That is correct. All Unoriginal. ⁓ I mean you can blame everything on race lately, so I'm gonna go with ⁓ that they're picking on the handicapped white middle aged man who's overweight, balding on as E D. What am I? I'm Native American. I don't know what they're we can't be friends. No, we cannot. We can't even exist in the same social media circle. What's wrong with you? You go ⁓ my gosh. Hey, welcome. It is the Beans and Weenie Show Tuesday night edition. Welcome in everybody. Here it is, June ninth already. Wow. A beautiful night here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Little muggy. What are you talking about? It's ninety eight degrees. What the hell are you talking about? It's a balmy ninety. It's a balmy. It's not a tropical. It's Satan's destination for holidays. When you have sweat dripping into your sock, that's hot. This is an intimate crowd. I mean, we've got BP. And we've got Miss Dixie, and that's it. That's all. Well, because we're unoriginal. Yeah, we are unoriginal. We should we should like should we sing them a song? Nobody wants this crap. Who cares about laughing? Who cares about entertainment? Who cares about social commentary on today's world? That's that's the world we live in, man. Yeah. That's the world we live in. We got more on that coming up. Boy, you better believe that. Breaking news ⁓ this afternoon, they've reached a verdict ⁓ with Anthony ⁓ my gosh, really? We'll get into that tonight. we got a bean spiracy we may bring up or tease a little bit tonight. Interesting. It's not even ours. That's the that's the killer part. A listener came up with it. Well, no, no. ⁓ one of the family. One of the one of the what are we what are we what is our family? We're we're wieners? Yeah, we're the old the OGs, the OG Wieners. There go. So anyway, the OG Wiener. This is crazy's Van, what's up? Welcome in, man. I love when people just click in and click out. Well, they're just scrolling through 'cause they're doom scrolling 'cause they don't have the ⁓ the capability of absorbing more than fifteen seconds of social entertainment. Here's the thing, if you'd stick around you'd realize, ⁓ my god, these old guys are funny. Maybe. If if you throw on the word penis or or vagina on bodily functions tallywacker, that's that was always a good one. Moist. ⁓ Ooh, another good one. Another good one. ⁓ fungal. Fungal. Fungal. Fung. That's a that's a good one. Yeah. But then you be given medical advice and then we can't. ⁓ then we get in trouble. Yes. It's flagged again. ⁓ we got a debut of our t shirt for the month of June. We'll do that coming up Friday night. ⁓ There's actually gonna be two t shirts for June and July. They're gonna be put together. We need to do June. It's June's a special month. It is. It's a special month for special people. It's very special. Our special first everybody's not here tonight. We'll get into that. I I know. It's his month. He's not even here to brag about it. Well he's out there marching. Rub it. Woo. Woo. Slightly, slightly marching. That's cute. In fishnets or no? I think he might ⁓ not be in the fishnets. I Big Saxy's in the fish nets. Big okay. All right, I got you. ⁓ yeah, slightly won't I be joining us tonight. So no slightly. ⁓ you're stuck with us, suckers. ⁓ we're looking for ⁓ two hundred thousand likes. Remember the first show we get that's two hundred thousand likes. I'll do the next show ⁓ shirtless. That's right. So Naked on TikTok, ladies and gentlemen. From the waist up, is that allowed on TikTok? Can we do that? Till they see my areolas. ⁓ well that's you know what? If you've seen a baloney slice, then you're good. Listen, I've turned straight guys gay. There you go. Slightly was straight till he saw it. There you go. ⁓ so two hundred thousand likes, I do the next show. Shirtless, we'll see ⁓ if we do that tonight. Doubt it. Not gonna plan on it. Yeah. ⁓ but that that is the the goal. Yeah. What else we got here? ⁓ yeah, for Friday. Let listen, we'll be back Friday, Tuesday, Friday nights we do the show, seven thirty central standard time. Yeah, hell yeah. Are you settled? Yeah, we got two. 