A deadly crash in Itasca County leaves one woman dead and another facing multiple felony charges. Jack Drumbeater, 41, is accused of third-degree murder and manslaughter after allegedly fleeing a gas station with his girlfriend Kerri Hart, who then swerved into oncoming traffic, killing Janelle Swenson, 42. Drumbeater was hit by the truck as it sped away, climbed into the bed, and broke a window — only to be caught in the chaos.
