- 1:11Sean McAllister: And uh if Valentine's Day is your thing, it's Valentine's weekend, so live it up.
- 1:17Dayna Roselli: Yeah, live it up.
- 1:18Dayna Roselli: People always write us messages like where I need to take my girlfriend to like the most romantic dinner and score some points this year.
- 1:25Dayna Roselli: Where do I go?
- 1:26Dayna Roselli: And we answer those messages, and people are always happy with our recommendation.
- 1:30Dayna Roselli: So, but there's just too many in Vegas.
- 1:32Sean McAllister: There's so many, yes.
- 1:33Dayna Roselli: It's always so tough when somebody says, Where should I go?
- 1:35Dayna Roselli: And it's like, well, what are you looking for?
- 1:39Dayna Roselli: Dark, intimate, live music, a view, a patio, glamorous, trendy, old school.
- 1:49Dayna Roselli: The list goes on.
- 1:50Dayna Roselli: We've got it all, but you need to give me more details.
- 1:54Dayna Roselli: Anyway, um, it's always fun to pull those itineraries uh together for people when we get the chance.

- 2:24Dayna Roselli: You can call them at 855 Level Up.
- 2:27Sean McAllister: All right, let's get into some music news.
- 2:30Sean McAllister: Uh, what's the last concert that you went to, Dana?
- 2:33Sean McAllister: It wasn't Taylor, was it Janet Jackson?
- 2:35Dayna Roselli: Janet Jackson.
- 2:36Dayna Roselli: Yep.
- 2:36Sean McAllister: Yeah, just before uh New Year's Eve when she kicked off the residency over there at Resorts World.
- 2:41Sean McAllister: Well, we have some really big shows coming into town.
- 2:45Sean McAllister: A lot of these are uh touring concerts.
- 2:49Sean McAllister: Um, but there's uh so much great stuff for 2025.
- 2:55Dayna Roselli: Yeah, there really is.
- 2:56Dayna Roselli: Katie Perry's coming back in, and you know, she had a show at Resorts World for so long, and it was great to see her in that theater and what she did with that, but now she's she's doing the tour thing, and we get her on May 17th.
- 3:07Dayna Roselli: So if you want to see Katie Perry at T-Mobile Arena, you can do that.
- 3:12Dayna Roselli: Um, she's really pushing this tour and looks like it's gonna be a lot of fun.
- 3:15Dayna Roselli: She's just a fantastic performer.
- 3:17Sean McAllister: Yeah, and um, even before Katie comes to town on May 3rd, there's uh a couple of shows happening.
- 3:24Sean McAllister: Uh, one is Post Malone and Jelly Roll.
- 3:27Sean McAllister: That's over at Allegiance Stadium.
- 3:29Sean McAllister: Um, the other one that I already bought tickets for is Tina Faye and Amy Polar are coming back to town with their restless leg tour at Resorts World.
- 3:40Sean McAllister: That's also on May 3rd, and I can't wait for that.
- 3:43Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and that's a one night only.
- 3:44Dayna Roselli: So that's it.
- 3:45Dayna Roselli: And they were here before, and people wanted more shows from them.
- 3:50Dayna Roselli: So they've delivered and they're giving us one.
- 3:52Dayna Roselli: And yeah, I'm excited to see, you know, how it goes.
- 3:55Dayna Roselli: And and if you like it, I know you'll like it.
- 3:57Sean McAllister: They're just they're both just so hilarious and smart and good that I'm really looking forward to that this spring.
- 4:04Dayna Roselli: Then Kendrick Lamar and Sizza are coming to Allegiant Stadium.
- 4:09Dayna Roselli: Did I say it right?
- 4:10Sean McAllister: You did.
- 4:11Dayna Roselli: Sizza.
- 4:12Dayna Roselli: May 31st, and that's gonna be huge.
- 4:14Dayna Roselli: You know, Kendrick did the Super Bowl halftime show, like most streams out there on like Apple Music, and just won like every Grammy, I think he was up for at the Grammys recently.
- 4:24Dayna Roselli: So he'll be in town on his tour May 31st.
- 4:27Dayna Roselli: That'll be a big one.
- 4:28Dayna Roselli: And then the complete opposite spectrum of Kendrick Lamar is Tom Jones.
