- 0:00Hidden deep in the redwoods of Northern California lies a
- 0:04secret gathering place, 2700 acres of shadow and silence.
- 0:12For nearly a century and a half, the most powerful men in the
- 0:15world have met here. Away from press, away from law,
- 0:21away from the prying eyes of the world.
- 0:25They come cloaked in ritual and firelight beneath a 40 foot
- 0:29stone owl. To do what?
- 0:32Well, we may just uncover that in today's video.
- 0:38The Grove is not a myth. It is a real, and it's older
- 0:42than most empires of men. And just know that the ruling
- 0:46elite certainly do not want this information revealed.
- 0:54Before we begin, I want to let you know a few things.
- 0:58I wouldn't be surprised if this or eventually the Somerset
- 1:02Belinov and Mothers of Darkness videos are taken down, so be
- 1:06aware of that. With this video, however, I'm
- 1:11going to do my best to lay things out chronologically.
- 1:15But there is a lot of symbolism tucked within the lore of this
- 1:18place and really the organization that meets there.
- 1:23So follow me as we unweave the webs of the elite and delve into
- 1:28Bohemian Grove. The forest was not silent.
- 1:36In June of 1878, the redwoods of Marion County concealed A
- 1:41conspiracy. A band of men had wandered among
- 1:45them, with jugs of whiskey, lanterns that glowed like
- 1:50captured moons and poems folded into their coat pockets.
- 1:55They were journalists, actors, painters and writers, members of
- 2:02the fledgling Bohemian Club, founded six years earlier in San
- 2:07Francisco. Tonight was no ordinary
- 2:11gathering. It was a farewell party for
- 2:14their friend, actor Henry Harry Edwards, who is leaving the city
- 2:20to pursue new stages. The men unrolled blankets across
- 2:25the forest floor. They stacked wood and lit a
- 2:28bonfire that spat sparks into the branches beneath the dark
- 2:33canopies that stood for centuries before them.
- 2:37They sang songs, declaimed verses and toasted Edwards with
- 2:42laughter and drink. No one could have known that
- 2:46this improvisational celebration, half farewell, half
- 2:51woodland celebration, or so they say, would become ritual.
- 2:57The next summer they returned, and the next.
- 3:02And thus began a tradition rooted in firelight and alcohol
- 3:06that began to calcify into something larger.
- 3:10At first, the gatherings were a carnival of misfits, reporters
- 3:15seeking escape from headlines, actors eager to recite
- 3:19Shakespeare under the stars, painters who saw the redwoods as
- 3:24cathedral Spires. They called themselves bohemians
- 3:28with a sense of defiance, proud to be outsiders in the
- 3:32industrial rush of the Gilded Age in San Francisco.
- 3:37But as the years turned, money followed art.
- 3:41Wealthy patrons, the men who owned banks, railroads and
- 3:46newspapers, were invited in. They brought funds, comfort and
- 3:52a sense of permanence. They also brought with them
- 3:56control. The artists remained, but
- 3:59increasingly, as entertainment, their poems and plays performed
- 4:04for audiences of men who measured their worth and
- 4:08fortunes, not stanzas. By the early 20th century, the
- 4:14Bohemian Grove encampment had migrated to Monte Rio, CA, where
- 4:19the club purchased 27 acres of Redwood forest.
- 4:23Here, far from prying eyes, tents gave way to rustic cabins,
- 4:29and the summer retreat evolved into an institution.
- 4:33The Bohemians had created a stage.
- 4:36The financers and politicians, the ruling elite, had seized it.
- 4:44It was in the late 1920s that the Owl Shrine appeared.
- 4:48Constructed of concrete and steel, over 30 feet tall, the
- 4:53statue squatted at the edge of the Groves Lake.
- 4:57Its eyes were unblinking and hollow, it's feathered bulk
- 5:02modeled with Moss to disguise the artifice.
- 5:07Some said it looked ancient, as though it had always stood
- 5:10there, a monolith of watchful stone.
