- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, Hello, and welcome.
- 0:08Speaker 2: To Wednesdays Whispers.
- 0:17Speaker 1: My name is Jason Newland.
- 0:27Speaker 2: Please I listen.
- 0:34Speaker 1: When you can safely close your eyes. This is Wednesday,
- 0:53Speaker 1: the twenty fourth of September two thousand and twenty five.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Blah blah blah.
- 1:16Speaker 3: I keep hearing little crinklins and sounds, and I'm wondering.
- 1:26Speaker 4: Why where are they coming from.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I have literally literally just got out of bed. So
- 2:06Speaker 1: this is This is the second microphone I've used during
- 2:14Speaker 1: this recording. My morning breath destroyed the last one.
- 2:23Speaker 2: And melted it.
- 2:26Speaker 1: It's okay, brushing my teeth. I'm okay now. So I'm
- 2:34Speaker 1: trying to think what's happening, what's going on.
- 2:36Speaker 5: In life, trying to remember what did I dream about,
- 2:48Speaker 5: bearing in mind it's only by quite recent and then.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I was lying in bed bath the but I don't know,
- 3:11Speaker 1: excuse me, I don't know. I don't know, don't know,
- 3:14Speaker 1: don't know. No, not much going on. I've started watching
- 3:40Speaker 1: EastEnders again after pretty much years and years of not
- 3:56Speaker 1: watching it. I did into it sometimes, but I've actually
- 4:07Speaker 1: watched it. I think I've watched one, two, three, three
- 4:17Speaker 1: or four episodes in.
- 4:18Speaker 2: A row.
- 4:21Speaker 1: On television when they are being aired. So I mean
- 4:37Speaker 1: sometimes sometimes I would go on to the BBC player
- 4:46Speaker 1: eye player. When the wife is called an eye player,
- 4:58Speaker 1: I don't think it's called him. They would be in
- 5:00Speaker 1: an iPhone. No, it's ever question there they know only
- 5:09Speaker 1: me first time ever on the eye Player. I have
- 5:22Speaker 1: at times.
- 5:27Speaker 2: Watch the.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I'm back to back in a few episodes. Just cook,
- 5:42Speaker 1: see what they're okay, just see what's in the news. Okay, nothing,
- 6:07Speaker 1: ingrid Oliver, ingrid Oliver. I've never heard of her. Richard
- 6:22Speaker 1: Osmond admits meeting his wife ingrid Oliver was the best
- 6:26Speaker 1: thing that ever happened to him.
- 6:35Speaker 6: Was this.
- 6:40Speaker 1: This called eye condition that affects his writing? Richard Osmond
- 6:55Speaker 1: has gushed over his wife ingrid Oliver. Okays, it's not
- 7:01Speaker 1: really very family entertainments. The author of fifty four met
- 7:09Speaker 1: the actress forty eight when she appeared as a guest
- 7:14Speaker 1: on his BBC quiz show House of Games.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Oh how lovely. I'm not no is. It's not Liamshop.
- 7:33Speaker 1: But I don't know why it's in the news. Human
- 7:38Speaker 1: being falls in love with another human being.
- 7:47Speaker 2: There's not.
- 7:50Speaker 6: Hong Kong.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Wow, right, So Hong Kong has got some really really
- 8:05Speaker 1: strong weather at the moment, it's called typhoon Rigassa blimey.
- 8:26Speaker 1: It's the most powerful tropical cyclone this year. I'm not
- 8:36Speaker 1: sure what is a cyclone because they said it's a
- 8:50Speaker 1: very strong hurricane like wayman animals double look see what
- 8:54Speaker 1: it says. The cyclone is a large air mess that
- 8:57Speaker 1: rotates around the center of low atmospheric pressure. It is
- 9:05Speaker 1: characterized by inward spiraling winds that rotate counterclockwise in the
- 9:13Speaker 1: northern Hemisphere and cologwise in the southern Hemisphere. Cyclones can
- 9:23Speaker 1: manifest in various forms, primarily as tropical cyclones and extratopic cyclones,
- 9:41Speaker 1: and are often associated with strong winds and a heavy rainfall.
- 9:51Speaker 1: These systems are formed by the energy exchanged between the
- 9:55Speaker 1: ocean and the atmosphere. Cyclones are known by different names
- 10:03Speaker 1: depending on their location. For example, they are called hurricanes
- 10:11Speaker 1: in the North Atlantic, Antiphens, north West Pacific. Oh, Okay,
- 10:20Speaker 1: so cyclone is hurrican? Fair enough? Well wind isn't another
- 10:30Speaker 1: word for well wind? Where the wind is just like.
- 10:37Speaker 2: It's what is it? In America?
- 10:43Speaker 1: In Dorothy County, Dorothy Country, they have a wist of
- 10:51Speaker 1: us Dorothy twirlers.
- 10:57Speaker 2: So that's a Cyclone. Isn't it a twirler?
- 11:02Speaker 1: It's a little bit like The Walking Dead. Everyone's got
- 11:05Speaker 1: a new name, a different name for them. You know,
- 11:09Speaker 1: whenever people meet each other in the show The Walking Dead,
- 11:14Speaker 1: and different parts of the country they all call her,
- 11:19Speaker 1: call her the walking Dead. Something different with the munches,
- 11:28Speaker 1: the sleepers, the dirtbacks, or wherever, the bastards, the brain gobblers.
- 11:46Speaker 1: You know, it's just they've got their own little.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Name, which I find ironic.
- 11:55Speaker 1: Because there's these creatures walking around. They're dead, but they're
- 12:04Speaker 1: walking around attacking humans and then spread all over the world,
- 12:18Speaker 1: and not one person, not one person, has the thoughts
- 12:31Speaker 1: to call them zombies. Not one person in the entire
- 12:38Speaker 1: world in that show thought in a war, this isn't
- 12:51Speaker 1: just similar to a zombies identical to what of zombies?
- 12:56Speaker 1: Let's call them zombies. No, let's call them creepers.
- 13:08Speaker 7: Let's call them munchie munches, the the sniffers.
- 13:19Speaker 1: I don't know wherever cyclone, Typhoon. We had some kind
- 13:33Speaker 1: of type of tea in the UK Typhon. So someone
- 13:40Speaker 1: says to you, do you like typhoons? I said, yeah,
- 13:44Speaker 1: three sugars please, okay, right, Rosie O'Donnell. There's something about
- 14:09Speaker 1: her and being friends with Ellen DeGeneres, Bob Villain. I'm
- 14:28Speaker 1: just looking at the news saying anything that is slightly interesting.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Chris Evans is incredible for sake Grace's questions, what questions?
- 14:55Speaker 1: Is he going to be returning as Captain America? Maybe
- 15:00Speaker 1: so this is NSN. It's probably about seventeen years too late.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Many actors must transform their physical appearance on a regular basis,
- 15:13Speaker 1: especially those tasks we portray and superheroes. Will he be
- 15:19Speaker 1: back to pick up a shield once again? At the
- 15:27Speaker 1: world premiere of the Film's Sacrifice at the Toronto Film Festival,
- 15:34Speaker 1: several questions were raised about sevens best known for Captain
- 15:43Speaker 1: America in the Marvel Universe. The double D forty four
- 15:51Speaker 1: year old actor appeared on the red carpet inimpressible impressive
- 15:59Speaker 1: physical shape, having gained significant muscle mess since its role
- 16:06Speaker 1: in the film Materialists earlier this year. I don't know
- 16:20Speaker 1: if be prepared for an appearance and Avengers Doom Day, Well,
- 16:30Speaker 1: the thing is with the Avengers.
- 16:38Speaker 2: It's based in.
- 16:41Speaker 1: They can kind of get away with anything, are they.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Because.
- 16:53Speaker 1: They go into different versions like of the multi verse.
- 17:01Speaker 1: So they find another universe where he kept in America,
- 17:08Speaker 1: works in McDonald's or something. It access lots of different things.
- 17:13Speaker 1: It's quite quite interesting. A bit of a minor wobble
- 17:17Speaker 1: boys stole Charlie Anam's dramatic transformation.
- 17:37Speaker 8: Okay, whow.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Crazy anatomy. No, Ay, that's sad. Oh it's a lost stumbout.
