Mega Edition: Ghislaine Maxwell Was A Risk To Flee The Country According To The Court (10/4/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

• 0:00
Speaker 1: So the bail package that we expected Ghislaine Maxwell to
• 0:06
Speaker 1: present to the court has been presented. Now it looks
• 0:11
Speaker 1: like $ 28. 5 million is the final number of the package.
• 0:18
Speaker 1: And we know that her husband, Scott Borgerson, is on
• 0:25
Speaker 1: the line for most of this money. Now, we went
• 0:29
Speaker 1: into depth about this topic a couple of days ago
• 0:33
Speaker 1: when it was first revealed that she was going after Bell, right?
• 0:39
Speaker 1: But you all know that I am a stickler for context.
• 0:42
Speaker 1: So we're going to dig into this article from ABC
• 0:45
Speaker 1: News and James Hill and add a couple of pieces
• 0:52
Speaker 1: that were missing from the original reporting. There's also... a very,
• 1:00
Speaker 1: very familiar pattern with this request for bail. And it
• 1:05
Speaker 1: follows the same exact scenario that Jeffrey Epstein attempted to
• 1:16
Speaker 1: put into play to catch bail for himself. Remember the
• 1:19
Speaker 1: letter that was put into action on his behalf by
• 1:23
Speaker 1: Glenn and Eva Dubin, a bunch of other people? The
• 1:28
Speaker 1: same has occurred here, and Borgerson and others are gushing
• 1:33
Speaker 1: about how great of a person Ghislaine Maxwell is. As
• 1:39
Speaker 1: if her personal relationships with Scott Borgerson or any of
• 1:44
Speaker 1: her so-called friends is going to be the thing that
• 1:48
Speaker 1: moves the lever and makes people say, ah, you know what,
• 1:51
Speaker 1: maybe we've been wrong this whole time. Maybe we have
• 1:54
Speaker 1: just been wrong this whole entire time. And Ghislaine Maxwell is,
• 1:57
Speaker 1: you know, she's really a good person. Listen to what
• 1:59
Speaker 1: Scott Borgeson has to say. And her kids, you know,
• 2:02
Speaker 1: her stepkids, they miss her. So she has to be
• 2:04
Speaker 1: a good person, right? That's what they're attempting to do.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: And they're trying to refurbish Ghislaine Maxwell and her reputation
• 2:18
Speaker 1: via this letter. What they'll say is, Oh, the media
• 2:23
Speaker 1: has it all misconstrued. It's the media's fault. The media
• 2:27
Speaker 1: is unfairly persecuting her. And while the media does do
• 2:32
Speaker 1: that a lot, I will admit to that. In this case,
• 2:36
Speaker 1: it's not like we're following this case as it's occurring, right?
• 2:41
Speaker 1: There are years and years and years and investigation after
• 2:45
Speaker 1: investigation that was killed into these people. So there is
• 2:51
Speaker 1: a bunch of circumstantial evidence. This is a lot more
• 2:58
Speaker 1: than just he said, she said. And if it was
• 3:00
Speaker 1: just a he said, she said type of situation, I
• 3:03
Speaker 1: certainly wouldn't be spending this amount of time on this story.
• 3:09
Speaker 1: This goes way deeper than that. There are so many
• 3:12
Speaker 1: levels to this. And Ghislaine Maxwell is facing a mountain
• 3:18
  Speaker 1: of evidence.
• 3:20
Speaker 1: Circumstantial and otherwise and we're not just talking about witness
• 3:25
Speaker 1: statements here there are going to be actual girls who
• 3:29
Speaker 1: are now women who were allegedly abused by Ghislaine Maxwell
• 3:33
Speaker 1: who take that stand and stare out across at her
• 3:39
Speaker 1: and the jurors and they're going to lay it all
• 3:42
Speaker 1: on the line and they're going to lay it all
• 3:44
Speaker 1: out about Maxwell's behavior about what Maxwell was doing While
• 3:50
Speaker 1: she was with Jeffrey Epstein. And then all of the
• 3:55
Speaker 1: letters and all of the gush pieces that you can
• 4:00
Speaker 1: wrangle your friends into writing for you aren't going to
• 4:04
Speaker 1: be enough to save the day. I don't care what
• 4:08
Speaker 1: sort of statements your friends are writing about you. Let's
• 4:11
Speaker 1: see what the impact statements from the survivors have to
• 4:14
Speaker 1: say about you. Of course your friends are going to
• 4:17
Speaker 1: carry water for you. Of course your friends are going
• 4:19
Speaker 1: to say, oh, she could have never done that. That's
• 4:22
Speaker 1: not the Ghislaine Maxwell we know. But in reality, how
• 4:28
Speaker 1: many people really know everyone they come into contact with
• 4:34
Speaker 1: or people that they call their friends? A lot of
• 4:37
Speaker 1: people have multiple faces, folks, and they can fake the
• 4:41
Speaker 1: funk real well. A lot of chameleons out there. Not
• 4:44
Speaker 1: everybody is what they seem. And especially when we're talking
• 4:51
Speaker 1: about people like Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein, and those that
• 4:54
Speaker 1: roll with them. They have one face, right? The face
• 4:57
Speaker 1: that they wear when they're in public and they're trying to,
• 5:02
Speaker 1: you know, buffer their reputations. And then there's the other face.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: When they think all the lights are down and nobody's
• 5:11
Speaker 1: paying attention. That's their true face. The true face that
• 5:15
Speaker 1: is revealed today. When they abuse these survivors. When they
• 5:19
Speaker 1: engage in their epic money laundering scams. That's who these
• 5:26
Speaker 1: people truly are. The face that they put on at
• 5:29
Speaker 1: their social gatherings and all the rest. That's their false face.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: And Ghislaine Maxwell. While she might have pulled the wool
• 5:43
Speaker 1: over the eyes of some of her quote-unquote friends. The
• 5:47
Speaker 1: rest of us are on to her. And the rest
• 5:49
Speaker 1: of us understand what sort of bipedal serpent is within
• 5:53
Speaker 1: our midst. Alright, so our article is from ABC News. Headline,
• 6:00
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell described as deeply committed to family in effort
• 6:04
Speaker 1: to be released on bail. This article was authored by
• 6:09
  Speaker 1: James Hill.
• 6:10
  Speaker 2: And Mr.
• 6:11
Speaker 1: Hill authored the other article that we read when this
• 6:13
Speaker 1: was first talked about. So I figured for continuity purposes
• 6:18
Speaker 1: and considering how in-depth Mr. Hill gets with this topic,
• 6:22
Speaker 1: I figured we'd use this article to continue to build
• 6:25
Speaker 1: context about this subject. And if you're not familiar with
• 6:30
Speaker 1: James Hill's work, you should check it out. He's one
• 6:33
Speaker 1: of the few in the legacy media that has done
• 6:36
Speaker 1: a fantastic job with this case. He obviously has integrity.
• 6:40
Speaker 1: He obviously has a backbone. And even though I think
• 6:45
Speaker 1: ABC in general is a joke of an operation, that
• 6:48
Speaker 1: doesn't mean that I believe all of the people that
• 6:51
Speaker 1: work for them don't know what they're doing, right? My
• 6:54
Speaker 1: problem with these legacy media outlets is basically in the
• 6:58
Speaker 1: editorial room. That's where the real problem is. So there
• 7:06
Speaker 1: are some good writers out there still, right? There are
• 7:08
Speaker 1: some members of the legacy media that are you know,
• 7:12
Speaker 1: good at what they do. But it's far and few
• 7:15
Speaker 1: between these days. I wake up in the morning and
• 7:19
Speaker 1: where it used to be, I would check, you know,
• 7:21
Speaker 1: the Washington Post, New York Times, all of the big hitters.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: I don't even really bother with those outlets anymore, folks.
• 7:29
Speaker 1: I get up and, you know, I check a lot
• 7:31
Speaker 1: of independent journalists work. I'll check some independent content creators work.
• 7:35
Speaker 1: And of course, I'll do a cursory glance through the
• 7:38
Speaker 1: legacy media to see what sort of gaslighting is occurring. But,
• 7:42
Speaker 1: I don't understand how anyone could look at the legacy
• 7:47
Speaker 1: media at this point and say, oh, yeah, these guys
• 7:49
Speaker 1: are the arbiter of truth. They definitely have my best
• 7:52
Speaker 1: interest in mind. They really want to get to the
• 7:55
Speaker 1: truth of the matter and they want to cut out
• 7:57
Speaker 1: all the BS and they would just want to tell
• 7:59
Speaker 1: us the facts. How can anyone look at the legacy
• 8:02
Speaker 1: media at this point in that regard? When you have
• 8:07
Speaker 1: people like Glenn Greenwald being purged from the legacy media
• 8:11
Speaker 1: because he won't get into lockstep with them. Folks, we
• 8:14
Speaker 1: got a big time problem. But there are still good
• 8:21
Speaker 1: writers and good reporters that are working inside the monster
• 8:27
Speaker 1: of the legacy media. And James Hill is certainly one
• 8:30
Speaker 1: of them. So if you haven't checked out all of
• 8:32
Speaker 1: his work in regards to this story, you definitely should.
