Speaker 1: Jump right into the article today, and we're going to
0:03
talk about the dinner at Jeffrey Epstein's for Prince Andrew.
0:10
Now I've always wondered why more hasn't been made of this.
0:13
You had people like Katie Kuric there, you had George
0:17
Stepanopolis there, and this is.
0:19
Speaker 2: All after the fact, after this.
0:21
Speaker 1: Dude was known to be a sex offender, after he
0:24
went to jail already, and all of these blowhards, the
0:28
Ivory Tower inhabitants show up to his house to his
0:33
party and act like it's no big deal. Oh well,
0:37
I was a plus one, or I was invited by
0:39
so and so. No self responsibility. Ever, it's always somebody
0:45
else's fault. And these people all show up to this
0:49
party acting like it's a good old time, thinking to themselves, Ah, well,
0:54
this is great, We're gonna go hang out with Jeffrey Epstein. Meanwhile,
1:02
the dude was preying on children, and all of these people,
1:06
the Katie Kirks of the world, the George Stephanopolises of
1:10
the world.
1:11
Speaker 2: I have no use.
1:12
Speaker 1: For any of them. They sit around with their forty
1:18
fifty million dollar contracts and regurgitate shit off of the
1:22
teleprompter and act like they're journalists. They are not talking heads,
1:28
and what they are really is hypocrites. The whole lot
1:32
of them. Never been a fan of Katie Kirk, certainly
1:37
never been a fan of George Stephanopolis, and this just
1:41
reaffirms my dislike for the both of them as we
1:45
go back into this article and talk about this dinner
1:50
that they all attended.
1:52
Speaker 2: So let's do that.
1:53
Speaker 1: Let's jump into this article from Newsweek and author Jack Royston,
1:58
and let's see what's what Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew
2:02
dinner was at Eyes Wide Shut mansion. According to Katie Kirk. Oh,
2:07
now she has something to say about it. Huh. Back
2:10
in twenty eleven when she was at this dinner, though,
2:13
it was cool for her to be there to clout Chase,
2:15
it was cool for her to be there to try
2:17
and get close to the Joe exotic of the Windsor family.
2:21
Now though, oh well.
2:22
Speaker 2: It was like Eyes Wide Shut. It was so weird.
2:25
Speaker 1: Oh, shut up, already, save it, Katie Kirk. Again, I
2:31
have no use for any of these legacy media clowns,
2:36
and I don't know how anyone else could have any
2:38
use for them either, It is an absolute joke the
2:44
way that they try and cover the news these days.
2:47
Unless they can form political fractures between people, they have
2:51
no desire to dig into a story, and especially people
2:56
like Katie Kirk and George Stepanopolis part of the problem.
3:05
Jeffrey Epstein's mansion was like eyes wide shut with a
3:08
twist during a dinner Prince with Prince Andrew. According to
3:12
Katie Kirk's memoir, Oh Her Memoir, I'm Katie Kirk. I
3:17
need to write myself a memoir. These people have such
3:21
an inflated opinion of themselves and all of the sicko
3:24
fans that pray to them on a daily basis by
3:27
tuning in. I just don't get it. I really don't understand.
3:30
What do you walk away from when you watch these
3:33
shows besides having your biases confirmed. I just don't understand.
3:40
I don't watch any of these shows. I don't care
3:42
about any of these news commentators, be it Hillary I mean,
3:46
Rachel Maddow or Sean Hannity, I do not care. They're
3:51
all smear merchants, They're all pushing an agenda, and none
3:54
of them have the best interest of the overall country
3:59
at It's all about pushing their message, getting their football
4:04
down the field, and I'm tired of it. I'm just
4:07
I'm tired of it. The Duke of York told the
4:12
BBC he stayed with the New York financier. So we're
4:16
still calling him a New York financier. Huh Jack Royston,
4:19
who was at the time a convicted pedophile, in order
4:22
to break off the friendship honorably in twenty ten, So again,
4:28
what sort of man? Never mind, the Prince of England
4:32
hops on a plane, flies across the pond to come
4:35
and break off a friendship with some dude. Does that
4:39
sound normal to you? Is that normal behavior? Well not
4:43
for you or I, but for the Joe Exotic of
4:45
the wingsor family that's obviously status quo. So this clown
4:52
says he flew over to America to break off his
4:54
relationship with Jeffrey Epstein in an honorable manna. Meanwhile, this
5:00
come back won't even leave Balmoral to go and speak
5:02
to the FBI. Absolute and utter disregard for everybody, the
5:14
so called elite and the way that they go about
5:18
their business is not sustainable. Queen Elizabeth the second son
5:27
was dismissive of suggestions a party was thrown in his
5:29
honor and said I went there with the sole purpose
5:32
of saying to him that because he had been convicted,
5:35
it was inappropriate for us to be seen together. Yeah,
5:38
that's not true. Okay, it was a party for you.
5:41
You're the guest of honor there, pal, Katie Kirk's there
5:44
to see you. George step Moanopolis is there? Woody Allen's
5:49
gross asses there? Come on, act like it's not a party.
5:53
And this is what they do. They con They continuously
5:56
try to gaslight you and tell you what you know
5:58
to be a fact, is it not a fact? And
6:01
make you feel crazy. And they've been doing it for years.
6:06
But that ship has sailed. Now people are paying attention.
6:11
And now that the legacy media no longer has complete
6:14
control of the narrative, well you see the panic within
6:19
the so called elite. However, Katie Kirk describes being at
6:25
a dinner party Epstein through where Andrew was a guest,
6:28
saying the townhouse was like eyes wide shut with a twist,
6:32
creepy chandeliers and body part art. So it wasn't creepy
6:36
enough for you to cut out, though, was it? I'm
6:39
sure you sat down, Katie Kirk, had yourself a nice
6:43
little meal there, Katie Kirk. And did you go and
6:47
report anything to anybody else about the creepy feels that
6:51
you were getting in the place, or that there were
6:53
young girls everywhere, or naked pictures of people on the
6:56
wall or none of that. Oh okay, I get it.
7:02
The former Today host said lazagna was served in bulls
7:06
and Epstein held courts by the fireplace, but her then
7:09
boyfriend Brooks Perlin commented on the women who took their coats,
7:14
noting how young they were.
7:15
Speaker 2: So you were aware?