- 5:15Why an owl, though? The bird had been a part of the
- 5:18Bohemian Club's iconography since the beginning, supposedly
- 5:23standing for wisdom, secrecy, and nocturnal vengeance.
- 5:29Yet in this setting, framed by fire and shadow, the owl took on
- 5:35another resonance. It was no longer a symbol, but
- 5:39an idol, a backdrop against which rituals would unfold.
- 5:45Others say that the owl represents the ancient deity
- 5:49Moloch. Moloch was used in connection
- 5:53with Semitic, Babylonian and Canaanite cults that offered
- 5:58child sacrifices to the statue of their deity.
- 6:02One of the alleged symbols of the deity is a horned owl.
- 6:08This comes up often in conspiracy discussion circles,
- 6:11and especially now due to some strange references and the
- 6:15Podesta emails that were revealed by WikiLeaks.
- 6:19The ancient sacrifice ritual involved a gigantic bronze
- 6:23statue of the God, shown in various forms, into whose hands
- 6:28the bound first born children of the worshippers were placed upon
- 6:32an altar. The bound children would slide
- 6:35from the statues hands into a cauldron at the base of the
- 6:38statue, where raging fire would consume them.
- 6:43The statue was usually a bowl, sometimes an image of Kronos.
- 6:49However, some theorists suggest that an owl was used as well,
- 6:53though I can find no ancient use of an owl in connection with
- 6:57this practice. The owl connection to Moloch
- 7:01seems something belonging more to modern times.
- 7:04Yet, given the involvement of fire, the burning of an effigy,
- 7:09which we'll be more on that later, one can't help but draw
- 7:13similarities or believe that the owl could indeed be
- 7:17representative of the demonic idol of this demonic idol.
- 7:23Hidden inside the owl's body were loud speakers and lighting
- 7:27rigs. In later decades, the owl would
- 7:30speak with the booming recorded voice of CBS News anchor Walter
- 7:35Cronkite echoing in a God like register reverberating across
- 7:40the lake. The Idol was a theater, but
- 7:45theater in the dark has always been the oldest kind of magic.
- 7:52Weaving spiders come not here. The motto was borrowed from
- 7:57Shakespeare, inscribed on club banners and repeated in
- 8:01speeches. Many have speculated that it
- 8:05means to leave your business behind.
- 8:08Do not plot, do not scheme, do not weave webs within these
- 8:13woods. However, scheming seems to be
- 8:17exactly what these people do. Men of wealth and politics speak
- 8:22off the record. Shielded by Redwood trunks and
- 8:26guarded gates, the outside world is unable to hear just what goes
- 8:31on inside Each day. During the encampment, as mist
- 8:36clung to the surface of the artificial lake, prominent
- 8:40members and invited guests gave lectures.
- 8:43Astronauts, Secretaries of Defense, CEOs, judges, and
- 8:50future presidents would pledge their allegiance and stand where
- 8:54the owl could watch them. It was in these talks, and
- 8:58alliances were forged, and sometimes policy was quietly
- 9:03shaped. To the public, the Grove was a
- 9:07party. To those within, it was also a
- 9:10council. The spiders wove their webs
- 9:14anyway, and they simply did it in the shadows.
- 9:19On the first night of every encampment, fire light flickers
- 9:23across the trunks as men in hooded robes March toward the
- 9:26lake, torches raised, and the owl looms.
- 9:36The ritual that takes place is called the Cremation of Care.
- 9:41It dates back to the 1880s, devised by members who believed
- 9:46that to truly enjoy the retreat, they must symbolically shed
- 9:51their worries. They personified those burdens
- 9:54as dull care. A life sized effigy draped in
- 9:58black, often moaning through hidden speakers at the edge of
- 10:04the water. The effigy is condemned.
- 10:08Priests in robes chant in archaic tones.
- 10:12Trumpets blare. The giant owl speaks, its voice
- 10:18echoing like Thunder in the canopy.
