Speaker 1: I was going on as Romeo. We're almost to the weekend.
• 0:02
What'd you miss today? It's Thursday. We talked about things
• 0:06
you'll never know. The National Street Rod Association is going on.
• 0:09
The car show's happening at the fairgrounds. We're gonna find
• 0:11
out what's happening there, and we'll talk a little bit
• 0:13
  about you.
• 0:14
Speaker 2: Has your type changed over time? Has while? Has life
• 0:19
jaded you and made you like a different type of person?
• 0:21
We'll find out. Let's go all right, let's talk about
• 0:24
how your animals ended up with their name.
• 0:27
Speaker 1: I was thinking about this the other day because I
• 0:30
got this silly cat and somebody actually asked me. Now
• 0:34
I've told you guys, this is story. Yeah, this cat
• 0:37
ended up my house, showing up at the front yard.
• 0:40
I showed up at the porch.
• 0:42
  Speaker 2: I fed it.
• 0:43
Speaker 1: No, I didn't feed it the first night, showed up
• 0:45
the porch, left for a little wall, came back. A
• 0:49
couple of days went by, I kept coming back to
• 0:51
my front door on my port, so finally I just
• 0:54
picked it up, through it in the backyard and not listen.
• 0:58
Speaker 2: But a friend of.
• 0:58
Speaker 1: Mine was asking me the other day how because I
• 1:00
call it homeless, and how how he got his name
• 1:04
because he was homeless until he showed up. Now I
• 1:06
got a home, and so that's how this cat.
• 1:09
Speaker 2: Ended up with its name homeless. And some of the
• 1:13
  ways you come up.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: With your dogs or your cats, your animals' names, right,
• 1:17
how did they end up with their name? Usually by
• 1:18
how they look or how you ended up with them.
• 1:21
So what is the name of your your animals? And
• 1:26
how did they get their name? Are they four two, five,
• 1:28
four or seven to seven? Did your pets get their names?
• 1:32
I mean, do they got some crazy names or do
• 1:34
  you just name them after.
• 1:36
Speaker 2: I don't know, give them human names.
• 1:37
  Speaker 3: I don't know.
• 1:38
Speaker 2: What'd you do A four two five four seven to seven? Gord?
• 1:41
  Speaker 4: Not?
• 1:41
  Speaker 2: What's going on?
• 1:41
  Speaker 4: Tell me?
• 1:42
Speaker 5: Oh, this is coronavirus stalker?
• 1:43
Speaker 2: Hey, what's going on?
• 1:45
  Speaker 6: Hey?
• 1:45
Speaker 5: You're talking about pet names?
• 1:47
  Speaker 2: Yeah?
• 1:48
Speaker 5: Okay, I got two dolls. I rescue them. Let me
• 1:51
put it out there. I rescue them about three years ago,
• 1:55
and I well, I didn't know their names, so I
• 1:57
rescue them and I close it. I'm like, on faced, ook, hey,
• 1:59
  I got your dogs.
• 2:00
Speaker 1: He wants your dogs.
• 2:01
Speaker 5: Nobody never tame them.
• 2:02
Speaker 7: They tugged on my heart.
• 2:03
Speaker 5: So I ended up keeping them, got in their shots,
• 2:05
give them their heir chips. Well, one name is Chiquita.
• 2:08
One name is Princess. Oh my god, oh my god, Chiquita.
• 2:13
Speaker 7: Oh we have another dog. Chikita had a baby and
• 2:15
  his name is Rocky.
• 2:17
Speaker 5: Well, let me tell you about Princess and Shiita. First, Chikita,
• 2:20
  this little she's so tiny.
• 2:22
  Speaker 8: She's a digger.
• 2:24
  Speaker 9: She will dig.
• 2:25
Speaker 5: If I put in the backyard, she will dig.
• 2:29
Speaker 2: How did she get her name?
• 2:32
Speaker 5: I got because she's so tiny.
• 2:33
Speaker 2: Oh, okay, okay, So I don't care about a personality.
• 2:38
  I didn't ask your dog's personality.
• 2:39
  Speaker 4: Eyes.
• 2:39
Speaker 2: Now she got her name.
• 2:41
Speaker 5: Well, she got her name because she's so tiny, okay, Tita,
• 2:45
  and then Princess.
• 2:46
Speaker 10: I gave Princess her name because when.
• 2:48
Speaker 5: I let her in the house, she'll literally just sit
• 2:51
by me and she'll sit down. She won't run around
• 2:53
like a princess. You won't move like she'll be like,
• 2:55
let me throw me outside there You.
• 2:59
Speaker 1: Go, all right, go to work, all right? A four
• 3:03
two four seven to seven? Like I said, how did
• 3:07
how did your animals get their names? Talking about your pets, man,
• 3:11
some of you have pets that have unique names. Some
• 3:14
of you have pets that they got a name based
• 3:16
  on some characteristic of them.
• 3:19
Speaker 2: I mean, how did you name your dogs? Are your cats?
• 3:22
  Are your pets?
• 3:23
Speaker 1: Already four two, four, seven to seven? Ego Morner Romeo. Okay.
• 3:29
So we had a cat named Katie and she was
• 3:31
named after my in laws dog who had just died.
• 3:36
And then we had a cat named Oscar and he
• 3:39
was really tough when he was a kitten, and Oscar
• 3:43
is a tough name. Oh, Oscar, Way, that's a tough name.
• 3:47
So that's how he got named. And then we had
• 3:50
another cat named Gary, and he was always so serious
• 3:57
when he was a kit and then we figured Gary
• 3:59
is like a serious dude kind of name, kind a
• 4:03
serious dude kind of name, so he became Gary. That's
• 4:11
pretty funny, by the way, having a cat named Gary
• 4:14
is uh yeah, that's pretty dang funny. Already four two, five,
• 4:19
four or seven to seven. Ap rom My cat is
• 4:22
named Stella Rose. When she was about a week or
• 4:26
too old, the people who gave me the cat asked
• 4:28
me what her name was going to be and I
• 4:32
couldn't think of anything, but I had a few bottles
• 4:34
of stellar rose in the kitchen. That was the first
• 4:39
thing that came out. I came up with a man.
• 4:42
Were you on that stellar rose when you were thinking
• 4:44
about that cat's name? We're talking about your pets, how
• 4:48
they get their names. I remember we had this when
• 4:51
I lived on the reservation. My mom let me have
• 4:53
a hamster. I named him Herman the Hamster. Have no
• 4:57
idea why we had this cat that we used to
• 5:00
called ghosts because it lived with us. I think live
• 5:04
with us, but this cat uh lived with us. We
• 5:09
call it ghosts because we never saw it. It would
• 5:11
be like you'd catch it out of the corner of
• 5:12
your eye running around because it only came in, only
• 5:16
came in very rarely would come in. But it lived
• 5:19
outside around the house, and so we'd see it. I
• 5:21
think this cat lived for four hundred years, to be
• 5:23