7:17
Speaker 1: Is that what Katie Kirk is telling us. She's aware
7:19
at how young these women are. And she still hangs
7:22
out and has her lasagna in a bowl, which, by
7:25
the way, get yourself thrown right out of an Italian household.
7:29
You show up with any kind of lasagna in a bowl,
7:31
we're gonna have some. We're gonna have words. Bro that's
7:33
a plate that goes on a plate, okay. And I
7:37
don't want to hear anything about vegetarian lasagna either. So
7:41
they go there, they're at this little this nice little choare,
7:46
and Katie Kirk, you know now, in hindsight, oh there
7:48
was young girls. It was weird, but she sure sat
7:51
her ass down and stuffed her face full of lasagna,
7:54
didn't she? In extra In extra of her biography Going There,
8:02
published by The Daily Mail, she writes, I could imagine
8:05
what Epstein and Andrew were up to apart from trying
8:08
to cultivate I couldn't imagine what Epstein and Andrew were
8:11
up to apart from trying to cultivate friends in the media,
8:14
which in retrospect, they must have figured they'd need when
8:18
the pedophilia charges started rolling in. Oh so she acts
8:22
like she had no part in that, refurbishing his reputation
8:27
or helping his his reputation be rebuilt. I mean, really,
8:35
you're the one there, you're giving him credibility. You're Katie Kirk,
8:38
but you're hanging out a Jeffrey Epstein's. So what she's
8:42
trying to do is paint herself in a different light here,
8:45
a better light in hindsight. But we all know the score,
8:49
and we all know the scoop. People like Katie Kirk,
8:53
George Stepanopolis Wood he Out. None of them care about you.
8:58
Not for one second. Do you should you think that
9:01
any of these people care about you? They do not,
9:08
and when we put people on a pedestal, it becomes dangerous.
9:14
Prince Andrews stepped back from public life after a car
9:17
crash interview with Emily Maitlis on BBC News nine November
9:21
of twenty nineteen. When she asked him about the dinner,
9:25
the Prince said, ah, twenty ten. There certainly wasn't a
9:28
party to celebrate his release in December, because it was
9:31
a small dinner party. There were only eight or ten
9:34
of us. I think at the dinner. If there was
9:36
a party, then I'd know nothing about it. Oh no, no,
9:39
not at all. And again, how can we take this
9:43
guy seriously, meaning the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family,
9:47
when he's done nothing but bullshit and lie the whole
9:49
entire time. Oh, it wasn't a party. I never met Virginia.
9:54
Never mind the picture I have with or Bay, never
9:58
mind what you see, Listen to what I tell you.
10:02
And it's that kind of bizarro world that we find
10:05
ourselves in. And I keep saying it as a joke,
10:09
but I'm starting to become more and more convinced that
10:12
we're in a simulation and the kid who's playing the
10:15
simulation is one of those like really obese kids that
10:19
sucks down like joke cola and shit, and he just
10:21
decided to get up and leave the game running for
10:23
a month, like sim City On staying with Epstein in
10:28
New York, he added, at the end of the day,
10:30
with the benefit of all the hindsight that one can have,
10:33
it was definitely the wrong thing to do, but at
10:36
the time I felt it was the honorable and right
10:38
thing to do. And I admit fully that my judgment
10:41
was probably colored by my tendency to be too honorable.
10:45
But that's just the way it is too honorable, his
10:48
tendency to be too honorable. I mean, wow, talk about
10:54
taking a whiz on my back and telling me it's raining.
10:58
Speaker 2: Is this guy for real?
11:00
Speaker 1: You're about as honorable as the most unhonorable person in history.
11:10
It is absurd that this guy would push the narrative
11:13
of him being so honorable that he had to fly
11:15
across the pond the break up with Jeffrey Epstein. Does
11:19
anybody believe that? I mean besides his mother, besides you know,
11:25
that enabler, the Queen. She definitely believes him. Does anybody else?
11:32
The duke was also photographed walking in Central Park with
11:35
Epstein during the same stay over several days in December
11:38
of twenty ten. Now, think about this, we're talking about
11:42
the Prince of England. Dude could stay anywhere he wants
11:46
in the whole city. You'll get a comp through room anywhere, Waldorf, Astoria,
11:51
whatever it may be. Instead, I'm gonna go stay at
11:54
Jeffrey Epstein's house. I'm going to break up with him,
11:56
but I'm gonna stay at his house anyway, because that's
11:58
not awkward or anything. None of it makes sense, and
12:04
I have spent countless hours trying to make it make
12:07
sense to myself, and I keep coming back to the
12:10
same place. It doesn't make any sense because none of
12:15
it's true. Prince Andrew is being sued by Virginia Roberts,
12:21
who says she was made to have sex with him
12:23
in London, New York and the US Virgin Islands while
12:26
she was seventeen in the early two thousands. The Joe
12:30
Exotic of the Windsor family initially challenged attempts to serve
12:33
in papers in the case, but has now accepted he
12:36
has been served and has been given until October twenty
12:39
ninth to respond. So the whole hubbub of him trying
12:43
to act like he wasn't served was ridiculous on its
12:46
face from Jump Street. Of course you were served, U clown.
12:50
Quit trying to muddle things up. Quit trying to make
12:53
things more difficult except the fact that you've been served.
12:58
Prepare your defense and life. Let's get this ball rolling,
13:03
Robert's lawyers wrote in a filing, during each of the
13:06
aforementioned incidents, Roberts was compelled by express or implied threats
13:11
by Epstein, Maxwell, and or Prince Andrew to engage in
13:15
sexual acts with Prince Andrew and fear death or physical
13:18
injury to herself or another and other repercussions for disobeying Epstein, Maxwell,
13:24
and Prince Andrew. Due to their powerful connections, wealth, and authority.
13:31
Nobody should be fearing anybody because of their power, their wealth,
13:34
or their authority. Unfortunately, in real life that is the case.
13:39
But these people who have set the table for so long,
13:43
these people who have called the shots for so long,
13:46
I think they've pushed it a bit too far, and
13:49
I think people around the world have had enough. The
13:55
Prince's lawyer, Andrew B. Brettler, told a New York court
13:59
on September thirteen. We believe, however, that this is a baseless,
14:03
non viable, and potentially unlawful lawsuit. There has been a
14:07
settlement agreement that the plaintiff has entered into on a
14:10
prior action that releases the Duke and others from any
14:14
and all potential liability. Andrew denies any sexual relationship with Roberts.