• 8:35
Speaker 1: He also treated Maria very fairly. So definitely check out
• 8:39
Speaker 1: his work. If you're not familiar with it, I'm sure
• 8:42
Speaker 1: most of you are. But make sure you, you know,
• 8:44
Speaker 1: give him a like on Twitter or follow or whatever
• 8:48
Speaker 1: the hell you guys do. All right, so on to
• 8:52
Speaker 1: the article. The husband of Ghislaine Maxwell and more than
• 8:56
Speaker 1: a dozen of her family members and friends... have submitted
• 8:59
Speaker 1: letters to a federal court in support of an effort
• 9:03
Speaker 1: to obtain pretrial release for the accused co-conspirator, fellow child abuser,
• 9:09
Speaker 1: general all-around scuzzbag and bipedal serpent, of the late sex offender, pedophile,
• 9:14
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, according to court documents made public on Monday.
• 9:19
Speaker 1: And look, don't get it twisted, right? You expect someone's
• 9:23
Speaker 1: husband to try and come to their defense, write a letter,
• 9:28
Speaker 1: Whatever it is. But this is a whole new level
• 9:32
Speaker 1: of scumbaggery, right? This dude left his wife, left his
• 9:36
Speaker 1: kids for Ghislaine Maxwell. Everybody knew what Ghislaine Maxwell was.
• 9:41
Speaker 1: Wasn't like him and Maxwell have been married for 40
• 9:43
Speaker 1: years and she just had the curtains pulled over his
• 9:46
Speaker 1: eyes and he was so in love with her he
• 9:48
Speaker 1: had no idea what she was. No, that didn't happen. Borgerson,
• 9:53
Speaker 1: your cousin from Boston... Walked into this with eyes wide open.
• 9:59
Speaker 1: Knew exactly. what he was doing, knew exactly the type
• 10:02
Speaker 1: of serpent he was with. And then this jerk off
• 10:07
Speaker 1: has the audacity to write some sort of gushing letter
• 10:10
Speaker 1: about all of the great character attributes that she possesses. Yeah,
• 10:17
Speaker 1: that's going to ring well with the world. I'm sure
• 10:20
Speaker 1: that your letter here, pal, is going to make Judge
• 10:24
Speaker 1: Nathan just drop everything she's doing and give Ghislaine Maxwell bail.
• 10:32
Speaker 1: The letters attest to Maxwell's strong, forthright character. Oh, my Lord. Really? Strong,
• 10:38
Speaker 1: forthright character? What's next? Jeffrey Dahmer and his incredible palate
• 10:45
Speaker 1: at the dinner table? and their confidence that she will
• 10:50
Speaker 1: not flee. Her attorneys wrote in a renewed motion for bail,
• 10:55
Speaker 1: which also includes a proposed bond package totaling $ 28. 5 million,
• 11:01
Speaker 1: secured by three U.S. properties owned by Maxwell and her husband,
• 11:06
Speaker 1: along with other assets of close family and friends. Well,
• 11:09
Speaker 1: that's all fine and well, right? But my question is,
• 11:12
Speaker 1: how do they even have these assets? How did they
• 11:16
Speaker 1: buy these assets? With ill-gotten gains would be my guess.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: So how is it that their assets are not seized?
• 11:26
Speaker 1: I have somebody that I know that's very close to
• 11:28
Speaker 1: me in my life. They were under a federal investigation
• 11:32
Speaker 1: for RICO laws. And not only were they under investigation...
• 11:39
Speaker 1: the bitch-ass feds tapped the phone of that person's kids.
• 11:48
Speaker 1: They also threatened to seize that person's kids home due
• 11:55
Speaker 1: to the crimes of the father because they said that
• 12:00
Speaker 1: the kids received ill-gotten gains from a criminal enterprise. So
• 12:05
Speaker 1: where is that same treatment of these scumbags They shouldn't
• 12:12
Speaker 1: have this kind of money. This money should all be seized.
• 12:15
Speaker 1: If they were drug dealers, it would be seized. What?
• 12:20
Speaker 1: You don't think that they're taking people's houses in South Central?
• 12:24
Speaker 1: You better pay attention to what's going on. Because that's
• 12:27
Speaker 1: what they do. Government seizure of property in RICO cases.
• 12:31
Speaker 1: It's a thing. That's how they roll. They freeze your
• 12:34
Speaker 1: bank accounts. They make it almost impossible for you to
• 12:37
Speaker 1: pay your legal fees even. But Ghislaine Maxwell... And Scott
• 12:40
Speaker 1: Borgerson and this crew of bipedal serpents somehow is still
• 12:46
Speaker 1: not facing that same kind of heat. Ask yourselves why, folks.
• 12:50
Speaker 1: That's the real question here. That's the 500-pound gorilla in
• 12:53
Speaker 1: the room. The court filing reveals for the first time
• 12:59
Speaker 1: that Maxwell, the youngest daughter of the late British publishing
• 13:02
Speaker 1: tycoon Robert Maxwell... has been married since 2016 and was
• 13:07
Speaker 1: living what her attorneys describe as a quiet family life
• 13:11
Speaker 1: with her spouse. Yeah, well, it must be nice. Guess
• 13:13
Speaker 1: who wasn't living a quiet family life? All of these
• 13:19
Speaker 1: survivors that were abused by you and Jeffrey Epstein and
• 13:23
Speaker 1: all of these survivors whose abuse you facilitated. They weren't
• 13:28
Speaker 1: living quiet and cozy lives. They weren't living in million
• 13:34
Speaker 1: dollar New Hampshire getaways they weren't hanging out in chalets
• 13:39
Speaker 1: in Colorado they were busy picking up the pieces of
• 13:42
Speaker 1: a life destroyed by you until Epstein's arrest last year
• 13:48
Speaker 1: ignited a media frenzy that has ripped the family apart
• 13:52
Speaker 1: so it's the arrest of Epstein the media frenzy no
• 13:57
Speaker 1: self responsibility for Ghislaine Maxwell none whatsoever I'm tired of it, okay?
• 14:05
Speaker 1: It's not the media's fault. This is one time it's
• 14:08
Speaker 1: not the media's fault. What, should everybody just stop reporting
• 14:13
Speaker 1: on what's going on because Ghislaine Maxwell's family is being
• 14:17
Speaker 1: torn apart? Well, what about when Casey Anthony was going
• 14:21
Speaker 1: through her trial? There was a million, billion reporters parked
• 14:28
Speaker 1: out in front of her parents' house on a regular basis.
• 14:32
Speaker 1: And guess what? They should have been. There is a
• 14:34
Speaker 1: public interest in this case. You don't want to have
• 14:37
Speaker 1: this kind of publicity? Here's an idea. Don't commit any
• 14:41
Speaker 1: dumbass crimes. Don't get involved in sex trafficking. Don't kill
• 14:44
Speaker 1: your kids. It's not very difficult to be a human
• 14:48
Speaker 1: being that is even halfway productive, all right? Get up
• 14:52
Speaker 1: in the morning, clean your room, brush your teeth, take
• 14:55
Speaker 1: a shower, don't do meth, stay out of sex trafficking rings,
• 14:58
Speaker 1: don't kill your children. Pretty simple, folks. Maxwell's husband, whose
• 15:05
Speaker 1: name is redacted from the public version of the filing,
• 15:08
Speaker 1: wrote that the person described in the federal government's criminal
• 15:11
Speaker 1: charges is not the person we know. Well, yeah, that's
• 15:14
Speaker 1: true because you don't know her. All right. You know
• 15:17
Speaker 1: one face of Ghislaine Maxwell, Scott Borgerson. I'm pretty confident
• 15:21
Speaker 1: when I say that. If you think that she's this loving, doting,
• 15:28
Speaker 1: fantastic person, you truly do not know her. I have
• 15:33
Speaker 1: never witnessed anything close to inappropriate with Ghislaine. Quite the contrary.
• 15:38
Speaker 1: The Ghislaine I know is a wonderful and loving person.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: Her husband wrote in a letter accompanying the motion for bail. Well, yeah, look,
• 15:47
Speaker 1: let's keep it real. Even Ted Bundy had people writing
• 15:50
Speaker 1: to him in prison. Even that sick, weird-looking bastard Richard
• 15:54
Speaker 1: Ramirez had people writing to him in prison. Scott Peterson?
• 15:58
  Speaker 2: Inundated.
