- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous, It's Lala Kent.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Welcome to Untraditionally Lala.
- 0:06Speaker 1: Hello, my loves It is Lala Kent.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Welcome back to Untraditionally Lala. I'm here with te t Boy.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Hey hey, hey, hey, hey, I'm what's happening.
- 0:17Speaker 1: How's it going?
- 0:18Speaker 3: It's going. You think you get over it and then
- 0:21Speaker 3: you just get back into it, you know.
- 0:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:25Speaker 2: So it's been a week since we made the very
- 0:29Speaker 2: difficult decision to.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Send Lily to Doggie have been.
- 0:34Speaker 2: I asked Easton to be on this episode, so I'm
- 0:38Speaker 2: not just crying to myself. So I think we've been
- 0:44Speaker 2: really really open about Lily and just what's happened to
- 0:49Speaker 2: her over the past year.
- 0:50Speaker 1: I want to say, I feel like she had.
- 0:53Speaker 2: A significant decline about two and a half years ago,
- 0:58Speaker 2: almost three, when we all went to Hawaii for the
- 1:02Speaker 2: first time and we were gone for ten days.
- 1:04Speaker 1: We left Lily.
- 1:07Speaker 2: With a friend and she was in a completely new
- 1:10Speaker 2: environment for the longest time that I've left her ever ever.
- 1:16Speaker 2: And when I came home, I had been told like
- 1:19Speaker 2: the dog Lily has a.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Hotspot, and I was like, oh, she gets those all
- 1:22Speaker 1: the time.
- 1:23Speaker 2: I'll be home tonight and when I get home, her
- 1:27Speaker 2: entire back leg is just raw from her butt down to.
- 1:32Speaker 3: Like her ankle, her achilles.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and then he said like she had been licking
- 1:39Speaker 2: it a lot, which is obviously normal. But I wake
- 1:42Speaker 2: up the next morning with her, and you know, I
- 1:44Speaker 2: babed it because she gets those. She was getting hotspots
- 1:47Speaker 2: quite a bit towards the end, and so I had
- 1:50Speaker 2: all the stuff that I needed from the vet, babied it,
- 1:55Speaker 2: and I had white drapes in my room. And at
- 1:59Speaker 2: this point in time, we were still at the Palazzo
- 2:02Speaker 2: in West Hollywood, across from the Grove, and I wake
- 2:05Speaker 2: up and it's like it stinks and she's soaking wet,
- 2:09Speaker 2: and I'm like, there's no way that this is just
- 2:10Speaker 2: from her licking herself.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Again, this is like three years ago.
- 2:13Speaker 2: And I look at my drapes where she would lay
- 2:16Speaker 2: and it was just like yellow, which I knew right then, Okay,
- 2:19Speaker 2: she's peeing herself. So I then put her in diapers,
- 2:24Speaker 2: and that's how we were doing the whole bit. We
- 2:28Speaker 2: got her back on her feet to where she didn't
- 2:29Speaker 2: have to wear the diapers anymore. She was on incontinence medication.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Cut to we move into the new house. I'm about
- 2:37Speaker 2: a week away from giving birth to Sosa, and mom
- 2:42Speaker 2: is yelling to me and keep in mind, you guys,
- 2:45Speaker 2: I'm noticing that she's acting very different.
- 2:48Speaker 1: She's like falling down the stairs.
- 2:50Speaker 2: It got to the point where at the new house
- 2:53Speaker 2: she couldn't even go up the stairs to sleep in
- 2:55Speaker 2: my room, which is where she would normally sleep, because
- 2:57Speaker 2: she would literally face plant down the stairs.
- 3:00Speaker 1: So she's in my mom's room.
- 3:02Speaker 2: My mom yaells up to me and she said, Lily
- 3:07Speaker 2: can't move and it looks like she's seizing.
- 3:10Speaker 1: So I run in there. She's like stiff as.
- 3:13Speaker 2: A board and her eye she's finally like coming to her.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Her eyes are fluttering back and forth.
- 3:19Speaker 2: I call the neighbor. Neighbor comes over. We put her
- 3:22Speaker 2: in the car, take her to the vet.
- 3:25Speaker 3: And she.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Ended up having a stroke in the back of the
- 3:31Speaker 2: car on the way on the way.
- 3:32Speaker 1: There to the vet's office. But she had seized at
- 3:37Speaker 1: the house.
- 3:38Speaker 3: Here's the thing with a dog, you can never be
- 3:40Speaker 3: too long winded because everybody can relate to you. Yeah,
- 3:43Speaker 3: there's not one thing that somebody can't relate to with
- 3:45Speaker 3: the dog. We've all had one yeah, you know. Yeah,
- 3:48Speaker 3: And to be honest, I really like what you're saying,
- 3:50Speaker 3: because I forgot that. We even put her in diapers
- 3:53Speaker 3: for yeah, the first while we were getting her all
- 3:57Speaker 3: prepped to see what was going on, I totally forgot.
- 4:00Speaker 2: So we get to the vet. That was the diagnosis
- 4:03Speaker 2: is she's had a stroke. She would walk around after.
- 4:05Speaker 1: We got home. I will laugh at that, My sweet baby.
- 4:09Speaker 2: She would walk around and her head was cocked like this,
- 4:11Speaker 2: and she was very off balance.
- 4:13Speaker 1: And that lasted for quite some time.
- 4:16Speaker 2: So then we had to put her on dramamine because
- 4:18Speaker 2: her eyes were flickering. So he was like, the reason
- 4:20Speaker 2: why she's falling over is because not because the head
- 4:24Speaker 2: is cocked, but because the eyes will not stop going
- 4:26Speaker 2: back and forth. So until that stops, which they gave
- 4:30Speaker 2: her something, but he said it could take a couple
- 4:32Speaker 2: of days till that stops. Give her the dramamine because
- 4:34Speaker 2: that will help her not be so off balance. And
- 4:39Speaker 2: then she was like heavily medicated from that time and
- 4:42Speaker 2: when was that two years ago?
- 4:44Speaker 3: Yeah, and then from there it just hurt. The medication
- 4:48Speaker 3: just kept getting bigger doses or adding another Yeah.
- 4:53Speaker 2: Cut to where we were the past you know, few
- 4:56Speaker 2: months she definitely could not.
- 4:59Speaker 1: I mean I kept the dog alive selfishly.