14:20
Speaker 2: So we know that.
14:23
Speaker 1: A release is going to be handed over or has
14:27
already been handed over to Prince Andrew's team for them
14:31
to do with it whatever they want. According to David
14:34
Boys and Company, it's an irrelevant document. Now we'll have
14:38
to see one way or the other what happens. The
14:42
court obviously will make the final decision. They'll take a
14:45
look at everything and they'll make the decision on what's
14:48
going to be used once not going to be used,
14:51
what's right, and what's wrong. But I have a hard
14:54
time believing that the document that was in question here
15:02
is going to be enough to make it so the
15:04
Joe Exotic of the Windsor family doesn't even go on trial.
15:07
Highly doubt that's going to happen. But the fact that
15:13
people like Katie Kirk, George Stepanopolis, and others who were
15:17
in Epstein's sphere, in his web of influence, have not
15:21
caught more. Flak is beyond me, and I.
15:26
Speaker 2: Know, I get it. Katie Kirk's a darling of the legacy.
15:30
Speaker 1: Media, but I don't care about her one way or
15:34
the other.
15:34
Speaker 2: She's a non factor to me.
15:37
Speaker 1: And all of these people that were hanging out with
15:39
Epstein refurbishing his image, helping him climb that social ladder,
15:45
all of them, at least in my opinion, are enablers.

16:14
Every One, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. There's
16:19
a story making the rounds today about Elon Musk and
16:24
Glain Maxwell and the picture that they took together at
16:29
that Vanity Fair party. Now, Musk has maintained that he
16:33
was photobombed and that he doesn't know Glaine Maxwell. Well,
16:37
I never bought that to begin with. Now, I'm not
16:40
saying Elon Musk was part of their criminal operation or
16:44
anything like that, but the whole she photobombed me that
16:48
never really tracked with me. You guys are always at
16:52
these same parties together. Don't act like you don't know
16:55
her at all, because that's not the case. Right, Oh,
16:58
I have no idea who she is. Well, you've had
17:00
meetings with her, right, you guys know who she is.
17:05
And to try and act like it was just a
17:07
photobomb you've never had any conversation with her. That's what
17:11
makes it look suspect. The constant denial of even knowing
17:15
these people is just beyond the moon stupid. If you
17:20
have the kind of money Elon Musk has, you were
17:23
rubbing shoulders with Glayne Maxwell. Now that doesn't mean you
17:27
were inviting her to your house so that you guys
17:29
could build gingerbread houses. But at these parties, there's no
17:35
doubt that Elon Musk was rubbing shoulders with Glayne Maxwell.
17:40
They were at all of the same parties. I think
17:43
the real story here, though, is the fact that Klayne
17:47
Maxwell was still being invited to all of these parties.
17:51
Now I know that the Elon Musk angle is what
17:54
gets clicks right, and that's what's going to bring people
17:57
into the.
17:58
Speaker 2: Articles to read.
18:00
Speaker 1: But for me, the fact that she was still invited
18:03
to this Vanity Fair party in twenty and fourteen, after
18:08
Vanity Fair already knew what Epstein and Maxwell were up
18:11
to for all of these years is just straight up lunacy.
18:18
Vicky Ward had the story, they decided to leave the
18:21
part out about Epstein, you know, molesting women, and then
18:26
in twenty fourteen, you invite Glaine Maxwell to your party.
18:31
So how does that track with all of the stuff
18:33
that you have told us in the aftermath, how the
18:38
story wasn't killed because of Epstein and how it just
18:41
didn't meet your editorial standards. Seems to me that that's
18:45
all bs and all of these outlets such as Vanity
18:51
Fair that want to rewrite history, well, we're not gonna
18:54
let them off the hook, because there's no way in
18:57
hell Glainne Maxwell should be at the Vanity Fair party
19:01
in the first place. Today's article is from the Daily
19:04
Mail headline Glen Maxwell asked Elon Musk to destroy the
19:10
Internet after inquiring with Tesla billionaire whether it was possible
19:15
to remove yourself from Webb Completely Vanity Fair reporter reveals,
19:20
so again, look for me, it comes as no surprise
19:24
that a guy like Elon Musk would be rubbing.
19:26
Speaker 2: Shoulders with these people.
19:28
Speaker 1: We've talked about it before, and we'll continue to talk
19:31
about it pretty much. Anyone who travels those halls in
19:34
a place like New York City is gonna be associated
19:37
with Epstein, at least back in the day. Now, obviously
19:40
the guy's dead, so not a little difficult for that
19:43
to occur, But I'm talking about while he was alive,
19:47
and the fallout from the connections him and Maxwell made
19:49
socially are still dropping on people like bombs. This article
19:58
was authored by Stephen Laport, Tesla CEO. Elon Musk apparently
20:04
took questions from convicted sex trafficker Gallinn Maxwell at a
20:08
two thousand and four Vanity Fair party, where a now
20:11
infamous photo of the two together emerged. Musk fifty one
20:16
has denied knowing Maxwell several times and has argued on
20:19
Twitter in the past that she photo bombed the billionaire and.
20:23
Speaker 2: Would be Twitter CEO.
20:25
Speaker 1: So it would have been simple, right if you had
20:28
this conversation, just to come out and say, look, we
20:30
had this conversation. She's crazy. She was asking me to
20:33
shut down the Internet. I told her to kick rocks,
20:37
but instead it has to be Oh, I don't know her.
20:39
I've never met her. I have no idea who she is.
20:43
And what that does is it opens yourself up to
20:46
all sorts of questions. A new story sourced to a
20:51
Vanity Fair staffer, however, said that the two had a
20:55
conversation at the magazine's Oscar party where the picture was snapped.
21:00
Speaker 2: No doubt that they did.
