Rancho Cordova police identified the suspect in Tuesday’s fatal shooting as 58-year-old David Vallerga. Officers found Vallerga and three victims deceased inside a Mill Water Circle home — a 49-year-old woman, a 13-year-old boy, and an 11-year-old girl.