- 10:22Finally, Charis set alight. Flames engulf the effigy.
- 10:28Screams and sparks rise against the night, all while men in
- 10:34business suits and silk camp robes cheer from the shadows.
- 11:05To the club, it is supposedly just an allegory, a burning of
- 11:10worldly worry, a collective exorcism of responsibility.
- 11:15To outsiders, when the first leaked footage surfaced, it
- 11:20looked like something else entirely different, a sacrifice,
- 11:25A satanic rite. But could it be just that?
- 11:30The feeling one receives when watching the leaked footage of
- 11:33what takes place within these darkened woods doesn't give
- 11:37unburdening vibes. Instead it instills within one a
- 11:42sense of anxiety, fear even. If you ask me, I'll be it.
- 11:47This is speculation on my part. If the truth of what the statue
- 11:52really represents is true, then the effigy is a pseudo sacrifice
- 11:57to try and seal or empower whatever their mission is.
- 12:03It could be the exorcism of their collective
- 12:05responsibilities, or it could be something very different,
- 12:10something much darker. In the late summer of 1942, the
- 12:18redwoods bore silent witness to something that would change
- 12:21history itself. The S1 Executive Committee, the
- 12:26select group overseeing America's atomic research during
- 12:30World War 2, convened at Bohemian Grove.
- 12:34Present or Ernest Lawrence, J Robert Oppenheimer, James Conant
- 12:40and others, men whose names would become synonymous with the
- 12:45Manhattan Project. A photograph survives from this
- 12:49meeting, scientists and administrators and ties and
- 12:53jackets standing stiffly against the backdrop of trunks that had
- 12:58lived since the Crusades. The photo looks benign, yet this
- 13:03is where discussions advanced on how theoretical physics could be
- 13:07weaponized into fire enough to in cities.
- 13:11The Bohemians later boasted that the atomic bomb was conceived
- 13:14here. That claim obviously is
- 13:17overstated, though, because the project had been brewing across
- 13:20universities and labs for quite some time by then.
- 13:24But it is true that on these grounds, beneath these canopies,
- 13:28the machinery of annihilation clicked 1 notch forward among
- 13:36many high profile guests. The Grove was no stranger to
- 13:39presidents. Herbert Hoover joined the
- 13:42Bohemian Club in 1913 and rarely missed a summer thereafter.
- 13:48He belonged to the Caveman Camp, a rusted cluster of cabins that
- 13:52became a hub for Stanford alumni and industrialists.
- 13:57Hoover would sit by the fire long after his presidency, his
- 14:01silhouette familiar among the flames.
- 14:04For him, the retreat was a sanctuary.
- 14:08He called it the place where the weary may find themselves and
- 14:12forget the world's turmoil. Yet even Hoover could not resist
- 14:16its political uses. In 1950, as a retired elder
- 14:21statesman, he brought along a young congressman named Richard
- 14:25Nixon. Nixon entered those woods as a
- 14:28rising politician, and he left with the beginnings of alliances
- 14:32that would shape his path to the White House.
- 14:36They're not the only ones, however.
- 14:38Theodore Roosevelt, Dwight D Eisenhower, Gerald Ford, Ronald
- 14:44Reagan, and both George HW Bush and George W Bush have all spent
- 14:51time engaging in the rituals within Bohemian Grove.
- 14:56It truly makes you think, doesn't it?
- 14:58And these are just the ones that we know about.
- 15:04During the retreat, every encampment builds towards a
- 15:07climax of theater on the final weekend and an act known as
- 15:12hijinks, in which hundreds of members participate in costumes,
- 15:17glint and torchlight orchestras Thunder and fireworks crown the
- 15:23canopy. They say that the plays are
- 15:26original, sometimes mythic dramas, sometimes light hearted
- 15:31extravaganzas, CE OS and cabinet officials belting Arias in drag
- 15:37or toga. But within the Grove they seem
- 15:40to serve a deeper function. The theater binds the men
- 15:44together, recalls the club's artistic roots even as
- 15:49presidents and plutocrats dominate the audience, and it
- 15:53reinforces a message. Power here is cloaked in play.