- 5:01Speaker 3: No, I mean we did. That's where I'm I have
- 5:07Speaker 3: to laugh because I'll cry same emotion by the way
- 5:13Speaker 3: I filled out like the quality of life. Yeah, and
- 5:18Speaker 3: I don't know if people have done this, but it's
- 5:19Speaker 3: like zero to nine when you're.
- 5:21Speaker 1: They have you do it at the vest office when
- 5:22Speaker 1: you're struggling.
- 5:23Speaker 3: To make it if you don't know. And I filled
- 5:25Speaker 3: it out and like I was being like, we'll just
- 5:29Speaker 3: give her warm instead of two on this one because
- 5:32Speaker 3: she wants to but you can't. But she wants to.
- 5:35Speaker 3: And at the very end I added it up and
- 5:36Speaker 3: I was like shot in hell, like she.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Was twenty six and that's when you know, like.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Okay, it was like thirty something and she was twenty six. Oh,
- 5:46Speaker 3: and there was more to fill out, and I was like,
- 5:48Speaker 3: I think we're done here, but like I was reading
- 5:51Speaker 3: through things too, and it was like barking at the mailman.
- 5:54Speaker 3: I was like, all right, she barks at people in
- 5:56Speaker 3: the backyard, but it was like, does she get up?
- 5:59Speaker 1: I was like, she can't. She wants to, but she can't.
- 6:02Speaker 3: So that's where like filling that out, and like we
- 6:08Speaker 3: had to pick the dog up for a year and
- 6:10Speaker 3: a half.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Yeah, we had to take her out to go to
- 6:12Speaker 2: the bathroom and there were multiple peas and poops in
- 6:16Speaker 2: the house a day because she could she physically.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Could not move her own body.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Once we got her on her feet, you would have
- 6:23Speaker 2: to just kind of hold her as if you were
- 6:25Speaker 2: teaching a toddler how to walk. Walk.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and then she was good. But that was the
- 6:30Speaker 3: other thing that was bad.
- 6:31Speaker 1: She walks became non existent at.
- 6:34Speaker 3: The yes, last couple months, the last three months.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Way more than that. Easton, when's the.
- 6:40Speaker 3: Last time we walked? I guess I hadn't.
- 6:42Speaker 2: I had not been able to take her on a
- 6:44Speaker 2: walk since Soso was like brand new.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Yeah, but she would bark at like to go outside.
- 6:52Speaker 3: That was the sad thing is like she couldn't get up.
- 6:54Speaker 3: She'd bark to go out, and as we'd pick her up,
- 6:56Speaker 3: you have to pick her up, and it's like putting
- 6:58Speaker 3: stress on. So then she'd so then she'd pee or poop,
- 7:01Speaker 3: and then it was it just became a whole lot,
- 7:05Speaker 3: it did.
- 7:05Speaker 2: It became a whole lot for the family. It became
- 7:08Speaker 2: a whole lot for the dog most importantly, like, so
- 7:12Speaker 2: we had probably made an appointment I want to say,
- 7:15Speaker 2: minimum of fifteen times to like go in and send
- 7:19Speaker 2: her to the Rainbow Bridge, and every time we would
- 7:23Speaker 2: cancel or the dog would walk back through the door
- 7:25Speaker 2: because we just could not do it. And there were
- 7:28Speaker 2: little things like I was talking to a friend who
- 7:31Speaker 2: has put dogs down before.
- 7:39Speaker 4: And at this point I was just like looking for
- 7:41Speaker 4: anybody to kind of tell me, like what to do.
- 7:43Speaker 1: I've had this dog since.
- 7:45Speaker 4: I was twenty years old, you know, And she gave
- 7:50Speaker 4: me really amazing advice.
- 7:53Speaker 1: And I was like, because every time.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Like we make the appointment, you know, like she'll get
- 7:58Speaker 2: up on her own and I'm like, oh my god,
- 8:00Speaker 2: it's not the right time. And she said, you know,
- 8:02Speaker 2: with both of my dog's law, like every time I
- 8:05Speaker 2: would make the appointment, it would be so horrible for
- 8:08Speaker 2: my dogs, and I would I would make the appointment
- 8:11Speaker 2: and then they would do something. And she was like
- 8:13Speaker 2: I finally came to the realization that that was like
- 8:16Speaker 2: God telling.
- 8:17Speaker 4: You, like this is the right thing, like allow them
- 8:20Speaker 4: to have this all the time.
- 8:22Speaker 2: And so on Wednesday last week, which was also the
- 8:28Speaker 2: day of my seven year sober birthday. You, I had
- 8:34Speaker 2: to make one of the most difficult decisions of my life.
- 8:39Speaker 2: And I felt okay about it because I had tried
- 8:43Speaker 2: to pick her up she had already peede herself, and
- 8:49Speaker 2: as she was walking, or attempting to, I should say,
- 8:53Speaker 2: her front legs gave out and she smacked her face
- 8:56Speaker 2: on the floor and I just knew, like, I'm being
- 9:00Speaker 2: really selfish.
- 9:01Speaker 1: This dog does not deserve.
- 9:04Speaker 3: This at all.
- 9:06Speaker 2: And we got her a happy meal at a McDonald's
- 9:11Speaker 2: and it came in like this little boo basket for Halloween.
- 9:18Speaker 1: That when Ocean came home from school, I told.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Her, you know, Lily went to doggie Heaven and she
- 9:25Speaker 2: was like, why did we do that? And I just
- 9:28Speaker 2: told her because she deserved to, you know, run around
- 9:33Speaker 2: and be a dog. And I told her, but Lily
- 9:37Speaker 2: wanted me to give this to you, and she.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Thought that that was amazing.
- 9:44Speaker 2: She said, did the dog talk and tell you that
- 9:46Speaker 2: she wanted to give this to me? I was like, yeah,
- 9:50Speaker 2: pretty much she did. To no Ocean things that Lily talked.
- 9:55Speaker 3: That's what they do at the very end.
- 9:58Speaker 2: But it was like such a weird, beautiful and sad
- 10:03Speaker 2: day that like this dog who has been through every
- 10:07Speaker 2: monumental moment of my wife.
- 10:10Speaker 3: You know.
