- 2:24Speaker 1: you know, all three. It's a it's a scary right there.
- 2:28Speaker 2: I wouldn't want to go there, no to any of
- 2:30Speaker 2: those halls at all. But we are here back in
- 2:34Speaker 2: Castle Black to review episode five, Unbent and Unbroken. Man.
- 2:40Speaker 1: You know, it's like these titles every week are like ironic,
- 2:44Speaker 1: I guess because everyone is bent and everyone is broken.
- 2:48Speaker 5: In this episode it's unbound and unbent, so unbroken yet
- 2:53Speaker 5: either way.
- 2:53Speaker 1: I mean they un they bound, they brent, they bent,
- 2:56Speaker 1: they broken, they you know whatever, None of them are
- 3:00Speaker 1: any of that, you know, because it's down bad. It's
- 3:03Speaker 1: pretty much the theme of this episode. Rod is our
- 3:07Speaker 1: special guest. What did you think of this episode? And
- 3:09Speaker 1: you know season three in general so far.
- 3:12Speaker 6: Man, season three been cooking to me.
- 3:14Speaker 3: Man, you can kind of tell that them first two
- 3:16Speaker 3: episodes was supposed to be the last two episodes of
- 3:18Speaker 3: last season. But maybe they should do that shit every
- 3:21Speaker 3: year because I feel like we hopped right into the
- 3:24Speaker 3: fire to start this thing and it has not slowed down.
- 3:28Speaker 3: And even these episodes that are more like explanatory and
- 3:32Speaker 3: like world building, the intensity of these worlds, man, I
- 3:37Speaker 3: feel the stress of the Crown, I feel the stress
- 3:40Speaker 3: of the throne bro At. It wasn't even like this
- 3:42Speaker 3: with Vicarious bro every day I'm just like, why not
- 3:45Speaker 3: just walk out the castle and be like, y'all can
- 3:48Speaker 3: have it?
- 3:49Speaker 6: So I really been enjoying it.
- 3:51Speaker 3: And then some of the stuff with like the green
- 3:55Speaker 3: Side has actually been intriguing. I felt they had got
- 3:58Speaker 3: a little boring last season, but they in the mix
- 4:03Speaker 3: of it between Kirsten and Ormond, they got some scam
- 4:06Speaker 3: some schemers and some scammers over there that got me
- 4:09Speaker 3: like kind of got my eye up a little bit.
- 4:12Speaker 3: So yeah, I've really enjoyed this episode and the season.
- 4:15Speaker 5: M This episode had me thinking about what was the
- 4:21Speaker 5: most unbound and unbroken, and I feel like the main
- 4:25Speaker 5: thing that I've noticed was like the tongues people talking
- 4:28Speaker 5: their shit all the way through from the gold cloaks
- 4:32Speaker 5: and all this stuff that they're doing to like everyone
- 4:35Speaker 5: is just talking.
- 4:36Speaker 4: All that stuff.
- 4:37Speaker 5: And I think my the biggest, most notable way that
- 4:40Speaker 5: I've seen it in this episode is it's like us
- 4:43Speaker 5: versus them kind of thing where it's the Restaurosi versus
- 4:46Speaker 5: the Dragon writers and everyone has thoughts about it.
- 4:51Speaker 4: So that's what I think. It's interesting.
- 4:52Speaker 5: I think, like when you're talking about Rydem, it's about
- 4:54Speaker 5: like side Green having a moment this episode, Like that's
- 4:57Speaker 5: what I'm seeing it the most, Like they're pulling their
- 4:59Speaker 5: rank when it comes to being old Western Rossi nobility,
- 5:03Speaker 5: whereas they're going against the Targarians who are the usurpers
- 5:07Speaker 5: the infiltrators with their dragons and their might. So that's
- 5:10Speaker 5: what I think this was just doing a really good
- 5:12Speaker 5: job of that.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm loving this season.
- 5:15Speaker 1: I think this episode you know, goes right up there
- 5:17Speaker 1: with the rest of the season.
- 5:19Speaker 2: It's all been incredible. It's been rolling.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It's like I said back in the early and pretty
- 5:25Speaker 1: much all through Game of Thrones run when every Sunday
- 5:28Speaker 1: I just could not wait, and this has been yet
- 5:30Speaker 1: another episode where I couldn't wait for it, and it
- 5:33Speaker 1: delivered on every level. Like you said, the tongues. That
- 5:36Speaker 1: was one of my favorite moments of this episode was
- 5:39Speaker 1: Damon and Ray speaking to each other when they're in
- 5:43Speaker 1: the sept and She's like, where's my fucking army.
- 5:48Speaker 2: In her own language?
- 5:50Speaker 1: And that was just, you know, just all this it
- 5:52Speaker 1: was everyone's push to the limit. I want to talk
- 5:55Speaker 1: about cold because i'ven't been a coal supporter, but I
- 6:01Speaker 1: always liked coal. And I mean I saw someone compare
- 6:05Speaker 1: him to Drake on Threads and that felt really appropriate.
- 6:10Speaker 2: It's just my man is emotional. You know.
- 6:12Speaker 1: He doesn't get what he wants with Alison, with Ray,
- 6:16Speaker 1: his whole life pretty much, and I don't know, it
- 6:19Speaker 1: feels like he's on a suicide run. Like Rod, you
- 6:21Speaker 1: said you were intrigued by him, but I'm like, is
- 6:23Speaker 1: this you know intriguing that Orman? Yes, Cole, I don't
- 6:28Speaker 1: know what his plan is, right.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Cole is intriguing to me because he's a crash out
- 6:32Speaker 3: Like yes, It's like, if you think about Cole Man,
- 6:36Speaker 3: his real problem was he was a true believer in
- 6:38Speaker 3: all this stuff at the handed Yeah, and he got
- 6:41Speaker 3: too close to the palace and saw like nobody lives
- 6:43Speaker 3: they wraps.
- 6:45Speaker 6: He like it message.
- 6:46Speaker 3: It broke something in him to be like, wait, you
- 6:48Speaker 3: out here slotting out to the club playing spin it
- 6:52Speaker 3: and then you on trying to be on the throne,
- 6:54Speaker 3: like nah, that's not what ladies are the the court
- 6:57Speaker 3: supposed to do and oh you oh, you just murdering
- 7:00Speaker 3: people like y'all just okay. So that's and so I
- 7:02Speaker 3: feel like in some ways, obviously I can't root for
- 7:05Speaker 3: the dude. He has all kinds of weird and titlem
- 7:08Speaker 3: and stuff, but he started believing at each turn, like no,
- 7:12Speaker 3: this is how it's supposed to go. Even when he
- 7:15Speaker 3: told Raynero like we could slide out and be together
- 7:18Speaker 3: like true love, and she was like.
- 7:19Speaker 6: Fool, what do you think this is?
- 7:20Speaker 3: Like it broke something fundamentally in that man. And ever
- 7:24Speaker 3: since he was in the garden ready to end it
- 7:26Speaker 3: all at be killed buddy at the dance, I feel
- 7:29Speaker 3: like he's been on a suicide mins.
- 7:32Speaker 6: And so my face.
- 7:34Speaker 3: One of my favorite parts of this episode was Dwayne realizing,
- 7:39Speaker 3: like his face slowly realized, like oh you you just
- 7:43Speaker 3: want to die. This is not even a like you
- 7:46Speaker 3: don't want to win, you don't want to survive, You
- 7:49Speaker 3: want to die if you have to live in a
- 7:52Speaker 3: world full of bullshit and where Nara's on the throne,
- 7:55Speaker 3: so you just gonna kill us all. And so yeah,
- 7:58Speaker 3: I find him interested in that way. And of course
- 8:01Speaker 3: the guerrilla warfare tactics. I mean I'm a sucker for
- 8:04Speaker 3: like people that be like, we don't really need rules
- 8:08Speaker 3: to these battles, do we, You know what I'm saying,
- 8:10Speaker 3: Like I'm a sucker for that, cause I'm like, why
- 8:12Speaker 3: why do why do you need to march up and
- 8:14Speaker 3: let them know what the drums and the lions and
- 8:16Speaker 3: all that shit.
- 8:17Speaker 6: Just sneak up on them while they're sleeping and kill them.
- 8:19Speaker 6: That's that worked pretty well to me.
- 8:21Speaker 3: So yeah, I enjoyed Cole and everything they went through,
- 8:24Speaker 3: pushing that army to the brink. Like motherfucker's like, we're
- 8:27Speaker 3: doing a lot of overtime, unpaid We're doing We're doing
- 8:31Speaker 3: a lot of crunch, you know what I'm saying, Like
- 8:34Speaker 3: like they talking development of studios, We're doing a lot
- 8:37Speaker 3: of crunch.
- 8:37Speaker 6: Our horses is dead.
- 8:38Speaker 3: Like I I enjoy everything they went through and at
- 8:41Speaker 3: the end he still was like I'm still gonna go
- 8:43Speaker 3: out head and die for him.
- 8:44Speaker 2: So yeah, m hm. So you would say he's more
- 8:47Speaker 2: emotionally Drake, but mentally Kendrick.
- 8:51Speaker 6: Yeah, he man, that might still be Drake.
- 8:55Speaker 3: Drake losing and gonna continue to just take the al
- 8:57Speaker 3: without even admitting he's losing.
- 9:00Speaker 2: This is also true. But you know what, we watched it.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Drake still post on Instagram like like we're not laughing
- 9:05Speaker 3: at him, and I'm like that feels like cold to me, Like.
- 9:08Speaker 6: Like he's like, nah, we're doing good.
- 9:10Speaker 3: It's like, bro, we're losing and you should take the
- 9:13Speaker 3: l He's like, nah, this is this.
- 9:15Speaker 6: Were on a path now we're about to do this.
- 9:17Speaker 2: But Kendrick was the true believer who did think.
- 9:20Speaker 1: You know, he is like you know the party, right,
- 9:22Speaker 1: you know, he thought everybody was doing what they was doing,
- 9:24Speaker 1: and then he sees the inside him and it's like,
- 9:26Speaker 1: oh no, y'all faking this game.
- 9:28Speaker 6: So m that's true.
- 9:29Speaker 2: Yeah, Portia.
- 9:31Speaker 5: So like the gorilla warfare of it all, I think
- 9:34Speaker 5: it's really notable that the forces are like are the
- 9:38Speaker 5: being forces. We have Christian Cole who's basically supposed to
- 9:43Speaker 5: be with Big Art and Aim and Drake now, but
- 9:46Speaker 5: that's not happening.
- 9:47Speaker 4: So he's taking upon himself to run the thing.
- 9:49Speaker 5: And then we have on the other side, like who
- 9:52Speaker 5: is the one who stops him and gets ahead of him?
- 9:54Speaker 4: It's not the full force of the what we see
- 9:57Speaker 4: was right near his side.
- 9:58Speaker 5: We see it's the graybeards from Star Arts who are
- 10:00Speaker 5: the ones to get ahead of them and then burn
- 10:03Speaker 5: down to the same warfare tactics that they had, burning
- 10:05Speaker 5: down bridges in passageways and stuff like that. So I
- 10:08Speaker 5: think it's interesting from that standpoint, like seeing the tactical side,
- 10:12Speaker 5: like being able to have some of the wilder fighters
- 10:15Speaker 5: in your crew, would the ones that lead the charge
- 10:17Speaker 5: or at least keep the other side from gaining advantage?
- 10:20Speaker 5: Like that's really interesting to me and that aspect. But
- 10:23Speaker 5: when it comes to Christian Cole his downward spiral into
- 10:28Speaker 5: where he is now, I think, yeah, I think he
- 10:31Speaker 5: had all the notes about like why he is where
- 10:33Speaker 5: he is and like the true like I don't.
- 10:36Speaker 4: Know if he ever was a true believer. That's why
- 10:38Speaker 4: I kind of land.
- 10:39Speaker 5: I think that's why I want to do the like
- 10:41Speaker 5: I really want to touch on like nobility and morality
- 10:44Speaker 5: in the world of west Ros, because once he decided
- 10:48Speaker 5: that he was no longer going to follow the code
- 10:51Speaker 5: of the White Cloaks, for which he ends up becoming
- 10:54Speaker 5: Lord Commander under the most like corrupt way possible of
- 10:59Speaker 5: doing it.
- 11:01Speaker 6: He.
- 11:02Speaker 5: Is like, all right, like if I'm if White Cloaks
- 11:05Speaker 5: are no longer meant to be white, I'm gonna just
- 11:07Speaker 5: do whatever, like if it never was in the first place,
- 11:09Speaker 5: I'm gonna do whatever.
- 11:10Speaker 4: So to the point of him being like, I'm gonna
- 11:12Speaker 4: go out as the.
