- 0:53Speaker 4: John Jay and Rich Heyton brought up something kind of silly,
- 0:56Speaker 4: but not kind of silly because I find it interesting.
- 0:59Speaker 4: I'll tell you a second.
- 1:00Speaker 5: Okay, I think It's like totally random. But I was
- 1:03Speaker 5: just like thinking. I was like, why is it that
- 1:04Speaker 5: when you brush your teeth in the shower it feels different,
- 1:07Speaker 5: like it SuDS up differently than when you're not in
- 1:10Speaker 5: the shower and you brush your teeth, Like over the
- 1:12Speaker 5: think because I'm.
- 1:14Speaker 6: Talking about that is actually so valid? Yeah, because it does.
- 1:18Speaker 7: And I don't know, maybe there's some weird chemical reaction
- 1:20Speaker 7: with the steam right like me.
- 1:22Speaker 2: It's humans and you're getting a little bit more is
- 1:25Speaker 2: it yet because the water is warmer.
- 1:27Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know, but all I know and I'm
- 1:29Speaker 5: not a morning shower person and so I don't. I
- 1:33Speaker 5: don't brush my teeth in the shower when I wake
- 1:34Speaker 5: up in the morning. I feel like I'm gonna have
- 1:36Speaker 5: to be a morning shower person.
- 1:37Speaker 4: When something just happened, did you just brush your teeth
- 1:38Speaker 4: the shower? You just had an observation.
- 1:40Speaker 5: Well, like, over the weekend we had basketball games, so
- 1:42Speaker 5: I would shower in the morning, huh, and I would
- 1:44Speaker 5: brush my teeth in the shower because I'm trying to
- 1:46Speaker 5: kill some time. And I was like, wait a minute,
- 1:48Speaker 5: this is a really enjoyable experience right now.
- 1:51Speaker 3: So when you brush it. I've never brushed my teeth
- 1:53Speaker 3: in the shower, never.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Going to do it at least one time.
- 1:56Speaker 3: Well, so here's why. I just thinking of the stress.
- 2:00Speaker 4: And now then when you're done, you gotta hold your
- 2:01Speaker 4: tooth brush. But then whether you get out of the
- 2:04Speaker 4: shower take it out, Yeah, I would forget.
- 2:07Speaker 5: I would forget when you remember in the morning you
- 2:09Speaker 5: go get out.
- 2:10Speaker 3: I can't. But I shower out in the backyard every day.
- 2:14Speaker 4: But like I can't. I've never showered or never brush
- 2:17Speaker 4: my teeth the shower. But my son, check this out.
- 2:19Speaker 3: This is weird.
- 2:19Speaker 4: My son Kemp he showers or I'm sorry, he brushes
- 2:23Speaker 4: his teeth in our kitchen sink.
- 2:25Speaker 3: Isn't that weird?
- 2:27Speaker 6: I've done that before.
- 2:28Speaker 7: What like if I I'm like running out of time
- 2:31Speaker 7: and have to go like start making the dog's food
- 2:33Speaker 7: and I'm like okay, or if like I got to
- 2:35Speaker 7: tell the kids something, I'll be brushing my teeth.
- 2:37Speaker 6: Isn't walking out there but all the time every day.
- 2:39Speaker 3: And here's why I asked him that.
- 2:41Speaker 4: I was like why, and he goes because for years
- 2:44Speaker 4: he would wake up before anybody else and he would
- 2:46Speaker 4: go train for basketball. So he would walk downstairs, or
- 2:49Speaker 4: he would walk to the living room, turn off the alarm.
- 2:52Speaker 4: He'd have the tooth brush in his mouth, turn off
- 2:54Speaker 4: the alarm, and then he brush his teeth right there.
- 2:56Speaker 4: So he did it so long that now he wakes
- 2:58Speaker 4: up up and he walks into the kitchen and versus
- 3:02Speaker 4: his teeth. Nobody knew he brushed his teeth at the
- 3:04Speaker 4: kitchen sake. I don't know if that's good or not.
- 3:07Speaker 5: I immediately said you, but then again, I'm like, there's
- 3:09Speaker 5: so much stuff that goes yeah anyway, And also I'm
- 3:12Speaker 5: gonna be like, do you guys ever brush your teeth?