honest with you, because you just see glimpses of it,
• 5:25
or you think you'd see glimpses of it now.
• 5:28
Speaker 2: Yeah, we used to call her go Well.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: We knew she was alive because she had all the
• 5:31
food we left out for at least.
• 5:33
Speaker 2: I think already four two or seven seven. What do
• 5:39
  we got here?
• 5:40
Speaker 1: A rome bro It's funny you bring that up because
• 5:42
my dad brought a dog home when we was kids,
• 5:47
and we found him where he worked. It was it
• 5:50
was tied up to a water spicket and the water
• 5:53
was just running very slow so he could have water
• 5:55
to drink. But my dad fed him his lunch and
• 6:00
united him, oh and untied him.
• 6:03
Speaker 2: But the dog never left his side, so he brought
• 6:06
  him home.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: We talked about that we were going to name him,
• 6:11
and my dad said, we're gonna name him Arvin because
• 6:15
  that's where he found him.
• 6:19
  Speaker 2: But that's what I say.
• 6:20
Speaker 1: Isn't that the best name to give your animals, something
• 6:23
that has a story behind it, you know.
• 6:28
  Speaker 2: Let's see here.
• 6:29
Speaker 1: Hey, roam, My wife's family is a dog they named
• 6:33
Asusia because she gets pregnant by the dogs in the neighborhood.
• 6:37
Oh my god, what is with you guys?
• 6:42
  Speaker 2: Funny though?
• 6:43
  Speaker 9: That is?
• 6:45
Speaker 1: That's pretty funny though, Oh my god. ALRIGHTY four two, five,
• 6:52
four or seven to seven? And your pets get their names?
• 6:57
Speaker 2: Talking about dog? Your animals? Man, how they get their name?
• 6:59
What kind of story you got?
• 7:00
Speaker 1: Alrighty four two five four seven to seven? Good morning Romeo.
• 7:04
I feel like all this did at home. Moms have
• 7:07
been waiting for this topic for a long time. Most
• 7:10
of these women use their pets as part of their accessories. Okay, hey,
• 7:19
good morning rome Hey, I'm streaming from Lamore, California, the
• 7:22
Naval Air Weapons Station. I took a homeless kitten home
• 7:28
off the California Avenue. I named your Cali.
• 7:32
Speaker 2: Oh that's cool, Yeah, that's cool.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: Okay for four seven to seven, we're talking about naming
• 7:43
  your pets.
• 7:44
Speaker 2: How'd they get their name? Good morning? How what's going on?
• 7:46
  Speaker 11: Good morning Romeo?
• 7:47
  Speaker 2: Hey, what's up?
• 7:50
Speaker 5: So I had well.
• 7:51
Speaker 11: I have one main dog.
• 7:53
Speaker 10: Her name is copeanew.
• 7:54
Speaker 2: Wait, hold on, hold on, wait, hold on, let's start
• 7:57
  with this.
• 7:58
Speaker 1: You have one main dog, have a side piece dog
• 8:01
  or what?
• 8:02
Speaker 12: Okay, so my other two paths.
• 8:08
  Speaker 2: I was gonna check. I had a side a side
• 8:10
  dog somewhere.
• 8:14
Speaker 10: Nobody about that one because okay, okay, yeah, she's our
• 8:19
  main one.
• 8:19
Speaker 11: She's six years old.
• 8:21
Speaker 13: Her name is Copish.
• 8:22
Speaker 10: Now my other the other two of the path were U, Giovanni,
• 8:27
  Santi and Gucci.
• 8:29
Speaker 7: So I named my dogs after.
• 8:31
Speaker 10: Things I know I can't afford. That is funny that
• 8:40
  there's are personalities.
• 8:41
Speaker 11: They are all they're all boots, they were all bogie.
• 8:45
Speaker 10: Now she's Bougie, and the other two were boys and
• 8:48
  were being boys.
• 8:49
Speaker 3: Those were some bogie.
• 8:50
  Speaker 4: Yeah, that is.
• 8:53
Speaker 10: I name them after things we can't afford.
• 8:57
Speaker 1: Well, then you're gonna have to name the next one
• 8:59
  Rabbi because those or expensiveness.
• 9:03
  Speaker 2: Gap Hey Rome.
• 9:09
Speaker 1: When I was younger, I got a Chihuahua puppy from
• 9:11
a neighbor. From a neighbor, I wanted to name him
• 9:14
what he looked like, something fun like carmel or cookie.
• 9:19
He was tan And all of a sudden it hit me,
• 9:24
man's name is gonna be My man's name is gonna
• 9:27
  be Tanner, Tanner.
• 9:32
Speaker 2: That's kind of funny.
• 9:33
  Speaker 6: Uh.
• 9:34
Speaker 2: When we got here, Oh my gosh, this a long story.
• 9:37
Speaker 1: My sister in law rescued this little white poodle mix
• 9:41
she found on a ranch. The poor thing had clearly
• 9:44
been through a lot. It had even been hit by
• 9:47
a car at some point, but somehow survived. When she
• 9:50
found her, he always dirty, covered in mud, and full
• 9:53
  of ticks.
• 9:54
Speaker 2: So she took her in, cleaned her up, gave her
• 9:57
  a whole new life.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: Now she's an indoor dog, always groom fluffy, looking fancy.
• 10:03
She basically went from rags to riches overnight. That's why
• 10:06
I named her Cardi B because she came from the
• 10:09
hood and now she's living the good life. That's funny.
• 10:14
But one day we're at my mother in law's house
• 10:17
and she left the She left her outside for a bit.
• 10:20
Speaker 2: Next thing you know, she finds her rolling around in
• 10:22
the mud again. She was like, I just bathe you.
• 10:26
Speaker 1: I couldn't help but laugh and said, see, you can't
• 10:29
take You can take the dog out the hood, but
• 10:31
you can't take the hood out.
• 10:32
  Speaker 2: Of the dog.
• 10:35
Speaker 1: The dog always goes back to It always goes back
• 10:38
to its hood ways when it's by itself around dirt
• 10:41
and by summer's coming, Man, it's time to get back
• 10:46
in shape. Well, you should always be in shape for
• 10:49
health purposes, but hey, you know, you gotta do what's
• 10:51
best for you. Bring Dicky and Molly on a fitness
• 10:55
  it's across across.
• 10:56
Speaker 2: It's what is it again, Dickie training? Cross training?
• 11:01
Speaker 1: Oh, it is cross training, cross training, stretching, strength and
• 11:05
conditioning a workout. It's still how do I say this,
• 11:10
with all these trends and fads that come along, this
• 11:13
is still just basically eating healthy, working out, doing things
• 11:18
  that mobility core things.
• 11:20
Speaker 2: Just the things that we use every day.
• 11:22
Speaker 4: Yeah, it's exactly right.
• 11:23
Speaker 9: It's a high intensity, functional fitness that we combine you know,
• 11:27
