundaries, possibly with with Saturn being in there, asking us to set boundaries and just to get maybe realistic, grounded, organized, whatever it is, within our relationships.
- 22:34Speaker 1: And then on the 11th, we have Mars square Pluto, and this can be supportive for our drive, for our action taking, for our drive for our passion, for our intensity to be like moving towards things.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Mars is in taurus and pluto is in aquarius, so we have this energy that's a little bit asking us to slow down that mars and taurus is not going to be as fast as it was, but these two combined can really be.
- 23:03Speaker 1: You know, taurus is all about the material and money and food and things like that, so this could be potentially a good time for us to take action towards things that can bring in money for us, especially when we have this.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Square Squares are challenging, however, because Mars and Pluto both rule Scorpio.
- 23:18Speaker 1: This could be challenging in order to support us to take action and drive and bring an intensity towards the things that we're trying to call in.
- 23:27Speaker 1: And then, on the 14th, we have Mercury Kazemi, mercury Sun Kazemi, so the Mercury and Sun are going to be at 24 degrees in the sky, in Gemini, and so this is always just expanding on shining a light on our communication, how we think, how we do things, how we communicate with people, and so, of course, being in Gemini, this is, you know, being social.
- 23:51Speaker 1: This is the way we're thinking, fact finding, just asking a lot of questions, things like that.
- 23:57Speaker 1: And then, on the 17th of July sorry, 17th of June we have Mercury and Venus are conjunct in Cancer and Venus are conjunct in cancer.
- 24:13Speaker 1: So, also on the 17th, venus and Mercury move into cancer, so they're literally at zero degrees of cancer when they conjunct and move into cancer together.
- 24:19Speaker 1: So, you know, mercury, again, is communication, it's intellect, and then Venus is our relationships, our values, our morals.
- 24:25Speaker 1: So where are we communicating these things?
- 24:27Speaker 1: They're moving together, moving into cancer, a sign.
- 24:30Speaker 1: That is the archetype of the mother that is nurturing, that is wanting to care for those, but of course it does have that hard shell, so it is also keeping people out.
- 24:39Speaker 1: So where are you keeping people out?
- 24:40Speaker 1: Where are you keeping them in?
- 24:42Speaker 1: Where are they aligning with your morals, with your values?
- 24:44Speaker 1: How are you communicating that within your relationships?
- 24:47Speaker 1: What's working in your relationships?
- 24:49Speaker 1: It's time to really think about those types of things within your relationships.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Do you feel safe in your relationships, like all this stuff around?
- 24:56Speaker 1: That is a great time to really be sort of moving through that.
- 24:58Speaker 1: And then on the 20th, the sun moves into cancer.
- 25:00Speaker 1: So now we have the sun, brightest thing in the sky, moving into this place.
- 25:03Speaker 1: Cancer is ruled by the moon, so of course it's always going to bring our emotions in there.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Cancer is ruled by the moon and it rules the fourth house, and the fourth house is the house of the home.
- 25:12Speaker 1: It's that it's ancestors, though, and it's also our inner being, because it's the part of the chart that is the on the lowest point of the chart.
- 25:20Speaker 1: When we look at a chart, so it's sort of the part that you're it takes you the longest to get to know somebody in their fourth house than any other house.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Debatablyably, the eighth house, which is in the 12th house, right, but these are all sort of like houses where we're keeping to ourselves and we really have to get to know somebody within that.
- 25:36Speaker 1: But it's the bottom most part of the chart.
- 25:38Speaker 1: It's also where our roots go right.
- 25:40Speaker 1: We're setting roots in this area of life and so you know, the sun is not transiting specifically the fourth house unless you have it in the fourth house, but it's activating that part of your chart, um, and that'll be on the uh, the 20th and then the 21st we have a full moon.
- 25:55Speaker 1: So this is in capricorn.
- 25:58Speaker 1: So, um, the sun is in cancer, the moon is in capricorn.
- 26:05Speaker 1: I I hesitated because moon, this specific setup, the sun and cancer and the moon and Capricorn, comes to me often Capricorn moons I like, for whatever reason, there's a massive lesson I'm supposed to be learning from Capricorn moons.
- 26:19Speaker 1: But yeah, this is the ego and the emotions sort of oppositions are a little bit more challenging, so they're sort of at play with each other.
- 26:26Speaker 1: It's like, yeah, the ego and emotions like battling a little bit, but where we have cancer is super nurturing and super emotional.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Capricorn is not in the sense that Capricorn nourishes by providing, right, capricorn perseveres, it's hardworking, it is an earth sign, right, it is a cardinal earth sign and cancer is a cardinal water sign.
- 26:46Speaker 1: So the different energies, but there's also lessons to be learned.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Right, can we integrate the opposition in order to come to its highest expression?
- 26:55Speaker 1: And so that one is going to be square Pisces, or square sorry, square Neptune.
- 26:59Speaker 1: And Neptune is in Pisces still, and this is just bringing an energy of a little bit of dreaminess, right, that's sort of what Neptune is.
- 27:12Speaker 1: Neptune sort of pulls the, it gives us rose colored glasses, right, where we're not quite able to see things clearly, it can feel a little bit confusion, where we don't have full clarity of the situation.
