- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. On Wednesday, July fifteenth, Todd Blanche appeared before
- 0:09Speaker 1: the Senate for a confirmation hearing to see if he
- 0:13Speaker 1: was going to become the next Attorney General of the
- 0:15Speaker 1: United States of America, something that I believe shouldn't happen.
- 0:20Speaker 1: But after watching the confirmation hearing and the way that
- 0:24Speaker 1: these GOP senators were dick riding them, there's no doubt
- 0:28Speaker 1: he's going to get confirmed. And honestly, it's sad all
- 0:31Speaker 1: these GOP senators tried to ride the Epstein issue for years,
- 0:36Speaker 1: talking all kinds of nonsense. But now when there's actually
- 0:39Speaker 1: something actionable, when there's actually people that are in the crosshers,
- 0:44Speaker 1: what do they do. They retreat, They call it a conspiracy,
- 0:48Speaker 1: and they tell you to move on. Well, I hope
- 0:51Speaker 1: everybody remembers that if you live in one of these
- 0:53Speaker 1: districts with one of these senators when the election comes
- 0:56Speaker 1: rolling around, because that's the only thing they understand, losing
- 1:00Speaker 1: their power. That's it. And speaking of power, Todd Blanche
- 1:04Speaker 1: should never be anywhere near it. Today's article is from
- 1:08Speaker 1: Fox News, and the headline Todd Blanche says no closed
- 1:11Speaker 1: investigations in the Epstein case, vows the DOJ will pursue
- 1:15Speaker 1: new suspects. Oh yeah, very comforting statement from Todd Blanche,
- 1:20Speaker 1: the man in charge of the cover up. We're going
- 1:23Speaker 1: to investigate ourselves. This article was authored by Elaine Mallin.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Acting Attorney General. Todd Blanche pushed back Wednesday against claims
- 1:34Speaker 1: that the Justice Department has closed the book on Jeffrey
- 1:37Speaker 1: Epstein's crimes, insisting prosecutor has remain prepared to pursue anyone
- 1:42Speaker 1: who can be criminally linked to the late financiers sex
- 1:45Speaker 1: trafficking operation if new evidence emerges. What about his financial operation,
- 1:49Speaker 1: What about the immigration fraud? What about all of the
- 1:52Speaker 1: officials that helped out along the way. We're just going
- 1:55Speaker 1: to forget all of that, right. Remember this committee that
- 1:58Speaker 1: they set up was supposed to be about not only
- 2:01Speaker 1: Epstein's crimes, but how those crimes were investigated. All of
- 2:06Speaker 1: a sudden, nobody seems to care about that. And that's
- 2:09Speaker 1: the tell. The things that they're steering you away from
- 2:12Speaker 1: are the things that you should be focused on. There
- 2:17Speaker 1: are no closed investigations, he said. If we learn today,
- 2:20Speaker 1: if we will learn next week. If we learn next
- 2:22Speaker 1: month that there's an individual that we can investigate in
- 2:25Speaker 1: diet and prosecute out of the Epstein files, you better
- 2:28Speaker 1: believe it. We will cool. Let's start with Leon Black,
- 2:31Speaker 1: Let's start with les Wexner. How about Sarah Kellen, how
- 2:34Speaker 1: about Leslie Groff, how about Adriana Ross, plenty of people. Again,
- 2:40Speaker 1: it's not about the evidence, it's about the will. Blanche's
- 2:44Speaker 1: comments came during his Senate confirmation hearing amid continued scrutiny
- 2:48Speaker 1: of the Trump administration's handling of the Epstein files, continued
- 2:52Speaker 1: scrutiny from normal people. But there's a lot of people
- 2:56Speaker 1: out there, unfortunately, who really bought into this being a hope.
- 3:00Speaker 1: And that's all because the people like Blanche and Donald Trump.
- 3:04Speaker 1: And it's a gigantic disservice not only to the survivors
- 3:07Speaker 1: but to the truth. And I won't have any part
- 3:09Speaker 1: in that. People can run around and try and carry
- 3:13Speaker 1: water for Todd Blanche and Donald Trump the administration, But
- 3:16Speaker 1: you're looking like a fool, and I think history is
- 3:20Speaker 1: going to judge you that way. I mean, when did
- 3:21Speaker 1: it become that we have to support every decision made
- 3:24Speaker 1: by a politician like, when did that become part of
- 3:27Speaker 1: the criteria. The Justice Department, then led by Attorney General Pambondi,
- 3:33Speaker 1: and the FBI concluded a review in July twenty twenty
- 3:36Speaker 1: five that found no evidence of a so called client
- 3:39Speaker 1: list belonging to Epstein and o basis for further public disclosures.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Oh yeah, no basis. Can you imagine they were trying
- 3:46Speaker 1: to hide what we've seen in those Epstein files and saying, oh,
- 3:49Speaker 1: there was no basis, And now they want us to
- 3:52Speaker 1: believe them again, Oh trust us, bro the other three
- 3:55Speaker 1: million documents, Well, they're non responsive, or they're duplicative, or
- 3:59Speaker 1: their privileged. We don't believe you, Todd Blanche and Frankly,
- 4:04Speaker 1: I think you're one of the biggest liars in the administration.
