- 0:06Speaker 1: On one of your host Tonga ponem, what's happening? What
- 0:10Speaker 1: used the rest of these crazy people in this room?
- 0:13Speaker 1: It's fluffy and fine and the only lady of the pod.
- 0:16Speaker 1: And I've seen copied so many times it is kicky.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Hey, guys try to copy, but they're not the originator to.
- 0:26Speaker 3: What can I say?
- 0:27Speaker 4: You know?
- 0:28Speaker 2: So it's all. It's all right.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Inspiration is a is a great uh.
- 0:35Speaker 2: Should be flattering tribute to respect, you know.
- 0:38Speaker 3: That's that's true. And one thing about it when you
- 0:40Speaker 3: you know, and this is for y'all too, they can't
- 0:43Speaker 3: make their next move to you do yours because they
- 0:45Speaker 3: waiting on them.
- 0:46Speaker 5: You know.
- 0:48Speaker 3: That's a good thing.
- 0:49Speaker 5: I don't mind.
- 0:49Speaker 3: I don't mind being copied or imitated.
- 0:52Speaker 5: Dressed like a y n today, Zach buzz.
- 0:56Speaker 3: Not y'all matchine.
- 0:57Speaker 6: I'm not dressed like a black hoodie. I have on
- 1:00Speaker 6: all blacks actually classy black tie.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Fair.
- 1:02Speaker 3: No, it ain't a black tide.
- 1:03Speaker 2: I feel black time.
- 1:06Speaker 3: Somebody gonna be tied up now, well you do shisty masks.
- 1:10Speaker 2: That's what I need, shisty.
- 1:15Speaker 3: But Tom got on the same outfit, so I don't
- 1:17Speaker 3: understand how he talking about you do I'm gonna do
- 1:20Speaker 3: you think the glasses make him glass?
- 1:25Speaker 1: But I take this, take everything off, you know me.
- 1:30Speaker 1: You know it becomes a workout. I'm podding glasses off.
- 1:36Speaker 1: It's working out.
- 1:38Speaker 5: Working out after that is so funny. Oh am, let's
- 1:45Speaker 5: go ahead, but let's jump right to it.
- 1:48Speaker 1: I thought this was dead, but it's yes, it's not
- 1:52Speaker 1: the man claiming he's jay Z's son. Hence it getting
- 1:55Speaker 1: help from Nicki Minaja Trump after losing the paternity case.
- 1:58Speaker 1: He's been tweeting and thank you Nicki and Trump for
- 2:02Speaker 1: their help. What is going on with this? Anybody got
- 2:05Speaker 1: some behind the scenes with the lady talking.
- 2:07Speaker 3: About I woke up on this on the different side
- 2:10Speaker 3: of TikTok today And honestly, there are a lot of
- 2:14Speaker 3: think pieces circulating right now to kind of defend Nicki
- 2:18Speaker 3: Minaj and her decisions. I know I said the same thing, guys,
- 2:25Speaker 3: but people have been doing some deep diving and they're
- 2:28Speaker 3: saying that Nicki is on this run again with President
- 2:31Speaker 3: Trump because she is trying to avoid the fatality of
- 2:35Speaker 3: the music industry, which we have seen happen to our
- 2:38Speaker 3: greats like Whitney Houston, Britney Spears, Wendy Williams. Where there
- 2:44Speaker 3: are people no for I'm telling y'all, I.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Took a drake because I just took a drink. I
- 2:53Speaker 1: was like, WHOA, this trip. It's a long trip, but
- 2:57Speaker 1: I'm here.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Where we go and take us there.
- 2:59Speaker 3: I'm just said to y'all what they're saying. And they're
- 3:02Speaker 3: saying that the reason Nicki married a monster is because
- 3:06Speaker 3: she needed protection from the monsters of the music industry.
- 3:09Speaker 3: They're saying that Nicki, I'm just telling y'all what they're saying.
- 3:13Speaker 3: They're saying that, you know, Nicki has been screaming to
- 3:16Speaker 3: the black community for over a year now that she
- 3:19Speaker 3: was under attacked by the music industry, and she has
- 3:22Speaker 3: been very vocal on social media about them sending raids
- 3:25Speaker 3: to her house, her that her you know, they were
- 3:28Speaker 3: trying to play with her business wise, and nobody took
- 3:31Speaker 3: her serious. So they're saying that this is her last
- 3:33Speaker 3: last ditch effort to try to save herself before we
- 3:39Speaker 3: see what the music industry can do to people like
- 3:41Speaker 3: Nicki Minaj. That's what they're saying.
- 3:44Speaker 5: I got so many responses to today's Zach you go.
- 3:47Speaker 6: First, I don't know what. I just got confused. What
- 3:51Speaker 6: what is going on with Nicki Minaj? Like, what do
- 3:54Speaker 6: they have to do? I'm lost for words?
- 3:58Speaker 5: What is that? Who they to get her?
- 4:02Speaker 3: So they're saying that for her being mad at Cardi
- 4:05Speaker 3: b is because of they No, so you don't mix
- 4:08Speaker 3: two different things, but.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Getting mad at every female artist has ever come out.
- 4:12Speaker 3: Well, I've already responded to you about that, which is
- 4:14Speaker 3: that she's not mad at the women themselves. She's mad
- 4:17Speaker 3: at the labels that have put money behind these women
- 4:20Speaker 3: to target her. That's what she feels, right, I don't
- 4:23Speaker 3: I'm not saying. I'm not saying I'm on either side
- 4:25Speaker 3: of that. I'm just saying Nikki's this is what her
- 4:27Speaker 3: point has been. It's not she said in the lyric,
- 4:30Speaker 3: it's not the something that goes, it's the labels and
- 4:32Speaker 3: machines that go against me. Right, So she's saying that
- 4:35Speaker 3: these companies have empowered these women and put them in
- 4:38Speaker 3: position to attack her, and so since that didn't work, so.
- 4:42Speaker 6: They can't push nobody else record Oh my gosh, you guys.
- 4:48Speaker 1: No, So this is the thing with that, right, there's
- 4:50Speaker 1: a couple of pushbacks on the Nikki the record labels.
- 4:53Speaker 1: The record labels are in competition with each other for
- 4:55Speaker 1: the public dollar. Yes, so of course they're going to
- 4:58Speaker 1: try to create things to counter Nikki, to take away
- 5:03Speaker 1: from her market share.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Yes, that's just that's the competitive.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Laying that it is. It's just what it is. It's competition.
- 5:09Speaker 1: She understands this music, that's what it is, and the.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Greats rise to the top usually in that occasion. We've
- 5:14Speaker 3: seen people try to remake Beyonce. We've seen them try
- 5:16Speaker 3: to remake Chris Brown.
- 5:19Speaker 1: It ain't gonna happen. Yeah, So that that excuse I'm
- 5:22Speaker 1: not going with. And then there's the fact that Nicki
- 5:25Speaker 1: is not a likable person. And that is a fact.
- 5:27Speaker 1: The only time that we ever see Nikki. You you
- 5:29Speaker 1: see all the all of the hip hop, you see
- 5:32Speaker 1: Queen the Teefoul having a great time, you see you
- 5:34Speaker 1: see Gorilla sexy Red all the time. You see all
- 5:38Speaker 1: these women having a great time, and the only time
- 5:40Speaker 1: you see Nicki Minaj is by herself or when she's
- 5:44Speaker 1: in a room with somebody else she's talking bad about somebody.
- 5:49Speaker 1: She's people don't like her. I don't know why it's not.
- 5:53Speaker 1: I don't know, it's just you can tell people don't
- 5:55Speaker 1: like her.
- 5:56Speaker 5: Now.
- 5:56Speaker 1: The thing about the music industry, I don't know the business.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Her and Steve Style had that public thing back in
- 6:03Speaker 1: twenty twenty four where they were talking about Steve Stout
- 6:05Speaker 1: like NICKI didn't sign the paperwork. She's to get her
- 6:08Speaker 1: share a title, which is like a million dollars or something.
- 6:12Speaker 1: Nikki called it hush money. I don't know what that's about,
- 6:15Speaker 1: but I can say this when she's defending her husband.
- 6:18Speaker 5: I'm not gonna tell you who.
- 6:19Speaker 1: To fall in love with, but when you fall in
- 6:21Speaker 1: love with somebody that's got that type of past, it
- 6:26Speaker 1: looks crazy for you to be picking at jay Z's
- 6:28Speaker 1: past when you have a brother that's from your own
- 6:31Speaker 1: DNA lineage has a same type of problem that actually
- 6:36Speaker 1: got prosecuted and it's in jail right now currently. It's
- 6:40Speaker 1: hard for us to look at what you're saying in
- 6:42Speaker 1: a real space. Nikki is Nikki is running a play
- 6:48Speaker 1: for her citizenship. She's running a play her for her family.
- 6:53Speaker 1: I will keep saying that because I don't believe Nicki
- 6:56Speaker 1: Minaj gives a shit about politics.