obviously strength and conditioning program into it, so you get
• 11:29
a full body workout, not only just the lifting, not
• 11:32
only just cardio. We're going to come on together with
• 11:34
some core training to get your overall health and a
• 11:39
realistic goal of a life goal that's something you actually
• 11:42
use on a day to day basis.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: That's what I wanted to I wanted to point out
• 11:46
our ones you to point out was it something that
• 11:48
you do picking up groceries, getting out of a chair,
• 11:51
all these different things that we do, uh, just regularly
• 11:55
that you know, some of you guys have a hard
• 11:56
time doing it because we're out of shape, but this
• 11:58
is this workout is just perfect for daily lifestyle, right right.
• 12:03
Speaker 9: So yeah, it's not just you know, it's phenomenal to
• 12:06
see somebody do a handstand walking handstand, but there's not
• 12:12
a one point in my life that I have to
• 12:14
do that to survive. So other things, you know, getting
• 12:17
out of the chair, you know, picking up you know,
• 12:19
something heavy from the floor, you know, aka deadlift kind
• 12:22
  of type.
• 12:22
Speaker 4: But you know, it's just a more functional of you know,
• 12:25
  the day.
• 12:25
Speaker 9: To day life to improve your oh yeah, your quality
• 12:28
of life, especially as you know, if you're getting older
• 12:30
and things like that. There's nothing more than muscle mass
• 12:34
  that helps you out.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: I do want to talk a little bit about that
• 12:36
since you brought that. Uh, when it comes to getting
• 12:38
a little older, they always say you should always lift
• 12:41
some sort of weights. I mean, as you get older,
• 12:44
you should keep your muscles active, not just I know
• 12:47
walking is great and a lot of older people do that, but.
• 12:50
Speaker 2: Just keep your muscles active.
• 12:52
Speaker 1: One of the things that the gym, which we'll talk
• 12:53
about a minute, is the different the different ways you
• 12:57
can do stuff no matter what level you're at.
• 12:59
  Speaker 2: Correct different options.
• 13:00
Speaker 1: So we'll get into that in a minute though, but
• 13:02
I just want to talk about the fact that, you
• 13:04
know what, you guys got to stay healthy. And I
• 13:06
really think it's important to understand when you're just and
• 13:09
it's going to sound really stupid, but just carrying groceries.
• 13:12
You know, you're carrying a bag of dog food, You're
• 13:14
carrying stuff that you have to lift. Maybe you have
• 13:17
to move stuff around your house. I mean, these are
• 13:19
all things that this everyday activities. Maybe you want to
• 13:23
play with your kids, throw the ball around or whatever.
• 13:26
Everyday activity is that you need to think about. Maybe
• 13:29
you got to hold your kid at Disneyland on your
• 13:30
shoulders for an hour and a half for the Disney
• 13:33
  parade or whatever.
• 13:36
Speaker 4: Well you know what you eat, Yeah, I've been there.
• 13:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, and it's just you feel you feel healthier, you
• 13:42
feel better because the activities that we do at the
• 13:45
gym are every day activity, right, workouts that fit right
• 13:49
into doing those things exactly. And nobody says you have
• 13:52
to be a you know, a super athlete, but you
• 13:55
can be in better shape every day.
• 13:57
Speaker 4: Every day, all right.
• 13:58
Speaker 9: So the gym classesses four days a week Monday to Thursday.
• 14:02
  Speaker 4: It's five classes a day.
• 14:03
Speaker 9: There's five, six and eight thirty for the morning sessions,
• 14:06
five and six at night. We limit the classes to
• 14:10
twenty people max. It's fifteen minute sessions and everything's included.
• 14:16
Speaker 4: You know, you wear a hot rate monitor when you
• 14:18
go there. Equipment's all there and.
• 14:22
Speaker 9: Most of the time, right now's percent of the time
• 14:24
we don't share equipment and a partner workout, so everybody
• 14:28
has their own space, everybody has own deals. So you know,
• 14:31
those are those germophobes out there you're good. That's not
• 14:35
  a couple.
• 14:35
  Speaker 2: That's claustrophobic.
• 14:37
Speaker 9: Yeah, I hate people, but somehow you you're still there. Yeah,
• 14:42
So it's very motivating. It's it's not a session that
• 14:45
you get lost in the crowd because everybody is doing
• 14:47
the exact same thing together and you can copy somebody
• 14:50
who's in front of you type kind of deal.
• 14:52
Speaker 1: And once again, it's only fifteen minutes a day. It
• 14:55
really you schedule it. You schedule it into your day
• 14:57
just to get it done. Even if it's just too
• 15:00
get it done and you've got excited about it, you
• 15:02
hate it, whatever, it's just to get it done for
• 15:04
  your health.
• 15:05
  Speaker 4: Yeah.
• 15:05
Speaker 9: And it's nice because you can always crash any class
• 15:08
that we have through doing the day. There's not a
• 15:13
you know, I know there are some some places out
• 15:14
there that you have to reserve online two weeks and
• 15:17
ahead kind of time. But if you don't make it out,
• 15:19
you're out of luck. That's not that kind of deal.
• 15:21
It's I want to make sure you guys get your
• 15:23
  workouts every day.
• 15:24
  Speaker 1: It's basically, if you are a member, you're a member,
• 15:29
you have your spot of your regular class. If you
• 15:31
miss your regular class for some reason, you can always
• 15:34
get somewhere else, get into another class.
• 15:36
Speaker 9: In the case that some everybody wasn't lazy, and everybody
• 15:39
showed up, all twenty of them, and you're number twenty one,
• 15:42
and I'll find you a spot somewhere.
• 15:44
Speaker 4: It might be in the back, but I'll find you
• 15:45
  a spot, all right.
• 15:46
Speaker 2: Molliana Fitness, Dicky, how they get hold you.
• 15:48
Speaker 9: Six six one four four four three six three five
• 15:51
or find me on Instagram on Molliana Fitness.
• 15:53
Speaker 1: All right, let's get in shape, let's feel better about ourselves.
• 15:56
That's why we bring Dicky in from Willianna Fitness Morning, Dicky,
• 15:59
  good morning.
• 16:00
Speaker 2: Okay, let's talk about some of the classes.