- 15:58What is said seriously at the lake can be disguised as just
- 16:02upon the stage. Reading deeper into this, in my
- 16:06opinion these plays are magic rituals, attempts to conjure or
- 16:13alter one's world through will, perhaps through the power of
- 16:17their alleged deity Moloch. The costumes may serve as some
- 16:22kind of humiliation ritual, or perhaps it's just the members
- 16:27expressing their true selves or intentions.
- 16:30It's hard to say, but some very strange things certainly have
- 16:34taken place within the redwoods. Here.
- 16:40Near the water, a wooden carving watches over the lake.
- 16:45It's that of Saint John of Nepomuk, the medieval St. who
- 16:50was drowned in Prague. Rather than betray A confessor's
- 16:53secret, his lips are sealed beneath carved fingers.
- 16:59He is the Groves unofficial patron, but his presence is no
- 17:03accident. Every ritual, every toast, every
- 17:09lakeside whisper is bound by the same oath.
- 17:13Silence outside the trees. The owl may allegedly symbolize
- 17:18wisdom, but Saint John symbolizes secrecy.
- 17:22Together they create the code of Bohemian Grove.
- 17:26What happens here does not leave here.
- 17:29It is a code that is endured from Hoover to Nixon, Reagan to
- 17:33Bush and beyond. A code that cloaks.
- 17:37A code the Redwoods still keep. In my opinion, the silence of
- 17:43the St. and how he passed away is a warning to all who enter
- 17:48and participate within Bohemian Grove that what is said here
- 17:52stays here or else. By the 1980's the Grove's veil
- 18:03had finned. Mainstream outlets were
- 18:05beginning to sniff around. ABC News ran a special in 1981
- 18:11and Mother Jones dispatched correspondence in 1989.
- 18:17Philip Weiss of Spy magazine infiltrated the Grove for an
- 18:21entire week. His report was surreal.
- 18:26Cabinet members urinating on redwoods, Billionaires stumbling
- 18:30drunk by mid morning. Theatrical skits staged by men
- 18:35who could move markets with a single phone call.
- 18:39Weiss described it as a collision of debauchery and
- 18:43power, a place where nothing mattered and yet everything did.
- 18:49When he was caught, he was arrested for trespassing, but
- 18:53the piece had already been written and the Grove secrets
- 18:57had already spilled onto the page.
- 19:03The most famous breach came two decades later, in July 2000.
- 19:09Broadcaster Alex Jones and journalist Ron Johnson slipped
- 19:14into the Grove during the cremation of care, and
- 19:17thankfully Jones had brought a hidden camera.
- 19:20The resulting footage, although grainy, covered the infiltration
- 19:25to the shot from the tree line, showing the ritual in full.
- 19:30It would eventually spread like wildfire online torchlight,
- 19:35hooded robes, the owl shrine booming with a disembodied
- 19:39voice. To Jones, it was proof of a
- 19:43satanic ritual. The truth was that maybe it
- 19:47always had been, all along. For millions who had never heard
- 19:51of Bohemian Grove, the tape was their first glimpse.
- 19:56And once seen, it could not be unseen.
- 19:59Video segments of the expose have and will be shown
- 20:03throughout this video. This proof seemed to cement the
- 20:06belief in many of the existence of a powerful cabal that
- 20:11controlled the world from behind the scenes.
- 20:14In January 2002, a man named Richard Mccaslin armed himself
- 20:20with assault rifles, explosives and incendiaries, styling
- 20:25himself as the Phantom Patriot. He broke into Bohemian Grove at
- 20:30night, intent on exposing and destroying the satanic cabal he
- 20:35believed met there. He set fires, searched cabins
- 20:41and prepared for confrontation. He found nothing but silence and
- 20:46empty rooms. He was then arrested by Sonoma
- 20:49County deputies who were alerted by Titan security measures
- 20:53within the Grove. Mccaslin told authorities he had
- 20:57been inspired by Alex Jones's video.