- 4:07Speaker 1: And not only that, you're an embarrassment, an embarrassment to
- 4:10Speaker 1: the office, and an embarrassment to the American people. Blanche
- 4:14Speaker 1: drew a distinction between the departments completed a review of
- 4:18Speaker 1: the existing Epstein files and its authority to pursue new
- 4:21Speaker 1: criminal cases, while the prosecution of Epstein, who died in
- 4:25Speaker 1: federal custody in twenty nineteen, and this longtime associate Glain
- 4:29Speaker 1: Maxwell have concluded. Blanche said the Justice Department remains willing
- 4:33Speaker 1: to investigate and prosecute any additional individuals if credible evidence
- 4:38Speaker 1: warrants it. Imagine seeing everything we've seen and saying there's
- 4:43Speaker 1: no credible evidence, and then these senators are going to
- 4:47Speaker 1: get up there and vote for them. It's really hard
- 4:49Speaker 1: to wrap my mind around that this is the party
- 4:53Speaker 1: that through a gigantic fit about Bill Clinton catching a
- 4:57Speaker 1: bj in the Oval office. But now it's all good.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Everything's cool. Degeneracy just the flavor of the day, and
- 5:04Speaker 1: all of these senators are more than happy to get
- 5:07Speaker 1: a lick. He also rejected suggestions that the Department has
- 5:10Speaker 1: neglected Epstein's victims, saying DOJ officials have met with the
- 5:14Speaker 1: representatives of more than thirty victims since the review began
- 5:18Speaker 1: and would continue speaking with anyone who comes forward. Another
- 5:22Speaker 1: lie by Todd Blanche, more like he wants people to
- 5:24Speaker 1: come forward so he could put them under surveillance. We
- 5:28Speaker 1: will never not talk to victims, Blanche said. We will
- 5:30Speaker 1: never not do everything we can to prosecute anybody that
- 5:33Speaker 1: committed any crimes against any of these women. Cool. Let's
- 5:37Speaker 1: start with the banks. Let's start with some of the
- 5:39Speaker 1: people in your own administration. What did Lutnik know? What
- 5:42Speaker 1: about Ben Black? What about Paulo Zampoli? No comment. We
- 5:51Speaker 1: don't want to talk about that, got it? Okay? Cool.
- 5:55Speaker 1: He encouraged any victim or their attorney with additional information
- 5:59Speaker 1: to contact the fac reiterating that the Department would one
- 6:02Speaker 1: hundred percent investigate any new evidence that could support criminal charges. Okay,
- 6:08Speaker 1: mister Blanche, I'm giving you some information right now. There
- 6:11Speaker 1: was money laundering occurring between all of your buddies and
- 6:13Speaker 1: all the people that are paying your bills. Are you
- 6:16Speaker 1: going to investigate them? Oh, you're not right. Here's what
- 6:20Speaker 1: we need a special counsel, not only to investigate them,
- 6:25Speaker 1: but to investigate you. Mister Blanche, you are untrustworthy and
- 6:31Speaker 1: in my opinion, you're an Epstein adjacent enabler. That's what
- 6:35Speaker 1: you are, the Attorney General of the United States, an
- 6:39Speaker 1: Epstein adjacent enabler. Boy, how the mighty have fallen. Later
- 6:45Speaker 1: in the hearing, Senator Richard Blumenthal pressed Blanche to apologize
- 6:48Speaker 1: directly to Epstein's victims for the Justice Department's handling of
- 6:52Speaker 1: the file release. After roughly one percent of release documents
- 6:55Speaker 1: required corrected redactions. Any mistake that we made should not
- 7:00Speaker 1: have been made. Blanche said, yes, I am sorry that
- 7:03Speaker 1: in about one percent of the documents, mistakes were made. Yeah,
- 7:07Speaker 1: mistakes that all went the same way. Notice none of
- 7:10Speaker 1: his friends were unmasked. Notice none of his colleagues were unmasked.
- 7:15Speaker 1: It was only the survivors, only the people who have
- 7:18Speaker 1: already suffered. And Blanche can say whatever he wants, but
- 7:21Speaker 1: he doesn't care. If he cared, he's in a position
- 7:25Speaker 1: to do something about it, but he does not care.