- 10:12Speaker 2: I remember getting her at the shelter. She was like
- 10:15Speaker 2: like cutish, just black ball of her, and I packed
- 10:19Speaker 2: her around like she was a chihuahua. I took her
- 10:21Speaker 2: everywhere with me, And when we moved to La and
- 10:24Speaker 2: like the shittiest apartment ever, she was just down for
- 10:29Speaker 2: the ride, down for the cause. And if I couldn't
- 10:32Speaker 2: bring her to a house party, we weren't going. If
- 10:36Speaker 2: I couldn't take her on the boat, then we weren't going.
- 10:39Speaker 2: And like she was there on the days that I
- 10:45Speaker 2: was like so sad and just drunk, and she like
- 10:50Speaker 2: gave me a reason to get out of bed, and
- 10:54Speaker 2: like I had purpose and responsibility because of this dog,
- 10:58Speaker 2: when like I truly had nothing to live for. I
- 11:01Speaker 2: was just like drinking to numb myself, but I had
- 11:05Speaker 2: to take care of her.
- 11:07Speaker 3: And yeah, but then you really did. How beautiful she
- 11:12Speaker 3: got you out of bed? And then I feel like
- 11:14Speaker 3: you got her out of bed. Yeah, you took her
- 11:16Speaker 3: on her walks once you were sober. You were the
- 11:19Speaker 3: best owner. And I feel like that's why she gave
- 11:21Speaker 3: you sixteen years fifteen and a half. I was giving
- 11:25Speaker 3: you the benefit of the time.
- 11:28Speaker 2: No, she lived a really long and beautiful life. She
- 11:32Speaker 2: went on a lot of private jets.
- 11:35Speaker 3: She's done a lot of it. She's done more than
- 11:36Speaker 3: I have, so a lot more than I have. She
- 11:39Speaker 3: stayed at the Walldorf Astoria.
- 11:41Speaker 1: She stayed at Beverly Hills Hostel es.
- 11:44Speaker 3: The Easter story.
- 11:46Speaker 2: Oh my god, you guys, there was a time that
- 11:48Speaker 2: I was living at Beverly Hills Hotel while I looked
- 11:50Speaker 2: for a new apartment, and like we were living the dream.
- 11:54Speaker 1: I would order her like the.
- 11:56Speaker 2: Most fabulous breakfast of like salmon and chicken and eggs
- 12:00Speaker 2: and rice. It did not agree with her stomach. It
- 12:04Speaker 2: was Easter Sunday and we walk I'm taking her through
- 12:09Speaker 2: the hallways of Beverly Hills Hotel to take her out
- 12:13Speaker 2: to go potty, and I smell something and I look
- 12:17Speaker 2: behind me. So I'd never put her on a leash,
- 12:20Speaker 2: even though they told me to put her on a leash.
- 12:22Speaker 1: N that I'm not putting this dog on a leash.
- 12:25Speaker 3: She didn't have to. She hated other dogs and fear
- 12:27Speaker 3: away from them and just stick.
- 12:29Speaker 1: She wanted no part of I just.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Know she just wanted to hang out by you, and
- 12:34Speaker 3: that was it.
- 12:35Speaker 2: Yeah, And so I look behind me and she's just
- 12:37Speaker 2: like projectile shitting you guys through the Beverly Hills Hotel.
- 12:40Speaker 1: And I'm not joking.
- 12:42Speaker 2: This family comes out of their room and they're dressed
- 12:45Speaker 2: to the fucking nines. Okay, ready to go to Pulo
- 12:48Speaker 2: Lounge for Easter brunch. And the little boy goes ew
- 12:53Speaker 2: it stinks that dog is pooping everywhere I was.
- 12:59Speaker 1: I was side. The staff would not have been sweeter.
- 13:03Speaker 1: They were like, it's okay. They're like getting out this
- 13:06Speaker 1: ginormous carpet clean.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Yeah, you got that stand.
- 13:11Speaker 2: So I finally get her outside into the grass area and.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Do my business.
- 13:18Speaker 1: No, I wish, I wish Easton.
- 13:21Speaker 2: I'm sitting on the bench and she's continuing to projectile ship.
- 13:25Speaker 2: But I'm like, at least it's on the lawn. A
- 13:29Speaker 2: swarm of children comes out because that's where they're gonna
- 13:32Speaker 2: find their Easter eggs. In that fucking area.
- 13:38Speaker 3: Literally, did you just put a cup over it?
- 13:40Speaker 1: I couldn't clean it up.
- 13:41Speaker 3: It was water. I ran.
- 13:45Speaker 2: I ran.
- 13:48Speaker 1: In the room the rest of the day.
- 13:49Speaker 3: I would have found a new hotel. It was. I'd
- 13:52Speaker 3: have moved into an apartment that day.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Had I been.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Sober, I probably would have had my wits about me.
- 13:57Speaker 2: But I was like coming off of a drunk one.
- 14:01Speaker 3: No, I don't think that would have been a tough
- 14:04Speaker 3: time to be sober.
- 14:07Speaker 1: No.
- 14:08Speaker 3: No, if my dog is projectile shitting, get me drunk,
- 14:11Speaker 3: I do not want to be aware of that. How
- 14:13Speaker 3: can I help? Even sober, I'm just like, all right, buddy,
- 14:17Speaker 3: they're gonna look at you like, at least this drunk
- 14:19Speaker 3: is trying to get the dog out. If you're sober,
- 14:22Speaker 3: They're like, this dude is a terrible owner.
- 14:24Speaker 1: That's true, That's very true.
- 14:27Speaker 3: I'm smelling diarrhea. I'm sorry, sober.
- 14:35Speaker 1: I know it was not good.
- 14:37Speaker 3: I tried to clean one diaper of lies of your child's. Oh,
- 14:43Speaker 3: I'm not good with diarrhea, poop, vomit. If there's vomit poop,
- 14:48Speaker 3: there's gonna be more vomit because I'm vomiting.
- 14:51Speaker 1: All right. Do I need to give a trigger warning
- 15:04Speaker 1: for this episode?
- 15:05Speaker 2: Because I feel like all we've talked about is how
- 15:06Speaker 2: much Lily goes to the bathroom, And there were.
- 15:09Speaker 1: So many other amazing moments you know, but like it's
- 15:13Speaker 1: so funny.
- 15:15Speaker 3: My mornings are free.
