- 0:00Speaker 1: With Stu Gatz and Hockman.
- 0:02Speaker 2: I mean, I mean, look at you and your heat garb.
- 0:07Speaker 3: I mean, this is sports equinox time. Yes, this is
- 0:13Speaker 3: the craziest time of year where you've got NBA underway. Yeah,
- 0:18Speaker 3: you've got MLB still going on because of the World Series. Yes,
- 0:22Speaker 3: you've got College football, pro football, professional hockey. You've got
- 0:28Speaker 3: MLS soccer. You've got the Euros going on. This literally
- 0:33Speaker 3: is sports equinox. Is there a major... sport that you'd
- 0:37Speaker 3: be interested in that isn't going on right now? Honestly,
- 0:41Speaker 3: does one exist right now?
- 0:42Speaker 2: Well, of the four majors, all four are going on
- 0:44Speaker 2: at the same time.
- 0:45Speaker 4: Baseball is wrapping up, football, college football, hockey, basketball, as
- 0:49Speaker 4: you stated. There is no golf that's not a major, though,
- 0:52Speaker 4: and I don't consider soccer and the Euros some sort
- 0:55Speaker 4: of major.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Well, aren't you just stuck in the 80s?
- 1:01Speaker 4: No, it's been since the 80s where they told me
- 1:04Speaker 4: about this soccer explosion.
- 1:06Speaker 3: I mean, enough. I was in Tampa over the weekend
- 1:12Speaker 3: visiting my son. I went to see a Tampa Bay
- 1:14Speaker 3: Lightning game. But I know Taylor. Taylor, I wonder a
- 1:19Speaker 3: couple things. The Knicks lost last night in their opener
- 1:22Speaker 3: to LeBron. Is Taylor smarting over that?
- 1:26Speaker 5: No, I'm not stressing it.
- 1:27Speaker 3: Right. They raised a banner last night.
- 1:29Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:29Speaker 5: Hawk, if there's ever a game that you want to
- 1:31Speaker 5: play the Philadelphia 76ers, it's not going to be game one.
- 1:35Speaker 5: Like LeBron is going to be as fresh as ever.
- 1:37Speaker 5: Joel Embiid is going to be as healthy as ever.
- 1:39Speaker 5: I'm not worried about this Knicks team until we get
- 1:41Speaker 5: to the playoffs.
- 1:41Speaker 4: Hawk, I've got to be honest. I've been waiting for
- 1:43Speaker 4: that Knicks championship my entire life.
- 1:45Speaker 3: I'm a lot older than Taylor.
- 1:47Speaker 4: I said I'm good for the remainder of time with
- 1:49Speaker 4: the Knicks, and I found myself getting upset because the
- 1:51Speaker 4: Knicks appeared to not be ready, not be focused, and
- 1:54Speaker 4: not be in shape.
- 1:55Speaker 3: I knew it. People go into seasons with these visions of, hey,
- 2:02Speaker 3: I got what I wanted, and so now everything is gravy.
- 2:06Speaker 3: And it takes you a half of a basketball game
- 2:08Speaker 3: to go, fuck, what are these guys doing out there? Plus,
- 2:12Speaker 3: Philadelphia is good. Jesus. The hype is real there. If
- 2:18Speaker 3: that's what you're going to see all season, I don't
- 2:20Speaker 3: know if that's what you'll see all season. The hype
- 2:23Speaker 3: is real. But anyway, I was in Tampa, saw a
- 2:26Speaker 3: lightning game. But Taylor also, you went to school in
- 2:29Speaker 3: North Carolina, right? Yeah, I did.
- 2:31Speaker 7: So.
- 2:32Speaker 3: There's a restaurant, there's a fast food place called Cookout,
- 2:36Speaker 3: which I'm told is huge in the Carolina.
- 2:41Speaker 2: It's the first time he's smiled on this show in episodes.
- 2:44Speaker 5: You got to get the Cookout trays. They have great sides.
- 2:48Speaker 5: The milkshakes. Oh, you would love the milkshakes.
- 2:50Speaker 3: I love a good milkshake.
- 2:51Speaker 5: So I went.
- 2:52Speaker 3: They opened one in Tampa. Right. This is why I
- 2:55Speaker 3: bring this up. So they just opened their first Cookout
- 2:59Speaker 3: in Tampa yesterday. And I'm into all this shit. I like,
- 3:02Speaker 3: you know, the regional food places and when they come
- 3:06Speaker 3: down and whatever. You ever been to Cookout Stugatz or
- 3:08Speaker 3: ever heard of it?
- 3:09Speaker 2: I've never heard of it, never been there, but you
- 3:11Speaker 2: are the guy.
- 3:12Speaker 4: Like, if Hawk went to Tuscaloosa, Alabama, he would find
- 3:15Speaker 4: the spot in Tuscaloosa.
- 3:19Speaker 2: He would go try it. At every single college town,
- 3:21Speaker 2: you would be that.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Guy, yes. Right. Like, people always talk about, what is it,
- 3:26Speaker 3: in Gainesville– Where do you get the gut box? Guthrie's?
- 3:30Speaker 3: Is that Gainesville or Tallahassee? I don't know. Every place
- 3:33Speaker 3: has like a regional spot. But I've been reading about
- 3:37Speaker 3: cookout in the Carolinas forever because that's my wheelhouse. They
- 3:41Speaker 3: opened one in Tampa literally a week and a half ago.
- 3:44Speaker 3: So I had said to my son and my wife
- 3:48Speaker 3: who was coming with me on Sunday. It was our
- 3:51Speaker 3: 29th wedding anniversary. I said, well, let's go to cookout.
- 3:55Speaker 3: and celebrate 29 years with a fast food burger. Yeah,
- 3:59Speaker 3: way to spoil her.
- 4:01Speaker 6: Oh, I do.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Listen, you've got to set parameters early on. And if
- 4:06Speaker 3: you break out of those parameters, that's your fault. I
- 4:10Speaker 3: have to tell you, Taylor, I was wildly disappointed.
- 4:13Speaker 6: Really?
- 4:14Speaker 1: Wow.
- 4:15Speaker 5: What was disappointing about the experience?
- 4:19Speaker 3: I thought it was very ordinary. I didn't think there
- 4:23Speaker 3: was any compelling reason to return. They're located in Tampa
- 4:29Speaker 3: on the same road. It's near USF. It's on the
- 4:32Speaker 3: same road as a Portillo's, which I love from Chicago.