- 3:14Speaker 5: And then like, don't stand in the bathroom, you just
- 3:15Speaker 5: walk around?
- 3:16Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, because I'm so impatient that I can't stand. Yeah,
- 3:20Speaker 2: I just can't stand in one place.
- 3:22Speaker 6: Will I don't like tea?
- 3:23Speaker 5: Oh, I just am always.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Wanted I walk around well, because it's an electric razor,
- 3:28Speaker 2: so you can kind of feel where you're going. You
- 3:31Speaker 2: don't need to see it until you come back around
- 3:34Speaker 2: for the time, like.
- 3:34Speaker 5: Little hair FLEs all around your house, the razor.
- 3:38Speaker 2: Sucks it up when electric.
- 3:40Speaker 4: Over the weekend, you know, I was in Flagstaff and
- 3:43Speaker 4: we stayed at this place that had access to this
- 3:45Speaker 4: because my son wanted a golf and when you golf,
- 3:48Speaker 4: you know they have like the men's room. It's like
- 3:50Speaker 4: a clubhouse for men, and they always overdo it, like
- 3:52Speaker 4: there's a men's restaurant in there and stuff like that,
- 3:55Speaker 4: right right, And so I went in to go to
- 3:57Speaker 4: the bathroom and it's so funny how it's like there's
- 4:01Speaker 4: free toothbrushes in there, and I was like, what's this?
- 4:05Speaker 4: And I forgot my toothbrush. So if a toothbrush that
- 4:08Speaker 4: comes in a little bag, you rip it open and
- 4:10Speaker 4: you get it wet and there's already toothpaste on the tooth.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Genius is so genius. Why do you even have a
- 4:16Speaker 4: tooth when I have these? So I took a couple
- 4:18Speaker 4: home and I can't wait for the next time I travel.
- 4:20Speaker 4: I forget my.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Toothbrush on purpose. Yeah, And then they have eye drops?
- 4:24Speaker 2: Can you buy those with the toothpaste?
- 4:26Speaker 3: About that?
- 4:26Speaker 2: That's pretty cool.
- 4:27Speaker 4: Then they got eye drops too, and I just think
- 4:28Speaker 4: that's so cool that there's a place has free eye drops,
- 4:32Speaker 4: free tooth brushes. I was like that, it makes me
- 4:36Speaker 4: want to join that club, because.
- 4:39Speaker 2: You would go on a vacation just because you know
- 4:41Speaker 2: you got the free supplies at the clubhouse. I would
- 4:44Speaker 2: you would look forward to that.
- 4:45Speaker 4: I forget my toothbrush all the time, and then when
- 4:47Speaker 4: I go on vacation, I like to leave my toothbrush,
- 4:50Speaker 4: like throw it away. I feel like I don't want
- 4:51Speaker 4: travel germs. Sure, I feel I feel like I can't
- 4:55Speaker 4: have the same toothbrush.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Well, first, because at home I have sonic here. Okay,
- 5:01Speaker 2: so once it's sitting out in the bathroom area in
- 5:05Speaker 2: a cup or whatever, it's no good anymore.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I do.
- 5:09Speaker 2: I'm with you this place. She went to the same
- 5:11Speaker 2: place with the amazing showers. Yeah, it's so amazing about
- 5:15Speaker 2: the show. It's called Pine Canyon. It's a flag step.
- 5:17Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 5:17Speaker 4: The shower is just good powerful showers and there's a
- 5:20Speaker 4: lot of space in the shower, like there's a lot
- 5:22Speaker 4: of room for activities like I don't know. And then
- 5:24Speaker 4: they have a space you step out of the shower,
- 5:26Speaker 4: you have this room dry like the bathroom. No, but
- 5:32Speaker 4: it's in the bathroom. Then you walk out and then
- 5:34Speaker 4: there's a big bathroom, and then there's a steam room
- 5:37Speaker 4: and there's a hot and then free I drop free
- 5:39Speaker 4: eye drops, free alka, seltzer free, free, aspirin free, advil.
