- 0:03Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:06Epstein Chronicles. One of the latest controversies to Royal through
- 0:11the world of Epstein has to do with the DOJ
- 0:15and the files that were missing from the trench of
- 0:18documents released in the Epstein Files dump. And according to
- 0:24The Wall Street Journal and CBS, forty seven thousand, six
- 0:29hundred and thirty five files appear to be missing from
- 0:31the tranch. And now, of course the DOJ says it
- 0:36was all just a big mistake and they had to
- 0:39be pulled down because you know, some of the files
- 0:42contain fake or false material. That was their excuse. However,
- 0:47that is not something that's carved out in the law.
- 0:52That's not one of the reasons that they should be
- 0:54holding files back. The only reason they should be holding
- 0:58files back is for an ongoing investigation or to save
- 1:03the privacy of one of the victims or survivors who
- 1:07are named in the documents. Besides that, we should be
- 1:10getting it all. And of course, now that they've been
- 1:13called out, the reason that they give us for pulling
- 1:16these files down is for further review, and they say
- 1:21that they should be ready for reproduction by the end
- 1:23of this week, and I know it's just a coincidence
- 1:26that a lot of those documents have to do with
- 1:29President Trump. Today's article is from the Delhi Mail and
- 1:33the headline US to release nearly fifty thousand more Jeffrey
- 1:37Epstein files that may contain missing Trump claims. This article
- 1:42was authored by Sabrina Penty. Up to nearly fifty thousand
- 1:48more files linked to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein will be
- 1:51released later this week and are believed to contain unverified
- 1:55claims about President Donald Trump. Don't they understand how bad
- 1:59the optic are for them when they do this, especially
- 2:03when they're holding back files that have to do with
- 2:05Trump and considering all the controversy, you would think that
- 2:08they'd be transparent. Hey, look these documents they contained President
- 2:13Trump's name. But here's why we chased them down. We
- 2:17investigated this and nothing came from it. Why is that
- 2:21so difficult to do unless, of course, you never investigated
- 2:25and you never even bothered to look into the claims,
- 2:28and now you're just saying that they're bunk. See that's
- 2:31the big problem for the DOJ, right They have a
- 2:34big credibility problem, and nobody believes anything they say, on
- 2:37its face, you need to show us the work. The
- 2:41files which were mentioned in the Trench released in January
- 2:45were withheld by the US Department of Justice, with Deputy
- 2:48Attorney General Todd Blanche insisting they were withheld to protect survivors.
- 2:53Todd Blanche is a liar, okay, and he should have
- 2:57to pay the penalty for the bullshitt he's up to
- 3:00right now, because he's the point man, right He's the
- 3:04one making these decisions, him and Pam Bondi. Of course,
- 3:07Donald Trump is the boss, so the buck stops with him,
- 3:11but the actual decision making on the ground is being
- 3:14done by Bondi and Todd Blanche, and both of them
- 3:18should be held accountable, but they won't be. And that's
- 3:21because Donald Trump's just gonna pardon all these people before
- 3:24he leaves office. You know, one of those blanket pardons
- 3:28like Biden gave to Fauci and the rest of them.
- 3:31We're gonna see that same thing. And that's the way
- 3:33it's going to be moving forward. All these elected officials,
- 3:36these bureaucrats, they're never gonna be held accountable because whoever
- 3:40the president is is just gonna pardon them. So that
- 3:45means the people you and I continue to get fucked
- 3:48and there's no mechanism to stop these people when they
- 3:52go off the rails. But in a perfect world, a
- 3:54guy like Todd Blanche would have to answer serious questions
- 3:58when he leaves office, starting with what's up with Glenn Maxwell?
- 4:03Because that whole entire thing stinks to high heaven. The
- 4:09documents are believed to contain unverified claims about the president,
- 4:13including FBI notes from twenty nineteen interviews with a woman
- 4:17who made allegations against both Epstein and Trump. Look, the
- 4:21American people deserve to see it. We're not talking about
- 4:25a normal guy, right John Blow from down the block,
- 4:29who is a plumber. That man has a right to privacy.
- 4:34He has a right to not have anybody dig into
- 4:36his life. Donald Trump, on the other hand, well, you
- 4:40chose to be a public figure. You chose to be
- 4:42the president, so you chose to have your life picked apart.
- 4:46And the American people, we demand transparency. It comes after
- 4:51a Wall Street Journal in CBS analysis found that forty
- 4:54seven thousand, six hundred and thirty five files appeared to
- 4:58be missing from the tranch of documents to comply with
- 5:01the Epstein files Transparency Act just an oversight. We had
- 5:06to go through these and make sure they were cool act.
- 5:10To coincidence that they all had Donald Trump's name on them.
- 5:13That had nothing to do with our decision, nothing to
- 5:15do with it whatsoever. Yo, they really think you're stupid,
- 5:20That's what it comes down to. They think you're stupid
- 5:23as hell and that you're just gonna buy whatever they're
- 5:25pitching you. The Department said they had been taken offline
- 5:29for a further review and should be ready for reproduction
- 5:32by the end of the week. Officials previously stated some
- 5:36files contain fake or false material that were sent to
- 5:39the FBI by the public and may contain untrue and
- 5:42sensationalist claims against President Trump. What about everybody else, doesn't
- 5:49matter if they have sensationalist claims against them. Huh. Just
- 5:52got to make sure that Donald Trump is taken care of,
- 5:57make sure the Boss isn't brought up. I mean, could
- 6:01the cover up be any more transparent? And you don't
- 6:05have to believe that Donald Trump was engaging in abusing
- 6:08people with Jeffrey Epstein to believe that there's a cover
- 6:11up happening right now. The two aren't mutually exclusive. Donald
- 6:18Trump could be covering this up because he doesn't want
- 6:20to be embarrassed or his friends to be embarrassed, So
- 6:23he has many motivations to keep this stuff on lock.
