  January
• 0:00
  is
• 0:01
  the
• 0:01
  best
• 0:01
  growth
• 0:02
  month
• 0:02
  of
• 0:02
  the
• 0:02
  year
• 0:03
  for
• 0:03
  memberships,
• 0:04
  programs,
• 0:04
  community
• 0:05
  products
• 0:05
  in
• 0:06
  general,
• 0:06
  because
• 0:07
  people
• 0:07
  are
• 0:07
  so
• 0:07
  excited
• 0:08
  to
• 0:08
  just
• 0:09
  jump
• 0:09
  into
• 0:09
  whatever
• 0:10
  momentum,
• 0:10
  right?
• 0:10
  They're
• 0:11
  excited
• 0:11
  to
• 0:12
  work
• 0:12
  towards
• 0:12
  those
• 0:13
  goals
• 0:13
  that
• 0:13
  they
• 0:13
  just
• 0:13
  set
• 0:14
  and
• 0:14
  just
• 0:14
  really
• 0:15
  dive
• 0:15
  into
• 0:16
  things
• 0:16
  that
• 0:16
  they
• 0:17
  committed
• 0:17
  to
• 0:17
  also
• 0:17
  in
• 0:18
  the
• 0:18
  fall.
• 0:18
  But
• 0:18
  they're
• 0:18
  like,
• 0:18
  okay,
• 0:19
  let
• 0:19
  me
• 0:19
  get
• 0:19
  back
• 0:19
  to
• 0:19
  this.
• 0:19
  Right?
• 0:20
  We're
• 0:20
  circling
• 0:21
  back.
• 0:22
  But
• 0:23
  really
• 0:23
  what
• 0:23
  really
• 0:23
  helps
• 0:24
  with
• 0:24
  this
• 0:24
  is
• 0:24
  also
• 0:25
  she
• 0:25
  sharing
• 0:26
  that
• 0:26
  you
• 0:26
  just
• 0:26
  updated
• 0:27
  everything.
• 0:27
  So
• 0:27
  let's
• 0:28
  say
• 0:28
  you
• 0:28
  already
• 0:28
  have
• 0:28
  members
• 0:29
  in
• 0:30
  order
• 0:30
  to
• 0:30
  reengage
• 0:31
  them,
• 0:31
  drive
• 0:31
  momentum
• 0:32
  in
• 0:32
  your
• 0:32
  own
• 0:32
  thing.
• 0:33
  So
• 0:33
  they're
• 0:33
  not
• 0:33
  joining
• 0:34
  other
• 0:34
  new
• 0:34
  things
• 0:34
  is
• 0:35
  by
• 0:35
  saying
• 0:35
  like,
• 0:35
  hey,
• 0:36
  we're
• 0:36
  gonna
• 0:36
  switch
• 0:37
  things
• 0:37
  up
• 0:37
  this
• 0:37
  year.
• 0:38
  And
• 0:39
  all
• 0:39
  of
• 0:39
  this,
• 0:39
  all
• 0:39
  of
• 0:40
  the
• 0:40
  changes
• 0:40
  that
• 0:40
  we're
• 0:40
  making
• 0:41
  are
• 0:41
  based
• 0:41
  on
• 0:42
  your
• 0:42
  feedback.
• 0:43
  So
• 0:43
  right
• 0:43
  now
• 0:43
  I'm
• 0:44
  doing
• 0:44
  a
• 0:44
  ton
• 0:44
  of
• 0:44
  research,
• 0:45
  review
• 0:45
  and
• 0:46
  workshops
• 0:46
  with
• 0:46
  clients
• 0:47
  to
• 0:47
  help
• 0:47
  them
• 0:47
  update
• 0:48
  their
• 0:48
  community
• 0:48
  offers
• 0:49
  and
• 0:49
  programming
• 0:49
  in
• 0:49
  2026.
• 0:50
  So
• 0:51
  I
• 0:51
  wanted
• 0:51
  to
• 0:51
  share
• 0:51
  some
• 0:52
  examples
• 0:52
  and
• 0:52
  walk
• 0:52
  you
• 0:53
  through
• 0:53
  my
• 0:53
  process
• 0:53
  in
• 0:53
  general
• 0:54
  so
• 0:54
  that
• 0:54
  you
• 0:54
  can
• 0:54
  do
• 0:54
  this
• 0:54
  too,
• 0:55
  because
• 0:55
  I
• 0:55
  want
• 0:55
  you
• 0:55
  to
• 0:56
  have
• 0:56
  that
• 0:56
  momentum
• 0:58
  that
• 0:58
  I've
• 0:58
  seen
• 0:58
  my
• 0:59
  seven
• 0:59
  figure
• 1:00
  clients
• 1:00
  have
• 1:00
  year
• 1:00
  after
• 1:01
  year
• 1:01
  after
• 1:01
  year.