- 18:39Speaker 1: Sarah Ferguson got Alison Hammond lost leven Stone. That's a
- 19:16Speaker 1: lot of skin. Yeah, that's the thing that used to
- 19:37Speaker 1: concern me about losing too much. Way, I don't want
- 19:44Speaker 1: my I just don't want flaps flaps of skin just
- 19:51Speaker 1: wabbling around, you know. But this never happens.
- 19:59Speaker 2: I'm okay.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Plus, I've never been I mean, yeah, I've been sixteen
- 20:07Speaker 1: stone about a hundred kilos.
- 20:11Speaker 9: But that's different from being one hundred and fifty kilos,
- 20:14Speaker 9: you know, or three hundred pounds, three hundred and.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Thirty pounds or whatever that would be. So it's a
- 20:27Speaker 1: little bit different. But I think it's just my personal
- 20:38Speaker 1: experience is just losing weight slowly. It's the best way personally.
- 21:17Speaker 1: I kind as have a look Japanese us this trick
- 21:21Speaker 1: for sleep up now, it's genius.
- 21:24Speaker 2: That's ever, look then.
- 21:28Speaker 1: Shave they bed off. Really, what on earth is going on?
- 21:55Speaker 1: I'm just right now, okay, I'm just checkings, waiting out.
- 22:37Speaker 1: I should read it out loud ready, shouldn't I?
- 22:55Speaker 10: Okay, okay, okay.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Right, said a cab for all this stuff. And now, oh,
- 23:24Speaker 1: they're trying to sell a pillow the simple solution my
- 23:28Speaker 1: wife discovered. That's when my wife found the Gorillac pillow online.
- 23:45Speaker 1: At first I was skeptical. How could a pillows solve
- 23:50Speaker 1: what expensive medical devices couldn't. But then my wife gave
- 23:58Speaker 1: me an ultimatum. Tried to pillow or get comfortable with
- 24:03Speaker 1: the basement couch. When it arrived, I was desperate enough
- 24:11Speaker 1: to try anything. The first few minutes felt different, but
- 24:15Speaker 1: then something amazing happens. I slept through the entire night,
- 24:22Speaker 1: no snoring, no caspit, no waking up. The next morning,
- 24:27Speaker 1: I found Jamie.
- 24:28Speaker 2: In a kitchen beaming.
- 24:31Speaker 1: You didn't have a sound all night, She said, okay,
- 24:54Speaker 1: I might give that dry. Okay, how much are they
- 25:12Speaker 1: charging for this pillow?
- 25:17Speaker 11: As that's strange, right, Okay, they're trying to get.
- 25:48Speaker 1: They're trying to work. Might make it sound good. First
- 25:53Speaker 1: of all, they're offering a seventy percent discount, and they're saying,
- 25:57Speaker 1: think about it this way. One visa to a sleep
- 26:01Speaker 1: specialist two hundred and three hundred dollars, a seapap machine
- 26:08Speaker 1: five hundred to one thousand dollars monthly seapap supply is
- 26:14Speaker 1: fifty two hundred. No as wrong. Chiropractice visit for Nick
- 26:21Speaker 1: pay seventy percentsion.
- 26:25Speaker 2: So get the.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Derillo ercopilow today for a fraction of the cost. How
- 26:30Speaker 1: much are they going to sell it for. It's still
- 26:35Speaker 1: not giving me.
- 26:35Speaker 2: The price, plumy making me work for get seventy percent discount. Okay,
- 26:51Speaker 2: here we go.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Your seventy percent discount ends in fourteen minutes and thirty
- 26:57Speaker 1: six seconds. AH select quantity four. One billow is fifty
- 27:09Speaker 1: nine pounds ninety ninepence. Two billows ninety nine pound ninety eightpence,
- 27:19Speaker 1: three pillows one hundred and thirty seven pound ninety sevenpence.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Four pillows one hundred and fifty nine pound ninety sixpence.
- 27:34Speaker 1: I'm going to save this link because I want to
- 27:37Speaker 1: see how much it is in an hour's time. Save it, okay,
- 27:54Speaker 1: because I think they're being a bit Oh and it's
- 28:00Speaker 1: just giving loads of every few seconds of all of
- 28:05Speaker 1: things coming up, saying Emily from Shopshire just purchased to
- 28:11Speaker 1: one Ian from Melton Keynes and made a purchase three pillows.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Who's next getting excited? Who's going to be the next
- 28:25Speaker 1: person to order one? Rojet from Exeter Rojet? There's no
- 28:33Speaker 1: such name as roget.
- 28:35Speaker 2: They're making it up. I think I'd think they're making
- 28:39Speaker 2: it up. Anna from Enfield.
- 28:48Speaker 1: There's all three, so they really pushing for people to
- 28:51Speaker 1: buy more than one. Why would you need more than one?
- 29:00Speaker 1: Kenvy from London three, So everyone's going for three for
- 29:07Speaker 1: some reason. Maybe it's because it's one hundred and thirty
- 29:10Speaker 1: seven pound ninety seven our another one. John from Kate said,
- 29:16Speaker 1: make a purchase. Why is no one buying anything from
- 29:20Speaker 1: other countries? Why is it just great Britain? Maybe it's
- 29:26Speaker 1: because we're so great we don't need to do make
- 29:33Speaker 1: Britain a gape gray again. We've always been great, we
- 29:39Speaker 1: still are. Yeah, can imagine coin yourself great? Did you imagine?
- 29:58Speaker 1: Like where you from? I'm from France? What about you Germany?
- 30:04Speaker 1: What about you? I'm from great Britain. Everyone else will
- 30:13Speaker 1: feel a little bit. I don't know, a little bit
- 30:22Speaker 1: less than maybe maybe a little bit envious, maybe a
- 30:28Speaker 1: little bit annoyed. Even we should have called ourselves great France,
- 30:41Speaker 1: we should have called ourself great Germany. We should have
- 30:47Speaker 1: called ourself great Belgium. No one's purchased one for a
- 30:57Speaker 1: few minutes now, which makes me think they're trying to
- 31:11Speaker 1: I wonder.
- 31:14Speaker 2: I sometimes think.
- 31:17Speaker 1: If I say, I wonder, how come no one's bought
- 31:21Speaker 1: just one? I'll pick you one will come now in
- 31:26Speaker 1: the next thirty seconds. So how come no one's bought
- 31:30Speaker 1: just one? Must be a con because it's always saying
- 31:36Speaker 1: that three people they buy three, just one, come just one?
- 32:00Speaker 1: He still loving. I'm relatively patient sometimes, but this is
- 32:17Speaker 1: just no, I don't have time for this. Wow, they
- 32:23Speaker 1: charge in nine pound ninety five for shipping.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Cheeky.
- 32:31Speaker 1: That is so cheeky. So to charge what fifty nine
- 32:44Speaker 1: pound ninety nine and then to charge ten pound for shipping,
- 32:49Speaker 1: that's I think that's a bit. Yeah, it's cheeky. Yeah, although.
- 33:05Speaker 2: I'm kind of thinking that I might like to.
- 33:10Speaker 1: Try out after a work. In fact, I might not today,
- 33:21Speaker 1: not tomorrow, but someday maybe just an luck seeing what
- 33:43Speaker 1: the stats are run sound Cloud. Okay, what about Facebook?
- 34:12Speaker 1: On sever looks see if there's any.
- 34:15Speaker 2: Messages?
- 34:29Speaker 1: I call a question on Facebook. Something I've noticed on
- 34:58Speaker 1: Facebook the amount of people the post stuff where they're
- 35:09Speaker 1: assuming that everyone else is can to understand what they're
- 35:13Speaker 1: talking about. And I don't know why, but that annoys
- 35:19Speaker 1: me a little bit.
- 35:23Speaker 2: People posting things.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Like I can't stand listening to his voice anymore. Okay,
- 35:33Speaker 1: can you give me some more information? It's like, why
- 35:38Speaker 1: reduce everyone listening to or we're reading a Facebook page
- 35:45Speaker 1: from around the world is going to know what you're
- 35:48Speaker 1: talking about?
- 35:53Speaker 2: Just seems a bit strange.
- 36:03Speaker 1: What's this?
- 36:18Speaker 2: Okay? Just looking.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Looks to me like just another made up story about boxing.
- 36:41Speaker 1: He looks familiar.
- 36:43Speaker 2: George is when's sick? When sick?
- 36:48Speaker 1: Say that slowly, don't say too quickly?
- 36:51Speaker 2: Went sick when sick? X R E R G ex
- 37:01Speaker 2: as an arcs.