- 4:37Speaker 3: There's nothing better than a beef sandwich at Portillo's and
- 4:39Speaker 3: their lemon cake. Same road as a Five Guys. Five Guys,
- 4:43Speaker 3: far superior burger, I thought, than Cookout. I will tell
- 4:47Speaker 3: you the one thing about Cookout. People have to go
- 4:50Speaker 3: there because of the prices, because it is unbelievably inexpensive.
- 4:56Speaker 3: When I tell you I felt like I was back
- 4:59Speaker 3: in 1994, Laurie, DJ, and I, we each get cheeseburgers.
- 5:05Speaker 3: DJ got bacon on his burger. Of course. So you
- 5:07Speaker 3: got three cheeseburgers, one with bacon. We all got the
- 5:11Speaker 3: two sides. What do you call that box? The tray.
- 5:15Speaker 5: The tray.
- 5:16Speaker 2: The tray.
- 5:19Speaker 3: You can get a single tray or a double tray,
- 5:21Speaker 3: something like that.
- 5:21Speaker 5: Right.
- 5:23Speaker 3: And they have weird sides at cookout. They've got quesadillas
- 5:27Speaker 3: as a side. Nuggets. Nuggets, cheese curds. So we each
- 5:33Speaker 3: got two sides. Right. I got fries and hush puppies.
- 5:37Speaker 3: Lori got onion rings and cheese curds.
- 5:41Speaker 4: I got to tell you, I don't want my sides
- 5:43Speaker 4: to be an additional meal. I want them to be sides.
- 5:45Speaker 4: I don't need chicken nuggets as an option for my side.
- 5:48Speaker 5: No, that's such a bad take. That is such a
- 5:50Speaker 5: bad take. Who complains about getting chicken nuggets as a side?
- 5:53Speaker 2: If I want chicken nuggets, I'll order chicken nuggets, the meal, okay?
- 5:57Speaker 3: I mean, how about that?
- 5:57Speaker 5: It's like an appetizer. The chicken nuggets are like an
- 5:59Speaker 5: appetizer for the burger on your tray.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Give me a baked potato. Give me french fries. Give
- 6:05Speaker 4: me onion rings. Give me onion strings. Give me onion anything.
- 6:08Speaker 4: Just don't give me chicken nuggets or quesadillas as a
- 6:11Speaker 4: side option.
- 6:12Speaker 3: I don't want it. I mean, you can get a
- 6:14Speaker 3: walking taco as a side. Terrible. Like, it's really interesting.
- 6:17Speaker 3: And then we all three got milkshakes because their milkshakes
- 6:21Speaker 3: come highly. So now I got a banana fudge milkshake.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Lori got an orange push-up milkshake. DJ got, I think,
- 6:29Speaker 3: Oreo cookies and cream shake.
- 6:31Speaker 6: Right.
- 6:32Speaker 3: So three cheeseburgers. Six sides, three milkshakes. How much do
- 6:37Speaker 3: you think that costs?
- 6:39Speaker 2: I'm going to say $ 72.
- 6:40Speaker 6: Right.
- 6:40Speaker 3: $ 35. What?! That's no joke. That's no bullshit. It was $ 35,
- 6:51Speaker 3: which I understand why they would put them near USF
- 6:54Speaker 3: or near college campuses, because you literally can go in,
- 6:58Speaker 3: get a full lunch or dinner with a milkshake for $ 10.
- 7:02Speaker 2: I mean, does this guy splurge for an anniversary or what?
- 7:06Speaker 3: In the time of our lives, we were never happier.
- 7:09Speaker 3: You told Lori it was $ 139, right?
- 7:10Speaker 7: I mean.
- 7:13Speaker 3: I couldn't believe it was $ 35. I couldn't believe it.
- 7:16Speaker 3: I literally couldn't believe it. Do you love that place, Taylor?
- 7:20Speaker 5: Yeah, it would be like my place coming back from
- 7:23Speaker 5: like bars. Like I wouldn't just go to cookout just
- 7:26Speaker 5: at night. So I guess that's the disconnect there. But Hawk,
- 7:30Speaker 5: I've had this experience too when I've gone back to
- 7:32Speaker 5: Chapel Hill where I go to the restaurant where like
- 7:35Speaker 5: if my parents were visiting me, say a weekend in
- 7:39Speaker 5: Chapel Hill, I'm like, Oh, let's go to Top of
- 7:40Speaker 5: the Hill. Top of the Hill is our fancy high-end restaurant.
- 7:45Speaker 5: And then since I've gone back, I order like a meal,
- 7:48Speaker 5: and then the bill comes, and it's like $ 40. I'm like, wow.
- 7:52Speaker 5: I was really pushing pennies in college.
- 7:54Speaker 3: You're on Top of the Hill. Yes. It was crazy, man.
- 7:58Speaker 3: I could see it, though, because Cookout was open, I
- 8:00Speaker 3: think it said until 4 a.m. So that makes sense
- 8:04Speaker 3: after the bars. For $ 10, you can fill yourself up
- 8:08Speaker 3: and sop up some of the alcohol. That makes sense.
- 8:10Speaker 3: But I thought the food was just ordinary. But it
- 8:13Speaker 3: makes sense if they're charging $ 35. for 19 items and
- 8:17Speaker 3: three shakes. Like, yeah, it should be like, you should
- 8:20Speaker 3: be complaining. Yeah. Yeah.
- 8:25Speaker 4: Not normally an anniversary dinner, but you went in with
- 8:27Speaker 4: heavy expectations, like high expectations, I'm assuming. So it didn't
- 8:31Speaker 4: meet your expectations. And I'm wondering, did you feel like
- 8:33Speaker 4: you wasted an opportunity? To go to Portillo's instead because
- 8:37Speaker 4: you like it better.
- 8:37Speaker 5: 100%.
- 8:37Speaker 6: Yes.
- 8:38Speaker 3: Yeah, because I'm only up in Tampa for a couple
- 8:41Speaker 3: of days. Missed opportunity. And there's a couple spots that
- 8:43Speaker 3: I want to go. Right. In fact, when we were
- 8:44Speaker 3: driving home, we drove past a Whataburger in Brandon. Now,
- 8:49Speaker 3: there's a Whataburger in Brandon and there's a Whataburger in Largo.
- 8:52Speaker 3: I would have gone the half hour to get the
- 8:55Speaker 3: Whataburger in Brandon over the Cookout Burger and Shake.