- 6:59Speaker 6: And usually when people are trying to attack you, Kiki,
- 7:02Speaker 6: there's a reason. You know what I'm saying, I do.
- 7:04Speaker 6: I feel it's certain people that I feel like they attacked. Absolutely,
- 7:07Speaker 6: but usually we can figure out the reason why. You know,
- 7:10Speaker 6: Muhammad Ali one of the greatest voices of our generation. Yeah,
- 7:15Speaker 6: all that talking, all that black empowerment stuff, we gotta
- 7:18Speaker 6: we need to hush that up. Michael Jackson, all this
- 7:22Speaker 6: buying this person catalog and having all of this power, No,
- 7:26Speaker 6: we need to we need to nip that in the book.
- 7:27Speaker 6: You know what I'm saying, Prince, another person who was
- 7:30Speaker 6: on the empowerment like to make they come after you,
- 7:34Speaker 6: you have to be moving something economically or socially. Nicki Minaj,
- 7:38Speaker 6: in my opinion, was doing neither. So why why are
- 7:42Speaker 6: we just picking Nicki Minaj out of out of nowhere?
- 7:46Speaker 2: She's about to buy CBS. What going on?
- 7:54Speaker 5: Like it doesn't we don't know, Zach.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I think what she is saying is that she is
- 8:00Speaker 3: obviously not in a good space with a lot of
- 8:02Speaker 3: powerful men in the music industry. Okay, I E Hove
- 8:06Speaker 3: and so Niki is looking at the scope of things
- 8:09Speaker 3: and realizing that she has no other support or anybody
- 8:12Speaker 3: that's coming to her aid in this. But he is
- 8:15Speaker 3: one of the most powerful people in the world. So
- 8:18Speaker 3: if I don't leverage me some power, he's gonna end
- 8:21Speaker 3: me like he's ended every other one of his ops.
- 8:24Speaker 3: R Kelly not saying jay Z did this, but I'm
- 8:27Speaker 3: just with to lady. I said, you know, I love Jazzi,
- 8:30Speaker 3: but R Kelly Diddy And she's looking like, if they
- 8:33Speaker 3: can do that to those type of men, what would
- 8:38Speaker 3: they do to little old me?
- 8:39Speaker 5: Nothing?
- 8:40Speaker 1: Because you don't matter and you're not doing the things.
- 8:43Speaker 1: She's not doing the things that R Kelly Kiki put
- 8:46Speaker 1: hisself in the jam did.
- 8:49Speaker 5: He literally walked hisself into the jam.
- 8:52Speaker 1: All Nicki Minaja's done, in my opinion, is be a
- 8:55Speaker 1: great rapper and talk crazy on Twitter.
- 8:58Speaker 5: I don't think there's a big thing coming.
- 9:00Speaker 1: She's never been a person that's talking about social empowerment,
- 9:04Speaker 1: talking about let's do this, let's do.
- 9:06Speaker 5: This, like think about that, because she's think about what Prince.
- 9:10Speaker 3: And if I'm Nikki, She's not doing that because she's
- 9:13Speaker 3: too busy fighting just for her stance. She's just trying
- 9:16Speaker 3: to fight to stay on top. She's just trying to vote.
- 9:19Speaker 5: Onto her list like everybody else.
- 9:21Speaker 3: But I'm just I'm just saying, guys, I'm just speaking
- 9:24Speaker 3: on what the people are saying. People are starting to say.
- 9:26Speaker 2: I think the people.
- 9:31Speaker 5: I don't believe you went home last night.
- 9:35Speaker 6: They said I gotta come up with something because I
- 9:36Speaker 6: ain't had nothing for Nikki yesterday. And he said tomorrow,
- 9:39Speaker 6: I'm gonna get that air and say the lady on,
- 9:43Speaker 6: we got.
- 9:44Speaker 3: On the zoom call last night and we gotta get
- 9:47Speaker 3: Nikki out of this.
- 9:47Speaker 5: How can we how can we spend this?
- 9:49Speaker 3: No, I just know, but I really woke up to
- 9:51Speaker 3: that this morning. I said, you know, me, I get
- 9:53Speaker 3: to thinking because I'm always there's always two sides to everything,
- 9:57Speaker 3: and I'm like, I could you I you would have
- 10:00Speaker 3: never thought my female rap goat would be in this position.
- 10:03Speaker 3: So it's very hard for me to just accept that
- 10:05Speaker 3: it's just a play for her husband or a play
- 10:07Speaker 3: for her brother, Like it gotta be something deeper that
- 10:09Speaker 3: you would put you would risk losing all of us
- 10:12Speaker 3: the barbs, you know, to this. And so I woke
- 10:15Speaker 3: up on that side of TikTok, and I just thought
- 10:17Speaker 3: I would share it here. I'm not saying that I
- 10:19Speaker 3: agree or believe or anything. But sometimes when you are
- 10:21Speaker 3: the most powerful person, or you are the biggest and something,
- 10:25Speaker 3: you do have a lot of people aiming for your
- 10:27Speaker 3: neck and your head, and if you have no one
- 10:30Speaker 3: around you to support you, sometimes you get in desperate
- 10:32Speaker 3: situations and you try to figure out a way to
- 10:35Speaker 3: leverage some type of security and power.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Chris Brown everybody wanted, and Chris Brown is the biggest
- 10:43Speaker 1: thing walking right now.
- 10:44Speaker 5: There's nothing, There's no one.
- 10:46Speaker 3: But guess what. Nobody's threatened because guess why. Guess why?
- 10:49Speaker 3: Because he blackballs and some instilled in some places and rooms,
- 10:53Speaker 3: and so they know, no matter how good he is,
- 10:56Speaker 3: he will never be able to reach his where he
- 10:59Speaker 3: should be.
- 11:00Speaker 1: If he started speaking the stuff like a prince or
- 11:03Speaker 1: even like God rest his soul or God even remember
- 11:06Speaker 1: IRV God. He was saying here, they were talking about
- 11:08Speaker 1: having this music collective. Whenever they start to threaten the
- 11:12Speaker 1: infrastructure of the music business, that's when the days come
- 11:16Speaker 1: after you. Nicki Minaj has not publicly done anything to
- 11:21Speaker 1: question anything about artists getting paid. You hear other artists
- 11:26Speaker 1: when they start talking about money, snoopers chiming in. All
- 11:29Speaker 1: of these artists that are major, major, major kings and
- 11:33Speaker 1: queens of the industry start talking about it because it's
- 11:35Speaker 1: not fair. Nikki just stays off to the side until
- 11:39Speaker 1: somebody beefing with it and somebody getting cursed out. She's
- 11:42Speaker 1: never been a person, so I get it. I get
- 11:45Speaker 1: it when people are saying that maybe she was getting
- 11:48Speaker 1: picked on, but all of the artists and people in
- 11:50Speaker 1: power get picked on. The only time that the days
- 11:53Speaker 1: come after you, in my opinion, is when you're trying
- 11:56Speaker 1: to challenge the infrastructure where the money's at, not the.
- 12:00Speaker 3: Infrastructure of hip hop. In my opinion, when Nicki Minaj
- 12:04Speaker 3: be like the biggest rapper that has ever taken like
- 12:06Speaker 3: public aim at him other than fifty throws subtle shots,
- 12:10Speaker 3: but she actually would probably be the biggest rapper that
- 12:14Speaker 3: actually has made some wild accusations about whole fair And
- 12:17Speaker 3: when you do that, I think you should be worried
- 12:19Speaker 3: about the repercussions that can come from that professionally, because
- 12:22Speaker 3: again I.
- 12:23Speaker 6: Could get that, But she was spiraling before this, you
- 12:26Speaker 6: know what I'm saying, So because she but she's like
- 12:28Speaker 6: she was already spiral.
- 12:29Speaker 3: It's like y'all look at it as spiraling. The barbs
- 12:32Speaker 3: look at it as there's a reason why somebody is spiraling.
- 12:36Speaker 3: It's not just because they're spiraling. Like Brittany Spinz is
- 12:39Speaker 3: cutting off for hair and running down the street with
- 12:41Speaker 3: an umbrella because her daddy and them are drugging and
- 12:43Speaker 3: abusing her. So you gotta it set up, like you know, do.
- 12:47Speaker 1: You think I I Queez Bridgs Nicki Minaj. I don't
- 12:56Speaker 1: think that Queen Brides Nicki Minaj ain't no body making
- 13:01Speaker 1: her do nothing.
- 13:03Speaker 5: I just don't believe. I don't believe that.
- 13:05Speaker 6: I don't think that Nicki Minaj is getting has been
- 13:07Speaker 6: blackballed more in her career than a like a Chris Brown.
- 13:10Speaker 6: We saw the fall of him and what has happened,
- 13:12Speaker 6: and pretty sure people in hot places didn't like him
- 13:15Speaker 6: and wanted and blocked him. But Chris doesn't go out
- 13:18Speaker 6: and just attack everybody. He'd be like, okay, cool, I'm
- 13:20Speaker 6: just gonna deal with my fans and then eventually things
- 13:23Speaker 6: will work out because certain people don't like me.