• 1:01
  It's
• 1:02
  always
• 1:02
  the
• 1:02
  biggest
• 1:03
  growth
• 1:03
  month.
• 1:03
  You
• 1:03
  see
• 1:04
  it
• 1:04
  in
• 1:04
  your,
• 1:05
  you
• 1:05
  know,
• 1:05
  charts.
• 1:05
  When
• 1:06
  you
• 1:06
  look
• 1:06
  at
• 1:06
  the
• 1:06
  end
• 1:06
  of
• 1:06
  the
• 1:06
  year,
• 1:06
  you're
• 1:07
  like,
• 1:07
  okay,
• 1:07
  January
• 1:07
  was
• 1:08
  it.
• 1:08
  And
• 1:09
  so
• 1:09
  I
• 1:09
  want
• 1:09
  you
• 1:09
  to
• 1:10
  be
• 1:10
  ready
• 1:10
  for
• 1:10
  that.
• 1:11
  So
• 1:11
  yesterday
• 1:12
  I
• 1:12
  facilitated
• 1:12
  the
• 1:13
  Creative
• 1:13
  Mornings
• 1:14
  volunteer
• 1:14
  retreat
• 1:14
  here
• 1:15
  in
• 1:15
  Baltimore
• 1:15
  for
• 1:16
  our
• 1:16
  Baltimore
• 1:16
  chapter.
• 1:16
  If
• 1:17
  you're
• 1:17
  not
• 1:17
  familiar,
• 1:17
  Creative
• 1:18
  Mornings
• 1:18
  is
• 1:18
  a
• 1:19
  global
• 1:19
  nonprofit
• 1:20
  community
• 1:21
  in
• 1:21
  over
• 1:21
  200
• 1:22
  chapters
• 1:22
  across
• 1:22
  the
• 1:23
  world.
• 1:23
  And
• 1:23
  so
• 1:24
  I've
• 1:24
  been
• 1:24
  a
• 1:24
  volunteer
• 1:25
  for
• 1:25
  the
• 1:25
  Baltimore
• 1:25
  chapter
• 1:26
  here
• 1:26
  for
• 1:26
  a
• 1:26
  few
• 1:26
  years
• 1:26
  now.
• 1:27
  Um,
• 1:27
  but
• 1:28
  I,
• 1:28
  one
• 1:28
  of
• 1:28
  my
• 1:29
  main
• 1:29
  responsibilities
• 1:30
  is
• 1:30
  running
• 1:31
  our
• 1:31
  retreat
• 1:32
  at
• 1:32
  the
• 1:32
  end
• 1:32
  of
• 1:32
  the
• 1:32
  year
• 1:33
  for
• 1:33
  all
• 1:33
  of
• 1:33
  our
• 1:33
  volunteers.
• 1:34
  So
• 1:34
  we
• 1:35
  had
• 1:35
  15
• 1:36
  people
• 1:36
  attend
• 1:37
  yesterday.
• 1:38
  So
• 1:38
  before
• 1:38
  I
• 1:39
  ever
• 1:39
  do
• 1:39
  any
• 1:39
  planning
• 1:40
  for
• 1:40
  these
• 1:40
  retreats,
• 1:41
  I
• 1:41
  want
• 1:41
  to
• 1:41
  gather
• 1:42
  as
• 1:42
  much
• 1:42
  data
• 1:42
  as
• 1:43
  possible.
• 1:43
  So
• 1:44
  whenever
• 1:44
  I'm
• 1:45
  designing
• 1:45
  a
• 1:45
  workshop
• 1:45
  experience,
• 1:46
  I
• 1:46
  want
• 1:47
  us
• 1:47
  to
• 1:47
  be
• 1:47
  able
• 1:47
  to
• 1:47
  make
• 1:48
  data
• 1:48
  driven
• 1:48
  decisions
• 1:49
  in
• 1:49
  that
• 1:49
  workshop.
• 1:50
  And,
• 1:50
  and
• 1:50
  so
• 1:51
  I
• 1:51
  always
• 1:51
  say,
• 1:51
  hey,
• 1:52
  pull
• 1:52
  some
• 1:52
  of
• 1:52
  these
• 1:53
  metrics
• 1:53
  and
• 1:53
  let's
• 1:54
  review
• 1:54
  that
• 1:54
  at
• 1:54
  the
• 1:54
  top
• 1:55
  of
• 1:55
  your
• 1:55
  session.
• 1:55
  And
• 1:56
  that's
• 1:56
  the
• 1:56
  same
• 1:56
  thing
• 1:56
  that
• 1:57
  I
• 1:57
  did
• 1:57
  for
• 1:57
  Creative
• 1:58
  Mornings
• 1:58
  as
• 1:58
  well.
