Teaching Through the Bible Part 1
At the time of Nehemiah and Ezra, their Bible consisted of the first five books of the Old Testament (Genesis to Deuteronomy). Deuteronomy 8:3 states that, “Man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord.” God wanted the Israelites to be familiar with all of His Word. Today on Study the Word, Pastor Thom Keller makes the case for teaching all of our present day Bible; book by book, chapter by chapter, from Genesis to Revelation. We’re in Nehemiah, chapter 8.