- 13:25Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure we have Chris's hand meltdowns and spass
- 13:29Speaker 3: out you know, from being black ball, but are not
- 13:33Speaker 3: challenging him like her peers challenge her. Y'all got it.
- 13:37Speaker 3: The difference is Chris Brown is a man. Nicki Minaj
- 13:41Speaker 3: is a female rapper, and she became the biggest female
- 13:46Speaker 3: rapper in the world. So what does that mean every
- 13:49Speaker 3: other female instead of nobody's looking at collaboration. And maybe
- 13:53Speaker 3: she wasn't either because she felt like she had to
- 13:55Speaker 3: take their hands off. So it's like you had instead
- 13:58Speaker 3: of like everybody want to collaborate with her Brown, You
- 14:00Speaker 3: know what I'm saying, Like everyone love him.
- 14:02Speaker 2: Everybody wanted to collaborate with Nikki.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Yeah, because and then when she would collaborate and extend
- 14:06Speaker 3: her hand them blake allegedly. Allegedly, this is according to her,
- 14:10Speaker 3: the labels would get them to collaborate and then tell
- 14:14Speaker 3: them not turn on the beach. That's just what they say.
- 14:19Speaker 3: It happened with Cardie B on the She did collab
- 14:24Speaker 3: with Megan, she did, you know, a lot of army.
- 14:26Speaker 6: Maybe maybe the labels aren't saying turn Maybe Nikki is
- 14:29Speaker 6: rude to me.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Get in the room with Nikki and they're like, holy ship,
- 14:35Speaker 1: I don't like the same way I've never seen nobody
- 14:38Speaker 1: be meaning the Mariah Carey's life.
- 14:41Speaker 5: I'm maga idol and cringe like.
- 14:44Speaker 2: And Mariah Carey.
- 14:46Speaker 5: How she is?
- 14:51Speaker 2: Definitely we want to.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Rayah and Mariah if I'm Mariah. But if I'm Mariah,
- 14:58Speaker 3: what the hell am I sitting on a panel with
- 15:01Speaker 3: a female rapper foe for a singing competition? So I
- 15:05Speaker 3: don't think it was welcoming for Nicki Minaj in that
- 15:07Speaker 3: space to be honest? Okay, So you because at the
- 15:10Speaker 3: end of the day, I'm Mariah. Really you don't nobody
- 15:12Speaker 3: else need to be on this panel with me?
- 15:13Speaker 2: You think, yeah, maright sheep, She's a known.
- 15:20Speaker 3: Were just your lights you only could like she ain't
- 15:23Speaker 3: and she's earned it one of the greatest voices of
- 15:27Speaker 3: all time. So if I'm her, of course I'm not
- 15:29Speaker 3: being nice Nicki Minaj on the damn panel. I don't.
- 15:31Speaker 3: I feel like she's a clown and she shouldn't be here.
- 15:33Speaker 3: That's how I think that went. But what I'm just saying,
- 15:36Speaker 3: just give us some time on TikTok. If it happen
- 15:38Speaker 3: to come up on your feet, just give it a
- 15:40Speaker 3: little thing. And I tell you one more thing. I
- 15:42Speaker 3: got off TikTok. We can move on real quick. They say,
- 15:44Speaker 3: Kanye can tour in America, and that's why he apologizing.
- 15:48Speaker 1: That's what that's I saw that. I saw that. I
- 15:52Speaker 1: was like, No, I went down the rabbit hole on that.
- 15:55Speaker 5: That's deep.
- 15:56Speaker 3: That's deep.
- 15:56Speaker 5: That's deep. They like, that's why I apologize.
- 16:00Speaker 2: He's somebody who pissed day off.
- 16:03Speaker 6: He pissed day off and we see why rightfully so,
- 16:07Speaker 6: and they probably shut everything down. I tell you what,
- 16:11Speaker 6: won't be another venue booked by Kanye West. They sent out,
- 16:14Speaker 6: they sent after the mass email, do not book Kanye
- 16:18Speaker 6: to no venues.
- 16:19Speaker 5: No the days.
- 16:21Speaker 1: See what's happening is in this era of information, like
- 16:24Speaker 1: a lot of times this stuff was, he're saying, now
- 16:27Speaker 1: people are able to really piece together the dots and
- 16:29Speaker 1: see it happening in real time. Kanye West jammed itself up.
- 16:33Speaker 5: I said that. I think they apologize.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I think he does mean it, but I think he
- 16:37Speaker 1: did it also because like they were saying on TikTok,
- 16:40Speaker 1: is that he is going to be blocked for some
- 16:44Speaker 1: years touring.
- 16:45Speaker 5: Yes, they're not going to promote his music.
- 16:48Speaker 1: They're now it's it's the days he had pissed the
- 16:50Speaker 1: days off so bad that it's almost impossible for him
- 16:55Speaker 1: to make money. Think about this, though. They shut down
- 16:58Speaker 1: his website when he was making bread. That that, and
- 17:03Speaker 1: that's the thing.
- 17:04Speaker 6: But on that website he was selling indeed it smirch
- 17:08Speaker 6: you and stuff with like uh, stuff that offends the
- 17:11Speaker 6: Jewish community, anti Semitic. I can't think of the word,
- 17:14Speaker 6: but anti Semitic stuff on the website. Yes, you're gonna
- 17:17Speaker 6: get shut down. So it's just you. Kanye is such
- 17:21Speaker 6: a self afflicted wrong you. You inflicted yourself with it.
- 17:26Speaker 6: He did that himself. Nobody wasn't nobody be like, oh,
- 17:30Speaker 6: let's take Kanye down. Kanye took itself.
- 17:32Speaker 5: Down because you saw that.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Because the people that I saw was linking Kanye and
- 17:39Speaker 1: talking about how powerful that community is, because the way
- 17:43Speaker 1: it showed up in the Epstein files, there's some emails
- 17:46Speaker 1: that's talking about that community, so how powerful they are,
- 17:49Speaker 1: and so it's at.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Everything about them five.
- 17:56Speaker 5: Exact.
- 17:58Speaker 3: He wanted to erase him too bad.
- 18:03Speaker 1: I suthing, like Zach bug in Nashville, you're a freaking
- 18:10Speaker 1: man in Nashville.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Yeah, But I don't know, y'all. I just know we
- 18:16Speaker 3: got it. We need to have a meeting. That's a
- 18:18Speaker 3: hip hop community, and we need to get some structure
- 18:20Speaker 3: going on to protect, to protect our legends, because at
- 18:24Speaker 3: this point were going out bad. We done lost Diddy
- 18:27Speaker 3: KALs Nikki Yay, what are we doing?
- 18:30Speaker 5: Yeah? And they coming for They coming for the big dogs.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Lil Wayne hanging on by a dread and ain't nobody concerned?
- 18:39Speaker 3: Nobody is worried. We ain't doing nothing to protect Wayne.
- 18:43Speaker 3: We done lost Earth.
- 18:45Speaker 5: You're gonna take nothing.
- 18:46Speaker 3: I need to have it. We need a meeting.
- 18:47Speaker 5: We don't need a meeting.
- 18:48Speaker 1: It's it's it's tough speaking of Little Wayne, though, Little
- 18:51Speaker 1: Wayne congratulates Grabby nominees and winners, but still feels like
- 18:56Speaker 1: he's not and cooled. He tweeted out, congratulated nominees and winners.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Wasn't it cooled as usual? I gotta work harder as usual?
- 19:05Speaker 1: Did Wayne put off something?
- 19:07Speaker 3: Yes, the Card to six one of the greatest rap albums.
- 19:12Speaker 6: Nothing on the Card to six gram saying now, darks
- 19:18Speaker 6: ain't always.
- 19:19Speaker 5: In the one and nothing on the No stop quoting
- 19:23Speaker 5: me nervous?
- 19:25Speaker 1: Hey, did you keep seeing that shark sin always in
- 19:30Speaker 1: the grad?
- 19:33Speaker 5: Listen Wayne crazy.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Those lyrics are not better than Real G's move silent
- 19:41Speaker 1: like Lazangni. That's still, that's still. That's like it's hard,
- 19:46Speaker 1: you know what I mean? Like Wayne is a great
- 19:49Speaker 1: but Wayne has to collaborate. He can't come off the
- 19:52Speaker 1: bench like he came off the bench. You come off
- 19:55Speaker 1: the bench like T I T I can't. He showed
- 19:59Speaker 1: all of the old round is if you gonna come
- 20:00Speaker 1: off the bench, you gotta come off for real. He
- 20:03Speaker 1: went and got for real the beat, the sweat. Like
- 20:08Speaker 1: to see Tip moving away, he moving with the hat tilted.
- 20:11Speaker 5: It's like hip hop. It's like an infusion in hip hop.
- 20:14Speaker 3: I just believe that people like Tip though, they were
- 20:17Speaker 3: able to pivot. So it's like a arrested goat versus
- 20:21Speaker 3: a burnt out You know. Tip has been able to
- 20:24Speaker 3: make money in other places. Wayne only makes money that
- 20:28Speaker 3: we know of, off of music.