- 15:17Speaker 2: That is really really yes, But like last night I went,
- 15:25Speaker 2: I had this reaction where I paused the TV and
- 15:28Speaker 2: I was like, oh, I can hear Lily and it
- 15:31Speaker 2: was just like a ghost cry. Oh that hide in
- 15:37Speaker 2: your mind? Yeah, And I kept pausing the TV and
- 15:40Speaker 2: I'm like, I know I hear her.
- 15:42Speaker 3: I did. Do you want to know? There was a
- 15:44Speaker 3: beautiful woman that commented I wish I remembered her handle,
- 15:47Speaker 3: but she said in heaven, time works a little different,
- 15:52Speaker 3: and by the time Lily looks back, you'll be there.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Isn't that beautiful? Yeah, yeah you can cry, because I'm
- 16:01Speaker 3: about to.
- 16:02Speaker 1: You should cry.
- 16:03Speaker 3: I'll take one. But yeah, no, I I laugh because
- 16:09Speaker 3: it's just like she would even like I just remember
- 16:13Speaker 3: her just like outside staring at me after she just
- 16:17Speaker 3: pittled on herself, and I remember like looking at her
- 16:21Speaker 3: like you're not ready though, No, you're not ready.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Nothing. We can't handle.
- 16:27Speaker 3: What's it called. I was talking to a friend the
- 16:29Speaker 3: day we were putting Lily down, and I was like, yeah,
- 16:33Speaker 3: we made an appointment, and he goes, oh, yeah, so
- 16:36Speaker 3: she's going to go outside and do handstands because we
- 16:40Speaker 3: have canceled so many times. And I was like, probably, yeah,
- 16:43Speaker 3: she'll do something miraculous for us not to do what
- 16:45Speaker 3: we're about to do. But the uh no, well the
- 16:52Speaker 3: nurses you talking about her falling on her front legs. Yeah,
- 16:58Speaker 3: I feel like I told you, But like they couldn't
- 17:00Speaker 3: find a vein, Like the vein was so wormy that
- 17:04Speaker 3: they couldn't even get a needle in it, so they
- 17:06Speaker 3: had to go to the next and she was like,
- 17:08Speaker 3: once that happens, we're losing, you know, function in our
- 17:12Speaker 3: front legs now. So I was like, damn, yeah, this
- 17:15Speaker 3: is the right time.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Yeah she Lily was like, and I hope no one
- 17:21Speaker 2: gets offended by this. Just your higher power, whatever that is.
- 17:25Speaker 2: But I always said, if Jesus had a dog, it.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Would be Lily, it would be Lily.
- 17:29Speaker 3: I agree with you.
- 17:31Speaker 2: She not that any dog has like a mean bone
- 17:35Speaker 2: in their body, but just like there was something in
- 17:37Speaker 2: her eyes that she was just very cool.
- 17:40Speaker 3: No, they were like I even said after she passed,
- 17:43Speaker 3: I was like, my dog are They don't fucking hold
- 17:47Speaker 3: a candle to Lily.
- 17:49Speaker 2: She just felt very like human like, And I love
- 17:52Speaker 2: that I can watch back like Vander pump Roules season four.
- 17:56Speaker 3: And see her.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Yeah, and she I had to shave her because I
- 18:00Speaker 2: had just moved to California and I didn't know that
- 18:02Speaker 2: dogs could get fleas in California because of the fucking humidity,
- 18:05Speaker 2: Like in Utah, we don't have that shit. I'm like hiking.
- 18:09Speaker 2: I'm not hiking.
- 18:11Speaker 3: I would People were like, be careful, your dogs can
- 18:14Speaker 3: get fleas where like when you're hiking.
- 18:16Speaker 1: I got out of here, so I had to like
- 18:18Speaker 1: take her to shave her whole body. She looked like
- 18:23Speaker 1: such a dork and then she had like a flea
- 18:26Speaker 1: caller on.
- 18:27Speaker 3: And she no, she's lived. I was telling mom, I
- 18:30Speaker 3: was like, that dog I think lived so long because
- 18:34Speaker 3: just so many lives. Like then you moved and I
- 18:37Speaker 3: had her for a year or so while you were
- 18:39Speaker 3: trying to just find your like footing and find the apartment.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Then I think you moved home, grabbed her, moved back
- 18:45Speaker 3: because you found your apartment. Could have been six months,
- 18:47Speaker 3: not even and she was my dog.
- 18:49Speaker 5: Was not in Alhamborough for very long, yeah, but I
- 18:52Speaker 5: but she was my dog and me and Dad would
- 18:54Speaker 5: take her on a walk every day after this work
- 18:56Speaker 5: and then you got her, and then you had her
- 18:58Speaker 5: at that shithole apartment.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Yeah, then you had her in the Palazzo, then then.
- 19:04Speaker 1: A different apartment at the Palaza.
- 19:06Speaker 3: Yet then we moved to Mulholland yep, and then down
- 19:10Speaker 3: to Palazzo.
- 19:11Speaker 1: You got one the day that I upgraded.
- 19:14Speaker 3: Later she did, oh she did. I'm telling you, if
- 19:18Speaker 3: you wonder why she lives so many, it's like because
- 19:21Speaker 3: she was looking around and there's a new house. She's like, Oh,
- 19:23Speaker 3: this is fucking life, her life. I'm hoping Pablo and
- 19:27Speaker 3: Bernice get it gone because they've lived a lot of
- 19:29Speaker 3: lives too, from thirty six, forty eight to sixty eight
- 19:32Speaker 3: to fifty one. Fucking go partying. Their face is so great, though,
- 19:42Speaker 3: I know, can we talk about Lily's face? Not a
- 19:45Speaker 3: piece of black on that face? No, she was full.
- 19:49Speaker 1: She had us like a mask of white fur.
- 19:51Speaker 2: And she used to be jet black though only there
- 19:54Speaker 2: was like a little spot of white on her chest,
- 19:57Speaker 2: like you couldn't even see her at Oh you gould
- 19:59Speaker 2: it that she was jet black. And then she just
- 20:04Speaker 2: started getting that sexy little it was like the eyebrows,
- 20:07Speaker 2: and then she got like a little goatee.
- 20:08Speaker 1: I was like, you're kind of little billy goat Towards
- 20:13Speaker 1: the end, I was like, oh, your old lady.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Yeah she is, And like when I would brush her,
- 20:19Speaker 2: it was like gray throughout her black fur. I was like, oh,
- 20:23Speaker 2: she's grown. She's like seeing some shit and there there
- 20:30Speaker 2: are two moments. So I call her my road dog
- 20:32Speaker 2: because like literally I used to drive from LA to
- 20:36Speaker 2: Salt Lake all the time.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Because I couldn't afford a plane ticket.