• 1:59
  So
• 1:59
  at
• 1:59
  the
• 1:59
  end
• 1:59
  of
• 1:59
  the
• 1:59
  year
• 2:00
  for
• 2:00
  Creative
• 2:00
  Mornings,
• 2:00
  we
• 2:01
  run
• 2:01
  a
• 2:01
  community
• 2:02
  survey.
• 2:03
  So
• 2:03
  we
• 2:03
  always
• 2:03
  raffle
• 2:04
  off
• 2:04
  a
• 2:04
  prize
• 2:04
  for
• 2:04
  an
• 2:05
  incentive
• 2:05
  because
• 2:05
  that
• 2:06
  gets
• 2:06
  people
• 2:06
  to
• 2:06
  do
• 2:06
  the
• 2:07
  survey.
• 2:07
  So
• 2:07
  I
• 2:07
  would
• 2:07
  recommend
• 2:08
  doing
• 2:08
  something
• 2:08
  like
• 2:08
  that.
• 2:09
  And
• 2:10
  during
• 2:10
  our
• 2:10
  retreat
• 2:11
  day,
• 2:11
  we
• 2:11
  review
• 2:11
  all
• 2:12
  the
• 2:12
  themes
• 2:12
  and
• 2:12
  insights
• 2:13
  from
• 2:13
  the
• 2:13
  survey
• 2:14
  responses.
• 2:14
  So
• 2:14
  that's
• 2:14
  something
• 2:15
  I'm
• 2:15
  analyzing
• 2:15
  before
• 2:16
  we
• 2:16
  all
• 2:16
  meet.
• 2:17
  Plus
• 2:18
  the
• 2:18
  quantitative
• 2:18
  data
• 2:18
  we
• 2:19
  have
• 2:19
  from
• 2:19
  the
• 2:19
  year,
• 2:19
  so
• 2:19
  that's
• 2:20
  things
• 2:20
  like
• 2:20
  attendance,
• 2:21
  our
• 2:21
  attrition
• 2:22
  rate,
• 2:22
  email
• 2:23
  data,
• 2:23
  open
• 2:23
  rates,
• 2:23
  all
• 2:23
  of
• 2:24
  that
• 2:24
  kind
• 2:24
  of
• 2:24
  stuff.
• 2:24
  I
• 2:25
  also
• 2:25
  love
• 2:25
  to
• 2:25
  ask
• 2:26
  a
• 2:26
  couple
• 2:26
  of
• 2:26
  questions
• 2:27
  year
• 2:27
  after
• 2:27
  year
• 2:28
  to
• 2:28
  see
• 2:28
  the
• 2:28
  improvement.
• 2:29
  So
• 2:30
  for
• 2:30
  example,
• 2:30
  one
• 2:30
  of
• 2:31
  our
• 2:31
  goals
• 2:31
  in
• 2:32
  general
• 2:32
  is
• 2:32
  to
• 2:33
  increase
• 2:33
  the
• 2:33
  feeling
• 2:33
  of
• 2:34
  belonging
• 2:34
  for
• 2:35
  our
• 2:35
  local
• 2:35
  chapter
• 2:35
  of
• 2:35
  Creative
• 2:36
  Mornings.
• 2:36
  Like
• 2:36
  we
• 2:36
  want
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  create
• 2:37
  a
• 2:37
  place
• 2:38
  people
• 2:38
  come
• 2:38
  back
• 2:38
  to
• 2:39
  because
• 2:39
  they
• 2:39
  feel
• 2:39
  like
• 2:40
  they
• 2:40
  belong
• 2:40
  here.
• 2:40
  Everyone
• 2:41
  is
• 2:41
  creative
• 2:41
  is
• 2:42
  the
• 2:42
  ethos.
• 2:42
  So
• 2:42
  that's
• 2:43
  really
• 2:43
  the
• 2:43
  idea
• 2:43
  we're
• 2:43
  going
• 2:44
  for.
• 2:44
  So
• 2:44
  we
• 2:45
  ask
• 2:45
  them
• 2:45
  how
• 2:45
  much
• 2:46
  they
• 2:46
  agree
• 2:46
  with
• 2:46
  the
• 2:46
  statement
• 2:47
  I
• 2:47
  feel
• 2:47
  belonging
• 2:48
  with
• 2:48
  the
• 2:48
  Creative
• 2:48
  Mornings
• 2:49
  community.