- 20:30Speaker 5: He had he had our wards clothes. He had some
- 20:33Speaker 5: clothes for a minute.
- 20:33Speaker 2: What was the name of the clothes man?
- 20:35Speaker 1: Probably truck fit yea truck said.
- 20:39Speaker 2: Again that man probably own that.
- 20:41Speaker 3: Damn thank you. His paperwork ain't never been straight. And
- 20:44Speaker 3: y'all don't give me on this because y'all know how
- 20:46Speaker 3: I feel about Wayne. His paperwork ain't never been straight,
- 20:49Speaker 3: so he's always had to produce, produced, produced. He never
- 20:53Speaker 3: got a chance to take a break and rest for real.
- 20:56Speaker 3: So yeah, you know he he not gonna be able
- 20:59Speaker 3: to come out like a tip sip was able to
- 21:03Speaker 3: go away. Let us miss him for a very long time,
- 21:05Speaker 3: perform all of his hits age gracefully. Wayne has been
- 21:10Speaker 3: working like a machine since on every feature with everybody.
- 21:17Speaker 3: I give you that I can get a verse from Wayne.
- 21:21Speaker 5: I mean, I'm not even gonna get to it, but
- 21:23Speaker 5: Wayne's a great Wayne. That album wasn't nothing bro at album.
- 21:29Speaker 1: I love lo Wayne, Lil Wayne and my mind had
- 21:32Speaker 1: he made me question a lot of times did some
- 21:35Speaker 1: jay Z takes?
- 21:36Speaker 5: I was like Wayne right there? I think he right there?
- 21:40Speaker 1: Like I was like it was because he was say
- 21:41Speaker 1: some stuff the swags, This's the whole thing.
- 21:45Speaker 5: I rock with Wayne. But this album, Wayne was not
- 21:48Speaker 5: Grammy worthy. He just wasn't.
- 21:49Speaker 3: But look at our goats?
- 21:51Speaker 5: What are you talking about?
- 21:52Speaker 3: Wayanne? Look what Drake? What it gets serious? What happened
- 21:59Speaker 3: to be saved a culture? Drake Man go to the
- 22:03Speaker 3: Super Bowl and call him a pedophile and we all
- 22:07Speaker 3: just cript walk I'm taking.
- 22:09Speaker 5: To Drake is great. Ice Man's not coming out.
- 22:14Speaker 1: I think Iceman's not coming out, but right I think
- 22:17Speaker 1: he's waiting because he understands how important Iceman is. He
- 22:22Speaker 1: he got beat up in a fight and then people
- 22:25Speaker 1: are steady dragged it out.
- 22:27Speaker 5: As you know, the lawsuit is public.
- 22:29Speaker 1: A lot of people got stuff to say about Drake,
- 22:31Speaker 1: so he has to make sure this body of work
- 22:34Speaker 1: is a.
- 22:35Speaker 6: Class I get that, but I'm gonna tell you something, Drake.
- 22:38Speaker 6: The longer you wait, the worst it's gonna be criticized.
- 22:42Speaker 6: Don't keep waiting, because you let me.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Tell you what.
- 22:47Speaker 2: If he if he did.
- 22:48Speaker 6: What he said, which was to go away, not this
- 22:51Speaker 6: lawsuit stuff, just eventually after not like us just fade off.
- 22:55Speaker 6: You don't see him, you don't hear about him. Then
- 22:57Speaker 6: he was like Iceman boom and it dropped go crazy.
- 23:00Speaker 6: That would be different. But the fact that he's been
- 23:02Speaker 6: on streams, he's been telling people's coming, he's been saying
- 23:04Speaker 6: it's so good, it's all of that. Now, you you've
- 23:08Speaker 6: kind of built that anticipation in a way where we're like,
- 23:10Speaker 6: oh man, we really can't wait. We heard a few songs,
- 23:13Speaker 6: and then you've put out songs that were okay. You
- 23:15Speaker 6: put out a whole album with Party next Door that
- 23:18Speaker 6: was cool. You know what I'm saying. You put out
- 23:20Speaker 6: a few I would say fair songs, right, like six
- 23:24Speaker 6: or seven on the scale of ten, right, six or
- 23:26Speaker 6: seven even that was like some six or seven songs.
- 23:31Speaker 2: No, kid was a decent but it was a quick hit.
- 23:33Speaker 2: It wasn't what we needed.
- 23:34Speaker 5: We did.
- 23:35Speaker 2: We didn't need to.
- 23:35Speaker 6: Hear isay keys shy, that's that's show music. Is his
- 23:39Speaker 6: sad thing. Child. Oh what we didn't that's not what.
- 23:51Speaker 5: He makes it so bad? Never get it out of
- 23:56Speaker 5: my head.
- 23:59Speaker 6: It was something for the it was. It wasn't what
- 24:01Speaker 6: It was a fashion show show song. So it wasn't
- 24:03Speaker 6: that what we were looking for. We was looking for that.
- 24:07Speaker 6: But you done talked it up too much. Now you
- 24:08Speaker 6: gotta drop, man.
- 24:10Speaker 3: He got a drop. But he also Drake is I
- 24:12Speaker 3: think he does need to go away and let us
- 24:14Speaker 3: miss him and we can appreciate it. But also, guys,
- 24:16Speaker 3: keep in mind, Drake just went up against Universal Music Group.
- 24:22Speaker 5: All right. Now that now that is it. That's the thing.
- 24:28Speaker 1: No, but I'm saying, how if somebody you in business
- 24:31Speaker 1: with your partner, basically your business partner sues you, are
- 24:37Speaker 1: you going to not feel away? People feel away? I
- 24:40Speaker 1: don't care what people say. Business is business. Business doesn't
- 24:44Speaker 1: have feelings the hell.
- 24:47Speaker 3: And we're not partners. And we're not partners.
- 24:51Speaker 5: Drake's got a really good deal.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Who's And that's the problem. And that's the problem.
- 24:58Speaker 5: What do you? What's wrong with you?
- 24:59Speaker 3: I need to get on your our young money in
- 25:00Speaker 3: zoom call because clearly I'm ready to go to fight
- 25:03Speaker 3: for the whole young money. I'm about to save it
- 25:05Speaker 3: little Chucky, y'all Tiger, I'm gonna save young money. Y'all'm
- 25:13Speaker 3: not gonna let y'all do this.
- 25:15Speaker 4: Y'all.
- 25:15Speaker 3: Am ready to tell now murder inc. I'm not going
- 25:18Speaker 3: for this. We have to save young money, little Chucky.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Look twisty, are you out.
- 25:30Speaker 5: Tell you? I'm not laughing.
- 25:31Speaker 3: I just Mac we having me because this is too much, y'all.
- 25:36Speaker 5: Don't worry Mac Maine.
- 25:38Speaker 2: They all gone.
- 25:41Speaker 5: Jesus What made that? Though? Man? For real? Ma Man
- 25:44Speaker 5: was the guy for a minute.
- 25:46Speaker 2: Drake. I still don't feel sorry for Drake.
- 25:49Speaker 6: Drake got in, Drake got into a fist fight, lost
- 25:52Speaker 6: the fist fight right then tried to expose the guy
- 25:56Speaker 6: who he.
- 25:56Speaker 2: Trained with the reason you could talk about you.
- 25:58Speaker 6: I can't think I don't have any respect for suing
- 26:01Speaker 6: the system that created you. You benefited from so of
- 26:06Speaker 6: all of this. This is why you knew about it.
- 26:08Speaker 6: I never said I never thought that he was lying
- 26:10Speaker 6: about botsing different things. I agree, Drake, but it benefited
- 26:13Speaker 6: your whole career. You have been number one on everything,
- 26:17Speaker 6: and come on, the reason you know about this stuff
- 26:19Speaker 6: is because they do it that everybody talks about it,
- 26:21Speaker 6: how it happens. So now when you on the losing end,
- 26:25Speaker 6: you can't go call the police. And now you're trying
- 26:27Speaker 6: to suit the label and say they why they're using.
- 26:28Speaker 2: All this stuff. You probably got the best deal out
- 26:30Speaker 2: of any artists out.
- 26:31Speaker 5: Here, man.
- 26:31Speaker 3: But it's guys. I want y'all keep in mind.
- 26:33Speaker 6: And if you was about that, you wouldn't have resigned
- 26:35Speaker 6: when he had the chance be fol Kendrick got into
- 26:37Speaker 6: the fight with him.
- 26:38Speaker 2: He could have went without a label.
- 26:40Speaker 3: It's different. It's different when you're talking about a label
- 26:44Speaker 3: or you're talking about a universal music group. Drake. Some
- 26:50Speaker 3: it's like he almost started thinking he's bigger than the program.
