Indiana Man Arrested After Bathtub Escape | Dayton News
A 37-year-old Indiana man, Timothy Cole, was arrested after allegedly breaking into two homes—first forcing entry at a 90-year-old woman’s house, then hiding in a bathtub at a neighboring property where a realtor spotted him. When deputies arrived, Cole refused to comply, charged at officers, and attempted to seize a patrol rifle before being subdued with multiple Taser deployments. Authorities also found a stolen Ford F-150 at the scene. Cole now faces multiple charges including burglary, assault on a peace officer, and aggravated robbery, and is held in jail pending trial.