• 16:02
Speaker 1: Let's talk about it's a fifteen minute class, cross chaining class.
• 16:06
It's pretty much functional fitness type exercises to get you
• 16:09
  ready for just everyday life.
• 16:12
Speaker 2: What Let's talk about some of the workouts, just some
• 16:14
  of the exercises we do.
• 16:16
Speaker 4: Yeah, so we do a lot of free weights.
• 16:18
Speaker 9: I'm a big believer that, you know, barbelles are great
• 16:21
when we do a couple of some of those, but
• 16:23
I think free free weights, a lot of dumble works
• 16:25
is better. It has stabilized a muscle usage more because
• 16:29
you know, your left arm and the right arm is
• 16:31
have two different strength and some people are better on
• 16:34
  the other side.
• 16:35
Speaker 4: But you know, we do a lot of again, a
• 16:37
lot of free weights we do.
• 16:38
Speaker 9: You know, you know your basic strength training of like
• 16:40
curls and chest presses to you know, applyometrics to cardio.
• 16:46
Speaker 4: We do a little bit running. You know what I mean?
• 16:47
Speaker 9: Running is like a tenth of a mile. Yeah, you
• 16:50
know we're out doing like a fifteen like a ten
• 16:53
  k kind of deal.
• 16:54
Speaker 2: Well, let's explain that real quick.
• 16:55
Speaker 1: Just the way that it breaks down is when you
• 16:58
get on you go to a tradition gym where you
• 17:00
go you'll go run two or three miles and then
• 17:03
you'll go do your workout and then or you'll do
• 17:06
your workout and then you'll do well. The way Dicky's
• 17:09
breaks things down is you might do some chest presses,
• 17:12
some curls, and then run a tenth of a mile
• 17:15
and that's round one, and it might be ten rounds,
• 17:17
which creates that mile within a ten round segment as
• 17:21
opposed to just running a whole mile at once, because
• 17:25
sometimes that gets a little monotonous with it.
• 17:27
Speaker 9: So let's say, for example, we we do a full
• 17:30
body workout, right, and let's say I say today we're
• 17:33
gonna do five hundred and fifty reps.
• 17:36
Speaker 4: And one mile run.
• 17:38
Speaker 9: Instantly your head goes that's crazy, right, But what if
• 17:42
I tell you first round is going to be you know,
• 17:45
ten chess presses, ten curls, you know ten you know,
• 17:49
two sit ups, yeah, two squats and two step ups, right,
• 17:54
and then we're gonna do that with ten rounds. One
• 17:56
is going to go down by two the other the
• 17:58
others are going to go up right, and then we
• 18:00
do a tenth of a mile at the end of
• 18:02
  every single round.
• 18:03
  Speaker 4: Call.
• 18:03
Speaker 9: By the end of it, you're gonna get five hundred
• 18:05
and fifty reps a mile run.
• 18:07
Speaker 4: But it's out. It's how you break it down.
• 18:09
Speaker 9: And that's why you know, sometimes you know everybody, most
• 18:13
people who is it, especially in a crossbit know like
• 18:15
the Murph. The Murph is very hard because you run
• 18:17
a full mile in the beginning, then the three hundred
• 18:19
and the five hundred and then another mile. That's to
• 18:23
most people, including myself, that's that's a lot of run. Yeah,
• 18:27
it's a lot, especially on a short session. It's how
• 18:30
you break it down. So anyway, but you also do
• 18:32
a lot of We do a lot of core training,
• 18:34
you know, we do a lot of things on TRX.
• 18:36
We do a lot of you know, your basic planks
• 18:38
and side planks, so we get everything done. So you've
• 18:43
got to make sure that you can't you just stop
• 18:45
the runner. You're not just the lifter. And everybody always
• 18:48
misses core training in which we you know, invert down
• 18:52
every single session of the day.
• 18:55
Speaker 1: And one of the important things to understand is that, no,
• 18:59
I just totally forgot I was gonna say, but.
• 19:03
Speaker 2: I can't, well what what what I was going to
• 19:09
  I think I was.
• 19:09
Speaker 1: What I was going to say, if I remember correctly now,
• 19:11
was that it's all and everybody does different levels. So
• 19:15
whatever level you are, you look at it and you go, okay,
• 19:18
five hundred and fifty reps of whatever it is, right,
• 19:21
But your level of doing five hundred and fifty reps
• 19:24
might be only getting in three hundred and fifty reps
• 19:26
at this point. At some point you'll get to the
• 19:29
point where you're doing five hundred whatever. I'm just magical
• 19:32
numbers here, And the amount of weight that you use
• 19:36
changes as well. So what Dicky and I do totally
• 19:40
different weights on certain exercises. And sometimes when you talk
• 19:44
about the cardio, you got to understand if you're a
• 19:46
little bit better at cardio and not so great at weights,
• 19:49
you're not going to get left behind because hey, somebody
• 19:52
might not be as good as cardio or might not
• 19:54
be as good as you as cardio or weights or whatever.
• 19:57
All I'm saying is you find works for you, and
• 20:01
you get better at the things that don't work for you.
• 20:03
Speaker 9: So the majority of our workout is based is based
• 20:06
on intervals, right, It's based on time. You have x
• 20:09
amount of time to do x amount of reps. And
• 20:12
I actually created this probably ten years ago. I've been
• 20:16
around for fifteen now is I had a client at
• 20:19
one point he usedly, you have a just a running clock, right,
• 20:22
like like a lot of a crossway gym.
• 20:24
Speaker 4: They you have X amount of time to finish all
• 20:26
  the reps.
• 20:27
Speaker 9: Well, I had a client that only finished three rounds
• 20:30
out of their ten after the fifteen minutes. And I
• 20:33
got me thinking of like why he only got there
• 20:36
because he struggled for a long story short right on
• 20:39
one exercise. And so now I said, okay, well, if
• 20:42
you are terrible one thing, you only get a certain
• 20:45
amount of time. Once that time expired, you go to
• 20:47
the next one, so you're not stuck at something. And
• 20:49
I think that's a lot of people that have a
• 20:51
fear of getting left behind. It's like we gonna, I'm
• 20:53
gonna if you only got two out of ten and
• 20:56
that's literally all you can do. You get two out
• 20:59
of ten, let's move on to the next one. Maybe
• 21:01
the next one you get eight out of ten. Yeah, right,
• 21:04
So it's it's not I don't want you to feel