- 27:24Speaker 1: So, just being aware during this full moon, that, although this is a great time to release things, shed things in order to create space for the things that we're calling in Neptune here, because it is in a square two, might just make things a little bit blurry for us.
- 27:40Speaker 1: And then we have, on the 29th of June, saturn goes retrograde in Pisces, and Saturn again is restriction, it's karma, it's boundaries, it's the judge, right, it's all these chronos, it's all these things.
- 27:56Speaker 1: And so in Pisces, you know, super spiritual, it's restricting us a little bit in that area of life, and so further, when it's retrograde it turns it inward.
- 28:07Speaker 1: So when we're otherwise experiencing it more externally from ourselves, now all these are going to be turned inward.
- 28:13Speaker 1: So, you know, I always think of Saturn and Pisces like if you have a spiritually based business, like we might want to just be, like, oh, I trust the universe that things are going to happen, but no, let's get serious right.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Like, do you have systems and processes in place?
- 28:25Speaker 1: Are you showing up?
- 28:27Speaker 1: Are you taking action?
- 28:28Speaker 1: Like let's get organized, let's do this right, let's make this work for us, and so that sort of energy is going to be internalized a little bit.
- 28:34Speaker 1: So those are the biggest ones for astrology.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Yeah, those are the biggest ones for astrology On the 29th I think that's the same day that Saturn goes retrograde, it is.
- 28:45Speaker 1: And the 29th we also have Mercury sextile to Uranus and Taurus.
- 28:50Speaker 1: So Mercury and Cancer sextile, uranus and Taurus, and that is just bringing some unpredictability to the way that we express ourselves.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Of course, there's freedom, innovation, so this can be a really good time to work on a project if we can tap into that part of it.
- 29:09Speaker 1: But again, we just never quite can predict what Uranus is going to bring when it comes to that aspect.
- 29:14Speaker 1: And then when we look at human designs, of course you know the sun moves quickly, the moon moves quickly, so there's a lot of um, a lot of gates moving that I'm not going to talk about.
- 29:25Speaker 1: I might talk about them weekly or, of course, if you are signed up for the mastery Monday newsletter, you get those every week.
- 29:30Speaker 1: I send out the transit update.
- 29:31Speaker 1: That includes all the gates that the planets are moving, but there's a couple that I do want to speak to.
- 29:37Speaker 1: So Uranus, on the 8th, is moving into Gate 8.
- 29:41Speaker 1: And Uranus is one of the slower moving planets and Gate 8 is the gate of contribution.
- 29:46Speaker 1: So this is leadership and it's contributing or not, right, like, are you feeling called to?
- 29:53Speaker 1: How are you going to show up?
- 29:54Speaker 1: And of course Uranus is unpredictable and it's in Taurus, and so this is all about the material.
- 30:00Speaker 1: And so just looking at how we're contributing to others, and because, when we are focusing on ourselves in service to others and not trying to control or manipulate others to do, it's sort of like, do what I, it's not the, do what I say, not as I do, it's do as I do, not as I say.
- 30:21Speaker 1: I don't even know if that makes sense, just trying to reverse that phrase where like do as I say, not as I do, but no, we want it the other way around.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Right, in taking that action for ourselves, people will see us in the way that we're showing up and if we're contributing in a impactful way, then it can inspire others to follow suit.
- 30:41Speaker 1: And then jupiter is also moving.
- 30:42Speaker 1: Sign moving gates.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Um, let me find out where that one was.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Okay, on the 20th jupiter is moving into gate 16 and this is the gate of skills.
- 30:50Speaker 1: So this is just really honing those skills.
- 30:53Speaker 1: And again, it's a leadership gate as well, and so it's like getting better at the things that we are good at, and it sort of like reminds me of that, like second line hermit.
- 31:05Speaker 1: And so those are the big two that are changing.
- 31:10Speaker 1: And again, if you want more in-depth human design transits, join the Mastery Monday newsletter.
- 31:16Speaker 1: The link is down below.
- 31:17Speaker 1: I send it out every single Monday and it talks about just a little energy updates and then it talks about the transits for the week.

- 32:29Speaker 1: Let me know what you think, what you want to hear more of, what has really resonated.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Let's have a conversation over there, and everything else that you need to know is down in the show notes.
- 32:39Speaker 1: I hope this episode was supportive for whatever you're experiencing and just a reminder to that whatever you are experiencing is valid, no one can say otherwise and so trust your own experiences and trust your body.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Your body truly knows best.
- 32:54Speaker 1: This is a conversation I've had a few times this week.
- 32:55Speaker 1: It's just being able to tap in and trust where your body is guiding you, because that's where your magic is, that's where your power is, that's where your truth is, because you have to show up in a way that's aligned to your body and not to say ignore others, not to say be selfish, not to say harm other people, but when you're showing up in authenticity from a space in your system that is right for you, nobody has anything to say because they are not experiencing the world as you are experiencing them.
- 33:24Speaker 1: So relationships, careers, like if you're asking for people's opinion and it doesn't feel like we always ask for opinions, but then we really know what we want to do anyway but just trusting yourself, coming to yourself first, and yeah, you are valid for whatever you're experiencing and with that I will catch you next week.
- 33:45Speaker 1: You.