21:01
Speaker 1: Now again, I'm not saying that Elon Musk is a
21:04
part of Jeffrey Epstein's criminal operation. I'll leave that to
21:07
other people to talk about. For me, it's about the
21:11
fact that he says, oh, I don't even know her
21:14
and she photobombed me, when we know that that's not
21:16
the case, right, Why would the little lies? Why not
21:20
just be truthful? The staffer claims, Maxwell, currently serving her
21:27
sentence at Florida's FCI Tallahassee Prison, ask Musk if there
21:32
was a way to remove oneself from the Internet. According
21:35
to The New York Times, here's a good way to
21:37
do that, Glane, Don't be a scumbag. Don't do scummy
21:40
things and then you don't have to worry about removing
21:43
yourself from the Internet. I know it's a novel idea,
21:46
just to live your life halfway decently, but you know,
21:49
probably advice you should have followed. Maxwell was sentenced to
21:55
twenty years in prison in June for assisting Jeffrey Epstein
21:58
in his elaborate sextrafing scheme. She is currently serving her
22:02
time at Florida's low security FCI Tallahassee Prison. To wrap
22:08
up their chat nearly ten years ago, Maxwell allegedly asked
22:11
Musk why aliens had yet to make contact with humans. Well,
22:15
that's an easy answer. They haven't made contact with us
22:18
because if people like you, Glaine Maxwell, well you don't
22:21
think the aliens have the news up there. You don't
22:23
think their satellite dishes reach here. What do you think
22:26
the aliens? If there are aliens, what do you think
22:28
they think about Earth and the way we conduct ourselves.
22:31
We can't even get along with our own neighbors, never
22:34
mind with galactic beings from a different part of the universe.
22:39
I mean, if we can't even get along with people
22:41
who are basically like us, you think that we're gonna
22:44
get along with some alien race that shows up here
22:46
with tentacles and fourteen eyes. Hell no, So as far
22:50
as the aliens go, that's why they haven't come. In
22:52
my opinion, they don't want to deal with people like
22:54
Elaine Maxwell. They know that there's Jeffrey Epstein's on this
22:57
planet and a bunch of morons that think it's a
22:59
good idea to walk us to the very edge of
23:02
nuclear war. That's why the aliens haven't come. The Tech
23:07
Moguls response, the staffer said, was the was that all
23:10
civilizations eventually end, including potential alien ones, and even suggested
23:16
that humans live in a simulation. Now that might not
23:19
be too far off. And if we are living in
23:22
a simulation, whoever's running this game, it's like SimCity, right,
23:26
It's like having a sixteen or seventeen year old kid
23:29
playing SimCity who decides he's gonna leave the game on
23:32
and then just go out with his friends, and then
23:34
whatever happens in the city happens. So, if we're living
23:37
in a simulation, my guess is, whoever's running it doesn't
23:40
give a shit about what's going on here. Musk has
23:45
addressed the photo a few times after being accused of
23:48
befriending Maxwell, known as billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's right hand woman,
23:53
with a photo as evidence. He added context and then
23:59
alibi in the same second tweet, saying she photobomby at
24:02
a Vanity Fair Oscar party. Was there with Talula Riley
24:06
don't know Glene Maxwell at all. Why do you think
24:09
it should be a bigger story. Well, it should be
24:12
a big story to the point of she's hanging out
24:15
with people like you, still considering she shouldn't be and
24:20
it should be a bigger story because she's at this
24:22
Vanity Fair party at all. She should not have been invited.
24:26
For me, that's the biggest issue here, folks. The fact
24:28
that she's still being invited to all of these parties.
24:31
The fact that she's still being invited to all of
24:33
these events. Isn't that concerning to all of you that
24:37
these people that are throwing these parties, these big shots
24:41
in media and elsewhere, think it's a good idea to
24:44
be palaing around with Glaine Maxwell all the way up
24:46
to at least twenty fourteen and beyond. We know about
24:50
besos Party two. Riley Must's second wife and an actress
24:57
who starred in HBO's Westwood also denied knowing Maxwell. In
25:00
a statement on Twitter in July twenty twenty, Musk tweeted
25:04
a response to someone asking about the photo. Don't know
25:08
Glaine at all. She photobomby once at a Vanity Fair
25:11
party several years ago. Real question is why Vanity Fair
25:14
invited her there in the first place. That is the
25:17
real question. Now, of course that doesn't absolve Elon Musk
25:20
of asking answering any questions about his relationship with her,
25:25
or how he knew her, or what they were doing
25:27
together or anything like that. But the question has to
25:30
be asked, what's Vanity Fair even thinking them, especially considering
25:34
they're the ones who had all of this information to
25:37
start with, Graydon Carter and Vicky Ward and they didn't
25:40
do anything with it. So it's even more mind numbing
25:45
that they would have this event and invite Glaine Maxwell. Really,
25:53
the Vanity Fair party was thrown by then editor in
25:56
chief Graydon Carter, who was also in charge of the
25:59
magazine and two thousand and two when a profile of
26:02
Epstein that included sexual assault allegations were suddenly cut. So
26:07
Graydon Carter throws this party right for Vanity fair after
26:11
knowing everything that he knew about Epstein, about Maxwell. It's
26:15
not like this was someone who was not hip to
26:18
what was going on. He knew exactly who this person was.
26:22
He knew exactly what Maxwell was and chose to still
26:24
have her at this party. So you do with that
26:28
what you will, But for me, it just shows you
26:31
the lack of caring and the lack of compassion for
26:34
Epstein's survivors for all of these years, and not only
26:38
that they didn't even believe in a lot of these
26:40
cases that this stuff even happened. And if they truly
26:43
did believe that, well, would they kill the story? Would
26:46
they not run it on ABC? The cynic in me says,
26:52
even if they knew it was real, they wouldn't have
26:54
run it during that period of time. Now these days
26:58
a little bit different, maybe, but certainly during the time
27:01
we're talking about, every step that you could possibly imagine
27:05
was taken to make sure that Jeffrey Epstein and Glaine
27:09
Maxwell weren't outed in all of these articles that were
27:12
produced about them. The article by journalist Vicky Ward included
27:19
allegations against Maxwell and Epstein by two sisters, Annie and
27:22
Marie Farmer, separately. Each told me that Epstein had sexually
27:26
abused both of them Annie when she was just fifteen.
27:30
I believe them, and I wanted to publish their story,
27:32
But to my dismay, the sister's allegations did not make
27:35
it into my vanity fair article, Ward wrote for The
27:39
Daily Mail in twenty twenty one. Now think about that
27:42
for a minute. If you believe them and your editor
27:46
decides to kill the story, would you still run it?
27:50
Or would you just say, all right, I guess I'm
27:52
not gonna run this story and I'm just gonna sit
27:55
on it forever. Me I'd go to a different outlet,
27:58
or I'd run it independently. What's the worse that's gonna happen.