• 21:07
stuck on. You have a other parts of our body
• 21:11
and other segment of fitness that you can attack and
• 21:14
while working on getting better on certain things.
• 21:16
Speaker 2: Yeah, because I can't do pull ups.
• 21:18
Speaker 1: So if we did, if we did, Dicky just said,
• 21:20
we got to do forty five pull ups, I would
• 21:21
never finish. Ever, or if we had to do two
• 21:23
pull ups, I would never finish.
• 21:24
Speaker 2: But we can't do them.
• 21:25
Speaker 4: You have aermission to do a jumping falls, yes, all right?
• 21:29
Speaker 2: Well you Ona Fitness which number.
• 21:31
Speaker 9: Six six, one, four, four, four, three sixty three five
• 21:33
or five Instagram at Moliana Fitness Saturday.
• 21:36
Speaker 2: All right, Dicky's here.
• 21:36
Speaker 1: Mollianna Fitness cross training facility of fifty minute classes four
• 21:41
days a week, Monday through Thursday.
• 21:44
Speaker 4: Good morning, Dicky, Good morning.
• 21:45
Speaker 1: Now we were telling you a little bit about some
• 21:47
of the exercises, things that you need to do. It
• 21:49
is a class setting, which I know some of you
• 21:51
can be intimidated by a class sety, I would not
• 21:53
be intimidated by these people that are at these classes.
• 21:56
Some of them are most of them, almost all of
• 21:59
them are great people, all kind of have the same
• 22:01
goal in mind. All just want to be in better shape.
• 22:05
Some of them are really really in shape, and they're
• 22:08
usually the nicest ones, just because you know, they're not jerks.
• 22:14
  Speaker 12: We are.
• 22:15
Speaker 4: We have a different crowd.
• 22:17
Speaker 9: We you know, I love the crossbit gym where everybody
• 22:21
has their shirt off kind of deal.
• 22:22
Speaker 4: But that's just not that's not our vibe.
• 22:24
  Speaker 1: Nope.
• 22:25
Speaker 4: We are more of a you know, late twenties and up.
• 22:29
  Yeah gym.
• 22:30
  Speaker 9: Yeah, it's a lot of functional fitness. I think it's
• 22:33
when you get a little older. I think you realize that,
• 22:36
you know, deadlifting six hundred pounds is not your topic agenda. Yeah,
• 22:42
which is my top agenda when I was in my twenties.
• 22:44
Speaker 6: But it's just stupid because you're in your twenties okay,
• 22:48
  but it's it's great, it's it's I don't know anybody
• 22:52
has the has the deadlift six hundred pounds in their
• 22:55
  life for anything, but okay.
• 22:58
Speaker 9: But you know it's it's a functional fitness jim where
• 23:03
where if you do have how it's joke about this,
• 23:06
but it's became more and more true every single day.
• 23:09
If you're old, if you have injuries, if you're broken,
• 23:13
you've got to come out of surgery, or you just
• 23:15
recently become injured and you're very limited on things. There
• 23:19
are so many different ways. In fact, this this month alone,
• 23:22
I have somebody had a muscle tear, somebody had a
• 23:25
broken leg, and three girls with problems with their shoulders
• 23:29
and were able to manage to you know, change and
• 23:32
modify all the workouts for that for all those five
• 23:37
  one at the same class.
• 23:38
Speaker 6: Those are not gym injuries, by the way, injuries injuries
• 23:43
because I don't want to assume any of thewise. So anyway,
• 23:47
I do also want to say that.
• 23:50
Speaker 1: More women for those of you that are you know,
• 23:53
ladies out there there might be intimidated by a class setting. Uh,
• 23:56
there's more women in these classes than there are men.
• 23:58
Speaker 4: There are so half of kick these guys butt.
• 24:01
  Speaker 12: Yeah.
• 24:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, So there's no reason to not try it out
• 24:05
and or be intimidated to try it out because it's
• 24:07
  a class setting and it's a it's a different class setting,
• 24:10
  it's weights, it's working out.
• 24:12
Speaker 9: So it is now offer a week trial for every
• 24:14
single person that wants to come come in and try
• 24:17
it out, not only to see if the training is
• 24:19
for you, but also you know, make sure the schedules
• 24:22
  works out and things.
• 24:23
Speaker 2: Like that, and they like what they do because I'll
• 24:27
give them the phone numberal quick and say six.
• 24:28
Speaker 9: Six one four four four three six three five or
• 24:30
find me on Instagram on moy on a fitness.
• 24:32
Speaker 1: And you can text them as well as we want
• 24:34
to talk to them calories. We want to One of
• 24:37
the important things about either putting on weight or losing
• 24:41
weight or building muscle is really knowing your calorie intake
• 24:45
your calorie outtake, and the polar system that we use
• 24:48
is a great way to do that. I know you
• 24:51
guys got Apple watches and certain and different. If I
• 24:55
don't know the bits a thing or whatever, or you
• 24:57
use the calculator on the treadmill or the skier whatever
• 25:01
you those are not as accurate and can really mess
• 25:04
you up with what you're trying to do.
• 25:06
Speaker 9: Right, So with our system, we know we have a
• 25:08
polar polar and garment is too top one, right, but
• 25:12
having an actual heart rate monitor on you is much
• 25:16
different than having a watch, right, I have a watch too,
• 25:19
don't think I don't. But combining that with nutrition program
• 25:25
is like your two main goal to have to get
• 25:30
it down because, believe it or not, working out is
• 25:33
the easiest part. It's the other twenty three hours I
• 25:37
don't see you is what kills you. And you know,
• 25:40
especially the weekends that the three days I don't see
• 25:43
you is what breaks everybody down. But if you have
• 25:45
a plan of knowing how many calories you burn on
• 25:48
a daily basis, we have a plan for that, right,
• 25:50
depending how much weight you're trying to lose with the
• 25:53
  custom nutrition program.
• 25:54
Speaker 1: Hold on, yeah, don't just focus on weight if you're young,
• 25:57
if you're a guy trying to put on some muscle,
• 25:59
you have to know how many how much nutrition you
• 26:01
can eat, what type of food you can eat.
• 26:03
Speaker 2: Things like goes both ways, doesn't it?
• 26:04
  Speaker 4: Oh? Absolutely?
• 26:06
Speaker 9: In fact, in my fifteen years, gaining good weight is
• 26:11