• 2:50
  This
• 2:50
  year
• 2:50
  we
• 2:50
  had
• 2:50
  a
• 2:50
  10%
• 2:51
  jump
• 2:51
  from
• 2:52
  last
• 2:52
  year,
• 2:52
  which
• 2:53
  along
• 2:53
  with
• 2:53
  a
• 2:53
  bunch
• 2:53
  of
• 2:53
  other
• 2:54
  qualitative
• 2:54
  stuff
• 2:55
  like
• 2:55
  basically
• 2:55
  what
• 2:56
  people
• 2:56
  said
• 2:56
  in
• 2:56
  the
• 2:56
  survey
• 2:57
  really
• 2:57
  shows
• 2:58
  us
• 2:58
  that
• 2:58
  we're
• 2:58
  moving
• 2:59
  in
• 2:59
  the
• 2:59
  right
• 2:59
  direction
• 3:00
  and
• 3:00
  we're
• 3:00
  really
• 3:01
  reaching
• 3:01
  that
• 3:02
  goal
• 3:02
  and
• 3:02
  striving
• 3:03
  toward
• 3:03
  that
• 3:03
  goal
• 3:03
  that
• 3:04
  we
• 3:05
  set.
• 3:06
  During
• 3:06
  the
• 3:06
  workshops
• 3:07
  we
• 3:07
  talk
• 3:07
  about
• 3:07
  what
• 3:08
  worked
• 3:08
  really
• 3:08
  well
• 3:09
  this
• 3:09
  year,
• 3:09
  what
• 3:09
  didn't
• 3:10
  work
• 3:10
  so
• 3:10
  well,
• 3:10
  and
• 3:11
  that
• 3:11
  helps
• 3:11
  us
• 3:11
  make
• 3:11
  decisions
• 3:12
  about
• 3:12
  what
• 3:12
  we're
• 3:13
  going
• 3:13
  to
• 3:13
  do
• 3:13
  next
• 3:13
  year.
• 3:14
  So
• 3:14
  we
• 3:14
  take,
• 3:14
  you
• 3:15
  know,
• 3:15
  ideas
• 3:15
  and
• 3:16
  feedback
• 3:16
  from
• 3:16
  the
• 3:17
  community
• 3:17
  in
• 3:17
  general
• 3:17
  and
• 3:18
  then
• 3:18
  we
• 3:18
  also
• 3:18
  are
• 3:19
  analyzing
• 3:20
  from
• 3:20
  a
• 3:20
  volunteer
• 3:21
  team
• 3:21
  what
• 3:21
  do
• 3:21
  we
• 3:22
  think
• 3:22
  worked
• 3:22
  and
• 3:22
  what
• 3:22
  didn't.
• 3:23
  And
• 3:23
  because
• 3:23
  we
• 3:24
  have
• 3:24
  all
• 3:24
  of
• 3:24
  that,
• 3:24
  then
• 3:24
  we
• 3:24
  get
• 3:25
  to
• 3:25
  make
• 3:25
  decisions
• 3:25
  about
• 3:25
  what
• 3:26
  next
• 3:26
  year
• 3:26
  looks
• 3:26
  like.
• 3:26
  And
• 3:27
  we
• 3:27
  use
• 3:27
  that
• 3:27
  to
• 3:27
  design
• 3:27
  all
• 3:28
  of
• 3:28
  our
• 3:28
  programming.
• 3:29
  So
• 3:29
  we
• 3:29
  look
• 3:29
  at
• 3:29
  the
• 3:29
  themes
• 3:30
  for
• 3:30
  the
• 3:30
  whole
• 3:30
  year
• 3:30
  and
• 3:31
  this
• 3:31
  is
• 3:31
  an
• 3:31
  in
• 3:31
  person
• 3:32
  event
• 3:32
  community
• 3:33
  for,
• 3:33
  for
• 3:33
  the
• 3:33
  most
• 3:34
  part.
• 3:34
  And
• 3:34
  so
• 3:34
  we're
• 3:35
  really
• 3:35
  looking
• 3:35
  at
• 3:36
  like
• 3:36
  planning
• 3:37
  11
• 3:37
  events
• 3:38
  in,
• 3:38
  in
• 3:38
  the
• 3:38
  following
• 3:39
  year.
• 3:39
  So
• 3:39
  we
• 3:39
  kind
• 3:39
  of
• 3:39
  do
• 3:40
  a
• 3:40
  lot
• 3:40
  of
• 3:40
  the
• 3:40
  high
• 3:40
  level
• 3:40
  planning
• 3:41
  ahead
• 3:41
  of
• 3:41
  time,
• 3:41
  but
• 3:42
  we
• 3:42
  think
• 3:42
  about
• 3:42
  activations
• 3:44
  which
• 3:44
  are,
• 3:44
  you
• 3:45
  know,
• 3:45
  unique
• 3:45
  programming
• 3:46
  experiences
• 3:47
  that
• 3:47
  we
• 3:47
  want
• 3:47
  to
• 3:47
  try.
• 3:49
  And
• 3:49
  really
• 3:50
  what
• 3:50
  we
• 3:50
  learned
• 3:50
  from
• 3:50
  our
• 3:51
  survey
• 3:51
  is
• 3:51
  that
• 3:51
  our
• 3:52
  ATT
• 3:53
  love
• 3:53
  when
• 3:53
  we
• 3:54
  do
• 3:54
  like
• 3:54
  different
• 3:55
  little
• 3:55
  surprise
• 3:56
  activation
• 3:56
  stuff
• 3:56
  like
• 3:57
  that.