'Cause you had like a family reunion where you're gonna go for a new date. Yeah, next week I I won't be here Tuesday or Friday. I will be in Colorado family reunion. Might be able to pull off a show from there. We could do it. ⁓ we'll see. We'll see what's going on. In the ⁓ you know what? We could do it from the you could go to the Broadmoor. Man, that's pretty. You could go to the Broadmoor and we can have the yeah, the mountain and everything in the background. Just order coffee for thirty bucks. Well, you got a check. So you could order, you know, one coffee. Yeah. I mean, that's right. There you go. yeah. So Next week may not be a show. We'll we'll see. I'm gonna try checking in. but I'll be with the family family reunion. I don't know if they're gonna allow me to to check. I can't believe this. You're punking out on me. You told me we wanna concentrate on Men's Mental Health Month because that's what June in men's mental health month. It is, it's very important. And now you're like headed to Colorado to do crazy things and I don't know. Scooter just love me. Scooters in here. Scooter four ⁓ four from the ATL. Yo, scooter. I didn't know there was more than one scooter. I mean we're all over the place, pal. We are all over the place. We will pop up when you least expect it. By God, it's a party when we I mean what? Go ahead. What that hurt. Did it? That hurt like an S T D. It's a gift that keeps on giving, Clark. It's the the gift that keeps on giving. Yeah. ⁓ look yeah. What else we got coming up, man? ⁓ I'm running out of whiskey. So we're You are you're gonna start a new movement. We'll find out Friday night, the new movement scooter starts. We are gonna start a new movement. ⁓ we I'm involved. We you are you have to help me spearhead this movement. Let's do it. I'm down for it. By goodness, it's gonna be a great movement. I think everybody needs to get on board. It kind of dovetails with everything that we're doing with the ⁓ stay at home, the staycation for July fourth. Yes. Those of you not in the know, ⁓ July fourth week, weekend there, that week of ⁓ no gas. Do not get gas from your gas station. And ⁓ trust me, it's gonna hurt a little bit. Don't think it's not gonna make a difference. It will. ⁓ here in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it's funny, but we've been talking to people about not going to Quick Trip. I've been t just blowing up Facebook. ⁓ don't go to Quick Trip to get your gas. Go to a different gas station. Go to a gas station that you don't normally go to, support another gas station other than Quick Trip because Quick trip here are some selfish pricks and and they for whatever reason set the gas prices in the city of Tulsa. Yeah. Don't know why, but that's the way it goes. So here's the funny thing. Yeah. The world is still in chaos. We're still at war ⁓ with Iraq that correct is is affecting the gas prices, quote unquote. But the weird thing is the gas prices here all of a sudden started dropping. Nothing's changed. Man, we've already been over this like time and time again. That's why we need the staycation on July fourth. You need to send a message to some of these big democratic producers of oil and gas. Here's the thing. Our production, our supply of petroleum is not being diminished by the war in Iran. The only people the people that are being affected by the war in Iran are Europe and Asia and China. Yeah. You know what? It's not the United States. Who cares about them? We are overflowing with petroleum. As a matter of fact, we've got 132 oil refineries online. What's up, making oil products? Yeah, I mean, listen, we're a gassy nation. Yeah. All right. We eat the beans. We're just fine. Ethan, Sammy, Jessica. Worried about it. Good lord. Glad you're they they like zipped on through. Woo! Yeah, they're like too old guys, screw it. ⁓ They're white. They're they're white. They're white. Lots in store tonight. ⁓ we probably ⁓ sorry. That's the drink tone. You've heard it. Miss Dixie told me to be careful, so I'm letting it all out tonight because I'm I am offended. I'm enraged. I ⁓ well let's let's it's been a rough week. Listen, we'll we'll cherry pick some stuff that we want to talk about 'cause there's so much. Yes there is. ⁓ because it's our show, suckers, and we'll do what we want to do. Damn right. ⁓ I'm Spanky, that's scooter, ⁓ my buddy over here. And ⁓ let's get an update on mom today. Today, ⁓ it's been a week