actually way harder than the losing weight. Losing weight, you
• 26:14
just gotta you know minimum, you know, you gotta limit
• 26:16
your eating and you got to know what you're you
• 26:18
know your how much deficity you got to do well
• 26:21
if you're trying to pack on muscles. I know, got
• 26:23
a couple of guys been trying to gain weight. It's
• 26:26
like having a Thanksgiving dinner every single meal.
• 26:29
Speaker 1: I just want to point that out for people in
• 26:30
absolutely there's there's It goes both ways depending on what
• 26:34
  you want to do.
• 26:36
Speaker 2: So what are you miss it? We got the calories
• 26:37
going to be focused on the calories, nutrition program, nutrition program.
• 26:42
Speaker 9: I will sit down with you and you know, build
• 26:45
up a meal plan based on your goal, based on
• 26:48
what you like you know to eat.
• 26:51
  Speaker 4: That's a big, big.
• 26:52
Speaker 9: Difference because there's nothing worse than eating something you don't
• 26:56
like and get burned out really fast on it.
• 26:57
Speaker 1: Okay, one last thing before we get you out of here, Dicky,
• 26:59
I just want to mention for those of you that
• 27:01
four days a week may not be enough. Dicky does
• 27:04
put together stuff's Fridays and Saturdays, maybe some hiking or
• 27:07
maybe a run on Friday, hike on Saturday. If you
• 27:11
don't have any friends and you want to make some.
• 27:13
There's a lot of people at this gym that don't
• 27:16
have any friends and want to make them, and they
• 27:18
all hang out together and they do different activities that
• 27:21
are outside of the gym from an exercise standpoint, whether
• 27:24
it be a high rocks or run, or a five
• 27:27
k or ten k or whatever the case may be.
• 27:29
There's a lot of opportunities to get involved with a
• 27:32
group of people that may want to be fit or
• 27:35
may want to work out just like you do.
• 27:37
Speaker 9: Absolutely, yeah, we do a lot of you know, especially
• 27:40
we focus a lot of endurance sports, so anything from
• 27:43
a five k to you know, high rocks, spartan races, marathon,
• 27:48
anything in between, even rock climbing. It once in a
• 27:50
while we go through for just to change things up.
• 27:53
You always have a group that will as well to
• 27:55
  go and you're never alone.
• 27:56
Speaker 2: Yeah, all right, Dicky, give him the number again.
• 28:00
Speaker 9: On four four four three six three five or finance
• 28:02
  Instagram on molaa fitness.
• 28:04
Speaker 1: All right, Dickie will talk to you later. This is
• 28:06
so stupid, but I gotta tell you guys. Anyways, I
• 28:09
  was at a.
• 28:11
  Speaker 2: Last week.
• 28:12
Speaker 1: Got to go to a high school track meet and
• 28:14
I was there and I was watching it, and I
• 28:17
was thinking, after watching all these kids race and their
• 28:22
times and everything, I was thinking. A couple of days later,
• 28:25
I was thinking, Man, I wish I would. I'm never
• 28:28
gonna know what it's like to be fast. When I
• 28:31
was in school, I was never fast. I was never
• 28:34
I'll never know what it's like to be fast. Ever,
• 28:38
and I was thinking this kind of sat and then
• 28:40
I started thinking about all the other things I'll never experience,
• 28:45
Like I'll probably never experience what it's like to just
• 28:50
have so much money that you never have to worry
• 28:52
about paying a bill. I'll probably never know what it's
• 28:56
like to hit a hole in one on a golf course.
• 28:59
I mean, that's those things are still possible, But like
• 29:03
the things I'll never I'll never experience what it's like
• 29:05
to be tall because I'm short. I'll never be fast.
• 29:09
I'll never be tall. I'll never know what it's like
• 29:12
to be tall and good looking. I gotta hang out
• 29:15
with these guys that are tall and good looking, and
• 29:19
many we live a whole We live two totally different
• 29:23
lives when we're together, even though we're in the same
• 29:26
  place hanging out.
• 29:27
Speaker 2: I have two totally different experiences. But I was just
• 29:31
  thinking that was funny.
• 29:31
Speaker 1: There's just these things that you'll never experience no matter what,
• 29:36
and I it's kind of crazy to do you guys
• 29:39
ever think about that? Do you ever think about the
• 29:41
things that you'll never know or you'll never experience in
• 29:45
  your life already?
• 29:47
Speaker 2: Four two, five, four or seven seven? I mean, some
• 29:49
of them, like to being rich.
• 29:50
Speaker 1: Could still possibly happen, maybe likely know, but maybe you know.
• 29:56
  Speaker 12: The.
• 29:58
Speaker 1: Hitting a hole in one on a golf court, that's
• 30:00
still a possibility. Likely, maybe not, but a possibility. But
• 30:07
you know, like being tall, I'll never know what's like
• 30:09
to be tall and good looking. I'll never know what
• 30:12
it's like to run fast. I mean, those are things
• 30:15
that are just never gonna happen. I'm trying to think
• 30:18
of some of the other things that will just never
• 30:20
happen already four two, four, seven to seven? Do you
• 30:24
guys ever think about that stuff but you'll never experience
• 30:27
because it's just not possible. So I was at a
• 30:30
track meet the other day and I was watching these
• 30:31
kids and how fast they are, and I was thinking, man,
• 30:35
even when I was in high school, I was never
• 30:36
that fast. I've never been fast ever. I've never been tall,
• 30:39
I can't dunkle basketball. Those are things that I will
• 30:43
never experience. And I was just laughing with my friends
• 30:45
because I said, Man, I wish one day I could
• 30:47
experience being fast, but I never.
• 30:49
  Speaker 2: Will because I can't.
• 30:51
Speaker 1: I can't ex I got these two friends that are
• 30:53
about six', one real good looking, guys and they're my,
• 30:57
buddies AND i hang out with, them AND i, think,
• 30:59
man her experience being that good looking or six foot
• 31:03
tall or, tall and you could see it when you
• 31:07
hang out with somebody like, that you can see how
• 31:09
they're having different experiences at the same place you are
• 31:13
  when you're.
• 31:13
Speaker 2: Together But i'll never be able to. Experience do you
• 31:16
  guys ever think about?
• 31:17
  Speaker 8: That good?
• 31:17
  Speaker 2: Morning what's going?
• 31:18