- 20:42Speaker 3: Ticket drove home. Yeah.
- 20:45Speaker 2: We would just like pack her up, throw some ship
- 20:49Speaker 2: into the you know, front seat, some treats for little
- 20:52Speaker 2: some treats for me. And she was living the dream,
- 20:55Speaker 2: sticking her head out of the window and you know
- 20:58Speaker 2: how their traces get pulled back, just living.
- 21:01Speaker 1: It on the freeway. She'd give one fuck.
- 21:03Speaker 3: She was ready to roll.
- 21:05Speaker 2: And the day that I moved out of the Moule
- 21:06Speaker 2: Holland house, it was a very quick process, but she
- 21:10Speaker 2: was like chasing me around, panting because she obviously knew
- 21:13Speaker 2: something was up.
- 21:14Speaker 1: They're all about they know what you're saying.
- 21:16Speaker 3: She was like the only thing, the only energy.
- 21:21Speaker 2: She kept looking in the car as I was packing it,
- 21:23Speaker 2: like where's my place? Like I don't see any spot
- 21:26Speaker 2: where I'm gonna go. And I had to look at
- 21:28Speaker 2: her and say, Lily, seat is for you. This seat
- 21:31Speaker 2: is for you. I'm not leaving you.
- 21:33Speaker 1: But she was on my ass that entire day and
- 21:35Speaker 1: the moment we were ready.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Oh.
- 21:37Speaker 1: She also lived in the treehouse. That was weird too.
- 21:39Speaker 3: How long a month I visited?
- 21:45Speaker 1: I visited was the same house.
- 21:48Speaker 3: I remember going in and I went dark in here,
- 21:53Speaker 3: dock down? Why was it dark? Oh? The energy? Oh,
- 21:56Speaker 3: like you're gonna have great energy in there. You just
- 21:59Speaker 3: ran away. You had your dog and your child. I
- 22:01Speaker 3: walked in there with two buddies in a van for
- 22:03Speaker 3: a van trip, and I thought I need to get
- 22:06Speaker 3: high immediately, so I did.
- 22:09Speaker 1: Lily liked it.
- 22:11Speaker 3: Lily was there when I got high.
- 22:12Speaker 1: When does she watch you? Yeah, she go to judge you.
- 22:17Speaker 3: And then I remember then we came in and made
- 22:20Speaker 3: what I didn't land and made the that chicken pecat
- 22:23Speaker 3: or whatever. Oh yeah, fire when you were high.
- 22:26Speaker 2: See everything like there every moment in my life, Lily
- 22:32Speaker 2: was there because I wouldn't go anywhere without her.
- 22:35Speaker 1: And the thing that's I brought.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Me down that trip.
- 22:39Speaker 2: Yeah, we brought the other dog rippe.
- 22:44Speaker 1: They don't live long enough. We don't deserve That means no, that's.
- 22:47Speaker 3: The only downside to a dog. They don't live long enough.
- 22:50Speaker 2: I don't think My very first tattoo, you guys, was
- 22:53Speaker 2: putting Lily on the back like where my achilles is.
- 22:56Speaker 2: She's a thick lady. Lily was a thick lady. But
- 22:59Speaker 2: my tattoo is also a thickly lily.
- 23:02Speaker 3: She she lost some weight. She was like Grandma who
- 23:04Speaker 3: thinned up. Yeah, boy, she had some dick and she
- 23:09Speaker 3: had some.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Hops towards the end, like Lily hated getting bad.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Seen her once shaven, that's it. Twice no shaven for
- 23:21Speaker 3: the fleas, and then the last time just because she
- 23:26Speaker 3: was hot. And then she got a little alopeci and
- 23:29Speaker 3: then we never did it.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I remember she also beat alopecia.
- 23:33Speaker 2: We shaved her and her fur wasn't coming back in places.
- 23:37Speaker 3: And right on the back of her butt, her butt,
- 23:39Speaker 3: and that is like a jazz.
- 23:41Speaker 1: Yes, that was the thickest of the fur.
- 23:43Speaker 3: And I love giving dogs a good butt rub.
- 23:45Speaker 2: We couldn't even touch it. We were I was like,
- 23:47Speaker 2: you can't touch her rump because or not her rump
- 23:49Speaker 2: is that, but I was going to lose all of
- 23:53Speaker 2: her fur, and god damn it, we got that fur
- 23:57Speaker 2: back and.
- 23:57Speaker 3: Thriving and never cut it again. No, we couldn't. We
- 24:02Speaker 3: almost had to, but we didn't.
- 24:05Speaker 1: What was your favorite thing about will?
- 24:09Speaker 3: Her presence? When she could move like I'd like, just honestly,
- 24:16Speaker 3: sitting in just bed and she'd walk in and then
- 24:19Speaker 3: just jump up and just and just lay down. Yeah,
- 24:23Speaker 3: she was just a good presence. Like. I just loved
- 24:25Speaker 3: how she'd listen. She was a best cuddler.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Yeah, she was a good cuddler.
- 24:29Speaker 3: My favorite thing, honestly, Yeah, just her presence. I liked
- 24:33Speaker 3: her just around. Yeah, I What was your favorite thing?
- 24:37Speaker 2: Oh gosh, there are so many things that I loved
- 24:39Speaker 2: about her. I remember when I started showing with.
- 24:44Speaker 3: Ocean, would she lay on your tummy?
- 24:47Speaker 2: She would lay with me because I was alone most
- 24:49Speaker 2: of the time, so like Lily was was my little
- 24:52Speaker 2: support system. And I remember being super nauseated, like the
- 24:56Speaker 2: first trimester, and go into the BA bathroom to do
- 25:01Speaker 2: my business and I would be done and look behind
- 25:04Speaker 2: me and she was just sitting there staring at me,
- 25:06Speaker 2: making sure.
- 25:06Speaker 1: That I was okay.
- 25:09Speaker 2: And then I remember taking a bath pregnant with Ocean,
- 25:14Speaker 2: and she put her head down on the bathtub.