• 15:59
Speaker 1: With crazy people writing to him in prison. So my
• 16:03
Speaker 1: point is, there's no shortage of people that can get
• 16:06
Speaker 1: hoodwinked by these sick, charismatic sociopaths like Ghislaine Maxwell. But
• 16:15
Speaker 1: if you think the rest of us are falling into
• 16:17
Speaker 1: that trap, if you think the rest of us are
• 16:20
Speaker 1: going along with your she's a loving and wonderful person narrative,
• 16:24
Speaker 1: my man, you done fell and hit your head. Following
• 16:30
Speaker 1: Epstein's death in August 2019... Prosecutors vowed to hold accountable...
• 16:35
Speaker 1: Anyone who allegedly conspired with him... Or participated... In his
• 16:39
Speaker 1: alleged child sex trafficking crimes... Fair... But guess what? I'm
• 16:45
Speaker 1: not sated... I still have a hunger... My stomach is
• 16:49
Speaker 1: still rumbling... And guess what's on the menu?
• 16:52
  Speaker 2: Justice!
• 16:53
Speaker 1: It's time to arrest the other co-conspirators... And once that happens...
• 16:58
Speaker 1: the prosecution can say, well, look, we're not just going
• 17:01
Speaker 1: after Maxwell. That kills your whole entire narrative of her
• 17:04
Speaker 1: being the fall guy. They need to unseal these other
• 17:07
Speaker 1: indictments and they need to bring in these other co-conspirators.
• 17:12
Speaker 1: Let's expand this case. Let's put the pedal to the
• 17:15
Speaker 1: metal and let's really throw these sons of bitches into chaos.
• 17:21
Speaker 1: Their attention quickly turned to Maxwell, who had previously been
• 17:24
Speaker 1: accused in civil lawsuits of allegedly facilitating Epstein's abuse of
• 17:29
Speaker 1: young women and girls, allegations that she has long denied.
• 17:33
Speaker 1: She was arrested on July 2nd in a surprise early
• 17:36
Speaker 1: morning raid at a secluded property in New Hampshire. Boy,
• 17:40
Speaker 1: I really wish they would have brought the crew from
• 17:42
Speaker 1: cops in on this one, huh? Imagine watching Ghislaine Maxwell
• 17:45
Speaker 1: get arrested on an episode of cops on a Saturday night.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: It would be an event. I'd be ordering wings, I'd
• 17:52
Speaker 1: get some pizza, might even pop a bottle open again.
• 17:57
Speaker 1: Watching this lady get dragged out of that house, boy,
• 18:00
Speaker 1: would have been fantastic entertainment. Too bad we don't have
• 18:06
Speaker 1: that video footage. You know, I would have paid for
• 18:08
  Speaker 1: that on pay-per-view. That's worth a $ 20 bill. Got all
• 18:14
Speaker 1: kinds of footage of Roger Stone getting arrested, however, but
• 18:17
Speaker 1: none of Ghislaine Maxwell. She was arrested, excuse me, past that.
• 18:27
Speaker 1: She has pleaded not guilty to a six count indictment,
• 18:30
Speaker 1: alleging that she conspired with Epstein in a multi-state sex
• 18:34
Speaker 1: trafficking scheme involving three unnamed minor survivors between 1994 and 1997.
• 18:42
Speaker 1: So again, they really reached into their bag of tricks, right?
• 18:46
Speaker 1: For these charges, older charges, but powerful charges. And charges
• 18:53
Speaker 1: that are going to be amplified when Annie and the
• 18:58
Speaker 1: other girls get up there and testify. The fact of
• 19:02
Speaker 1: the matter is Ghislaine Maxwell is not just looking at
• 19:08
Speaker 1: a police investigation where they had to recreate the crime scene.
• 19:11
Speaker 1: There are eyewitnesses in the dozens who are going to
• 19:16
Speaker 1: testify against Ghislaine Maxwell. So all of this wrangling and
• 19:20
Speaker 1: all of this nonsense that's going on right now is
• 19:22
Speaker 1: all fine and well. And it's expected from Ghislaine Maxwell's team,
• 19:30
Speaker 1: but they're going to really be up against it when
• 19:35
Speaker 1: she's staring down these accusers and the jury is sitting
• 19:39
Speaker 1: there waiting to see how they're going to send Ghislaine
• 19:44
Speaker 1: Maxwell's fate, right? They're going to send it up river
• 19:48
Speaker 1: or not and I would be hard pressed to believe
• 19:55
Speaker 1: that anyone sitting on a jury hearing girl after girl
• 19:59
Speaker 1: come forward and attest to the fact that Maxwell abused
• 20:02
Speaker 1: them is not going to send her up river for
• 20:06
Speaker 1: a million years Prosecutors contend Maxwell not only befriended and
• 20:13
Speaker 1: later enticed and groomed multiple minor girls to engage in
• 20:17
Speaker 1: sex acts with Epstein through a variety of means and methods,
• 20:21
Speaker 1: but was also at times present for and involved in
• 20:25
Speaker 1: the abuse herself. And I think that's something that is
• 20:28
Speaker 1: left out of this story all too much. You know, oh, co-conspirator,
• 20:32
Speaker 1: Epstein's madam, Epstein's girlfriend. The madam shit is wild, right?
• 20:38
Speaker 1: That intones that she is some kind of lady of
• 20:43
Speaker 1: a cat house who's providing prostitutes. That's not the case.
• 20:46
Speaker 1: Groomer and procurer are much better titles for her. Or
• 20:51
Speaker 1: if you want to go the extra mile, feel free
• 20:53
Speaker 1: to call her a bipedal serpent. At a detention hearing
• 20:58
Speaker 1: less than two weeks after her arrest, prosecutors argued that
• 21:02
Speaker 1: Maxwell was the very definition of a flight risk and
• 21:05
Speaker 1: convinced U.S. District Judge Allison Nathan to keep Maxwell locked
• 21:10
Speaker 1: up until trial. They also faulted Maxwell for refusing to
• 21:14
Speaker 1: disclose the identity or assets of her previously unknown spouse. Well, look,
• 21:20
Speaker 1: what is the court supposed to do? If they demand
• 21:24
Speaker 1: a full accounting of your assets and you're not fully compliant,
• 21:31
Speaker 1: why would the court think that you're going to do
• 21:33
Speaker 1: anything else but lie and try and cheat your way
• 21:36
Speaker 1: through the case? And that's what occurred. They've never been
• 21:40
Speaker 1: honest about the money that they have. And like I
• 21:43
Speaker 1: said before, I'm of the mind. And in my opinion,
• 21:46
Speaker 1: they have war chests offshore in these LLCs and these
• 21:51
Speaker 1: shell companies. What do you think? They were moving that
• 21:54
Speaker 1: money around there for just because? Hell no. She has
• 22:00
Speaker 1: three passports, large sums of money, extensive international connections, and
• 22:05
Speaker 1: absolutely no reason to stay in the United States to
• 22:09
Speaker 1: face a potential significant term of incarceration, said Assistant U.S.
• 22:13
Speaker 1: Attorney Alison Moe. And she's correct, right? Now, what the
• 22:21
Speaker 1: other side's going to be now is, well, she has
• 22:24
Speaker 1: a lot of reason to stay.
• 22:25
  Speaker 2: She's put up $ 28.
• 22:25
Speaker 1: 5 million. she's putting up not only her money, friends
• 22:30
Speaker 1: and family's money. You know, they're going to make that
• 22:32
Speaker 1: argument and they're going to pitch it hard. I hope
• 22:35
Speaker 1: that the prosecutors are ready to engage them in this
• 22:39
Speaker 1: argument and run roughshod over them in this argument because
• 22:44
Speaker 1: there's no reason for Ghislaine Maxwell to be getting out
• 22:47
Speaker 1: of jail at this point. No reason whatsoever. But Maxwell's
• 22:53
Speaker 1: lawyers argue in the renewed bail application that that she
• 22:56
Speaker 1: has deep and effective ties to the United States, which
• 23:00
Speaker 1: she has called home for the last 30 years. Someone
• 23:02
Speaker 1: like her has no ties to anywhere. She's a vagabond
• 23:09
Speaker 1: when it comes to nationalistic pride. She doesn't have that.
• 23:13
Speaker 1: She has the pride in her organization, in her own
• 23:17
Speaker 1: consolidation of power and information. She has no sense of
• 23:24
Speaker 1: being loyal to one's nation. Letters from supporters who have
• 23:30
Speaker 1: known Ms. Maxwell for decades describe her as a deeply
• 23:33
Speaker 1: committed to her family and obviously very much at home
• 23:37
Speaker 1: and in love. I don't care about all of that.
• 23:40
Speaker 1: That shit is nonsense. What, you don't think every single
• 23:42
Speaker 1: person incarcerated pretty much in every single jail or prison
• 23:47
Speaker 1: in America could get people to write letters like this
• 23:49
Speaker 1: for them gushing about them? But what, it carries more weight?
• 23:54
Speaker 1: Because it comes from rich people and so-called polite society? No,
• 23:59
  Speaker 1: it doesn't. Not for me. I don't really care who's
• 24:03
Speaker 1: writing in. I don't really care who is cosigning for
• 24:07
Speaker 1: her or who is saying that she's a good person.