- 8:59Speaker 5: Hawk, I've had this problem too when I've gone to
- 9:01Speaker 5: LA where people are like, you have to go to In-N-Out.
- 9:04Speaker 5: And I go to In-N-Out and I leave feeling disappointed
- 9:07Speaker 5: where if you ever went to North Carolina, I would
- 9:09Speaker 5: never recommend you to go to Cookout. I have other
- 9:12Speaker 5: restaurants that I would recommend you before, but I would say, hey,
- 9:15Speaker 5: maybe on your way out of town or late at night,
- 9:18Speaker 5: stop by Cookout. I'm not telling you like it's a
- 9:20Speaker 5: must-do thing.
- 9:22Speaker 3: It's just one of those things. If you go to
- 9:23Speaker 3: a place, you know, to me, there's very few regional
- 9:27Speaker 3: places left. Everything has overexpanded. And now you've got like
- 9:31Speaker 3: gold belly. They'll deliver food anywhere in the country. It comes,
- 9:35Speaker 3: you know, on dry ice. And like, it's like nothing's
- 9:39Speaker 3: regional anymore.
- 9:40Speaker 6: Right.
- 9:41Speaker 3: And that to me used to make stuff special. I
- 9:43Speaker 3: remember when I was a kid in the seventies, you
- 9:46Speaker 3: could only get bubble yum in like California and Arizona. Yes.
- 9:49Speaker 3: The only place.
- 9:50Speaker 6: Right.
- 9:51Speaker 3: Everywhere else you had, you know, juicy fruit and and
- 9:54Speaker 3: whatever Wrigley was, was pumping out bubble yum existed in
- 9:58Speaker 3: like two States. And so if you knew a kid
- 10:01Speaker 3: who was taking a vacation with his family to California,
- 10:04Speaker 3: they'd come back with these stacks of bubble yum. And
- 10:06Speaker 3: it was like, that doesn't exist anymore in our world.
- 10:09Speaker 3: I look for these places like cookout that don't exist anywhere.
- 10:12Speaker 3: And I'm like, Oh, they're opening one in Tampa. I
- 10:14Speaker 3: want to go. I want to experience all this hubbub
- 10:17Speaker 3: over cookout. And I just, You know, we sat there,
- 10:19Speaker 3: we're eating the meal, we're looking at it, telling each
- 10:22Speaker 3: other we love her, each other, you know, because 29 years.
- 10:25Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 10:27Speaker 5: I wonder how you're going to top that for 30.
- 10:31Speaker 2: I mean, a burger and a side of quesadillas.
- 10:34Speaker 3: I told her, I said, I apologize. And for our 30th,
- 10:39Speaker 3: we are going to Portillo's. I'm not making this mistake again.
- 10:44Speaker 3: A bit more expensive, but I can afford it. We'll
- 10:46Speaker 3: be fine. Taylor, you went to a place in Chapel Hill.
- 10:49Speaker 4: You recommended that Reese Davis and Kirk Herbstre go to a.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Place in Chapel Hill. Did you not?
- 10:56Speaker 5: I saw them at a restaurant.
- 10:58Speaker 4: Yeah, but it was your recommendation, I believe. We were
- 11:00Speaker 4: telling them the week of. Yeah, what was the restaurant?
- 11:02Speaker 5: Al's Burgers.
- 11:03Speaker 4: All right, so he told them to go to Al's Burgers.
- 11:04Speaker 4: He walks into Al's Burgers. They're at Al's Burgers. Taylor
- 11:08Speaker 4: doesn't know them. And he just yells out, Reese, my man!
- 11:13Speaker 3: What is that? What are you doing, Reese, my man?
- 11:16Speaker 5: Yeah, I froze.
- 11:17Speaker 3: I froze in the moment.
- 11:20Speaker 5: I could have said, like, hey, Reese, I'm Stu Gatz's producer.
- 11:22Speaker 5: We just talked on Wednesday.
- 11:23Speaker 3: Just Reese!
- 11:24Speaker 5: I froze. Good-looking man.
- 11:26Speaker 3: In person?
- 11:27Speaker 1: Yes.
- 11:28Speaker 5: Way better looking in person.
- 11:29Speaker 3: You couldn't have felt good. The moment man exited your mouth,
- 11:33Speaker 3: you couldn't have felt good. Reese, my man.
- 11:36Speaker 5: The second I said it, I was like, yeah, I
- 11:37Speaker 5: blew this. And I've never been prouder of him.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Anyway, so the Heat opened their season tonight. I was
- 11:47Speaker 3: going to play. We're going to run out of time
- 11:48Speaker 3: because I've got stuff to do. You've got stuff to do.
- 11:50Speaker 3: I'll play a couple of things. I thought one of
- 11:52Speaker 3: the things that made the Levitard show interesting at the
- 11:57Speaker 3: beginning was our embrace of the Miami Heat because they
- 12:02Speaker 3: really weren't embraced by sports radio. Sports radio was really
- 12:05Speaker 3: dominated by football. That was it because that's what Joe
- 12:08Speaker 3: Rose and Jim Mandich did. knew. They were football guys.
- 12:13Speaker 3: So there wasn't anybody who was really... And Dan was
- 12:15Speaker 3: very tied in with the Heat. So I think we
- 12:18Speaker 3: were a bit of a revelation to sports radio as
- 12:21Speaker 3: to how much we embrace the Miami Heat.
- 12:24Speaker 4: I believe, Hawk, that the Heat for many, many years
- 12:27Speaker 4: were on a news station.
- 12:28Speaker 2: I believe they were on WIOD. And that was odd.
- 12:32Speaker 4: It was always odd to me because the Canes, all
- 12:36Speaker 4: the sports properties down here had ridiculous amount of value
- 12:40Speaker 4: to the sports stations down here, and yet the Heat
- 12:43Speaker 4: found themselves in a news station, and I think they
- 12:46Speaker 4: liked it at the time because they had kind of
- 12:48Speaker 4: had their own station, I guess.
- 12:51Speaker 3: And the news station at that time, like, you know,
- 12:53Speaker 3: everything wasn't so automated, so there were a lot of
- 12:56Speaker 3: employees and people talking and whatever, but it was odd,
- 13:00Speaker 3: but they really were the, I don't want to say
- 13:02Speaker 3: the odd team out because there was some excitement, but
- 13:04Speaker 3: they hadn't won a championship. You know, when we launched
- 13:07Speaker 3: in 04, they still hadn't won a championship. They really
- 13:10Speaker 3: were not a marquee sports property in South Florida. They
- 13:16Speaker 3: just weren't. No.