since we spoke last. So how is Mama Bear? How's mom doing? Mom is ⁓ mom's doing okay health wise, she's doing fantastic. Today she chose violence. She chose she chose to go mute. ⁓ whatever reason she got out of bed this morning and I guess I looked at her funny. I don't know what the deal was, but she went silent. She has not talked to me for like ten hours straight. Parents are good for that. Y well, you know what? Ninety three, you start to get worried. It makes me a little nervous when this happens because I'm thinking, has she lost vocal abilities? Have we had a stroke? Right. So I'm going through all the things. No, it just turns out she's pissed. She's just mad at something I did. And you know what? She's gonna she's gonna grace me with silence. She's gonna you're gonna get it one day. You man, she's gonna come on glued, she's gonna rocky your ass. And then you're gonna be laying on the ground, you'll be calling me. I've got to come over here, kick the door in. Pick me up off of the ground. Just swing out of here like George and Wheezy. Yeah, there you go. Well, you know what? This this up, BP. Thanks for liking the show. Like and share. Like and share. Seven thousand likes so far. Ladies and gentlemen, thank you, BP, for be sure let's get everybody I mean, we're missing some of the OGs, but we got some new folks in here. Awesome. Vicky sourdough. That sounds ⁓ appetizing, just to say. ⁓ look, BP gave us a big ⁓ global heart. There it is, the hearts. The the hand ⁓ yeah, the hand hearts. There you go. BP, we've got something with your name on it today. Not sure what it is, but big sausage. Yeah. But anyway, you know what? She's doing great. She's getting around great. She just she just doesn't like me today. And ⁓ being that I'm her youngest son, she wants to find somebody else to live with. So if you'd like to adopt a ninety three year old toddler, you know. No. No. We're not getting ready to no okay. We're keeping her. Right. Okay. I love her. I mean I do. But ⁓ she went to bed at five o'clock tonight. Well, no talking. She's war worn out. Dude, she well, I made her go to the I made her You made her go to bed. No, no, no, no, no, no. At eleven o'clock this morning, I made her go to the ⁓ pharmacy with me to pick up her prescriptions. She was not happy about that. Yeah. That's kind of where all of this starts. It's like mmm You're gonna make me do something I don't wanna do. So here's the deal scooter. I'm not gonna talk to you for the rest of the day. Yeah, you're a jerk, buddy. I am a jerk. I don't know if anybody's ever told you that but Well, you tell me that all the time and I am and ⁓ you know. Somebody's messaging me. Hold on. I don't know what's going on. I don't BP, how are you doing today? Is it like 95 degrees up there in the Keystone State? Thank you for the Corgi. Look at that. We got like cinnamon rolls and crap. This is awesome. I know, BP is just showering us with love. Cinnamon rolls. Hang ⁓ on. My phone is being weird. What what is going on right now? You just do your stuff. How are you guys out there doing today? I mean, you know what? We're missing ⁓ you where is Big Caucus? Where is Mama Bear Tracy? Where ⁓ where are you tonight? Why are you leaving me here with the spanky What? Work, work, work. ⁓ look, big big caucus showed up. That's weird. Wow. That is weird. That is awesome. You start singing and he shows up. There you go. I'm I'm gonna get out the guitar and we're gonna start playing something. ⁓ I searched the world over and thought I found true love, but Spiky was here and it was gone. Mama Bear, I said That is so freaking weird. That is awesome. Quick, start talking about money. Money and see what happens. You know what? I you know, I got we gotta invest in some crypto so we can have the dollars roll in because you know, we got a new shirt to release and by goodness it costs money to do that stuff. Friday night we got two shirts. Not one, but two shirts to release Friday night for the month of June. That is correct. ⁓ I think the one shirt you will find extremely entertaining and I bet nobody's got the cojones to wear it. And the second shirt you're gonna find pretty damn cool. Yeah. BP's gonna wear both of ⁓ You think so? I think I think he will. I think he will go to his favorite