• 24:10
Speaker 1: The evidence is in. And I believe what I see
• 24:14
Speaker 1: in evidence, not what I hear from gaslighting friends and family.
• 24:21
Speaker 1: One friend's letter attests to the loving relationship she has
• 24:24
Speaker 1: with her husband, which I have personally witnessed on many
• 24:28
Speaker 1: different occasions. Yes, so what?
• 24:30
  Speaker 2: Big deal.
• 24:33
Speaker 1: My friends that I know had loving wives and kids
• 24:35
Speaker 1: and grandkids and family members, and they were snatched away
• 24:39
Speaker 1: from them and sent across the country to some shithole
• 24:41
Speaker 1: federal prison. There was no hubbub about it. There was
• 24:46
Speaker 1: no $ 28. 5 million packages offered. Nothing. The federal government made
• 24:51
Speaker 1: their decision. The judge swung the gavel and that was that.
• 24:55
Speaker 1: But yet Ghislaine Maxwell, you know, different story, right? Her
• 24:59
Speaker 1: friends and her family love her, so she should get out. Nope, sorry.
• 25:04
Speaker 1: If my friends and my family had to do their
• 25:06
Speaker 1: bit and had to do their time, so do you.
• 25:11
Speaker 1: The friends and family who have written in support of Maxwell,
• 25:14
Speaker 1: her attorneys wrote, know her to be the antithesis of
• 25:18
Speaker 1: what the government has alleged. They trust her completely, including
• 25:22
Speaker 1: with their minor children. Yeah, just like Glenn and Eva
• 25:25
Speaker 1: Dubin trusted Jeffrey Epstein with their children, huh? Uncle Jeffy,
• 25:29
Speaker 1: who was running around talking about marrying 14-year-old Cecilia. So please.
• 25:39
Speaker 1: Stop with the bullshit. You trust your children around Ghislaine Maxwell.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: Anyone who wrote that should be looked into by CPS.
• 25:46
Speaker 1: And I mean it when I say that. F-bomb incoming.
• 25:52
Speaker 2: Cover your ears, alright?
• 25:53
Speaker 1: If that offends you. How the fuck would anyone leave
• 25:59
Speaker 1: their minor children with Ghislaine Maxwell? Far from the cruel
• 26:06
Speaker 1: caricature that the press has so recklessly depicted since the
• 26:10
Speaker 1: arrest of Jeffrey Epstein, these letters demonstrate that Ms. Maxwell
• 26:14
Speaker 1: is generous, loving, and devoted to her family and friends,
• 26:18
Speaker 1: and that her life is firmly rooted in this country
• 26:21
Speaker 1: with her spouse, the court filings said.
• 26:24
  Speaker 2: Guess what?
• 26:26
Speaker 1: There are plenty. of sociopaths, maniacs, narcissists who have so-called
• 26:32
Speaker 1: loving families and are loving parents and nobody cares.
• 26:38
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 26:38
Speaker 1: That's not what this is about. This is about her actions.
• 26:42
Speaker 1: And this is about the risk of her fleeing incarceration
• 26:48
Speaker 1: and prosecution point blank period.
• 27:01
  Speaker 2: Ms.
• 27:01
Speaker 1: Maxwell would never destroy those closest to her by fleeing
• 27:05
Speaker 1: after they have risked so much to support her. Yeah, well,
• 27:08
Speaker 1: she's already destroyed all of these survivors.
• 27:10
  Speaker 2: So what?
• 27:11
Speaker 1: They don't matter? Now we should worry about her friends
• 27:14
Speaker 1: and her family? People that probably were aiding and abetting
• 27:18
Speaker 1: her while she was on the lam?
• 27:20
  Speaker 2: Nah, sorry.
• 27:20
  Speaker 1: I don't care about any of them. I don't really
• 27:25
Speaker 1: care that they've risked so much to support her. That's
• 27:29
Speaker 1: on them. I don't know why anyone would put anything
• 27:36
Speaker 1: up for Ghislaine Maxwell. Maxwell's husband told the court in
• 27:40
Speaker 1: a letter that he did not come forward as a
• 27:42
Speaker 1: cosigner to her initial bail to application because he and
• 27:46
Speaker 1: Maxwell were trying to protect their family from ferocious media aggression. Yeah, well,
• 27:51
Speaker 1: guess what? The media.
• 27:55
Speaker 1: Never protected those girls from aggression. So guess what? The
• 27:59
Speaker 1: shoe is now on the other foot. The narrative has
• 28:02
Speaker 1: been snatched from you scumbags. And now the evisceration is on.
• 28:06
Speaker 1: The full court press is on. And with the pressure
• 28:11
Speaker 1: coming the other way, And the other side finally standing
• 28:16
Speaker 1: in the middle of the octagon and biting down on
• 28:19
Speaker 1: their mouthpiece and firing back. And you don't like it.
• 28:23
Speaker 1: Like every other paper champion ever, the second you get
• 28:26
Speaker 1: stuck in the mouth with a hard combination.
• 28:30
Speaker 1: It changes everything. And that's what you're seeing here, folks.
• 28:33
Speaker 1: You're seeing some big punchers, right? That's who these people
• 28:36
Speaker 1: think they are, these so-called elites. These big punchers with
• 28:39
Speaker 1: all this knockout ability. They get up there, they swing,
• 28:42
Speaker 1: and they knock you out. But when they get dragged
• 28:45
Speaker 1: down deep into the late rounds, into the deep water,
• 28:49
Speaker 1: they don't know how to swim. Her spouse is coming
• 28:53
Speaker 1: forward now because he is deeply concerned about how she
• 28:56
Speaker 1: is being treated in the federal detention center and because
• 28:59
Speaker 1: the terrible consequences that he and Ms. Maxwell were trying
• 29:03
Speaker 1: to prevent have already occurred. Maxwell's attorneys wrote, while also
• 29:08
Speaker 1: noting that her husband had offered to post everything he
• 29:11
Speaker 1: owned as collateral to secure Maxwell's appearances in court. See,
• 29:16
Speaker 1: it's all about material items to these people. What can
• 29:18
Speaker 1: I put up in court? Oh, I'll put up everything
• 29:21
Speaker 1: I own in material possessions. It does not matter. Okay,
• 29:25
Speaker 1: listen to me clearly. None of that matters. What she
• 29:28
Speaker 1: is being charged with, what she has gotten away with
• 29:30
Speaker 1: for decades, there's no amount of bail in my opinion.
• 29:36
Speaker 1: That should be acceptable for her to get out. if
• 29:40
Speaker 1: miss maxwell were to violate her bail conditions which she
• 29:43
Speaker 1: has no intention of doing she would be leaving her
• 29:45
Speaker 1: spouse with virtually nothing her lawyers wrote so borgeson this
• 29:51
Speaker 1: scumbag bastard puts up everything he owns even though he
• 29:56
Speaker 1: has children everything he owns according to this article To
• 29:59
Speaker 1: get Ghislaine Maxwell out of jail. What an absolute prick.
• 30:09
Speaker 1: I really hope that his wife gets custody of these
• 30:12
Speaker 1: children at this point. Because this guy right here. This
• 30:15
Speaker 1: guy shouldn't be in charge of a garden inside the house.
• 30:20
Speaker 1: You know some indoor grown tomatoes. This dude shouldn't even
• 30:23
Speaker 1: be in charge of that. Never mind kids. In his
• 30:28
Speaker 1: letter to the court, Maxwell's husband wrote that he believed
• 30:32
Speaker 1: she had nothing to do with Epstein's crimes. Oh, yeah,
• 30:36
  Speaker 1: I'm sure.
• 30:37
  Speaker 2: I am.
• 30:38
Speaker 1: I am sure, Scott Borgerson, that she had nothing to
• 30:41
Speaker 1: do with Epstein's crimes. All of these girls are lying.
• 30:45
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell's telling the truth. And that's that, right? Give
• 30:50
Speaker 1: your head a shake, you moron. I pray for Ghislaine's safety.
• 30:55
Speaker 1: I think we all pray for Ghislaine's safety. Nobody wants
• 30:58
Speaker 1: to see her get hurt. I certainly don't. I want
• 31:02
Speaker 1: her to face justice. That's what I want. And I'll
• 31:05
Speaker 1: tell you what. She's certainly on course for just that.
• 31:13
Speaker 1: I am praying for justice. And I pray for her
• 31:16
Speaker 1: constitutionally afforded due process.
• 31:18
  Speaker 2: He wrote.
• 31:18
Speaker 1: With humility and deep compassion. I am also praying for
• 31:22
Speaker 1: Epstein's victims. What a slap in the face. I certainly
• 31:27
Speaker 1: don't speak for anyone but myself and my beard, but
• 31:30
  Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure that you're going to get a F
• 31:35
Speaker 1: you across the board from the survivors with your canned
• 31:40
Speaker 1: ass wannabe, oh, I feel bad for the survivors. I
• 31:46
Speaker 1: have compassion for the survivors. Meanwhile, you're there trying to
• 31:50
Speaker 1: get Ghislaine Maxwell, the bipedal serpent, who was involved in
• 31:54
Speaker 1: just about all of their abuse, out of the clink.