- 13:17Speaker 4: And it's interesting because even after winning that first title,
- 13:20Speaker 4: it was Wade, it was Shaq, they beat the Mavericks.
- 13:23Speaker 2: They were still on WIOD when that happened.
- 13:25Speaker 3: They were on a news.
- 13:26Speaker 4: Station when that happened. And then LeBron came down here
- 13:30Speaker 4: and the Heat figured, hey, we better get on a
- 13:32Speaker 4: sports station, you know?
- 13:34Speaker 3: So I thought it was interesting. I was just going
- 13:36Speaker 3: back and looking at stuff since the NBA opened yesterday
- 13:39Speaker 3: and the Heat opened today. We leaned into, you know,
- 13:41Speaker 3: a lot of our rejoins, a lot of our big
- 13:43Speaker 3: opens were always funny and tongue-in-cheek. But we also tried
- 13:47Speaker 3: to lean into the fact that big NBA guys, big
- 13:51Speaker 3: names in the NBA were were on this show on
- 13:54Speaker 3: a consistent basis. In fact, I remember the story. Mike
- 13:57Speaker 3: Ryan got turned on to the Levitard show because he
- 14:01Speaker 3: heard Jason Kidd on one afternoon.
- 14:04Speaker 7: Yes.
- 14:04Speaker 3: And he was like, When does that happen on a
- 14:07Speaker 3: local radio station that an opposing player who's the best
- 14:10Speaker 3: player on the opposing team is just kind of chopping
- 14:13Speaker 3: it up with a radio show, a local radio show
- 14:16Speaker 3: in that market?
- 14:17Speaker 7: Right.
- 14:17Speaker 3: And so we did try to lean in on that.
- 14:19Speaker 3: I thought this was interesting. This is one of the
- 14:21Speaker 3: rejoins where we just are kind of promoting that, hey,
- 14:24Speaker 3: you're going to get big name NBA stars listening to
- 14:27Speaker 3: this show.
- 14:28Speaker 1: The biggest names in the NBA talk Miami Heat basketball
- 14:32Speaker 1: on the Dan Levitard Show.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Charles Barkley.
- 14:36Speaker 7: That rider did a fantastic job, and he's going to
- 14:39Speaker 7: keep them motivated again. I'm going to pick them to win.
- 14:42Speaker 8: The East this year.
- 14:43Speaker 1: David Stern.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Dwayne Wade is one of the five best players in
- 14:47Speaker 3: my league.
- 14:48Speaker 6: True.
- 14:49Speaker 8: Mickey Arison has enough money to buy me and put
- 14:53Speaker 8: me on as a hood ornament on one of his
- 14:55Speaker 8: cruise ships.
- 14:56Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 14:57Speaker 3: Nobody has enough money to buy me. Scotty Pippen.
- 15:01Speaker 6: Anytime you're in a hostile environment, especially in the playoffs,
- 15:04Speaker 6: that the fans are going to try to ride you up.
- 15:06Speaker 6: That's what the game is built around. And especially when
- 15:09Speaker 6: you're able to get on the big stage, you know,
- 15:11Speaker 6: speaking of the NBA Finals, that's really what it's about.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Miami Heat talk from people who know basketball. You'll hear
- 15:18Speaker 1: it here in the Dan Levitard Show on Sports Talk 790,
- 15:21Speaker 1: The Ticket.
- 15:24Speaker 3: And it's like a departure from a lot of the
- 15:27Speaker 3: stuff that we used to do. But when I think
- 15:29Speaker 3: about it, you know, Dan was always like, you know,
- 15:31Speaker 3: if the Mavericks were coming to town, you know, I'd say, oh,
- 15:34Speaker 3: I see that their radio broadcaster is, you know, I mean,
- 15:38Speaker 3: maybe it was Mark Aguirre, you know, so he had
- 15:41Speaker 3: some name recognition.
- 15:42Speaker 7: Right.
- 15:42Speaker 3: But he wasn't a current player. Right. Dan would be like, no, no, no. Like,
- 15:47Speaker 3: give me the coach.
- 15:48Speaker 7: Yes.
- 15:48Speaker 3: It was like, no, go get me David Stern.
- 15:52Speaker 6: Right.
- 15:52Speaker 3: Give me Scottie Pippen. Yes. Get me, you know, top
- 15:55Speaker 3: 50 basketball players of all time. And again, to Mike
- 15:58Speaker 3: Ryan's point, he's like listening to this local radio show
- 16:01Speaker 3: and all of a sudden there's. Jason Kidd on game
- 16:04Speaker 3: night talking to Dan.
- 16:05Speaker 4: To Dan's credit, he wouldn't settle for just any guest.
- 16:08Speaker 4: He was like, hey, I'm Levitard. The show is big.
- 16:11Speaker 4: We're rating well. I don't want the coach. I want
- 16:14Speaker 4: the team's best player. Otherwise, I don't want a guest.
- 16:16Speaker 3: We'll be fine. He would say that all the time.
- 16:18Speaker 3: I remember when Monday Night Football would roll around. Every
- 16:23Speaker 3: week I would book Michelle Tafoya. Yes. Oh, wow. Isn't
- 16:26Speaker 3: that funny? Which is funny now in 2026. But I
- 16:30Speaker 3: would book Michelle Tafoya. She was the sideline reporter. She
- 16:33Speaker 3: was the easiest person to get.
- 16:34Speaker 9: Yes.
- 16:34Speaker 3: And after like four Monday night footballs, Dan's like, you
- 16:39Speaker 3: think we might? We might be able to get, I
- 16:40Speaker 3: don't know who the hell, Michael or John. Like, do
- 16:42Speaker 3: you think we might be able to get someone other
- 16:46Speaker 3: than the sideline? Michelle Tafoya is very, uh, yes.
- 16:53Speaker 4: I don't live there. He would get tired of most guests.
- 16:57Speaker 4: I mean, he just would.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I mean, here's another rejoin that I found celebrating heat,
- 17:02Speaker 3: big men joining the show.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Uh, The best big men in Miami Heat history talk
- 17:10Speaker 1: on the Dan Levitard Show.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Alonzo Mourning.
