- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning The Root, The Root, The Roots on Fire. You're
- 0:14Speaker 1: about to experience the most high octane, pedal to the
- 0:17Speaker 1: metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up and
- 0:20Speaker 1: hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This is Wayne Alan Roots, direct from the entertainment capital
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the world, Las Vegas.
- 0:29Speaker 2: What time is it? It's time war War.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
- 0:37Speaker 1: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.
- 0:54Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Alan Root, the Root, Roots on Fire.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Welcome to my show.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Today is Thursday. We're moving right along. Wednesday twenty second,
- 1:02Speaker 3: January twenty second.
- 1:04Speaker 2: This is not MEMORYX. It's Wayne L.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Rout Live and in Prison. I wrote a column this
- 1:08Speaker 3: morning and.
- 1:10Speaker 2: I wanted to read it to you.
- 1:11Speaker 3: I also, if you didn't tune in yesterday, I wanted
- 1:13Speaker 3: to start the show by just reminding you of what
- 1:15Speaker 3: I said to open the show yesterday. Yesterday, I had
- 1:18Speaker 3: come straight from the gun show in Las Vegas called
- 1:20Speaker 3: the Shot Show.
- 1:22Speaker 2: It's a once a year event. It's the biggest gun
- 1:24Speaker 2: show in the world. And there were.
- 1:26Speaker 3: Fifty thousand plus people there, almost all men, almost all white,
- 1:31Speaker 3: almost all Republican, almost all Trump MAGA, and every one
- 1:36Speaker 3: of them had a crew cut and tattoos on their arms.
- 1:40Speaker 2: And they're all ex military and ex police.
- 1:44Speaker 3: And ex Secret Service at XCIA and x FBI and
- 1:49Speaker 3: Trump Republicans, and maybe twenty percent were women, and they
- 1:54Speaker 3: had tattoos on their arms too, and they.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Were good looking.
- 1:59Speaker 3: And this this is the gun crowd, right and in
- 2:01Speaker 3: front of them were displays with thousands of guns, including
- 2:05Speaker 3: thousands of semi automatic and automatic rifles and machine guns,
- 2:09Speaker 3: and nine millimeters and three fifty seven magnums and little
- 2:13Speaker 3: pink guns for women.
- 2:14Speaker 2: It was the most incredible display of guns you've ever.
- 2:16Speaker 3: Seen, taking up the entire Sands Expo convention center at
- 2:21Speaker 3: the Venetian in Las Vegas and at Caesar's Palace. And
- 2:25Speaker 3: yet nobody got hurt, thank god. No one got killed,
- 2:27Speaker 3: no one got shot, no one got robbed.
- 2:29Speaker 2: There is no.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Crime when tough guys with guns are around. There's only
- 2:34Speaker 3: crime in gun free zones. And there is no crime
- 2:37Speaker 3: from white Republican men.
- 2:39Speaker 2: That's the proof. White Republican men.
- 2:41Speaker 3: Fifty thousand umb with guns and there's nothing.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Ever goes wrong.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Liberals are so dumb they don't understand anything, all right,
- 2:51Speaker 3: let me tell you the the column I wrote earlier today,
- 2:54Speaker 3: it's out at the Gateway Pundit.
- 2:55Speaker 2: I think it's out. I hope it's out on my
- 2:57Speaker 2: website rootfrom America dot com. You saw it, rut for America.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Know it's a Gateway put in it.
- 3:01Speaker 3: So the title is President Trump, great job with Greenland.
- 3:05Speaker 3: But what if that's just the warm up act. The
- 3:08Speaker 3: main event is Alberta, the perfect fifty first state.
- 3:13Speaker 2: How about we trade California? And that last line is
- 3:16Speaker 2: really just tongue in cheek.
- 3:17Speaker 3: I know we're not gonna trade California, but I think
- 3:19Speaker 3: it's fun to fantasize about it. I know virtually nothing
- 3:23Speaker 3: about Greenland like most Americans. But President Trump plays chess,
- 3:27Speaker 3: will the rest of DC plays checkers. So if President
- 3:30Speaker 3: Trump is determined that Greenland is vital to US national
- 3:35Speaker 3: security interests, well.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Then it is and I'm all in.
- 3:38Speaker 3: And it appears Trump has pulled it off again the impossible.
- 3:42Speaker 2: He's udini.
- 3:43Speaker 3: His NonStop, relentless pursuit of Greenland has resulted in the
- 3:47Speaker 3: framework for a deal to somewhat, at least somewhat.
- 3:51Speaker 2: Or fully control Greenland.
- 3:54Speaker 3: At worst, America will gain new military basis to protect
- 3:57Speaker 3: our flank from attack by Russia China.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Bravo. President Trump, well played as usual.
- 4:06Speaker 3: But I've argued for years now on TV and radio
- 4:10Speaker 3: on my TV and radio shows that Alberta should become
- 4:14Speaker 3: our fifty first state Alberta, Canada. Alberta blows Greenland away
- 4:19Speaker 3: in every way. So while Greenland may be strategically important
- 4:23Speaker 3: to US and we want to control it, it also
- 4:25Speaker 3: presents several negatives. Greenland could become a US territory, but
- 4:29Speaker 3: it should never become our fifty first state. First, because
- 4:33Speaker 3: a large percentage of the people of Greenland live below
- 4:36Speaker 3: the poverty level, almost all of them by the way,
- 4:38Speaker 3: and have spent their lifetimes dependent on government. Greenland is
- 4:42Speaker 3: built around the Denmark welfare state model and mentality. Second,
- 4:48Speaker 3: because once a part of America, voters like that on
- 4:51Speaker 3: welfare dependent on government would almost certainly vote Democrat. Therefore,
- 4:55Speaker 3: adding two new Democrat US senators disaster and is another
- 5:00Speaker 3: Puerto Rico. Forty seven percent of Puerto Ricans are on welfare.