• 31:59
Speaker 1: Take your BS statement and, well, you know. Maxwell's marriage
• 32:07
Speaker 1: had been a well-kept secret until prosecutors made the surprise
• 32:10
Speaker 1: disclosure about her spouse during the July court hearing. According
• 32:14
Speaker 1: to the new bail motion, she got married in 2016.
• 32:18
Speaker 1: the same year she was twice deposed in connection with
• 32:21
Speaker 1: a hotly contested civil defamation lawsuit filed against her by
• 32:25
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts. So while she was getting deposed, while she
• 32:30
Speaker 1: was under all of this fire, that's when Borgerson married her.
• 32:38
Speaker 1: And this guy has the audacity to act like he
• 32:41
Speaker 1: doesn't know who or what Ghislaine Maxwell is. Roberts alleged
• 32:48
Speaker 1: that Maxwell recruited her at 16 years old into a
• 32:51
Speaker 1: life of sexual servitude to Epstein. She also accused Epstein
• 32:55
Speaker 1: and Maxwell of directing her to have sex with a
• 32:57
Speaker 1: number of their prominent associates, including Britain's Joe Exotic of
• 33:02
Speaker 1: the Windsor family, on three occasions in 2001. Maxwell has
• 33:07
Speaker 1: denied Roberts' allegations, calling her an absolute liar according to
• 33:11
Speaker 1: court records. The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family has
• 33:15
Speaker 1: denied the allegations and told the BBC last year that
• 33:19
Speaker 1: he had no recollection of ever meeting Roberts. Yeah, we
• 33:23
Speaker 1: know how that worked out, right? We absolutely shredded the
• 33:27
Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family yesterday, his weak-ass alibis
• 33:31
Speaker 1: and his weak-ass excuses. According to a recently unsealed transcript
• 33:38
Speaker 1: of an April 2016 deposition in the case, Maxwell told
• 33:42
Speaker 1: Roberts' lawyers that she was then in the process of
• 33:45
Speaker 1: selling her New York City townhouse, but she answered vaguely
• 33:48
Speaker 1: about her plans for the future. Where do you intend
• 33:51
Speaker 1: to live once your townhome is sold? Asked Sigrid McCauley,
• 33:54
  Speaker 1: counsel for Roberts. That's a good question. I don't have
• 33:58
Speaker 1: an answer for you yet, Maxwell responded, adding that she
• 34:01
Speaker 1: was just couch surfing at the time. Didn't I say that?
• 34:04
Speaker 1: What did I say about couch surfing yesterday? Zero chance.
• 34:08
Speaker 1: I'm sorry. There is zero chance couch surfing. What are
• 34:13
Speaker 1: we in high school?
• 34:14
Speaker 2: What are we on?
• 34:15
Speaker 1: What am I on a road trip across the country
• 34:17
Speaker 1: climbing a peak in all 50 states? and reaching out
• 34:21
Speaker 1: to all of my dirtbag. That doesn't mean bad people,
• 34:24
Speaker 1: by the way. That's a term used for people who
• 34:26
Speaker 1: climb and hike without really having jobs. One of my
• 34:30
Speaker 1: dirtbag friend's couches. What is this, my life? What is
• 34:34
Speaker 1: going on here? She's couch surfing now, folks. They got $ 28. 5
• 34:39
Speaker 1: million in the kitty, but she's couch surfing. Maxwell's attorneys
• 34:45
Speaker 1: have asked Judge Nathan to consider the new bail request
• 34:48
Speaker 1: on a compressed timetable. That could, if granted, get Maxwell
• 34:52
Speaker 1: out of jail before the end of the year. Boy,
• 34:54
Speaker 1: that would be a great Christmas present for her, huh?
• 34:56
Speaker 1: And a shitty one for the rest of us. And
• 34:59
Speaker 1: imagine how the survivors would feel. Nathan has not yet
• 35:04
Speaker 1: committed to Maxwell's request for a hearing as soon as
• 35:07
Speaker 1: December 21st. The judge directed prosecutors to submit their response
• 35:11
Speaker 1: to Maxwell's motion by Wednesday, and she may again seek
• 35:15
Speaker 1: input from the three women whose allegations are detailed in
• 35:19
Speaker 1: their criminal indictment against Maxwell before issuing a decision. Boy,
• 35:24
Speaker 1: I hope she does. Pretty sure Annie and the other
• 35:26
Speaker 1: gals will have a thing or two to say about
• 35:29
Speaker 1: Maxwell being bailed out. At the July bail hearing, a
• 35:33
Speaker 1: federal prosecutor read a statement from one of the alleged
• 35:36
Speaker 1: survivors who asked the judge to not let us down
• 35:39
Speaker 1: by allowing Maxwell the opportunity to further hurt her survivors
• 35:44
Speaker 1: or evade the consequences that surely await her if justice
• 35:47
Speaker 1: is served. If she believes she risks prison, she will
• 35:51
Speaker 1: never come back. And I agree, man. Why would Ghislaine
• 35:54
Speaker 1: Maxwell ever try and face these charges? With all of
• 35:59
Speaker 1: her means. and the big war chest that they have
• 36:03
Speaker 1: available to them, why would she ever stick around and
• 36:07
Speaker 1: face these charges? Another alleged survivor, Annie Farmer, 41, publicly
• 36:14
Speaker 1: identified herself and implored Nathan to keep Maxwell locked up.
• 36:19
Speaker 1: You know, mad credit and props to Annie for standing
• 36:24
Speaker 1: up in the face of the maelstrom, put her name
• 36:27
Speaker 1: on the record, And get on there. On that video conference.
• 36:31
Speaker 1: And tell the judge face to face the deal. Annie's
• 36:34
Speaker 1: a straight up hero. A superhero and a rock star.
• 36:38
Speaker 1: All wrapped into one. What this girl did. And what
• 36:43
Speaker 1: she has done for years. And the bravery shown by her.
• 36:46
Speaker 1: Boy I'll tell you what. There are too many people.
• 36:50
Speaker 1: That have that kind of courage folks. And Annie should
• 36:53
Speaker 1: certainly be lauded. For the courage that she has shown.
• 36:56
Speaker 1: In the face of. of great evil. She is a
• 37:02
Speaker 1: sexual predator who groomed and abused me and countless other
• 37:06
Speaker 1: children and young women, Farmer said. She has never shown
• 37:10
Speaker 1: any remorse for her heinous crimes, for the devastating, lasting
• 37:14
Speaker 1: effects her actions caused. And she still hasn't, right? It's
• 37:18
Speaker 1: all about, oh, Ghislaine, her treatment, COVID. It's never about
• 37:24
  Speaker 1: these survivors. It's never about A 15, 16-year-old Annie Farmer
• 37:28
Speaker 1: who had her whole entire life shattered the moment these
• 37:33
Speaker 1: idiots began abusing her? It's always about the bipedal serpent,
• 37:37
Speaker 1: isn't it? Well, not on this podcast. Maxwell's attorneys contend
• 37:44
Speaker 1: in their new bail motion that they have now assembled
• 37:47
Speaker 1: substantial information and evidence that was not available at the
• 37:50
Speaker 1: time of the first bail hearing, including a comprehensive financial
• 37:54
Speaker 1: report that pegs her net worth with her husband at $ 22. 5 million,
• 37:59
Speaker 1: and reveals that the couple has filed jointly federal tax
• 38:02
Speaker 1: returns every year since 2016.
• 38:06
  Speaker 2: Bam!
• 38:06
Speaker 1: Borgerson is now part of the RICO investigation.
• 38:09
  Speaker 2: Bingo! Bango!
• 38:11
Speaker 1: Boom! The motion also takes aim at what the defense
• 38:17
Speaker 1: team describes as the weakness of the government's case against her.
• 38:21
Speaker 1: The weakness, huh? This is why I think that the
• 38:24
Speaker 1: superseded indictment needs to just be unveiled already. How about
• 38:28
Speaker 1: 40 or 50 RICO charges? Okay, how about that for
• 38:32
Speaker 1: a week? You lying, smarmy sons of bitches. Her lawyers
• 38:38
Speaker 1: contend that the government has so far produced no meaningful
• 38:41
Speaker 1: documentary corroboration in pre-trial discovery exchanges. And they argue that
• 38:46
Speaker 1: the investigation of Maxwell was launched only because of the
• 38:50
Speaker 1: government's failure to keep Epstein alive to face the charges
• 38:54
Speaker 1: against him. What a bunch of bullshit artists. If Epstein
• 38:57
Speaker 1: was there to face those charges, if he didn't die,
• 39:00
Speaker 1: Maxwell was getting caught up in this no matter what
• 39:02
Speaker 1: and going to prison. What, you think this just happened
• 39:04
Speaker 1: because Epstein died? And they were like, ah, so we'll
• 39:08
Speaker 1: get Maxwell instead. No, she was involved. Her fingerprints are
• 39:14
Speaker 1: all over this, and even if Epstein didn't die in prison,
• 39:17
Speaker 1: Maxwell was going to jail in a RICO case. 60
• 39:21
Speaker 1: charges were filed against this guy, okay? The facts strongly imply...