- 6:28And it's not just about him and any kind of
- 6:30criminality that might have happened with Epstein. It's about the donors,
- 6:33the people around them, and the real movers and shakers
- 6:37that are the decision makers behind the scenes. Those are
- 6:41the people that he's trying to protect. And I don't
- 6:44even think there's any debate about that. Now. We can
- 6:47talk about the other allegations made against them, and if
- 6:50there's any merit to them, that's certainly a discussion that
- 6:52needs to be had. But what I'm talking about is
- 6:55right here, right now. I don't think there's any doubt
- 6:59that this deal Jay, led by Bondi and Blanche and
- 7:02directed by Trump, has engaged in a cover up, and
- 7:06I think if there was a real investigation into it,
- 7:09there would be zero doubt. Files that art still public
- 7:12contained a twenty twenty five memo in which federal officials
- 7:15wrote that the woman had said that Epstein introduced her
- 7:19to Trump and that she claimed the now US President
- 7:22had assaulted her in a violent encounter when she was
- 7:25a minor in nineteen eighty three. Trump has denied the
- 7:28allegations made against them, and there was no assessment by
- 7:32the FBI about the credibility of her accusation. And that's
- 7:36the biggest problem. You can't just ignore shit. You have
- 7:39to actually investigate, even if it's bunk. And you know why,
- 7:45because a lot of this stuff seems bunk on its face,
- 7:48but once you get into it, you're like, Okay, maybe
- 7:51there's something here, So you start digging and before you
- 7:54know it, there's a lot of there there. Does that
- 7:57mean that would be the case with Donald Trump and
- 7:59the allegations made against him? Of course not. But once again,
- 8:06all I'm calling for is an investigation. Is that too
- 8:09much for people to stomach? God forbid? And I find
- 8:14it crazy because if I was being accused of any
- 8:18of this, I'd want a full on investigation and I
- 8:21would be as transparent as you could possibly imagine. If
- 8:28you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to hide.
- 8:33Do the actions of this administration make it seem to
- 8:36you like they have nothing to hide. The woman was
- 8:40also deemed ineligible for the Epstein Victim compensation program, which
- 8:45paid settlements to more than one hundred and thirty Epstein victims.
- 8:49A Justice Department official said nothing has been deleted, but
- 8:53Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee investigating Epstein have
- 8:58criticized their redactions. It just looks bad. Even if there's
- 9:02nothing there, it looks bad. And optics is so important
- 9:06right now they still don't get it. They're using a
- 9:10chainsaw when they should be using a scalpel. A Justice
- 9:15Department official said nothing's been deleted, but Democratic members of
- 9:19the House Oversight Committee investigating Epstein have criticized the redactions.
- 9:23The DOJ last month said it was reviewing whether it
- 9:26wrongfully withheld documents in the Epstein files containing allegations against Trump.
- 9:32Under the Epstein File Transparency Act, the DOJ is required
- 9:36to publicize most documents related to the case against Epstein
- 9:40and Glenn Maxwell. And have they done that, No, they haven't. Instead,
- 9:47they've played games, talk shit, and caused a scene when
- 9:50they've been called before Congress. And if you pay attention,
- 9:54it's the same stuff Carolyn Levitt does during the press conferences.
- 10:00But it was on steroids. When it comes to BONDI, right,
- 10:02she had like a hit list the whole thing. It
- 10:05was embarrassing, It was disgusting, and it showed just how
- 10:09unserious they are when it comes to this topic. Imagine
- 10:12if they put half the effort into Ashley being transparent
- 10:16as they are into covering this up. The Department is
- 10:22only permitted to withhole files under the Act if their
- 10:26duplicates fall under attorney client privilege, could hurt an ongoing investigation,
- 10:31or are completely unrelated to the Epstein and Maxwell cases.
- 10:36Sure doesn't seem like these forty seven thousand fit into
- 10:39that category or those categories, does it. The law specifically
- 10:43prohibits the Department from withholding or redacting files because they
- 10:47could be embarrassing to public officials. Before releasing the TRANCHI
- 10:51of files in January, the Department of Justice deployed hundreds
- 10:55of attorneys to review the documents, giving them instructions on
- 10:59how to redact and determine whether the files needed to
- 11:02be released under the law. According to the WSJ, what
- 11:06were they doing? All we heard about was all these
- 11:09attorneys were working the weekends, God forbid, and then they
- 11:15come up with this nonsense. Oh well, we have to
- 11:17pull these down. Psych Let's take another look at him.
- 11:21Who's buying that? Nobody's buying it. You took him down
- 11:25because they were damaging to you, and it was destroying
- 11:28the narrative that you were trying to pitch. That's what
- 11:30you did, so save the BS. The reviewers, many of
- 11:35whom were not familiar with the Epstein case, were then
- 11:38expected to flag any government official and politically exposed person
- 11:42named or referenced in the release material. But blind leading
- 11:47the ignorant. That's what we had. That's what we still have,
- 11:50and unfortunately it doesn't seem like it's going to change
- 11:54any time soon. Should any document be found to have
- 11:58been improperly tagged in the review process and in responsive
- 12:02to the Act, the Department will of course publish it
- 12:05consistent with the law, a spokeswoman for the department said
- 12:08in a statement. Deputy Attorney General Blanche, who has overseen
- 12:13the release of the files, has previously insisted the Department
- 12:16complied with the law and has not withheld documents or
- 12:19adacted information because it could prove embarrassing for Trump or
- 12:23other public figures. This guy is such a BS artist.