- 11:13Speaker 5: Ultimate warrior, the strongest warrior that wester Ros deserve or known,
- 11:17Speaker 5: I feel like that's a level of calculation in his brain.
- 11:20Speaker 4: I don't. It feels like cowters To me.
- 11:22Speaker 5: It feels like he took the lowest common denominator, Like
- 11:25Speaker 5: what is the one thing that can I can achieve
- 11:27Speaker 5: with my legacy that will make me feel proud of
- 11:32Speaker 5: myself because I can't do anything greater than not anything
- 11:35Speaker 5: I really want to do. I think if I look
- 11:37Speaker 5: at it as cowardice, what I really see is that,
- 11:39Speaker 5: like I maybe I'll be wrong, Maybe we'll see in
- 11:43Speaker 5: the next episode that this isn't right, But it's one
- 11:46Speaker 5: thing to choose to go out and a blaze of
- 11:47Speaker 5: glory on your own. This is kind of like what
- 11:50Speaker 5: I see like whenever you're talking about like who I
- 11:52Speaker 5: could compare this to, like to like the kids that
- 11:55Speaker 5: choot up schools or whatever. And there's like two of them.
- 11:57Speaker 5: One of them is kind of more than mastermind, like
- 11:59Speaker 5: I'm gonna go on blaze of glory at the end,
- 12:01Speaker 5: and the other one is like, well, I'm here to
- 12:02Speaker 5: like rip stuff up or whatever, and like they might
- 12:04Speaker 5: be along with the fact that they might not if
- 12:07Speaker 5: the cowardice behind it is are you letting everyone else
- 12:10Speaker 5: know this is what we're doing?
- 12:11Speaker 4: Is every other guy, every man.
- 12:13Speaker 5: Who's doing the charge with Cole on like knowingly going
- 12:16Speaker 5: into okay, we're stopping out to our last death. But
- 12:19Speaker 5: the Graybeards they know, okay, like if we go out.
- 12:22Speaker 4: We're gonna go out in the blaze of glory. We're old.
- 12:24Speaker 4: The North don't need us.
- 12:25Speaker 5: They already got enough, Like young men, We're just going
- 12:27Speaker 5: to go out in the blaze of glory. That's their
- 12:29Speaker 5: whole charge with Cole Do the rest of his men
- 12:32Speaker 5: know that they're because like this is Wayne who's the
- 12:34Speaker 5: closest to one one to him who has to talk
- 12:36Speaker 5: itt bring it out of him slowly, because col doesn't
- 12:38Speaker 5: just rebuild out right, he slowly brings it out of him.
- 12:40Speaker 5: So it could be that cold was keeping getting like
- 12:43Speaker 5: away from GWayne. But at the same time, I don't
- 12:45Speaker 5: know if that's true. I feel more like, yeah, like
- 12:47Speaker 5: none of those men know that he's leaving them on
- 12:49Speaker 5: a death march.
- 12:51Speaker 2: I don't know about that part because one the men
- 12:55Speaker 2: are pretty much resigned to it as well, like they
- 12:58Speaker 2: drop that dude, and they don't think by burying him
- 13:00Speaker 2: none of that. They're like, leave them, you know, they
- 13:03Speaker 2: know what. They might not think it's a death march,
- 13:07Speaker 2: but when Wayne leaves, especially, they gotta know, well, this
- 13:11Speaker 2: ain't gonna end that well, because you know the other
- 13:14Speaker 2: leaders like you know folks. So I don't know, if
- 13:20Speaker 2: you know.
- 13:20Speaker 1: I think at this point they might not think they're
- 13:22Speaker 1: on a death march, but they know it's not gonna end. Well,
- 13:25Speaker 1: you know that speech he gave at the end.
- 13:29Speaker 3: They know now that speech was we gonna go die
- 13:33Speaker 3: for honor. And so the half of us that's left,
- 13:38Speaker 3: we know, like this is our fate. We're gonna go
- 13:40Speaker 3: out as men on our shields. I think what's interesting
- 13:43Speaker 3: about him is, to me, it's less of a school
- 13:46Speaker 3: shooting because they were charged as an army to go
- 13:50Speaker 3: out and fight this war, so like there's a military
- 13:53Speaker 3: chain of command, Like it's not just us. Like the
- 13:57Speaker 3: crash out to me was when he killed buddy at
- 13:58Speaker 3: the party. That was like a what the fuck? Like cool,
- 14:02Speaker 3: and then Allison was like, you know what, I see
- 14:04Speaker 3: some of you. But but like that was the first,
- 14:07Speaker 3: Like so maybe it's like putting a school shooter in.
- 14:10Speaker 6: Charge of the military, you know what I mean.
- 14:12Speaker 3: Where it's like his idea of fatalism is so attached
- 14:18Speaker 3: as Porsha brought made me think about it, it's attached
- 14:21Speaker 3: to nobility. And I think he was a true believer
- 14:24Speaker 3: at one point because he always knows his dad, Like
- 14:27Speaker 3: my dad believed in this shit, and he taught me
- 14:29Speaker 3: to believe in it. Look what happened to my fucking dad,
- 14:31Speaker 3: And look what y'all doing to me?
- 14:33Speaker 6: Fuck it.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Like I'm I'm just gonna go out then, like I'm like,
- 14:36Speaker 3: I'm gonna do my duty, and I feel like I'm
- 14:39Speaker 3: the only one that's gonna do my duty. No one
- 14:41Speaker 3: else seems to care about this stuff, even GWayne to
- 14:44Speaker 3: a certain extent.
- 14:45Speaker 6: When Gwayne's like you come live with us, He's like.
- 14:47Speaker 3: And do what and like serv under y'all the same
- 14:50Speaker 3: way I'm serving under these people, Like I'm just gonna
- 14:52Speaker 3: do this one last thing that he thinks is, as
- 14:56Speaker 3: you said, gonna bring his name glory or whatever. So
- 14:59Speaker 3: you know, no, none of these Keep characters are good people,
- 15:02Speaker 3: and they all are so self serving, so it's not
- 15:04Speaker 3: like a defensive coal, But I do appreciate the poetic
- 15:08Speaker 3: narrative symmetry of the show and the characters and the
- 15:12Speaker 3: decisions that they make, like like, like what Kristen Cole
- 15:15Speaker 3: is doing feels like, oh man, this is what happens
- 15:17Speaker 3: when you take a dude who was resigned to death
- 15:21Speaker 3: and put him in charge of a mission.
- 15:22Speaker 6: He resigns everyone to death.
- 15:26Speaker 1: And yeah, I also like that, like you said, Rod,
- 15:28Speaker 1: the poetic nature of it, because we see Cole using
- 15:30Speaker 1: gorilla tactics, we see Ormond using gorilla tactics, and the
- 15:36Speaker 1: thing about it is it's also like they're placing a
- 15:38Speaker 1: situation where people have dragons, and once again in this episode,
- 15:42Speaker 1: you see Cole, you know, kneeling in the footprint of
- 15:45Speaker 1: the dragon, and it's like, what am I supposed to do?
- 15:47Speaker 1: Roll up, like you said, with my drums and announce
- 15:50Speaker 1: that I'm here, and then y'all fly a dragon over
- 15:52Speaker 1: my troops.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Yes, y'all remember the battle at book Rook's Rest and
- 15:57Speaker 3: when Cole was out there and everybody got killed by
- 15:59Speaker 3: the dragon.
- 16:00Speaker 6: My wife always points out like that was his like.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Never again moment, like he was like, man, nope, I'd
- 16:07Speaker 3: rather die with me than go out like that. And
- 16:10Speaker 3: it feels like a lot of his decisions didn't have
- 16:12Speaker 3: been very like man, it's Dragon's what y'all want us
- 16:15Speaker 3: to do?
- 16:16Speaker 1: Yes? And I also think that Hole was a true
- 16:20Speaker 1: believer at one point, because even when he got to
- 16:22Speaker 1: the cloaks, remember he was like yo, y'all walking around
- 16:23Speaker 1: with y'all going around like what's this about?
- 16:26Speaker 2: Like, you know, what part of the game is that fair?
- 16:29Speaker 3: I thought we kept up nights fresh, you know, And
- 16:31Speaker 3: he's like, nah, I had a job like that where
- 16:34Speaker 3: you like, on the outside, you think of it one
- 16:36Speaker 3: way and then you get in the job and be like,
- 16:38Speaker 3: nobody treats this shit serious at all.
- 16:40Speaker 6: Man, have I.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Yes, Yeah, have I Yeah. So Also I want to
- 16:48Speaker 2: make a note, is Dwayne in love of Cole? You know?
- 16:51Speaker 1: Is there more to it? Like he feels like, you know,
- 16:54Speaker 1: he's seeing his brother. You know, something go down right
- 16:57Speaker 1: here when he's crying. You know, he said the one
- 16:59Speaker 1: tier for that.
- 17:01Speaker 5: I don't know if it has to be in love
- 17:03Speaker 5: because like I haven't really seen either of them moving
- 17:06Speaker 5: away where it's like, but that was like a chemistry
- 17:08Speaker 5: to it.
- 17:09Speaker 4: It seems more like I will say, for.
- 17:13Speaker 5: A long time, Christian Cole goes down in the Song
- 17:17Speaker 5: of Ice and Fire history as like this really noble night,
- 17:20Speaker 5: like he's whenever he says I'm the best fighter in West.
- 17:24Speaker 4: Rows like is he talking his shit? Yes?
- 17:27Speaker 5: But he also gets like that stuff becomes his legacy
- 17:30Speaker 5: and he's talking about the thing that ends up becoming
- 17:32Speaker 5: true late after he's gone. Right, So I think, like Gawayne,
- 17:38Speaker 5: like it's not just that Cole has this going forward
- 17:41Speaker 5: in the lexicon and understanding of the universe.
- 17:45Speaker 4: He is the one who unseated Damon during the tourney.
- 17:50Speaker 5: Whenever they are having get for like the birth of
- 17:53Speaker 5: one of Visius's kids, Right, so he has a long
- 17:58Speaker 5: like name call especial because he's a common like so
- 18:01Speaker 5: many people already hold him high esteem. Because all these
- 18:04Speaker 5: other noble houses have people made of arms training their
- 18:07Speaker 5: kids how to be good at swordcraft. The one house
- 18:10Speaker 5: that has at the best is the Targanians, and he
- 18:13Speaker 5: took out Damon like so he has like even the
- 18:16Speaker 5: high the nobles really think of him really well as
- 18:19Speaker 5: a fighter. So GWayne is seeing him go down like this,
- 18:23Speaker 5: this is like, this is what the best fighter of
- 18:27Speaker 5: my era chooses to do. Like that, hits I was
- 18:31Speaker 5: down to go with you to figure out this, which
- 18:33Speaker 5: like I'm like, I want to go do whatever my cousin.
- 18:35Speaker 4: Says to do because I know he's a good strategist.
- 18:37Speaker 4: I don't like the man. He gets on my nerves, but.
- 18:40Speaker 5: He's a good strategist. But you're the best fighter we
- 18:42Speaker 5: have in my generation. I'm going to see how you're
- 18:45Speaker 5: gonna like wish what we're doing together. And then we
- 18:48Speaker 5: get to here and you're telling me you're just trying
- 18:50Speaker 5: to die.
- 18:52Speaker 6: I'm real, sad. I gotta I.
- 18:53Speaker 4: Gotta wait for that.
- 18:55Speaker 3: That's I think Also, like GWayne Allison set up that
- 18:58Speaker 3: Gwayne's kind of like saw you know what I mean,
- 19:01Speaker 3: Like he didn't like Ormond when they was kids, and
- 19:02Speaker 3: he felt Ormond was too harsh. And then she's like,
- 19:06Speaker 3: he think everybody too harsh, you know. So I think
- 19:09Speaker 3: he got a real soft side and to me and
- 19:12Speaker 3: fell like he was trying to save Christian, like, hey.
- 19:14Speaker 6: Man, you don't we don't.
- 19:15Speaker 3: Gotta go out like this, bro, like we did when
- 19:19Speaker 3: we could. You know what I'm saying, Like nobody gonna
- 19:21Speaker 3: look back at this and be like y'all sold. They're
- 19:23Speaker 3: gonna be like, hey man, y'all did what y'all was
- 19:25Speaker 3: supposed to do. Nice try, you lost half the army,
- 19:29Speaker 3: you made it back to Tumbleton, Let's let's regroup.
- 19:32Speaker 6: And I think it hurt that man that he.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Was like really cold, like you really you down with this?