• 3:57
  So
• 3:57
  we
• 3:57
  really
• 3:57
  did
• 3:58
  a
• 3:58
  lot
• 3:58
  of
• 3:58
  ideation
• 3:58
  around,
• 3:59
  around
• 3:59
  these
• 3:59
  types
• 4:00
  of
• 4:00
  things.
• 4:00
  And
• 4:01
  so
• 4:01
  what
• 4:01
  I
• 4:01
  want
• 4:02
  for
• 4:02
  you
• 4:02
  is
• 4:03
  for
• 4:03
  you
• 4:03
  to
• 4:03
  be
• 4:03
  able
• 4:03
  to
• 4:04
  have
• 4:04
  this
• 4:05
  research,
• 4:05
  this
• 4:05
  data
• 4:06
  that
• 4:06
  you
• 4:06
  can
• 4:06
  look
• 4:07
  at
• 4:07
  to
• 4:07
  make
• 4:07
  really
• 4:07
  amazing
• 4:08
  decisions
• 4:09
  going
• 4:09
  into
• 4:09
  2026.
• 4:10
  I
• 4:10
  call
• 4:10
  this
• 4:11
  like
• 4:11
  a
• 4:11
  quick,
• 4:12
  scrappy
• 4:12
  research
• 4:13
  effort.
• 4:14
  So
• 4:14
  I
• 4:14
  want
• 4:14
  to
• 4:14
  encourage
• 4:15
  you
• 4:15
  to
• 4:15
  try
• 4:15
  it.
• 4:16
  So
• 4:16
  here
• 4:16
  is
• 4:17
  the
• 4:17
  assignment
• 4:17
  that
• 4:18
  I've
• 4:18
  been
• 4:18
  giving
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  lot
• 4:18
  of
• 4:18
  the
• 4:19
  clients
• 4:19
  that
• 4:19
  have
• 4:19
  booked
• 4:20
  an
• 4:20
  end
• 4:20
  of
• 4:20
  year
• 4:20
  session
• 4:20
  with
• 4:21
  me.
• 4:22
  So
• 4:22
  I
• 4:22
  tell
• 4:22
  them
• 4:23
  that
• 4:23
  I
• 4:23
  want
• 4:24
  them
• 4:24
  to
• 4:24
  send
• 4:24
  a
• 4:24
  note
• 4:24
  to
• 4:25
  all
• 4:25
  of
• 4:25
  their
• 4:25
  members.
• 4:25
  So
• 4:26
  this
• 4:26
  could
• 4:26
  be
• 4:26
  an
• 4:26
  email
• 4:27
  where
• 4:27
  you're
• 4:27
  asking
• 4:27
  for
• 4:27
  replies
• 4:28
  or
• 4:29
  it
• 4:29
  could
• 4:29
  be
• 4:30
  a
• 4:30
  DM
• 4:30
  in
• 4:31
  whatever
• 4:32
  platform
• 4:32
  you
• 4:32
  use
• 4:32
  for
• 4:33
  community.
• 4:33
  If
• 4:34
  you're
• 4:34
  on
• 4:34
  a
• 4:34
  certain
• 4:34
  tier
• 4:34
  of
• 4:35
  circle,
• 4:35
  you
• 4:35
  might
• 4:35
  send
• 4:35
  an
• 4:36
  automated
• 4:36
  DM
• 4:36
  to
• 4:36
  all
• 4:37
  of
• 4:37
  your
• 4:37
  members,
• 4:37
  which
• 4:37
  is
• 4:38
  really
• 4:38
  nice.
• 4:39
  But
• 4:39
  I
• 4:39
  want
• 4:39
  you
• 4:39
  to
• 4:39
  send
• 4:40
  a
• 4:40
  DM
• 4:40
  to
• 4:40
  every
• 4:40
  single
• 4:41
  member.
• 4:41
  And
• 4:41
  you
• 4:41
  could
• 4:41
  also
• 4:41
  do
• 4:42
  both
• 4:42
  approach,
• 4:42
  like
• 4:43
  a
• 4:43
  text
• 4:43
  message,
• 4:44
  a
• 4:44
  DM
• 4:44
  or
• 4:44
  and
• 4:45
  also
• 4:45
  an
• 4:45
  email.
• 4:46
  But
• 4:46
  I
• 4:47
  want
• 4:47
  you
• 4:47
  to
• 4:47
  just
• 4:47
  ask
• 4:47
  them
• 4:48
  like,
• 4:48
  hey,
• 4:49
  I'm
• 4:50
  doing
• 4:50
  2026
• 4:51
  planning
• 4:51
  and
• 4:51
  I'd
• 4:51
  love
• 4:52
  to
• 4:52
  include
• 4:52
  your
• 4:52
  feedback.