- 5:05Speaker 2: Is that an amazing statistic and.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Basically half the territory of Puerto Rico is on welfare
- 5:11Speaker 3: and the current highest welfare percentage in any other US
- 5:16Speaker 3: state is New Mexico, with twenty percent of its citizens
- 5:20Speaker 3: on welfare. The last thing we need is Puerto Rico
- 5:23Speaker 3: is our fifty first state. All it would add to
- 5:25Speaker 3: America is a ton of welfare addicts and two new
- 5:28Speaker 3: Democrat US senators. Why would Greenland be any different. It's
- 5:32Speaker 3: just like Puerto Rico. So in the best of all worlds.
- 5:35Speaker 3: President Trump gains control of Greenland or access to more
- 5:39Speaker 3: Land for US military bases.
- 5:40Speaker 2: But we don't own Greenland.
- 5:42Speaker 3: We don't want to pay their welfare bill or lose
- 5:44Speaker 3: US denate control by adding two new surefire Democrat senators.
- 5:50Speaker 3: But Alberta is everything Greenland is not. I hope you're listening,
- 5:54Speaker 3: President Trump. Alberta is the polar opposite of Greenland. Alberta
- 5:59Speaker 3: is the per fifty first state. Alberta is worth fighting for.
- 6:03Speaker 3: After President Trump puts the finishing touches on his winning
- 6:06Speaker 3: Greenland negotiations, he should set his sights on making Alberta
- 6:11Speaker 3: a part of the United States. Why Alberta first? They're politics.
- 6:15Speaker 3: Alberta is the most conservative province in Canada. Alberta is
- 6:19Speaker 3: the closest thing Canada has to maga. Alberta is pro
- 6:23Speaker 3: fossil fuel. Alberta is anti climate change, anti carbon taxes,
- 6:28Speaker 3: and anti environmental economic suicide. Alberta is pro gun. Alberta
- 6:34Speaker 3: is anti higher taxes and regulation. Alberta rebelled against Canada's
- 6:39Speaker 3: draconian pandemic lockdowns, masks, business closures, church closures.
- 6:43Speaker 2: And vaccine mandates. These are our kind of people. But wait,
- 6:48Speaker 2: it gets better.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Calgary's percentage of citizens on welfare is a very low
- 6:53Speaker 3: four point one percent.
- 6:55Speaker 2: Fantastic. Again, are kind of people.
- 6:59Speaker 3: And then and there's the biggest selling point of all
- 7:01Speaker 3: natural resources. Alberta is rich in oil, natural gas, gold, silver, diamonds, lumber, rare,
- 7:08Speaker 3: earth minerals, and critical minerals. Now, think of the oil
- 7:12Speaker 3: and gas pipelines that we could build directly from Alberta
- 7:15Speaker 3: to America. Remember, Alberta is right on our border right there.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Adding Alberta to America would make us the most oil
- 7:22Speaker 3: rich nation in the world by a mile. Alberta is
- 7:25Speaker 3: the American dream. But wait, I'm still not done. As
- 7:29Speaker 3: an added bonus, Alberta is just as important to our
- 7:31Speaker 3: national security as Greenland. Did you know that nora AD
- 7:35Speaker 3: bases at the top of Alberta. The very North are
- 7:38Speaker 3: essential to US security, and Alberta is the gateway to
- 7:42Speaker 3: the all important Arctic that every superpower suddenly wants to control.
- 7:48Speaker 3: And I've saved the best news for last. I'm not
- 7:50Speaker 3: done yet. Timing is everything in life, and at this
- 7:54Speaker 3: moment in time, Alberta wants.
- 7:56Speaker 2: To leave Canada. They are in full scale revolt.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Alberta Cistans are standing in hours log lines, in sub
- 8:04Speaker 3: zero temperatures and snow and ice to sign the petition
- 8:08Speaker 3: to put a referendum on the ballot to leave Canada,
- 8:12Speaker 3: Leave Canada, seceed from Canada. They need one hundred and
- 8:15Speaker 3: seventy seven thousand signatures to put it on the ballot,
- 8:18Speaker 3: but the organizers say they will get over one million.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Right now, they're getting ten thousand signatures a day. No
- 8:24Speaker 3: one could believe their eyes. No one has ever seen
- 8:27Speaker 3: such long lines or such enthusiasm. The people of Alberta
- 8:31Speaker 3: want to leave. President Trump, Let's make a deal. Alberta
- 8:35Speaker 3: is our perfect fifty first state, and this is the
- 8:37Speaker 3: perfect moment to strike and to make that deal. And
- 8:41Speaker 3: we'd almost certainly gain two new Republican US senators if
- 8:45Speaker 3: we have to let's trade California for Alberta and if
- 8:49Speaker 3: need be, had two players to be named later Oregon
- 8:52Speaker 3: and watch it in. I'm only kidding, sort of for
- 8:57Speaker 3: those who think trading California for Alberta is crazy. After all,
- 9:01Speaker 3: California by itself is the world's fourth biggest economy.
