- 0:07Speaker 1: listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now one
- 0:09Speaker 1: and only. Uh huh. Steve Harby Man got a radio show?
- 0:14Speaker 1: Mm heah, I do. Man. God been so good to
- 0:19Speaker 1: me over the years, in spite of all the mistakes
- 0:22Speaker 1: I've made, in spite of all the dirt I've done
- 0:26Speaker 1: to myself. I'm talking about went in knowing I was wrong.
- 0:32Speaker 1: His grace and mercy has forgiven me for all of
- 0:35Speaker 1: my sins. God can forgive you of all of your sins,
- 0:42Speaker 1: everything you've done. God can forgive you. He can wipe
- 0:47Speaker 1: your slate clean. Now might you might have some you know,
- 0:51Speaker 1: things you got to deal with because of some of
- 0:53Speaker 1: your actions. Understand that, But you can wipe your slates.
- 0:57Speaker 1: You can wipe your slate clean with God and start again.
- 1:00Speaker 1: You can repent. God has mercy and grace. You could
- 1:04Speaker 1: be forgiven by God. Now people, that's another story. Some
- 1:08Speaker 1: people may never forgive you for you've heard them, or
- 1:11Speaker 1: or maybe they accusing you of doing something else. But
- 1:14Speaker 1: you know they may never forgive you. But God, God
- 1:17Speaker 1: is in the redemption. Business man, God will forgive you
- 1:21Speaker 1: for every sin you've ever committed. But you gotta want
- 1:25Speaker 1: forgiveness now, and then you got to come correct because
- 1:28Speaker 1: what you can't do is you can't shoot him the crap. Now,
- 1:32Speaker 1: you can say that conversation with him, you know, whatever
- 1:35Speaker 1: you told your lawyer, whatever you told the victims, whatever
- 1:41Speaker 1: you told whatever the story is you got going, if
- 1:44Speaker 1: it ain't the truth, you can say that with God,
- 1:47Speaker 1: because please know, he know, and he know your heart.
- 1:50Speaker 1: He know if you're trying to manipulate somebody just for
- 1:54Speaker 1: the system, if you're trying to say this just so
- 1:56Speaker 1: you can get out, He know all of that. So
- 1:58Speaker 1: if you're planning on shucking him and jiving him, save
- 2:01Speaker 1: your breath before you wind up digging yourself in a
- 2:04Speaker 1: deeper hole. Just let me give you that piece of advice.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Because he ain't nothing to play with. He's too great
- 2:10Speaker 1: to be played with. And so with that in mind,
- 2:13Speaker 1: I want to share some positive stuff with you this morning. Man.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I want to say this. I want to remind you
- 2:18Speaker 1: not to let your circumstance and your situations dictate your
- 2:24Speaker 1: future or your results. I'm gonna say this again. This
- 2:28Speaker 1: is important information. Man. Don't let your circumstance and situations
- 2:35Speaker 1: dictate your future or your results. Do you know that
- 2:40Speaker 1: in order to get a different future or some different results,
- 2:45Speaker 1: you control that entire situation. It is you, It is
- 2:49Speaker 1: your thoughts that control the entire situation. It is how
- 2:53Speaker 1: you look at the situation that will determine how the
- 2:56Speaker 1: situation is for you. See, the same same situation can
- 3:01Speaker 1: be totally different for two different people, because you can
- 3:04Speaker 1: say you look at the examples of history, just just
- 3:06Speaker 1: look look in your neighborhood. How can There was a
- 3:09Speaker 1: book that a guy wrote one time who had the name.
- 3:12Speaker 1: He had a name, and he did some research and
- 3:15Speaker 1: he found a god that grew up at the same
- 3:18Speaker 1: age in the same neighborhood as him, with the exact
- 3:22Speaker 1: same name. He went on to become a corporate CEO.
- 3:26Speaker 1: The other man was an inmate, and they had the
- 3:32Speaker 1: same name, grew up in the same neighborhood. They were
- 3:37Speaker 1: both brothers, you know not I'm just saying brothers men,
- 3:41Speaker 1: And they grew and they went to differ. Because how
- 3:44Speaker 1: can two different two people the same situation and the
- 3:48Speaker 1: results turn out so different. It is because of the
- 3:50Speaker 1: thought process of one was completely different from the thought
- 3:54Speaker 1: process of the other. You control it. You don't have
- 3:57Speaker 1: to let your circumstances and your situations dictate your future
- 4:01Speaker 1: or your results. Here's the way it works. This is
- 4:05Speaker 1: so you can understand this. Your mind is the controlling
- 4:09Speaker 1: factor of your thoughts. Your thoughts are the controlling factor
- 4:15Speaker 1: of your outcome. The Bible says a man is as
- 4:19Speaker 1: he thinketh. Please don't short play this scripture here, because
- 4:23Speaker 1: this one is the real deal. This is the basis
- 4:27Speaker 1: of every self improvement book you'll ever read. It's already
- 4:32Speaker 1: written in the Bible. The Bible has all the information
- 4:35Speaker 1: you need. But in case you need a little bit
- 4:37Speaker 1: of clarity in some simple modern day language, then they
- 4:40Speaker 1: have self improvement books. They are all based on Biblical scripture.