- 37:10Speaker 12: Okay, get a patterfly? Okay, Ah, just looking at a
- 37:36Speaker 12: picture of a little puppy. They are so cute and
- 37:40Speaker 12: their puppies. I think what we need to do is
- 37:47Speaker 12: find puppies, is stay puppies, although I think they always
- 37:53Speaker 12: stay puppies. Mentally, I'm kind of okay, because I've got.
- 37:59Speaker 2: A tiny good dog.
- 38:02Speaker 1: I mean he was a half a lot smaller when
- 38:05Speaker 1: he was a puppy, just looking at Dorian Yates video
- 38:48Speaker 1: when he was a mister Olympia. I remember years ago
- 39:03Speaker 1: when I worked in Egypt shop there was this but
- 39:09Speaker 1: it was a little like seaside down and lived in
- 39:16Speaker 1: and we went for a little period of opening on
- 39:19Speaker 1: Sundays because of the traffic, you know, the foot traffic,
- 39:27Speaker 1: or maybe we get some lot more people. So he did.
- 39:32Speaker 1: I said, my boss decided to turn on me. And
- 39:41Speaker 1: there was this one Sunday, loads of people coming down,
- 39:48Speaker 1: traveling down for the day from local towns and see
- 39:54Speaker 1: this man and Rnmon looked like a clamor model and
- 40:09Speaker 1: he was clearly a bodybuilder, huge, just walking around wobbling,
- 40:19Speaker 1: not wobbling, but she was wobbling, but he was not wobbling,
- 40:25Speaker 1: but he was plodding. I'm not sure if he had
- 40:35Speaker 1: this top off, but he was. You know that limits
- 40:44Speaker 1: You know people that are well doned, You got people
- 40:49Speaker 1: that got nice muscles, and then you've got people that
- 40:53Speaker 1: are just huge. He was one of those people, just huge.
- 41:17Speaker 1: I wonder what it's like being mister Olimpia. I mean
- 41:29Speaker 1: devoting every pretty much every second of his life to
- 41:35Speaker 1: the sport. I know a little bit about Dorian Yates.
- 41:51Speaker 2: I think he's.
- 41:57Speaker 1: One of the most successful bodybuilders in history, together with
- 42:09Speaker 1: Leney and.
- 42:12Speaker 12: Other a couple of others, obviously Arnold as well, but.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Apparently Rife from the star. He kept track of every
- 42:30Speaker 1: set of weights they did, every exercise, every meal, every
- 42:38Speaker 1: measurement of ingredients for every meal, right from the start,
- 42:48Speaker 1: so that he could keep track of what he was
- 42:50Speaker 1: doing and plan ridiculously maliciously ever, playing it all a cage,
- 43:05Speaker 1: how things are working from the results, and I guess,
- 43:18Speaker 1: matching the results next to the effort and the tire
- 43:25Speaker 1: the cage, which best the route to take to maybe
- 43:31Speaker 1: have more of this or less of that, do more
- 43:35Speaker 1: exercise on that part of body part or less on
- 43:38Speaker 1: the ever. This is the feeling I heard. I heard
- 43:49Speaker 1: him say, anyway, I'm going to go and get my breakfast.
- 43:59Speaker 1: Thing you for listener, Remember but to be kind to yourself.
- 44:03Speaker 1: You deserve to be happy, be gentle with yourself. You
- 44:08Speaker 1: deserve to feel safe, lots of love.
- 44:15Speaker 2: Bye, Relax in a more deep and meaningful way, maybe
- 44:37Speaker 2: in a way that can not just allow you to
- 44:42Speaker 2: feel calmer now and throughout the time you spend together here,
- 44:55Speaker 2: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 45:01Speaker 2: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 45:07Speaker 2: and peace, But also I think it would be nice
- 45:22Speaker 2: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 45:42Speaker 2: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 45:56Speaker 2: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 46:05Speaker 2: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you
- 46:19Speaker 2: find like some people do and myself as well, I
- 46:23Speaker 2: sometimes I find one particular recording that really resonates with me,
- 46:35Speaker 2: and I just listen to it over and over again
- 46:39Speaker 2: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 46:52Speaker 2: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It wasn't hypnosis,
- 46:58Speaker 2: but it was a guided visualizations, so it kind of
- 47:02Speaker 2: was hipnosis really, and I managed to find it again
- 47:10Speaker 2: and it still has the same effect on me. And
- 47:16Speaker 2: part of it was the person's voice relaxed me. She
- 47:29Speaker 2: just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward.
- 47:35Speaker 1: To listening to her.
- 47:40Speaker 2: In the morning and in the evening. And I knew
- 47:50Speaker 2: before even pressing the play button that since I've done that,
- 48:00Speaker 2: pressed the play button. This is in the days of
- 48:08Speaker 2: CD players, pressed the play button. In fact, it might
- 48:18Speaker 2: have even been a tape recorder. I'd lie down on
- 48:22Speaker 2: the bed and then even without necessarily listening to her
- 48:35Speaker 2: words because I had to memorized. Really, it was as
- 48:48Speaker 2: if my body knew exactly what to do, and the
- 48:59Speaker 2: muscle just almost went into automatic relaxation, and I remember
- 49:21Speaker 2: my mind would slow down. Now. Now, I was listening
- 49:35Speaker 2: to this recording in the early days of learning hypnosis,
- 49:45Speaker 2: and long before I ever made any videos or audio
- 49:52Speaker 2: recordings myself, because I didn't start doing that till two
- 49:57Speaker 2: thousand and six, I knew, I knew how helpful I
- 50:17Speaker 2: found being able to just let go, to have that
- 50:27Speaker 2: trust in the person that I'm listening to, knowing that
- 50:40Speaker 2: it's going to be just as relaxing, if not more so.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Each time you hear my voice, you may feel the same.
- 51:04Speaker 2: Some people have been listening to me for over a decade,
- 51:20Speaker 2: maybe not solidly, obviously, not twenty four hours a day,
- 51:25Speaker 2: but maybe people come back. Some people maybe listen every day.
- 51:44Speaker 2: There's something that I do which you may not realize
- 51:52Speaker 2: by listening, is.
- 52:02Speaker 1: When I record.
- 52:06Speaker 2: These recordings, now. For example, I also am affected by
- 52:20Speaker 2: the words that I say.
- 52:28Speaker 1: So if I.
- 52:32Speaker 2: Set you focus on your feet, notice your feet relaxing,
- 52:43Speaker 2: I will be focusing on my feet. I will be
- 52:51Speaker 2: noticing my feet relaxing. If I said, focus on your hands,
- 53:12Speaker 2: and maybe notice the difference between each hand, perhaps notice
- 53:21Speaker 2: the air in the room, the temperature of the room.
- 53:29Speaker 2: On the backs of your hands. You may start to
- 53:40Speaker 2: notice what almost feels like a very light breeze, even
- 53:48Speaker 2: though there may not be any type of breeze at
- 53:52Speaker 2: all where you are right now. And as you become
- 54:06Speaker 2: aware of your hands, I'm also aware of how relaxed
- 54:21Speaker 2: my hands our feeling now. And when it comes to
- 54:46Speaker 2: potentially drifting off to sleep, which may be the reason
- 54:52Speaker 2: you're listening, I also so feel drowsy when I make
- 55:08Speaker 2: these recordings. I also notice my mind drifting. In fact,
- 55:29Speaker 2: at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing, and
- 55:46Speaker 2: then I carry on talking and it's suddenly when I
- 55:57Speaker 2: listen back to do the editing, I hear snoring, and
- 56:06Speaker 2: I think I don't remember snoring. I remember talking. The
- 56:16Speaker 2: snoring was a pick turned up. That's why I sound
- 56:24Speaker 2: like when I snore, I get really into the whole experience.
