The Georgia election interference case against Donald Trump and his allies will carry on, but under a new prosecutor. Pete Skandalakis, the head of the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia, assigned himself to the case on November 14, 2025, after the original prosecutor, Fani Willis, was disqualified.