- 9:05Speaker 2: Guess what it would be worth it.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Losing California means we also lose millions of Democrat votes
- 9:12Speaker 3: that determine the popular vote in presidential elections, most of
- 9:15Speaker 3: the time to Democrat US senators and dozens of Democrat
- 9:19Speaker 3: congress persons. Without California, we would never lose another presidential
- 9:24Speaker 3: election and hold control of both the US Senate and
- 9:28Speaker 3: House forever more. Losing the California economy to save America
- 9:33Speaker 3: is a fair trade in my book, But enough fantasizing. Sadly, realistically,
- 9:39Speaker 3: California is probably here to stay.
- 9:41Speaker 2: We're never gonna trade them. Trump's never gonna get them up.
- 9:43Speaker 3: So President Trump, after you had done with your warm
- 9:46Speaker 3: up act Greenland, please aim your full attention and relentless
- 9:51Speaker 3: mindset on the main event, adding Alberta as our fifty
- 9:55Speaker 3: first state.
- 9:57Speaker 2: And I should have put a PS in there. I
- 9:58Speaker 2: was thinking about it.
- 9:59Speaker 3: I was welcomed my doughter Bubba today and I was
- 10:01Speaker 3: thinking about this column. I was thinking about the PS.
- 10:03Speaker 3: I should have had it at the end, but I
- 10:05Speaker 3: ran out of time and i've I had to walk
- 10:06Speaker 3: up and I had to walk Bubba. So I sent
- 10:09Speaker 3: it into Gateway Punnitton and my website Root for America
- 10:12Speaker 3: dot com, and I went on my walk.
- 10:13Speaker 2: But I was thinking about what the PS should have been.
- 10:15Speaker 3: It should have been even if this is not even
- 10:18Speaker 3: if this is completely unrealistic and it's never gonna happen,
- 10:21Speaker 3: it doesn't matter.
- 10:22Speaker 2: You're torturing Mark Carney and Canada.
- 10:25Speaker 3: You know, we all hate them. Now they hate us.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Now we hate Mark Carney. He's a communist, he's in bed,
- 10:31Speaker 3: he's bribed by China. He's now hands in Canada to
- 10:34Speaker 3: the Chinese Communist Party. We hate this mother trucker. Torture him,
- 10:39Speaker 3: Torture all the liberal Canadians. Tell him we're coming for Alberden.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Does it really matter if we are so, even if
- 10:45Speaker 3: what I'm talking about is just a dream of fantasy,
- 10:47Speaker 3: it doesn't matter. Let's screw him over. I hate Canada, now,
- 10:51Speaker 3: screw you. All these people in Canada a bunch of
- 10:54Speaker 3: liberal losers.
- 10:55Speaker 2: You know what they are.
- 10:56Speaker 3: Canadians are the white liberal women of the Nited States.
- 11:00Speaker 2: The whole Canada is a bunch of.
- 11:02Speaker 3: White liberals that remind me of white liberal Karens in
- 11:05Speaker 3: the United States. They've had everything perfect their whole lives.
- 11:08Speaker 3: They're white, and so they hate themselves. They they are
- 11:11Speaker 3: guilty that they're born white, and they want to let
- 11:14Speaker 3: the whole world in. And they want to hate America
- 11:16Speaker 3: even though they never made a dime on the road
- 11:18Speaker 3: without US buying everything.
- 11:20Speaker 2: They couldn't even operate syrup without US.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Okay, the only reason they sell syrup is because America
- 11:25Speaker 3: buys it all.
- 11:27Speaker 2: Canada is nothing without the United States. So let's torture them.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Let's go after Alberta.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Talk about it twenty four hours a day, President Trump,
- 11:34Speaker 3: the same way you talked about going after Green and
- 11:36Speaker 3: let it look what happened. You actually made something happen.
- 11:39Speaker 3: We could make something happen with Alberta. They want to
- 11:42Speaker 3: leave saskatchewants you come along with them.

- 15:09Speaker 2: All right, Wayne, Now, root the root, the root the
- 15:11Speaker 2: roots on fire home. I got id just my IFB
- 15:15Speaker 2: here because it's acting really wonky on me. There we go.
- 15:18Speaker 2: I think that's better. There we go, hearing much better.
- 15:20Speaker 2: It was kind of flipped backwards when I was hearing
- 15:22Speaker 2: an echo perfect.
- 15:24Speaker 3: So I'm sitting here in the break reading the daily mail,
- 15:27Speaker 3: and the headline is the cancer now killing more Americans
- 15:31Speaker 3: under fifty than any other colon cancer is now the
- 15:34Speaker 3: leading cause of cancer deaths in young Americans.
- 15:37Speaker 2: Alarming research is found.
- 15:40Speaker 3: It's just surged across the country over the past two decades,
- 15:44Speaker 3: from eight point six cases per one hundred thousand people
- 15:47Speaker 3: to thirteen cases per one hundred thousand in twenty eighteen,
- 15:52Speaker 3: and then I can't even imagine how high it is.
- 15:54Speaker 2: They pay don't have the numbers yet for the last
- 15:56Speaker 2: couple of years.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Since everybody got the COVID vaccine. Nobody wants to say
- 16:03Speaker 3: that out loud. It's involves the COVID vaccine. Now, it
- 16:07Speaker 3: was exploding as I just read you. Between nineteen ninety nine,
- 16:12Speaker 3: it was eight point six cases per one hundred thousand,
- 16:15Speaker 3: and then in twenty eighteen, two years before COVID and
- 16:18Speaker 3: three years for the COVID vaccine, it went to thirteen
- 16:21Speaker 3: case per hundred. So I understand that colon cancer was
- 16:24Speaker 3: already going up. For the reasons they're talking about in
- 16:26Speaker 3: this article bad lifestyle. People eat bad food, bad diet,
- 16:30Speaker 3: They don't exercise enough, they drink too much soda, they
- 16:33Speaker 3: drink too much junk food, they eat too much fast food.