- 56:43Speaker 2: I don't know how you feel. How relaxed do you
- 56:52Speaker 2: feel in your feet, how relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 57:18Speaker 2: I have noticed more and more that the more relaxed,
- 57:32Speaker 2: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your breathing
- 57:47Speaker 2: becomes so almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this
- 58:11Speaker 2: allows you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath, however,
- 58:43Speaker 2: being able to notice ease in which you brieze so naturally,
- 59:27Speaker 2: you briez so very easily and smoothly. Whenever I imagine
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: my breathing improving, when I've got my eyes closed, I
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: tend to visualize beautiful field, trees and flowers producing all
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: that life giving oxygen. It feels nice too, if nothing else,
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: just taking.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: Some time.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Away from everything, enjoying that eating of pace serenity with
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: a joyful art. Time seems to just drip by, so
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: very slowly, relaxed, so deeply peaceful, completely unattached to any
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: thoughts whatsoever in this moment, completely freem to say that
- 1:04:54Speaker 2: your mind slowed down. Slowed down because nothing really requires
- 1:05:42Speaker 2: your attention. You can joy the physical sensations of allowing
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: the stress to drip out of your body, Dripping out
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: of every part of your body and being released from
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: your brain. Lot your mind slowly but surely, the muscles
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: in your.
- 1:07:36Speaker 13: Legs, remags, racks, ries, sur very, deeping.
- 1:08:21Speaker 2: Rigs, sweft deeply in the feelings, pleasant feelings in your
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: arms and shoulders, deepening each part of your body further
- 1:09:25Speaker 2: and deeper and deeper.
- 1:09:52Speaker 14: I like to say, the feelings in the back of
- 1:09:59Speaker 14: your neck, feedings in your rests, mossules.
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: In front of your body, sea deep. A sense of
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: peace spreads through.
- 1:12:04Speaker 6: A very cold When you.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: Focus on your mind, your mind becomes a Han's lover deapa,
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: relax faiy sly, stomach, tasteful, man of stomach.
- 1:15:04Speaker 6: Back.
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: Nice, lettice, sound laxed. Now, feel.
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: In the hole a bad.
- 1:16:05Speaker 2: A spytwen your brain all lay down the middle of
- 1:16:15Speaker 2: your back, sending and receiving millions of messages every day,
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: deep coomfort increasing deeply relaxed.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: N les.
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: Spreading these signals down the spine, un could into reports
- 1:18:07Speaker 2: of your body shins and your conferences, your oupers. Feelings
- 1:19:11Speaker 2: of peace and tranquility spreading through your body, tips of
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: your toes, to your eyes, your fingers. Ah, wait, you'll
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: love back. I'm letting go a thinker, pace drifting mind
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: will not give in a way happy to let go,

- 1:27:16Speaker 2: can just focus on different parts of your body, just
- 1:27:28Speaker 2: to notice a foihead and your eyes.

- 1:28:58Speaker 2: Sensors complete freedom, absolute freedom hes and it chance paste

- 1:33:47Speaker 2: bliss for pace two, pace suck, Let's go sax for
- 1:37:27Speaker 2: the film's most visible fairy fat.
- 1:37:52Speaker 16: And paceful so speaks, and you.
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: Could start to notice that you are feeling more relaxed,
- 1:39:18Speaker 2: even though I've not purposely focused your mind upon that
- 1:39:29Speaker 2: sense of physical comfort that is growing within you throughout
- 1:39:35Speaker 2: your body, and your mind starts to slow down, and
- 1:39:48Speaker 2: that could be almost in recognition of I guess my
- 1:39:56Speaker 2: speech would not being particularly fast, things generally.
- 1:40:10Speaker 1: Feel calmer.
- 1:40:14Speaker 2: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an
- 1:40:22Speaker 2: opportunity to take a break from the day, take a
- 1:40:30Speaker 2: break from your life, as it is, to give yourself
- 1:40:38Speaker 2: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:40:49Speaker 2: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:40:54Speaker 2: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:41:06Speaker 2: any stresses that you had in your body. It's almost
- 1:41:15Speaker 2: as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:41:21Speaker 2: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: that negativity with positive healing energy, which then fills your
- 1:41:43Speaker 2: body up and your mind to also starts to appreciate
- 1:41:56Speaker 2: those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting feeling,
- 1:42:11Speaker 2: positive healing energy that spreads through your body like a
- 1:42:25Speaker 2: wave of comfort. And all this comes from just allowing
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: yourself a few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long
- 1:42:48Speaker 2: you want it to be, just rest, allow your mind
- 1:43:01Speaker 2: and your body to almost preset itself to the settings
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: of comfort and relaxation, calmness, which allows more for feelings
- 1:43:30Speaker 2: of pleasure and happiness to move around your body and
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: into your mind, almost as if your mind and your
- 1:43:50Speaker 2: body are sinking together, almost mirroring each other with that
- 1:44:03Speaker 2: growing positivity and calmness, and it feels nice, really does
- 1:44:17Speaker 2: feel nice to know that you are the one that
- 1:44:23Speaker 2: has allowed yourself to feel more comfort and to experience
- 1:44:40Speaker 2: more of this deep relaxation. Spreading throughout your body, and
- 1:44:56Speaker 2: as I focus each part of your body, you can
- 1:45:04Speaker 2: notice that that part becomes even more relaxed just by
- 1:45:19Speaker 2: focusing on it, becomes even more calm and comfortable. Just
- 1:45:31Speaker 2: by focusing and des iime moved down your body, starting
- 1:45:41Speaker 2: and your head, the parts that you have already focused
- 1:45:47Speaker 2: on or can continue to relax deeply, and those parts
- 1:45:57Speaker 2: that have not yet focused on or just automatically release
- 1:46:08Speaker 2: any remain intention in anticipation of even more comfort about
- 1:46:17Speaker 2: to come.
- 1:46:23Speaker 17: Now.
- 1:46:26Speaker 2: The start by focusing on your forehead. Just being aware
- 1:46:33Speaker 2: of the feelings of your forehead. Any background sounds like
- 1:46:44Speaker 2: mister Herbert the pigeon just allow you to feel you're
- 1:46:50Speaker 2: more relaxed. Just means during the moment, this is a
- 1:47:01Speaker 2: sterile environment. This is the world. I live in the countryside,
- 1:47:11Speaker 2: so there's lots of nature sounds around. As you focus
- 1:47:22Speaker 2: on your forehead, just notice how it becomes even more
- 1:47:29Speaker 2: relaxed as you focus only on MY voice and that
- 1:47:39Speaker 2: part of your body. Move down to your eyes, focusing
- 1:47:50Speaker 2: on your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feels so heavy
- 1:48:03Speaker 2: it has so light at the same time, all the
- 1:48:10Speaker 2: muscles around your eyes relaxing completely. Moving your focus down
- 1:48:23Speaker 2: to your mouth, lips, your tongue, your teeth. You comes
- 1:48:33Speaker 2: behore of your mouth, relaxing, calm and loose. If you
- 1:48:48Speaker 2: focus now on your jaw, just a part of your
- 1:48:56Speaker 2: journey your mouth, your chin, all the way up the
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: side of your face to your ears, the hole of
- 1:49:09Speaker 2: your jaw leading all relaxed and a calm. Focusing on
- 1:49:36Speaker 2: your neck, the front of your neck and your throatlegsin
- 1:49:46Speaker 2: loose and calm. Side of your neck, right left side
- 1:49:58Speaker 2: of your leck, relax and place and calm.
- 1:50:16Speaker 18: Now the back of your leg, focusing on the back
- 1:50:24Speaker 18: of your leg, letting go with any tension that may
- 1:50:34Speaker 18: be there before, and enjoying that.
- 1:50:42Speaker 2: Sense of increasing comfort and release.
- 1:50:51Speaker 19: I think you can experience at the back of your neck,
- 1:51:02Speaker 19: moving down your back, moving either side of your spine,
- 1:51:10Speaker 19: right from the.
- 1:51:11Speaker 2: Top of your back all the way down to the
- 1:51:16Speaker 2: bottom of your back down it's your lower back at
- 1:51:34Speaker 2: him up and down the spine. You can feel the
- 1:51:42Speaker 2: muscles even side of your spine relaxing even more. And
- 1:51:57Speaker 2: there's those muscles relax. That sense of comfort starts to
- 1:52:04Speaker 2: spread outwards from your spine into both sides of your back,
- 1:52:18Speaker 2: the top of your back, the middle end your loa back.
- 1:52:25Speaker 2: And as you scared gently and slowly up and down
- 1:52:33Speaker 2: your back, the muscles in the top of your back
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: relegs and become a looser. The muscles in the middle
- 1:52:48Speaker 2: of your back also seem to just almost define from
- 1:52:55Speaker 2: each other, separating and almost melting, and in your lower
- 1:53:09Speaker 2: back seems to be an extra special feeling of comfort.