eatery in both of Ooh. I do not think he will be embarrassed because I mean, you know what? He's the one that created the shirt. Should we I got you know what? Should we let the cat out of the bag? I I that's up to you. We've got a we've we've got I mean we've got some stuff to talk about. We're already gonna stroke the fire. We got a lot. All right. So here's the deal, ladies and gentlemen, you get advanced notice 'cause there's only five people in here for the month of June, Pride month. BP. That's right, Pride month. No kings but plenty of queens. There it is, ladies and gentlemen. Look at those sexy bean and weeding. That is ⁓ you pick ⁓ I'm the one what? Hey, you gave me big boobs. Yeah, you have you've got chesticles on You gave me some big chesticles on there. Dude, yeah, look at that. I got a the good hairdo and then ⁓ the fish notes. Yeah, I noticed the rainbow covers up the junk. That's a nice shot. Nice shot. BP said I'll wear that. He will. I'll wear that. I know he won't. ⁓ so BP, thanks for the idea. Thanks for the design. ⁓ I love it. It's it's attributed to you. Hashtag BP forty nine. Yes, there that's what that is on the bottom right. Everybody will know that you actually helped us create this ⁓ extravaganza monstrous. No, that is not a joke. That is shirt one of two for the month of June. For Pride Month, for I wish I had a vagina month, ⁓ for whatever, ⁓ a Juneteenth. We need to add something in there for Juneteenth. Well we do. We gotta do some some some You left that out, and now we're gonna be called racist. There well we are. everybody's racist. You know what? If if you're not racist, then something's wrong with you. There's something wrong with you. There is something completely awfully wrong with you as a human being if you are not racist to some extent. I'm sorry. ⁓ I listen, let's get into the show tonight, ladies and gentlemen. ⁓ but make sure you go to beans and weenie show dot com. ⁓ make that donation. Thirty dollar donation will get you the shirt. ⁓ question is will a thirty dollar donation get you two shirts for the month of June? It very well could. I tell you what, you can specify which shirt you would like to have for thirty dollars. Okay. Kick in a little more, and it it's gonna be both shirts. And and and the interestingly enough, what we're gonna do this week. Carrie, you have walked into the greatest show on the internet. Without a doubt, you're never going to find anything Tuesday and Friday nights at 7 30 Central Time. There is nothing better on. Trust me on this. Sit around, put your feet up, because you're about to go for a ride that will leave you wanting more. You probably got to get some echinacea because we might cause dripping nose or there could be drips. Dripping something. Something could be dripping. Moist could occur. So there's our by the way, Carrie, if you just came in, that is our first shirt for the month of June. We're going to have two shirts. Two shirts. ⁓ that is our ⁓ our a tribute to June. ⁓ we wish we were women, wish we were men, wish we were something we weren't. There you go. ⁓ whatever. Fine, here you go. I don't know about you, but I make a classy lady. Yeah, that's yeah. Carrie, you stay as long as you can, sweetheart. We appreciate you. So you stay as long as you can. Stop it. ⁓ Unfortunately. Stop it. Yeah. So but ⁓ there's our shirt one. We'll debut shirt two Friday. Yes. Men yet June is men's mental health. And that's what we're gonna focus on, Carrie. Funny you say that. ⁓ because unfortunately, ⁓ well we'll get real. Let's just start it now. ⁓ Okay. Unfortunately the month of June is looked down upon ⁓ for mental health because ⁓ crybaby ⁓ pretenders, aka transgenders, aka those that wanna pretend they're something they're not, ⁓ unfortunately the month focuses on them. Because if you don't Then you're homophobic and and you don't care about that community and and you don't care about their lives. You're right. I don't. A lot of people don't care about that. You know why? Because we don't live it. But time out, time out. I got a question. I've got a valid, realistic question. We give these folks a month. That's 30 days from the beginning to the end. 30 days. You know who doesn't get a month that should get a month? The Founding