- 16:36Speaker 3: I get all that, but it doesn't matter. It's exploded
- 16:39Speaker 3: so much more since twenty twenty. That's the real story,
- 16:43Speaker 3: is that since the COVID vaccine came out, colon cancer
- 16:48Speaker 3: is this epidemic, and the only thing they won't talk
- 16:51Speaker 3: about is the COVID vaccine. They won't say a word
- 16:53Speaker 3: about it, and they also won't tell you that the
- 16:55Speaker 3: only solution is to eat healthier and exercise and make
- 17:00Speaker 3: a lot of vitamins and maybe take i'vevermectin. I'm not
- 17:03Speaker 3: a doctor, so I'm not prescribing, but I've vermectin and
- 17:06Speaker 3: several other drugs in a cocktail that I've read online
- 17:09Speaker 3: have incredible results compared to the things that Big Farmer
- 17:12Speaker 3: wants to sell you on, which costs hundreds of thousands
- 17:15Speaker 3: or millions of dollars, which include chemo and radiation, and
- 17:19Speaker 3: don't help people die anyway. They wind up with stage
- 17:21Speaker 3: four colon cancer and they're dead. I don't care what
- 17:24Speaker 3: the doctors do. Most of the time, they're dead. So
- 17:27Speaker 3: Big Farmer doesn't want you to know their vaccine caused it,
- 17:30Speaker 3: causing this dramatic increase, causing this massive, you know, high
- 17:34Speaker 3: impact death knell death pandemic, and they don't want to
- 17:37Speaker 3: tell you that the cure that they're trying to sell
- 17:39Speaker 3: you on it costs millions of dollars per person for
- 17:42Speaker 3: your insurance company, and you bankrupt you on the way
- 17:45Speaker 3: out while you're dying, or bankrupt your family and doesn't work.
- 17:48Speaker 2: What works is natural in the first place.
- 17:51Speaker 3: If you got rid of the soda, and you got
- 17:53Speaker 3: rid of the junk food, and you got rid of
- 17:54Speaker 3: the fast food, and you stop drinking so much alcohol,
- 17:57Speaker 3: you stop drinking using so many drugs, and he stop
- 18:00Speaker 3: smoking cigarettes, and you ate a good diet and you exercised,
- 18:02Speaker 3: and you got a lot of sunshine and fresh air,
- 18:05Speaker 3: it wouldn't be happening in the first place. And take
- 18:08Speaker 3: megados of vitamins. That's my answer. That's what I would do.
- 18:11Speaker 3: Not a doctor.
- 18:12Speaker 2: I'm not prescribing. I'm telling you what I would do.
- 18:15Speaker 3: Article out there Alberta sees large turnout for petition to
- 18:18Speaker 3: separate from Canada and become an independent country. Their petition
- 18:22Speaker 3: is not saying we want to become part of America.
- 18:25Speaker 3: They're saying we want to leave Canada become an independent country,
- 18:27Speaker 3: which wouldn't be bad for us either, kind of like
- 18:29Speaker 3: the deal Trump is cutting with Greenland. Right, we're not
- 18:33Speaker 3: taking over Greenland. We're not taking responsibility for all their
- 18:36Speaker 3: welfare addicts. We're not going to have two new Democrat
- 18:39Speaker 3: US senator.
- 18:40Speaker 2: It's not going to be the fifty first state.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Well maybe Alberta will never be the fifty first state either,
- 18:44Speaker 3: but maybe like Greenland, it will become an independent nation,
- 18:49Speaker 3: an independent nation, which is what they want to do,
- 18:51Speaker 3: and then they will build all kinds of gas pipelines
- 18:54Speaker 3: to the United States that Canada has blocked. Canada won't
- 18:57Speaker 3: let them do that, natural gas pipelines and oil pipe
- 19:00Speaker 3: lines to the United States.
- 19:01Speaker 2: If Alberta was independent, forget about.
- 19:03Speaker 3: The fifty first day, it was just independent, that would
- 19:05Speaker 3: be great news for US.
- 19:08Speaker 2: And here's an interesting article. How Canada's only.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Leverage leverage over America disappeared in an instant And.
- 19:16Speaker 2: The answer is Venezuela. Venezuela.
- 19:19Speaker 3: Now that the United States in charge of Venezuela's oil,
- 19:22Speaker 3: the biggest loser isn't China or Russia, it's Canada. Western
- 19:27Speaker 3: Canada sends over four million barrels a day of heavy
- 19:30Speaker 3: crude to America, and American refiners that are equipped to
- 19:33Speaker 3: handle this type of oil but now with access to
- 19:36Speaker 3: massive flows of Venezuelan crude, which is similar to Canadian crude,
- 19:40Speaker 3: the United States no longer needs to rely on Canada
- 19:43Speaker 3: to keep the refineries on the Gulf of America running
- 19:45Speaker 3: at full capacity.
- 19:46Speaker 2: Indeed, the oil shipments that previously went.
- 19:49Speaker 3: To China already being redirected to American refiners. So US
- 19:54Speaker 3: taking over Venezuela and removing Maduro and taking over their
- 19:58Speaker 3: oil has changed everything. And we don't need Canada anymore.