• 4:53
  What
• 4:53
  did
• 4:53
  you
• 4:53
  love
• 4:54
  that
• 4:54
  we
• 4:54
  did
• 4:54
  this
• 4:54
  year
• 4:54
  and
• 4:55
  what
• 4:55
  would
• 4:55
  you
• 4:55
  love
• 4:55
  to
• 4:55
  see
• 4:55
  next
• 4:56
  year?
• 4:56
  Something
• 4:56
  like
• 4:57
  this.
• 4:57
  Because
• 4:58
  we're
• 4:59
  essentially
• 4:59
  saying
• 4:59
  like,
• 5:00
  hey,
• 5:00
  we
• 5:00
  want
• 5:00
  to
• 5:01
  co
• 5:01
  create
• 5:01
  this
• 5:01
  community
• 5:02
  with
• 5:02
  you.
• 5:03
  And
• 5:03
  a
• 5:03
  community
• 5:04
  product
• 5:04
  is
• 5:04
  a
• 5:04
  people
• 5:05
  product.
• 5:05
  And
• 5:05
  so
• 5:05
  you
• 5:05
  want
• 5:06
  to
• 5:06
  create
• 5:06
  this
• 5:06
  thing
• 5:06
  together.
• 5:07
  And
• 5:07
  so
• 5:08
  asking
• 5:08
  them
• 5:08
  like,
• 5:08
  hey,
• 5:08
  what
• 5:09
  did
• 5:09
  you
• 5:09
  love
• 5:09
  about
• 5:09
  the
• 5:09
  program
• 5:09
  this
• 5:10
  year?
• 5:10
  We're
• 5:10
  making
• 5:10
  things
• 5:10
  better.
• 5:11
  You
• 5:11
  can
• 5:11
  even
• 5:12
  run
• 5:12
  a
• 5:12
  more
• 5:12
  robust
• 5:13
  survey.
• 5:13
  One
• 5:13
  of
• 5:13
  my
• 5:13
  clients,
• 5:14
  um,
• 5:14
  we've
• 5:15
  been
• 5:15
  working
• 5:15
  on
• 5:15
  a
• 5:15
  survey
• 5:15
  this
• 5:16
  week
• 5:16
  for
• 5:16
  her
• 5:16
  that
• 5:16
  she
• 5:16
  just
• 5:17
  sent
• 5:17
  out.
• 5:17
  It's
• 5:17
  got
• 5:17
  maybe
• 5:18
  like
• 5:18
  10
• 5:18
  questions
• 5:19
  in
• 5:19
  it.
• 5:19
  And
• 5:19
  most
• 5:19
  of
• 5:19
  them
• 5:20
  I
• 5:20
  always
• 5:20
  encourage
• 5:21
  people
• 5:21
  to
• 5:21
  send.
• 5:22
  You
• 5:23
  know,
• 5:23
  if
• 5:24
  there's
• 5:24
  10
• 5:24
  questions,
• 5:25
  nine
• 5:25
  of
• 5:25
  them
• 5:25
  are
• 5:25
  multiple
• 5:26
  choice,
• 5:26
  easy
• 5:26
  to
• 5:26
  answer,
• 5:27
  and
• 5:27
  then
• 5:27
  there's
• 5:27
  one
• 5:27
  open
• 5:28
  forum
• 5:28
  question
• 5:28
  at
• 5:28
  the
• 5:29
  end,
• 5:29
  which
• 5:29
  is
• 5:29
  how
• 5:29
  we
• 5:29
  do
• 5:29
  our
• 5:30
  Creative
• 5:30
  morning
• 5:30
  survey
• 5:31
  as
• 5:31
  well.
• 5:31
  This
• 5:32
  just
• 5:32
  makes
• 5:32
  it
• 5:32
  a
• 5:32
  lot
• 5:32
  easier
• 5:33
  for
• 5:33
  people
• 5:33
  to
• 5:33
  go
• 5:33
  through.
• 5:33
  And
• 5:33
  if
• 5:34
  they're
• 5:34
  on
• 5:34
  the
• 5:34
  last
• 5:34
  question
• 5:34
  and
• 5:35
  it's
• 5:35
  the
• 5:35
  only
• 5:35
  one
• 5:35
  where
• 5:36
  they
• 5:36
  have
• 5:36
  to
• 5:36
  type
• 5:36
  a
• 5:36
  paragraph,
• 5:37
  they're
• 5:37
  more
• 5:37
  likely
• 5:37
  to
• 5:38
  complete
• 5:38
  it
• 5:38
  and
• 5:39
  submit
• 5:39
  it.