Fathers. Yeah. You know what? Abraham Lincoln, he set the slaves free. How come he doesn't get a month? What's up, Jelly? Why didn't he recognize it in the month of February? Black history month. Well, that he's part of Black History. They don't want to share. They don't want to share. I don't understand it. George Washington doesn't even get a week. We got nothing for George Washington. Hey, Mama Bear, what's up? If anything, we should be celebrating D Day because otherwise we'd be Spreckensy Deutsch. It's it's saying HILL The stuff that makes sense, the stuff that we need to be celebrating is always forgotten, swept under the rug for these big flash in the pan, cry baby, entitled, ignorant, indulged pe I I just can't stand it. June is mental health month ⁓ mental health month. Why is that not being discussed, especially right now with everything that's going on? Well, exactly. Good Lord, that's what we want to do is we want to tear down men because they're too masculine, they're too beta, they're too soy. Who knows what men are? Because men will not talk about their problems because all they're gonna do is get hammered or You can't cry. You can't struggle. ⁓ a grown man can't go home to his wife and say, My God, I I just had a bad day. I I felt like breaking down, I'm almost in tears, everything's piling up. He can't go home and say that. You know why? Because he's gonna get you know what I I had to watch your stinking little kids all day long, and then I had to mop the floor and cook you dinner and then I had to go to the grocery store and then I had Pilates and by God I couldn't get in my yoga house If I was married to somebody with that voice, I would kick their ass. I don't even care. I don't even care. ⁓ ladies, a question When's the last time you ever sat down? Yes, grabbed your man by the hands and looked at him and said, How are you doing? That's a good question. When does that happen? It's four words. When's the last time you sat down, you shut everything off, you put those phones down, you grab his hands, you sit right next to him, and you look at him in his eye and you say, How are you doing? I'm just curious. Now Carrie Carrie Carrie did it yesterday. She did. She she looked him. She grabbed him with both hands. I can see this now. It's like a But she was pretending it was me. So that yeah, I'm pretty sure that's what I'm No, no, no. I'm pretty sure that's what happened. No, no, not even close. She grabbed him with both hands. She looked him square in the eyes and she said, How are you doing? Let's go play some hockey. ⁓ But that's not that Mama Bear said I've asked, but I couldn't grab his hand. Well I don't want to know where his hand was. That's none of my business. That's it. I'm not asking. You don't need to know where that hand is. I'm not asking. Leave the hand where it is, Mama Bear, because that's ⁓ probably not a bad spot. No, stop it. ⁓ but gentlemen, listen, it's it's okay. It's ⁓ two men right here, middle aged men, we're telling you right now. ⁓ I'm middle aged now? ⁓ well I'm I'm giving you some credit. Thank you. I like that. That's very it's okay. It is. It's It's okay to struggle, man. It's okay to admit that you need help. Whether it's it's mental, whether it's doctor, whether it's just a a a nice back rub, whatever whatever it is. Mrs. Spanky is amazing. Mrs. Spanky can read me like a book. It I don't ever have to say anything to her. She knows. You're not hard to read. And ⁓ Well, I know it and I don't even see ya. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. ⁓ it's okay to not be okay, Mama Bear. That's very very well said. ⁓ and gentlemen, don't don't be ashamed of it. ⁓ we've had we've had plenty of guys reach out to the Beans and Weenie show. ⁓ mainly Scooter. They reach out to Scooter. I don't I don't check my emails. I just get bored. That's true. I don't check my emails, but ⁓ they reach out to us and they talk to us. And we we never talk about it on air, obviously. ⁓ we never give names. We never If not a part of the club. You don't have the right set of chromosomes to be in this club unless you are a part of this club and then you've got both of the right chromosomes and that's the way it works. Ladies, you good? ⁓ I'm sorry. Okay. I'm I'm out of I'm out of Wow. I don't know