- 20:01Speaker 3: You guys in Canada. I keep telling you, uh, we're
- 20:03Speaker 3: your customer. We're your biggest customer in the world.
- 20:05Speaker 2: By a mile.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Without us, you all go out of business. If we
- 20:07Speaker 3: don't want to buy your oil anymore, You're done.

- 21:59Speaker 3: I loved I love Trump. He warned Canada today. He
- 22:04Speaker 3: said they should be so grateful to US. Canada lives
- 22:07Speaker 3: because of the United States. Remember that, Mark, the next
- 22:10Speaker 3: time you make your statements, referach Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.
- 22:14Speaker 3: And then he said to the leaders of Iran that
- 22:18Speaker 3: he has left very specific instructions. If they were to
- 22:21Speaker 3: assassinate me. Is Trump talking If they were to assassinate me,
- 22:25Speaker 3: they are to press the button and wipe out around.
- 22:27Speaker 3: The entire country will be wiped out. You'll all die.
- 22:29Speaker 3: So don't even think about assassinating Donald Trump. I just
- 22:33Speaker 3: think Trump is the greatest. I mean, what would Bush
- 22:36Speaker 3: be saying nothing? What would Romney be saying nothing? What
- 22:39Speaker 3: would Jeb Bush be saying nothing?
- 22:41Speaker 2: What would Kamala Harris be saying nothing?
- 22:43Speaker 3: What would Joe Biden be doing sleeping preparing for his
- 22:47Speaker 3: eventual elderly death.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I mean, it's hilarious. What would Obama be doing.
- 22:52Speaker 3: Obam would be smoking the peace pipe, He'd be smoking.
- 22:54Speaker 2: Pot with the leaders of China.

- 24:33Speaker 3: Ken Kuchinelli's with US national chairman of the Election Transparency Initiative.
- 24:38Speaker 3: His website Election Transparency dot Org. Former Homeland Security Acting
- 24:43Speaker 3: Deputy Secretary under President Trump from twenty nineteen to twenty
- 24:46Speaker 3: twenty one.
- 24:47Speaker 2: Former Virginia Attorney General Ken Kuchinelli. How are you?
- 24:51Speaker 4: I'm good? How are you?
- 24:52Speaker 2: I'm doing great. I don't think this ever.
- 24:55Speaker 3: I'm being very negative here, but I don't think you're
- 24:57Speaker 3: probably ever gonna get another Virginia governor or attorney general Republican.
- 25:01Speaker 3: It seems like that state has gone completely one hundred
- 25:04Speaker 3: percent blue now. Sadly, I don't think Republicans have a shot.
- 25:08Speaker 3: The Democrats have the whole legislature. Once they get a
- 25:11Speaker 3: hold of it, then they cheat in elections badly with
- 25:15Speaker 3: the mail in ballots and ballot harvesting and ballot drop
- 25:18Speaker 3: boxes and no voter idea, and then you're dead. No
- 25:21Speaker 3: republic could ever win again. So Virginia may be gone
- 25:25Speaker 3: slipping away from us forever. Your thoughts on that real quick?
- 25:29Speaker 5: Yeah, Wayne, So they had the trifecta in twenty twenty
- 25:32Speaker 5: and twenty twenty one, they made over sixty changes to
- 25:36Speaker 5: Virginia's election law, which couldn't be undone when Youngkin was
- 25:40Speaker 5: governor because he didn't have a Republican legislature. And as
- 25:46Speaker 5: Glenn Youngkin said in twenty twenty one when he was
- 25:49Speaker 5: running for governor, I don't like these rules, but these
- 25:52Speaker 5: are the rules, and we need to win by these rules.
- 25:55Speaker 4: And he went ahead and did it.
- 25:57Speaker 5: But I do agree with you there's a trend toward
- 26:00Speaker 5: being more blue.
- 26:02Speaker 4: We're the underdogs now.
- 26:04Speaker 5: But there's one key thing that could really put Virginia
- 26:07Speaker 5: back in play, and that's something like a balanced budget
- 26:11Speaker 5: amendment that finally shrinks the federal government and sends all
- 26:15Speaker 5: these Democrats in northern Virginia back to New York and
- 26:18Speaker 5: Massachusetts and Illinois and California where they came from, and gives.
- 26:22Speaker 4: Us our state back. But that's a little ways off.
- 26:26Speaker 2: Well, I could see something bigger than that.
- 26:28Speaker 3: If we could finally get the Senate, the United States
- 26:31Speaker 3: Senate to kill the filibuster and pass you no mail
- 26:35Speaker 3: in ballots anymore and voter ID for every federal election.
- 26:39Speaker 2: And proof of citizenship, then I think all the blue.
- 26:42Speaker 3: States are in play, and Virginia's kind of on that borderline,
- 26:45Speaker 3: trending blue and definitely purple, but it's not deep blue.
- 26:50Speaker 3: So maybe you'd never win back in New York or California,
- 26:52Speaker 3: but I think you'd win back.
- 26:53Speaker 2: You could win back.
- 26:54Speaker 3: To Virginia's if you got voter ID for every federal election.
- 26:59Speaker 2: Your thoughts on that one.
- 27:01Speaker 5: So Virginia is as frankly Glenn Younkin and Jason mre Is,
- 27:06Speaker 5: and when some sears showed us is winnable, but we're
- 27:09Speaker 5: the underdogs. And look, they Republicans won when Joe Biden
- 27:16Speaker 5: was in the White House. Democrats won when Donald Trump
- 27:19Speaker 5: took the White House back, and just as they did
- 27:22Speaker 5: in twenty seventeen when he won. That's a pretty common
- 27:26Speaker 5: theme here because Washington is local news for people who
- 27:30Speaker 5: live in most of Virginia.