- 26:53Speaker 3: And you gotta remember, once you're part of the program,
- 26:55Speaker 3: you're never bigger than the program. So him going up
- 26:58Speaker 3: against this them, I think, well, he will have career
- 27:02Speaker 3: long lasting effects of that. We will never in my opinion,
- 27:06Speaker 3: and this is a speculation of what I think. We
- 27:08Speaker 3: may never see Drake at where he was again because
- 27:12Speaker 3: of that. So that's why when you get back into
- 27:17Speaker 3: a corner, you have to strategize on how to do
- 27:20Speaker 3: things because you just you you Drake. So you figure
- 27:23Speaker 3: I could take on the Universal Music Group, can you?
- 27:25Speaker 2: He said, I'm the biggest thing.
- 27:27Speaker 3: Yes, so was Michael Jackson, and so was Prince.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Hold On, No, bring up Mike.
- 27:31Speaker 3: Don't get if nobody gonna protect the culture.
- 27:44Speaker 1: Her about man, it's a it's a it's a it's
- 27:49Speaker 1: a bad time. Let's keep it moving real quick.
- 27:52Speaker 5: Man. Let's let's see. Let's switch gears a little bit.
- 27:55Speaker 5: What'd you say, get you get on?
- 28:09Speaker 1: She's like, I'm gonna tell you something else. Doing something
- 28:12Speaker 1: of them grocery.
- 28:16Speaker 5: They check out what the post office?
- 28:19Speaker 6: Keep going to get a basket if you want to,
- 28:22Speaker 6: especially the ones, you gotta put a cord in and
- 28:23Speaker 6: put back.
- 28:25Speaker 5: M she's gonna hit you with a want you to
- 28:31Speaker 5: do that.
- 28:33Speaker 3: I gotta stay off TikTok for God's.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Listen to Kiky Palmer. Guys, let's get her up here.
- 28:42Speaker 1: What she's talking about? Uh?
- 28:45Speaker 5: There it is? So do you want kids?
- 28:48Speaker 7: I could be open, but one thing I need you
- 28:50Speaker 7: to know is that I never want to live together.
- 28:54Speaker 7: I just feel like you know who go Berg said
- 28:56Speaker 7: the best one. She was like, I don't want to
- 28:57Speaker 7: better in my house.
- 28:58Speaker 5: Wait, wait, wait, time out.
- 29:00Speaker 7: You're for real, right, even marry even around the corner
- 29:05Speaker 7: corner would be great where you let him live in
- 29:07Speaker 7: the can be the guest house. You know what I'm saying.
- 29:09Speaker 7: We can be on the same you know land. But
- 29:11Speaker 7: I'm over there and he's over there.
- 29:13Speaker 3: At best, separate.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Rooms where you where you're a rich woman, you could
- 29:19Speaker 1: say these things.
- 29:21Speaker 5: Ladies, you're not Kiky Palmer.
- 29:23Speaker 1: If you're not ki Key Palmer and acting and in
- 29:26Speaker 1: movies and rich and famous and singing, I don't know
- 29:29Speaker 1: if you could do this.
- 29:30Speaker 5: I don't know if this is accepted.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Pay your rent. You can pay your rent. You can
- 29:35Speaker 3: decide where you want to live.
- 29:37Speaker 1: I'm saying, well, why would you want tom live a
- 29:39Speaker 1: separate houses from your spouse.
- 29:41Speaker 3: A lot of people live like this, and a lot
- 29:43Speaker 3: of people say it really works out for their relationship.
- 29:45Speaker 5: A lot of people are crazy and they cheating on
- 29:48Speaker 5: each other. You don't you.
- 29:49Speaker 1: It's no way in hell I'm gonna be And it's
- 29:51Speaker 1: not even a watch of my wife. You my wife?
- 29:54Speaker 1: Now you you short of my my best friend? Like
- 29:57Speaker 1: who I'm gonna talk to? Like what am I do?
- 30:00Speaker 1: Why am I marrying you? And we're not in the crib.
- 30:04Speaker 1: I ain't get to mess with you. I don't get
- 30:05Speaker 1: to what that don't even make sense, bro, For those
- 30:09Speaker 1: I gotta come over and ring a bell.
- 30:11Speaker 5: I just came over. I wanted to fill on your
- 30:13Speaker 5: booty real quick.
- 30:13Speaker 2: But that's why. But here's the thing.
- 30:15Speaker 6: We have to stop for forcing marriage on everybody. For Kiki,
- 30:20Speaker 6: she might just want a boyfriend and she could just
- 30:23Speaker 6: have a boyfriend and have that situation and it won't be.
- 30:25Speaker 2: A problem for her. Everybody ain't gotta be traditional.
- 30:30Speaker 3: Yeah, that ain't you gotta have.
- 30:31Speaker 6: She ain't got to get married, She ain't got to
- 30:33Speaker 6: traditionally stay in the roof for somebody.
- 30:34Speaker 2: She ain't gotta have no kids.
- 30:36Speaker 6: Everybody, please design your life the way you want your
- 30:38Speaker 6: life to be. I'll be trying to tell people everybody
- 30:41Speaker 6: ain't supposed to be married, but I know y'all gonna tell.
- 30:44Speaker 2: Me no, everybody is supposed to be already.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Know what you said, big mama, you ten wanted to
- 30:48Speaker 1: live in a separate household.
- 30:49Speaker 3: You think what caliney saying? Come pick up your club.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I don't like him being out the separate rooms. I'm
- 30:58Speaker 3: at home. Why is you in a You should want
- 31:02Speaker 3: to be in my skin? So, yeah, I'm married. What's
- 31:07Speaker 3: in the living room? I'm sor I get jealous some
- 31:08Speaker 3: of the couches in there. You know, I like to
- 31:11Speaker 3: be together so like. But like Zach said, we all
- 31:14Speaker 3: we really do. And as a society, we really have
- 31:17Speaker 3: to start just letting people choose and design their life
- 31:20Speaker 3: how they want to. Because when I tell you, before
- 31:22Speaker 3: I got engaged, the pressia was worsaw the pressure from
- 31:27Speaker 3: my family. When are you getting married?
- 31:30Speaker 5: What is the hold up?
- 31:31Speaker 3: When is this? What if I really didn't want to
- 31:33Speaker 3: get married? You know what I'm saying. And some women
- 31:35Speaker 3: really don't want to get married, or some men really
- 31:37Speaker 3: don't want to get married.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Out what well, I mean, according to chapter one, verse
- 31:45Speaker 1: one from Kiki, you got to get in that book. Well,
- 31:48Speaker 1: the good Lord say you're supposed to be together, You're
- 31:51Speaker 1: supposed a man is supposed to pick a white lived you.
- 31:55Speaker 5: You got to follow the book. And I think a
- 31:57Speaker 5: lot of times.
- 31:58Speaker 6: They wrote that book when women wasn't even allowed to breathe.
- 32:01Speaker 1: I will say, we can't. I'm going to say that
- 32:03Speaker 1: it works. I do. We got more problems than when
- 32:09Speaker 1: we went away from the book.
- 32:10Speaker 5: Hello, that's all I'm saying.
- 32:12Speaker 1: If you think about how society was built, it was
- 32:15Speaker 1: built off of the book. A lot of the laws
- 32:17Speaker 1: that we have in place today are based off of
- 32:21Speaker 1: that book.
- 32:22Speaker 2: So what I'm saying, yes, I agree with the with
- 32:24Speaker 2: the basis.
- 32:25Speaker 5: Laws of not saying. No, what I'm saying because you
- 32:27Speaker 5: jumped on me let him finish.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Go ahead, brother, go ahead.
- 32:30Speaker 3: No, we won't hear the word.
- 32:34Speaker 5: Go ahead.
- 32:35Speaker 1: Brother.
- 32:35Speaker 6: The book is cool and I love the book right,
- 32:38Speaker 6: and we we okay, it's certain things you know you
- 32:42Speaker 6: shouldn't be doing. But just to say we pick and
- 32:46Speaker 6: choose the book when we want to, okay, because other
- 32:49Speaker 6: things in life that the book has very strict against
- 32:52Speaker 6: that we do any way, and we don't bring up
- 32:56Speaker 6: the book, then it's only in certain things.
- 32:58Speaker 3: Marriage is one.
- 33:00Speaker 6: Sexuality, sexuality gay and lesbian in marriage be the two
- 33:05Speaker 6: that people want to do.
- 33:06Speaker 2: Now we bring the book out. That book is thick, a.
- 33:10Speaker 6: Lot of translations, a lot of verses, and we don't
- 33:12Speaker 6: follow them. You also not supposed to eat pork in
- 33:15Speaker 6: that book said it's an unclean animal, but you love
- 33:18Speaker 6: your bacon.
- 33:19Speaker 2: You supposed to do a lot.
- 33:21Speaker 6: It's so much in the book, but we just choose,
- 33:24Speaker 6: We highlight the ones that we want instead of just
- 33:26Speaker 6: living the life that I believe that if you live
- 33:29Speaker 6: a life where you're not lying, hurting anybody, putting anybody's
- 33:32Speaker 6: life in danger, and you leaven living with a pure heart.
- 33:35Speaker 2: Then I can't okay.
