- Brynne Erickson (00:39) I have something really important to say. Brynne Erickson (00:42) So important that I have pulled over in my car to tell you this. I have started a new phase of my health and wellness again. Okay. This is the whole point. I was thinking about all of the times that I have started a new diet. I have started a new goal in general, a new exercise routine, a new hobby, and how many times I've done that and I've done it over. and over and over again. And that is the whole point. That you don't quit. You don't stop. There might be seasons and there might be times that you stop. Life is gonna get hard. It's gonna get complicated. It's gonna get busy. It's gonna get messy. But you do it again and again and again. And you find your people that are willing to support you every single time and all the way through. even when it gets hard, even when you're discouraged, and even when you're at your highest times and super motivated. So when your person or your people look at you and you're like, you've already tried this and you go, yeah, and I'm going to try it again. And I have my whole life to work on this. Are you on my team? Are you going to be there for me when it's a moment to pause and take care of myself in other ways or try something different and put my energy somewhere else? Or are you not going to be that person for me? And they might not be, and that's okay. But you know who can be there for you? You! Let that sit with you for a second. You can be your biggest cheerleader. You can be there for you unconditionally and always. You're the only person that can have your back 100 % of the time and the exact way that you want to because other people might try to show up for you and it might not be the way that you want to. Want them to show up, but you can always be there for you and show yourself grace and and love all through this journey. You've got your entire life to work on this. And we never know what the next day is going to look like, what is going to come across our path. But that's okay, because we know that we've got our back. And you might believe that a higher power has your back too, and for me that brings me great peace. And if there's another way that you have of viewing the world or you're working on figuring out what that could look like for you, keep looking, keep searching, find what's going to ground you. Keep your eye on the person that you want to be, the person that you're becoming, and know that the person you already are is enough, is worthy, is lovable. You don't have to change a single thing about you if you don't want to. But I'll tell you what, this life is a lot more invigorating and exciting as I am discovering who I want to be and taking the next step to becoming them. So this is your pep talk. This is me cheering you on. I am on your team. I am on your side 100%. You've got this. Now go make it a great day.