- 27:32Speaker 4: It's not like living in.
- 27:33Speaker 5: Kansas or Alabama or Texas, where DC is some far
- 27:38Speaker 5: off place. Thirty five percent of Virginia's gross domestic product
- 27:44Speaker 5: is traceable to federal dollars. I'm not proud of that fact,
- 27:48Speaker 5: but that's just how serious a tie is between Virginia
- 27:53Speaker 5: and the federal government. It's not like other states because
- 27:57Speaker 5: of the proximity and the number of people who are
- 27:59Speaker 5: direct directly involved in that government.
- 28:02Speaker 4: Now, I will disagree with you a little bit.
- 28:04Speaker 5: I mean, the filibuster saved us when the Dems had
- 28:08Speaker 5: control in twenty twenty one and twenty twenty two. And
- 28:11Speaker 5: I would like to get voter id everywhere. I'd like
- 28:14Speaker 5: to see the Save Act that President Trump is talking
- 28:16Speaker 5: about now past it's out of the House. It Democrats
- 28:21Speaker 5: voted for it in the House, so not many. But look,
- 28:25Speaker 5: this is just common sense legislation. And I know you
- 28:28Speaker 5: and I agree on that, and but you know, someday
- 28:32Speaker 5: we're not going to have these again, and we're gon
- 28:35Speaker 5: we're gonna want that filibuster protection.
- 28:37Speaker 4: And in my experience, when it comes.
- 28:40Speaker 5: To how far will one side push it, the Dems
- 28:44Speaker 5: push it so much farther than Republicans in Congress ever
- 28:48Speaker 5: have the guts to do that we lose out in
- 28:52Speaker 5: the how far will you push contest of the two teams.
- 28:56Speaker 3: Well that's that's the reason I want to kill the filibuster,
- 28:58Speaker 3: because I believe in my heart can and I've made
- 29:01Speaker 3: like ten thousand predictions in the ten years I've been
- 29:03Speaker 3: on the air, and all of them have come true,
- 29:05Speaker 3: other than I predicted Trump would win the twenty twenty election,
- 29:08Speaker 3: and I think I was right. They cheated and he
- 29:10Speaker 3: really won. But that's the only one I've been wrong.
- 29:12Speaker 3: So I say I'm batting nine nine, nine point nine
- 29:14Speaker 3: ninety nine. My prediction is as soon as Democrats take
- 29:17Speaker 3: control again, they will kill the filibuster and that will
- 29:20Speaker 3: be the end of it. So why don't we just
- 29:22Speaker 3: jump the gun and do it ourselves, which means they'll.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Never win for years to come.
- 29:26Speaker 3: If they win, they will do it, I promise you,
- 29:29Speaker 3: because they've become so radicalized. Now look at Minnesota, look
- 29:32Speaker 3: at what's going on in California.
- 29:34Speaker 2: They're so radical. They're good.
- 29:35Speaker 4: At Virginia right where I live.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, the new governor's so radical.
- 29:41Speaker 5: People, And actually that's true, but the governor looks tame
- 29:47Speaker 5: by comparison to the legislators in Virginia who've been elected.
- 29:51Speaker 5: I really don't think most people across the country realize
- 29:56Speaker 5: just how communist radical the in the up and coming
- 30:01Speaker 5: young elected Democrats are. We're seeing it more in Minnesota
- 30:05Speaker 5: with the mayor of Minneapolis. We're seeing it certainly in
- 30:09Speaker 5: the first set of bills proposed now that the Democrats
- 30:12Speaker 5: have regained control in Virginia.
- 30:14Speaker 4: It's just crazy stuff.
- 30:15Speaker 5: They're trying to California Virginia and they're going to do
- 30:18Speaker 5: it in about one year.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Right, So that's what I mean. They're just so radical.
- 30:22Speaker 3: And no, I didn't know. I didn't know how bad
- 30:24Speaker 3: they were. I knew how bad the new governor is.
- 30:26Speaker 3: I've heard some of her comments.
- 30:27Speaker 2: I knew how bad is it?
- 30:29Speaker 3: Lieutenant governor or the attorney general that made comments and
- 30:32Speaker 3: yet still got elected that he wished that his oppotent's
- 30:35Speaker 3: children would die.
- 30:36Speaker 4: Which was the attorney general.
- 30:37Speaker 2: Attorney General. I mean, I can't believe things like this.
- 30:39Speaker 3: It's so beyond the pale that you kids can't believe
- 30:42Speaker 3: it's possible that people elected. I've said something like that,
- 30:45Speaker 3: but they're just so bad. I have no doubt they'll pass.
- 30:48Speaker 3: You know, they'll kill the filibuster first, so we might
- 30:50Speaker 3: as well do it. But all right, hey, ked, look
- 30:53Speaker 3: what will it take to get national voter idea. If
- 30:55Speaker 3: it's not killing the filibuster, how do we get it?
- 30:59Speaker 5: Yeah, we get it is in must pass legislation. And
- 31:04Speaker 5: this is a time tested method that both sides have
- 31:09Speaker 5: used for one thing or another, but only for on
- 31:13Speaker 5: our side really important items like protecting the High Amendment,
- 31:17Speaker 5: for example, to keep public money out of abortion. That
- 31:21Speaker 5: that's one use that's been successfully made of it.
- 31:24Speaker 4: But this is another one.