- 4:34Dayna Roselli: And he's coming back for a bunch of May dates over at the Encore Theater at Wynn.
- 4:40Sean McAllister: But Tom Jones is like iconic Las Vegas.
- 4:44Sean McAllister: He has had shows here for decades.
- 4:48Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 4:48Sean McAllister: So it'll be good for him to come back.
- 4:50Sean McAllister: I'm sure he misses Las Vegas a little.
- 4:52Dayna Roselli: Well, and the thing is, is see, Tom Jones and Kendrick, like that's my thing.
- 4:56Dayna Roselli: Like, I like a little bit of everything.
- 4:58Dayna Roselli: I'm one of those.
- 4:59Dayna Roselli: So I'm not like, oh my gosh, I would never go see Tom Jones.
- 5:02Dayna Roselli: I would go see him after Kendrick Lamar or before.
- 5:05Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I would.
- 5:06Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 5:06Dayna Roselli: Tom's probably, you know, he's a classic.
- 5:08Sean McAllister: That's a that's good stuff right there.
- 5:10Dayna Roselli: It is.
- 5:11Dayna Roselli: Hey, I'm really excited.
- 5:12Dayna Roselli: The chain smokers extended again over at the win.
- 5:15Dayna Roselli: They've been there so long, but you know what?
- 5:18Dayna Roselli: They're so much fun.
- 5:19Dayna Roselli: You know, you hear me talk about it all the time.
- 5:21Dayna Roselli: Um, and they put it up on their Instagram and and XS Las Vegas's as well.
- 5:26Dayna Roselli: But um, looks like they're here like all year doing their regular appearances, um, like, you know, twice in February, March, three times in April, twice in May, twice in July, twice in August, twice in September.
- 5:39Dayna Roselli: So they're here a lot, and they have incredible performances late night at XS Nightclub.
- 5:47Dayna Roselli: And then I think they do some Encore Beach Club too.
- 5:50Sean McAllister: Right.
- 5:50Sean McAllister: Do you have your next nightclub adventure scheduled yet to go hang out with the chain smokers?
- 5:56Dayna Roselli: I did.
- 5:57Dayna Roselli: It was supposed to be actually like this weekend, I think it was.
- 6:01Dayna Roselli: Me and my girlfriends were doing, she had a friend in, and we were all going clubbing, but I don't know, I might have to go out of town, so I'm not sure.
- 6:06Dayna Roselli: But I it's on my 2025 bucket list for sure.
- 6:10Dayna Roselli: Because I loved club.
- 6:11Sean McAllister: And there are plenty of dates for you to choose from, fortunately.
- 6:14Dayna Roselli: Excited.
- 6:14Sean McAllister: Uh, someone else, uh Cheryl Crow, we saw her uh perform on stage as part of that uh ensemble band at the Grammy Awards most recently.
- 6:24Sean McAllister: She also last year opened up for Pink when uh Pink returned to Las Vegas with her summer carnival tour.
- 6:31Sean McAllister: Um, Cheryl Crow is coming back with her own show, June 7th, right, at the Chelsea over at the Cosmopolitan.
- 6:38Sean McAllister: And I have to tell you, when she performed before uh when she opened for Pink, um the fans were obviously there to see Pink.
- 6:48Sean McAllister: And I think some people might not have been super familiar with Cheryl Crow's music, but by the end of her set, people were going crazy.
- 6:59Sean McAllister: I mean, I know I've I kind of grew up with Cheryl Crow music, so that's just a part of what I just love it.
- 7:05Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 7:06Sean McAllister: But it was cool to see a new generation of music fans kind of warming up to her.
- 7:11Sean McAllister: And she was also really gracious about the fact that she got to open for Pink.
- 7:16Dayna Roselli: I bet, yeah.
- 7:17Dayna Roselli: That she's I mean, she's been around so long.
- 7:19Dayna Roselli: I just watched that One Tree Hill from like 2000, and Cheryl Growe was on it.
- 7:25Dayna Roselli: She's been around a long time, she's got some classics, but she also stays very current.
- 7:29Dayna Roselli: She does.
- 7:30Dayna Roselli: She's she's an incredible musician as well.
- 7:32Dayna Roselli: So, I mean, and she's cool, you know, she's just cool.
- 7:35Sean McAllister: Oh, like the coolest.
