Indiana Driver Ignored Move Over Law | Evansville News
A 58-year-old Illinois man got himself in big trouble in Indiana after refusing to move over for a state trooper with flashing lights on U.S. 41. The driver, in a blue SUV, kept going in the right lane despite having room to switch lanes. The trooper pulled him over, noticed signs of intoxication, and obtained a warrant. He was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person, and resisting law enforcement.