- 31:26Speaker 5: It's already passed the House, and if the Senate will
- 31:30Speaker 5: put it in must pass financial legislation later in the year,
- 31:35Speaker 5: then we can get it through.
- 31:37Speaker 4: I don't think we'll get sixty votes.
- 31:40Speaker 5: And for now, the filibuster is there, so you have
- 31:42Speaker 5: to use must pass legislation. Mike Lee has talked a
- 31:46Speaker 5: lot about this. He's been very specific. He and I
- 31:49Speaker 5: wrote an op ed together on this subject in the summer,
- 31:52Speaker 5: and it is possible.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Wait, I gotta ask you something. I got to ask.
- 31:57Speaker 2: I'll play dumb. I'm as dumb as all the people
- 32:00Speaker 2: watching my show. I don't even know what that means,
- 32:03Speaker 2: must pass legislation. If I don't know, that's.
- 32:06Speaker 4: A great question, Wayne, is a great question.
- 32:08Speaker 2: I have no idea what that means.
- 32:10Speaker 4: It's a it is a Washington thing.
- 32:13Speaker 5: It's something like, for example, uh, funding pay for military members. Okay,
- 32:20Speaker 5: no matter how much fighting is going on. And you'll
- 32:24Speaker 5: notice in the last shutdown, the last shutdown ended before
- 32:27Speaker 5: military members missed a paycheck. So that's what I mean
- 32:32Speaker 5: when I described something as must pass legislation, legislation that
- 32:36Speaker 5: the consequences of voting against would be so dire in
- 32:40Speaker 5: any Losable state that no sitting Democrat would vote against it.
- 32:44Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 32:45Speaker 3: Well, I just don't know that this is dire enough
- 32:47Speaker 3: to me, it is, to you it is, but to
- 32:49Speaker 3: Democrats it's not. Or maybe it is dire because they
- 32:52Speaker 3: know they'll never win an election together if you pass it,
- 32:54Speaker 3: so it is kind of dire to them that they
- 32:56Speaker 3: don't pass it, that they don't allow it to pass.
- 32:58Speaker 2: I don't think Democrats can win.
- 33:00Speaker 3: And if they don't cheat. Outside of extremely blue cities,
- 33:04Speaker 3: they can't win without cheating. Hey, hey, Ken, we'll go
- 33:06Speaker 3: to a break. Can I get you one more segment?
- 33:08Speaker 2: Yeah? Sure, Okay, hang around for a minute.

- 36:28Speaker 3: insider dot com. All right, Wayne Allen, We're back with
- 36:52Speaker 3: Ken Couchinelli, national chairman of the Election Transparency Initiative website
- 36:57Speaker 3: Election Transparency dot org. And he was a former Homeland
- 37:00Speaker 3: Security acting Deputy Secretary of a Prison Trump former Virginia
- 37:04Speaker 3: Attorney Gerald. When I look at this list, Ken, of
- 37:07Speaker 3: all the day one priorities of the new Democrat governor
- 37:10Speaker 3: of Virginia. Everything that she wants to do is about
- 37:14Speaker 3: making sure no republic will ever win again in Virginia.
- 37:18Speaker 3: Let's take an example ranked choice voting. Your thoughts on
- 37:22Speaker 3: ranked choice voting, So.
- 37:25Speaker 5: For your viewers who haven't heard of ranked choice voting yet,
- 37:29Speaker 5: first of all, be grateful. But there's a reason it's
- 37:34Speaker 5: a problem, and there's a reason the Left is pushing
- 37:36Speaker 5: it sometimes with Republican help. It's it's confusing. You're used
- 37:41Speaker 5: to going and voting for a person. Ranked choice voting
- 37:44Speaker 5: requires you to rank all the candidates in most elections,
- 37:48Speaker 5: most people don't.
- 37:51Speaker 4: They just know the basics.
- 37:53Speaker 5: You and I are not statistically normal, and how much
- 37:56Speaker 5: attention we pay to politics, right, but our neighbors and
- 38:00Speaker 5: our neighborhoods that we live near and so forth.
- 38:02Speaker 4: They pay attention typically.
- 38:04Speaker 5: At the last minute when it's time to go vote,
- 38:07Speaker 5: and maybe they'll know who they want to vote for
- 38:09Speaker 5: for governor and lieutenant governor. But then they look down
- 38:12Speaker 5: the ticket and there are other offices and maybe in
- 38:17Speaker 5: your state they're identified by party, maybe they're not, and
- 38:21Speaker 5: you have to rank them in a ranked choice voting system.
- 38:24Speaker 5: And you may know one of them, you may know
- 38:27Speaker 5: the one you want to vote for. And what's happening
- 38:30Speaker 5: is people are getting confused by this system. Frankly, it
- 38:33Speaker 5: may be intended to confuse people, right, And when someone
- 38:37Speaker 5: doesn't win fifty percent of the vote, which in Virginia,
- 38:41Speaker 5: if you get forty five percent, you still win, don't
- 38:43Speaker 5: you just.
- 38:44Speaker 4: Love zoom, Let's see if we can get the fireworks. Nope,
- 38:48Speaker 4: not today.
- 38:49Speaker 5: But in rank choice voting, they then go to a
- 38:53Speaker 5: second round and This is where you start losing voters,
- 38:57Speaker 5: and some people get to vote twice, so it violates
- 39:00Speaker 5: one man, one vote constitutionally, and it confuses voters and
- 39:05Speaker 5: they end up with what are called spoiled ballots.
- 39:08Speaker 4: And it's amazing to me that these people on the left, who.