- 1:53:25Speaker 2: The spread into your hips. Sit down your lower back,
- 1:53:32Speaker 2: into your hips, into the area where your cosix are,
- 1:53:43Speaker 2: and into your buttocks. Always muscles then spread. Bring your
- 1:53:53Speaker 2: lower back into your hip area, start to mount, start reading,
- 1:54:09Speaker 2: let go, let you know where about to focus on
- 1:54:20Speaker 2: your shoulders, back your spy, continue to let go, continue
- 1:54:35Speaker 2: to relax.
- 1:54:39Speaker 8: So coldly.
- 1:54:48Speaker 2: As you focus on your shoulders, you may notice they're
- 1:54:53Speaker 2: already feeling read this, already cold. I feel those muscles.
- 1:55:32Speaker 2: Then move from your neck into his shoulders. Feels soft
- 1:55:48Speaker 2: and gentle, so and calm. The feeding your shoulders seins
- 1:56:23Speaker 2: to spread deep into your shoulders and since relaxation not
- 1:56:33Speaker 2: just traveling deeply into your mussles also relaxing the butterness
- 1:56:53Speaker 2: and moved all the way underneath your arms. Relax, see
- 1:57:02Speaker 2: the whole area between the tops of your shoulders, and
- 1:57:06Speaker 2: don't make your arms.
- 1:57:12Speaker 20: He then.
- 1:57:18Speaker 6: Just so.
- 1:57:21Speaker 2: Relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders, which says that deep
- 1:57:36Speaker 2: he message into your arms. You may feel almost as
- 1:57:57Speaker 2: if your arms are not even there's the sun, last step,
- 1:58:09Speaker 2: the lancet.
- 1:58:17Speaker 8: S s.
- 1:58:52Speaker 2: Things spread it, oh my dall you to ours created
- 1:59:10Speaker 2: alwas circumpt spreads away into rists for sadrists.
- 1:59:46Speaker 8: Heavy.
- 1:59:50Speaker 21: Yet the same time sight and git hand peaces sense pace.
- 2:01:48Speaker 21: It just seems to feel Spha strikes takes six stations
- 2:04:13Speaker 21: by focuss us.
- 2:05:49Speaker 22: Such fog age scotch si faith.
- 2:09:08Speaker 2: Faith, sir pay.
- 2:09:17Speaker 16: So sack.
- 2:09:26Speaker 2: Sack pa so sack pace si con pais from the
- 2:10:29Speaker 2: same place from.
- 2:10:49Speaker 23: Man that likexation, the spread, the chest, the stone, let's
- 2:11:10Speaker 23: you go.
- 2:11:14Speaker 2: Everything. So I'm gonna start counting down now, from twenty
- 2:11:32Speaker 2: down to one. You can imagine in a way it's
- 2:11:40Speaker 2: like just walking down some steps and each step or
- 2:11:47Speaker 2: twenty steps, and each step represents a level of comfort,
- 2:11:56Speaker 2: each step represents a deepening of their comfort in the
- 2:12:12Speaker 2: furbies you walk down those steps that deeper lags. Do
- 2:12:19Speaker 2: you feel so starting with number twenty twenty eighth, eight seven,
- 2:14:13Speaker 2: ten sixtyhhhhhhh fifree whats fay too well.
- 2:21:06Speaker 6: H eight.
- 2:25:00Speaker 24: The US.
- 2:25:45Speaker 25: Six five.
- 2:28:01Speaker 17: In the.
- 2:29:20Speaker 26: H school.
- 2:30:38Speaker 20: US.
- 2:33:05Speaker 17: And now.
- 2:33:11Speaker 2: As you focus on your lives, you're gonna countdown from
- 2:33:24Speaker 2: ten down to one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids,
- 2:33:40Speaker 2: the muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves, a
- 2:33:49Speaker 2: whole area that makes up your eye. As we count
- 2:34:06Speaker 2: down and ten down to one, wants to focus in
- 2:34:14Speaker 2: on your eyes, you will become twice is relaxed with
- 2:34:30Speaker 2: each number counting down that you may find the way
- 2:34:43Speaker 2: you want to do is just drift off to sleep.
- 2:34:52Speaker 2: And if that's what you want, then just allow yourself
- 2:34:59Speaker 2: to do that. Now focusing in your eyes and to
- 2:35:13Speaker 2: begin counted down from ten down to one.
- 2:35:23Speaker 6: Right now.
- 2:35:32Speaker 2: Ten nine eight seven.
- 2:39:26Speaker 15: H fishhhhhh.
- 2:41:55Speaker 2: Three on seven cut down ten to one ten nine
- 2:44:53Speaker 2: eight seven six five.
- 2:45:03Speaker 6: Four three.
- 2:45:10Speaker 2: Two one. And maybe that was a bit too quick
- 2:45:22Speaker 2: in order to relax. Maybe it's a too fast for
- 2:45:27Speaker 2: you to notice the calming of your body, maybe even
- 2:45:37Speaker 2: a little bit of pressure there, like you'll count it
- 2:45:40Speaker 2: down from ten to one. Would you expect me to
- 2:45:43Speaker 2: do man, expect me to go floppy? Just be guess
- 2:45:48Speaker 2: you're counting down if you try again, but this time
- 2:45:57Speaker 2: I'll go a bit slower. It's time that you focus
- 2:46:04Speaker 2: on the whole of your body before we focus on
- 2:46:09Speaker 2: your legs.
- 2:46:11Speaker 17: Just notice.
- 2:46:14Speaker 2: How your body does start to feel more relaxed with
- 2:46:28Speaker 2: every number that I count down ten nine, at eight, seven, six, five, four, three.
- 2:48:03Speaker 22: One.
- 2:48:15Speaker 2: Just notice how how you feel generally, how your body feels.
- 2:48:28Speaker 2: It's not necessarily even about counting down from ten to one.
- 2:48:39Speaker 2: It's that space that you have.
- 2:48:43Speaker 6: That.
- 2:48:46Speaker 2: Space between being active physically mentally.
- 2:49:01Speaker 6: It's just.
- 2:49:06Speaker 2: Sitting buying down, just being there, not doing anything, not
- 2:49:12Speaker 2: saying anything, or needing to think about anything. So it
- 2:49:19Speaker 2: opens up the space, you know, a bit of a space,
- 2:49:24Speaker 2: the gap. And the more I came down from ten
- 2:49:34Speaker 2: to one, the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that
- 2:49:41Speaker 2: gap of calmness, of comfort or relaxation. It's a nice feeling.
- 2:49:59Speaker 2: And the moves those stresses or discomforts physically or emotionally,
- 2:50:09Speaker 2: moves them away, allows you.
- 2:50:22Speaker 27: To just.
- 2:50:26Speaker 2: Slow down. Someone can count the game from ten down
- 2:50:32Speaker 2: to one and notice that gap widening, the gap, and
- 2:50:42Speaker 2: as it widens, it's almost like that the stress and
- 2:50:47Speaker 2: attention falls into the gap, gives you that distance, that
- 2:51:07Speaker 2: space ten nine eight seven six five three one. Then
- 2:53:16Speaker 2: how did you body? You feel.
- 2:53:22Speaker 8: Now?
- 2:53:35Speaker 2: Can you notice that? Do you feeling calm?
- 2:53:47Speaker 6: Do you feel.
- 2:53:51Speaker 2: Relaxed? Can now focus on your legs? Just your legs.
- 2:54:34Speaker 2: You're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:54:54Speaker 2: it's not the most exciting thing to be done, because
- 2:55:03Speaker 2: I'm sure, like most of your body is not a
- 2:55:05Speaker 2: lot going on right now. Just focusing on the whole
- 2:55:18Speaker 2: of your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides
- 2:55:24Speaker 2: of your thighs, the bottoms of your thighs, out of thighs,
- 2:55:32Speaker 2: inner thighs, basically the hole of your thigh that leads
- 2:55:38Speaker 2: into your hip and it goes down to your knee joid.
- 2:55:54Speaker 2: And this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:56:01Speaker 2: It's very strong. Probably the strongest assurance in your body
- 2:56:08Speaker 2: ring your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps give
- 2:56:25Speaker 2: us attention to her thighs. Perhaps we don't they acknowledge
- 2:56:38Speaker 2: how important our thighs are to our lives. How much
- 2:57:00Speaker 2: they actually do for us all through our lives. And
- 2:57:14Speaker 2: may seem sound really weird, but I think that all
- 2:57:20Speaker 2: our body parts, especially our thighs, needs TLC a bit
- 2:57:31Speaker 2: of love shown, a bit of acknowledgement, thank you, gratitude
- 2:57:51Speaker 2: for what our thighs do for us. And this may
- 2:58:00Speaker 2: sound is strange. Maybe you think, why am I short?