- 25:16Speaker 3: Do you remember when she did, didn't you? I feel
- 25:19Speaker 3: like you had an Instagram post of that, Yeah, and
- 25:22Speaker 3: she was just like yeah, she would just sit there
- 25:25Speaker 3: and watch me.
- 25:26Speaker 2: I was like, Lily, I promise you, when this baby comes,
- 25:29Speaker 2: I will never love anybody or anything more than I
- 25:32Speaker 2: love you.
- 25:33Speaker 3: Did you lie to her? You lied to her.
- 25:36Speaker 1: I mean it's a different kind of love obviously.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Oh. They never love a dog the way I love you, Lily. No.
- 25:42Speaker 2: But there I know people who are like, I don't
- 25:44Speaker 2: want kids, I just want my fur babies, and they
- 25:47Speaker 2: love their dogs like their own children.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Well that's the thing, is you are correct. There's a
- 25:54Speaker 3: huge difference between like a dog and a child's love.
- 25:57Speaker 3: But I will forever like think of Lily as like
- 26:02Speaker 3: the dog the dog. Yeah, like when like you know,
- 26:05Speaker 3: when I have kids and things, or when I'm old
- 26:07Speaker 3: in sixty or whatever, like I'll probably yeah, back in
- 26:10Speaker 3: the day, I had a little black lab Lily. She
- 26:12Speaker 3: was the best, you know, Like that's the dog like
- 26:15Speaker 3: Brandon's truck. Yeah, you know, so I think Lily like
- 26:19Speaker 3: that is my I think, you know, I know it's
- 26:22Speaker 3: your dog, but that's the dog. There was a family
- 26:24Speaker 3: dog to begin with as well. You just took her
- 26:26Speaker 3: from everyone.
- 26:27Speaker 1: Well, she was not a family dog.
- 26:29Speaker 3: She was yours. But when she was around the family.
- 26:33Speaker 2: And we loved her, you guys, When I adopted her,
- 26:35Speaker 2: I had to go to Vegas to work and she
- 26:39Speaker 2: had to like get fully vaccinated and spade before I
- 26:45Speaker 2: could actually bring her home. But in that time period,
- 26:48Speaker 2: I had to go to Vegas anyway. I pull in
- 26:50Speaker 2: the driveway home from the airport, the garage door is up.
- 26:54Speaker 2: I'm still living in Salt Lake City. She's maybe six
- 26:57Speaker 2: months old, tiny little black ball, and she's just sitting
- 27:02Speaker 2: there staring at the garage door. And I am like,
- 27:06Speaker 2: why is the garage door up? Why is this dog
- 27:08Speaker 2: not on a leash? I walk in the house and
- 27:11Speaker 2: I'm like, why is my Why is Lily just sitting
- 27:13Speaker 2: outside with nothing on her? She could We lived on
- 27:17Speaker 2: like a very busy street somewhat yeah, and my mom,
- 27:22Speaker 2: as clueless as she is, I was like, I didn't
- 27:25Speaker 2: even know she was out there. It's fast forward to today.
- 27:31Speaker 2: She will she would still. She was not a wanderer.
- 27:47Speaker 3: Have there been small moments over the past couple of
- 27:49Speaker 3: days where little things remind you of her.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Besides all of the like ghosts sounds that I'm hearing,
- 27:58Speaker 2: I was just gonna say, there's and I have to
- 28:02Speaker 2: laugh because we did it selfishly.
- 28:04Speaker 3: But it was it's not like she'd would come up
- 28:09Speaker 3: and like hit my hand and it's like, oh, where's
- 28:10Speaker 3: her nose. It's like the picking up or the whining.
- 28:16Speaker 3: Those were she wasn't a dog anymore. No, but those
- 28:19Speaker 3: are the things. So nothing really reminds me.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I just have a thought of her, You just have
- 28:24Speaker 1: like memory.
- 28:24Speaker 3: Yeah, but nothing is like, oh, that just reminded me
- 28:27Speaker 3: of her.
- 28:27Speaker 2: Yeah, because you have to remember, in this new house,
- 28:31Speaker 2: there weren't many memories of her being the dog that
- 28:35Speaker 2: she once was. You know, she I couldn't take her
- 28:38Speaker 2: on walks anymore.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Now, and when you bought when you bought the house
- 28:42Speaker 3: your home, she was still able to walk upstairs, but
- 28:47Speaker 3: your stairs weren't carpeted, so she couldn't. And then by
- 28:50Speaker 3: the time you carpeted them, she couldn't walk upstairs. No,
- 28:52Speaker 3: so she like we'd carry her upstairs most times.
- 28:56Speaker 2: Yeah. The one thing that's hard for me is going
- 29:00Speaker 2: into Mom's room now because that was like her little
- 29:02Speaker 2: safe space and like where her bad used to be.
- 29:05Speaker 1: It's not there anymore.
- 29:06Speaker 3: It will be do you want it there? I mean
- 29:11Speaker 3: a different dog on it, because Bernie loves loves it
- 29:15Speaker 3: in Mom's room too, So I think, and I honestly
- 29:18Speaker 3: think Bernie and Lily had a little gal bond because
- 29:22Speaker 3: they would always lay together. Pablo really as much.
- 29:24Speaker 2: No, but Pablo, I would walk in and look at
- 29:26Speaker 2: Lily and her hair would be everywhere, and I'm like, okay,
- 29:29Speaker 2: Pablo groomed Lily today.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Yeah, no, he was hungry.
- 29:33Speaker 2: No, but I think that he knew that she was no.
- 29:37Speaker 3: Not no. And that was the other things that like
- 29:42Speaker 3: I started to notice is like, have you have you
- 29:47Speaker 3: noticed Bernice goes over to the house more to my house? Yeah? Yeah,
- 29:51Speaker 3: I think that, And that saddened me. I was like, wow,
- 29:54Speaker 3: I don't think Bernice wanted to be around.
- 29:57Speaker 1: She didn't want to be around.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I think she was sad, like you could
- 30:00Speaker 3: make me cry.
- 30:02Speaker 1: You think that she knew like after.