- 19:39Speaker 3: It hurt him when he seen that Cole was like
- 19:42Speaker 3: and he should have seen the signs. But when Cole
- 19:43Speaker 3: was basically like, bro, go kill the dude that you
- 19:46Speaker 3: saw sexual assault on someone, I don't really.
- 19:48Speaker 6: Give a damn you know what I mean?
- 19:50Speaker 3: And I think it hurt them niggas, like I thought
- 19:51Speaker 3: we were more noble than this.
- 19:53Speaker 6: Yeah, And Cole.
- 19:55Speaker 3: Was like, bro, we just gonna all be beasts by
- 19:57Speaker 3: the time we died. So I don't even know why
- 19:59Speaker 3: you tripping on on this little thing. We won't care
- 20:01Speaker 3: in a month when we did. So, Yeah, I think
- 20:04Speaker 3: it hurt GWayne more than anything to see the realities
- 20:06Speaker 3: of that war man.
- 20:08Speaker 1: And also I feel like you said, Porsche, it's like,
- 20:11Speaker 1: you know, he's a damn what a waste of a
- 20:13Speaker 1: good ass white boy right there, like you know, a
- 20:15Speaker 1: cold man. You know you could have been something.
- 20:17Speaker 2: And look at you.
- 20:18Speaker 6: It's in his name, you a cold white boy.
- 20:21Speaker 1: You know you He tried to throw on that captain
- 20:24Speaker 1: save a hole cape and it just didn't work.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Right.
- 20:26Speaker 4: No, everything on the Greens in general, they think that's
- 20:30Speaker 4: their whole thing, right, is that.
- 20:31Speaker 5: They're based in the old town. They're the old family
- 20:33Speaker 5: that has the faith in them. So Ormond like has
- 20:36Speaker 5: his own understanding of what faith and honorability is similar
- 20:40Speaker 5: to what GWayne has, the similar to what Alison has.
- 20:42Speaker 5: It's similar to like when the Greens were running the castle,
- 20:44Speaker 5: they had the high faith up and through there. They
- 20:46Speaker 5: had all the banneries and all the decorations and all
- 20:48Speaker 5: the stuff. So it makes sense that their side keeps
- 20:51Speaker 5: having this question about like what is nobility when we
- 20:54Speaker 5: practice it?
- 20:55Speaker 4: Especially if you're gonna put faith in there? And I
- 20:57Speaker 4: think that's what Ormond.
- 20:58Speaker 5: Like with GWayne and his dynamic with Ormond, I can
- 21:03Speaker 5: see that GWayne is also kind of like he's used
- 21:05Speaker 5: to being the voice of reason because Ormond goes off
- 21:08Speaker 5: the deep end, and so he's trying to do the
- 21:10Speaker 5: same thing with Cole and it's like, nah, like neither
- 21:12Speaker 5: these guys. You can't be a voice of reasons to
- 21:15Speaker 5: either of these men, and what does that even mean
- 21:18Speaker 5: to their aims? And so with Ormond it's interesting to
- 21:20Speaker 5: see like what is he actually aiming for? Like what
- 21:23Speaker 5: is he trying to do? And see how deep his
- 21:25Speaker 5: pockets are, because what do you mean? He has his
- 21:27Speaker 5: own coin stint with Darren's face and it's paying for
- 21:32Speaker 5: doing anti Rainier messaging in King's Landing.
- 21:36Speaker 6: How did he even pull that off?
- 21:38Speaker 4: How did he pull that off?
- 21:39Speaker 6: Like this man, Dyan Tumbleton, I like, where is the connects?
- 21:43Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying?
- 21:44Speaker 3: I didn't see them puttling up no cold mint coin
- 21:46Speaker 3: press and Nothing's like he just pulled out the coins
- 21:49Speaker 3: on my man and it was a lot of them,
- 21:51Speaker 3: like and it was gold. Yeah, man, Ormond, is that
- 21:55Speaker 3: dude right there? Man, he's wanting to watch cause I
- 21:58Speaker 3: don't see what the plan is other than like the
- 22:01Speaker 3: chaos is a letter little little finger thing because they
- 22:04Speaker 3: are in a horrible position, like like on the chessboard.
- 22:07Speaker 3: They're in tumbledon, trapped, they got no, they got the
- 22:10Speaker 3: one little baby dragon.
- 22:11Speaker 4: Uh.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Darren isn't even in succession for the throne completely because
- 22:15Speaker 3: Amon is still out here alive. They don't know Agon's alive.
- 22:18Speaker 3: Like his plan is on some like real like kill.
- 22:22Speaker 3: We're gonna have to kill everybody to even make this
- 22:25Speaker 3: a possibility for you to be on this throne.
- 22:27Speaker 6: If that's his real plan, I don't.
- 22:29Speaker 3: I also wouldn't put it past him to be like
- 22:32Speaker 3: at the last second, like and now that weirdness position
- 22:35Speaker 3: I've killed Darren ain't gonna be no Targarians on the
- 22:37Speaker 3: throne because he he really on some like white Christian
- 22:39Speaker 3: nationalist shit. I don't think he would. I don't even
- 22:42Speaker 3: think he really fucked with Darren like that.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Hmm, definitely not.
- 22:47Speaker 1: But I do think that he does have a pretty
- 22:49Speaker 1: good plan so far, Like I think his planning because
- 22:53Speaker 1: he's working on a lot of fronts. You know, he's
- 22:54Speaker 1: got cold out there, you know, causing chaos. He's causing
- 22:58Speaker 1: chaos inside of kings landing, like horrific chaos at this point,
- 23:03Speaker 1: like the gold Cloaks are now, you know, ineffective they done.
- 23:06Speaker 1: Ain't nobody trying to join up on that team. You know,
- 23:09Speaker 1: these dudes went out three deep, three four deep and
- 23:12Speaker 1: still got murdered. So you know, he's doing a lot.
- 23:15Speaker 1: She can't really roll in with the dragons because he's
- 23:18Speaker 1: in Templetown. He's fortifying it as well as he can,
- 23:23Speaker 1: and you know them the coins are spreading throughout, so
- 23:26Speaker 1: he's like really declaring straight up, yo, we got a
- 23:29Speaker 1: king over here. The scept is going to say Darren
- 23:33Speaker 1: Darien is the king. Everyone thinks Amon and Agon are dead.
- 23:38Speaker 1: So even if they like if Amon shows up with
- 23:41Speaker 1: Vayguard at some point, he can always be like, oh yeah,
- 23:43Speaker 1: you know, we.
- 23:44Speaker 2: Down with you too. You know what it's like.
- 23:46Speaker 3: But you know, he not though right what I'm saying, Like,
- 23:49Speaker 3: he will lie, but he definitely don't fuck with none
- 23:52Speaker 3: of them.
- 23:52Speaker 2: None of the dragon riders. But he will lie his
- 23:55Speaker 2: way to the top.
- 23:58Speaker 3: Though, like you brought up Cold, he don't really got
- 24:01Speaker 3: cold doing that cold, doing that shit on his own.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Yeah, well it's working.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Yeah, and Cole won't even come to Tumbleton, Like, like,
- 24:10Speaker 3: I kind of fuck with Ormond's like strategy of it
- 24:13Speaker 3: all because one of the things I think doesn't get
- 24:16Speaker 3: talked about enough when people talk about this.
- 24:18Speaker 6: Show is how much being able to lie well.
- 24:23Speaker 3: Is a superpower on this show. And Ormond seemed like
- 24:27Speaker 3: he good at lying.
- 24:28Speaker 6: Bro. He He's like, oh yeah, nah, man, we shouldn't
- 24:31Speaker 6: be messed with these people. That's crazy.
- 24:33Speaker 3: Hey, bring that nigga to the house when everything after
- 24:37Speaker 3: they close the store, bring him to the house. Like
- 24:39Speaker 3: he's very much like that, you know what I'm saying,
- 24:42Speaker 3: the the like, I don't think he knows what Cold like.
- 24:46Speaker 3: He doesn't have to know what Cold is doing to
- 24:48Speaker 3: communicate with him, but he'll make it work into his plan.
- 24:52Speaker 3: He'll be like, cool, they gonna get here three weeks late.
- 24:54Speaker 3: That just I had more time to fortify my things.
- 24:56Speaker 3: So like I anyway, like he not he obviously not
- 25:00Speaker 3: a person, but man, he is playing this game in
- 25:03Speaker 3: a way that's intriguing. It's more intriguing for me to
- 25:05Speaker 3: not really see how he's going to win than for
- 25:09Speaker 3: me to see it. Sometimes when you see how like
- 25:11Speaker 3: oh yeah, you just do this, this and this, you're
- 25:12Speaker 3: gonna win, it almost like makes the character and the
- 25:15Speaker 3: story too simple, where you're like, okay, this, so this happens.
- 25:19Speaker 6: That happens.
- 25:20Speaker 3: I like it when you like, like with a little finger,
- 25:22Speaker 3: like how does he think he gonna end up on
- 25:23Speaker 3: the throne?
- 25:24Speaker 2: You know?
- 25:24Speaker 3: So that's what all mine gives me to like, I
- 25:27Speaker 3: see what you're trying to do. I just don't know
- 25:29Speaker 3: how it's possible, but man, he's messing them up.
- 25:32Speaker 6: Boy, Oh it's good.
- 25:34Speaker 5: We talked about Christian Cole and how he's on a
- 25:38Speaker 5: death march. Basically, sometimes people's goal isn't as clear as
- 25:43Speaker 5: what you think it might be, right because you just
- 25:47Speaker 5: talked about how many people would have to die for
- 25:50Speaker 5: Darren to actually send.
- 25:51Speaker 4: The throne, So perhaps Ormond's goal.
- 25:54Speaker 5: Isn't necessarily like sure how he functions if the throne
- 25:59Speaker 5: is a for great and he's able to drive for it,
- 26:01Speaker 5: he's not. He's gonna make that play, he's gonna make
- 26:03Speaker 5: that cry. But perhaps there's a secondary plan A and
- 26:09Speaker 5: the and the throne is planning b.
- 26:11Speaker 4: Kind of situation.
- 26:13Speaker 6: Mm hmm.
- 26:14Speaker 3: I could definitely see. I just like that's what I
- 26:15Speaker 3: like about him. I watch him talk and I'm like,
- 26:18Speaker 3: he's saying two things, like he's what's being said is
- 26:21Speaker 3: one thing, but what's not being said as a whole
- 26:23Speaker 3: other thing. And uh, those characters are always so intriguing
- 26:27Speaker 3: to me. Man, he he he won hundred percent?
- 26:30Speaker 6: Uh like what?
- 26:32Speaker 3: And then like the efficiency that the Gold clubes got
- 26:35Speaker 3: killed with? And whoever did that Pinterest project at the end,
- 26:40Speaker 3: like that was some muse from Daredevil shit like you
- 26:43Speaker 3: had the time to set up all this last supper
- 26:46Speaker 3: ship And and clearly he has people that are literate
- 26:49Speaker 3: that are working for him because they're writing on the
- 26:51Speaker 3: walls like this dude is I don't know, I don't
- 26:54Speaker 3: know if he to, I don't know what he's doing.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Maybe it's the nobles that got pissed off or something,
- 26:58Speaker 3: but he got.
- 26:59Speaker 6: Like a network over there.
- 27:02Speaker 3: I actually hated hear Damon and Ray are you so
- 27:05Speaker 3: much because he Damon was right when he's like, Bro,
- 27:08Speaker 3: this is a whole thing, like this, this gold clothes thing,
- 27:12Speaker 3: not just.
- 27:13Speaker 6: A small folks getting mad. This is a whole thing.
- 27:15Speaker 3: The way you reacted in the first place has played
- 27:18Speaker 3: into this, and I gotta go clean this mess up
- 27:20Speaker 3: because it's not vaguar anymore. This shit is happening in
- 27:24Speaker 3: our walls. And while she is like, you know, people
- 27:27Speaker 3: are betraying me, He's like, yeah, and it starts here.
- 27:30Speaker 3: If we saw this mystery, maybe we find out who's
- 27:33Speaker 3: behind all of it.
- 27:34Speaker 5: But here's the thing, though, they're both fright. I think
- 27:36Speaker 5: that's what's going on, is that they're both right. They
- 27:39Speaker 5: both made missed.
- 27:40Speaker 4: That's my overarching I think I don't know.
- 27:45Speaker 5: Current theory of life I'm going on right now is like,
- 27:49Speaker 5: why does morality hold so much weight to so many people?
- 27:52Speaker 4: Like off?
- 27:54Speaker 5: How often are we holding on twit from like a
- 27:55Speaker 5: place that ego rather than actually trying to understand it
- 27:58Speaker 5: be better like in cation.
- 28:00Speaker 4: With each other? And I think with there's so much like.