- 4:44Speaker 1: A man is as he thinketh. That's why Norman Vincent
- 4:48Speaker 1: Peelee wrote the book The Power of Positive Thinking. That's
- 4:52Speaker 1: why a book came out called The Magic of Thinking Big.
- 4:55Speaker 1: That's why a book came out called Think and Grow
- 4:58Speaker 1: Rich by Napoleon. He All these titles that I've read
- 5:03Speaker 1: that have mattered in my life the most, These three
- 5:06Speaker 1: major books that I've read, they all say one thing.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Think thinking thoughts, because that's what controls the outcome. Your
- 5:14Speaker 1: brain works one of two ways it works positive or negative.
- 5:24Speaker 1: It works good, which is under the column of positive,
- 5:28Speaker 1: or to work evil, which is under the column of negative.
- 5:31Speaker 1: It will have faith, which is under the column of positive,
- 5:36Speaker 1: or you will operate in fear, which is in the
- 5:39Speaker 1: column of negative. That is the only way your mind works.
- 5:43Speaker 1: Your mind is a factory that's comprised of workers. Those
- 5:49Speaker 1: workers are controlled by two foremans, forming positive and forming negative.
- 5:55Speaker 1: But guess what the CEO of the company, the headman,
- 5:59Speaker 1: the boss is you. You come to work in the
- 6:03Speaker 1: morning and you say, man, today is a great day.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I'm going to take steps towards brightening my future. I'm
- 6:11Speaker 1: going to take another step into making that dream come
- 6:15Speaker 1: true that I've been thinking about. I'm gonna take another
- 6:18Speaker 1: step forward in the development and the changing of my
- 6:21Speaker 1: life in a positive, good direction. If you come to
- 6:24Speaker 1: work and say that every day as the CEO the boss,
- 6:28Speaker 1: the foremans can only obey you, so that what you
- 6:32Speaker 1: just said was a series of positive statements then forming
- 6:36Speaker 1: positive steps to the forefront. He said, I got your
- 6:39Speaker 1: boss right away. He turns around, he blows the whistle shh.
- 6:43Speaker 1: He alerts all the workers in the factory. Today is
- 6:46Speaker 1: a good day. Today, we will take steps towards our future.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Today we are putting ourselves on track to get a
- 6:53Speaker 1: little bit closer to making our dreams come true. Today
- 6:56Speaker 1: we will be assembling all the things we need to
- 7:00Speaker 1: make our dreams come true in our life better in
- 7:02Speaker 1: the right direction. Everybody break. The workers in the factory
- 7:06Speaker 1: turn around and manufacture thoughts to justify the orders given
- 7:13Speaker 1: by the boss, which is you. You are the CEO
- 7:17Speaker 1: of your corporation. If you don't own nothing else, you
- 7:21Speaker 1: own everything that's going on between your two ears. You
- 7:24Speaker 1: are the CEO of that corporation. If that corporation is
- 7:28Speaker 1: a good one, it's because you set it up that way.
- 7:31Speaker 1: If your corporation is a bad one, it's because you
- 7:34Speaker 1: set it up that day. If you try, and if
- 7:36Speaker 1: you pushing towards your dreams and you see the possibility
- 7:39Speaker 1: of things happening in your life, is because you, as
- 7:42Speaker 1: the CEO, set it up that way. If you ain't
- 7:44Speaker 1: got nothing popping, if you just want to be a
- 7:46Speaker 1: criminal taking stuff from people, throwing your life out the window,
- 7:49Speaker 1: you're gonna be an inmate. You're gonna be sitting there
- 7:51Speaker 1: there and you're gonna be mad at everybody. You' got
- 7:53Speaker 1: nobody be mad at. But you you understand what I'm
- 7:56Speaker 1: telling you this morning. Uh huh, It's Steve Harvey Morning Show.