- 17:14Speaker 9: I really feel like my best brought out the best
- 17:16Speaker 9: in other players. And if you weren't worth anything when
- 17:20Speaker 9: it came to this game, then I overpowered you and
- 17:22Speaker 9: I dominated you. Sometimes my emotions got the best of me.
- 17:26Speaker 9: It was a learning process for me throughout my whole career,
- 17:28Speaker 9: you know, but I wouldn't change anything.
- 17:30Speaker 3: Shaquille O'Neal.
- 17:32Speaker 8: What's the most embarrassed or flattered you've ever been about
- 17:35Speaker 8: the behavior of an A-list celebrity shocked and awed to
- 17:38Speaker 8: be around you?
- 17:39Speaker 7: Well, one time Michael Jackson was looking at my house
- 17:42Speaker 7: in Orlando and I went with the big round bed.
- 17:44Speaker 7: And he sat on the bed in his house like
- 17:46Speaker 7: a little kid, and he said, how much? I'll buy
- 17:49Speaker 7: this house right now.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Ronnie Cycli.
- 17:51Speaker 9: This is Ronnie Cycli, and you're listening to the.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Dan Levitard Show. The biggest men in heat history. Talk
- 17:58Speaker 1: to Dan Levitard and Stu Gatz on Sports Talk 790,
- 18:00Speaker 1: The Techie.
- 18:01Speaker 3: The Ronnie Cycli one may have been a little bit
- 18:05Speaker 3: of a goof there.
- 18:06Speaker 4: I mean, I'm not certain he deserves to be in
- 18:08Speaker 4: the same promo as Shaquille O'Neal and Alonzo Mourney.
- 18:13Speaker 3: Do you still have beef with Alonzo Mourning? Well, no.
- 18:17Speaker 2: I have beef with Shaq. That's the guy I have
- 18:19Speaker 2: beef with.
- 18:20Speaker 3: What?
- 18:21Speaker 4: Because I have the audacity to say Tim Duncan was
- 18:23Speaker 4: better than Shaq, and he sent me a DM saying
- 18:26Speaker 4: he's going to come down to Miami and punch me
- 18:28Speaker 4: in the head.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Wow. Not the guy that you want punching you in
- 18:32Speaker 3: the head. No.
- 18:34Speaker 4: You remember, though, you went to a charity event with
- 18:37Speaker 4: Alonzo Mourning. Yes, I was going to say, I'm sorry
- 18:39Speaker 4: to cut you off. You left out Ike Austin.
- 18:41Speaker 6: I mean.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Oh, my gosh. Another great big man.
- 18:46Speaker 2: We never had him on, though. Dan said no.
- 18:49Speaker 3: Who was the big white guy? Oh, Michael Doliak. We
- 18:52Speaker 3: had Doliak on.
- 18:53Speaker 2: We had to run with Doliak, man.
- 18:55Speaker 5: Do you want the exact DM?
- 18:57Speaker 3: What it said? Yeah, go ahead. Where did you say this?
- 19:01Speaker 3: You said this on the ESPN Levitard show?
- 19:05Speaker 4: I said it on the ESPN show. Taylor controls my ex-account.
- 19:10Speaker 2: I have no idea how to get on.
- 19:11Speaker 4: I don't know the password. So Taylor controls all of it.
- 19:15Speaker 4: What did that DM say?
- 19:17Speaker 5: The DM from Shaq said, I heard your comment. What's
- 19:20Speaker 5: your number so I can meet you somewhere? I don't
- 19:23Speaker 5: take disrespect lightly, especially from a bum like you. We
- 19:27Speaker 5: need to have a conversation, buddy. I'll be in Miami
- 19:30Speaker 5: very soon.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Now, do we know if that's a joke? Oh, no,
- 19:37Speaker 3: he was serious. He was upset with me. I can
- 19:39Speaker 3: see that being on the serious tip, right?
- 19:42Speaker 4: Yeah, he was serious. I said something about Tim Duncan.
- 19:44Speaker 4: I don't know if that conversation continues. Did I try
- 19:48Speaker 4: to reach back to him?
- 19:49Speaker 5: You tried to smooth it over.
- 19:51Speaker 3: Right, and it didn't work. I know Crowder once, my
- 19:56Speaker 3: radio partner Crowder, I know he DM'd Dan once after
- 19:59Speaker 3: hearing Dan just constantly rip on him on seven. I
- 20:04Speaker 3: know Crowder was like, if you want to talk about
- 20:06Speaker 3: this in person, how about we get together sometime soon?
- 20:09Speaker 3: Something along those lines. Yeah. And I think Dan stopped
- 20:11Speaker 3: criticizing him for a while. Trust me. Crowder wasn't fucking around. No,
- 20:18Speaker 3: I know. And neither was Shaq. But you remember you
- 20:23Speaker 3: did a charity event with Alonzo morning and he was
- 20:25Speaker 3: kind of a dick.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Zoe Summergroove, yes. He was very standoffish. That's just the way.
- 20:33Speaker 4: You know, I've had good interactions with Zoe since then.
- 20:36Speaker 4: I remember the one you're talking about. Zoe was just
- 20:39Speaker 4: prickly at times.
- 20:41Speaker 3: He was.
- 20:42Speaker 4: He was very standoffish. And if he was in a
- 20:44Speaker 4: bad mood, he was in a bad mood. And Lord knows,
- 20:47Speaker 4: if I come stumbling across your path and you're in
- 20:50Speaker 4: a bad mood and I'm in all my glory thinking
- 20:53Speaker 4: I'm the shit, it's going to piss you off.
- 20:55Speaker 2: So I'm sorry to Zoe.
- 20:57Speaker 6: Yes.
- 20:58Speaker 3: A couple guys sitting around smoking cigars in Miami. Shaquille O'Neal,
- 21:02Speaker 3: Michael Strahan, Alonzo Mourning. And they all have one thing
- 21:08Speaker 3: in common. Let's go kick the crap out of this
- 21:11Speaker 3: Stugatz guy who's been a thorn in our side for
- 21:14Speaker 3: 20 years. At the time, I would have taken it.
- 21:19Speaker 3: It would have been a big story. That's a front
- 21:24Speaker 3: page story on the Herald right there.
- 21:27Speaker 2: Shaq beats two gods up within an inch of his life.
- 21:32Speaker 3: We cannot celebrate the Heat opener and the NBA opening
- 21:36Speaker 3: season without going back in time. This is funny to me.