- 2:58:07Speaker 2: How should be out in the garden hugging a tree
- 2:58:10Speaker 2: or something? It's hard to say. I can find up
- 2:58:18Speaker 2: on a tree, so why I'm doing to see doors
- 2:58:21Speaker 2: I was, I wouldn't be outside working a tree. I
- 2:58:25Speaker 2: can't see the television from the tree. You moved down
- 2:58:34Speaker 2: to your knees. You gain such an important part, And
- 2:58:44Speaker 2: I think we don't necessarily. I'll speak for myself. I
- 2:58:51Speaker 2: don't necessarily appreciate all that one needs to do for
- 2:58:56Speaker 2: me until.
- 2:58:59Speaker 28: I haven't number by name.
- 2:59:02Speaker 2: Occasionally, if I ever, maybe i'll bash you. It's aching
- 2:59:07Speaker 2: for some reason then that I realize how much it does.
- 2:59:16Speaker 2: You know, the benefit of being able to use my
- 2:59:20Speaker 2: legs without any kind of physical discomfort is a beautiful
- 2:59:29Speaker 2: thing that's possibly not appreciated. Tool it's temporarily removed. You know,
- 2:59:39Speaker 2: that's comfort, But as you focus on your knees, regardless
- 2:59:48Speaker 2: of how your needs feel, you can have that sense
- 2:59:54Speaker 2: of gratitude and love to your needs all that they
- 3:00:00Speaker 2: do to you. You can still have that attention on
- 3:00:14Speaker 2: your thighs. Maybe notice how your thighs feel. Maybe you
- 3:00:20Speaker 2: notice that they are relaxing more deeply as you focus
- 3:00:38Speaker 2: now on the bottoms of your legs and your ships,
- 3:00:44Speaker 2: your calf bottoms, the bones between your knees and your
- 3:00:51Speaker 2: feet incorporates, and the course your ankles so important. Anyone
- 3:01:04Speaker 2: that's had even like the slightest spray of an ankle
- 3:01:10Speaker 2: knows how how much we take our encurs for granted.
- 3:01:22Speaker 2: And it's kind of strange in a way where you
- 3:01:25Speaker 2: think that you know, logically, our wrists are a lot
- 3:01:30Speaker 2: of thiller than the rest of our arms, which is okay,
- 3:01:35Speaker 2: it doesn't I can't see any problem with that because
- 3:01:39Speaker 2: we're just picking stuff up. Our ankles so much thinner
- 3:01:47Speaker 2: than the rest of our legs, and from a physics
- 3:01:56Speaker 2: perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense sense.
- 3:02:01Speaker 6: All this weight.
- 3:02:04Speaker 2: Will ultimately be resting on your ankles and lead to
- 3:02:11Speaker 2: your feet a thin area, thin bone. Yeah, it does
- 3:02:24Speaker 2: so much great work. Supports us, supports our body for
- 3:02:31Speaker 2: a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps you to
- 3:02:46Speaker 2: get around and be mobile. And there's the carf muscles.
- 3:02:55Speaker 2: Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't see the
- 3:03:03Speaker 2: point in calf moscoles didn't seem to do anything. Okay,
- 3:03:09Speaker 2: if I walked around, my tiptoes and my calf muscles
- 3:03:12Speaker 2: get some work. But of course that's not true. The
- 3:03:16Speaker 2: calf muscles are being used whenever we use our legs.
- 3:03:26Speaker 2: Then your shins there to protect your lower legs, shaped
- 3:03:39Speaker 2: and away almost as a protector for the bone, leading
- 3:03:53Speaker 2: of course to your ankles and your feet. I'm going
- 3:04:03Speaker 2: to focus on your feet. I'm just going to focus
- 3:04:06Speaker 2: on the legs. I realize.
- 3:04:11Speaker 6: Now that I've.
- 3:04:12Speaker 2: Mentioned your feet, you'll probably focusing on anyway, So maybe
- 3:04:17Speaker 2: I should focus on your feet a little bit. You
- 3:04:23Speaker 2: can have them in your awareness the same as you
- 3:04:29Speaker 2: have your thighs in your awareness. Even though we haven't
- 3:04:32Speaker 2: been focusing on your thighs a few minutes, been focusing
- 3:04:39Speaker 2: on your angles, there's still that sensation of comfort in
- 3:04:56Speaker 2: your thighs. There's that movement of energy because the thighs
- 3:05:08Speaker 2: hold lots of different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles
- 3:05:15Speaker 2: and the big strong muscles that we have in our thighs.
- 3:05:29Speaker 2: But the skin on the outside of the thighs, as
- 3:05:34Speaker 2: in the outside of all of our body, can be
- 3:05:39Speaker 2: very sensitive, sensitive to a touch, sensitive to temperature, and
- 3:05:57Speaker 2: inside your thighs the bones is, the muscle is, the blood, vessels,
- 3:06:06Speaker 2: the arch trees to all this stuff inside of thighs.
- 3:06:16Speaker 2: I guess sometimes it'd be nice if you could actually
- 3:06:19Speaker 2: put your fingers inside your thighs and message, so you
- 3:06:27Speaker 2: can message on the outside, because we're able to get
- 3:06:31Speaker 2: deep into the muscles to be able to just message
- 3:06:36Speaker 2: inside your thighs. Message in the bones. If you like
- 3:06:43Speaker 2: amagic veins, just gently heaving thighs, you can move down,
- 3:07:00Speaker 2: message inside your knees, a message in those bones with
- 3:07:07Speaker 2: healing fingertips spreading their healing energy deep into the joints
- 3:07:16Speaker 2: your knees. Of course, the back of the need and
- 3:07:25Speaker 2: the inside crease, real need is it's a very sensitive area.
- 3:07:36Speaker 2: It feels very nice when.
- 3:07:37Speaker 28: We struck you.
- 3:07:39Speaker 2: That might be because it's an area that's not really
- 3:07:43Speaker 2: touched very often. It's almost like a hidden part a
- 3:07:49Speaker 2: crease your legs it's almost.
- 3:07:56Speaker 6: Like a part that.
- 3:07:58Speaker 2: Has a sensitive which is a little bit different. Of course,
- 3:08:09Speaker 2: it's protected by your legs. Let you put in your
- 3:08:21Speaker 2: fingers to increase your legs and folded between your legs,
- 3:08:32Speaker 2: you can just message with your fingertips. Let your fingertips
- 3:08:37Speaker 2: going inside, massage in the muscle tissue. You can cause
- 3:08:48Speaker 2: fielder barons your knees through your fingertips. And then if
- 3:09:03Speaker 2: you go down to your calf muscles, and that's the
- 3:09:08Speaker 2: part I'd want to be able to reading.
- 3:09:12Speaker 29: Put my finger tip.
- 3:09:13Speaker 2: Steam inside the calf muscles. Massage in every single tissue,
- 3:09:23Speaker 2: the muscle, healing every part. They do the same for
- 3:09:34Speaker 2: my shields. Massage and gently stroking the bones, gently stroking them,
- 3:09:46Speaker 2: healing and loving way because they deserve to be treated.
- 3:09:54Speaker 2: There's the precious bones that they are, because their legs
- 3:09:58Speaker 2: are so precious. They all other parts of our body
- 3:10:05Speaker 2: the more precious of mutual planet. When you start to
- 3:10:21Speaker 2: think about lex and its way, it can change your perspective.
