On the surface, David Weiss appears to be the quintessential, and stereotypical, New Yorker with a special emphasis on his hilarity and sense of humor. In point of fact, Weiss started his career as a stand-up comic in NYC whose act revolved around making fun of conspiracy theorist and folks that wear aluminum foil caps.