- 21:40Speaker 3: We were obviously big proponents of the Miami Heat. They
- 21:44Speaker 3: finally win their first championship in 06. And we carry
- 21:48Speaker 3: the parade live. I got to ride in the parade.
- 21:51Speaker 3: I think you did as well.
- 21:52Speaker 7: Yes.
- 21:53Speaker 3: But we carry the parade live. Now we're back in
- 21:58Speaker 3: the studio when our show starts at 3 o'clock. And
- 22:02Speaker 3: Dan is only fascinated. Instead of celebrating the Heat's first
- 22:06Speaker 3: championship and the parade, he is only fascinated with two
- 22:10Speaker 3: things that happened that day. The congresswoman calling Dwayne Wade,
- 22:15Speaker 3: Wade Jones. It was great. And Mickey Harrison telling the
- 22:19Speaker 3: crowd to stay white instead of stay white hot, which
- 22:23Speaker 3: was their theme for the entire postseason. And this was
- 22:27Speaker 3: a small clip of what transpired on the show that afternoon.
- 22:31Speaker 8: Who would you have wanted to be less today? The
- 22:35Speaker 8: city councilwoman or Mickey Arison, owner of the Heat, speaking
- 22:40Speaker 8: to the single most diverse city in America and saying
- 22:46Speaker 8: the following.
- 22:47Speaker 5: Stay white.
- 22:48Speaker 1: That's it, period.
- 22:51Speaker 2: Stay white.
- 22:53Speaker 3: So those are your two choices today.
- 22:54Speaker 2: All right.
- 22:55Speaker 8: Who said the two most profoundly embarrassing syllables? Was it
- 23:01Speaker 8: the city councilwoman?
- 23:03Speaker 3: He's come. Collect it.
- 23:06Speaker 10: Has a will to win because his name, of course,
- 23:11Speaker 10: is Wade Jones. Just the silence afterward is so perfect.
- 23:22Speaker 2: You can hear everyone looking around like, what, huh?
- 23:26Speaker 3: And then, of course.
- 23:28Speaker 8: funny man speaking to a whole lot of black folk
- 23:33Speaker 8: and saying.
- 23:34Speaker 10: Come on just just fire it up a couple of
- 23:54Speaker 10: times just do it a couple more times.
- 23:57Speaker 3: I couldn't believe I remember in the studio thinking, hey,
- 24:01Speaker 3: aren't people listening to us today because they want to
- 24:03Speaker 3: celebrate the Miami Heat. It's their parade. It's their first championship.
- 24:07Speaker 3: And Dan's just making fun of the parade. Yes, this
- 24:10Speaker 3: was two years into the show. And I still wasn't
- 24:13Speaker 3: at the point where I felt completely comfortable doing what
- 24:17Speaker 3: we were doing.
- 24:18Speaker 7: Right.
- 24:18Speaker 4: We're doing sports radio, and you feel like we should
- 24:21Speaker 4: be doing the sports radio thing, which is celebrate the
- 24:24Speaker 4: Heats championship.
- 24:25Speaker 3: Leading the celebration. Yes. Like, leading it.
- 24:27Speaker 2: But now, Orm, with hindsight, we know that Dan made
- 24:30Speaker 2: the right call.
- 24:30Speaker 3: I mean, we did. 100%. Yes. 100%. Right. And then,
- 24:36Speaker 3: of course, we took some calls that afternoon. Here is
- 24:39Speaker 3: one of them.
- 24:41Speaker 2: Will, you're on 790 The Ticket.
- 24:44Speaker 9: Gentlemen, I'm a Nicaraguan that's going to stay white this
- 24:47Speaker 9: summer for Wade Jones.
- 24:51Speaker 3: Right, you'd do that for Wade Jones. Yes, you would. Anyway,
- 24:56Speaker 3: are you guys excited for the heat season? I happen
- 24:58Speaker 3: to think this is going to be a breakout season,
- 25:01Speaker 3: like something that some people are sleeping on. I don't
- 25:04Speaker 3: know that there's a team in the East that is
- 25:07Speaker 3: much better than the heat. I do not believe the
- 25:10Speaker 3: Knicks are that much better than the Heat. I'm not
- 25:13Speaker 3: certain there's a team in the East that's head and
- 25:15Speaker 3: shoulders above the Heat talent-wise. Again, did you watch the
- 25:18Speaker 3: Sixers last night? That's a long season. That's a long season.
- 25:24Speaker 5: Hawk, I love Hawkman, Crowder, and Solana. My least favorite
- 25:30Speaker 5: part of the show is heat talk. It's heat talk
- 25:34Speaker 5: where it's Solana, and you guys are guessing the over-unders
- 25:37Speaker 5: for the win totals this year, and you guys are guessing, oh,
- 25:41Speaker 5: the win total is 43.5, and Solana, oh, that's so disrespectful.
- 25:45Speaker 5: I've got them winning 45 games.
- 25:48Speaker 3: Slightly less disrespectful. So you don't think the Heat are
- 25:54Speaker 3: anything special? The Heat have the single best player in
- 25:56Speaker 3: the Eastern Conference. Name a better player in the Eastern
- 25:59Speaker 3: Conference than Giannis.
- 26:00Speaker 4: I can name one on the Knicks, Jalen Brunson. I
- 26:02Speaker 4: can name five on the Sixers.
- 26:04Speaker 5: Stop it.
- 26:06Speaker 3: You're telling me that if you were going to pick
- 26:09Speaker 3: players off any team in the East, you'd take Jalen
- 26:12Speaker 3: Brunson over Giannis?
- 26:14Speaker 7: Yes.
- 26:15Speaker 3: No, you wouldn't.
- 26:16Speaker 5: I would take Jalen Brunson, but I could get behind
- 26:18Speaker 5: you on the honest talk where you guys start to
- 26:20Speaker 5: lose me and where the Miami Heat fan base always
- 26:22Speaker 5: loses me is, oh, now we have to watch out
- 26:25Speaker 5: for Pell Larson. Pell Larson all of a sudden is
- 26:27Speaker 5: going to take this monster leap into stardom?
- 26:30Speaker 3: Well, that I'm not with. That's a very Solana-centric take.
- 26:35Speaker 3: I do not take ownership of that. I hit, by
- 26:38Speaker 3: the way, so our show was on at 2 o'clock yesterday.
