- 0:02[SPEAKER_02]: Get ready for some wins!
- 0:28[SPEAKER_01]: and it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: Each week my guess will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it until you see it.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_02]: Hello, be it babe.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_01]: How are you?
- 0:50[SPEAKER_02]: Happy, fuck ya Friday.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_02]: Here we are.
- 0:53[SPEAKER_02]: I am two days from being home.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_02]: So I have another stop and then a day off and then our last stop on the tour.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_02]: So I am coming at you while I'm recording this early, but somewhere I am in the Arizona area.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like, and so we're wrapping up our tent tour.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God, it's insane.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm just so excited to be in your ear today.
- 1:14[SPEAKER_02]: What as you are when, that is what this episode is all about.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_02]: Also, you know, being real, getting to have a moment and sharing a win.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_02]: So I hope you enjoy these quick and dirty episodes.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_02]: I hope it helps you kind of be what's going on because I don't always share on socials.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_02]: And also, I feel like it's weird when people share on socials.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_02]: And I expect everyone to have seen it.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_02]: That doesn't make any sense.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_02]: It's not all about me.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_02]: And the reality is, I said this in the applies Persectives podcast.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_02]: I'm such a reluctant social media user, truly.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's part of the thing you have to do to do the thing you want to do in this world, right?
- 1:43[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, if you are wanting longer episodes, if you're new here, you want to check out our Tuesday and Thursday episodes, sometimes you want to interview and recap and sometimes it's a new thing we're doing this last year, which is so a lot of episodes of me just talking about a topic that you sent in.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_02]: So send in your wins and your topic requests or guests request to be a pod.com such questions.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you for the, you know, requests you've sent in.
- 2:04[SPEAKER_02]: I too would love to interview Michelle Obama, that's probably not going to happen until we are top 0.01% podcast.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_02]: So keep them coming.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_02]: Keep them coming.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_02]: I appreciate that you think that I'm that great though.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_02]: So if you're in some of my memberships we have a channel where you get to have a moment, you have a little bit of session and then you have to share a win.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_02]: So I feel, you know, this is a great place where I can actually tell you life is not all rainbow's in butterflies and also have a win and then show your wins.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_02]: So my need a moment is people who make their emergencies yours.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my freaking goodness.
- 2:37[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I am a very organized-ish person, meaning that I have a whole team that makes sure I get everything done when it's supposed to be done and they're asking to do it ahead of time so I can procrastinate and all the good things.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_02]: But recently I had a lot of different people, some emails asking for this thing and this thing from me and they need this description, this bio, they need these pictures and blah, blah, blah.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_02]: And first of all, we probably sent it in second of all, I appreciate that you need those things.
- 3:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm happy to give them to you, but any of this as soon as possible, it's cold on.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's a Friday.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: You know, don't you think I'm also catching up on my week?
- 3:13[SPEAKER_02]: So just people who make their emergencies, your emergencies, and I do the best I can.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_02]: And so, and I also am like, I highly communicate to a person.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_02]: So I find myself feeling really terrible, because I'm like, hey, I can get this to you on Monday.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm like, oh my God, what thing did soon?
- 3:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'm like, well, then they should have asked in her.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_02]: But I had this whole argument, my head, this audio HD of the ADHD, has that rejection sensitivity disorder.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_02]: I need to do it now, because it'll never ask me again, right, which is not true.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_02]: And then the autistic part just, they should have asked earlier.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_02]: I don't have the time.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_02]: The conversation I have in my brain when people try to make their emergencies mine.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_02]: because we're covering perfection's overachiever once just get it down when you ask for it.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_02]: And that's just not how life works.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_02]: Cause I'll get nothing done.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_02]: So anyways, that's my moment.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_02]: I bet here's my win.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_02]: So last month, we opened up the doors for around eight of my elevate program, which is my teacher training program, which is also the only place where people could become a teacher for uplift, my new program.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_02]: And is for comprehensively trained teachers who want to get to know the method.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_02]: They like the way I teach, they want to study with me.
- 4:15[SPEAKER_02]: It's a good small group of people, right?
- 4:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's a growing group of an alumni, but it's a small group of people when you're in it.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_02]: And so we opened up the doors in July and I was just like, oh my gosh, like I can't believe we're talking 2028.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_02]: I had picked dates or 2028 that just overwhelms me.
- 4:27[SPEAKER_02]: But we hit so many people want the spots and they're so excited and they actually, while they wish they could be in 2027, they're excited about
- 4:35[SPEAKER_02]: having the time to prepare, prepare the schedule, prepare their budget, all that stuff.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm just so pleased because of what elevate attracts and the women and a few good men that I get to spend time with.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just truly grateful.
- 4:48[SPEAKER_02]: And so I guess the win is just the culmination of the last several years of this program, just really paving the way for the right people to find it.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_02]: And round seven literally is wrapping up in the next few weeks, which means that they're going to be in the alumni group by the end of September.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm just so stoked for them because they're just epic humans already.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_02]: And I've just watched them grow and elevate so much.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_02]: So this feels like a big win instead of having a small win.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I've been on tour.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: There's probably a lot of small wins.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_02]: But and they'll record them for you yet.
- 5:18[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm going with a big win this week.
- 5:20[SPEAKER_02]: Your wins can be quite small.
- 5:22[SPEAKER_02]: In fact, most wins are.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes I got a full night sleep last night, right?
- 5:27[SPEAKER_02]: That's sometimes what the win is.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_02]: So, in fact, here is a great example of a win that I want you to send in.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_02]: This is from Heidi.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_02]: Heidi's an OPC member, but she's in the send.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_02]: She wrote, getting in our 45-minute live mat class yesterday.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_02]: So, she, you know, this is a woman who's got kids.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_02]: She's got a job.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_02]: She's on summer break, and she made time for the live OPC class that happened.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm just, I'm so grateful Heidi that you showed up.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'm grateful that you recognize that it is a win.
- 5:57[SPEAKER_02]: It is not easy to make time only for the 45-minute class, but also for the hang time afterwards.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm just so grateful I love seeing your smiling face on that.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_02]: And also thank you for sending it in so we can inspire people that getting your workout in that you had planned is a win.
- 6:09[SPEAKER_02]: If you did the thing that you said you want to do, that's a massive win.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_02]: In fact, that's where confidence comes from.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_02]: Doing the thing you said you do.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_02]: So make the things you want to do, something you can actually do, right?
- 6:17[SPEAKER_02]: Don't put so much pressure on yourself.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_02]: And I recognize that my need of moment is the whole debate in my head of not putting pressure on myself but see, you know what, I'm working on it too.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_02]: And so can you.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_02]: All right, your mantra before you take on the weekend is I'm a beacon of self love.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I'm a beacon of self love.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a beacon of self love.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_02]: Have you ever heard that you've to give what you need in the world?
- 6:38[SPEAKER_01]: If you're a beacon of self love, can you imagine all the love you're gonna get?
- 6:41[SPEAKER_02]: Oh.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_02]: You will.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_02]: You'll put it out there.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_02]: It'll come back.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's all that good stuff.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_02]: So thank you for being here.