- 28:04Speaker 5: People like to do whenever they see someone else do
- 28:06Speaker 5: something wrong and they're like, well, you fucked up, you'd
- 28:08Speaker 5: mess this up, it's your fault. Boom boom boom point
- 28:11Speaker 5: I'm blame on the fingers, But does it really serve
- 28:14Speaker 5: the purpose to sit there and blame each other, do
- 28:16Speaker 5: we define the solution? Because while Rayniera did I react
- 28:21Speaker 5: to knee jerk to again, I think that's how we
- 28:26Speaker 5: need to talk about how out of touch the nobles
- 28:29Speaker 5: are because her, even her own dragon writer, did not
- 28:34Speaker 5: even know what was.
- 28:34Speaker 4: On the wall.
- 28:35Speaker 6: He just like, he's like he can't read.
- 28:37Speaker 5: He's like, what are those cibodies the w He's like,
- 28:39Speaker 5: that sign is not apechniques.
- 28:41Speaker 4: I can't read. So he was waiting for someone else
- 28:43Speaker 4: to tell him what that sign said.
- 28:45Speaker 6: So like off was ear hustling like a mug dog.
- 28:48Speaker 3: And so he's so lucky that Noble happened to be
- 28:50Speaker 3: walking by that time, because he was just like, oh, scribblings, I.
- 28:53Speaker 5: Don't know Noble sideways too, like you don't read, like
- 28:58Speaker 5: you can't know a lot of people, and about THEIM
- 29:00Speaker 5: can't read. So but if ray Mira were more in touch,
- 29:04Speaker 5: she would know, Hey, babes, only the nobles really know
- 29:08Speaker 5: how to read. That should limit your suspect pool. So
- 29:09Speaker 5: don't go out there for the people. The people don't
- 29:11Speaker 5: know what they're doing. They would not be able to
- 29:14Speaker 5: do that by themselves. They would need someone to at
- 29:16Speaker 5: least tell them how to make the shape to put
- 29:18Speaker 5: it on the wall.
- 29:19Speaker 4: Who was that person?
- 29:21Speaker 5: So I think yes, But like that, I think with
- 29:25Speaker 5: her conversations with Damon and how it takes them on
- 29:28Speaker 5: the track of things, if it was less about blaming
- 29:31Speaker 5: and more about like, Okay, you noticed that this was
- 29:35Speaker 5: going on, you overreacted to it. We need to because
- 29:39Speaker 5: in the end, it's the same thing. The thing that
- 29:41Speaker 5: he's chasing for with the gold clothes is the same
- 29:43Speaker 5: person that's over here sending out the messages.
- 29:45Speaker 4: So if they could just convene better about that.
- 29:48Speaker 5: Then things would be a little bit, would work a
- 29:50Speaker 5: little more functionally. But getting too wrapped up and blaming
- 29:53Speaker 5: dynamics lends them to this place of like, okay, now
- 29:56Speaker 5: we're infighting when we need to be on the same accord.
- 29:59Speaker 4: And they get there.
- 30:00Speaker 5: To an extent, but it's a lot of guilt and
- 30:02Speaker 5: shame moving in when it really needs to be like
- 30:04Speaker 5: a united front of like no, we need to figure
- 30:05Speaker 5: this out together.
- 30:07Speaker 3: And it raised the fence. She ain't have no one
- 30:09Speaker 3: at the small table when she snapped like that, like
- 30:13Speaker 3: like Coiler's wasn't there. I feel like Massaria would have
- 30:17Speaker 3: been able to be like girl they can't read.
- 30:19Speaker 6: They can't read, you know, like like we're sorry.
- 30:22Speaker 3: The only one that kind of like she like the
- 30:24Speaker 3: aoc of the table, Like anytime somebody take us wipe
- 30:26Speaker 3: of poor people, she'd be like, hold up now, not
- 30:29Speaker 3: too much on the pores. Okay, some of us came
- 30:32Speaker 3: from got it out the mud up in here.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Okay, you look mad hurt when dude was like flea bottom,
- 30:38Speaker 2: oh you know out yeah.
- 30:42Speaker 4: White referator.
- 30:45Speaker 3: She's the lucky at the table. Though, I want to
- 30:48Speaker 3: sit by Manderly. I'm being honest, dog he got the teeth.
- 30:51Speaker 4: Yes, I wanted to name that dynamic.
- 30:53Speaker 5: Especially Mandally is like abandonment for how Stark, so he's
- 30:57Speaker 5: up north and then a phrase of the river.
- 30:59Speaker 4: So they're both kind of like looking at what's going.
- 31:01Speaker 5: On here at the like the King's landing, like we're
- 31:03Speaker 5: all because if you're gonna think of any nobles who
- 31:05Speaker 5: are close by, it's gonna be the landing stairs, it's
- 31:07Speaker 5: going to be the tyrrells, it's going to be the
- 31:11Speaker 5: reach and like high towers and all of them, they're
- 31:13Speaker 5: closer to all the like what's going on there? The
- 31:15Speaker 5: tolleys and the phrase and the start Sarah, like give
- 31:19Speaker 5: us a popcorn?
- 31:20Speaker 4: What is this?
- 31:22Speaker 3: I need a Manderly Fray podcast, you know, like I
- 31:26Speaker 3: need the inside school for now.
- 31:27Speaker 6: Because he was over there.
- 31:29Speaker 3: I mean he was talking whispering a little too loud,
- 31:30Speaker 3: but he was over there like yeah, she's there there.
- 31:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 31:36Speaker 6: Oh them the bastards right there, Yeah, they bastards. Yeah. Yeah,
- 31:40Speaker 6: I'm sorry, Damon, I'm.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Sorry complaining like Frey was just like with the list
- 31:46Speaker 1: of ship like yo, fam.
- 31:48Speaker 2: Even the guard looked back at her like you over here.
- 31:57Speaker 5: I just don't that the phrase are consistent of cross generation,
- 31:59Speaker 5: like there always the same kind of person.
- 32:02Speaker 4: They're never not going to hold their.
- 32:04Speaker 5: Ability to like give passage against everybody else, like that's
- 32:08Speaker 5: the one move and they're going to play every single generation.
- 32:10Speaker 3: And maybe the crazy part is like so often people
- 32:14Speaker 3: be right, it's just how they're handling it because they
- 32:17Speaker 3: did make them promises to the phrase like like we
- 32:21Speaker 3: let the old, we let the winter filks cross the
- 32:24Speaker 3: bridge for y'all, you know what I'm saying. And now
- 32:27Speaker 3: you're out here talking about giving away haird home like
- 32:30Speaker 3: to just anybody, to just anybody, like come on, fam.
- 32:33Speaker 3: So she had a point, but you know, it's it's
- 32:36Speaker 3: different up there, and you need to learn the lay
- 32:38Speaker 3: of the land in kings Land before you start recipes,
- 32:41Speaker 3: nets start, before you start just spouting off with the
- 32:44Speaker 3: mouth with who oho what and how things supposed to work.
- 32:46Speaker 6: You need to learn how things actually do work there.
- 32:49Speaker 1: But that's again Ray, Ray, you know, making promises and
- 32:51Speaker 1: then being like, yo, my son's dead, Like come on,
- 32:53Speaker 1: that's no excuse, Like your son still made the promise
- 32:56Speaker 1: just because he did, now that right?
- 32:59Speaker 2: Mm hmmm.
- 33:00Speaker 3: Y'all were talking about something last week and I think, uh,
- 33:04Speaker 3: I forget who it was.
- 33:04Speaker 6: If somebody was like, you know, Ray, oh.
- 33:06Speaker 3: It was I think it was being He was like
- 33:09Speaker 3: Ray might have killed Darren at some point, and I.
- 33:13Speaker 6: Was like, Yeah, that's the thing with Ray.
- 33:14Speaker 3: I don't feel like she's She doesn't lie well, and
- 33:17Speaker 3: I don't even feel like she's a liar.
- 33:19Speaker 6: She means everything she says when she says it.
- 33:23Speaker 3: Yeah, tomorrow she might feel different like you were. One night,
- 33:27Speaker 3: she might have woke up and been like, actually, Darren,
- 33:29Speaker 3: do need to die Allison?
- 33:30Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 33:31Speaker 3: Like, I know what I had said yesterday, but I
- 33:33Speaker 3: thought about.
- 33:33Speaker 6: It a little more and he just asked me to die.
- 33:36Speaker 6: So yeah, I get that vibe from her all the time.
- 33:40Speaker 2: It's very impulsive, definitely very impulsive.
- 33:43Speaker 5: I think I think something she's really good about not
- 33:46Speaker 5: saying the full sentence and the moment that she doesn't
- 33:49Speaker 5: go agreed right then, Like whenever, like whenever Quiz came
- 33:53Speaker 5: to her about the having his sons like legitdimids or whatever,
- 33:58Speaker 5: she didn't say no, but she didn't say yesterday. So
- 34:00Speaker 5: I feel like she like she's good for read with
- 34:04Speaker 5: the lines with Ray, Like if you're gonna, if you
- 34:07Speaker 5: know that you're like trying to ask her for something,
- 34:09Speaker 5: how about you put in like because like even with
- 34:11Speaker 5: the phrase or whatever, whenever she said that, I feel
- 34:14Speaker 5: like that was Ray throwing the like the distraction basically
- 34:20Speaker 5: like let's talk about how my son is dead now
- 34:23Speaker 5: and that is the thing, like come back to Ray.
- 34:27Speaker 5: But she's ready to actually engage with you, and she's
- 34:29Speaker 5: not gonna keep throwing my dead son card.
- 34:31Speaker 6: Like I agree.
- 34:32Speaker 3: I agree, Like if Carlas would have did that tomorrow,
- 34:35Speaker 3: he would have got his son's names on them. He's
- 34:39Speaker 3: just he's so impatient. But she like and I don't
- 34:42Speaker 3: mean literally tomorrow. But just like the way she is ready,
- 34:45Speaker 3: wait a minute, let her take a breath. You might
- 34:48Speaker 3: be feeling good the.
- 34:48Speaker 6: Next day and be like, you know what gone, Let
- 34:51Speaker 6: your sons some valarious I got you one, but you just.
- 34:55Speaker 5: It's any but anybody with power, any position of power,
- 34:58Speaker 5: you gotta like play the game, like, okay, put your
- 35:01Speaker 5: sons in service to her, let them like, let her
- 35:04Speaker 5: get to know them over a couple of months or whatever.
- 35:06Speaker 5: And they'd be like, you know, my son who helped
- 35:08Speaker 5: you do X y Z thing. I want to think
- 35:10Speaker 5: about making him legitimate. And she's like, you know what,
- 35:12Speaker 5: he's a nice young man.
- 35:13Speaker 4: Should probably be like, play the game.
- 35:16Speaker 6: Don't over here, like because yeah, his sons is nice.
- 35:19Speaker 3: They would have won her over anyway eventually, like she
- 35:22Speaker 3: fucked with them on the load.
- 35:24Speaker 1: But in his defense, maybe he felt like they had
- 35:26Speaker 1: already done that. You know, they did win the battle
- 35:29Speaker 1: to gullet.
- 35:30Speaker 6: You know, oh for show.
- 35:31Speaker 2: I mean, he is, you know, Adams the Savior, he's
- 35:35Speaker 2: you know.
- 35:35Speaker 6: Once again poetic narrative symmetry.
- 35:38Speaker 3: This is a man who cares so much about his
- 35:40Speaker 3: name and legacy, and now it is the only thing
- 35:44Speaker 3: he has to his name, Like he literally lost everything
- 35:49Speaker 3: fighting for her on what he would consider that lie.
- 35:52Speaker 6: He fought on that lie.
- 35:53Speaker 3: He's like, I know, these little boys is not half
- 35:55Speaker 3: black babies. Okay, this is motherfucking Paris and Blanket, and
- 36:00Speaker 3: I'm gonna sit over here and treat them like they
- 36:02Speaker 3: the offspring of MJ. Anyway, and then I lost everything
- 36:06Speaker 3: and I asked for one thing, and you you talking
- 36:09Speaker 3: about some hold up. He crashed out. He was wrong
- 36:13Speaker 3: to crash out on. And he has the pressure of
- 36:16Speaker 3: trying to make up for all that deadbeat fatherhood that
- 36:19Speaker 3: he had lost out on, Like he you know those
- 36:21Speaker 3: fathers that come back and it's like I'm gonna take
- 36:24Speaker 3: you on the.
- 36:24Speaker 6: Ice creamy trup. We going Disney World.