- 33:38Speaker 6: It may not go with exactly what that book say,
- 33:40Speaker 6: but if the partner that you chose agrees, and you
- 33:44Speaker 6: ain't nobody hiding or lieing each other or cheating each
- 33:46Speaker 6: other out of anything, why can't that Why can't that
- 33:49Speaker 6: be okay?
- 33:49Speaker 1: I believe that book is the framework I do. I
- 33:53Speaker 1: believe from a person that's lived outside of that book
- 33:57Speaker 1: more than probably anybody in this room for sure. And
- 34:03Speaker 1: I believe that if I had a followed that that
- 34:06Speaker 1: book and followed that book, my life would be structured different.
- 34:11Speaker 5: And you know, you look at it, you look at
- 34:13Speaker 5: even look.
- 34:13Speaker 1: At how your your situation went. You look at how
- 34:16Speaker 1: your situation look at it you went, you went. But
- 34:18Speaker 1: look you, I told you, I told you. I told
- 34:22Speaker 1: you having your boy with you is gonna be the
- 34:25Speaker 1: best blessing you ever got in your life.
- 34:27Speaker 2: I told you that because I see, I see that
- 34:30Speaker 2: I followed the book.
- 34:31Speaker 5: But but you did. But when it did not work still,
- 34:34Speaker 5: but it don't matter.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Everything in the book ain't gonna work out, but it
- 34:38Speaker 1: eventually works out. Because you know what I'm saying. You
- 34:40Speaker 1: went and tried to do right. It did not work out.
- 34:43Speaker 1: It didn't work out. But I'm telling you from a
- 34:46Speaker 1: person that's been on the other side of not having
- 34:50Speaker 1: my kid with me twenty four to seven, I think
- 34:53Speaker 1: that's your blessing.
- 34:54Speaker 5: Brother.
- 34:54Speaker 1: It didn't work out for you, but the long and
- 34:57Speaker 1: the long term, having knowing what you it's gonna be
- 35:01Speaker 1: your biggest blessing for you and him. I'm telling you
- 35:05Speaker 1: for somebody, But I, on the other hand, how do
- 35:08Speaker 1: I complain when I've lived outside of it. I've lived
- 35:11Speaker 1: outside of it, and I've basically gotten what's outside of it,
- 35:15Speaker 1: which is BS. I do think people can should design
- 35:18Speaker 1: their life how they want to. But I do think
- 35:22Speaker 1: when you start involving other pieces, family, kids, there's a
- 35:27Speaker 1: way to do it.
- 35:28Speaker 2: I agree.
- 35:28Speaker 3: And yeah, it's a road map and a toolbook and
- 35:33Speaker 3: a resource that we are on perfect people. So nobody's
- 35:36Speaker 3: gonna follow it by the line, nobody's gonna be able
- 35:38Speaker 3: to be the perfection that the book can tell you
- 35:40Speaker 3: to be. But I think if you have that as
- 35:43Speaker 3: your main source, and that's your resource that you go
- 35:46Speaker 3: back to for guidance and for and trust me, if
- 35:48Speaker 3: you were to ever do it exactly by the book,
- 35:52Speaker 3: it would work. I believe that. I believe it. We could,
- 35:55Speaker 3: but we just not. We're imperfect people. So yes, people
- 35:57Speaker 3: are gonna pick and choose what they want to take
- 35:59Speaker 3: out of the book. It is that your main resource.
- 36:01Speaker 3: I feel like if it is, then you and you
- 36:03Speaker 3: trying every day to be more like the book, then
- 36:06Speaker 3: you couldn't. I think you'll be successful. But just you know,
- 36:09Speaker 3: people just really nearly live in life how they want
- 36:11Speaker 3: to live it with no accountability to the book. I
- 36:14Speaker 3: don't know nothing about that because I ain't trying to
- 36:16Speaker 3: find out right right, all right, we're not gonna spirit.
- 36:19Speaker 6: You out in the book where they said dal shall
- 36:22Speaker 6: have to live in the same house.
- 36:24Speaker 2: What I don't think if you don't want to with
- 36:27Speaker 2: your partner.
- 36:28Speaker 1: I think you have to have like you said that
- 36:32Speaker 1: for me a girl, that's a girlfriend boyfriend situation. It
- 36:35Speaker 1: is that that said that you don't want to be married,
- 36:37Speaker 1: it's time. But I'm saying, if you gonna go and
- 36:39Speaker 1: be married, it defeats the purpose to me. To me too,
- 36:43Speaker 1: I make you my wife, but go live around the corner.
- 36:47Speaker 2: I'm not cool with that.
- 36:48Speaker 5: That don't That don't even make good sense.
- 36:50Speaker 1: It goes against the why make you my wife if
- 36:53Speaker 1: you don't want to be in the same house with me?
- 36:55Speaker 6: It goes against the protect my girlfriend. For a man,
- 36:58Speaker 6: we're supposed to provide and protect. How can I protect
- 37:01Speaker 6: you if you're around the corner green cameras.
- 37:05Speaker 1: I could see it in her face about to say something.
- 37:12Speaker 3: It works for different people.
- 37:14Speaker 5: For me, all right, let's go, man, step on Dicks's
- 37:17Speaker 5: CARDI getting her ring. It's on.
- 37:21Speaker 1: It's on the agenda maybe right, right, I gotta get.
- 37:24Speaker 5: Mine first, brough.
- 37:27Speaker 1: Yeah, so he laughed out media trained shout out Steph.
- 37:31Speaker 5: I still think Steph is gonna have a chance at
- 37:33Speaker 5: that m v P. I just do.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Oh man, I mean to that case they get married,
- 37:41Speaker 1: that'd be great. Cardi B's a wife. We said that
- 37:44Speaker 1: many times, and Cardib's a wife.
- 37:47Speaker 3: Yes, But that was MESSI at a reporter because I
- 37:49Speaker 3: believe Cardi B may still technically be married to offset
- 37:54Speaker 3: nah is she.
- 37:55Speaker 6: I don't know if they was going back and forth.
- 37:59Speaker 2: It's a lot of legality. Let me tell you something
- 38:00Speaker 2: about being divorced.
- 38:01Speaker 6: There's a lot of legality within it, and it takes
- 38:04Speaker 6: a long time. It takes a long time, especially if
- 38:06Speaker 6: y'all fighting over something small. It'll because what they'll do
- 38:09Speaker 6: is just oh. The judge will be like, do y'all
- 38:11Speaker 6: agree to this?
- 38:12Speaker 2: This and this? And then somebody object and then they'll
- 38:14Speaker 2: be like, okay, well the objection is here. Next date.
- 38:17Speaker 2: It'll be three months later before y'all can even discuss.
- 38:20Speaker 5: How long was yours?
- 38:21Speaker 2: The next took almost two years?
- 38:23Speaker 5: Two years, yeah, get out of here, two years, bro.
- 38:29Speaker 2: Almost Jesus, it almost took long to a divorce years
- 38:36Speaker 2: I'll married too, weeks the loud long than marriage. Wow,
- 38:44Speaker 2: I'm telling you. You can get married in five seconds.
- 38:46Speaker 6: You go down to the courtyard courthouse and you've married
- 38:49Speaker 6: in twenty seconds. But to to get divorced, especially if
- 38:54Speaker 6: y'all don't see out of eye, it's cool. Like if
- 38:57Speaker 6: everybody come to everything and we be like, I agree
- 38:59Speaker 6: with all of this, they agree with all of this.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Then you're good.
- 39:02Speaker 6: But if you don't, that's why I tell people to
- 39:04Speaker 6: sign a prenup, not because you think it's gonna end,
- 39:07Speaker 6: but if.
- 39:08Speaker 5: It does, it's already frame broken.
- 39:10Speaker 6: Let it be framework. And y'all have built the framework
- 39:12Speaker 6: out while y'all are.
- 39:13Speaker 3: Happy, and they're starting to challenge those so it's tough.
- 39:17Speaker 1: And oh did you see this though, Stefan Diggs, one
- 39:22Speaker 1: of his baby mama's is saying she she's like, y'all
- 39:25Speaker 1: leave me alone. I ain't messing with nobody else. Basically
- 39:28Speaker 1: the only person I'm connected to is Stefan Diggs. So
- 39:32Speaker 1: basically she was saying, like.
- 39:34Speaker 2: So Stepan, that guy boy.
- 39:37Speaker 5: So it's the money, like, you can you just have
- 39:40Speaker 5: a lot of chicks if you got bread?
- 39:41Speaker 6: Yes, Tom Yes, you know this, you're right. I like
- 39:46Speaker 6: I like when he tries to throw those questions out there. Yes,
- 39:49Speaker 6: the more money you have, the more women are just
- 39:53Speaker 6: okay with certain things.
- 39:55Speaker 5: Motion. You gotta have motion.
- 39:57Speaker 6: You have to have motion and money, or you can
- 40:00Speaker 6: have one of the other and get chicks. You either
- 40:02Speaker 6: have motion no money. If you got motion, you can
- 40:04Speaker 6: still get chicks. And if you have money no motion,
- 40:06Speaker 6: still got money. If you got both, you are unstoppable
- 40:09Speaker 6: in this world. Really, Yes, they let you do anything
- 40:15Speaker 6: that's messy, and then you get to be a part.