• 5:40
  So
• 5:40
  I
• 5:40
  want
• 5:40
  you
• 5:41
  to,
• 5:41
  you
• 5:41
  know,
• 5:42
  ask
• 5:42
  your
• 5:42
  community
• 5:42
  for
• 5:42
  feedback,
• 5:43
  but
• 5:43
  then
• 5:43
  I
• 5:43
  also
• 5:44
  want
• 5:44
  you
• 5:44
  to
• 5:44
  look
• 5:44
  at
• 5:44
  what
• 5:45
  other
• 5:45
  data
• 5:45
  you
• 5:45
  have
• 5:46
  available
• 5:46
  to
• 5:46
  you.
• 5:47
  What
• 5:47
  were
• 5:47
  your
• 5:47
  top
• 5:48
  attended
• 5:48
  events?
• 5:49
  Which
• 5:49
  months
• 5:49
  did
• 5:49
  you
• 5:49
  bring
• 5:50
  in
• 5:50
  the
• 5:50
  most
• 5:50
  new
• 5:51
  members?
• 5:51
  What
• 5:51
  did
• 5:51
  you
• 5:51
  do
• 5:52
  those
• 5:52
  months
• 5:52
  that
• 5:52
  was
• 5:53
  different?
• 5:53
  Just
• 5:53
  like
• 5:53
  reflect
• 5:54
  on
• 5:54
  your
• 5:54
  own
• 5:55
  data
• 5:55
  for
• 5:55
  the
• 5:55
  year
• 5:56
  because
• 5:56
  that
• 5:56
  can
• 5:56
  have
• 5:56
  a
• 5:57
  huge
• 5:57
  impact
• 5:57
  on
• 5:57
  your
• 5:58
  growth.
• 5:58
  You're
• 5:59
  able
• 5:59
  to
• 5:59
  notice
• 5:59
  like,
• 5:59
  oh,
• 6:00
  this
• 6:00
  thing
• 6:00
  really
• 6:00
  worked,
• 6:01
  let's
• 6:01
  do
• 6:01
  that
• 6:01
  again
• 6:01
  next
• 6:02
  year.
• 6:02
  And
• 6:02
  then
• 6:02
  you
• 6:02
  start
• 6:03
  to
• 6:03
  be
• 6:03
  able
• 6:04
  to
• 6:04
  plan
• 6:04
  in
• 6:05
  a
• 6:05
  way
• 6:05
  that's
• 6:05
  like
• 6:06
  very
• 6:06
  data
• 6:07
  driven.
• 6:07
  We're
• 6:07
  looking
• 6:08
  at
• 6:08
  what
• 6:08
  worked
• 6:09
  previously
• 6:10
  that
• 6:10
  we
• 6:11
  want
• 6:11
  to
• 6:11
  keep
• 6:11
  doing,
• 6:12
  and

  other
• 6:13
  new
• 6:13
  fresh
• 6:13
  ideas
• 6:14
  do
• 6:14
  we
• 6:14
  have
• 6:14
  to
• 6:15
  really
• 6:15
  make
• 6:15
  things
• 6:16
  exciting
• 6:16
  and
• 6:17
  really
• 6:17
  lean
• 6:18
  into
• 6:18
  what's
• 6:18
  new
• 6:18
  in
• 6:18
  2026
• 6:19
  and
• 6:19
  what
• 6:19
  people
• 6:20
  care
• 6:20
  about.
• 6:21
  If
• 6:21
  you
• 6:21
  have
• 6:21
  a
• 6:21
  community
• 6:22
  forum,
• 6:22
  you
• 6:22
  can
• 6:22
  also
• 6:23
  go
• 6:23
  through
• 6:24
  that
• 6:24
  and
• 6:24
  look
• 6:24
  at
• 6:24
  what
• 6:24
  were
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  most
• 6:25
  popular
• 6:26
  posts?
• 6:26
  What
• 6:27
  kind
• 6:27
  of
• 6:27
  posts
• 6:27
  did
• 6:28
  people
• 6:28
  engage
• 6:28
  on
• 6:28
  the
• 6:29
  most?
• 6:30
  Again,
• 6:30
  looking
• 6:30
  at
• 6:30
  your
• 6:31
  events
• 6:31
  for
• 6:32
  who
• 6:32
  attended,
• 6:33
  like,
• 6:33
  what
• 6:33
  was
• 6:33
  your
• 6:33
  highest
• 6:34
  attendance
• 6:34
  and
• 6:35
  why
• 6:35
  you
• 6:35
  think
• 6:36
  that
• 6:36
  was?
• 6:36
  And
• 6:37
  if
• 6:37
  you
• 6:37
  do
• 6:37
  anything
• 6:38
  like
• 6:38
  guest
• 6:38
  sessions,
• 6:39
  which
• 6:40
  guest
• 6:41
  sessions
• 6:41
  were
• 6:41
  the
• 6:42
  most
• 6:42
  popular?