- 30:05Speaker 3: The fact, No, like I think because Bernice would go
- 30:09Speaker 3: in and lick Lily, yeah, and then go back home
- 30:12Speaker 3: and it's almost like I feel like she didn't want to,
- 30:14Speaker 3: like she knew she was sick. Yeah, because now she's
- 30:17Speaker 3: over there all the time. But yeah, it just made
- 30:21Speaker 3: me think, like wow, because Bernice would always be around her,
- 30:25Speaker 3: and then at the very end when she was really sick,
- 30:27Speaker 3: Bernice ever wanted to be over at the house. It
- 30:31Speaker 3: just made me think, Yeah, but.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Yeah, no, I don't.
- 30:37Speaker 2: I obviously have so many memories of Lily because she
- 30:41Speaker 2: was a part of my life since I was, you know,
- 30:44Speaker 2: twenty years old, and I I don't think I could
- 30:51Speaker 2: be twenty or I don't think I could be seven
- 30:53Speaker 2: years sober without her.
- 30:59Speaker 1: The morning that.
- 31:01Speaker 2: I woke up on October twenty second of twenty eighteen,
- 31:07Speaker 2: just felt overwhelmed by all of the feelings and knowing
- 31:12Speaker 2: that I had to get sober, Like she was on
- 31:17Speaker 2: the bed, just like staring at me, and like she
- 31:22Speaker 2: was the one who I shared that moment with of
- 31:24Speaker 2: like we're gonna She had.
- 31:25Speaker 3: Different eyes, she had human eyes. I'm proud of you
- 31:30Speaker 3: for what you did, and I'm grateful for Lily that
- 31:34Speaker 3: she was a huge crutch for you because now you're
- 31:37Speaker 3: on your own feet, you know, without that dog. I
- 31:41Speaker 3: don't think I don't really believe that you would be
- 31:44Speaker 3: here because we would talk to you, even Mom and
- 31:46Speaker 3: me and like on the phone, and you would be
- 31:50Speaker 3: you know, drunk, screaming, angry, and you know, the conversation
- 31:57Speaker 3: would move on and then it got to tears. But
- 32:00Speaker 3: then you would always go, Okay, well I need to
- 32:03Speaker 3: feed Lily, I need to get Lily water, I need
- 32:05Speaker 3: to let her out. So it's almost like everything that
- 32:08Speaker 3: would go on. She almost brought you back to center.
- 32:10Speaker 3: Yeah she did. She's she gave you.
- 32:14Speaker 2: Everyone always has that, Like I believe that one dog
- 32:18Speaker 2: or animal that they're like, okay, this one took a
- 32:23Speaker 2: piece of meat with them.
- 32:25Speaker 3: I have a question on what are your thoughts on
- 32:30Speaker 3: getting a dog after one passes before they pass no
- 32:36Speaker 3: waiting how because a lot of people do it different ways. How.
- 32:42Speaker 2: I mean, my I can't even number one. My life
- 32:46Speaker 2: is like very busy right now, and I'm also just
- 32:55Speaker 2: very heartbroken. No, And I get you, you know, like
- 33:00Speaker 2: going out and getting another dog that would be a
- 33:05Speaker 2: It just wouldn't make any sense, you know, And I
- 33:08Speaker 2: know that I wouldn't want that dog and be like.
- 33:13Speaker 3: Yeah, you I feel well, Lily called to you. I
- 33:16Speaker 3: feel like that was all like.
- 33:18Speaker 2: No, the moment I saw her, I was like you,
- 33:20Speaker 2: this is like my this is my soulmate.
- 33:23Speaker 1: I would feel it.
- 33:25Speaker 2: Yeah, So I don't I don't want to get a
- 33:30Speaker 2: new dog anytime soon, you know.
- 33:33Speaker 1: I have.
- 33:34Speaker 2: The day that she passed away, I called production because
- 33:37Speaker 2: I was supposed to. I guess I shouldn't say passed away.
- 33:40Speaker 2: The day that we sent her to Heaven, I called
- 33:45Speaker 2: production because I was supposed to film the whole day.
- 33:48Speaker 2: But we were doing something for my silver birthday and
- 33:51Speaker 2: I was like, I can't make it to this first thing.
- 33:55Speaker 2: And I was like, and I'll let you know about tonight.
- 33:56Speaker 2: And Mom was like, you need to. You need to
- 33:58Speaker 2: go and like celebrate seven years of sobriety because that's
- 34:02Speaker 2: a big deal.
- 34:02Speaker 3: That's what we wanted to do, because me and Mom
- 34:04Speaker 3: talked to you like you need to do it for you. Yes,
- 34:07Speaker 3: these are sad times, but like you need to go
- 34:09Speaker 3: celebrate that she got you to this day. Yeah, and
- 34:15Speaker 3: how great that she chose to stick around and be
- 34:19Speaker 3: a part of it on your seventh Yeah you know,
- 34:22Speaker 3: yeah I do. And she's she is you, She is you.
- 34:27Speaker 3: She said you can't have a day to yourself. I
- 34:30Speaker 3: won't allow it. Let me butt in.
- 34:32Speaker 1: She never would butt in.
- 34:33Speaker 3: She did that.
- 34:35Speaker 1: I loved her so much.
- 34:37Speaker 2: She was never like even though our family would hit
- 34:40Speaker 2: like explosions, because it did become a lot, but like
- 34:46Speaker 2: I never I never looked at her like she was
- 34:49Speaker 2: a burden.
- 34:51Speaker 3: I think you get a number seven tattooed on you,
- 34:53Speaker 3: I think that's dope. That's just my thought.
- 34:56Speaker 1: I just want my heart to heal for a moment, and.
- 35:01Speaker 3: I, yeah, I wish I could help you on that,
- 35:04Speaker 3: but I don't think.
- 35:05Speaker 1: Anybody should take time, you know.
- 35:09Speaker 3: Yeah. And the good thing is we got two beautiful
- 35:11Speaker 3: doggies at home and get a love on.
- 35:13Speaker 1: Yeah, and they deserve to have love.
- 35:15Speaker 2: There's been so much love and attention that was poured
- 35:19Speaker 2: into Lily Kaushet.
- 35:21Speaker 1: She needed us more.
- 35:23Speaker 2: And now that's another reason why I'm like, I'm not
- 35:26Speaker 2: getting another dog, because we need to give our love
- 35:28Speaker 2: to Nissi and Pablo.
