- 0:24Speaker 1: How you.
- 0:24Speaker 2: Doing very good? I was just reading this story about
- 0:29Speaker 2: the oral histories from the Obama years that were released.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Pretty funny, Josh Ernest, the last White House Press secretary,
- 0:37Speaker 2: I'd forgotten even existed yet talking about twenty sixteen, The
- 0:41Speaker 2: outcome of the election was a direct rebuke of everything
- 0:44Speaker 2: we had been trying to do for the last ten years.
- 0:47Speaker 2: No kiddings, Josh, This just occurred to you in the
- 0:52Speaker 2: when you were giving the oral history of that failed
- 0:55Speaker 2: Obama administration. Wow, did they make funny?
- 0:59Speaker 1: Did they mention this history that there was Obama who
- 1:01Speaker 1: sent millions of ice agents out into the street deporting
- 1:04Speaker 1: people and they had Tom Homan run it for them.
- 1:06Speaker 1: Did they mention that?
- 1:08Speaker 2: Well? I I guess so. Trump's election in twenty sixteen
- 1:12Speaker 2: was a direct rebuke of that right because they said
- 1:14Speaker 2: every It was a rebuke of every type.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Hey, Howie Carr, do you know that you're in the
- 1:20Speaker 1: Epstein Files?
- 1:22Speaker 2: I am, yeah, nothing bad.
- 1:26Speaker 1: I mean, well, if you go to the Justice Department,
- 1:29Speaker 1: the Epstein Library they call it, there's a search bar.
- 1:32Speaker 1: So I'm searching all the people I know were tangled
- 1:34Speaker 1: up with him, and then just for the hell of it,
- 1:36Speaker 1: I type my name and I come up like five times.
- 1:39Speaker 1: But I mean, well, one time he was going to
- 1:41Speaker 1: a lunch where I was the MC. One time somebody
- 1:43Speaker 1: was emailing him about my show. So just now I
- 1:46Speaker 1: typed your name in the search bar. You came up
- 1:48Speaker 1: as somebody was telling him something about an interview you did,
- 1:52Speaker 1: some guests that was on your show. Somebody's emailing him
- 1:54Speaker 1: about it.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Out.
- 1:58Speaker 1: But if you type car in the search bar, one
- 2:01Speaker 1: hit comes up in the Epstein files, and you got
- 2:06Speaker 1: five hits.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that makes me a better person than you.
- 2:13Speaker 1: I think.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I think this is a reverse, reverse measure of one's
- 2:17Speaker 2: uh morality and ethics. Right.
- 2:20Speaker 1: But again, it was nothing bad with me and nothing
- 2:22Speaker 1: bad with you. It was just harmless stuff. But uh,
- 2:25Speaker 1: a friend of mine's a comedian. He was yelling. He goes,
- 2:27Speaker 1: how could you be in the Epstein for that's disgusting?
- 2:29Speaker 1: And I said, take your name and I hear the
- 2:31Speaker 1: keyboard going. He went, oh my god, he was in there.
- 2:34Speaker 1: Epstein went to some show where he was part of
- 2:36Speaker 1: the show.
- 2:37Speaker 2: So wow, that's that's something. It's a it's really funny
- 2:43Speaker 2: to watch these guys. Did you see morning? Joe? I
- 2:45Speaker 2: guess had Jamie Raskin on, and he asked him the
- 2:48Speaker 2: obvious question, which you know should have been asked a
- 2:50Speaker 2: million times earlier, which is, well, if these if these
- 2:54Speaker 2: files are so devastating to Trump, well why didn't you
- 2:57Speaker 2: guys do anything for four years when Biden was president?
- 3:01Speaker 2: And uh, you know Raskin, who's you know a FOURD tongue? Uh,
- 3:07Speaker 2: you know, snake in the grass? He could he was
- 3:10Speaker 2: him in a haw and he sounded like Joe Biden
- 3:13Speaker 2: trying to come up with an explanation, and of course
- 3:15Speaker 2: there isn't a reasonable explanation.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Yeah. Uh, Now Hillary has to testify in a week
- 3:20Speaker 1: or so, what do you think she's going to do?
- 3:22Speaker 1: Just him and haw?
- 3:23Speaker 2: And yeah, I think she I think that's what she's
- 3:26Speaker 2: I mean, she's she really hasn't. She really hasn't done
- 3:30Speaker 2: very well in that trip to Munich when she's laughing
- 3:33Speaker 2: when she was asked about the hot tub, and and
- 3:36Speaker 2: then she was saying that you know Bill was doing
- 3:39Speaker 2: Bill was on the plane for charity's sake, become even
- 3:43Speaker 2: by Hillary Clinton's standards, that's kind of weak. And then
- 3:46Speaker 2: he said he was he was on the in the pursuit.
- 3:51Speaker 2: And the only word I heard was pursued. He was
- 3:53Speaker 2: Bill Clinton was pursuing something on that plane, but I
- 3:57Speaker 2: don't think it was I don't think it was chit Oh.
- 3:59Speaker 2: And she also said he saved millions of lives, not
- 4:02Speaker 2: not hundreds or thousands, but millions of lives with the
- 4:06Speaker 2: Clinton Foundation. I guess a lot of people relied on
- 4:09Speaker 2: those private jets that they rent and bought bought with
- 4:12Speaker 2: the with the money they got for the Clinton Foundation.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Yeah, and I don't think she mentioned that Epstein was
- 4:18Speaker 1: one of the founders of the Clinton Foundation. It was
- 4:20Speaker 1: his money that helped put it together. And there was
- 4:23Speaker 1: one interview over the weekend. They asked her about Glene Maxwell.
- 4:26Speaker 1: She said, I don't recall ever meeting her. Well, you
- 4:29Speaker 1: can see the pictures of her at Chelsea Clinton's wedding sitting.