• 39:30
Speaker 1: that the government only chose to pursue a case against Ms. Maxwell,
• 39:34
Speaker 1: who was not named in the Epstein indictment, because the
• 39:37
Speaker 1: main target, Jeffrey Epstein, had died in their custody. The
• 39:41
Speaker 1: lack of corroboration in the discovery confirms that the case
• 39:44
Speaker 1: against Ms. Maxwell was an afterthought and was reverse engineered
• 39:48
Speaker 1: based on the allegations of 25-year-old conduct from a small
• 39:53
Speaker 1: number of alleged victims, her attorneys wrote. A small number, huh?
• 39:57
Speaker 1: I guess we'll see at trial how small that number is.
• 40:00
Speaker 1: We'll just see at trial when they come out one
• 40:03
Speaker 1: after one testifying against you and your sorry-ass, disgusting, lying client.
• 40:13
Speaker 1: If granted bail under her proposed conditions, Maxwell would be
• 40:16
Speaker 1: restricted to a New York residence with round-the-clock security and
• 40:20
Speaker 1: GPS monitoring. She would also irrevocably waive her rights to
• 40:24
Speaker 1: contest extradition from France or England, the two countries other
• 40:29
Speaker 1: than the U.S. where Maxwell holds citizenship. Yeah, no thanks. Sorry,
• 40:34
Speaker 1: not the kind of deal I'm looking for. I have
• 40:37
Speaker 1: no interest, personally, in seeing this lady get bailed out.
• 40:41
Speaker 1: I just don't think it's... proper. There are plenty of
• 40:45
Speaker 1: other people around the country who should be bailed out.
• 40:49
Speaker 1: Elaine Maxwell, not one of them in my opinion. One
• 40:54
Speaker 1: friend who has offered to post her one and a
• 40:55
Speaker 1: half million home to secure the bond wrote that she
• 40:58
Speaker 1: was willing to put up her only nest egg for
• 41:00
Speaker 1: retirement because she knows in every fiber of her being
• 41:04
Speaker 1: that Maxwell will never try to flee, the court filing said. Uh,
• 41:10
Speaker 1: pretty bold strategy there, Cotton. First of all, I don't
• 41:16
Speaker 1: think that Ghislaine Maxwell is hanging out with somebody who
• 41:18
Speaker 1: only has a measly $ 1. 5 million net worth, okay? So
• 41:22
Speaker 1: I don't buy that, first of all. In fact, I
• 41:26
Speaker 1: don't buy any of this.
• 41:28
  Speaker 2: That's right.
• 41:28
Speaker 1: I said it. I don't buy any of this. She
• 41:30
Speaker 1: doesn't have any friends. Prove it. What are their names?
• 41:38
Speaker 1: The court filing said another close friend pledged $ 25, 000 that
• 41:42
Speaker 1: he had planned to set aside for his own daughter's future.
• 41:45
Speaker 1: But he is prepared to pledge it for Miss Maxwell,
• 41:48
Speaker 1: her lawyers wrote. Well, that friend's an idiot, too. And
• 41:51
Speaker 1: if I was his daughter, I'd be steaming pissed. You
• 41:54
Speaker 1: mean to tell me, pops, you had 25 grand you
• 41:57
Speaker 1: were going to put aside for me. But instead, in
• 42:00
Speaker 1: your infinite wisdom, you decided to help post bond for
• 42:03
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, huh? Guess who is not invited to Christmas
• 42:08
Speaker 1: next year, good old dad? Hope you enjoy Christmas with
• 42:11
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, dad. Oh, I would be so fired up
• 42:16
Speaker 1: if this was my pops doing this. Thankfully, I have
• 42:20
Speaker 1: a father that would just as soon see all of
• 42:23
Speaker 1: these people put underneath a prison as give them anything,
• 42:28
Speaker 1: so I don't have to worry about that. In sum,
• 42:32
Speaker 1: These bonds reflect the depth of support that Maxwell has
• 42:36
Speaker 1: from her family and friends who are risking their livelihoods,
• 42:39
Speaker 1: their safety, and their ability to live without constant media
• 42:44
Speaker 1: harassment to support her, her attorneys wrote. Aw, this is
• 42:48
Speaker 1: me playing the world's smallest violin once again. If you
• 42:52
Speaker 1: dip your toes into the water, don't be mad if
• 42:58
Speaker 1: they get a little bite. So these people who were
• 43:01
Speaker 1: entering the fray on Maxwell's behalf, now, I don't think
• 43:05
Speaker 1: anyone should be harassed, right? But that doesn't mean that
• 43:08
Speaker 1: they shouldn't be talked about in the media. They shouldn't
• 43:10
Speaker 1: be talked about on podcasts or in blogs. Once you
• 43:16
Speaker 1: step into the arena, it's fair game, folks.
• 43:22
  Speaker 2: Ms.
• 43:22
Speaker 1: Maxwell would never destroy those closest to her by fleeing
• 43:26
Speaker 1: after they have risked so much to support her. Yeah,
• 43:28
Speaker 1: that's exactly who I'd put all my trust in. Exactly
• 43:33
Speaker 1: who I would be trusting with my future is Ghislaine Maxwell.
• 43:39
Speaker 1: Maxwell's attorneys contend that the proposed bail package is exceptional
• 43:42
Speaker 1: in its scope and that it puts at risk everything
• 43:46
Speaker 1: that she has if she were to flee. Ghislaine Maxwell
• 43:49
Speaker 1: is committed to defending herself and wants nothing more than
• 43:52
Speaker 1: to remain in this country with her family and her
• 43:55
Speaker 1: friends by her side so that she can fight the
• 43:57
Speaker 1: allegations against her and clear her name, her attorneys wrote.
• 44:01
  Speaker 2: Oh, okay. Good.
• 44:03
Speaker 1: So we could expect her to be forthright. We could
• 44:06
Speaker 1: expect her to, you know, rat on other people who
• 44:09
Speaker 1: are involved. Is that what you're telling us?
• 44:12
  Speaker 2: No.
• 44:12
Speaker 1: What you're doing is engaging in some bluster. Maxwell doesn't
• 44:18
Speaker 1: want to defend her name. She knows that she can't
• 44:20
Speaker 1: defend her name. She knows that she's not innocent. You
• 44:23
Speaker 1: all know that she's not innocent. And she's going to
• 44:25
Speaker 1: look for technicalities to try and make sure that her
• 44:29
Speaker 1: innocence isn't what the discussion is about. That it's about
• 44:34
Speaker 1: these technicalities and these loopholes. Mark my words. Maxwell Maxwell's
• 44:41
Speaker 1: bail proposal also renews her concerns that the conditions of
• 44:44
Speaker 1: her confinement at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn are
• 44:48
Speaker 1: putting her health at risk and making it difficult for
• 44:51
Speaker 1: her to review documents in preparation for her trial.
• 44:54
  Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
• 44:55
  Speaker 1: 13 hours a day. I'm sure she'd be focusing for
• 44:58
Speaker 1: 13 hours a day if she was at home. Sure,
• 45:01
Speaker 1: she would be putting 13 hours a day into looking
• 45:03
Speaker 1: at these documents. Yeah, right. Give me a break. She
• 45:09
Speaker 1: recently spent two weeks in quarantine protocol after a staff
• 45:12
Speaker 1: member assigned to her unit tested positive for COVID-19, according
• 45:16
Speaker 1: to court records. Ms. Maxwell's quarantine period also resulted in
• 45:21
Speaker 1: cancellation of weekly in-person legal visits. This is likely to
• 45:26
Speaker 1: continue in light of the spike in COVID infection within
• 45:30
Speaker 1: and outside the MDC, Maxwell's lawyers wrote. As of the
• 45:34
Speaker 1: date of this filing, the BOP reports 80 MDC inmates
• 45:38
Speaker 1: and staff with COVID. All right, well, if you don't
• 45:41
Speaker 1: have any comorbidities, you're not obese, you're not suffering from
• 45:46
Speaker 1: COPD or anything like that, you're going to be okay
• 45:49
Speaker 1: for the most part. The numbers don't lie, folks. The
• 45:53
Speaker 1: data says that if you're under a certain age, you're
• 45:56
Speaker 1: relatively healthy, you're going to be fine. Look at Trump.
• 46:00
Speaker 1: This guy's chowing down more hamburgers on a regular basis
• 46:04
Speaker 1: than the Hamburglar, eating French fries by the box load.