- 12:27Good lord, this guy has done nothing but pitch fairy tales.
- 12:31This whole entire time, I can assure you that we
- 12:37complied with the statute and that we did not protect
- 12:39President Trump, he said at a news conference on January thirtieth.
- 12:44We didn't protect or not protect anybody, or review of
- 12:47the documents showed. The Department of Justice released an FBI
- 12:50summary of the woman's first FBI interview on July twenty fourth,
- 12:55twenty nineteen, in which he detailed the assault she faced
- 12:59from the finance here on Hilton Head Island, beginning when
- 13:02she was around thirteen in nineteen eighties. The summary of
- 13:06the interview, which came shortly after Epstein was arrested on
- 13:09federal sex trafficking charges, does not mention allegations against Trump.
- 13:14And look again, just to be clear, I'm not saying
- 13:16that Trump's guilty of what she's accusing him of. I
- 13:19don't know. What I am saying is that the administration
- 13:23as a whole, led by Trump, is guilty of a
- 13:26cover up. That is what I'm claiming. Okay, so let's
- 13:30just be clear. But the FBI apparently determined the woman's
- 13:35initial allegation against Trump were significant enough that the agents
- 13:39followed up with her for three more interviews. On August seventh,
- 13:43twenty nineteen, August twentieth, twenty nineteen, and October sixteenth, twenty nineteen.
- 13:50Notes from all four FBI interviews with the woman were
- 13:53included on a list of material provided to Maxwell's defense
- 13:57attorneys in twenty twenty one, were described as non testifying
- 14:01witness material, according to another file in the release. A
- 14:06source familiar with the investigation also told NBC News that
- 14:10the survivor is the same person who made an additional
- 14:14allegation that she was forced into a sex act with
- 14:17Trump when she was about thirteen or fourteen years old
- 14:20in New Jersey. Now, look, even if that's embarrassing, and
- 14:24I'm sure it is for Donald Trump, it has to
- 14:27be released. The law states that that has to be released.
- 14:31I mean, it's pretty clear. There's no carve outs for that.
- 14:35The accusation was summarized in a document prepared by the
- 14:39FBI last summer and a presentation on the prominent names
- 14:42mentioned in the Epstein and Maxwell cases. The FBI, though,
- 14:47has said that most of the claims were either deemed
- 14:49not credible or made by people who provided no contact information.
- 14:54At around the same time that she came forward with
- 14:56these allegations, the woman joined a civil lawsuit against Epstein
- 15:00the state, claiming he sexually abused her around nineteen eighty four.
- 15:05The sue claimed Epstein flew to New York and traffickedor
- 15:08to prominent wealthy men. However, she was deemed ineligible for
- 15:13the Epstein Victims compensation program, and her suit was voluntarily
- 15:17dismissed in twenty twenty one. The Journal reports, So, if
- 15:21you're Donald Trump, why do you want that hidden? Couldn't
- 15:25you just point to that and say, look, this was dismissed.
- 15:29This has nothing to do with me. I was being
- 15:32unfairly targeted. Doesn't that go to your claim and help
- 15:35prove it? But why are you trying to hide it?
- 15:37Why are you trying to sanitize the information that's coming
- 15:42out that shouldn't be sanitized. It's a bad look. And
- 15:46I'll tell you what. Whoever is advising the president should
- 15:49be fired. President Trump has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing and
- 15:55has said that his friendship with Epstein ended before he
- 15:58pleaded guilty to brok here a minor for prostitution in
- 16:01two thousand and eight. By the time Epstein was arrested
- 16:05again in twenty nineteen, Trump said that he hadn't talked
- 16:08to him in about fifteen years. Seems like another lie,
- 16:11but okay. Ahead of the release of the new set
- 16:14of files, a White House spokesperson said, just as President
- 16:18Trump has said he's been totally exonerated on anything relating
- 16:22to Epstein, well that's not true unless you think that
- 16:27Bill Clinton can exonerate people who were in Jeffrey Epstein's circle.
- 16:33And if you think that, you should probably find a
- 16:36different topic to talk about, because nobody's been exonerated, not
- 16:41Bill Clinton, not Donald Trump, not anybody that was around.