- 40:17Speaker 6: And then the way Stephan did his his Baby Mama now,
- 40:20Speaker 6: is Cardi B so now as the women who were
- 40:23Speaker 6: before Cardi or even after, they get to be like, dang,
- 40:28Speaker 6: I'm on the same level. It kind of gives them
- 40:31Speaker 6: the feeling of I'm on the same level as a
- 40:33Speaker 6: Cardi B. I got access to the same man that
- 40:37Speaker 6: B CARDIV has access to.
- 40:39Speaker 3: That's a lot though, y'all so embarrassed.
- 40:42Speaker 5: I don't know, I mean.
- 40:45Speaker 3: Women, but he can't do nothing that they don't left.
- 40:49Speaker 5: We're not embarrassing embarrassing.
- 40:52Speaker 1: Hey, I want to let you know, y'all provide the
- 40:55Speaker 1: access all we got We can ask for it, but
- 40:57Speaker 1: y'all to give it.
- 40:59Speaker 3: And every single time, y'all gonna make us look crazy
- 41:01Speaker 3: because this is crazy work for Cardi B. I'm Cardi
- 41:06Speaker 3: B and this girl is running around like Stephane is
- 41:09Speaker 3: all I'm connected to. That's embarrassing, Stepan, get your hos
- 41:12Speaker 3: in check your dating. Cardi B.
- 41:13Speaker 2: That's my baby mama.
- 41:14Speaker 3: Watch your Mondi your da exactly and our Cardi B.
- 41:19Speaker 3: And I'm your baby mama. Let's get down because I
- 41:22Speaker 3: would have a problem with that love for real.
- 41:25Speaker 2: The mother of my child. She is connected to me?
- 41:29Speaker 2: What else she's supposed to be connected to?
- 41:31Speaker 5: Cardi B made a bad decision. Hey you mad at
- 41:35Speaker 5: you too?
- 41:36Speaker 1: You mad at steph Stefan Digs been Stepan Diggs for
- 41:39Speaker 1: a while.
- 41:40Speaker 5: Body.
- 41:41Speaker 1: It is a known fact. Everybody said he is a demon.
- 41:46Speaker 1: Academics like a you know who you better be worried about.
- 41:49Speaker 1: It's Stepan Diggs. He out here going crazy and Cardi
- 41:54Speaker 1: B and him got together. They had a shorty. Now
- 41:58Speaker 1: Cardi was like, hey man, look at this it happened.
- 42:00Speaker 1: I had off to her being a g about it
- 42:03Speaker 1: and not crashing out about it. But Cardi B brought
- 42:08Speaker 1: that in her life. She allowed that access she did.
- 42:12Speaker 3: You know, we made questionable decisions when we're trying to
- 42:14Speaker 3: get out of a traumatic situation. But it's just like,
- 42:18Speaker 3: you know, if I was a man, you know, and
- 42:21Speaker 3: I realized I'm with CARDI b like a status, the
- 42:24Speaker 3: status of it, I would had all my of the
- 42:27Speaker 3: women would be well in their place.
- 42:29Speaker 5: I'm I hate it when you talk like Baba Walter.
- 42:32Speaker 3: So I'm what.
- 42:36Speaker 1: I'm not even going I didn't even answer this. Man, man,
- 42:40Speaker 1: oh now this is the thing. Okay, here, I'll just
- 42:42Speaker 1: play this. We'll play this. I'll just play this. Play
- 42:45Speaker 1: this sound real quick, Let's do it.
- 42:48Speaker 8: You say it was a couple of weeks before your
- 42:50Speaker 8: seventeenth birthday. You say Robert told me the copies of
- 42:53Speaker 8: one of the sex tapes of fourteen year old me
- 42:56Speaker 8: were beginning to be sold on the streets of Chicago
- 42:59Speaker 8: and across the country. Your reaction to that, when you
- 43:03Speaker 8: think about hearing those words from R.
- 43:05Speaker 4: Kelly, I was empty. I was very hollow inside. I
- 43:09Speaker 4: was very confused, didn't know what to expect, and I
- 43:13Speaker 4: was embarrassed.
- 43:14Speaker 8: Why not tell the truth In two thousand and two
- 43:17Speaker 8: or two thousand and eight, when there was finally a
- 43:20Speaker 8: trial after six years.
- 43:22Speaker 4: That's one of my biggest regrets, not telling the truth.
- 43:25Speaker 4: But again, when I have been trained and groomed since
- 43:29Speaker 4: I was aged thirteen, I started believing the lies that
- 43:33Speaker 4: I was telling, And even in moments where I despised Robert,
- 43:36Speaker 4: I still lied for him.
- 43:39Speaker 1: Now, this is a crazy story, backstory. That is I
- 43:42Speaker 1: know her and her brother, you do I know him both.
- 43:46Speaker 1: I know Seanda for a long time.
- 43:49Speaker 3: Did you always know she was the girl in the middle?
- 43:51Speaker 1: No, So this is the wow, this is where it
- 43:53Speaker 1: gets crazy. This is where it gets crazy. I didn't
- 43:56Speaker 1: know that I know them. Man, good, everybody cool. So
- 44:00Speaker 1: I'm like, man, we at some party I'm hosting our
- 44:04Speaker 1: we play r Kelly. She in there and I don't know,
- 44:07Speaker 1: I said some So I was like, all we gotta
- 44:09Speaker 1: play Kells, man, we gotta do it.
- 44:12Speaker 5: And she looked at me with a with a face
- 44:15Speaker 5: and then hugged like a cousin. Came home like Tom,
- 44:18Speaker 5: why would you do that? I was like, what do
- 44:21Speaker 5: you mean? While I do that? I mean Chicago?
- 44:23Speaker 1: We everybody gonna sneak of Kels record. Then they was
- 44:25Speaker 1: like no, but why would you do that right now?
- 44:28Speaker 1: I'm like, dude, what do you mean right now? They
- 44:32Speaker 1: was like, a Sean is in here. I'm like, okay,
- 44:36Speaker 1: r like and they looked at it and they could
- 44:38Speaker 1: really tell I didn't know. They thought all of these
- 44:42Speaker 1: years that I knew that she was a little girl
- 44:45Speaker 1: from the tape. And I was like, man, and they
- 44:48Speaker 1: told me they they was like, just wait. And I
- 44:51Speaker 1: went over there and she told me. She's like, Tom,
- 44:52Speaker 1: I was mad as hell at you because I really
- 44:55Speaker 1: thought you knew all this time.
- 44:57Speaker 5: I never knew. I never knew.
- 44:59Speaker 1: And and she told me, actually before this came out,
- 45:03Speaker 1: I saw him, I saw her out and she was like, yo,
- 45:06Speaker 1: I'm telling my story.
- 45:07Speaker 5: I was like really, and I don't know. Like for me,
- 45:12Speaker 5: I don't want to.
- 45:12Speaker 1: I don't She's a good friend and I don't want
- 45:16Speaker 1: to be in the question part because there's there's a
- 45:18Speaker 1: lot of questions to be asked in this situation, and
- 45:21Speaker 1: I don't want to be the person doing the interview.
- 45:23Speaker 1: That's but to think about, to think about somebody that's
- 45:29Speaker 1: been carrying this around. Some people didn't know, some people
- 45:32Speaker 1: might have knew, but now everybody knows. And she said,
- 45:36Speaker 1: She's like, I think the part that made that kind
- 45:38Speaker 1: of bothered. I kind of teared up a little bit
- 45:41Speaker 1: is when she said that, She's like, I had become
- 45:43Speaker 1: a joke.
- 45:45Speaker 5: I become a joke.
- 45:47Speaker 2: I was breaking my heart.
- 45:50Speaker 5: To live with that.
- 45:52Speaker 1: To live with that, you become a joke is a
- 45:56Speaker 1: wild thing, she said, and her and her most vulnerable point, Yeah, can.
- 46:01Speaker 3: You imagine the horror of dealing with something like that
- 46:05Speaker 3: and like going to school and people singing the songs
- 46:09Speaker 3: and talking about urinate know people because it was a
- 46:12Speaker 3: big joke. And I remember I was a kid, and
- 46:15Speaker 3: I remember it being passed around the videotape and people
- 46:18Speaker 3: like watching it, you know what I'm saying and trying
- 46:21Speaker 3: like they couldn't believe what they were seeing. But that
- 46:23Speaker 3: was her real life. So and then and then you
- 46:28Speaker 3: still in this city where people worship him still, you know,
- 46:32Speaker 3: and I couldn't imagine what she's dealing with and going through.
- 46:36Speaker 3: And I'm I mean, I'm shocked that you knew her, Like,
- 46:39Speaker 3: you know, that's crazy how you all these years knew her. Man,
- 46:42Speaker 3: I didn't even know it.