• 46:09
Speaker 1: This dude kicked it. This dude's fine. So I doubt
• 46:13
Speaker 1: Maxwell has anything to worry about on the COVID front.
• 46:16
Speaker 1: That is just such an asinine argument, in my opinion.
• 46:19
Speaker 1: Unless you're immunocompromised, I don't want to hear that shit.
• 46:26
Speaker 1: So Ghislaine Maxwell... the COVID excuse, all this other jazz.
• 46:30
Speaker 1: Let's really hope that the judge sees through all of
• 46:34
Speaker 1: this and that the judge decides not even to hear
• 46:38
Speaker 1: from them about a bail request. But if Nathan does
• 46:42
Speaker 1: decide to hear it and there is a hearing about bail,
• 46:46
Speaker 1: I really hope that Nathan, when she slams down that
• 46:50
Speaker 1: gavel and tells them to kick rocks, does it emphatically.
• 46:55
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
• 46:57
  Speaker 1: at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can
• 47:06
Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All
• 47:13
Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
• 47:15
Speaker 1: found in the description box. Ghislaine Maxwell moved 36 times
• 47:22
Speaker 1: in the last year, according to her report. Who in
• 47:27
Speaker 1: the hell moves 36 times in one year? And according
• 47:34
Speaker 1: to her and her people, it was all because of
• 47:37
Speaker 1: the media. It had nothing to do with law enforcement scrutiny,
• 47:41
Speaker 1: according to them. Oh no, Ghislaine Maxwell is a good person.
• 47:44
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell should get bail. Ghislaine Maxwell is liked by
• 47:48
Speaker 1: her friends and family. Isn't that what her lawyers told us?
• 47:55
Speaker 1: Isn't that the bullshit they expect us to accept? 36
• 48:02
Speaker 1: times in a year since Jeffrey Epstein's alleged suicide. Now,
• 48:07
Speaker 1: why would she be on the lam? Why would she
• 48:11
Speaker 1: be running like that if she was not guilty? An
• 48:17
Speaker 1: innocent person does not go on the lam. An innocent
• 48:22
Speaker 1: person stands up tall and defends their good name.
• 48:28
  Speaker 2: They don't hide.
• 48:30
Speaker 1: They don't use fake mouthpieces in the media to sow disinformation.
• 48:35
Speaker 1: And they certainly don't fire shots across the bow at
• 48:39
Speaker 1: other co-conspirators. Ghislaine Maxwell... was not hiding from the press. Oh,
• 48:47
Speaker 1: I'm sure that played into it, of course. She didn't
• 48:49
Speaker 1: want anything to do with an interview or anyone blowing
• 48:53
Speaker 1: up where she was at, no doubt about it, blowing
• 48:56
Speaker 1: up her spot, right, and letting people know where she's at.
• 48:58
Speaker 1: She didn't want to have to deal with that. So
• 49:00
Speaker 1: I can understand how that could play a part in it.
• 49:03
Speaker 1: But for her and her camp to come out and
• 49:05
Speaker 1: act like it had nothing to do with law enforcement
• 49:07
Speaker 1: and the scrutiny put on them by law enforcement is
• 49:10
Speaker 1: laughable at best. Ghislaine Maxwell is as good guilty, in
• 49:21
Speaker 1: my opinion, as Jeffrey Epstein for all of this.
• 49:25
Speaker 2: She played a leadership role. She called the shots.
• 49:30
Speaker 1: She made sure her little minions like Sarah Kell and
• 49:33
Speaker 1: Vickers were on point and doing their jobs. And she
• 49:38
Speaker 1: made sure that she let the survivors know that she
• 49:41
Speaker 1: could reach out and hurt them or ruin their lives
• 49:45
Speaker 1: in an instant. And why would the survivors think any
• 49:49
Speaker 1: differently considering the company that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell kept?
• 49:55
Speaker 1: Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, Ehud Barak, Glenn Dubin, Les Wexner,
• 50:02
Speaker 1: Jess Staley. We're talking about some of the most powerful
• 50:05
Speaker 1: people in the world. Our article tonight is from the
• 50:11
Speaker 1: New York Post, and the headline is, Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly
• 50:16
Speaker 1: moved at least 36 times during her year in hiding.
• 50:20
Speaker 1: Authored by Tamar Lappin. Ghislaine Maxwell moved at least 36
• 50:26
Speaker 1: times across the U.S. in the year before her arrest,
• 50:30
Speaker 1: and coronavirus mask wearing may have helped her stay undetected,
• 50:34
Speaker 1: a report said Sunday.
• 50:36
Speaker 2: Well, yeah, right? Everyone's wearing face masks.
• 50:39
Speaker 1: I know here in Las Vegas, we have to wear
• 50:41
Speaker 1: them even in the casinos, which is unheard of in
• 50:45
Speaker 1: Nevada to wear a mask into a casino. You can't
• 50:48
Speaker 1: even wear a hood into a casino. But now everybody
• 50:52
Speaker 1: has to wear masks, right? So when you're walking into
• 50:55
Speaker 1: the casinos here in Las Vegas, they have these thermal
• 50:59
Speaker 1: temperature scanners and you have to stand in front of
• 51:03
Speaker 1: the scanner. You have to pull down your mask and
• 51:05
Speaker 1: take off your hat so that the camera can get
• 51:09
Speaker 1: a shot of your face just in case you go
• 51:11
Speaker 1: on some sort of rampage. But I could totally see
• 51:14
Speaker 1: how this could help her stay undetected, right? And especially
• 51:19
Speaker 1: in a little town like New Hampshire, I'm sure nobody
• 51:21
Speaker 1: even had any idea who she was. We're not talking
• 51:25
Speaker 1: about France where everybody could recognize her by her sovereign ring.
• 51:29
Speaker 1: What a load of crap that was, huh? I mean,
• 51:31
Speaker 1: are you kidding me with that France stuff?
• 51:33
  Speaker 2: Jeez Louise.
• 51:36
Speaker 1: The British socialite took off from the West Coast and
• 51:39
Speaker 1: crisscrossed the country making stops in Idaho, Wyoming, and Colorado
• 51:43
Speaker 1: before ultimately ending up in New Hampshire where she was
• 51:47
Speaker 1: busted 10 days ago, the Sun reported.
• 51:50
Speaker 2: Yeah, she was on quite the adventure, huh? Quite the
• 51:52
  Speaker 2: road trip.
• 51:53
Speaker 1: I wish I could go on a road trip like that,
• 51:55
Speaker 1: five states, six states, hop in the car, crisscross.
• 51:58
Speaker 2: The nation, live the life of Riley.
• 52:01
Speaker 1: Meanwhile, all of these survivors are still asking for justice
• 52:05
Speaker 1: and begging for justice. But Ghislaine Maxwell, while she was
• 52:09
Speaker 1: living that high life, boy, has there ever been a
• 52:12
Speaker 1: person who deserved to have their freedom ripped out from
• 52:16
Speaker 1: underneath them more than this bipedal serpent? Ghislaine has been
• 52:24
Speaker 1: constantly on the move throughout the last year, a source
• 52:26
Speaker 1: told the outlet. She would stay in properties for a
• 52:29
Speaker 1: few days or a week.
• 52:31
Speaker 2: What was she at?
• 52:31
Speaker 1: The Siegel Suites? The budget rentals? Here in Las Vegas,
• 52:36
Speaker 1: she might have been hanging out down on Boulder Highway.
• 52:38
Speaker 1: That's where she belongs. That's the kind of trash she is. So,
• 52:43
Speaker 1: I mean, what was she doing? Airbnb-ing it for a
• 52:45
Speaker 1: few days or a week, staying at hotels? That's all
• 52:49
Speaker 1: interesting stuff, right? I really hope that that comes out
• 52:51
Speaker 1: and it comes to light and we kind of get
• 52:53
Speaker 1: a look at her whole entire situation while she was
• 52:57
Speaker 1: on the lam. Her life on the lam appears to
• 53:01
Speaker 1: have begun after her pedophile ex-boyfriend Jeffrey Epstein killed himself
• 53:06
Speaker 1: last August, allegedly, in a Manhattan lockup while awaiting trial
• 53:10
Speaker 1: on federal sex trafficking charges, according to the paper.
• 53:15
Speaker 2: She is not an innocent woman in my opinion.
• 53:18
Speaker 1: An innocent person does not do what she did in
• 53:21
Speaker 1: the wake of Jeffrey Epstein's death. An innocent person like
• 53:25
Speaker 1: her does not lie and deceive and cheat the way
• 53:30
Speaker 1: she does, okay? She is not innocent of any of
• 53:33
Speaker 1: this in my opinion. Leadership role, RICO charges, a long
• 53:38
Speaker 1: lengthy stay in jail, and maybe, maybe 10 or 15
• 53:43
Speaker 1: years shaved off your 60s if you help the federal government.