if I should top this off or what. Yeah, go ahead. I should top it off. Top it off. All right. ⁓ But no, June is mental men's mental health awareness and and I'm sick of it being overshadowed ⁓ overshadowed with overshadowed. Overshad. That I like that. Yeah, overshadowed with with this made up stuff. I mean it really truly it's made up. It's it's not needed. Do we have National Straight Month? For for men and women, couples that are are straight. You got eleven months where you get to celebrate being heterothetic. No, we don't rub it in anybody's face. We just live our life. We don't expect anything. We don't want people to respect us. We just do our own thing. I don't think you could do that. ⁓ we're in trouble. ⁓ sorry. So ⁓ no, these are just made up holidays. They're made up holidays ⁓ to to give them some attention, you know, pat ⁓ on the head. Good boy. Who's who's a good or I girl or whatever you want? Who's a good non-binary? And in the meantime, real people that need to be be celebrated, real holidays that need to be honored and shared are just blown off. Pretty much. It's ridiculous. Come on. Yep. Now we got de Grey Area in here now. De Grey Area was a sergeant, I believe De Grey, you got it, you gotta help me out here, United States Army. God bless you. And then we got ⁓ Miss Dixie over there Semper Fi. ⁓ and we got a lot of military. There you go. But you know what's coming up on the ⁓ fourteenth of June, just just out of curiosity. Well, before Donald Trump held his rally here in Tulsa, I thought it was just another day. Well, no, we got flag day. It's flag day. I don't know where the it's it's it's lost between Juneteenth and No no, no, no, no, no. And and BLM Day. Do not get me started on this because here's a problem. You're celebrating. The gray area was E five, baby. Sergeant. Whatever. Nice. Nice. I'm sorry, wrong one. What's wrong with him? Stop it. E five's decent. That's okay. Come on. O two. Sorry, dude. That was ⁓ I was an F U. It was bad idea. Yes, you were. Bad idea. No. I love you, De Grey, and I'm glad you're Join us to what you've done. Showed up for a minute and now he's gone. Dad gummit. He must have hemorrhoids or something. He's gonna That was what his latest video was. Good. No, it's we're we're not doing the Well, somebody gotta show him Hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids. That's not what you want to talk about, but I'm gonna show you. ⁓ Hellcat says I was a detention officer for a jail, but no one cares about corrections or detention. You're right. Nope. You're right. Same with me being a nine one one dispatcher. Nobody cares. Nobody Yeah, I mean there's a lot of people that do not get it. But anyway, men's mental health month. Yes. You gotta check in with the guys. Because here's the thing the guys also play a part in society, in making things run. Right. You know, we raise up all these wonderful people who do fantastic things in the world. Women rising to the top, breaking the glass ceiling. God bless you, you guys are fantastic. And but everybody, you know, man, you're supposed to do that crap. Just get out there and do it. Just just get it done. Just that's it. Just do it. Well, I'm just how many Stop looking for accolades. Yeah. Don't ask for appreciation. I mean, you realize just some stats real quick. Okay. You realize one in five men, one in five. One in five. Experience a mental illness each year. ⁓ wow. Men are less likely to seek mental health treatment than women, often due to that stigma, the social expectations or the reluctance to discuss ⁓ emotional struggles. They guys just don't do that. We can't. We're the we're the breadwinner. Yeah. Beat chas me man, you woman. Eat meat. Well, meat's good for you. But did you know men? Men account for roughly seventy nine, eighty percent of all suicide deaths in the United States. That is true. That is accurate. And and there's a an alarming statistic for veterans. ⁓ yeah, that's what thousands thousand what hundreds a day? Is that what no no what is it? Twenty two a day. Twenty two a day. Twenty two a day. Yeah, I guess not hundreds. That'd be crazy. Mostly men. listen, we we've gotta focus on on this guys. It's okay. In twenty twenty three the male suicide rate was twenty two per ⁓ twenty two point