- 36:27Speaker 3: It's like he trying to get all that back in
- 36:29Speaker 3: his son's life immediately. And she was just the one
- 36:32Speaker 3: to be like slow the brakes on it. And he
- 36:34Speaker 3: crashed out in a way that you know, to me
- 36:38Speaker 3: is it's in line with how he be acted, you know,
- 36:41Speaker 3: Like I didn't feel like it was out of character
- 36:43Speaker 3: that he lost its cool. We've seen him do it before,
- 36:45Speaker 3: but I mean it's indicative of who he is, So yeah,
- 36:49Speaker 3: I love the narrative symmetry though, of like he wouldn't
- 36:52Speaker 3: get these boys his name, they whole fucking lies, and
- 36:56Speaker 3: now it's all he got me, like I'm prince to
- 36:58Speaker 3: give you my name immediately, like dude, wait for the
- 37:01Speaker 3: paperwork to go through.
- 37:02Speaker 6: At least.
- 37:03Speaker 1: I feel like Corlis is like the daddy shows up
- 37:06Speaker 1: at the NBA draft and it's like, yo, what's good?
- 37:08Speaker 6: Fam?
- 37:09Speaker 2: You know what I mean? My man's about to go
- 37:10Speaker 2: a lot of moment like where it's like.
- 37:13Speaker 6: Hey son, hey boy. You know I always did watch
- 37:19Speaker 6: games on TV. You know I used to root.
- 37:22Speaker 3: For you, like yeah, man, I but yeah, I think
- 37:26Speaker 3: that he would have just waited. She I really do
- 37:30Speaker 3: think she would have done it. I you know, I
- 37:32Speaker 3: don't know if his thing is like I don't think
- 37:33Speaker 3: she's gonna be on the thrown that long. I don't know,
- 37:35Speaker 3: like maybe he got some other issues too, where he's like,
- 37:38Speaker 3: we didn't do this ship tonight. Okay, I'm seeing how
- 37:41Speaker 3: you rolling. You ain't gonna be here next week.
- 37:44Speaker 1: On that note, though, because I do have an ass
- 37:46Speaker 1: this portsch. Could he have done this before like with
- 37:48Speaker 1: Sarah's could he have been like, yo, I got these
- 37:50Speaker 1: bastards over here. I need them legitimnds before all this.
- 37:54Speaker 5: Yeah, oh all right, he ain't caught.
- 37:58Speaker 2: I know that's what.
- 38:01Speaker 4: You're saying. Even backed him on that.
- 38:03Speaker 5: So like Serious's own cousin was like, I'm backed him
- 38:08Speaker 5: trying to legitimize his kids.
- 38:10Speaker 4: I approve as his wife and as your cousin.
- 38:13Speaker 5: That was you search from the throne because of you
- 38:16Speaker 5: the least you can do with like, come on, the
- 38:18Speaker 5: Serious did pray?
- 38:21Speaker 6: Also? I mean they didn't get into it.
- 38:23Speaker 3: And since they didn't, I guess I have to assume
- 38:25Speaker 3: that it's not the race thinking. But man, I really
- 38:29Speaker 3: wish they had a moment between her and Bayla of like,
- 38:32Speaker 3: you know, if you legitimize his sons, you're pushing me
- 38:36Speaker 3: out of my of like everything like any Like the
- 38:40Speaker 3: only thing I got is to be some sort of
- 38:42Speaker 3: targarian to you, and you clearly only really want me
- 38:45Speaker 3: to do that, Like you're just pushing me into like
- 38:48Speaker 3: marrying some somebody somewhere for some truth or some people
- 38:52Speaker 3: Like I'm not going to be the targarian dragon ride
- 38:55Speaker 3: or warrior I.
- 38:55Speaker 6: Want to be.
- 38:56Speaker 3: I'm gonna end up being like the fate that you
- 38:58Speaker 3: wish to avoid to get on the crown and have
- 39:01Speaker 3: some actual power. You're pushing me into you and uh yeah,
- 39:07Speaker 3: if she legitimizes the son, she's helping to push her
- 39:10Speaker 3: value even lower to the court.
- 39:13Speaker 6: But they don't, they don't talk.
- 39:14Speaker 3: So I guess they ain't really had that discussion, But
- 39:17Speaker 3: that would have been an interesting discussion to see how
- 39:19Speaker 3: Ray would handle the idea of like, oh damn, I
- 39:22Speaker 3: guess I am making you the me of your family
- 39:25Speaker 3: by legitimizing some guys that ain't never really been around.
- 39:29Speaker 3: They nice dudes, but yeah, they gonna move up on
- 39:31Speaker 3: the totem pole compared to you just because they meant
- 39:33Speaker 3: and you not.
- 39:34Speaker 5: But I think that's the thing about any noble woman
- 39:37Speaker 5: is that, like they have to accept that at some
- 39:39Speaker 5: point they're gonna be married, often to someone else's family.
- 39:42Speaker 5: It's just that Bayla's like prospect was Jase, and that
- 39:47Speaker 5: worked out for her.
- 39:48Speaker 4: Now that Jase is no longer there, that's the problem.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Is Alan like that felt a little bit like he
- 39:55Speaker 1: was like, Yo, you know, wherever you go, I'm gonna
- 39:57Speaker 1: go with you, Like I don't care if you're married
- 39:59Speaker 1: to somebody else.
- 40:00Speaker 2: I'm here for you boo.
- 40:01Speaker 3: You know, I just hope the black people that watch
- 40:03Speaker 3: the show just except that the incest is on the show,
- 40:09Speaker 3: and it might be a chance that these black people
- 40:11Speaker 3: start assessing and y'all just don't take it as a representative.
- 40:15Speaker 3: They're not saying all black people do it. It's the
- 40:17Speaker 3: show's morality, are they.
- 40:20Speaker 4: We're not rying go out here and commit incests.
- 40:23Speaker 6: Yeah, just understand that.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Okay, that what's about. That's what this is leaning. It
- 40:27Speaker 2: felt a little yeah, Okay, that's it.
- 40:30Speaker 4: That's her uncle. That's his niece, you know, felt a
- 40:32Speaker 4: little that's his niece.
- 40:34Speaker 2: Yeah, man, it's all that Jesus little.
- 40:40Speaker 6: Little I'm like, why they talking so close?
- 40:42Speaker 2: Felt a little demon influenced right there.
- 40:44Speaker 6: Yeah, you smell a little hard, bro. That's your you
- 40:47Speaker 6: know what, you can.
- 40:49Speaker 4: Take it somewhere. I'm coming right after. I'm come get you.
- 40:51Speaker 6: Okay, if you get married, I'm gonna fly off with you.
- 40:54Speaker 6: Like hey, fam, y'all barely.
- 40:56Speaker 2: Know each other, obviously not. It's a lot of captainating.
- 41:01Speaker 6: And he said, listen, I see a good woman. Okay.
- 41:05Speaker 6: I'm not gonna let an opportunity pass a brother by.
- 41:07Speaker 3: Okay, I wasn't supposed to be flying dragons a month ago.
- 41:12Speaker 2: It's not my fault.
- 41:13Speaker 4: You have to come up all the way, not just halfway.
- 41:15Speaker 6: No, right. You know what I don't do. I don't
- 41:18Speaker 6: fly load to next the boats. That's what I don't do.
- 41:21Speaker 4: So I see my jacket in the water.
- 41:24Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, they call it see smoke. I got the
- 41:27Speaker 3: smoke on the seas for these fools. You ain't never
- 41:29Speaker 3: gonna catch me drowning getting shower arrows.
- 41:32Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying. The horns ain't never getting
- 41:34Speaker 6: loud on your boy.
- 41:35Speaker 1: This man said, don't blame me that there's only one
- 41:38Speaker 1: other black woman on this show.
- 41:39Speaker 6: Come on, man, like, I don't know why your sister.
- 41:43Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying, But you.
- 41:45Speaker 4: Okay, nna sneeze either way?
- 41:49Speaker 1: Right, I mean that's what I mean. It's options are limited.
- 41:52Speaker 1: You know.
- 41:52Speaker 2: My man likes to chop it. Like what can he do?
- 41:55Speaker 6: You know, just look around the castle.
- 41:58Speaker 3: I mean we're being honest, Like she's hot on the
- 42:01Speaker 3: power rankings.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Options are rough. She ain't got no kids, you know,
- 42:10Speaker 2: swipe right on everything.
- 42:12Speaker 3: She ain't He was on Dragons Only dot Com, Like,
- 42:16Speaker 3: hold up, who is.
- 42:23Speaker 1: All right, Oh well we did you know, since we
- 42:26Speaker 1: have said Ray, you know, it's been effing up. I
- 42:29Speaker 1: gotta also, you know, give full hate or whatever to Alison,
- 42:35Speaker 1: because man, I thought she had some terrible plans this episode.
- 42:38Speaker 1: It was just, you know, one terrible plan after the other.
- 42:42Speaker 1: I ain't that the plan be juice was the way
- 42:44Speaker 1: to go there.
- 42:45Speaker 2: You know, I knew Helena wouldn't be down for that.
- 42:48Speaker 1: I don't understand why Allison doesn't realize that Aleen ain't
- 42:51Speaker 1: gonna be down for that. And then her escape plan
- 42:54Speaker 1: like hoping you know once again the Baylor wasn't there
- 42:58Speaker 1: or was Sleep's just you know.
- 43:00Speaker 3: Come on, why don't she I mean, why doesn't anyone
- 43:06Speaker 3: listen to Helena? I know she's got the Ringman type
- 43:10Speaker 3: thing going on, but she'd be writing so much, you
- 43:14Speaker 3: know what I'm saying. She's right so often, and she
- 43:16Speaker 3: clearly has.
- 43:16Speaker 6: Read the books.
- 43:18Speaker 3: Why like she don't watch the whole episodes and everything
- 43:21Speaker 3: she nowhere is going If she say some shit shouldn't happen,
- 43:24Speaker 3: just take.
- 43:25Speaker 6: Her word for her to start moving accordingly. She like,
- 43:27Speaker 6: I can't kill this baby.
- 43:28Speaker 3: You don't understand why just be like Okay, so let
- 43:31Speaker 3: me pull this ta out.
- 43:31Speaker 6: Clearly, we can't kill the baby. What should we do next?
- 43:34Speaker 6: Baby girl?
- 43:35Speaker 3: She keeps saying, take me out this room. I'm like,
- 43:37Speaker 3: move out the room. Maybe something gonna happen in the room,
- 43:39Speaker 3: but no.
- 43:39Speaker 6: One listens to her.
- 43:41Speaker 3: She called the motherfucker dragon coming from under the floorboards,
- 43:44Speaker 3: my man. From here on out, we stopped. If she
- 43:47Speaker 3: speak her to meeting everybody on mute, you know what
- 43:49Speaker 3: I mean?
- 43:52Speaker 1: What was up portion with her wanting to look at
- 43:54Speaker 1: the moon, because once again she gets ignored, And I
- 43:57Speaker 1: feel like that was very significant.
- 43:59Speaker 5: So you know, Helena is she's gifted with the dragon dreams,
- 44:03Speaker 5: and so I think if what is shootouts?
- 44:06Speaker 4: And I rewatched the first season recently?
- 44:09Speaker 5: Was that Bessaras like while Alison was pregnant with Helena
- 44:14Speaker 5: was having He's the first time he ever told Alison
- 44:17Speaker 5: about how much he revered the dreamers in the Targarian Dynasty,
- 44:21Speaker 5: Like how he wanted to wish he had been a
- 44:23Speaker 5: dreamer and had been able to have the prophetic dreams
- 44:26Speaker 5: and do them or whatever.
- 44:27Speaker 4: And then who was born from like.
- 44:29Speaker 5: Who's a child in her womb? Is Helena And she's
- 44:32Speaker 5: actually the child, I can have those. So I think
- 44:34Speaker 5: that if the Sarahs were around and he knew that
- 44:36Speaker 5: Helena actually have prophetic dreams, he probably would have elevated
- 44:39Speaker 5: her like within the family so that they.
- 44:41Speaker 4: Would actually pay more attention to what she says.
- 44:44Speaker 5: I think one guessing about how Alison and Auto and
- 44:47Speaker 5: all of them are anti any Targarian like religion or
- 44:52Speaker 5: belief system because they think that the High Faith, the
- 44:55Speaker 5: Seven or whatever is better than anything the Targarians do,
- 44:58Speaker 5: that they're barbaric and whatever. Of course, Alison's going to
- 45:00Speaker 5: downplay whatever her kid is saying, that is to drag
- 45:03Speaker 5: your dream because she doesn't understand that stuff. She thinks
- 45:05Speaker 5: it's like backwards. She thinks enough like another Targanian, weird.