• 53:49
Speaker 1: The SunSource claimed that between then and her July 2nd arrest,
• 53:52
Speaker 1: Maxwell hopped from home to home, moving at least three
• 53:55
Speaker 1: times each month. Three times each month? I mean, this
• 54:01
Speaker 1: is El Chapo level shit right here. This lady was ducking, dodging,
• 54:08
Speaker 1: and evading like Rip Torn was throwing wrenches at her
• 54:11
Speaker 1: at the dodgeball tournament. I mean, are you kidding me
• 54:14
Speaker 1: right now? Three times each month? And it's all to
• 54:19
Speaker 1: avoid the media, huh?
• 54:21
  Speaker 2: Okay.
• 54:24
Speaker 1: While on the run, the accused madame co-conspirator, fellow child abuser,
• 54:29
Speaker 1: all-around scuzzball, mostly spent her days working out and reading,
• 54:33
Speaker 1: including a book on Epstein's accusers by Survivor's lawyer Bradley Edwards,
• 54:39
Speaker 1: in which she featured prominently Vanity Fair previously reported. And again,
• 54:44
Speaker 1: for those of you who are just tuning into the
• 54:46
Speaker 1: podcast who haven't been listening for a while and just
• 54:48
Speaker 1: found us recently, I highly suggest you go out and
• 54:52
Speaker 1: get Bradley Edwards' book, Relentless Pursuit. It is a behind-the-scenes
• 54:57
Speaker 1: look at a lawyer who has been on the front
• 54:59
Speaker 1: lines battling these sick, disgusting bastards from.
• 55:02
  Speaker 2: The word go.
• 55:06
Speaker 1: I highly, highly suggest you pick up that book if
• 55:08
Speaker 1: you have not read it yet. The Sun Source added
• 55:12
Speaker 1: that she did go out, but not often. Obviously, with
• 55:16
Speaker 1: the coronavirus, people wearing masks, it made things easier for her.
• 55:20
Speaker 2: That's no doubt about that.
• 55:22
Speaker 1: I mean, if you're on the lam right now and
• 55:24
Speaker 1: you're some sort of criminal, this is your time to shine, boy.
• 55:27
Speaker 1: Wear your face mask, throw on some shades, put on
• 55:30
Speaker 1: a hat. You might as well be the invisible man
• 55:33
Speaker 1: or woman. And for somebody like Ghislaine Maxwell, who is
• 55:38
Speaker 1: most certainly a lamest, oh yeah, this is heaven sent
• 55:41
  Speaker 1: for her.
• 55:42
  Speaker 2: Heaven sent.
• 55:44
Speaker 1: Officials have also said they were tracking Maxwell's movements and
• 55:47
Speaker 1: had recently learned that she moved to a luxury home
• 55:50
Speaker 1: on a 156-acre estate in Bradford, New Hampshire that she
• 55:54
Speaker 1: bought in an all-cash deal in December. I think that
• 55:58
Speaker 1: that estate should be seized and it should be turned
• 56:02
Speaker 1: into some sort of rehabilitation place for survivors of assault
• 56:09
Speaker 1: by people like this. Make this property into something like that,
• 56:13
Speaker 1: some sort of retreat, some sort of getaway, some sort
• 56:15
Speaker 1: of place where survivors can go.
• 56:18
Speaker 2: And start the healing process.
• 56:21
Speaker 1: That's the best way to shove a thumb in the
• 56:24
Speaker 1: eye of these sick, disgusting, bipedal serpents. In an initial
• 56:29
Speaker 1: memo seeking Maxwell's detention, prosecutors said she was hiding out
• 56:33
Speaker 1: in various locations in New England and had made efforts
• 56:36
Speaker 1: to go undetected, including switching her main phone number, which
• 56:40
Speaker 1: was registered under the name G-Max. And for her next trick,
• 56:44
Speaker 1: she's going to enter the rap battle and be a
• 56:46
Speaker 1: freestyle rapper with her.
• 56:47
Speaker 2: New nickname G-Max. G-Max. More like stupid moron.
• 56:53
Speaker 1: But the Sun's source said Maxwell moved around to outrun reporters,
• 56:57
Speaker 1: not federal authorities, echoing an argument made by her defense
• 57:01
Speaker 1: attorneys last week for why she was not a flight
• 57:03
Speaker 1: risk and should be granted bond. Pay very close attention
• 57:06
Speaker 1: to that, okay? The source is mimicking the defense attorney's
• 57:11
Speaker 1: last week's statement. No, it's probably a source that has
• 57:15
Speaker 1: been put into play by Maxwell and her team, and
• 57:18
Speaker 1: what we're seeing here is circular reporting. Be very careful
• 57:22
Speaker 1: of it, folks. Be very, very careful of it. She
• 57:29
Speaker 1: was never running from the feds, the source said. She
• 57:31
Speaker 1: was running from journalists and crazy people who wanted to
• 57:34
  Speaker 1: kill her.
• 57:35
Speaker 2: Well, who's she talking about? Her handlers?
• 57:39
Speaker 1: If that's the case, then she should be begging the
• 57:41
Speaker 1: government to protect her. Who was trying to kill her?
• 57:46
Speaker 1: Nobody even knows where she is. Lawyers for the survivors
• 57:50
Speaker 1: can't even find her. but she's scared she's going to
• 57:54
  Speaker 1: be killed.
• 57:55
Speaker 2: Give me a break.
• 57:56
Speaker 1: It is all a setup for the victimhood shield. That
• 58:01
Speaker 1: is what she's trying to play here. Oh, I'm a
• 58:03
Speaker 1: victim in this. I'm a victim.
• 58:05
Speaker 2: Nope. Sorry. You are not a victim. No one was
• 58:08
Speaker 2: trying to kill you.
• 58:09
Speaker 1: You're on the lam and you're such a coward that
• 58:12
Speaker 1: you had to keep moving locations because you were scared
• 58:16
Speaker 1: that some reporter was going to stumble upon you and
• 58:19
Speaker 1: put you on blast. That's what you say you were
• 58:23
  Speaker 1: scared of, huh?
• 58:25
Speaker 2: Sorry. You were scared of the authorities, in my opinion.
• 58:29
Speaker 1: It was a serious problem. Her location was on a
• 58:32
Speaker 1: need-to-know basis. Maxwell reportedly even hired a professional security firm
• 58:37
Speaker 1: to keep her safe amid an influx of death threats.
• 58:40
Speaker 1: She's now being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in
• 58:43
Speaker 1: Brooklyn and is expected to be arraigned Tuesday on sex
• 58:47
  Speaker 1: trafficking charges.
• 58:51
  Speaker 2: Wow.
• 58:53
Speaker 1: Hired a professional security firm to keep her safe amid
• 58:58
Speaker 1: an influx of death threats.
• 58:59
Speaker 2: Now, where did those death threats....
• 59:03
Speaker 1: Where did she receive those death threats? Changed her phone number.
• 59:06
Speaker 1: Doesn't have the same email address. What were they, smoke
• 59:09
Speaker 1: signals in the sky? Somebody hired a Goodyear blimp and
• 59:15
Speaker 1: had a terrible message for Ghislaine in the Goodyear blimp?
• 59:20
Speaker 2: She had to go out and.
• 59:20
Speaker 1: Bring in some ex-SAS soldiers to protect her?
• 59:25
Speaker 2: Give me a break already, okay?
• 59:28
Speaker 1: All a sham. all part of the smokescreen, and all
• 59:32
Speaker 1: part of the plot for them to build the case
• 59:34
Speaker 1: that she was also a victim.
• 59:37
Speaker 2: But guess what? We see right through it.
• 59:40
Speaker 1: Reading right between the lines, we see right through it,
• 59:43
Speaker 1: and we know exactly, exactly what your strategy is going
• 59:48
Speaker 1: to be. And it is not going to work. So
• 59:51
Speaker 1: you better get with your boy Dershowitz behind the scenes.
• 59:55
Speaker 1: Tell him to pick up his pants. Enough with the
• 59:58
Speaker 1: naked volleyball. and to get into the back room and
• 1:00:02
Speaker 1: help you guys out, because you're going to need all
• 1:00:05
Speaker 1: the help you can get when it comes to defending
• 1:00:07
Speaker 1: this bipedal serpent. Because, my friends, all of the evidence
• 1:00:13
Speaker 1: that we have seen thus far, all of the circumstantial
• 1:00:17
Speaker 1: evidence that is available to the public, is there any
• 1:00:23
Speaker 1: other destination you can arrive at? other than Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 1:00:30
Speaker 1: had a leadership role with Jeffrey Epstein, played a crucial
• 1:00:34
Speaker 1: part in the building of the criminal enterprise, and also,
• 1:00:40
Speaker 1: let's not forget, played a crucial part in laundering millions
• 1:00:46
Speaker 1: and millions of dollars. That, my friends, is a career criminal,
• 1:00:56
Speaker 1: not a victim. If you'd like to contact me, you