eight per one hundred thousand. That's four times higher than the female rate of five point nine per one hundred thousand. Yep. It's legit, ladies. If you see him struggling, help him. If you see he needs help, help him. Well now, see that gets into a gray area because What kind of help do we want to be told what we're doing wrong? You don't have to No, no, no. You don't have to make it obvious. Okay. You don't have to say, Hey, it looks like you're struggling, pussy. Let me help you out. A lot of people don't understand how to help. Because a lot of time you get that help where it comes in, you just need to suck it up. You need to pull yourself up by your bootstrap. How about you just out of the blue give ⁓ a back rub? How about out of the blue? Yeah. ⁓ Or or swallow. ⁓ how about out of the blue you just ask him how he's doing, shut everything off, give him some attention. And listen. That's the next step. Yeah. Provide the commentary or the ways to I mean men get you know what? We get the rap as when a woman comes to us with a problem, they say, You know what? I just can't do this because I don't like these people and I can't and we come up with a solution to fix the problem. That doesn't work all. Sometimes you just need to shut up. And don't judge ⁓ And listen and yeah. Don't judge ⁓ for what they tell you. Do not ridicule them. Do not laugh at them. Do not answer them. Just let them talk. You listen. Yep. That that's it. Bingo. Mrs. Spanky has no problem. she'll wait till we're alone, bedtime, ⁓ usually, or or when the kids are off. But she'll know. ⁓ okay. She goes, What are you thinking, babe? Just ask me. So it's amazing because you feel a connection instantly. You feel like, okay, she does care. No? Okay, this is cool. That works. Miss Banky, I I'm in love with you already. I mean, but I've known you forever. Yeah, I was gonna say, yeah. You're in the friend zone, baby. You're in the friend zone. Yeah. Woohoo! More than forty nine thousand Americans died by suicide in twenty twenty three. That made it the leading cause of death in the US. Wait a minute. Wait wait a minute. I thought gun violence. I thought suicide by cop or or gun violence by cop was number one. No. No. No. Wow. Men are more likely to show mental health struggles through anger or irritability, aggression, risk taking behavior, alcohol or substance abuse, withdrawal from family and friends, physical symptoms such as headaches or digestive issues. Ladies, ⁓ and and and guys, listen, if you got a best friend, you got a you got a buddy you hang out with, and you know he's he's off a little bit, he's he's a little different, he's a little weird, ask him. I tried that, but you shut me down. Shut up. Just ask him. And you don't know, Jelly. I'm sorry, I'm I'm answering the chats while you ⁓ okay. ⁓ You came you came armed for this. I am excited, dude. ⁓ this is awesome. I I'm just saying it's important to me because of of the coma I went through, the loss of my leg. You wanna talk about somebody that struggled with mental health. You wanna talk about somebody that struggled with suicide ⁓ ending thoughts. that was me. T you know what? When you said we had a conversation shortly after that. Yeah. And and you're like I'm done. Yeah. I just can't do this. Yeah, I wanted to check out. I don't know what to do 'cause I don't have a leg and I can't work and I can't do it's never gonna get better. Yeah. Anyway. Yeah. And and you, Mrs. Spanky, I I'm telling you, it it's it's different to have some a support system. It really is. It it's all the difference in the world. ⁓ if if it wasn't for Mrs. Spanky, I truly don't think I'd sit here be doing the show right now. I think I really don't. Yeah. ⁓ God bless you, Banky. We're we're we're taught we as a men, I mean, we're taught that tough it out, rub some dirt on it, grow some balls, stay quiet, carry everything. Statistics show that staying silent can come at a devastating cost, guys. Seeking ⁓ seeking help isn't a weakness. It's I I look at it as maintenance. Just like fixing a a broken engine, a part on the engine, the starter. Gotta change that all Yeah. You gotta fix it before it blows up and makes it worse. There you go. Don't wanna throw a rod because you can't get that rod back. I'm just saying. No, you're