• 6:43
  What
• 6:43
  do
• 6:43
  those
• 6:44
  guests
• 6:44
  have
• 6:44
  in
• 6:44
  common?
• 6:45
  All
• 6:45
  of
• 6:45
  this
• 6:46
  stuff
• 6:46
  really
• 6:46
  starts
• 6:47
  to
• 6:47
  paint
• 6:47
  a
• 6:47
  picture
• 6:48
  of
• 6:49
  what
• 6:49
  your
• 6:49
  members
• 6:49
  care
• 6:49
  about
• 6:50
  and
• 6:50
  participate
• 6:50
  in,
• 6:51
  and
• 6:51
  that's
• 6:51
  the
• 6:52
  kind
• 6:52
  of
• 6:52
  stuff
• 6:52
  that
• 6:52
  you
• 6:52
  want
• 6:52
  to
• 6:53
  do
• 6:53
  more
• 6:53
  of.
• 6:54
  So
• 6:54
  we
• 6:54
  always
• 6:54
  want
• 6:54
  our
• 6:55
  programming
• 6:55
  to
• 6:55
  be
• 6:56
  designed
• 6:56
  based
• 6:57
  on
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  data
• 6:57
  that
• 6:58
  we've
• 6:58
  collected.
• 6:59
  Okay,
• 6:59
  so
• 7:00
  if
• 7:00
  you're
• 7:00
  listening
• 7:01
  to
• 7:01
  all
• 7:01
  of
• 7:01
  this
• 7:01
  and
• 7:01
  you're
• 7:01
  like,
• 7:01
  wow,
• 7:02
  that
• 7:02
  sounds
• 7:02
  really
• 7:02
  great,
• 7:02
  and
• 7:02
  I
• 7:03
  need
• 7:03
  to
• 7:03
  do
• 7:03
  this,
• 7:03
  but
• 7:03
  I
• 7:03
  need
• 7:04
  help,
• 7:04
  then
• 7:04
  just
• 7:05
  book
• 7:05
  a
• 7:05
  discovery
• 7:06
  call
• 7:06
  with
• 7:06
  me.
• 7:06
  I'll
• 7:06
  put
• 7:06
  the
• 7:06
  link
• 7:07
  in
• 7:07
  the
• 7:07
  chat.
• 7:07
  I
• 7:07
  am
• 7:07
  booking
• 7:08
  into
• 7:08
  January,
• 7:08
  but
• 7:09
  this
• 7:09
  will
• 7:09
  be
• 7:09
  just
• 7:09
  as
• 7:09
  effective
• 7:10
  in
• 7:10
  early
• 7:10
  January.
• 7:11
  But
• 7:12
  as
• 7:12
  I
• 7:12
  mentioned,
• 7:12
  January
• 7:13
  is
• 7:13
  the
• 7:13
  best
• 7:13
  growth
• 7:14
  month
• 7:14
  of
• 7:14
  the
• 7:14
  year
• 7:14
  for
• 7:15
  communities
• 7:15
  and
• 7:15
  programs,
• 7:16
  and
• 7:16
  so
• 7:16
  I
• 7:16
  really
• 7:16
  want
• 7:16
  you
• 7:16
  to
• 7:16
  be
• 7:17
  able
• 7:17
  to
• 7:17
  take
• 7:17
  advantage
• 7:17
  of
• 7:18
  that.
• 7:18
  So,
• 7:19
  you
• 7:19
  know,
• 7:19
  start
• 7:19
  collecting
• 7:20
  your
• 7:20
  data,
• 7:20
  review
• 7:20
  things,
• 7:21
  send
• 7:21
  a
• 7:21
  survey,
• 7:22
  and
• 7:22
  let's
• 7:22
  meet,
• 7:23
  and
• 7:23
  I'll
• 7:23
  help
• 7:23
  you
• 7:23
  work
• 7:24
  through
• 7:24
  it
• 7:24
  if
• 7:24
  you
• 7:25
  would
• 7:25
  like.
• 7:25
  If
• 7:26
  not,
• 7:26
  I
• 7:26
  hope
• 7:26
  this
• 7:27
  voice
• 7:27
  note
• 7:27
  was
• 7:27
  just
• 7:28
  what
• 7:28
  you
• 7:28
  needed
• 7:28
  and
• 7:28
  you
• 7:29
  can
• 7:29
  run
• 7:29
  with
• 7:29
  this,
• 7:29
  and
• 7:30
  I
• 7:30
  hope
• 7:31
  that
• 7:31
  you're
• 7:31
  having
• 7:31
  great
• 7:32
  holiday
• 7:32
  season
• 7:33
  and
• 7:33
  I'll
• 7:33
  talk
• 7:34
  to
• 7:34
  you
• 7:34
  soon.