- 16:45You want to be exonerated, sit down with the FBI,
- 16:49sit down with investigators, and spill the beans. But until
- 16:52that occurs, I don't want to hear anything about anyone
- 16:56being exonerated. All right, folks, that's going to do it
- 16:59for this one. And just as the heads up, we're
- 17:02going to finish off the Mark Epstein interview with the
- 17:05OIG investigators today and then starting tomorrow, we're going to
- 17:10be taking a look at the Tovin Nowel deposition that
- 17:13was given in the wake of Jeffrey Epstein's death. As
- 17:17we continue to explore the circumstances surrounding the night of
- 17:21Jeffrey Epstein's death, because there's a lot there and with
- 17:25all the depositions that I have my hands on now,
- 17:28it's really offering a lot more context. So over the
- 17:31coming weeks, we're going to continue to eat that elephant,
- 17:34one bite at a time. All right, folks. All the
- 17:38information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 17:42the description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another
- 17:45episode of the Epstein Chronicles. Over the holiday weekend, we
- 17:49learned that the FBI and DOJ had found over one
- 17:53million Epstein related documents that they say they didn't even
- 17:58know existed. Of course, the process has to begin for
- 18:02all of those documents to be redacted and gone through
- 18:05and filtered and then approved for release. And with them
- 18:09missing the deadline, this only increases the pressure on the
- 18:12DOJ and the FBI and the Trump administration to get
- 18:17all these documents out. But at this point, does anyone
- 18:20even trust them if they say that it's all the documents,
- 18:23considering what we've been through for the last what seven
- 18:26eight months since this whole entire thing exploded once again,
- 18:30and what have they done? Absolutely nothing. They could have
- 18:35released all this information without there being this big ass
- 18:38congressional fight without creating more division. But no, instead of
- 18:42just letting the chips fall where they may and holding
- 18:44whoever is responsible responsible, we have to play these dumb
- 18:49ass games. And you know what they say about dumb
- 18:51ass games, right, You play dumb ass games, you win
- 18:55dumbass prizes, And the DOJ is certainly online for one
- 18:59of those, and real talk. The announcement that the FBI
- 19:03is somehow found over a million additional Epstein related documents
- 19:06would be shocking if it weren't so perfectly predictable. This
- 19:11is the bureaucratic equivalent of discovering a dead body in
- 19:13your house you claim was empty after you sold it.
- 19:17Nobody with a functioning frontal lobe believes this was an
- 19:19honest oversight or a clerical mishap. It was a choice
- 19:23made deliberately, repeatedly, and made with complete contempt for the public.
- 19:29The only surprising thing is that they're still bothering pretending
- 19:32that these revelations are accidental. The theater is so tired
- 19:36that even the liars sound board delivering the lines. At
- 19:40this point, the FBI's credibility on Epstein is not damaged.
- 19:43It's non existent. You can erode something that's already been vaporized,
- 19:49and yet they keep talking as if words still matter.
- 19:53Not for me. The real insult is not the number
- 19:55of documents, but the assumption that anyone still trusts the
- 19:58institution announcing them. Trust is earned through accountability, not press releases,
- 20:03and the FBI has offered none. Every new disclosure is
- 20:07framed as transparency while functioning as delay, And of course
- 20:12delay is not neutral here, it's the entire strategy. As
- 20:17you know. Delay exhausts public attention, dulls outrage, and by
- 20:20his time for memories to fade. We're not talking about
- 20:24incompetence here. That's just masquerading as chaos. Instead, it's control
- 20:29masquerading as process. They know that outrage has a half life,
- 20:33and they manage it like inventory. Give the public just
- 20:37enough to stop the bleeding, never enough to heal the wound,
- 20:40then act defended when people notice the pattern. The Epstein
- 20:44Transparency Law was supposed to end this nonsense, at least
- 20:47on paper. Congress passed it, the President signed it, and
- 20:50the public was told this would finally force disclosure. Instead,
- 20:55the law has been treated like a polite suggestion slipped
- 20:58under a locked door. The FBI and have ignored it
- 21:01with open arrogance, daring anyone to stop them. And here's
- 21:05the punchline, no one can. There's no enforcement mechanism with teeth,
- 21:09no trigger clause, no automatic penalties for non compliance. The
- 21:14law relies entirely on the good faith of institutions that
- 21:17have demonstrated none. My friends, that's not a safeguard. It's
- 21:22wishful thinking. And this failure when it comes to teeth
- 21:27in the law begins and ends with Congress, which once
- 21:30again confused performance with power. Lawmakers love passing laws that
- 21:35sound strong while ensuring that they are functionally toothless. That
- 21:39allows them to campaign on outrage while avoiding confrontation with
- 21:42the agencies that actually will power. Writing a law without
- 21:46enforcement is legislative malpractice. It signals to the executive agencies
- 21:51that compliance is optional, It tells the public that accountability
- 21:55is conditional, and it creates exactly the environment we're now in.
- 22:01Congress huffs, the agencies ignore them, and everyone pretends that
- 22:05this is governance. A properly written transparency law would have
- 22:09included a trigger clause with real consequence, miss a deadline,
- 22:12and subpoenas automatically issue obstruct compliance and criminal referrals follow.
- 22:19Destroyer concealed documents, and prison time becomes a real possibility.
- 22:24That is how laws restrain power, not by politely asking
- 22:27institutions to behave Instead, Congress handed the FBI a suggestion
- 22:32wrapped in moral language and hope shame would do the rest.
- 22:36Shame only works on people, though, who feel it, and
- 22:39as the Epstein case is proven beyond a doubt, these
- 22:42institutions do not. They feel protected because they are, and
- 22:48this is why new revelations feel like insults rather than progress.
- 22:52The FBI is not uncovering new information, They're rationing old information.
- 22:57They're releasing sacs the way a casino releases oxygen onto
- 23:01the gaming floor, just an extra little boost to keep
- 23:04people awake, but never enough though, to make them leave.