- 46:43Speaker 1: Was her, But I just found out probably like four
- 46:47Speaker 1: years ago. If that can and I've known her probably
- 46:49Speaker 1: close to fifteen. Probably I know him for long.
- 46:52Speaker 5: I know him.
- 46:52Speaker 1: What she was telling her brother is a is a
- 46:55Speaker 1: very famous drummer, h talented as hell, and.
- 47:00Speaker 5: This cool, soft spoken chill, this a real cool chill.
- 47:05Speaker 1: You didn't know that this person is high in this
- 47:07Speaker 1: dark secret and I never knew. And then what she
- 47:11Speaker 1: told me, and it kind of messed me up in
- 47:13Speaker 1: the club. But she told me, she talked. She was
- 47:15Speaker 1: just like, hey, Tom, just so you know, I'm about
- 47:17Speaker 1: to release my men while I'm gonna tell my story.
- 47:20Speaker 1: I was like, for real, like and you know, I was.
- 47:25Speaker 1: It's just I was like, well, I I didn't even
- 47:28Speaker 1: know what to say. I just like, good luck. I
- 47:30Speaker 1: didn't know what to say.
- 47:31Speaker 6: I ain't gonna lie this. This conversation just changed my
- 47:33Speaker 6: whole outlook. And I know this might be sad to say,
- 47:37Speaker 6: but when you really don't the when the tape came out,
- 47:42Speaker 6: we were kids, right, I never saw the tape.
- 47:46Speaker 2: It was kind of like a like you said, joke.
- 47:48Speaker 6: You remember the Chappelle Show, You remember all of that,
- 47:51Speaker 6: the comics and all of that. Who made jokes on it,
- 47:53Speaker 6: so it just you know, it's kind of like you
- 47:55Speaker 6: heard it with something. But then it's kind of like
- 47:57Speaker 6: a being that you don't know anybody, or you wouldn't
- 48:00Speaker 6: connected to it.
- 48:00Speaker 2: It's like a figurement of it. Or Kelly still make
- 48:03Speaker 2: good music.
- 48:04Speaker 6: I don't care type idea, right, because you're closer to
- 48:06Speaker 6: the music than you are the victim.
- 48:10Speaker 2: Right.
- 48:11Speaker 6: But just this story right now, my eyes walked like
- 48:15Speaker 6: I started really putting myself in her shoes, which you
- 48:18Speaker 6: just said that like what she went through. She's literally saying,
- 48:22Speaker 6: I'm gonna tell my story. And even when you hear
- 48:24Speaker 6: I've read the article, but you know when people say
- 48:27Speaker 6: I'm gonna tell my story and it be a long
- 48:28Speaker 6: time in between.
- 48:30Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying, This is sick.
- 48:31Speaker 6: But as guys, you kind of be like you waited
- 48:33Speaker 6: that long you gonna tell it now you have that
- 48:35Speaker 6: type of mentality towards it, but tone for you to
- 48:38Speaker 6: know that person now now it's gotten so real. Now
- 48:40Speaker 6: I feel like one degree of separation, you know what
- 48:43Speaker 6: I'm saying, away from it and it's like, yeah, like
- 48:46Speaker 6: that's too close, man, and that ain't right.
- 48:49Speaker 5: No, No, she's coming pretty much.
- 48:52Speaker 4: Nah.
- 48:53Speaker 2: Gee, that just changed everything for.
- 48:54Speaker 3: Me I'm happy she's got to tell her story so
- 48:58Speaker 3: people can understand how real it was for her, because
- 49:00Speaker 3: she really was like a like a mythical character, like
- 49:04Speaker 3: a joke, and we never saw her face, never saw
- 49:07Speaker 3: her face, never knew who it was. And she was
- 49:11Speaker 3: a child. So it's not like some of the other
- 49:14Speaker 3: women that people have given criticism to, like, well, you
- 49:16Speaker 3: were an adult and you're saying he did this to you,
- 49:18Speaker 3: and he did that to you. You were an adult, you
- 49:19Speaker 3: were grown. Why you wait time so to even ask her, like, well,
- 49:22Speaker 3: why didn't in two thousand and eight, like this is
- 49:24Speaker 3: something that happened to her when she was like fourteen
- 49:26Speaker 3: thirteen years old, so and went on for a long time, allegedly,
- 49:32Speaker 3: I've heard, and the family I heard allegedly did not
- 49:36Speaker 3: support her or protect her in this situation.
- 49:38Speaker 1: So that's that's It's some of the questions I want
- 49:42Speaker 1: to ask because she's my friend, and I probably will
- 49:45Speaker 1: interview her if she wants to. There's some questions that
- 49:49Speaker 1: I think, just from reading the comments and things in
- 49:52Speaker 1: that nature, I want to I want to ask her.
- 49:54Speaker 1: But I want to tell you this, A person that's
- 49:56Speaker 1: known her for a long time that girl. That girl
- 50:01Speaker 1: had to look like a baby, had to she young.
- 50:05Speaker 1: She young looking now and I've seen her over the years.
- 50:09Speaker 1: She is a she ain't no way you ain't know
- 50:12Speaker 1: she was young. Ain't a chance in hell that you know.
- 50:17Speaker 1: Some people are like, oh, man, you know you know? No, no, no,
- 50:23Speaker 1: not her.
- 50:24Speaker 3: Yeah no, it's so I mean we know R Kelly.
- 50:26Speaker 3: So it's not even like no, you couldn't.
- 50:28Speaker 5: I could not have.
- 50:31Speaker 3: The other adults in the story.
- 50:33Speaker 1: And that's it said, like, but you want to talk
- 50:36Speaker 1: about when she told me tonight? Man, I went home,
- 50:40Speaker 1: I had to say. I was sitting up for a while.
- 50:42Speaker 1: I was like, I can't believe because I was mad
- 50:44Speaker 1: at myself. But then I was just like, I ain't
- 50:47Speaker 1: know I had and she was I mean she didn't,
- 50:48Speaker 1: she wasn't mad, but she but she was real mad
- 50:51Speaker 1: at the moment because she thought I knew, and.
- 50:55Speaker 3: So that would be so disrespectful.
- 50:57Speaker 1: I had to convince it, like she she was like,
- 50:59Speaker 1: she's told, it's no way you knew. She was like,
- 51:04Speaker 1: it's no way you didn't know. I was like everybody knows.
- 51:07Speaker 1: I was like, no, I didn't.
- 51:09Speaker 5: I just always knew you to shine like homies that
- 51:12Speaker 5: you know what, that's it.
- 51:14Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a crazy, crazy thing, man, And I'm happy
- 51:17Speaker 1: she's friend herself because this is not you know. I'm
- 51:21Speaker 1: also it's not a money grab. This is not nothing.
- 51:23Speaker 1: This is and christ Frank, I do think she needs
- 51:26Speaker 1: to be compensated.
- 51:27Speaker 5: For us for that.
- 51:28Speaker 1: So even if it is a money grab, so what,
- 51:30Speaker 1: but I think being able to free yourself and not
- 51:33Speaker 1: have this secret whatever whatever it is.
- 51:37Speaker 6: For it's no telling what she saw feeling. It's telling
- 51:40Speaker 6: what she saw and been through at that age.
- 51:42Speaker 1: No, that man was because I'm discussing, I'm sure as
- 51:47Speaker 1: sure as as her memoirs break down and people get
- 51:50Speaker 1: a chance to read and dissect it, it's going to
- 51:53Speaker 1: make him look crazy.
- 51:56Speaker 3: And what did I say two pods ago?
- 52:00Speaker 1: You did say prad Joe said there's another case in
- 52:02Speaker 1: coming out.

- 52:20Speaker 1: are you doing to celebrate Black History?
- 52:21Speaker 6: Monk?
- 52:22Speaker 3: I celebrate Black History every single day? So what I'm
- 52:25Speaker 3: doing now is saving the hip hop culture. I'm going
- 52:28Speaker 3: to figure out a way to protect my hip hop goats.
- 52:30Speaker 3: That's what I'm gonna do.
- 52:31Speaker 6: Okay, I'm listening to a different black album every day,
- 52:36Speaker 6: like this month to celebrate.
- 52:38Speaker 5: That's why we're all black.
- 52:40Speaker 2: No, I was, well, that's a good reason.
- 52:42Speaker 6: But yeah, yeah, we say we can say that too,
- 52:44Speaker 6: but no, listen to a classic album. I saw something
- 52:47Speaker 6: on Facebook and it was like twenty eight classic albums
- 52:51Speaker 6: for Black History Month, and it had different genres too,
- 52:53Speaker 6: like you get one from the eighties, nineties, two thousands,
- 52:56Speaker 6: and it was all twenty eight different like. So I've
- 52:59Speaker 6: been looking at the list and then whatever the date
- 53:01Speaker 6: is the one that I like the most out of
- 53:04Speaker 6: the different list, I've been listening to.
- 53:06Speaker 2: That to celebrate Black History.
- 53:08Speaker 5: So, okay, what.
- 53:09Speaker 3: Are you doing.