- 45:08Speaker 5: They have oddity they have going on. So I think
- 45:11Speaker 5: that's part of the reason. I think that the reason
- 45:14Speaker 5: that Helena, the way that Helena doesn't just like boguard
- 45:17Speaker 5: space and then make them listen to her, I think
- 45:19Speaker 5: that it also has plays a factor into that. But
- 45:22Speaker 5: I think Helena, whenever she said the moon and she
- 45:27Speaker 5: said I can't I can't kill this kid, She's not
- 45:29Speaker 5: saying I can't, like just morally like I morally can't
- 45:32Speaker 5: kill this kid.
- 45:33Speaker 4: She's saying, like I can't, like the.
- 45:34Speaker 5: Timeline is happening in a certain way, I can't. This
- 45:37Speaker 5: kid cannot die.
- 45:38Speaker 4: We can't do that. This kid has to live.
- 45:40Speaker 5: And like you're saying, why is no one saying to
- 45:43Speaker 5: why are they not being like okay?
- 45:44Speaker 4: So she said, like we can't do it. What's the
- 45:46Speaker 4: next step with the moon? There's something. She has to
- 45:50Speaker 4: be in tune with what's going on.
- 45:52Speaker 2: She needs to.
- 45:52Speaker 4: Sheose, like I can She told Alison, I can see Ament.
- 45:57Speaker 6: I know he's alive.
- 45:59Speaker 4: So like there's and.
- 46:00Speaker 5: Allison believes her to an extent. So I think what
- 46:03Speaker 5: Helena also is. It's like if we're thinking of talking
- 46:05Speaker 5: about like Greek tales and all that kind of stuff,
- 46:07Speaker 5: she's kind of like the Game of Thrones version of
- 46:11Speaker 5: a Cassandra that she has a Cassandra curse where she
- 46:13Speaker 5: can see omens and prophecies, but like she's doomed for
- 46:18Speaker 5: no one to ever believe her because they don't want
- 46:20Speaker 5: to see the future that way, and then it ends
- 46:24Speaker 5: up cursing everyone around her, so she feels cursed because
- 46:26Speaker 5: she no one ever listens to her. So like It's
- 46:30Speaker 5: one thing for Helena to be treated that way, but like,
- 46:33Speaker 5: wonder what's going on in her psyche when everything that
- 46:35Speaker 5: she's trying to make happen goes against her.
- 46:39Speaker 6: Yeah, and she's clearly smart, like I know she like
- 46:43Speaker 6: she's not.
- 46:44Speaker 3: Great at being able to communicate like the same way
- 46:47Speaker 3: the rest of the people do, but like the way
- 46:49Speaker 3: she studies the bugs and all, like the way she
- 46:52Speaker 3: knows the which flowers are supposed to being seasoned and shit,
- 46:55Speaker 3: she clearly is studying and learned. But it's crazy like
- 46:58Speaker 3: her own mama, I had a big like this is
- 47:01Speaker 3: why Alison ain't shit like type of feeling this whole episode,
- 47:04Speaker 3: like see this what you a bad mom?
- 47:06Speaker 4: Like?
- 47:07Speaker 6: You just you keep talking about the castle, man, it's you.
- 47:10Speaker 6: You not good at being a mom. Your girl just
- 47:14Speaker 6: lost her kid to murder, and you like, so we
- 47:17Speaker 6: need to go ahead and take care of this one.
- 47:19Speaker 3: You can't understand why she would be like no, Like
- 47:21Speaker 3: I can understand why she's like, I'm never losing a
- 47:23Speaker 3: child again if I have any choice over it, Alicent.
- 47:27Speaker 2: Man. Also, I feel like that was.
- 47:30Speaker 1: That breaking bad moment when Helena was talking about no,
- 47:33Speaker 1: these plants are poisonous because in Breaking Bad Dad that
- 47:36Speaker 1: plants show up. And then later on it definitely, you know,
- 47:39Speaker 1: murdered somebody. Yes, yeah, no, I definitely felt that. And
- 47:44Speaker 1: then they focused on her looking after she looked through
- 47:47Speaker 1: the moon, she went back to look at that caterpillar,
- 47:50Speaker 1: and you know, the caterpillar is definitely something to turn
- 47:52Speaker 1: into a butterfly. So maybe it's like a sense of
- 47:55Speaker 1: her transforming into something or or even.
- 47:57Speaker 3: Am talking about the moon? You know, like you could
- 48:01Speaker 3: be a caipillar, could even be a moth man. Yeah
- 48:04Speaker 3: you yeah, I can't wait. Man, I just know I'll
- 48:07Speaker 3: be paying attention to her. I don't I don't always
- 48:09Speaker 3: understand because obviously they write her to not be one
- 48:12Speaker 3: hundred percent literal, but man, anytime she she cough, I'll
- 48:15Speaker 3: be like, nah, see that's something too.
- 48:18Speaker 5: It's like she's she's not present, and that's why they
- 48:21Speaker 5: don't pay tention to her, because she's not present. She's
- 48:23Speaker 5: she's ahead, so talking about something now that's happening further ahead,
- 48:28Speaker 5: and people aren't paying attention to her.
- 48:30Speaker 3: She said, Am I not dead to her own? You
- 48:33Speaker 3: ain't Mom's mama? You singing him out there to gig
- 48:36Speaker 3: to die possibly and she's like, yeah, he alive, he
- 48:39Speaker 3: on fire, but he don't got the dragon.
- 48:41Speaker 6: And she was just like YEO, whatever, girl, so listen,
- 48:43Speaker 6: drink this tea.
- 48:44Speaker 4: I think that's the thing.
- 48:45Speaker 5: I think we talked about al since, like parenting style
- 48:48Speaker 5: and how she learned she got an honest with her
- 48:49Speaker 5: father because I thought they didn't pairent her.
- 48:51Speaker 6: And then I just want to.
- 48:51Speaker 5: Note that, you know, like rich people don't be parenting
- 48:55Speaker 5: their kids. That's not the sisters us seeing getting this universe,
- 48:59Speaker 5: but rich kids don't. Rich people do not do that,
- 49:01Speaker 5: so that it all attracts and I think with Alice,
- 49:06Speaker 5: with Helena especially, I think the moon signifies.
- 49:13Speaker 4: Like the darkest obscures everything.
- 49:15Speaker 5: But the moon is like when it's a full moon,
- 49:17Speaker 5: it's the first time you can see a full vantage
- 49:19Speaker 5: point of stuff at night, and this time in this universe,
- 49:21Speaker 5: the only thing that's really lighting up their world is
- 49:23Speaker 5: the moon, stars and torches. Right, there's no electricity, there's
- 49:28Speaker 5: no gas lamps, there's none of that really, so or dragonfire.
- 49:32Speaker 5: So just think about what gets illuminated under a moon,
- 49:35Speaker 5: what might be obscured currently, what might need to be.
- 49:39Speaker 4: Shown some light on.
- 49:44Speaker 1: Intriguing and speaking about you know, bad parenting. We got
- 49:48Speaker 1: to talk about Aimond and it seems like he's getting
- 49:53Speaker 1: some very mommy deerrist over there with what's her name,
- 49:56Speaker 1: Alice with mss Rivers.
- 49:58Speaker 2: Yeah, they have.
- 50:00Speaker 6: The boy's got some mama issues. Everybody all the tar
- 50:04Speaker 6: mama issues is so strong.
- 50:07Speaker 2: Father, daddy, brother, sister, cousin issues.
- 50:13Speaker 3: Yes, that one prostitute that worked in uh in King's
- 50:16Speaker 3: landing that was like nursing Amon, but also like manipulating
- 50:21Speaker 3: the throne through like she's like, yeah, go ahead and
- 50:23Speaker 3: suck that milk, baby, don't kill the poor people. Okay,
- 50:26Speaker 3: that's not because you might kill me in these tit
- 50:29Speaker 3: is and you wouldn't want that to happen.
- 50:30Speaker 6: He's like, yup, Like they so easy to be manipulate.
- 50:34Speaker 3: The way he held Alice Rivers and it wasn't like sexual,
- 50:38Speaker 3: it was intimate in like a motherly way and he
- 50:42Speaker 3: was crying and ship.
- 50:42Speaker 6: And that's the other thing too.
- 50:43Speaker 3: I think with this show I forget sometimes that Amn
- 50:46Speaker 3: is still a kid. Yes, you know what I mean,
- 50:49Speaker 3: like an act like a kid, Like it's easy, Like
- 50:52Speaker 3: he's so petulant and entitled. Amon want to be Darren
- 50:56Speaker 3: Damon so bad. He won't be grown so bad. I'll
- 50:59Speaker 3: be forgetting like oh this a little boy. We was
- 51:01Speaker 3: crying and ship talking.
- 51:03Speaker 6: About them dreams. I said, oh man, it is right
- 51:06Speaker 6: you you're.
- 51:07Speaker 3: A little homie. You you go really built fault this.
- 51:09Speaker 3: I don't have my cranging like clicking this dude, man,
- 51:17Speaker 3: I little murder.
- 51:17Speaker 5: But I think it's like the panning from Aimond having
- 51:22Speaker 5: his whole, like you don't understand my younger brother overshadowed
- 51:26Speaker 5: me because he did this, and then Aimond having his
- 51:30Speaker 5: home like your egg On saying that, then like Amen's
- 51:32Speaker 5: being like, well, I just don't he always he never
- 51:35Speaker 5: liked me. I always looked up to him, but he
- 51:36Speaker 5: never liked me. And like it's like this, like but
- 51:38Speaker 5: it's sibling rivalry. And I like, while it is very childish,
- 51:42Speaker 5: think about how many civil rivalries come into adulthood because
- 51:46Speaker 5: it is true never and we just never get like
- 51:49Speaker 5: the end of this true.
- 51:52Speaker 4: So I think it was very think.
- 51:53Speaker 5: I love that that was the one scene into another
- 51:56Speaker 5: kind of like sequence of that and how again like
- 52:01Speaker 5: another example of how the parenting that they received was inadequate.
- 52:06Speaker 4: And I love that Laris read agon.
- 52:12Speaker 5: He was like, it's bad enough that you were backing,
- 52:14Speaker 5: it's whatever, but like, what do you think we expected
- 52:17Speaker 5: from you?
- 52:17Speaker 4: Because you're not even a good man?
- 52:19Speaker 3: Dog. That was the first time I've seen Laris tell
- 52:23Speaker 3: the truth, and he told the truth for a full
- 52:26Speaker 3: two minutes. Like that was like the end of that
- 52:29Speaker 3: Grinch song. The way he was like, hold up, since
- 52:33Speaker 3: we just being honest, let's just start over at the beginning,
- 52:37Speaker 3: because it ain't your brother, it's you bad. You not
- 52:41Speaker 3: a good You don't have the best of everything, and
- 52:44Speaker 3: look at how you do it turned out, Dog, And
- 52:47Speaker 3: this like what was this undercover boss that was at
- 52:50Speaker 3: the show?
- 52:51Speaker 6: This undercover boss shit Egon's going through I.
- 52:54Speaker 3: Like, I low key love that he's seeing like the
- 52:58Speaker 3: bottom because that's the problem with almost all these people.
- 53:01Speaker 3: Whenever they struggle, they struggled be like, oh, I gotta
- 53:04Speaker 3: go to dragon Stone.
- 53:08Speaker 4: With the dragon Masters. I don't feel like learning.
- 53:11Speaker 6: Yeah, oh they won't let me be queen.
- 53:13Speaker 3: I'm gonna go to Dragonstone and kind of be a
- 53:16Speaker 3: de facto queen there.
- 53:17Speaker 2: Oh the boring history, right.
- 53:20Speaker 3: My dad won't let me, my brother won't put me
- 53:23Speaker 3: in succession for the throw, so I just have to
- 53:24Speaker 3: be the chief of police.
- 53:26Speaker 5: Oh no, I want like dragons. I'm gonna leap on
- 53:29Speaker 5: this old one and tell my eye.
- 53:32Speaker 6: At least I got a.
- 53:33Speaker 3: Dragon, right, I don't want to go to Pentos to
- 53:35Speaker 3: live in the lap of luxury.
- 53:37Speaker 6: I gotta have it.
- 53:37Speaker 3: Like like all of they down bad, is not that
- 53:41Speaker 3: down bad, you know what I mean?
- 53:43Speaker 2: Right?
- 53:44Speaker 3: Like Raina might be the closest down bad just because
- 53:46Speaker 3: she's chosen to live in that cave and cut her
- 53:48Speaker 3: hair off and ship, but like.
- 53:49Speaker 6: She don't got to live like that.
- 53:51Speaker 2: No, she could have gone to po.
- 53:54Speaker 3: The Agon is the only one right now who's at
- 53:57Speaker 3: the bottom because he don't really got a choice, Like you,
- 54:01Speaker 3: you can't just opt out of this ship, bro.