- 7:36Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 7:36Dayna Roselli: So that that'll be a great show.
- 7:38Dayna Roselli: She'll be over at the Chelsea at the Cosmopolitan June 7th.
- 7:42Sean McAllister: And of course, there are always new uh music artists coming to town and announcements for shows and new dates.
- 7:50Sean McAllister: Um, just stay on top of all that by following our uh Vegas Revealed social media channels.
- 7:56Sean McAllister: We try and push out as much of that stuff as we can to keep you in the loop on what's going on.
- 8:02Dayna Roselli: So much stuff, right?
- 8:03Dayna Roselli: All the time.
- 8:03Dayna Roselli: It's like non-stop.
- 8:05Sean McAllister: It's like we wake up every day and there's 20 things.
- 8:09Dayna Roselli: Yeah, seriously.
- 8:11Dayna Roselli: It's true.
- 8:12Dayna Roselli: Hey, um, we got a great response when we covered WrestleMania, and we had an opportunity to uh interview and chat with Ray Mysterio.
- 8:21Dayna Roselli: He is going to be at WrestleMania 41 here in Las Vegas in April at Alleged Stadium.
- 8:28Dayna Roselli: And uh, we learned, which you're gonna hear in the interview, that he lives here in Las Vegas, and we also learned a lot about his style and what kind of wrestler he is.
- 8:37Dayna Roselli: He's a luchador.
- 8:39Sean McAllister: He is.
- 8:39Dayna Roselli: I like to say it like that because I feel I don't know, like a the WrestleMania fan that you are.
- 8:46Dayna Roselli: Yeah, that.
- 8:48Sean McAllister: And uh Ray is it was so fun uh having a chat with him.
- 8:53Sean McAllister: He's of course an iconic WWE figure, and uh he's got family roots in WWE too, and we talked to him all about that.
- 9:04Sean McAllister: Take a listen.
- 9:05Dayna Roselli: Ray, thanks for joining us.
- 9:06Dayna Roselli: I love this.
- 9:07Dayna Roselli: Uh, zooming from the car, you're on the move.
- 9:10Dayna Roselli: It's a busy day for you doing press.
- 9:12SPEAKER_00: Yes, it is.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: Uh, I mean, WrestleMania is right around the corner, April 19th, April 20th, Allegiant Stadium.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: You know, we gotta make sure we promote it as much as we can, even though that whole week is gonna be filled with wrestling events.
- 9:27Sean McAllister: Well, and Ray, you call Las Vegas home now.
- 9:29Sean McAllister: You moved here.
- 9:30Sean McAllister: Now WrestleMania is here in Las Vegas.
- 9:33Sean McAllister: I mean, that's gotta be a cool thing to have WrestleMania in your new hometown.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: It it is, and and and it hit me when when I found out that uh WrestleMania was gonna be in Las Vegas.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: So I've been I've been in Vegas for the past four years.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: The fact that it was the the last time a WrestleMania was in Las Vegas was WrestleMania 10.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: We're at 41.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: So uh uh I can't believe they waited that long.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: But hey, here we are.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: I guess they were waiting for me to move from San Diego to Vegas in order to pull another one off.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Now, I don't know if San Diego would have ever been uh a WrestleMania home attraction, um, although now I believe it can be.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: But I'm very excited for this one, truly am.
- 10:18Dayna Roselli: Well, you get to take part in WrestleMania, all the events, and then go sleep in your own bed.
- 10:21Dayna Roselli: How about that?
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: That's that is a blessing.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: You have no idea.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: To be able to sleep in your own bed is incredible.
- 10:28Dayna Roselli: It's true, it's true.
- 10:29Dayna Roselli: Well, listen, we had talked to Cody Rhodes in the past about WrestleMania, and he was talking to us about, you know, he everyone that's gonna be there is should expect some memorable moments.
- 10:39Dayna Roselli: Um, you know, what memorable moments can you maybe tell us that you think are gonna happen this year?
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: Wow, well, you have so many matches going on.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: Um, the fact that you will have four world titles on the line.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: Two that pertain to the men and two that pertain to the women.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Both brands, Raw and SmackDown.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: So that within itself, and we still don't know who the challengers are.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: We know who the champions are, but we don't know who the challengers are, which that'll happen sometime uh in the next month and a half or so.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: But overall, uh WrestleMania, like Cody said, is uh moments that you can go back and reminisce and go, I remember that.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: That was that was my favorite moment at WrestleMania 41.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: So overall, um, WrestleMania has always been the spectacle that it is.