28:01
You're gonna lose your job? According to Ward, Carter told
28:06
her that the publication's lawyers didn't believe her reporting was sufficient,
28:09
even though she maintained she had three sources supporting their allegations.
28:14
Epstein had appeared in the magazine offices himself prior to
28:17
the edit, and if Graydon Carter was so intimidated by
28:20
Jeffrey Epstein the way he said he was, then why
28:23
was he still palling around with Gallan Maxwell. Why would
28:25
he invite Glaine Maxwell to this party? It is, to
28:32
say the least, highly unusual for the subject of an
28:34
investigative magazine article to appear in the offices of the
28:38
outlet profiling them, and perhaps especially in the editor's office.
28:42
Ward wrote, well, why did you guys let it occur?
28:45
Why did you let him in there? Why not call
28:47
the police? Did the impeccably well connected Epstein put pressure
28:51
on the magazine to drop any hint of the sexual
28:54
abuse I uncovered about him?
28:57
Speaker 2: I don't know. See, I don't like how.
28:58
Speaker 1: She tries to absolve her self here, because you have
29:02
to do the right thing, no matter what. If you
29:04
have information about something like this, why would you be
29:07
sitting on it? Oh, I gotta wait for my book
29:09
to come out?
29:10
Speaker 2: What does that even mean?
29:12
Speaker 1: Is that what a journalist is supposed to do, Sit
29:14
on information and wait to write a book or head
29:18
to your outlet and get out an article quickly. Maxwell sixty,
29:25
was convicted after the FBI brought charges against her of
29:28
enticement of minors and sex trafficking of underage girls related
29:32
to her association with the late pedophile Epstein. She was
29:36
sentenced to twenty years imprisonment. To add to her woes,
29:41
lawyers at the small Colorado based firm HMF, who say
29:45
they represented Maxwell in lawsuits brought by survivors of her
29:48
former boyfriend Epstein dating back to twenty seventeen, and her,
29:52
by the way, not just Epstein, remember she took part
29:55
in the abuse, are now suing her family for eight
29:59
hundred and fifty one thousand dollars. Four women gave evidence
30:03
against Maxwell during her week's long trial, a victim known
30:07
as Jane, Annie Farmer Kate, and another woman called Carolyn.
30:12
So this is why it's even more damning for Vanity
30:15
Fair in my opinion. Not only did they refuse to
30:18
run Annie's story, but Annie's story and Annie's allegations were
30:24
part of the basis for the prosecution of Glenne Maxwell.
30:28
So that tells you that they were sitting on a
30:30
story of severe sexual abuse and in fact killed it
30:33
instead of running it. Are you comfortable with that? From
30:38
your soul? Called legacy media calls everybody else conspiracy theorists,
30:43
and all sorts of other horrible things. Over three weeks,
30:49
the jury heard how Maxwell served up underage girls for Epstein.
30:52
Speaker 2: And relished her role as lady of the house at.
30:55
Speaker 1: His mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, between nineteen ninety four
30:59
and two thousand and four. Lawyers argued Maxwell was Epstein's
31:03
right hand and paid two hundred dollars for sexualized massages
31:07
or even took part in the abuse. Yes, yes, and yes,
31:11
all of that happened. The survivors, some as young as fourteen,
31:15
were given a similar amount of money if they've brought
31:17
friends to Epstein, the jury was told. So that shows
31:21
you the Ponzi scheme, right, and just how disgustingly gross
31:25
all of this really was. During the trial, prosecutors called
31:29
twenty four witnesses to give jurors a picture of the
31:32
life inside Epstein's homes, a subject of public fascination and
31:36
speculation ever since its two thousand and six arrest in
31:39
Florida in a child's sex case. Well, it wouldn't have
31:43
to be speculation. It wouldn't have to be people making
31:46
up stories if the official narrative was just true. A
31:54
housekeeper testified he was expected to be blind, deaf, and
31:57
dumb about the private lives of Epstein, a financier pedophile
32:01
who cultivated friendships with influential politicians and business tycoons. Pilots
32:07
took the witness stand and dropped the names of luminaries
32:10
Britain's Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, who flew on
32:13
Epstein's private jets. Jerors also saw physical evidence like a
32:18
folding massage table once used by Epstein and the black
32:21
book that listed contact information for some of the survivors
32:25
under the heading massages. There were bank records showing he
32:30
transferred thirty point seven million dollars to Maxwell. Additionally, prosecutors
32:35
produced a fifty eight page household manual covering every single
32:39
aspect of running the house in Palm Beach that they
32:42
indicated Maxwell had written. There were dozens of checklists for
32:46
each area of the house, instructions on when to replaced
32:49
the toothpaste and what brands of creams the buy. So
32:52
everything was completely micromanaged by Glen Maxwell, who was the
32:58
boss here. She was running the whole show. And the
33:01
thirty point seven million dollar transfer. That's all you need
33:04
right there for a Rico Caves folks. I know, I
33:07
know Rico, this Rico that Rico valfungoul at this point,
33:12
but it would be nice if the government would at
33:14
least make pretend they care about people like this, wouldn't it.
33:19
Speaker 2: All right? Folks?
33:19
Speaker 1: Well there you have it, talking about Elon Musk and
33:22
his conversation with Glenn Maxwell at the Vanity Fair party,
33:27
and for my money, I don't know why he just
33:29
didn't say that from Jump Street. Look, this lady came
33:31
up to me. We were talking about aliens. She asked
33:34
me to shut down the internet, and I shut her down.
33:37
Done keep it moving. But instead it's always the same
33:40
song and dance.
33:40
Speaker 2: With these people.
33:41
Speaker 1: Oh I don't know her, I've never met her, when
33:44
that's obviously not the case. And that's what we have
33:46
seen time and time again from people who have been
33:49
associates of Epstein and Maxwell who have been called out.
33:54
And for me, I'm getting pretty tired of it, honestly.
33:57
How about it just a little bit of can here, folks,
34:00
a little bit? But Vanity Fair, I mean, for real,
34:05
for real. This is twenty fourteen. We're talking years after
34:09
the conviction, years after these girls have come out and
34:11
talked about what's going on, years after we've known all
34:15
of the rumors and.
34:17
Speaker 2: Your legacy media.