- 54:03Speaker 6: He tried to walk off, and basically it was like, brother,
- 54:05Speaker 6: what do you think we're gonna go? Okay, I got
- 54:08Speaker 6: a cane, you.
- 54:09Speaker 3: Got a limp? What the we need to go back
- 54:11Speaker 3: and figure out a plan. So I kind of like
- 54:14Speaker 3: that he's seeing the bottom of everything, because you know,
- 54:17Speaker 3: I think the best ruler would be somebody that saw
- 54:20Speaker 3: the bottom. Man, Like it's I don't think if you
- 54:24Speaker 3: have to have a ruler, I think a person that
- 54:27Speaker 3: learned the kingdom from the bottom up instead of the
- 54:30Speaker 3: top down would just be better than the entitlement so
- 54:33Speaker 3: many of them have.
- 54:34Speaker 6: But I don't know if the lessons taking right.
- 54:37Speaker 4: Now, you know what I'm saying.
- 54:41Speaker 3: And it's not over yet either, you know what I'm saying,
- 54:43Speaker 3: Like this lesson he's learning, he's being home.
- 54:46Speaker 6: He had to kiss them boots, Like he's going.
- 54:49Speaker 4: To kill the guy who made yes.
- 54:51Speaker 3: But look at how first of all, the reason he
- 54:53Speaker 3: had to kill him was a valid reason. Right, the
- 54:56Speaker 3: man was about to basically sell him out?
- 54:58Speaker 5: What was that guy on anyway? Like, what was his plan?
- 55:01Speaker 5: What's the strategy? I'm gonna roll up on some guy.
- 55:03Speaker 5: I'm gonna still whatever it's in his bag, and I'm
- 55:05Speaker 5: gonna confront him with whatever he got in the bag?
- 55:07Speaker 6: What a bully?
- 55:09Speaker 1: So Like, isn't that dude like what like he claimed
- 55:11Speaker 1: to be the boss of the camp? Yeah, so why
- 55:14Speaker 1: not get somebody else to just you know, knock this
- 55:16Speaker 1: dude over and grab the bag?
- 55:18Speaker 2: Right?
- 55:18Speaker 6: I don't get Yeah, But once again, I like that he's.
- 55:22Speaker 3: Experiencing that, like when he walked through the battlefield seeing
- 55:25Speaker 3: them dead bodies and kids was picking off the corpses.
- 55:29Speaker 3: He needed to see that shit man because he was
- 55:31Speaker 3: up in the he killed all.
- 55:32Speaker 6: The rat catchers.
- 55:33Speaker 3: Like he's a dude that just like life means nothing
- 55:35Speaker 3: to me. I'm I'm in the castle and he's a.
- 55:38Speaker 4: Big rapist, Like I think.
- 55:39Speaker 5: Hey, that was one of the things that pissed me
- 55:41Speaker 5: off about what because like, I've never liked Laris. I'm
- 55:43Speaker 5: gonna keep out of whatever. When of the fissed me
- 55:45Speaker 5: off the most about what Lara's said was whenever he
- 55:48Speaker 5: equated agon being a rapist, but like you go around
- 55:52Speaker 5: fucking whatever moves. To me, that phrase has always just
- 55:55Speaker 5: meant like a guy who's Chason tail or whatever. Yeah,
- 55:58Speaker 5: he's always I never it together. It's like, oh, like, no,
- 56:01Speaker 5: that mean includes rape, Like that's crazy.
- 56:04Speaker 6: Yeah, well, I think Larry's doesn't care.
- 56:08Speaker 3: Like it's just it's very telling that that's not a
- 56:11Speaker 3: line for him of like and also like he's just
- 56:14Speaker 3: more like and you was fucking people in the brothels
- 56:16Speaker 3: and sexually assault them, and both of them are the
- 56:18Speaker 3: same to me, Like, like Larry's is very cold in
- 56:21Speaker 3: that way. But there was something about his ability to
- 56:25Speaker 3: lie that is just keeping him alive because he lies
- 56:28Speaker 3: so much better than everyone else.
- 56:30Speaker 6: Damon threw that head on the table.
- 56:31Speaker 3: Everyone immediately knew was a lot, you know what I'm saying,
- 56:34Speaker 3: even though they couldn't prove it. That was like, so
- 56:36Speaker 3: that's not what happened, right, yes, Alison, Oh no, the
- 56:41Speaker 3: team was for me. Nobody like like word it's for you,
- 56:45Speaker 3: Like that's how everyone else lied. Larry's be telling lies
- 56:47Speaker 3: when people be like, oh, so, y'all actually from another
- 56:50Speaker 3: town that got burned, that makes sense, Yeah, okay, and
- 56:53Speaker 3: the proof is he got burned, so he must be
- 56:55Speaker 3: a commoner from that town. Shit, all right, Well enough,
- 56:57Speaker 3: of course for me, he's really good at lying.
- 57:00Speaker 5: But I feel it's also like sometimes it's like like
- 57:01Speaker 5: Larry's is good benefit of the doubt line. He's like
- 57:04Speaker 5: he sits on the borderline where you're like, I don't
- 57:06Speaker 5: know if I quite trust this man, but I don't
- 57:08Speaker 5: because I think he's a liar.
- 57:09Speaker 4: I just I don't think I could trust them.
- 57:10Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 57:11Speaker 3: Yeah, his lives are so good that nope, the reason
- 57:16Speaker 3: I say he's a good liar.
- 57:17Speaker 6: No one trusts him, but his lives is too good.
- 57:21Speaker 3: Like everyone else lies when you don't trust and you
- 57:23Speaker 3: be like, I know you lie. I'm gonna find out
- 57:25Speaker 3: that you line him. You be like, I can't prove
- 57:29Speaker 3: that's a lie.
- 57:31Speaker 2: There's a difference.
- 57:32Speaker 1: Like you said, Damon comes in with a lie that
- 57:34Speaker 1: has no truth in it at all. I killed this man,
- 57:37Speaker 1: I had my dragon burn him up, and now here's
- 57:39Speaker 1: his head. Larry comes in with a lot that has
- 57:41Speaker 1: some truth to it. We come from a burned up town.
- 57:44Speaker 1: Here's a burned up man.
- 57:46Speaker 6: Yes, dragonfire right.
- 57:50Speaker 3: His lives is like, uh, he putting other women in
- 57:54Speaker 3: his phone. But being like that's my cousin and my coworker,
- 57:57Speaker 3: and Damon lies like that's pizza hut.
- 58:00Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying.
- 58:01Speaker 3: It's like, well, I know it's not piece of hut
- 58:02Speaker 3: because while ald piece h like KYO three in the morning, Damon,
- 58:04Speaker 3: that don't make sense.
- 58:06Speaker 6: Larre's a good liar though.
- 58:07Speaker 3: But but that's why it meant something that he told
- 58:09Speaker 3: the truth of that man for two minutes straight, because
- 58:12Speaker 3: I said, oh, he's he is fed the fuck up
- 58:14Speaker 3: for this guy.
- 58:18Speaker 1: Before we do wrap up, I do have a one
- 58:21Speaker 1: question or a couple of questions.
- 58:22Speaker 2: Who was dude?
- 58:22Speaker 1: Because I couldn't remember exactly who rolls up on them
- 58:25Speaker 1: in the camp.
- 58:27Speaker 6: The lanister.
- 58:29Speaker 2: So was that the twin?
- 58:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it's the one that the boat.
- 58:32Speaker 1: Oh shit, I thought so. I thought I wasn't one hundred.
- 58:35Speaker 1: I was like, oh my man survived.
- 58:36Speaker 6: Wow, Bro, I couldn't believe it either.
- 58:39Speaker 2: Man off the boat I mean that.
- 58:42Speaker 3: Let me tell you something on the show, getting pushed
- 58:44Speaker 3: off a boat not a good way to kill people.
- 58:46Speaker 2: Obviously of a tower.
- 58:48Speaker 1: I mean, but you have pushed out of a boat
- 58:50Speaker 1: in full armor like this, you know you should be done.
- 58:53Speaker 3: Like him and Corlisye, they owe for two on the
- 58:56Speaker 3: Push Out the Boat movie. I'm never gonna believe Push
- 58:58Speaker 3: Out the Boat again as this show go. I'm just
- 59:01Speaker 3: like we had that one episode where Jamie fell in
- 59:04Speaker 3: the water and the Game of Thrones and he almost died,
- 59:06Speaker 3: but he got his armor off. Like these dudes, I
- 59:09Speaker 3: don't know what they armor made up. They hopping out
- 59:11Speaker 3: of that water fresh, like.
- 59:13Speaker 2: They got that ripple away ship like it's the NBA boy,
- 59:16Speaker 2: like they just I'm ready for the game.
- 59:20Speaker 5: I noticed he had this courtly apparel, but I didn't
- 59:23Speaker 5: notice like any armor on him.
- 59:25Speaker 1: Maybe he slipped it off or something just now like yeah,
- 59:29Speaker 1: oh no, no he had no That's what I'm saying.
- 59:31Speaker 2: He ripped off from the ocean.
- 59:32Speaker 6: But he went in with the army. Know what I'm saying.
- 59:35Speaker 2: I'm just saying she pushed them in.
- 59:37Speaker 6: I thought the man died. I'll be honest with y'all.
- 59:39Speaker 2: Said. I was like, who the hell is this? Because
- 59:41Speaker 2: I was like, oh, no, that nigga did.
- 59:43Speaker 6: Him and his brother, like we know his brother, dad,
- 59:46Speaker 6: we know his brother. I thought that too. Yeah, I
- 59:49Speaker 6: thought that too.
- 59:50Speaker 3: His face was cut up, so I was like, oh,
- 59:51Speaker 3: it might be the dude from the boat. But it
- 59:53Speaker 3: took me like two scenes. It took me like a
- 59:55Speaker 3: little minute before I was like, oh, that is.
- 59:57Speaker 6: Him, okay.
- 59:59Speaker 1: And then we talked about Alice. We talked about everyone,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: you know, the terrible plan.
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: I do love it.
- 1:00:05Speaker 6: Amen, Alice must have got a ring doorbell or some shit.
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: Bro.
- 1:00:09Speaker 6: How the fuck?
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: Yeah, them niggas climbing up though, them niggas cly.
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: Fuck up real quick.
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: I was.
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: I wrote in my notes that like Hearn Hollis film
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: like a sidequest in a video game right now, where
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: it's just like like you just had multiple people coming
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: up I'm here to fight Amen targ And it's like
- 1:00:30Speaker 5: multiple different parties like and you're ready for the boss
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: to show up, and it's just Alice being like Aimen
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: Targarian here, you made such for him and the whispers
- 1:00:38Speaker 5: in the air, but no, no, Aimen Tugarian here.
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: Well she did the motherfucker batman smoke Pellett shit on
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: them boards. And then the one dude tried to act
- 1:00:49Speaker 6: like they was crazy for wanting to get out of it.
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: I'm like, no, brother, this is a world where magic exists.
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: If you could make bats come out of nowhere, I'm out, like,
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: it can't be worth.
- 1:00:57Speaker 6: Killing this man.
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: No, And they didn't make it out of there either,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: because you he streaming and Damon's dream, I mean and dream.
- 1:01:03Speaker 3: But he said you're craving. I'm like, well, might I
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: have to be craving there? Because does mo fucker disappeared
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: to make bats come out of nowhere?
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: Dude, do y'all got anything? Y'all got bat repelling on y'all?
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: No, let's get the fuck out of here then, and
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: shout that Amon because he got his flu game one kidney.
- 1:01:21Speaker 6: It took out three people, bro, That's it. That was
- 1:01:24Speaker 6: a real move right there.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: Push that dude onto that tree with no problem, Like
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: doesn't don't those trees bleed naturally?
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: M M is the one of them face trees?
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: Yeah, they bleeding double toalm.
- 1:01:38Speaker 6: Damn. I know that ship was like more blood, this
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: man gonna be delicious.
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: I was hoping. I was hoping you and push one
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: of these dudes over here.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: And I love how how he came in, like you know,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: he was magic. You know, it was like She's like
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: she needed some magic right there. Any here he closed poof.
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: Whatever they get up to, I'm scared. I don't know
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: what them to gonna get up to feel real. It's
- 1:02:08Speaker 3: feeling real, like uh, you know when you watch Bonnie
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: and Clyde or something. Well, I'm like, these are two
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: people that are should not be together because hare Hall
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: and he is crazy as hell.
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: Whitney and Bobby, Yeah, they always blame it on Bobby,
- 1:02:31Speaker 2: but you know they say that both.