- 26:41Speaker 3: 3 o'clock, there's a Celtics-Pistons game. So I put in
- 26:44Speaker 3: a parlay yesterday during the game.
- 26:46Speaker 6: Yes.
- 26:47Speaker 3: Duncan Robinson over two and a half made threes. He
- 26:50Speaker 3: had five. I had was the other the other. Oh,
- 26:56Speaker 3: Paul George over 10 points. He had a great crushed it.
- 26:58Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 26:58Speaker 3: Final and the final leg of the parlay was Peyton
- 27:01Speaker 3: Pritchard under two and a half made threes. And he
- 27:05Speaker 3: had a chance with six seconds left. They drew up
- 27:07Speaker 3: a play for him to hit a three. He was
- 27:09Speaker 3: sitting on two. Did not make it. I hit a
- 27:12Speaker 3: big parlay during the show yesterday. I'll just let you
- 27:16Speaker 3: know because we want to wrap things up here. I
- 27:18Speaker 3: have a parlay working for tonight, opening night for the
- 27:21Speaker 3: rest of the league. I've got Matas Bouzelis over 12.5
- 27:25Speaker 3: points for the Bulls. Caleb Wilson over 14.5 points for
- 27:29Speaker 3: the Bulls. Tyler Hero, over 22.5 for the Bucs. Look
- 27:35Speaker 3: at you. And Giannis, over 28.5 for the Heaters. Wow, special.
- 27:40Speaker 5: Hawk, those are great picks, but I'm still holding on
- 27:42Speaker 5: to my two most improved players for this season that
- 27:46Speaker 5: you gave us.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Had he not thrown that pick, I think that.
- 27:50Speaker 2: He had a shot. That was his chance.
- 27:53Speaker 4: Speaking of parlays, I just want to read you guys something,
- 27:55Speaker 4: a college football parlay, because I think we.
- 27:58Speaker 2: Love the losing more than we love the winning.
- 28:01Speaker 3: Okay. You're going to love this.
- 28:03Speaker 4: I had a three-team parlay on Saturday.
- 28:06Speaker 2: I had UCLA minus one and a half.
- 28:08Speaker 3: Check.
- 28:10Speaker 2: I had Kentucky on the money line.
- 28:12Speaker 3: Okay.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Check.
- 28:14Speaker 3: All right.
- 28:15Speaker 2: And I had Florida State on the money line. It
- 28:18Speaker 2: would have paid me.
- 28:21Speaker 7: Over $ 7, 000.
- 28:21Speaker 3: You're the rare South Florida fan. South Florida resident who's
- 28:31Speaker 3: watching those two Hail Marys and yelling out.
- 28:34Speaker 2: This is bullshit. Just me and Gino Toretta.
- 28:42Speaker 3: Oh, I was doing nuts on those plays.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Gino was on with us. He thought that Florida State
- 28:46Speaker 2: got robbed.
- 28:47Speaker 6: I mean.
- 28:48Speaker 3: Gino texted me something of that similar nature.
- 28:53Speaker 6: Yes.
- 28:54Speaker 3: But that hold was absolutely a hold.
- 28:56Speaker 7: Yes.
- 28:56Speaker 3: If you showed that video to a thousand referees, one
- 28:59Speaker 3: thousand out of a thousand would have called it a hold.
- 29:02Speaker 6: Right.
- 29:02Speaker 3: And there is no video to this moment. showing a
- 29:06Speaker 3: florida state receiver possessing that ball in the end.
- 29:10Speaker 4: Zone yes but when you have a chance to uh
- 29:12Speaker 4: to win over seven thousand dollars you'll find a hole
- 29:15Speaker 4: then you will find the florida state receiver who is
- 29:19Speaker 4: clutching onto that football you will.
- 29:21Speaker 3: By the way um it's cameo season again because it'll
- 29:24Speaker 3: be holiday season and we have to do a cameo
- 29:28Speaker 3: i forgot to tell you but somebody uh When I
- 29:31Speaker 3: saw the subject line come in for the cameo, it said,
- 29:33Speaker 3: I've lost the worst bet ever. And obviously, it's the
- 29:37Speaker 3: worst bet because he has to pay for a cameo
- 29:39Speaker 3: with me. and Stugatz. You and I have to get together.
- 29:42Speaker 3: If you want a cameo with me and Stugatz for
- 29:44Speaker 3: the holiday season, I mean, what better when the family
- 29:47Speaker 3: comes around for Thanksgiving? In fact, we can be your
- 29:50Speaker 3: video invitation for your Thanksgiving get-together. That's a good idea.
- 29:53Speaker 3: Go ahead, finish that. I'm sorry. Go to Cameo, look
- 29:59Speaker 3: for Mark Hockman, and you can get a Cameo with
- 30:02Speaker 3: me and Stugatz.
- 30:03Speaker 4: And they should be putting up the big Christmas tree
- 30:05Speaker 4: for me and you right in the heart of Boca
- 30:07Speaker 4: where all the Jews live.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Yeah, that's our hangout, man. If you want to see
- 30:11Speaker 3: me and Stugatz during the holiday season, just walk past
- 30:14Speaker 3: the big Christmas tree at Meisner Park. We'll be standing
- 30:17Speaker 3: there drinking coffee. Say shalom. And I was up in Tampa.
- 30:27Speaker 3: My son has a brand new T-shirt out for the
- 30:30Speaker 3: Giannis era. It is Dos Minutos, but written in Greek. Wow.
- 30:35Speaker 3: And I love it.
- 30:36Speaker 6: Wow.
- 30:36Speaker 3: So you can go to horsemuffins.com. It's maybe the most
- 30:40Speaker 3: clever thing that he's created. It is Dos Minutos in
- 30:46Speaker 3: Greek letters.
- 30:47Speaker 6: Love it.
- 30:47Speaker 3: I'm going to show it. But it's Dos Minutos in English, Spanish,
- 30:51Speaker 3: and Greek. That's at horsemuffins.com. There's a whole bunch of
- 30:55Speaker 3: With Stugatz and Hockman stuff up there as well. And
- 30:59Speaker 3: he appreciates the support he's already gotten from all the
- 31:01Speaker 3: listeners to this podcast and appreciates the future support that
- 31:06Speaker 3: he certainly will get. If you want to hear anything
- 31:09Speaker 3: on the pod, just DM me. RadioMarkHockman.com. on Instagram. My
- 31:14Speaker 3: son's website is horse muffins.com. You want to do nicknames
- 31:18Speaker 3: or you got to get out of here? No, we
- 31:19Speaker 3: could do it. Do three. Let's do it. We have
- 31:21Speaker 3: to finish the show the way we finish the show.