- 23:07Every single document dump is framed as a breakthrough while
- 23:10ensuring nothing fundamental changes, no charges, no consequences, no admissions
- 23:15of wrongdoing, just another press cycle, another headline, another week
- 23:20burned off the clock. Transparency delayed is transparency denied, and
- 23:25I'll keep saying it. And while we're at it, the
- 23:27phrase we recently discovered has become a punchline. These documents
- 23:31didn't wander off and hide behind the filing cabinet at
- 23:34a shyness. They were cataloged, indexed, and deliberately buried. Anyone
- 23:39who believes otherwise is being insulted. In real time, the
- 23:42FBI is staffed by professionals, at least we think so,
- 23:46who know how to track paperwork, especially paperwork tied to
- 23:49a case of this magnitude. Pretending these files were misplaced
- 23:54is not just dishonest, it's insulting. It assumes the public
- 23:58is too stupid to understand how institution utions actually function.
- 24:01That assumption has guided this entire saga. And what makes
- 24:05this worse is the complete absence of consequence for the behavior.
- 24:09No one gets fired, no one gets charged, No one
- 24:11even gets properly questioned. Under oath, everything is under review, eternally,
- 24:17pending forever unresolved. The bureaucracy absorbs blame the way a
- 24:22sponge absorbs water and then squeezes nothing back out. Individual
- 24:27accountability disappears into institutional language. Mistakes were made floats through
- 24:32the air like a tranquilizer dart. Meanwhile, the people responsible retire,
- 24:37get promoted or vanish into consulting gigs. The system protects
- 24:42itself with mechanical precision. And you know this pattern is
- 24:46not unique to Epstein, but Epstein exposes it in high definition.
- 24:50When the stakes involve powerful people, accountability evaporates when the
- 24:54victims are marginalized. Delay becomes policy. The system's not broken.
- 24:59It functioning exactly as designed. It prioritizes institutional survival over truth.
- 25:07It treats public outrage as a resource to be managed,
- 25:10not a warning to be heated, and it assumes time
- 25:14will do what justice will not. Unfortunately for them, time
- 25:18has only sharp in public awareness. In this case. People
- 25:21are no longer confused. They're angry, and the idea that
- 25:25this is all theater is not cynical. It's accurate. Theatre
- 25:29requires a stage, props and an audience willing to suspend disbelief.
- 25:34Congress provides the speeches, the FBI provides the selective disclosures,
- 25:38and the DOJ provides the solemn tone. The audience is
- 25:42expected to applaud incremental progress while ignoring the absence of outcomes.
- 25:48But the script never changes, and the ending never arrives.
- 25:51Every act ends with promises of more transparency later. Later
- 25:56never comes because later is not the point. The point
- 25:59is survival through exhaustion. The Epstein Transparency Law was supposed
- 26:05to change that dynamic, but it failed because it was
- 26:08written by people unwilling to truly fight. A law without
- 26:11enforcement is a press release masquerading as reform. It allows
- 26:16lawmakers to claim victory while ensuring nothing actually happens. It
- 26:20protects agencies from consequences while pretending to restrain them. This
- 26:25is how accountability dies, not loudly, but administratively. The paperwork
- 26:31is immaculate, the intent is praised, and the results non existent. Meanwhile,
- 26:36the public is told to be patient once again. But
- 26:39the problem is patience has become the enemy of justice
- 26:42in this country. Every demand of accountability is met with
- 26:46calls for calm. Every criticism is reframed as cynicism. Every
- 26:51refusal to comply is defended as procedure. This is how
- 26:54power avoids scrutiny while appearing respectable. The Epstein case strips
- 26:59away the illusion because the evidence of delay is overwhelming.
- 27:04You can't find a million documents by accident. You can't
- 27:07ignore the federal law by mistake. These are choices, and
- 27:11choices demand consequences. This is why the only serious solution
- 27:16left is the appointment of a truly independent special prosecutor,
- 27:20not a figurehead, not a political compromise, not someone who
- 27:23needs permission to breathe. This prosecutor must have full subpoena power,
- 27:28and more importantly, the power to charge without charging authority
- 27:32investigations or just documentaries. The FBI and DOJ can't be
- 27:37trusted to investigate themselves on this matter. Their a conflict
- 27:41of interest is structural, not hypothetical. Expecting them to police
- 27:45their own conduct is an insult to basic logic. A
- 27:50real special prosecutor would change the incentives overnight. Suddenly obstruction
- 27:54would carry a risk. Suddenly delays would have consequences. Suddenly
- 27:59lying the Congress would matter again. That is precisely why
- 28:03such an appointment is resisted. Accountability is terrifying to institutions
- 28:08that have never faced it. They prefer commissions, task force,
- 28:11and internal reviews because none of those threatened careers a
- 28:15prosecutor does. That is why this must become a central demand,
- 28:19not a side suggestion. The American people have been conditioned
- 28:23to accept half measures as victories. We're told to celebrate
- 28:27transparency while being denied access. We're told to trust institutions
- 28:31that refuse to earn trust. We're told that outrage is unproductive,
- 28:36while corruption flourishes. This psychological manipulation, like I always tell you,
- 28:41relies on fatigue. If they wear people down long enough,
- 28:46they're going to stop demanding answers. But Epstein is different
- 28:49because the pattern is too obvious to ignore. The gas
- 28:52lighting is too clumsy, the delays to blatant, and the
- 28:56excuses to recycled. Every time the FBI or the DOJ
- 29:01ignores the transparency law, they're not just breaking faith with Congress,
- 29:05they're breaking faith with the public. They're telling working people
- 29:08that laws apply selectively. They're signaling that power insulates itself
- 29:13from consequence. That message is corrosive to the republic. It
- 29:18teaches cynicism as survival, It rewards disengagement, and it leaves
- 29:23a vacuum where trust used to be. And the real
- 29:25damage here is not just institutional, it's societal. When people
- 29:30stop believing accountability is possible, they stop believing participation matters.