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: Of them were iron oil. Like, can't put them together, folks.
- 1:02:38Speaker 5: I just wanted to laugh at the We talked about
- 1:02:41Speaker 5: like Damon and Grenera going back and forth, and Hybalerian,
- 1:02:45Speaker 5: but we didn't talk about like some of the things
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: that they like one of the barbs do at each
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: other and like, so when Damon comes out of Hyberlerian,
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: it says to her like, oh, you can't let fear,
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: but like take you like down this road or whatever,
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: like you're seeing omens everywhere in the like air and whatever.
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: And then she responds to him and but un high
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: Valarian like, you care more about your legacy, but you
- 1:03:11Speaker 5: don't even know where find like like you let Agon
- 1:03:14Speaker 5: and aim On slip from your grass. So like while
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: he's ready to like puncture her where other people can
- 1:03:20Speaker 5: actually understand what they're saying, she's still kind of like
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: holding his legacy, like her questions about him and high
- 1:03:25Speaker 5: Valarian between the two of them, and then he just
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: walks off, saying, Oh, you're better than this or whatever.
- 1:03:31Speaker 5: And it just kind of feels like an uncle niece
- 1:03:34Speaker 5: kind of situation in some ways, where it's like they're
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: like push pulling each other's like dynamic, like, oh, you
- 1:03:40Speaker 5: can do better than this. I've seen you since you
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: were a kid or whatever. You can be better than
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: what you're doing right now. But I also think it's
- 1:03:47Speaker 5: just interesting that we're talking about we spoke about how
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: they're infighting, but they're throwing barbs at each other, and
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: how they're doing it, and how he's kind of.
- 1:03:56Speaker 4: Making her, making it known his.
- 1:03:59Speaker 5: Doubts in her and her rain in front of other
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: people who can understand it any way they can understand it, rather.
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: Than keeping get quiet between the two of them. It's interesting.
- 1:04:07Speaker 3: I love once again poetic narrative symmetry. They're sitting in
- 1:04:11Speaker 3: the set pretending to be reverent of the Seven speaking
- 1:04:15Speaker 3: hi Valarian about conquering West Ross, like like just like just.
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: That shit was beautiful, man.
- 1:04:23Speaker 3: I was like, this is why the fuck y'all really
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: can't really shouldn't be the rulers. And then Damon's speech
- 1:04:29Speaker 3: to the man later where he's like and we're gonna
- 1:04:31Speaker 3: take over.
- 1:04:33Speaker 6: You know, We're gonna take over Don Dorn.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: Going to the White House.
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: Being took exact girl stuff. Like I was like this man,
- 1:04:42Speaker 3: like that is not what Ray said. Ray was like,
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: we just need to figure out kings landing and we
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: will go from there. This man was like, We're gonna
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: conquer the world. Just listen to me, Like that is
- 1:04:54Speaker 3: that that man.
- 1:04:55Speaker 6: Is on one? The thing about Damon that's interesting in
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: to me.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: Then the other characters is that when he Counterman's right,
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: he actually really does think he's doing it her service,
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: like it's kind of his whole thing is like how
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: we said, you know, tomorrow she might feel differently. He
- 1:05:15Speaker 3: is like, tomorrow you will feel different.
- 1:05:17Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, exactly. She's like, no, go get vague. He's like, no,
- 1:05:23Speaker 6: trust me, that's not what you want.
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: I'm gonna just do this because you gonna want to
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: know who killing the gold Cloaks by the end of
- 1:05:30Speaker 3: the episode. So I'm gonna get on that and we'll
- 1:05:32Speaker 3: come back around to this bullshit. And it's very disrespectful
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: and it's definitely making her look weak in front of
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: all these other people and all that shit, and it
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: just it almost sucks when he's right, you know what,
- 1:05:44Speaker 3: because it's like, damn, it was a plot and Ormond
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: is behind it, and she is gonna be thankful for
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: this knowledge to know that this Ormond dude is not
- 1:05:53Speaker 3: just a crazy guy in Tumbleton. He's trying to put
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: Darren on the throne, like that's a big chip of
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: knowledge you need to move forward, But damn, he don't
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: be listening to her.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: Yes, But on the other side of before he finished.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: He's also like, even though he did recognize the plot
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: and all that, he's part flat footed because he's out
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: here like, oh, we're gonna do this, and we're gonna
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: do that, go out and do everything gold close.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: And then he comes back.
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: Oh he didn't know either about.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: You know, like you know, stranger things Montage right here
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: like to his.
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: I guess to his defense or whatever, he didn't know
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: Ormond was one of the ones bro he really found out,
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: like like cause he because like I thought, he did
- 1:06:40Speaker 3: a good job. We plucked out homie all said. Damn
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: he figured out it's Ormond. I guess mystery solved. You know,
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: It's like, nah, it's all you know is that is me.
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: You still don't know how I'm doing it. I'm killing
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: your men's and propping them up like museum exhibits out here.
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: I'm a different type of breed than these other people
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: you've been fighting.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: Top it off, how did he even find out that
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: he cut our dude's eyes because they fucked up all
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: them dude's eyes and the only person who knew that
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: got his head cut off?
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: Mm hmm.
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: What mean like Ormond.
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: Had sliced all the dudes the gold clothes eyes. Their
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: eyes were sliced in that last scene when they're sitting
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: there propped up, just like.
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: Saying, like, how did the informant, how did he know
- 1:07:24Speaker 5: the informant that he had got the answer from had
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: had his eye taken out or whatever?
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: For them to do that, that's how good he is
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: because he was just putting guts before.
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: And I know, I'm gonna get these eyes too.
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: And we're saying the raven he got the raven letter
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: is small. They don't even have no details in it. Yeah,
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: like it's like two sentences. He's like, yeah, they cut
- 1:07:43Speaker 3: his eyes out, Like.
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: I know, I think it's like we saw like we
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: had a glimpse of like someone that we don't have
- 1:07:51Speaker 5: a name for yet or whatever, a brown haired man
- 1:07:53Speaker 5: or whatever. That seems like he's probably gonna be the
- 1:07:55Speaker 5: liaison between all that stuff.
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: It's gonna be interesting to find out what his actual.
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: Allegiances, like who is he Because he's serving Ormond, but
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: for what reason?
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: Like what is he actually serving? Is he literate? Is
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: this the reason? Like what's going on in there?
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: And like or while last week said he has zero
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: correspondence between old Town and King's Land, and when she
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: asked him to like check the emails or whatever, they
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: had zero correspondents back and forth. So either or while
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: covering it up, or Ormond is so careful he's like,
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: I don't send shit that y'all can track, which is
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: all so scary as fuck, Like that man is a.
- 1:08:35Speaker 6: Whole different animal man.
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: He It is rare that they are able to pull
- 1:08:40Speaker 3: this off with like a new character for me where
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: I'm like truly intrigued, but he truly does have me
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: intrigued every week of like what the fuck is he
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: gonna do?
- 1:08:49Speaker 5: I would argue that if you're not hearing from the
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: citadel or from the High Septs or whatever, then you
- 1:08:56Speaker 5: have your answer about who were their allegiance lies and
- 1:08:59Speaker 5: if it's with you, because if it's with you, you're
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: hearing from them. If you're not hearing from them, then
- 1:09:04Speaker 5: you know they're putting their power. You don't may not
- 1:09:05Speaker 5: know who has the power, but it's not they're not
- 1:09:08Speaker 5: putting behind you. So you need to move accordingly and
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: be thoughtful about that. And I think there's so many
- 1:09:13Speaker 5: moving pieces with Ray right now that it may be
- 1:09:17Speaker 5: a little bit too hard and maybe her small counsel
- 1:09:19Speaker 5: could be helpul for that, but who knows what Manderly
- 1:09:22Speaker 5: and Frey and.
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: All the other the nobles they done pissed off and
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: killed and ship.
- 1:09:27Speaker 6: Yeah, she got a lot of enemies.
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: I think the obvious solution is sending Raina in there,
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: because he hates smells. And so if you send her
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: into Tumbleton, just no shower, just fresh out for smoke
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: off of a sheep, off of sheep stealer, I think
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: you can vacate the whole town to throw. I think
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: he'll drop all his plans because he don't like anything
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: that don't smell.
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: Good man, I was thinking that. I was thinking that
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: this week.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: How much Cole must think right now, like cold must
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: That's really why they're.
- 1:09:59Speaker 6: Want come to Tumbleton. They're like, nah, y'all stay out there.
- 1:10:02Speaker 2: Y'all good Jesus, he must be funky this week.
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: Also, the winter felt unks and they battle techniques the
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: like whatever they did with them crows feet thing to
- 1:10:13Speaker 3: fuck the horses up, making them go through the through
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: the swamp, burning the bridge before they could get to it. Hey,
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: them dudes, much respect to them dudes. They played the game.
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: They out there like call you foul young blood. You know,
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: like they played old school out there. They they they
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: undercutting people. I fucked with them, bro. I the young
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: Riverlands cat. I thought like, oh, yeah, he's cool. But
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: it's the old dudes that really that's really putting a
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: cabash on this Christian cold thing.
- 1:10:43Speaker 6: I respect it.
- 1:10:45Speaker 5: I think it went from like a oh, y'all burning bridges.
- 1:10:47Speaker 5: Oh you like, don't tell me about the old text.
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: I lived it.
- 1:10:51Speaker 4: Let me, yeah whatever, seventy eight. I come from a
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: long winter. You ain't even seen the winter in your
- 1:10:58Speaker 4: old Let me.
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: You know when we played, you ain't have free throw.
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: We just took the ball back out. That was it. Yeah,
- 1:11:06Speaker 6: real line, what is that you're talking about? Getting the paint?
- 1:11:10Speaker 6: You know what I mean?
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: The old folks, boy, I want to see them battle,
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: like straight up with the cold people, because I know
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: that's gonna be a good fight.
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: One last thing I didn't want to say. I thought
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: it was so cold blood speaking of cold, how it
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: ended when Cole is reciting, you know, his speech to them,
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: and he ends with the stranger offers us rest, and
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: you see all them dudes resting, Like Rod said, you
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: know the Penanster's board is up. They are deaded and
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: dead resting, and yeah that was poetry.
- 1:11:42Speaker 3: Yeah, when the show is cooking, bro, I have to
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: give it nothing, but because nothing cooks like this.
- 1:11:49Speaker 6: When they're cooking, Bro.
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: I think the preview ends on the note of like
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: the patient Hunter gets to kill.
- 1:11:58Speaker 4: Yeah, he took me to the thought of like a
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: hunt or be hunted.
- 1:12:01Speaker 5: It's the ultimate kind of like gameplays on a board
- 1:12:04Speaker 5: right now, either you're like we're in the middle of
- 1:12:06Speaker 5: all this thing like either you're gonna hit the throne
- 1:12:08Speaker 5: or you're not. Either you hunt or your prey, Like
- 1:12:10Speaker 5: which one are you? And we're seeing this across the board.
- 1:12:13Speaker 5: And so I think that that line from Ormond is
- 1:12:15Speaker 5: probably the theme for the season. K Hunter gets to kill.
- 1:12:19Speaker 5: We're going to see what that looks like this season.
- 1:12:21Speaker 3: For Shall because he got he got some type of plan.
- 1:12:25Speaker 3: I just don't understand it, but he clearly has some
- 1:12:27Speaker 3: type of fucking endgame in mind, because man, he is
- 1:12:31Speaker 3: stirring up a hornets nest, fucking with these targarians and
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: they dragons, and I'm just like, brother, I oh, it
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: could get so ugly for you over there.
- 1:12:39Speaker 6: But clearly you think you're in control.
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Yeah, and he's had this plan, like you said, he's
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: been patient.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: This plan has been years in the working before you know,
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: any of them was even realizing it.
- 1:12:49Speaker 6: So you know what, Ben, I think he's the Kendrick.
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:12:54Speaker 3: He hated the Targarians the way that Kendrick hated Drake
- 1:12:56Speaker 3: that whole time.
- 1:12:57Speaker 6: And we didn't know, hey for the talk he hated
- 1:13:02Speaker 6: like he hate half of Darren. When Darren be here
- 1:13:06Speaker 6: in chest.
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: Oh Man's face, that was.
- 1:13:11Speaker 3: Darren be him a chest you saw for a second
- 1:13:14Speaker 3: Darren wasn't sure if he was gonna beat his ass.
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't know.
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: No, I got very moral oral feelings off of Darren
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: and Ormond, Like you know, I don't know if you've
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: ever seen moral or yeah, well you already know, and
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: you know this moral gets his ass beat pretty much
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: every episode because yeah, and that's how I felt about
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: that one. So yude, all right, rod miss, thank you