- 11:35SPEAKER_00: The fact that uh we waited again 31 years to come back to Vegas, I think that means that there's something very special that's gonna happen on April 19th and 20th.
- 11:45Sean McAllister: I know a lot of fans are going to be coming into Las Vegas for all of the events surrounding WrestleMania, including WWE World, which is happening over at the convention center.
- 11:56Sean McAllister: Um, I know in Philadelphia, you had it there last year.
- 11:59Sean McAllister: Now it's uh here in Las Vegas.
- 12:02Sean McAllister: Explain what all goes on with that.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Well, well, you have a little bit of everything.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: Uh for those uh historians that love um, you know, to see some of the uh items that at one time were worn by superstars in the past, you know, you have memorabilia like no other.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: You have every merchandise piece that you can imagine.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Um, you have your favorite superstars taking pictures, answering questions, signing autographs.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: It's just a very, very fun uh week, you know, that that whole time during Mania Week in Vegas.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: Um it happens in in each city every year that we attend.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: Um but it it's now that I am home in Vegas and have seen personally myself with my own eyes the growth in the past four years here in Las Vegas with the Raiders team, with having uh a potential NBA team and an MLB team, to have WrestleMania in between all of that is just uh mind blowing.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: And I think it's gonna be a really cool time for uh for us Las Vegans.
- 13:09Dayna Roselli: Talk to us a little bit about your style when it comes to wrestling, if people aren't familiar with it.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: Well, for those that have never seen me perform in the ring, uh I bring a very hybrid style, very fast paced.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: Um, and that has been my uh my trademark from day one.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: That's what opened the doors for me in in wrestling here in the US, despite my size and uh my build, uh my speed always, and of course the mask uh always caught the attention of others.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: Um being uh younger or adult or even older.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: So I have my fan base all uh different age uh gaps in between.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: But personally myself, uh I bring a style that you might not ever get a chance to see again.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: So come and watch.
- 13:56Dayna Roselli: Well, I was gonna say, we're the entertainment capital of the world, and then you know, now we're a huge sports town.
- 14:01Dayna Roselli: So you kind of bring both together, don't you?
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Uh yes, I do, and I love doing it.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: I've been love, I've I've loved doing it for the past 35 years.
- 14:09Sean McAllister: And you know, does WrestleMania week uh present a unique opportunity for you to actually connect face to face with fans?
- 14:18Sean McAllister: That's gotta be a cool thing.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: That's that's one of the moments that I uh personally enjoy the most to be able to connect with our fans because sometimes we go to uh different states, uh different uh countries, we perform, we jump on the bus, we go to the next city, or we fly to the next uh state.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: And it's very hard sometimes to connect with the fans, maybe as we were walking into the arena or walking out.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: But uh this is the time to be able to connect and you know tell your favorite superstar what you like about them, get that picture that you always wanted, meet them in person for the first time.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: That is available here at WrestleMania um every year.
- 15:00Dayna Roselli: And I'm curious.
- 15:01Dayna Roselli: Now there's always a lot of smack talk, and especially people I'm sure love to make comments under social media posts.
- 15:06Dayna Roselli: So when they see you in person, are they a little bit f like softer, the fans, or do they still smack talk?
- 15:12Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: I I get a little bit of everything.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Um now, now, nowadays the fans uh show the utmost respect um because of uh all the work that I've put in over the years and what uh what I've given to the sport and what the sport has given to me.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: It's a mutual respect and love.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: And I appreciate that from the fans.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: Like you have no idea.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: That's uh again, that's why that's one of my favorite things to that I enjoy the most when I connect with fans.
- 15:43SPEAKER_00: When I connect with those kids that um maybe their dads at one point grew up watching me, and now their kids are watching me.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: So it's a generational thing as well.
- 15:53Sean McAllister: For people who like idolize you and look up to you, that's a unique thing.
- 15:58Sean McAllister: But who was your idol?
- 16:00Sean McAllister: Who did you look up to?