• 43:48
nine which is the original Street. Ride but we you,
• 43:51
know we're letting them muscle cars and that kind of,
• 43:52

• 44:05
Speaker 8: That it's twelve cars that are here by invitation and,
• 44:10
uh the builders that built them each will get a
• 44:14
ballot and they will actually vote on which cars should
• 44:16
win The car of The year on The West coast
• 44:19
at The West Coast. Showcase so it's really cool for
• 44:21
the for the, owner for the builders because their peers
• 44:24
are the ones that are actually.
• 44:25
Speaker 2: Voting are you a? Builder are you? Builder what the?

• 44:55
  their cars?
• 44:56

• 45:00
our next closest to the west coast Of, Pueblo.
• 45:02
Speaker 3: Colorado so whoa we'll pull from you, know pretty much.
• 45:05
Speaker 2: Everywhere one of the cool things is that you guys
• 45:08
a lot of a lot of the is you have
• 45:10
  a you sell.
• 45:12
Speaker 1: STUFF a lot of people bring things off to Cell oh,
• 45:14
yeah and people are looking for certain parts or.
• 45:16

• 45:19
Now it Starts What's up eight Am tomorrow.
• 45:21
Speaker 3: Am and goes till seven tomorrow.
• 45:23

• 45:33

• 45:35
Speaker 3: And an eight am till twelve thirty On. Sunday we
• 45:37
  cut out early On.
• 45:38
Speaker 1: Sunday, okay, now IF i remember, correctly you, guys you
• 45:43
guys do some some sort of parade type thing or the,
• 45:46
  guys do you guys do?
• 45:47
  Speaker 9: That, no we.
• 45:47
Speaker 8: Will it's funny at the fairgrounds are starting around four.
• 45:51
O'clock the cars will start driving around the. Fairgrounds, yeah
• 45:54
and you know they got the kids in the car
• 45:55
and the music, go you, know and it's it's, different
• 46:00
but it's really pretty. Cool you, know in this show
• 46:03
and are show In, Pueblo colorado are the only two
• 46:05
that do. THAT i don't know why that's, different but
• 46:07
it's so much. Fun we come out a lot of,
• 46:08
times you, know we get out at five. O'clock we'll
• 46:12
go eat and come back out to the. Fairgrounds, yeah
• 46:14