- 35:29Speaker 3: Now I know. But here's my other thing to the
- 35:32Speaker 3: dog thing of people, because I don't know how most
- 35:34Speaker 3: people do it. I am the person who if I
- 35:38Speaker 3: have a dog like Pablo and Bernice are amazing. So
- 35:42Speaker 3: my thing is I have to. I have to get
- 35:45Speaker 3: a dog before they pass because I need that puppy
- 35:49Speaker 3: to take the mannerisms of these two, because these two
- 35:53Speaker 3: dogs are so amazing that that you know, the new
- 35:57Speaker 3: one will learn. And that's how I do it. So
- 35:59Speaker 3: when he passed, I still have a piece of those
- 36:01Speaker 3: dogs within that other one. So that's how I do it,
- 36:04Speaker 3: so I can keep all my dogs living.
- 36:06Speaker 1: All right, Well, let's let me just told you.
- 36:10Speaker 3: Why Lily or why Pablo is the way Pablo is,
- 36:13Speaker 3: and why I think Bernice is getting like Bernice obviously
- 36:16Speaker 3: she is who she is, but I think she's changed
- 36:18Speaker 3: over time. But Pablo is the way he is because
- 36:20Speaker 3: he was your dog for two years. He just was
- 36:23Speaker 3: a muncher little sho.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Literally seventeen pairs of.
- 36:30Speaker 3: My favorite from her what it was at her apartment,
- 36:37Speaker 3: and he really wasn't sure and he just move, move, move,
- 36:40Speaker 3: and he would go around the house. So one time
- 36:42Speaker 3: he crawled underneath the ottoman with a toy and Lauren
- 36:48Speaker 3: was like, yeah, he's just under the autumn and he's
- 36:49Speaker 3: finally calmed down and not like not making a noise.
- 36:54Speaker 3: Come to find out, after like an hour, she looks
- 36:57Speaker 3: under he is just ripping the whole thing thing from
- 37:00Speaker 3: under me, this little red bastard.
- 37:05Speaker 2: No, but I remember so many times that I would
- 37:08Speaker 2: walk into my apartment and there were shoes everywhere that
- 37:12Speaker 2: he had chewed.
- 37:12Speaker 3: He loved to get chew. And again I was.
- 37:17Speaker 1: Like a drunken mess.
- 37:18Speaker 2: Right, So like, here's an idea, put your shoes in
- 37:20Speaker 2: your closet and close the door so way to like
- 37:22Speaker 2: have him not chewed.
- 37:24Speaker 1: But why would I do that?
- 37:25Speaker 2: And fins, Oh my god, more than anything. But I
- 37:32Speaker 2: would walk in and Lily would be sitting there watching him,
- 37:36Speaker 2: And when I would walk in, she would look at
- 37:37Speaker 2: me as if I tried to tell him not to
- 37:40Speaker 2: do this, and he still did it.
- 37:43Speaker 3: Oh, Paulo, That's why I think Pablo is the way
- 37:46Speaker 3: he is because Lily. So I'm like, okay, Pablo is
- 37:49Speaker 3: instilled with those Lily, So now I got to get
- 37:51Speaker 3: the other. And I think I like that way Lily.
- 37:55Speaker 3: Lily is I think just amazing on her own. How
- 37:58Speaker 3: I don't know. I think all of them got it
- 38:00Speaker 3: from Dior, though, little tiny.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Brown, long haired chihuah Wah who her step was line.
- 38:11Speaker 1: She'd be on the couch and the doors would come
- 38:13Speaker 1: to your tip.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Checks them. I'm so Clabo and Bernice too. They would
- 38:19Speaker 3: walk by the couch and nonchalant, just to get a
- 38:21Speaker 3: rub and then and like they would do this side
- 38:25Speaker 3: like the side eye, and they'd look at me and
- 38:27Speaker 3: all right, and then they'd leave. I was like, no way,
- 38:30Speaker 3: this little thing is running the house, running it, and
- 38:34Speaker 3: she did. She did it well. And I was more
- 38:36Speaker 3: afraid of getting nipped by that little bitch than I
- 38:38Speaker 3: was the big one.
- 38:39Speaker 1: I was never afraid of getting nipped by her. Ever
- 38:42Speaker 1: she was door. She was the sweetest.
- 38:45Speaker 3: Around, and I was like, no, we're not. No. I
- 38:50Speaker 3: would let them chocolate brown.
- 38:52Speaker 2: And have these like caramel colored eyebrows and caramel colored
- 38:55Speaker 2: little mitten.
- 38:56Speaker 3: It was Queen Elizabeth.
- 38:59Speaker 1: Gorgeous.
- 39:00Speaker 3: And my dad loved der No.
- 39:04Speaker 2: He literally would like be petting her on his chair
- 39:06Speaker 2: and he would say, if this dog goes before I do,
- 39:09Speaker 2: I just want you to put me out.
- 39:11Speaker 3: Thank god my dad went before No. I think we
- 39:16Speaker 3: would have lost dad the way Lily kind of went
- 39:18Speaker 3: his legs and his arms.
- 39:20Speaker 2: Your No, see, there's not just one dog. The past
- 39:26Speaker 2: few have just been stellar. Door Bella.
- 39:32Speaker 3: Bella was amazing for Lisa Bella shoes.
- 39:36Speaker 2: Shoe No, And Ocean loves Bella too. She she sees
- 39:39Speaker 2: things like a Peapat just Bella died.
- 39:45Speaker 3: We were talking about We were talking about Bella and
- 39:48Speaker 3: Ocean comes over and pats on my leg and she goes,
- 39:52Speaker 3: is that at the place where I used to eat
- 39:54Speaker 3: her dog food?
- 39:56Speaker 1: How does she remember that?
- 39:57Speaker 3: I don't know because I didn't remember.
- 39:59Speaker 1: She come into the room.
- 40:00Speaker 2: You guys, she was probably like a year and a
- 40:02Speaker 2: half too, and she would look at me and smile
- 40:04Speaker 2: like this, and I'm.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Like, no, she ate the dogs. I couldn't feed the
- 40:09Speaker 3: dogs while Ocean was away. No, we had. Mom had
- 40:12Speaker 3: to start putting the dogs in her room on her
- 40:14Speaker 3: bed for Lisa.
- 40:16Speaker 1: Because Ocean would go over there and have just I
- 40:19Speaker 1: hate it. Yeah, it's disgusting. Oh I needed this.
- 40:22Speaker 2: I haven't been able to put makeup on because I
- 40:24Speaker 2: just cry so much.
- 40:25Speaker 1: But that's okay, ri IP.