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: So, my personally, my idol growing up was and his my uncle, uh, rest in peace.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: He just passed away December 20th, but he thank you.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: He was he was uh the first of the family to pave the way for uh myself to walk in his shoes and and now you know uh my son Dominic to be able to uh follow in my footsteps as well.
- 16:30SPEAKER_00: So my uncle Ray Mysterio Sr.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: was the very first uh to open up that that gateway for us, and uh he has taught me everything that I know.
- 16:40Sean McAllister: Well, Ray, we know you're we're gonna see you at uh WrestleMania, and hopefully we'll see you at the grocery store since we're like Las Vegas neighbors.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: I might not be wearing the mask, but just uh you know we won't recognize you.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: Thank you guys very much.
- 16:57Dayna Roselli: That's kind of a cool way to live, actually, right?
- 16:59Dayna Roselli: You can go do your thing and people don't recognize you because you don't have the mask on.
- 17:03Dayna Roselli: Usually it's the opposite.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: It is, uh, especially when I try to get away from my wife.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: She always recognizes me, though.
- 17:12Dayna Roselli: I love it.
- 17:12Dayna Roselli: Ray, thanks so much, and we'll see you there in April.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: Thank you very much.
- 17:16Sean McAllister: I don't know, Dana.
- 17:18Sean McAllister: Is this the first, is this going to be the first WrestleMania for each of us this year?
- 17:21Dayna Roselli: I'm I'm hoping.
- 17:22Dayna Roselli: I'm banking on going.
- 17:24Dayna Roselli: I just I haven't gotten around to like browsing around and I know they're in high demand.
- 17:28Dayna Roselli: And I'm like, uh, I'm kind of like I'll leave it to the last minute, but then again, like, will we get tickets at the last minute?
- 17:34Dayna Roselli: So I don't know, but we're always like, we need to look, we need to go, we need to go.
- 17:38Dayna Roselli: So hopefully we'll either go and cover it or we'll just go as first timers and fans and just enjoy it.
- 17:44Dayna Roselli: Spectators, yeah.
- 17:44Dayna Roselli: So we'll see.
- 17:45Dayna Roselli: Well, should be good.
- 17:46Sean McAllister: By all accounts, it should be iconic.
- 17:49Dayna Roselli: We're gonna take a quick break.
- 17:50Dayna Roselli: We'll be right back.

- 18:21Dayna Roselli: All right, let's do some tips.
- 18:25Dayna Roselli: Sean, there's a place called La Vencidad that I have been to before for dinner.
- 18:31Dayna Roselli: It's an incredible Mexican restaurant on the east side of Las Vegas, and it is so authentic.
- 18:38Dayna Roselli: I've talked about it on a podcast previously, but now they have a cantina.
- 18:43Dayna Roselli: And it's been open for a little while, but I keep meaning to go.
- 18:46Dayna Roselli: And my friend Melissa said, Hey, guess what?
- 18:49Dayna Roselli: I went to that cantina the other day when you were out of town near your near where you live on the east side.
- 18:55Dayna Roselli: It's in an area called Commercial Center.
- 18:58Dayna Roselli: And she said it was fabulous.
- 18:59Dayna Roselli: And I'm like, what makes it different than the restaurant?
- 19:01Dayna Roselli: She's like, Well, it's not like a big family restaurant because it's a bar.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 19:05Dayna Roselli: And she said that night they had uh mariachi band playing and people were up on the dance, you know, dancing.

- 19:45Dayna Roselli: I'm gonna link the website in our show notes so you can go right to it and read about it yourself.
- 19:51Dayna Roselli: But um, yeah, it's nestled right there in the heart of the historic commercial center district on Sahara that's just to the east of Las Vegas Boulevard.
- 20:00Dayna Roselli: Uh, not just, but you know, a bunch of blocks close, like maybe a mile.
- 20:05Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 20:05Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 20:05Sean McAllister: If that, yeah.
- 20:06Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 20:06Dayna Roselli: So it's it's a great little spot, but they have food, cocktails, music, the whole nine.
- 20:11Dayna Roselli: And it's the cantina version of that restaurant.
- 20:14Dayna Roselli: And if you get a chance, go to the restaurant as well.

- 21:11Dayna Roselli: It's needed, you know.
- 21:13Dayna Roselli: And the form shops is just such a great place, by the way.