• 46:15
  Speaker 12: Out.
• 46:15
Speaker 1: Yeah now you got, bands you got, vendors you got
• 46:18
but you're selling parts and things like. That you have
• 46:21
a ton of different. Cars one of the things that
• 46:25
people don't understand and explain it to me IF i
• 46:28
say it. Wrong street rods are kind of just people
• 46:32
  started making their own.
• 46:33
  Speaker 2: Cars right.
• 46:34
Speaker 8: Well street rods actually started from hot. Rods, okay, okay
• 46:37
so hot rods originally were designed to be to drag. Race, okay,
• 46:41
Okay well they couldn't do that one day a. Week
• 46:44
  they'd go to race On.
• 46:45

Sense the people are. GREAT i don't know why you
• 47:54
guys who own these cars and make them look nice
• 47:57
and go sit around at parks and, paraground why you're
• 48:00
such amazing people to hang out.
• 48:02
  Speaker 12: With you just.
• 48:03
Speaker 1: Knowledgeable you want to show everybody your. Cars you want
• 48:06
to just bring everybody into the. Experience and it's absolutely.
• 48:10
  Amazing kind of.
• 48:11
Speaker 3: Storytellers Almost, Yeah i'll tell you the story of the.
• 48:14
Car you don't want. To you know, what what got
• 48:16
  them to pick that?
• 48:17
Speaker 8: Car or you know, what maybe it's their granddad's car
• 48:19
or their dad's car or something like, that or their
• 48:21
buddy in high school had one like that and they
• 48:23
always wanted. One well now they can afford. It, yeah you,
• 48:26
know so it's great stories bite every.
• 48:28
Speaker 1: Car you could spend all day out there talking of
• 48:30
these people just having a great. Time and it starts
• 48:33
at eight o'clock On. Friday it starts eight o'clock On. Saturday,

Speaker 2: Thirty so are we missing? Anything what are we?
• 48:48
Speaker 8: Missing Automotive Swap Meet, Kids, Games arts and, Crafts The
• 48:53
West Coast Builder, showcase which is new this. Year we
• 48:55
have invited twelve cars to come in and each each
• 48:59
of the building that built a car will vote on
• 49:01
which car they think should win The West Coast Builders Showcase.
• 49:05
Speaker 3: Award and they can't vote on their own.
• 49:07
Speaker 4: Car so it's kind of.
• 49:08
Speaker 8: Interest and but the builders really likely because their peers
• 49:11
are actually choosing the winner instead Of.
• 49:13
Speaker 1: Now when they build these builders build, cars or even
• 49:17
guys like, you if you build, cars do they try
• 49:19
to build them to original or do they try to
• 49:24
soup them up to kind of modernize?
• 49:26
Speaker 2: Them how does that?
• 49:26
Speaker 3: Work mostly far? Shows, no they love the old stuff
• 49:29
  is just not very.
• 49:30
Speaker 2: Good yeah, right, yeah you, know the brakes weren't any.
• 49:33
  Speaker 3: Good in the.
• 49:33
Speaker 8: Field and so they'll holding chassis underneath the. Car it's
• 49:37
gonna ride, better it's going to stop. Better you'll put
• 49:40
a late late model engine and transmission in because if
• 49:42
something breaks, down they go the old rally auto parts
• 49:45
and in the part that they need to work, with
• 49:48
you can work. With and, yes because you know you
• 49:50
had a nineteen fully you know. TRANSMISSION i had either
• 49:54
this part for this. Transmission good luck. You so that's
• 49:58
why that's why they tried to newer stuff. In but
• 50:01
we'll keep the car looking. Old that's all new stuff.
• 50:04
  Speaker 3: Underneath, gotcha gotcha?

me because of. Money AND i don't think they All
• 1:10:52
they just wanted him because of. MONEY i think that
• 1:10:55
it was that was his perception of, it BECAUSE i
• 1:11:01
mean he was still a good looking, guy and good
• 1:11:04
looking people get, together but his mentality had changed because
• 1:11:11
he saw all these women that were dating, him he
• 1:11:17
thought they were doing it for, money and they could
• 1:11:19
have been doing it for. Money so he chose this other.
• 1:11:22
Speaker 2: Woman who you, know he didn't think that.
• 1:11:27

• 1:12:03
  was twenty years.
• 1:12:03
Speaker 1: Old i'm thirty eight.
• 1:12:04
Speaker 7: NOW i Think i'm more aware of like who brings you?

couple and you, know provide that field.
• 1:12:18
  Speaker 12: Stability, TOGETHER i.
• 1:12:19

• 1:12:24
of the career THAT i haven't a little. Hectic you
• 1:12:26
  want someone to kind of.
• 1:12:27

• 1:12:34
Speaker 7: Guy or whatever the case may.
• 1:12:35
Speaker 13: Be that's not about.
• 1:12:36
Speaker 10: It it's someone that you know that really that piece
• 1:12:39
you know can be your, friend can be honestly that you.
• 1:12:43
Speaker 7: Need to, be and not necessarily like have to be you, know.
• 1:12:46
Speaker 5: The next Brad, pit so to.
• 1:12:48
Speaker 7: Say BUT i THINK i think that just kind of you,
• 1:12:51

makes a great point with, peace but life experience has
• 1:13:09
  also change your.
• 1:13:10
Speaker 2: Perspective so there's a lot going on.
• 1:13:11
Speaker 1: There and for those of you that are sitting there
• 1:13:13
thinking we're crazy because we're talking about, this you're probably
• 1:13:17
that loser that doesn't have anybody who's still trying to
• 1:13:21
relive your high school years or your college years or your. Twenties,
• 1:13:24
right you can't relive your twenties in your forties and
• 1:13:29
blame everybody else for you sitting at the bar.