- 29:34And that is how systems brought from the inside. The
- 29:37Epstein case has become a master class and how not
- 29:41the govern It shows what happens when oversight lacks teeth
- 29:44and power lacks fear. It demonstrates how bureaucracy can smother
- 29:48justice without ever raising its voice, and it proves that
- 29:52transparency without enforcement is a lie. With better branding, and
- 29:59hopefully at some point point the public stops accepting this choreography.
- 30:04Outrage can't remain episodic, demands cannot remain abstract. The call
- 30:10for a special prosecutor must be loud, specific, and relentless. Again,
- 30:15this is not about revenge or spectacle. It's about restoring
- 30:18the basic idea that laws mean something. Institutions that refuse
- 30:22accountability should not be trusted with it. I don't think
- 30:26that's radical. I think it's common sense. Look enough half stepping,
- 30:31enough procedural theater, enough pretending this is complicated when it's
- 30:34simply corrupt. Either the system holds itself accountable, or it
- 30:38will be held accountable by the people it keeps lying to.
- 30:42The Epstein case has reached that inflection point. There's no
- 30:46credibility left to burn. The choice now is enforcement or
- 30:50a complete collapse of trust forever. So, in my opinion,
- 30:54this ends in one of two ways, and neither option
- 30:57is comfortable for the people in charge. Either the country
- 31:00admits out loud that federal law enforcement can openly defy
- 31:03Congress with zero consequence, or someone finally drags this rot
- 31:07into sunlight with handcuffs attached. The Epstein files are no
- 31:12longer just about Epstein or even just about sex trafficking.
- 31:15They're about who actually runs this country and this world,
- 31:19and who the laws are written for. Every buried documents
- 31:23proof that accountability in America is conditional and selectively enforced.
- 31:28The FBI and DOJ are not confused, overwhelmed, or understaffed.
- 31:34They're insubordinate to the public and loyal only to power.
- 31:38If a million documents can surface without repercussions, then the
- 31:41rule of law is nothing more than decorative wallpaper. At
- 31:45that point, elections our pageantry. Transparency is costplay, and justice
- 31:50is a marketing slogan. So this is the line in
- 31:54the sand. Enforce the law with a real prosecutor who
- 31:57can charge criminals or stop attent. This system isn't rigged
- 32:01against the people it claims to serve. All of the
- 32:05information that goes with this episode can be found in
- 32:08the description box. What's up everyone, and Welcome back to
- 32:12the Epstein Chronicles. All of a sudden, on Capitol Hill,
- 32:16our congressmen and our senators. They seem like they care
- 32:20about what happened to Jeffrey Epstein's survivors. But is that
- 32:23really the case or are they just trying to score
- 32:26some more political points, because, folks, none of this stuff
- 32:29is new. All of this stuff has been out there
- 32:31for years and years and years and years. Now, all
- 32:34of a sudden, everybody on the hill is so worried
- 32:37about what's going on. It's almost like it's an election,
- 32:40you're or something. Then on Wednesday you have these buffoons
- 32:44acting like straight up morons inside of the esteemed halls
- 32:47of Congress. Thought it would be a good idea to
- 32:50bring up Jeffrey Epstein during a committee meeting about Hunter Biden.
- 32:55And the person who brought it up, which is hilarious
- 32:58if you ask me, is Jared Moscowitz. Now, Jared Moskowitz
- 33:03has no connection to Jeffrey Epstein, but the dude is
- 33:06a congressman from Florida. You know the place where Jeffrey
- 33:09Epstein molested all those little girls and got away with it. Yeah,
- 33:13that place. So maybe just maybe Jared Moscowitz, instead of
- 33:18making a mockery of what happened to the survivors and
- 33:20what Epstein was doing. Maybe this dude could ask for
- 33:23accountability in his own state. Maybe you should start there.
- 33:27And I don't think it's a good idea for mister
- 33:29Moskowitz to run around and try and use Epstein as
- 33:32a political cudgel to smack his political rivals with especially
- 33:37considering Virginia's credible allegations against George Mitchell and Bill Richardson.
- 33:43You know two guys that were big shots in the
- 33:45Democratic Party. One guy ran the Senate, the other guy
- 33:48was part of Clinton's White House, et cetera, et cetera.
- 33:51So is this really the road that somebody like Jared
- 33:54Moskowitz wants to go down. So here's my unsolicited advice
- 33:58to Jared Moskowitz. Stop being an idiot, buddy, all right,
- 34:01stop with a grand standing. Stop the stupidity. And since
- 34:04you're so interested in Epstein, now, I expect you to
- 34:07be part of any sort of committee that's going to
- 34:10be put together. If a committee is going to be
- 34:12put together, and if not, well you'll be hearing from me.
- 34:16Today's article is from Fox News and the headline Jeffrey
- 34:20Epstein FBI records targeted in Senate Judiciary probe after document dump,
- 34:26and that's laughable as well. You have Marshall Blackburn out
- 34:29here and these other Republicans acting like they care. Now,
- 34:32this isn't new. This is stuff that's been out there forever.
- 34:36All we have now are some receipts, But this is
- 34:39not new. These allegations have been out there. These survivors
- 34:43have done numerous interviews at this point talking about what happened.