- 4:31Speaker 2: There right and then I think she Then I think
- 4:33Speaker 2: she backed off. You know she you know she she
- 4:37Speaker 2: went for the more plausible deniability. Said, I may have
- 4:39Speaker 2: met her a couple of times. Do you do you
- 4:41Speaker 2: invite people you've met twice to your to your only
- 4:44Speaker 2: child's wedding? I don't think so, but I don't if
- 4:47Speaker 2: I don't have twenty children, you invite somebody that you
- 4:51Speaker 2: only met twice, you know, to a wedding. It's I mean,
- 4:55Speaker 2: but they can't stop lying. What I wonder is if
- 4:58Speaker 2: she'll pull out the cackle or if people or you know,
- 5:02Speaker 2: someone will tell her under no circumstances. Do you laugh? Hillary,
- 5:07Speaker 2: And especially in that you know, at what point? At
- 5:10Speaker 2: this point, what difference does it make?
- 5:12Speaker 1: Style tackling h Hey speaking of the weekend AOC in
- 5:18Speaker 1: Munich at that conference, I mean done, But did you
- 5:22Speaker 1: know she was that dumb?
- 5:24Speaker 2: No? You know, I I said on my own show yesterday.
- 5:27Speaker 2: I used to teach at Boston University for about three years,
- 5:31Speaker 2: and I'm thinking of hiring one of those internet scrubbers.
- 5:35Speaker 2: It's just through the internet and make sure all references
- 5:38Speaker 2: to me in Boston University are expunged from the Anybody
- 5:43Speaker 2: who ever walked down Commonwealth Avenue in Boston should be
- 5:47Speaker 2: doing the same thing. I mean, that is so embarrassing,
- 5:50Speaker 2: how dumb she is. But again, it's the it's it's
- 5:54Speaker 2: the old thing. You know that the Democrats don't have
- 5:56Speaker 2: to worry about ever being criticized or or a fact checked.
- 6:01Speaker 2: So this is this is what they do. They get into,
- 6:04Speaker 2: they get into trouble like this. You know, you know
- 6:07Speaker 2: who's got to be really depressed about this though her
- 6:09Speaker 2: performance is Chuck Schumer, because you know, he wants her
- 6:13Speaker 2: to run for president, not for the Senate if she
- 6:15Speaker 2: drops back. I mean, she's a she's an automack, don't
- 6:18Speaker 2: you think, Oh.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I didn't think about that. Yeah, it killed
- 6:20Speaker 1: their presidential chances, but that you're right now, she's got
- 6:23Speaker 1: to go for Schumer's seat, which but you gotta give
- 6:26Speaker 1: Schumer credit. He got new glasses. It's a whole new
- 6:29Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer with the big thick glasses. Now.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Uh so, how about how about the Hakim Jeffries. You're
- 6:37Speaker 2: the minority leader he wants ran defying a Jewish member
- 6:40Speaker 2: of Congress to resign because he made that joke about
- 6:43Speaker 2: Muslims and dogs. I mean, is that a good look
- 6:46Speaker 2: for hackem Jeffries to go out there, I mean with
- 6:48Speaker 2: the anti Semitic writings that are in the background from
- 6:52Speaker 2: college days. But again, it's like AOC. They don't they
- 6:55Speaker 2: don't care. They they don't think that they're ever going
- 6:58Speaker 2: to get called out on any of the stuff. You know,
- 7:01Speaker 2: if in most cases they aren't.
- 7:03Speaker 1: If Democrats were to take Congress, you'd have Keem Jeffries
- 7:06Speaker 1: and Schumer as the leaders. They're both from the same
- 7:09Speaker 1: little district in Brooklyn, very left wing little district in Brooklyn.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Did that make any sense to have those two with
- 7:18Speaker 1: the same point of view running Congress?
- 7:20Speaker 2: No? It doesn't. Hey, how about what's going to happen
- 7:23Speaker 2: with Mamdani's poisoned pill for local I mean, she could either,
- 7:28Speaker 2: she could either. It's like it's like a firing squad
- 7:31Speaker 2: in Utah. They give you the choice, right, a firing
- 7:33Speaker 2: squad or the electric chair. What is she going to
- 7:36Speaker 2: do allow a millionaires tax to drive them out or
- 7:39Speaker 2: to or to allow the property taxes to go up
- 7:42Speaker 2: ten percent so they can cater more luxury food to
- 7:47Speaker 2: the homeless encampments.
- 7:49Speaker 1: Well, the good news is people that know these two
- 7:52Speaker 1: and private will tell you they're both cowards. They don't
- 7:55Speaker 1: have the guts to actually pull the trigger on anything ever,
- 7:57Speaker 1: So Mom, Donnie will never get a stack through. HKO
- 8:01Speaker 1: will never get the tax through. They'll just coast along
- 8:03Speaker 1: and uh, just drive everybody crazy. But the good news
- 8:07Speaker 1: is real estate is up in New York. Apartments are
- 8:09Speaker 1: selling like crazy, Rentals are through the roof. So apparently
- 8:13Speaker 1: people aren't worried about him.
- 8:15Speaker 2: So just keep telling yourself, okay, just keep whistling through
- 8:22Speaker 2: that graveyard.
- 8:25Speaker 1: You're right. Okay, it's only been like two months, You're.
- 8:28Speaker 2: Right right now, all the real estate listings are going
- 8:31Speaker 2: to have to have no pets allowed.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Yeah, well, all right, that's a good point. Two months in,
- 8:38Speaker 1: I shouldn't be But the snow got picked up, well
- 8:40Speaker 1: actually had melted, all right, so that's good.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Hey, how he was defeated, Ice was defeated.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Howie Carr's latest book is Excellence Mass Corruption. You love