- 39:13Speaker 5: Are so concerned that everybody, including people who shouldn't be
- 39:16Speaker 5: like illegals, get their vote counted, are so willing to
- 39:20Speaker 5: toss out thousands or tens of thousands of votes using
- 39:26Speaker 5: a ranked choice voting system, where confused voters who are
- 39:31Speaker 5: used to coming and just voting for a candidate get eliminated.
- 39:35Speaker 4: In the later rounds of the voting.
- 39:37Speaker 5: So it's a very bad system, and chaos is the
- 39:41Speaker 5: friend of the left. They still swarm the courts with lawyers.
- 39:46Speaker 5: They outlawyer us on the right. That is still the case,
- 39:49Speaker 5: even though we've closed the gap since twenty twenty in particular. Nonetheless,
- 39:55Speaker 5: they want confusion, they want chaos because they're in a
- 39:58Speaker 5: better position take advantage of it with more better paid lawyers.
- 40:01Speaker 3: Here's my only personal experience with rank choice phony. I'd
- 40:04Speaker 3: never heard of it in my life, and I didn't
- 40:07Speaker 3: know anything about it, and I don't know if you know.
- 40:08Speaker 3: I was the Libertarian vice presidential candidate in two thousand
- 40:11Speaker 3: and eight. It was a short flirtation with anything other
- 40:14Speaker 3: than a Republican party. I've been a Republican my whole
- 40:16Speaker 3: life before that, my whole life after that.
- 40:18Speaker 2: But I did run for president of United States a Libertarian.
- 40:20Speaker 3: I did win the VP nomination with former Republican Congressman.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Bob barr Is my running mate.
- 40:26Speaker 3: The next year, everyone came to me and said, we'd
- 40:29Speaker 3: like you to be the national chairman of the Libertarian Party,
- 40:33Speaker 3: and you could take it in a more conservative direction,
- 40:35Speaker 3: because we always had a fight between conservative libertarians and
- 40:38Speaker 3: liberal libertarians who wanted open borders and drug legalization, all
- 40:41Speaker 3: of that, and I couldn't stand that faction. So I said, great,
- 40:45Speaker 3: I'll run for the national chairman. I'll become the national
- 40:47Speaker 3: chairman of the Libertarian Party. So now I run and
- 40:50Speaker 3: there's a thousand delegates, and guess who wins in the
- 40:52Speaker 3: first round.
- 40:53Speaker 2: Me, Guess who wins in the second round?
- 40:56Speaker 5: Me?
- 40:56Speaker 3: Guess who wins in the third round? Ken, me guess
- 40:59Speaker 3: who wins the fourth round? Not me? Because then they
- 41:02Speaker 3: all got together as they got eliminated, and they all
- 41:04Speaker 3: voted for the other guy who was left against me. Now,
- 41:07Speaker 3: the way things work in America, you win a baseball
- 41:10Speaker 3: game ten to nine in the ninth.
- 41:12Speaker 2: Inning, it's over. You win.
- 41:13Speaker 3: You win a football game, I didn't win. I won
- 41:16Speaker 3: three times, but I didn't win. That's Ranch choice voting.
- 41:18Speaker 3: It doesn't work.
- 41:19Speaker 2: It's no good.
- 41:20Speaker 3: How could you win but lose? Makes no sense to
- 41:22Speaker 3: me at all? So I sure don't want it. And
- 41:25Speaker 3: as Batar pointed out my director's sitting next to me,
- 41:28Speaker 3: he said.
- 41:28Speaker 2: Isn't that like Alaska? I said, yeah, yeah, that was
- 41:31Speaker 2: Sarah Pellin.
- 41:32Speaker 3: She won, but she lost just like me. Even Sarah
- 41:35Speaker 3: pell In Alaska couldn't win with ranchoice voting as a Republican.
- 41:39Speaker 5: So just going in the second round of that election,
- 41:42Speaker 5: about fifteen thousand voters had their ballots thrown out.
- 41:47Speaker 4: Where's that's actual disenfranchisement.
- 41:50Speaker 5: In this system. Where are the complaints about that disenfranchisement?
- 41:55Speaker 4: Well, quiet, well.
- 41:56Speaker 3: Where are the complaints on the left ken about you know,
- 41:59Speaker 3: twenty five thousand people being murdered in the streets.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Of Iran by a Muslim government.
- 42:05Speaker 3: If a Jew in Israel kills one Muslim, the entire
- 42:09Speaker 3: world's on fire. But when twenty five thousand Muslims are
- 42:12Speaker 3: killed by Muslims.
- 42:13Speaker 2: They don't say one word. In the left they couldn't
- 42:15Speaker 2: care less. It's amazing.
- 42:16Speaker 3: If an American kills them, or if a Jew kills them,
- 42:19Speaker 3: were horrible. But if a Muslim kills twenty five thousand Muslims,
- 42:23Speaker 3: leftists don't care. Because it's one of their protected groups
- 42:26Speaker 3: that did the killing.
- 42:27Speaker 2: They don't care.
- 42:28Speaker 3: It's amazing, sad, hypocritical, said all right, I hear the
- 42:32Speaker 3: music in my ears, so we're running out. I just
- 42:34Speaker 3: want to say thank you for all the work you're
- 42:35Speaker 3: doing to make elections better and more transparent and more honest.
- 42:40Speaker 2: We appreciate you. I always liked you.
- 42:41Speaker 3: I thought you were great when you're over at Homeland
- 42:44Speaker 3: Security as well.