- 34:48We've had excerpts from these depositions come out before, but
- 34:52now now the Judiciary Committee is gung ho to find
- 34:56out what happened. So believe me, it's not just Moskovitz
- 34:59that's playing pol takes here. It's certainly the other side
- 35:02of the aisle too. And the tragedy amongst all that
- 35:05is that with all the back and forth nonsense, nothing
- 35:07is going to get done, when in reality, everybody should
- 35:10be wanting to work together here, no matter your party affiliation,
- 35:13to out anybody who was involved with old scumbag Epstein.
- 35:17And if the two political tribes can agree on outing
- 35:20people like Jeffrey Epstein and people who were associating with them,
- 35:23then how in the hell are they ever going to
- 35:25get along to make the nation move forward, because if
- 35:28we can agree on scumbags like Epstein, then there's no hope.
- 35:33This article was authored by Michael Ruiz, Republicans on the
- 35:38Senate Judiciary Committee, which has congressional oversight of the FBI,
- 35:42pushing to subpoena the Bureau for all records pertaining to
- 35:46sex traffickers Jeffrey Epstein and Glen Maxwell, a day after
- 35:50federal court in New York finished unsealing more than two
- 35:53hundred files regarding the pair. While redacted portions of Jeffrey
- 35:57Epstein's flight logs and Glenn Maxwell's black Book have been
- 36:01released in various lawsuits, we need the complete and uneradacted
- 36:04versions from his estate and the FBI. Senator Marshall Blackburn,
- 36:09who has spearheaded the effort to blow the lid off
- 36:11secrecy surrounding Epstein's misdeeds, said in a statement Wednesday morning,
- 36:16I think that's giving her a bit of credit. No,
- 36:19she's spearheading it. She just started talking about it recently
- 36:22because of Hunter Biden. Come on, let's be honest here, okay,
- 36:26And for those of you who are new to the podcast, well,
- 36:29welcome to the party. I'm gonna call the balls and
- 36:32strikes like I see him, and I'm not going to
- 36:35get involved in any of that weird ass demagoguery that
- 36:38everybody seems to be involved in. This issue transcends politics,
- 36:42it transcends political parties, and it goes right to the
- 36:45heart of the matter. And the heart of the matter
- 36:47is this the so called elite, the people that you're
- 36:50all fighting over, Well, they don't really care about you
- 36:53too much, and they really don't care about your kids.
- 36:56And you can times that by about ten if you're poor.
- 36:59And it's just like some and he told Klodejeno in
- 37:01Bronx Tel, go and ask Mickey Mantle to pay your
- 37:05rent and see how that works out for you. It's
- 37:07the same with these politicians. They do not care about you.
- 37:10Oh they'll get up here and they'll say this, that
- 37:12or the other thing because they think it moves the needle.
- 37:14But these clowns have had how long to do something
- 37:17about Epstein, but yet nothing has ever been done. And
- 37:21I'm willing to bet that nothing comes of this either.
- 37:25Remember we're in an election year, so these officials, these politicians,
- 37:29they'll go to great lengths to tell you anything that
- 37:31they think you want to hear. Then, of course they'll
- 37:34just reneg on all of it. FBI agents rated properties,
- 37:37including Epstein's New York City mansion and Little Saint James,
- 37:41his private island in the US Virgin Islands, after his
- 37:44arrest in early twenty nineteen. His death in a federal
- 37:48jail cell was officially ruled a suicide, although his brother
- 37:51is among many Americans who have questioned that conclusion. And
- 37:55you notice they don't say that Zoro Ranch was rated, right,
- 37:59It is absurd that Zoro Ranch was never rated. The
- 38:02whole entire situation around Zoro Ranch is absurd. And how
- 38:06Jeffrey Epstein avoided scrutiny by the authorities in New Mexico.
- 38:10If the FEDS want to open an investigation, that's a
- 38:13place they might want to start. The American people deserve
- 38:17to know what happened regarding Jeffrey Epstein and prominent American
- 38:20business and political leaders, said Lindsey Graham, the top ranking
- 38:25Republican on the committee. I fully support and very much
- 38:28appreciate Senator Blackburn's long standing efforts to bring transparency to
- 38:32the Epstein the backle And again, look, I'm happy that
- 38:36somebody's talking about it. I don't want to be a
- 38:38Debbie downer because you know, if somebody's going to step
- 38:42up to the plate, hey I'm here for it. But
- 38:46up until very recently, Senator Blackburn hasn't been talking about this.
- 38:50She hasn't been a champion of this. She hasn't been
- 38:52out here, you know, talking with survivors, putting a committee together.
- 38:56And like I said before, better late than never. But
- 38:59let's not ordain her as some sort of Epstein crusader.
- 39:03She has a long way to go before she finds
- 39:05herself amongst that company. On Tuesday, unsealed documents revealed Epstein's survivor,
- 39:11Virginia Roberts, had accused former Democratic New Mexico Governor Bill
- 39:15Richardson of trafficking her. She also accused the ex girlfriend
- 39:19of Democratic New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez of participating in
- 39:24Epstein's orgies. That is a fact, gwendolen Beck. I have
- 39:28some episodes about gwendolen Beck from back in the day,
- 39:31and I'm gonna dig into those archives and we're gonna
- 39:33make sure we get those bad boys added to the
- 39:35catalog very soon. But there's no doubt that Bob Menendez
- 39:39is a dirt bag Epstein stuff withheld. Even the guy
- 39:43is just a dirtbag. He's corrupt. He used his position
- 39:47to further benefit and to generate more wealth for himself. Meanwhile,
- 39:51the rest of us are staring down tax season once again.