34:18
Speaker 1: Vanity Fair thinks it's a good idea to invite Glaine
34:21
Maxwell to their little chuare Well says everything you need
34:26
to know about everybody involved, doesn't it?
34:31
Speaker 2: All right?
34:31
Speaker 1: Folks, It's gonna do it for this episode. If you'd
34:33
like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
34:35
Capouchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's b O b b
34:39
Y c apu Cci at ProtonMail dot com. Can also
34:44
find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore c ap you Cci.
34:51
The link that I discussed can be found in the
34:53
description bot what's up everyone, and welcome back to the
34:56
Epstein Chronicles. One of the the key elements of Jeffrey
35:01
Epstein's human trafficking ring was the fact that he had
35:05
so much wealth and so much influence. This is a
35:08
man who had an extreme amount of power, and that
35:12
power basically all originated from the contacts that he had
35:15
with elected officials, business magnates, and other people in positions
35:20
of power. And all of these people that were hanging
35:23
around them, all these people that were going to his house,
35:26
going to the island, going to New Mexico, all of
35:30
them will have you believe that they had no idea
35:33
what was going on, and it's very difficult to prove otherwise, right,
35:37
you can't sit here and say, oh, well, I know
35:39
for sure so and so knew what was going on.
35:42
But when you look at the overall situation, and you
35:45
look at all of the information that has been coming
35:48
out for years and years and years, it's very difficult
35:51
for me to believe that these people had no idea
35:55
what the hell was going on here, especially considering these
35:58
people that were talking about a lot of them. It's
36:00
their job to know. So when people talk about, oh, well,
36:04
so and so wasn't involved in the abuse, well that's true.
36:08
We have no evidence that Bill Clinton or Donald Trump
36:12
or anyone like that was taking part in the abuse.
36:15
Speaker 2: But what we do know is.
36:16
Speaker 1: That all of these dudes were along for the ride,
36:18
and all of them were benefiting from their relationship with
36:21
Jeffrey Epstein one way or the other. And guess who
36:25
was picking up the tab like usual, it's the survivors.
36:29
Today's article is from the Miami Herald and the headline
36:33
Epstein accusers say Financier flaunted his depravity and VIP visitors
36:38
had to be aware. This article was authored by Julie K.
36:42
Speaker 2: Brown.
36:44
Speaker 1: In the end, whether they participated in illicit acts or not,
36:47
anyone who visited the homes of Jeffrey Epstein, hung out
36:51
at his pool, or spend time in his presence. Would
36:54
have to be blind to not spot what he was
36:56
up to, according to two victims of the late sex traffick,
37:00
and that's spot on. Look, I don't understand how anyone
37:03
could be around this dude, go into his house, party
37:06
in whatever, and not be none the wiser, and anyone
37:09
telling me that they don't know what's going on. I
37:12
have my doubts. Virginia Roberts and Sarah Ransom made their
37:17
observations and anguish sworn testimony in the course of litigation
37:21
that swirled around Epstein in his final years before his suicide.
37:25
Allegedly in prison years earlier, he had pleaded guilty in
37:29
a Palm Beach court to sex with an underage girl.
37:32
After he got out of jail, Epstein was welcomed back
37:35
by business leaders, politicians and celebrities. It was as if
37:40
it had never happened. Well that's what they hoped, right,
37:43
They hoped that people would just forget about what happened,
37:45
that people would be like, oh, he was just soliciting
37:48
a minor, no big deal here. But the reality is
37:51
it was a big deal. It is a big deal,
37:53
and it's always going to be a big deal. A
37:56
guy like Jeffrey Epstein should have never ever been able
37:59
to do what he did. And the only way that
38:02
you're able to do this is if you're being protected
38:04
by people who have a lot of power, and we
38:07
already know that that's the case. The women, in their testimony,
38:12
unsealed on Tuesday, said he flaunted his attraction to young
38:15
women and girls, some of them underage. The allegation is
38:20
significant because so many famous people, from Donald Trump to
38:24
Bill Clinton, were attracted to Epstein's orbit flying on his plane,
38:28
as in the case of Clinton, or as in Trump's case,
38:31
partying with him at mar A Lago, a scene captured
38:34
on video, and there's no denying it. I know there's
38:38
people out there that still want to act like Donald
38:40
Trump wasn't buddies with Epstein back in the day he was.
38:44
But at the same time, we have to realize that
38:45
there's levels to this. Clinton has denied anything improper happened
38:49
while he was with Epstein, and a spokesman for Trump
38:52
told Newsweek any allegations of wrongdoing are simply false and
38:56
have no merit. You see that's the rub here, right.
38:59
Everybody wants to talk about wrongdoing, wrongdoing, wrongdoing, and I agree,
39:03
But even when people are named directly as participating in
39:07
the abuse, nobody has anything to say about that. Where's
39:10
all the fure over Glenn Dubin or over George Mitchell,
39:14
or over Bill Richardson, or over insert person here. Those
39:19
are all names that have already been mentioned as credibly
39:22
accused of partaking in the sexual abuse. But for some
39:26
people that's not salacious enough. They have to add everybody else,
39:29
you know, they have to add people that aren't even involved,
39:32
even remotely, And then what happens is the waters get
39:36
even muddier, and it's very difficult at that point to
39:39
try and swim to clarity, because once some bullshit gets
39:42
out there and you know, goes viral or whatever, forget it.
39:46
The documents released on Tuesday are from a formerly sealed
39:49
defamation case litigated years ago. As is often the case
39:53
with Epstein, they included silacious but largely unproven allegations by
39:58
women who have lived traumatic life made more difficult by
40:01
their involvement with Epstein. See here's where I differ from
40:05
a lot of people, and any of these women who
40:07
received a payout from the estate. That means the estate
40:11
accepted liability for their abuse by Epstein. So it's not
40:14
alleged anymore. Once that happens and that payout occurs, there
40:19
are now victims of Jeffrey Epstein who have turned into survivors.