- 3:10:36Speaker 2: It might sound it's silly to start with the idea
- 3:10:44Speaker 2: of having love feles, showing appreciation with your thighs, wanting
- 3:10:56Speaker 2: to be as your hands in your message the muscles
- 3:11:05Speaker 2: and the bones. Do you get your fingers deep in
- 3:11:10Speaker 2: there releasing tension, just to show how much you care
- 3:11:23Speaker 2: about your legs, what you care for, what your legs
- 3:11:29Speaker 2: do fear regularly, your needs, your cards, your ankles, the
- 3:11:43Speaker 2: strength of your ankles, considering how fit they are compared
- 3:11:51Speaker 2: to the rest of your legs, especially your thighs, so strong,
- 3:12:01Speaker 2: so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Ancles are truly a gift
- 3:12:18Speaker 2: because of what they do for you, supporting all our weight,
- 3:12:29Speaker 2: regardless of how what weight you are, even if you're
- 3:12:34Speaker 2: eat a stony still a long weight for these little angles,
- 3:12:44Speaker 2: how long the heavy aminsting double dot in my course
- 3:12:55Speaker 2: support my body all the time. What they do give
- 3:13:02Speaker 2: off a siph of relief to sit down as if
- 3:13:08Speaker 2: a nest. My think fee will say, my toast clip,
- 3:13:40Speaker 2: your legs really are amazing. Can I talking about? Talking
- 3:13:50Speaker 2: about your legs is probably possibly in my most most
- 3:13:57Speaker 2: boring things you ever had anyone say, possibly pouring along
- 3:14:06Speaker 2: everything I said is true. The legs are amazing. Your
- 3:14:22Speaker 2: lex deserve not just respect, because they deserve to relax deeply.
- 3:14:42Speaker 2: They deserve to take some time out of the day.
- 3:14:47Speaker 30: To just let go completely. Legs really can relax.
- 3:15:24Speaker 2: Because the legs are say such a nice, you know,
- 3:15:28Speaker 2: very important part of your body. When your relax makes
- 3:15:34Speaker 2: the rest of your body also actually follows in that
- 3:15:45Speaker 2: journey of comfort, like feeling my hips, my hips feel
- 3:15:59Speaker 2: really and also my lower back as well. My lower
- 3:16:07Speaker 2: back really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just
- 3:16:13Speaker 2: sitting in a chair and there's no stretching as far
- 3:16:19Speaker 2: as my way that I'm doing. It's almost as if
- 3:16:23Speaker 2: the muscles are just relaxed so much and there is
- 3:16:27Speaker 2: a natural stretch as the tension has reduced. Not and
- 3:16:52Speaker 2: I'm now going to count down ten downs one nine
- 3:17:06Speaker 2: last ten nine eight seven.
- 3:17:25Speaker 6: Six, five four three.
- 3:17:46Speaker 2: One. Relax because I'm just going to count down five
- 3:18:04Speaker 2: down to one. And as a countdown, you just focus
- 3:18:09Speaker 2: on the numbers, just the numbers counting down, and notice
- 3:18:18Speaker 2: how you feel.
- 3:18:23Speaker 28: In this moment.
- 3:18:25Speaker 2: As you hear the numbers counting down, knowing that those
- 3:18:30Speaker 2: numbers counting down represent you feeling calmer or just in
- 3:18:43Speaker 2: your body, but also relaxing the mind. Just notice how
- 3:18:52Speaker 2: you feel. There's nothing to do, there's nothing to say,
- 3:18:58Speaker 2: there's nothing to think of. Starting with number five.
- 3:19:15Speaker 6: Four three.
- 3:19:36Speaker 2: Two one, how did you notice the gradual letting go
- 3:20:03Speaker 2: the tension in your body. You may also begin to
- 3:20:11Speaker 2: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:20:18Speaker 2: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:20:29Speaker 2: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural. Because
- 3:20:34Speaker 2: it's your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax,
- 3:20:42Speaker 2: and the more your micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:20:46Speaker 2: Is just a continuous circle of relaxation. And there's that
- 3:20:57Speaker 2: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even even
- 3:21:05Speaker 2: if this background sounds, even your sign online is still
- 3:21:13Speaker 2: going to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got
- 3:21:18Speaker 2: the television on, there's no music in the background, unless
- 3:21:23Speaker 2: you're listening to the recording with music. Of course, you
- 3:21:31Speaker 2: are very likely not going to be sitting in a
- 3:21:33Speaker 2: room with other people. Of course you might be, but
- 3:21:37Speaker 2: generally it's the idea if you can do this on
- 3:21:40Speaker 2: your own, so no distractions, and when you stop thinking
- 3:21:52Speaker 2: about stuff really like station automatically rises, the sense of
- 3:22:06Speaker 2: comfort starts to grow. And without trying to build it
- 3:22:17Speaker 2: up into something fantastical, something magical, this is just a
- 3:22:29Speaker 2: natural process, something that's easy to accomplish. In fact, it's
- 3:22:41Speaker 2: almost you know, the sense of relaxing completely happens really
- 3:22:49Speaker 2: when you put no effort into it. It's not something
- 3:22:54Speaker 2: that you can really force. It is something that happens naturally.
- 3:23:05Speaker 2: A part of the process of this recording and others
- 3:23:13Speaker 2: is simply to allow you to take advantage of this
- 3:23:25Speaker 2: space this time, just leto to just be here, to
- 3:23:42Speaker 2: be in tune with how you feel, yet with the
- 3:23:56Speaker 2: intention of wanting to relax deeply, that maybe even to
- 3:24:09Speaker 2: fall asleep, depending on what it is the wish for
- 3:24:16Speaker 2: yourself in this moment. As we know, relaxing is the
- 3:24:33Speaker 2: majority of the process of falling asleep. The actually fall
- 3:24:39Speaker 2: the sleep part is the tiny bit at the end.
- 3:24:45Speaker 2: The deeper relaxed to become, the easier you find yourself drifting.
- 3:25:09Speaker 2: You can also, if you choose stay focused on my voice,
- 3:25:18Speaker 2: that really enjoy the process congratually relaxing each muscle in
- 3:25:50Speaker 2: your body effortlessly and just observing the sensation a phi
- 3:26:17Speaker 2: letting go completely. This time, when a count from six
- 3:26:34Speaker 2: down to one, you can notice your mind calming down
- 3:26:49Speaker 2: with each number.
- 3:26:52Speaker 31: That you hear me saying, actually six, five, six, sh.
- 3:30:03Speaker 2: Being aware how your wind slowed right down, sinking deeply
- 3:30:22Speaker 2: into relaxation. She focused on why may notice that? And
- 3:30:46Speaker 2: some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that for
- 3:30:57Speaker 2: some reason perhaps need your attention.
- 3:31:09Speaker 6: What you can do is.
- 3:31:16Speaker 2: Send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts.
- 3:31:28Speaker 17: With love.
- 3:31:30Speaker 2: My door petals for flower. Just sprinkle over petals, feel
- 3:31:37Speaker 2: with love towards those thoughts, to let those thoughts over them,
- 3:31:47Speaker 2: not band you just need them, You require them to
- 3:31:56Speaker 2: just calm down, go down, quiet down, are now.
- 3:32:16Speaker 1: So as you.
- 3:32:16Speaker 2: Focus on those remaining thoughts as we count down this
- 3:32:22Speaker 2: time from seven out to one. With each number, just
- 3:32:30Speaker 2: imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude over
- 3:32:46Speaker 2: those thoughts, which you will allow them to just not away,
- 3:32:57Speaker 2: relax deeply, start to become fast starting seven, six, five four,
- 3:35:59Speaker 2: It is now relaxed. Your feeling in your body. We
- 3:36:20Speaker 2: got to focus on your hands. It's the ore relaxed
- 3:36:34Speaker 2: joy as time more relaxtra body and my dog. Yes,
- 3:36:58Speaker 2: you focus my hands, your fingers. Nothing add to the
- 3:37:11Speaker 2: almost like clench the fists. That's the fingers that it's
- 3:37:25Speaker 2: just not focus on your hands. Let's see what I
- 3:37:39Speaker 2: feel kiss but as your hands I can't mind feels
- 3:38:12Speaker 2: confidence nobody I tiste mid is starting dream just in
- 3:39:15Speaker 2: your hands and fingers sa spirits really deep in the
- 3:39:36Speaker 2: relaxation when you had to figus laxed, feached eight down
- 3:40:09Speaker 2: to one in the west a few and healing relaxing
- 3:40:22Speaker 2: energy spread it into your heads and fingers, coming relaxing
- 3:40:45Speaker 2: with each number, writing down eight down to one, fifteen
- 3:41:08Speaker 2: to place ads seven.
- 3:44:25Speaker 20: S.