- 21:00It's hard telling exactly what would have transpired if
- 21:03Mccaslin would have been able to make his way inside the gates
- 21:06when the area was occupied. Clearly, he must have thought
- 21:10that they were there 24/7 instead of meeting just once a
- 21:14year. Every summer.
- 21:16In due time, while infiltrators snuck through the woods,
- 21:20protesters marched openly at the gates.
- 21:23From the 1980s onward, activists organized the Bohemian Grove
- 21:28Action Network. Their signs accused the club of
- 21:32elitism, secrecy and undemocratic influence.
- 21:37Some carried banners to crying nuclear weapons.
- 21:40Others denounced corporate greed.
- 21:44Every July, the sleepy town of Monterio saw a clash between
- 21:48demonstrators and the convoys of limousines and buses ferrying
- 21:53members past. For locals, it was a carnival of
- 21:57tension, chants and bull horns outside, champagne and fire
- 22:03light. Inside, the protests dwindled by
- 22:06the 20 tens, but their message lingered.
- 22:11The Grove symbolized inequality, secrecy, and the arrogance of
- 22:16unaccountable power. Following the protests of the 20
- 22:20Tens, things seem to quiet down for a while.
- 22:25However, in 2023, the Redwoods became headlines once again.
- 22:31Investigative journalists revealed that Supreme Court
- 22:34Justice Clarence Thomas had for years been a guest at Bohemian
- 22:39Grove, hosted by his billionaire patron Arlen Crowe.
- 22:44There is no transcript of what Thomas heard or said under the
- 22:47canopy, but the facts are stark. Crowe and his circle of wealthy
- 22:53allies regularly flew him to elite gatherings, including the
- 22:57Grove and at The Grove. Crowe's camp was no ordinary
- 23:01circle. It included some of the
- 23:04wealthiest donors in America, men with direct interests in the
- 23:09court's rulings. No one can prove what was
- 23:13discussed, yet the symbolism was enough.
- 23:16The Grove, always a metaphor for secrecy, had become a flashpoint
- 23:21for judicial ethics. If the law itself was walking
- 23:24among the redwoods, whose justice did it serve, exactly?
- 23:29And why don't you read more about Bohemian Grove in the
- 23:32press? The answer, uncomfortable as it
- 23:35is, is because the press barons are inside.
- 23:39For decades, editors, owners and anchors, from Walter Cronkite to
- 23:46Rupert Murdoch's circle, Sumner Redstone and Associates and many
- 23:52more have been among the bohemians.
- 23:55The result perhaps contributes to a conspiracy of total control
- 23:59of the media, if, for example, you are a journalist looking to
- 24:04expose the secrets within. If your boss is in the redwoods,
- 24:09how sharp can your pen truly be? When the Grove does meet, it's
- 24:17interesting to see just who controls the security apparatus.
- 24:21Fences run for miles, guards patrol year round.
- 24:26Infrared sensors line the perimeters.
- 24:29Motion detectors are hidden in the brush.
- 24:32Surveillance cameras hang from Redwood trunks like unblinking
- 24:36eyes. And these are just the known
- 24:39measures. I'm sure since various
- 24:41infiltrations they've probably added additional means.
- 24:45During encampments, security swells, private contractors, off
- 24:51duty police, even Secret Service.
- 24:54If a sitting president is present, radios crackle with
- 24:58code names. Locals know the sight of
- 25:01helicopters overhead, the convoys of black limousines
- 25:06slipping down narrow Monte Rio roads.
- 25:10The Grove's theology is secrecy, and its liturgy is security.
- 25:15Every intruder caught, every protest dispersed, every fence
- 25:21mended is another affirmation that silence will be preserved.