40:23
No more alleged right now. Again, if you're talking about
40:26
Prince Andrew or you're talking about unconfirmed reports, then yeah,
40:30
it's alleged. All we have to go on is Virginia's
40:33
word against Prince andrews Now. Obviously you all know where
40:37
I fall when it comes to who I believe. But
40:40
nothing has been proven against Prince Andrew, just to be clear,
40:43
but those allegations are credible and those allegations need to
40:47
be investigated. Allegations have circulated for years about famous people
40:52
having sex with women or girls procured by Epstein or
40:55
his staff. The allegations have universally been denied, with the
40:59
exception of a photo of Roberts standing with Prince Andrew,
41:02
scant telltale evidence has been presented. Well enough evidence has
41:07
been presented that this dude paid out over one hundred
41:10
and twenty five million dollars from his estate. Seems to
41:14
me that some evidence was presented. No. Among the latest
41:17
court documentation, Roberts, in a sworn deposition, insisted that both
41:21
Bill Clinton and Less Wexner, who associated with multimillionaire knew
41:25
that Jeffrey Epstein was having sex with underage girls. Of Wexner,
41:30
the billionaire owner of Victoria's Secret, Roberts said he did
41:33
things that were wrong, he participated in sex with minors.
41:37
A spokesman for Wexner denied he has ever met Roberts
41:40
and said Wexner was never involved in any of the
41:43
abhorrent behavior engaged in by Epstein. So here's the real question.
41:48
All these people that have been credibly accused by Virginia,
41:52
why haven't they sued? If they didn't do it, and
41:55
their being unfairly called out onto the carpet for something
41:59
they didn't do, something as heinous as sexual assault, you'd
42:01
think they'd want to challenge it. Right, none of these
42:04
people have done it. What are they scared of? I know,
42:06
if somebody came out and said that I did that
42:09
and they didn't have any evidence to back it up, especially,
42:12
you better believe I'm gonna come out swinging and if
42:15
I have millions of dollars in the bank, billions of
42:17
dollars in the bank. Yeah, it's gonna be Bobby Axelrod time.
42:21
But these guys don't do it right. They all run
42:23
from it, avoid it. And when you do that, more
42:26
questions arise. In the same deposition, Roberts claimed that she
42:31
was forced to have sex more than once with former
42:34
Senator George Mitchell and Bill Richardson, a former governor of
42:37
New Mexico. Both denied that, and Richardson is now deceased.
42:42
So George Mitchell and Bill Richardson two of the heaviest
42:45
hitters in the Democratic Party of the last what thirty
42:48
forty years? Both of those dudes tied to Epstein and
42:52
credibly accused. So why did it take all this time
42:56
for people to come out and talk about what's happening?
42:58
And furthermore, why to take alex Acosta being appointed as
43:02
Labor secretary to get Julie K. Brown involved? Shouldn't this
43:06
story have been told a long time ago? And it
43:09
would have been told a long time ago, by the way,
43:11
if everybody would have just listened to what Maria was
43:13
telling them. She went to the FBI and told the
43:16
FBI what was up her and Annie both ignored, so
43:20
I don't want to hear this. Oh, nobody knew what
43:22
was going on bs. Roberts swore she was trafficked to
43:26
a well known prime minister, whom she refused to name
43:29
because she feared it would put her life in danger.
43:32
Roberts also testified about a number of women who were
43:35
involved in having sex with her and others for Epstein's entertainment.
43:41
The documents are from a twenty fifteen defamation lawsuit brought
43:44
by Roberts against Glaine Maxwell, Epstein's longtime lover and recruiter
43:49
of girls and young women such as Roberts when she
43:52
first met the pair as a teen. The case was
43:54
resolved out of court in twenty seventeen, with Maxwell paying
43:58
Roberts a multimillion dollar settlement. Most of the documents, however,
44:02
were sealed at that time. The Miami Herald, whose series
44:06
Perversion of Justice led to Epstein's re arrest in twenty nineteen,
44:10
which was followed by his death behind bars, sued successfully
44:13
to unseal the case, and the documents have been released
44:16
on a rolling basis over the past five days. More
44:20
than that, they've been coming out four years now, but
44:22
the last batch obviously has been released over the last
44:26
few days. The never before released Robert's deposition was actually
44:31
part of an unrelated legal fight between fame lawyer Alan Dershowitz,
44:35
who represented Epstein and was a house guest at his
44:38
Palm Beach estate, and two attorneys who represented Epstein victims.
44:42
Dershowitz and the lawyers Bradley Edwards and Paul Cassel filed
44:46
dueling lawsuits in twenty fifteen over roberts allegations against Dershowitz.
44:52
Roberts accused Dershowitz in an affid David of having sex
44:55
with her. Dershowitz denied all of Robert's accusations, which she
44:59
later we're partially recanted, and her sworn afft David was
45:02
removed from the court record. So that really threw things
45:06
into chaos. Right, when you retract a statement like that,
45:09
people are gonna start questioning what you have to say.
45:11
But there's a lot more to it. In my opinion, obviously,
45:15
that's just speculation. I'm not positive. I haven't talked to Virginia.
45:19
I don't know what's going on personally, right, But when
45:23
you've been litigating all these years, what more is there
45:25
to prove, especially considering nobody is in line to go
45:29
to prison. So I think there was a little bit
45:31
of the whole hesitancy because of a protracted legal battle
45:35
with Dershowitz that led to Virginia just saying, you know what,
45:39
let's just settle this and be done with it again.
45:41
Just my speculation. Also on Seal Tuesday was Sarah Ransom's deposition,
45:47
and we're making our way through that deposition right now,
45:50
and it's another big one like Virginia's and Glenn Maxwell's,
45:54
so we're gonna make our way through it like we
45:56
did the other ones, one bite at a time. But
45:58
I think it's important for those documents to be part
46:01
of the catalog so you can go and get an
46:03
unfiltered view or an unfiltered listen at what happened, among
46:09
other things, Ransom's February seventeenth, twenty eighteen, sworn testimony provides
46:14
a graphic description of a sexual encounter she said she
46:17
had with Dershowitz and another Epstein survivor, Nadio Marsenkova, in
46:22
Epstein's New York mansion, as well as what she said
46:25
was a detailed description of Dershowitz's physical characteristics. Dershowitz said
46:30
that he had never met Ransom. Nothing she says should
46:33
be believed. Dershowitz told the Herald, well, since Alan Dershowitz
46:37
told us that, I mean, and I guess we should
46:39
just all pack it up, pack it in boys and girls,
46:42
everything's all good here. There's no issues. Everything's on the
46:45
up and up. Jeffrey Epstein, he never did anything wrong,
46:48
and he's being unfairly persecuted. It's basically what Dershowitz is saying.