- 39:54Richardson died in September. That document was later stricken from
- 39:58the record. In more than two hundred filings unsealed in
- 40:01the wake of a twenty fifteen lawsuit between Roberts and Maxwell,
- 40:05none of them included Epstein's highly anticipated client list. Well, yeah,
- 40:10no shit, The closest you're ever gonna get to the
- 40:12client list is the black Book. Are you guys paying
- 40:15attention yet? Over there at Fox News or in the
- 40:18legacy media? Some people are so far behind in the
- 40:21race that they actually think that they're winning. Senator Dick Durbin,
- 40:25Democrat from Illinois, has so far stalled a vote on
- 40:29Blackburn's subpoena requests. Why would he do that? Hey, Dick Durbin,
- 40:34just let the subpoenas go through and then if Blackburn
- 40:37makes a fool of herself, more the better to you.
- 40:39But I don't know why anybody would want to try
- 40:42and hold up any sort of investigation into Jeffrey Epstein
- 40:45or what this gumbag was up to, and if you're
- 40:48somebody who's standing in the way, I'm gonna have some questions.
- 40:52I will be demanding a vote on these subpoenas whenever
- 40:54possible at Judiciary Committee meetings until the American people get
- 40:58the full truth and survive get the justice that they deserve.
- 41:02Blackburn said Wednesday, I am ready for any sort of
- 41:06hearing on the Hill, and I'll go to DC for it.
- 41:08If they have some sort of Epstein related hearing, I
- 41:11will go to Washington, d C. And I will sit
- 41:13in on that hearing. Other prominent figures accused of wrongdoing
- 41:17include Jean Luke Brunel, a French modeling mogul, who, like Epstein,
- 41:22died in jail, oh waiting trial on trafficking charges, and
- 41:26the British Prince Andrew, who was photographed with an underaged
- 41:29Roberts just photographed. Is it not alleged to have, you know,
- 41:33taken part in the abuse or anything like that. The
- 41:35highly anticipated release of the names comes as Republicans in Congress,
- 41:39led by Tennessee's Senator Blackburn and Representative Tim Burchett, have
- 41:44demanded an unredacted list of Epstein's associates who flew on
- 41:48his private jet. Portions of the flight log have been
- 41:52made public in Maxwell's criminal trial. Blackburn is also vying
- 41:56to subpoena Epstein's estate for his unredacted flight logs and
- 42:00communications records. You know how you can do all of this,
- 42:03Put together a nice rico case and slap their asses
- 42:07silly with it. Put some powder on our collective hand,
- 42:10and then slap the ever living shit out of them
- 42:12with it like we were participating in one of those
- 42:14powerslap events. Enough is enough already. You really want to
- 42:18get to the bottom of this shit, Rico is the
- 42:20way to go. The problem is they miss their chance.
- 42:22Maxwell should have been ricoed the second she wasn't ricoed.
- 42:26I knew the fix was in. I said it then
- 42:28and I'll say it all the way to my grave.
- 42:31Them not using RICO was planned, and the plan was
- 42:34to make sure that none of their faves got caught up. Now,
- 42:37if you don't believe that, that's fine, But the evidence
- 42:40is right here in front of you. Last year, a
- 42:45group of Epstein survivors sent the letter to the FBI
- 42:48demanding an investigation into the bureau's early handling of the investigation.
- 42:52A lawyer for the accusers said they flagged federal investigators
- 42:56to Epstein's crimes as early as nineteen ninety six. Well,
- 43:00that's factual. Maria Farmer and Annie both told everybody what
- 43:03was going on in ninety six. Despite subsequent repeated red
- 43:07flags that Epstein traffic girls and collected sexualized images of children,
- 43:13the FBI appears for years to have done little to
- 43:16investigate and prosecute Epstein's sex trafficking, and to date done
- 43:20nothing regarding reports of possible child sex abuse. The lawyer wrote,
- 43:25there is nothing not factual with that statement. Authorities eventually
- 43:29arrested him a decade later, and he got a controversially
- 43:33lenient plea deal in two thousand and eight. In twenty nineteen,
- 43:36after The Miami Herald exposed aspects of that case conducted
- 43:40behind closed doors, federal prosecutors sought new charges against them.
- 43:45Maxwell is serving a twenty year federal prison sentence for
- 43:49grooming and sex trafficking. She is appealing her conviction. Good
- 43:53luck with that. She can appeal until the next Sanjanad.
- 43:57It's not going to matter her tofu is cooked for
- 44:00at least the years that she was sentenced to. After that,
- 44:03she'll probably get out if she's still alive, and we
- 44:06all know the scuzziest amongst us always stick around the longest,
- 44:10so I'm sure she will be. But for now, Glenne
- 44:13Maxwell is exactly where she belongs. As far as some
- 44:17sort of commission, some sort of committee being put together,
- 44:21boy i'd love to see it, but these folks have
- 44:24been pissing on my back and telling me it's raining
- 44:27for over four years now, and unfortunately, and maybe it's
- 44:31just the cynic in me, but I don't expect nothing
- 44:33to change with these quote unquote new developments either way.
- 44:38Now that they set it, I expect it. So if
- 44:41they don't follow through with this, you better believe me
- 44:45and my fat mouth are gonna have a few things
- 44:47to say. But that's gonna do it for this one.