- 25:31Every high profile individual that enters the gates, every
- 25:35spider that weaves a web, these said webs seem to be
- 25:39interconnected in one way or another.
- 25:42And of course, Bohemian Grove is not the only place that these
- 25:46individuals convene, at least that we know of.
- 25:51I've described other horrific rituals that have allegedly
- 25:54taken place at other locations, such as in my Mother's of
- 25:59Darkness Castle video. One of these supposed rituals
- 26:03that has been described as taking place in many places,
- 26:07including the United States, with alleged survivors
- 26:11describing tall trees surrounding the area, is a
- 26:14horrific display of barbarism known as the most dangerous game
- 26:19or the hunting game. At the hunting parties they
- 26:24would like, there would be, they'd have all these expendable
- 26:29children outside in the woods. And usually they have holding
- 26:34grounds, like a tunnel system or something underground where they
- 26:40hold the kids in cages until the time of the hunt.
- 26:44And the hunt usually happens later, you know, once it's dark
- 26:48outside. And So what they'll do is they
- 26:52kind of like they'll kind of make a parameter, which is
- 26:56pretty large of these woods, and they'll station the different
- 27:00elite people around the perimeter.
- 27:04And then when they give the go, you know, they released the kids
- 27:08and the kids are told just to, to run, to hide.
- 27:13And that's when the elite will go through the woods and start
- 27:16hunting for them. When they catch them, a lot of
- 27:22times they will first sexually abuse them and then they'll kill
- 27:27them. The game, if one can even call
- 27:30it that, involves numerous individuals, typically children,
- 27:35being released with a head start into the woods and then being
- 27:39systematically haunted down by attendees who are amassed to
- 27:43presume secrecy and devoid any infiltrators of knowing the true
- 27:47identity of the participants. Upon being haunted down, the
- 27:52blood and or adrenal clans are extracted and then consumed as a
- 27:57part of the closing ritual. Now of course one can't
- 28:01definitively prove that any of this is taking place, but given
- 28:05testimony and delving into various conspiracies, it
- 28:09certainly makes one think. And perhaps these very acts are
- 28:14disguised by or drowned out by the sounds of the previously
- 28:18mentioned hijinks towards the closing weekend.
- 28:22Again, we may never know the truth and there's endless
- 28:26speculation, but if people were hunting other people within a
- 28:30massive Grove of gigantic trees, perhaps fireworks plays and
- 28:37cheers may drown out the screams of the prey.
- 28:42The Grove does not end when the torch is dim.
- 28:46Each summer, the limousines roll away, the cabins are shuttered,
- 28:50and the river returns to silence.
- 28:53But silence is not absence. The echoes remain.
- 28:58Eels made in laughter ripple outward into policy.
- 29:02Friendships forged in fire light harden into alliances that shape
- 29:06wars, economies and courts. And still the owl watches, stone
- 29:14and silent as it has for nearly a century.
- 29:19We will probably never know all that has been whispered here.
- 29:23The transcripts are incomplete, if not typically non existent,
- 29:28the photographs partial, the testimonies fractured.
- 29:32Yet with what little information escapes, we get glimpses of
- 29:36power unmasked. The Bohemian Grove endures
- 29:41because its power lies not in what can be proved but in what
- 29:45can never be disproved. In shadows and silence and the
- 29:51space between myth and memory, its influence lingers.
- 29:57So is Bohemian Grove a gathering place for the elite to conduct
- 30:02satanic idol worship and unspeakable rituals?
- 30:07Or is it just a men's club that happens to have a very exclusive
- 30:11membership? Or is it a bit of both?
- 30:15The conclusion, ultimately, is up to you to decide.
- 30:21Thank you guys so much for watching this latest video.
- 30:24I've always found conspiracies incredibly fascinating.
- 30:28The ones that could allegedly be true.
- 30:31To me, those are the scariest, and this one fits perfectly
- 30:34among the others. But what do you think?