right. I mean you're you're right. That's how we gotta start looking at it, guys. And and it's and it's guy and guy, too. I mean guy on guy? No guy, no stop it. That sounds hot. No, stop it. Slightly over in Rumble watching it. I slightly ⁓ it's it's not a bother for you to say, yo buddy, what's up, man? Take him for that drink. Or say, hey, what's what's going on? Or go fishing. Yeah. Take him out on the boat if you got a b I mean, just ask ⁓ You know your friend better than anybody. Yeah. Take him to the train station. So what the f what do we have? Ducks? What is going on? Do we have ducks in the studio? What's my that's that's my baby. you go ahead. Come up, take it. Well, good, because here here's the deal. Here's something we don't talk about enough. Hey, beautiful. Men are told to be tough. Shut your mic off, you freak. Men are told to be tough. Well, let me let you go. I love ya. Junior. He always calls at the wrong time. He's probably like, ⁓ screw your show. Screw your show. He knows that's not true. Okay. It's not true. Okay. Up in Chicago, having a good day into Windy City. Hopefully. Windy City. About ready to lose the Bears, but nonetheless, I don't know what else is going to be in Chicago. I don't think either I don't think they care about Windy. I don't think they care about the Bears. Men are told I I don't want to call this a rant. Trout on a boat. I love you, Jelly. I don't want to call this a rant. Just go ahead and rant. Okay, fine. All right, fine. Men, listen, men. Go ahead and ⁓ rant. Okay. No, don't worry about We're told to suck it up, to just keep moving, to carry the weight of the world on our shoulders, and never let anyone see you struggle. Don't you dare cry, don't shed a tear, don't complain, don't whine, don't bellyache. Meanwhile, men make up, again, 80% of suicide deaths in America. The guy making everyone laugh, Robin Williams, suicide. The dad working overtime. The husband who says, I'm fine. The friends who never ask for help. Sometimes they're carrying battles you don't see. They've got things in their head that are going 100 miles an hour, man. And you want to bitch because they're quiet. They don't want to do anything. They're lazy. They don't want to go out. They don't want to do anything. They just sit there. They're quiet. Strength isn't pretending everything is okay, guys, when it's not. Strength is. Is having the courage to say, you know what, I'm struggling. Strength is reaching out before the darkness convinces you that nobody cares, buddy. Go ahead, do it. If you're hurting guys, talk to someone. I don't care who it is. If it's the clerk at the gas station, if it's the guy you met at the slushy machine, if it's if it's the minister, the pastor, the cat the the priest, if it's it's whoever it is, find somebody that you can talk to. If your buddy seems off, check on him. Your husband seems off, grab his hands and talk to him. If your dad, brother, son, or friend is is fighting a silent battle, remind him he doesn't have to fight alone. Because guess what? Men, we do cry. Real men do cry. Real men struggle. Real men ask for help. And by God, real men deserve to be heard. Now you may not know that June is mental health ⁓ month for men because of all these other silly holidays that are going on and all these other d weird ass things we gotta celebrate. But this is a conversation that can save a life, guys. This is a phone call that can save a dad, a husband. I mean a simple how are you doing can save a life. This means mental health month. Let's stop treating mental health like a weakness or or or disease or or something you don't want to be bothered with. It's a pain. ⁓ start treating it like what it is. It's a real human issue. You don't know who's hanging on by a thread, and you don't know if those five words are gonna pull him out of that rut. You don't know if that rope he's got hanging is going to be used or that weapon is loaded that he's gonna use, or that razor blade in the bathtub that he's just waiting to go at. You don't know. How are you doing? Easy five words. Be kind. Let's check on the guys. And remember, being strong doesn't mean carrying everything alone. It means knowing when to let someone help carry the load, guys. Scooter and I are here for you.