- 7:27Speaker 1: That's what it comes down to. He added that the
- 7:31Speaker 1: DOJ immediately pulled effected documents, corrected the errors, and dedicated
- 7:36Speaker 1: around the clock attorneys to issue redactions. Blumenthal also urged
- 7:40Speaker 1: Blanche to personally meet with Epstein's survivors. Blanche responded that
- 7:45Speaker 1: he had never said I can't meet with them, adding
- 7:47Speaker 1: that if victims are represented by council, meetings would be
- 7:50Speaker 1: coordinated through their attorneys. Of course I can meet with them,
- 7:54Speaker 1: Blanche said, I'm the acting Attorney General of the United States.
- 7:57Speaker 1: We'll do it. What are you waiting for? Why don't
- 8:01Speaker 1: you take a group of them to your boss's office.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Donald trumple met with everybody but the Epstein survivors. It
- 8:07Speaker 1: seems I wonder why Bro'll have dinner with Kim Jong
- 8:12Speaker 1: un get into business deals with this gumbag or that scumbag.
- 8:17Speaker 1: But no, we can't meet with the Epstein survivors. We
- 8:20Speaker 1: don't have time for that. This whole Lass thing is absurd. Okay,
- 8:25Speaker 1: the narrative, this confirmation, hearing, Todd, Blanche's role, all of it.
- 8:30Speaker 1: The Justice Department's handling of the Epstein files was also
- 8:33Speaker 1: top of mind for Republican senators, as Senator John Kennedy
- 8:37Speaker 1: asked Blanche whether additional people identified in the Epstein files
- 8:41Speaker 1: could face charges. This Kennedy guy, another bumbling geriatric. There
- 8:47Speaker 1: needs to be age limits for these congressmen and senators.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I've had enough of these old people with their liver
- 8:54Speaker 1: spotted skin, acting like their hip, like that knucklehead Tim
- 8:58Speaker 1: Burchett riding around on his skateboard. Stop it, dude, Okay,
- 9:02Speaker 1: quit it. If you want to be a social media influencer,
- 9:04Speaker 1: be that. If you want to be a senator or
- 9:06Speaker 1: a congressman, be that. You can't be both. And I've
- 9:11Speaker 1: had my fill of these actors acting like politicians, Blanche said,
- 9:18Speaker 1: prosecutors reviewing the evidence had not identified evidence that other
- 9:21Speaker 1: men participated in Epstein's trafficking operation, while stressing that that
- 9:25Speaker 1: does not mean it didn't happen. That's a lie. Okay,
- 9:30Speaker 1: I don't even need to go into a sprawling trafficking network. Okay,
- 9:34Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein was trafficking women back and forth between himself
- 9:38Speaker 1: and Jean le Brunel. That is not an allegation. That
- 9:40Speaker 1: is not a maybe. That is a fact. So Todd
- 9:46Speaker 1: Blanche lying once again. But it doesn't even matter because
- 9:50Speaker 1: these congressmen, these senators, they don't know the story. They
- 9:53Speaker 1: only care about the parts of the story that they
- 9:55Speaker 1: feel they can use politically. They don't care about the
- 9:58Speaker 1: actual overall story, and they don't care about justice. Senator
- 10:03Speaker 1: Corey Booker also questioned Blanche about his interview with Glenn
- 10:06Speaker 1: Maxwell in July of twenty twenty five, asking whether it
- 10:09Speaker 1: had led to any additional criminal charges. Blanche replied it
- 10:13Speaker 1: had not. Blanche declined to say whether the interview led
- 10:17Speaker 1: to any investigations, saying the Justice Department does not comment
- 10:20Speaker 1: on the existence of investigations. Booker further pressed Blanche about
- 10:25Speaker 1: his interview with Maxwell, asking whether he or anyone else
- 10:28Speaker 1: at DOJ had discussed the possibility of a presidential pardon, clemency,
- 10:33Speaker 1: or Maxwell's later transfer to a minimum security prison camp.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Blanche denied that any of those topics were discussed with
- 10:40Speaker 1: Maxwell or her attorneys don't believe that either. So let
- 10:44Speaker 1: me just close out this episode by telling you I
- 10:46Speaker 1: think Todd Blanche is a liar, and I think that
- 10:49Speaker 1: any Senator that votes to confirm him is going to
- 10:52Speaker 1: really regret that decision later on down the road. So
- 10:56Speaker 1: we'll see what happens. We'll see if he gets confirmed,
- 10:58Speaker 1: and when we have some more information one way or
- 11:00Speaker 1: the other, we'll get that added to the catalog as well.
- 11:04Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 11:07Speaker 1: found in the description box.