- 31:23Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 31:24Speaker 3: NBA related guys. You want to kill me? Are you
- 31:32Speaker 3: guys thinking that the Knicks have a chance to repeat?
- 31:35Speaker 5: I think they have just as good a chance to
- 31:37Speaker 5: win the East as anybody.
- 31:38Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 31:38Speaker 3: I mean, if they do, they do. If they don't,
- 31:40Speaker 3: they don't. We won. We have a banner. You're feeling
- 31:45Speaker 3: that way on October 21st.
- 31:46Speaker 4: No, I got to tell you, I felt that way
- 31:48Speaker 4: going into the game last night, and then I found
- 31:50Speaker 4: myself outraged that we couldn't guard LeBron James.
- 31:52Speaker 3: He's 41. I mean, Jesus Christ. He is amazing, man.
- 31:56Speaker 3: It is amazing to watch him out there at this age. Yes.
- 32:01Speaker 3: Chris Anderson. Mervin. That's right. Former Heater. Stacey Augman. Plastic Man. Wow.
- 32:12Speaker 3: What a great call by you. Did you know that, Taylor?
- 32:15Speaker 5: I've never even heard that name before.
- 32:17Speaker 3: What?
- 32:17Speaker 6: Wow.
- 32:18Speaker 2: Stacey Augman?
- 32:20Speaker 5: When did he play?
- 32:21Speaker 2: He's on one of the best college basketball teams of
- 32:23Speaker 2: all time.
- 32:24Speaker 3: That is such a great call. Plastic Man.
- 32:26Speaker 5: Yes.
- 32:31Speaker 4: I marvel at how surprised you get that i know
- 32:33Speaker 4: these still it's amazing.
- 32:34Speaker 3: It's like certain things like a lot of people would
- 32:37Speaker 3: be like hmm stacy hogman stacy i mean he was
- 32:41Speaker 3: but you just blurt out plastic he.
- 32:43Speaker 2: Was long he was lanky plastic.
- 32:44Speaker 3: Man wow i hate to do this to you brian
- 32:49Speaker 3: cardinal the custodian holy shit.
- 32:58Speaker 9: Holy shit.
- 33:03Speaker 3: You are in mid-season NBA form.
- 33:06Speaker 6: Really?
- 33:06Speaker 5: It's in one night.
- 33:10Speaker 3: That's insane. That's my wheelhouse, man. Taylor, are you familiar
- 33:14Speaker 3: with Brian Cardinal or Stacey Augman?
- 33:17Speaker 5: Stacey Augman, no. I just looked him up. I wouldn't
- 33:20Speaker 5: know a guy from UNLV from the late 80s. Brian Cardinal,
- 33:23Speaker 5: I know.
- 33:24Speaker 3: Okay. Because?
- 33:25Speaker 7: How?
- 33:25Speaker 6: How?
- 33:27Speaker 5: Just more recent, I guess.
- 33:28Speaker 3: Okay. That was impressive. That was an impressive showing by
- 33:32Speaker 3: Stu Gostner. I want to give you just a couple
- 33:36Speaker 3: others just to see if you can nail them. Give
- 33:38Speaker 3: me one more just to see. He check. But I'm good.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Just so we're clear, I'm good. I got my three.
- 33:44Speaker 6: I'm good.
- 33:44Speaker 3: Oh, you got your three. You're moving on to the
- 33:47Speaker 3: next round. This is interesting. I didn't even know this.
- 33:55Speaker 3: James Fredette. Jimmer. Yeah, I didn't know that his nickname
- 34:01Speaker 3: was Jimmer. I just thought his name, and I would
- 34:03Speaker 3: have guessed his name was Jim, not James.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Yes, same here. That's a great question.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Daniel Gibson. Bubby. That's right. I am five for five,
- 34:18Speaker 3: my man. You are knocking them down. No chance you
- 34:21Speaker 3: know Rudy Gobert. Man. I'm just learning, looking at it.
- 34:33Speaker 3: I'm just learning, and it makes sense. I've never heard
- 34:36Speaker 3: him referred to as either of these.
- 34:38Speaker 5: It has to be French, and the fact that he's tall,
- 34:39Speaker 5: I'm just going to guess the Eiffel Tower.
- 34:42Speaker 3: The Stifle Tower. Stifle Tower, yes. That's great, but it
- 34:47Speaker 3: was great rationale by you. Also, the French Rejection. Yes.
- 34:55Speaker 2: Stifle Tower is as good as it gets, man.
- 34:57Speaker 3: It's perfect. That's a great nickname, the Stifle Tower. Isaiah Hartenstein,
- 35:04Speaker 3: did you know that he had a nickname? Taylor does.
- 35:07Speaker 5: I heart.
- 35:08Speaker 6: Mm-hmm.
- 35:09Speaker 3: No.
- 35:10Speaker 6: What?
- 35:11Speaker 5: That's what I call him.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Not what it's listed.
- 35:12Speaker 6: Hmm.
- 35:14Speaker 3: Hartenstein's monster. No, nobody calls him that. Like Frankenstein's monster.
- 35:19Speaker 3: Hartenstein's monster.
- 35:20Speaker 2: That's too long.
- 35:21Speaker 3: I mean, a nickname needs to be shorter. All right. Well,
- 35:26Speaker 3: there you go. We got to go. Good luck to
- 35:28Speaker 3: the Miami Heat this season. I think they are going
- 35:30Speaker 3: to roll through the East and roll over your Knicks,
- 35:33Speaker 3: who are going to be lucky to be a sixth seed.
- 35:38Speaker 3: You want to hear something, by the way? On this podcast,
- 35:41Speaker 3: Radio Mark Hockman on Instagram. If you want to get
- 35:44Speaker 3: cool merch from the show, it's horsemuffins.com. And if you
- 35:47Speaker 3: want to get a cameo from me and Stu Gatz,
- 35:50Speaker 3: go to cameo and search up Hockman, H-O-C-H-M-A-N. Me and
- 35:57Speaker 3: the Stifle Tower will return with another episode at some point.
- 36:01Speaker 3: That would be a really good nickname for a Frenchman.
- 36:06Speaker 1: With Stu Gatz and Hockman.
