- 0:00Speaker 1: So we have the what was that? Syracuse?
- 0:02Speaker 2: Syracuse Syracuse.
- 0:04Speaker 1: So we've got the Boner of the Day coming up,
- 0:07Speaker 1: and a couple of things related to that. First of all,
- 0:13Speaker 1: this boner T shirt Killer. The Killer alerted me to this.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Somebody is selling what they say is a vintage Boner
- 0:21Speaker 1: T shirt on Facebook marketplace. Now that's the There's x
- 0:26Speaker 1: ninety six dot com slash Live. That's the shirt. There
- 0:28Speaker 1: are a couple of other pictures here that I should
- 0:30Speaker 1: have sent to Katie. There's a lovely manicured finger pointing
- 0:35Speaker 1: to the tag on the inside of the shirt, which
- 0:39Speaker 1: is Jersey's Lightweight brand XL. And then there's a Also
- 0:48Speaker 1: there's a sponsor on it, Plutonium home Media. Yeah, Plutonium
- 0:55Speaker 1: Home Media Solutions. And when I looked at it the
- 0:58Speaker 1: first time a couple of days ago, they wanted sixty
- 1:01Speaker 1: dollars for it.
- 1:01Speaker 2: Really wouch.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Now I see lopes as I look at it today,
- 1:09Speaker 1: they only want fifty dollars for it. Now they've marked
- 1:12Speaker 1: it down ten dollars. Still too much. Well I think
- 1:15Speaker 1: so too, But you know, I never know the people,
- 1:19Speaker 1: so I don't.
- 1:19Speaker 2: Know valuable because you can't buy it, you gotta win it. Yeah,
- 1:23Speaker 2: that is true valuable.
- 1:25Speaker 1: So there's that. And then also related to the boner
- 1:30Speaker 1: voting and stuff, Cindy Mitchell sent me a possible boner candidate.
- 1:36Speaker 1: She said, let me find that real quick. Here it
- 1:39Speaker 1: is a man arrested in Yellowstone or chasing tourists wearing
- 1:44Speaker 1: a bison costume. And so I thought, so she just
- 1:49Speaker 1: sent me an Instagram post that somebody did about it,
- 1:54Speaker 1: and I thought, well, so I looked at I thought,
- 1:56Speaker 1: I'll look into this a little bit more. It's it
- 2:00Speaker 1: didn't happen.
- 2:00Speaker 3: It's a it's a fake.
- 2:02Speaker 1: So yeah, somebody's I mean, it's funny, didn't have but
- 2:06Speaker 1: but nobody was dressed as a bison chasing tourists in Yellowstone.
- 2:11Speaker 1: So that but thank you, Cindy. I mean, I wish
- 2:14Speaker 1: it did happen because that would be fun, but it didn't. Uh.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And then I also heard from our good friend doctor Paul,
- 2:22Speaker 1: and doctor Paul had an idea which I think is intriguing.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Now I don't know how we would do it exactly
- 2:29Speaker 1: online or maybe maybe one morning we just do it.
- 2:32Speaker 1: And that is he said, who do you think would
- 2:35Speaker 1: win in a boner fight if the three candidates were
- 2:41Speaker 1: number one the Utah Legislature, Number two animal cruelty, and
- 2:45Speaker 1: number three are FK. Junior hard to pick. I don't know.
- 2:51Speaker 2: I mean I guess it would be this the story
- 2:53Speaker 2: associated with each candidate.
- 2:56Speaker 1: There'd have to be an no no, no, no, no, you
- 2:59Speaker 1: just mean role. Yeah, yeah, no that that's the point.
- 3:03Speaker 1: The point of it is just uh just you know
- 3:07Speaker 1: what those are the three Canadas? Do you think does
- 3:09Speaker 1: what do you think does the most damage to us? Yeah?
- 3:11Speaker 2: Well maybe that that sounds like maybe a Friday boner
- 3:15Speaker 2: fight or a.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I mean I might would it be worth doing as
- 3:19Speaker 1: a you know, like a day.
- 3:21Speaker 2: When you have light, but when you can't find any good.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Case, Oh, you can always find Yeah, that's the thing.
- 3:25Speaker 1: There's no problem with finding canidate. Usually every once in
- 3:29Speaker 1: a while I have to search around for them a
- 3:31Speaker 1: little bit. I mean you could do three Trump ones
- 3:33Speaker 1: a day. Yeah.
- 3:34Speaker 2: I mean, here's how long we've been doing this show.
- 3:37Speaker 2: There was a time where it was O J. Every day.
- 3:42Speaker 2: There was a time where it was Bill Clinton every
- 3:46Speaker 2: every day.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Yeah, you liberals, slick willy, Yeah, it's uh. And and
- 3:52Speaker 1: the and the reason I don't, I mean, I don't
- 3:54Speaker 1: I some time ago. I just put a moratorium on
- 3:57Speaker 1: I think it was ten years ago, almost after Trump
- 4:01Speaker 1: was elected the first time, said we can't put him
- 4:04Speaker 1: in the boner voting, but we have yeah, but but
- 4:07Speaker 1: but I stopped for the most part because he's he
- 4:12Speaker 1: would just win every time. So and and and I
- 4:16Speaker 1: sort of try to stay away from animal cruelty ones
- 4:19Speaker 1: because they will that will almost always win. And uh, yeah,
- 4:24Speaker 1: and so and who else there's there's somebody else that
- 4:27Speaker 1: are a couple of other people that I've said, we
- 4:29Speaker 1: just can't do it anymore. They'll win every time. And
- 4:32Speaker 1: maybe I are RFK Junior ought to go into that
- 4:34Speaker 1: saying that same file because of just.