46:53
Dershowitz had repeatedly called for all the documents from the
46:56
case to be unsealed, saying that they would vindicate him.
46:59
He said he is very happy with the totality of
47:02
these disclosures. Dershowitz and Epstein were friends for years. The
47:06
Harvard law professor said he now regrets ever meeting Epstein
47:10
and that their friendship ended when he took him on
47:13
as a client. Oh, I'm sure it did. I'm sure
47:15
that that's when everything came to a screeching halt. These
47:19
people truly believe were all stupid. That's what they believe.
47:24
Unfortunately for them, the joke is on them. We're onto
47:27
their bullshit and their stupid ass gas lighting, their dumbass
47:31
excuses and all the nonsense. That ship is seled. Now
47:34
it's time for accountability. Dershowitz and Roberts filed lawsuits against
47:38
each other, and they were settled in twenty twenty two.
47:42
At that time, Roberts admitted that she may have been
47:44
mistaken when she cited Dershowitz as someone who sexually abused her.
47:50
Tom Davies, a spokesman for Wexner, pointed to a twenty
47:53
twenty court document whereas client issued a statement denying it
47:57
Robert's allegations. Mister Wexner was unaware of and was never
48:01
a participant in any of the abhorrent behavior engaged in
48:05
by Epstein against Epstein's victims, that mister Wexner had never
48:10
met miss Roberts and that any claims to the contrary
48:12
are not true. The same thing he said about Maria
48:15
Farmer and the fact that Maria Farmer was held against
48:18
her will at the Albany mansion of Jeffrey Epstein. Wesner
48:22
came out and said the same bs right, I have
48:24
no idea. I've never seen any of these people. I
48:27
have no idea who Jeffrey Epstein is. And the saddest
48:30
part about that is that the stooges and the legacy
48:33
media they just accept that bs and run with it.
48:35
Oh yeah, Wesner says he had nothing to do with it,
48:38
So obviously Wexner had nothing to do with it. Meanwhile,
48:41
these women have all kinds of evidence, all kinds of receipts,
48:45
But what does that matter if mister moneybags is telling
48:48
you that he never did it. Roberts also described dinner
48:52
parties attended by academics and luminaries, including Bill Clinton and
48:56
Alan Tipper Gore. She said she was particularly moved by
49:00
seeing how Gore doted over his wife during the dinner, noting,
49:04
I thought he was a wonderful guy who loved his wife.
49:07
He's just somebody that loves his wife that much. They
49:10
later divorced. A spokesman for Gore said the former vice
49:14
president has no recollection of ever meeting Epstein. Notice he
49:17
didn't deny it, right, I have no recollection. That's lawyers
49:21
speak for avoiding a trap. Clinton has denied he knew
49:25
Epstein was sexually abusing anyone, and also says he was
49:28
never on Epstein's island. Her most detailed answers were the
49:32
questions about Dershowitz, whom she claimed she was forced to
49:35
have sex with six times. After being directed to describe
49:39
one of the encounters in detail, she excused herself and
49:42
vomited outside the room. According to the deposition, she emphasized
49:46
that almost anyone who visited Epstein's homes should have known
49:49
what he was doing. I would say the first time
49:52
they came to that property. There is nude pictures everywhere,
49:55
Robert said. They are salacious acts of girls, young girls
49:59
doing things to heat each other that would be considered
50:01
child pornography. If you walked foot into Jeffrey Epstein's house
50:05
and you went in there, and you continued to be
50:07
an acquaintance of his, then you would have had to
50:09
know what was going on in there. You can call
50:12
it an assumption, but like I said, you'd have to
50:15
be blind to not know what was going on. And
50:18
I agree with that. There was just too many signs
50:20
here for people to run that bs that they had
50:23
no idea what was going on. I had no idea
50:26
what old Jeffrey was up to. Sorry, I don't buy it.
50:31
For all that is illuminated in the documents unsealed over
50:34
the past week. Many secrets remain. The documents include the
50:37
full transcript of Epstein's September ninth, twenty sixteen, deposition, in
50:42
which he invoked his Fifth Amendment rights one thousand times,
50:46
refusing to respond. Three names are adacted from a series
50:50
of questions in which Epstein asked whether he sent Roberts
50:53
to have sex with his powerful friends. At least one
50:56
man's name remain redacted. In emails release Monday referenced an
51:01
email which was exchanged between name redacted using his code
51:04
name redacted via sugar daddy dot com. I have other
51:08
correspondents which I had with them in my storage box
51:11
in England. In the same badge of emails. The name
51:14
of someone Ransom said tried to raper with his friend
51:18
when we were at anchor on his boat in Miami
51:20
remained redacted. In documents released on January third, the names
51:24
of two to three people subpoenaed for depositions were revealed.
51:29
They were police officers, but a third name remained redacted.
51:33
In a witness list released on January fourth, redactions also
51:36
covered nine names of people who may have or do
51:40
have information about Kahlaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking conduct.
51:45
One person who was present on the flights with Jeffrey Epstein,
51:48
Galene Maxwell, and Virginia Roberts and may have knowledge of
51:52
the trafficking, also was kept secret in the January fourth release,
51:57
and in an excerpt of a different Roberts debusit released
52:00
last week, she has asked, when Gallayne Maxwell direct you
52:04
to go have sex with followed by a name, and
52:06
that was redacted. So there's no doubt people who were
52:09
going to this island, people who were hanging out on
52:11
this island, people who were partying with Epstein, people who
52:14
were around them all the time, they all knew.
52:16
Speaker 2: What was up. Obviously very difficult to prove that.
52:20
Speaker 1: But the people who were with them after he was arrested,
52:23
they really have no defense, right, they have no leg
52:26
to stand on. It's like a one legged man in
52:29
an ass kicking contest.
52:30
Speaker 2: Just not gonna work out well for you. The people
52:33
before you was arrested.
52:34
Speaker 1: All right, you can say, look, I don't believe you,
52:37
but I can't prove it. And that's pretty much where
52:39
I'm at with all these people, because from all of
52:42
the accounts we've heard, from everything we know about Jeffrey
52:45
Epstein's properties. I find it very very hard to believe
52:49
that the so called smartest men and women in the
52:51
room had no idea what sort of monster they were
52:54
breaking bread with. All Right, everybody that's going to do
52:58
it for this One of the information that goes with