- 3:45:14Speaker 2: Just being here now nothing to think about, nothing to do,
- 3:45:25Speaker 2: nothing to say, and everything just feels calm. This is
- 3:45:40Speaker 2: your natural state being. This is how you just normally
- 3:45:51Speaker 2: take away that stuff and a straightsome fi showing about
- 3:46:20Speaker 2: take away used to have sense intuens which caused.
- 3:46:48Speaker 28: Is also it's just a feeling.
- 3:46:56Speaker 2: Feeling confidence, as if.
- 3:47:03Speaker 28: You'd got inside of some.
- 3:47:06Speaker 2: Found in special place everything space place Sway. In the
- 3:47:21Speaker 2: film Relaxed, six contents play sweep Bak except yourself sway
- 3:47:49Speaker 2: lease in wheels place say again, actually just love yourself
- 3:48:06Speaker 2: some ways more potically like yourself. The sense of gratitude,
- 3:48:39Speaker 2: it's who slays way feel en sucking into your buddy
- 3:48:59Speaker 2: energy so key into your body. A healing energy spreads
- 3:49:12Speaker 2: through your veins, trying every simple part.
- 3:49:23Speaker 29: Of your body.
- 3:49:29Speaker 2: You start to realize that actually a healing energy. It's
- 3:49:36Speaker 2: not just entered into your brain, it's become a part
- 3:49:43Speaker 2: of your brain. The spinal fluid now things to be
- 3:49:55Speaker 2: the energy just allow you to feel so much more
- 3:50:07Speaker 2: relaxed and healthy. In this moment, also, you start to
- 3:50:22Speaker 2: realize the actually, what's happening now that he relaxing energy
- 3:50:33Speaker 2: spreading through your body's actually changing your life, suctually changing
- 3:50:48Speaker 2: the way you're going to feel, not just now, but
- 3:50:53Speaker 2: tomorrow the next day. Is your health improvement of just
- 3:51:04Speaker 2: your physical health beyond mental health. Things that used to
- 3:51:12Speaker 2: bother you in the past, for some reason, longer have
- 3:51:20Speaker 2: the effect that they used to because something has changed
- 3:51:28Speaker 2: deeper within you. Maybe things they used to force you
- 3:51:40Speaker 2: to feel angry a longer heaven that how to control you.
- 3:51:55Speaker 29: Where they seem to.
- 3:51:56Speaker 2: Be able to before. As you realize that you're the
- 3:52:05Speaker 2: one who decides what affects you, your one who decides
- 3:52:22Speaker 2: to fell relaxed and calm when he choose to enjoy.
- 3:52:34Speaker 2: Noticing these natural developments, the healing continue to grow and
- 3:52:50Speaker 2: improve your life day by day. Included, of course, ability
- 3:53:04Speaker 2: to relax so much easier. Let's sleep in It's the
- 3:53:19Speaker 2: must natural thing in the world to you because for
- 3:53:30Speaker 2: sleep is something that you've done so many times.
- 3:53:38Speaker 29: In your life, and you know that as we all
- 3:53:46Speaker 29: work with.
- 3:53:48Speaker 2: The ability to feel sleep, eventually in that ability just
- 3:54:05Speaker 2: drift off too deep he sleep. Even when we're kids,
- 3:54:20Speaker 2: sometimes will fall asleep and don't want to try to
- 3:54:26Speaker 2: stay awake. Maybe it's a birthday in the morning, when
- 3:54:31Speaker 2: it's Christmas or holiday or something I look forward to,
- 3:54:36Speaker 2: and I want to go to sleep, but the war
- 3:54:40Speaker 2: I want to stay awake. We just start to drift.
- 3:54:50Speaker 2: The war he finds drifting. I try to stopy sof
- 3:54:55Speaker 2: and drifting a sleep deeper and str whereout drifting becomes.
- 3:55:08Speaker 2: Because we're born not just with the need to extinctly,
- 3:55:16Speaker 2: but to actually fall asleep. It's our birth rate. It's
- 3:55:26Speaker 2: part of our dearna. And sometimes as we get older
- 3:55:36Speaker 2: in life, perhaps at times we have forgotten the relaxing
- 3:55:49Speaker 2: comply it's not only wonderful, being pleasant experience, it's also
- 3:56:04Speaker 2: really easy.
- 3:56:16Speaker 29: It's very very.
- 3:56:19Speaker 2: Easy, because that's what it is. It's just decided to make.
- 3:56:38Speaker 2: When you impress the play button on my recordings, you
- 3:56:46Speaker 2: have given her dolation my voice to reactions, the play
- 3:56:58Speaker 2: button given me permission for my words to a fact
- 3:57:12Speaker 2: positive ilive, a positive way opening up mindsful, and he suggestions.
- 3:57:45Speaker 6: You have.
- 3:57:50Speaker 2: Such an amazing effect how you feel quite now. As
- 3:58:03Speaker 2: well as those changes the continue long after the recording ends.
- 3:58:15Speaker 2: Those changes within continue to flourish and the ground transforming
- 3:58:31Speaker 2: your life in positive, beautiful way, allowing you to move
- 3:58:45Speaker 2: formed in your life in the direction thing chose for yourself.
- 3:59:02Speaker 2: This feelings fearing that he can experience a safety comfort, harmless.
- 3:59:22Speaker 2: This feels so nice, such a healthy place to be,
- 3:59:44Speaker 2: and that postility grows within.
- 3:59:49Speaker 28: Him in elis everry day move forward.
- 4:00:05Speaker 32: You're hard to.
- 4:00:06Speaker 2: Find that asked physically and in your mind it's a
- 4:00:20Speaker 2: good acts And it's not that you're thinking so, it's
- 4:00:30Speaker 2: just that your mind would be less over dumb unnecessary negativity.
- 4:00:42Speaker 2: The kids from now your mind and jets negativity. For
- 4:00:52Speaker 2: now you're going to start noticing with negativity arise. You
- 4:01:04Speaker 2: can just say stop stop that negativity, turn around, believe
- 4:01:28Speaker 2: stop that negativity. Disappear and did you notice the feel
- 4:01:51Speaker 2: way asked? Then you can be expected hell congratulate yourself
- 4:02:09Speaker 2: because you're the person that has done this, not the
- 4:02:16Speaker 2: one that has opened your mind up to the simple face.
- 4:02:25Speaker 2: And you can film the relaxing body and.
- 4:02:30Speaker 28: In your mind.
- 4:02:37Speaker 2: If I open your mind up to the birthright be
- 4:02:43Speaker 2: able to just asleep easily when she's that's a nice feeling,
- 4:03:03Speaker 2: and you think, who's nice? Doesn't that.
- 4:03:11Speaker 28: To feel.
- 4:03:15Speaker 2: Like he has a unity is spreading through your body
- 4:03:19Speaker 2: in your mind. To spend time a special place where
- 4:03:35Speaker 2: negativity can not long get Negativity is bad, It's bad,
- 4:03:50Speaker 2: it's not allowed, and dream doesn't doesn't this doesn't deserve
- 4:03:57Speaker 2: to be here, doesn't beyond here's my place. Expert relaxation, peace,
- 4:04:49Speaker 2: those eye as just everything.
- 4:05:14Speaker 33: I count down now twenty out one can continue to relax, change.
- 4:05:33Speaker 2: To sleep. If we none.
- 4:05:42Speaker 28: We say.
- 4:05:47Speaker 2: Film noce is relaxed, or if you change film no
- 4:05:56Speaker 2: wise sleeping quite night eighteen six two sick stay two as.
- 4:08:09Speaker 29: Six six foot. To just take a break.
- 4:09:08Speaker 2: Your time, relax, to allow your mine to slip down,
- 4:09:28Speaker 2: To give yourself permission.
- 4:09:35Speaker 28: To take a break.
- 4:09:41Speaker 2: From everything and you because to give a dession a
- 4:09:55Speaker 2: person who can actually tell you why. Just relax, just

- 4:10:52Speaker 2: on different parts of buddy. Those parts focus on and
- 4:11:04Speaker 2: observed purposely quisting those parts of your putting into relax
- 4:11:19Speaker 2: It's kind of expected expect when you listens to feel first, naturally,
- 4:11:38Speaker 2: it gives.
- 4:11:38Speaker 29: When you're listen to me, your teacher.
- 4:11:45Speaker 26: Is focused.
- 4:11:48Speaker 28: On my words, and there's my words.
- 4:11:56Speaker 2: Guy.
- 4:11:57Speaker 6: You to.
- 4:12:05Speaker 2: Exploits.