- 4:39Speaker 2: You know, part of the reason he's doing that cooking show.
- 4:43Speaker 2: So his thing is, yeah, beef is expensive. They can't
- 4:48Speaker 2: get away from the fact that beef is expensive. But
- 4:52Speaker 2: he's like, there are cuts of beef that are cheaper.
- 4:55Speaker 2: So like, like liver, We're going to teach you how
- 4:59Speaker 2: to make delicious liver because because meat's expensive.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Can you imagine if it was Biden and office, yeah,
- 5:06Speaker 3: and and his health and humans would be I said
- 5:09Speaker 3: eat liver instead.
- 5:11Speaker 1: Oh god, they just lose their minds. It's uh. I mean,
- 5:16Speaker 1: there are some people who like liver, but they are
- 5:18Speaker 1: in the minority. And I don't care how you how
- 5:21Speaker 1: you cook it. I'm not going to eat it.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Yeah, but kids, we're not having beef today. We're saving money.
- 5:27Speaker 2: We're having liver.
- 5:29Speaker 1: In my house. When I was growing up, my mother
- 5:32Speaker 1: cooked liver every once in a while because because my
- 5:35Speaker 1: my my father liked it for some reason. And and
- 5:40Speaker 1: they smother it in onions and all that, and I said, no, no, sorry,
- 5:43Speaker 1: can't eat it.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I can't do it.
- 5:46Speaker 1: And all organ meat kind of tastes the same chicken,
- 5:49Speaker 1: chicken hearts and chicken livers and all of that stuff.
- 5:54Speaker 1: But I'm amazed that at one point I finally developed
- 5:58Speaker 1: a taste for potte because that is sort of adjacent,
- 6:03Speaker 1: you know, there's that same kind of flavor. But I
- 6:05Speaker 1: think it's just how they Yeah, they spice it all up,
- 6:08Speaker 1: and I like pot.
- 6:10Speaker 3: But here's someone who's been listening a very long time.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Remember when you had to stop having Chris Butters.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, there you go. Chris Butter nominee. Yeah, he
- 6:19Speaker 1: was a.
- 6:20Speaker 2: Utah probably don't even remember him.
- 6:22Speaker 1: He was very conservative Utah State legislature who referred to
- 6:25Speaker 1: the first person, a gay person to be elected to
- 6:28Speaker 1: the openly gay person to be elected to the Utah Legislature,
- 6:31Speaker 1: whose name I can't remember right now, but he'd always
- 6:34Speaker 1: referred to him as the gay. Yeah. I get along
- 6:38Speaker 1: just fine with the gay Chris Butters. He had that
- 6:43Speaker 1: school for boys, the something Ranch, you know, the he
- 6:50Speaker 1: was horrible, will beat you into shape ranch or something
- 6:53Speaker 1: like that, Chris Butters. Yeah.
- 6:58Speaker 2: You know, I said super racist stuff that I can remember,
- 7:01Speaker 2: but I'm not going to repeat.
- 7:03Speaker 1: I mean, I'm interviewed Chris Butters a couple of times
- 7:07Speaker 1: and and got along with him. Okay, you know, just
- 7:11Speaker 1: on on that one to one kind of and and you.
- 7:14Speaker 2: Know, you're a white man. Of course he's gonna, yeah,
- 7:17Speaker 2: what's he going to say that upset to you?
- 7:19Speaker 1: Well, but I mean I challenged him on the stuff
- 7:21Speaker 1: that he said, and he but he didn't he well,
- 7:25Speaker 1: he got a little blustery at me. But it was
- 7:28Speaker 1: interesting talking to him. Yeah, there have been there have
- 7:32Speaker 1: been other people that we've just sort of kept off
- 7:34Speaker 1: the boner voting.
- 7:35Speaker 2: A long time ago. It was the French.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Yeah, the French was Yeah, and.
- 7:41Speaker 2: I can't even remember one.
- 7:43Speaker 1: You know, and I apologize to the No. The reason,
- 7:47Speaker 1: you know, the reason the French would appear in Boner
- 7:49Speaker 1: voting is when I couldn't find another candidate exactly. So
- 7:52Speaker 1: I was just saying, well, how about the French? Okay,
- 7:57Speaker 1: for no, for no reason, particular French, now, well, I
- 8:00Speaker 1: liked them, then it was it was as a joke,
- 8:04Speaker 1: and I don't recall, well I don't. I don't believe
- 8:06Speaker 1: they really won much, but it was just a placeholder.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I can't find a third Boner candidate. Well, how about
- 8:12Speaker 1: the French? All right?
- 8:14Speaker 3: So today they were making my special liver and tumoric recipe.
- 8:19Speaker 1: He's going to show us how to cook raccoon penis.
- 8:22Speaker 1: They're very tasty if you boil them enough. Yeah right,
- 8:27Speaker 1: Oh my god, you've just.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Got to boil them for a very long time.
- 8:32Speaker 1: What a bizarre person. Ah.
- 8:36Speaker 2: Butters referred to Scott McCoy.
- 8:38Speaker 1: As the Scott McCoy. Scott McCoy was a really good guy,
- 8:42Speaker 1: an attorney, as I.
- 8:43Speaker 2: Recall, he was a friend of the program.
- 8:45Speaker 1: That's right. Then he and his husband moved out of state,