- 5:43Speaker 6: I think they've got Q tips as well.
- 5:45Speaker 4: They got Q tips there, and then they have here's
- 5:47Speaker 4: the part that when you're going to heard about the future,
- 5:51Speaker 4: when you brush your teeth. They have all these hair
- 5:53Speaker 4: products and under armyonder it, and I don't know which
- 5:56Speaker 4: which to use.
- 5:56Speaker 3: I use them all and then they have uh.
- 5:59Speaker 6: They have hair spray in your armpits.
- 6:00Speaker 4: No, I put hairspray in my head different there's there's
- 6:03Speaker 4: all these different hair things like there's a gel and
- 6:06Speaker 4: there's a cream, there's something else, and there's brushes there.
- 6:09Speaker 4: They're like you have to open up the brush and
- 6:11Speaker 4: and so I was brushing my hair that would comb
- 6:13Speaker 4: my hair, and then I put they have all these
- 6:15Speaker 4: different colones. So I try to put on the different
- 6:17Speaker 4: colones like a little mix because I never wear a colone.
- 6:20Speaker 4: But I thought there must be reason discolone is here.
- 6:22Speaker 4: I guess this must be real special colone, like I
- 6:25Speaker 4: want to use it all. It was great, and then
- 6:26Speaker 4: I casually put extra drops in my pocket and thought
- 6:29Speaker 4: I was gonna get.
- 6:29Speaker 3: In trouble.
- 6:32Speaker 6: In your pockets.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Drops are complimentary but only for people in the in the.
- 6:39Speaker 3: Shower, shout out to Pine Canyon.
- 6:43Speaker 4: Yeah, it's beautiful, beautiful place, beautiful.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Check in with John day Ridge.
- 6:54Speaker 4: Peyton with uh Horoscopes. Peyton's predictions almost called you Peyton Whitmore,
- 6:58Speaker 4: but we can still do.
- 6:59Speaker 5: On the radio, and technically I still am a whit Moore.
- 7:02Speaker 6: What do you mean it's a lot of work to.
- 7:04Speaker 5: Change your last name legally, I am saving that for
- 7:08Speaker 5: another time.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Peyton with More with Peyton's predictions, what do you guy?
- 7:12Speaker 3: What's the vibe?
- 7:12Speaker 5: Well toy story vib just absolutely annihilated at the box saufice.
- 7:18Speaker 5: So I'm gonna let you know which og toy story
- 7:20Speaker 5: character you are based off your zodiac SIGNE. Also, if
- 7:23Speaker 5: it's your birthday today, we are officially in cancer season.
- 7:27Speaker 5: So if you're cancer and it's your birthday today, you
- 7:29Speaker 5: share a birtha with Jason Moroz and Randy Jackson.
- 7:32Speaker 3: Why don't you do cancers?
- 7:33Speaker 5: Okay, yeah, I got you for cancers, So cancers. The
- 7:36Speaker 5: toy story character that you guys are, You are Rex,
- 7:39Speaker 5: you are hyper sensitive, you are a water sign, and
- 7:42Speaker 5: your soul is just a walking, breathing panic attack wrapped
- 7:45Speaker 5: in a topic cerior, You create fake catastrophic scenarios in
- 7:49Speaker 5: your head and constantly scream about how you don't think
- 7:51Speaker 5: you can take that kind of rejection. You let the
- 7:53Speaker 5: absolute smallest inconvenience give you a full scale emotional meltdown.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Okay, let's say hello to good morning Chris. What's your sign?
- 8:02Speaker 2: Yes?
- 8:03Speaker 5: Okay, so for my taurus this morning. The og Toy
- 8:07Speaker 5: story character that you are is mister potato head. You
- 8:10Speaker 5: guys are incredibly stubborn. You're constantly cynical, and you get
- 8:13Speaker 5: aggressively annoyed the exact second anyone messes with your personal
- 8:17Speaker 5: layout or moves your boundaries. So if the vibe isn't
- 8:19Speaker 5: perfectly curated to a trus's standards, they will literally take
- 8:23Speaker 5: your own facial features off and refuse to participate in
- 8:25Speaker 5: the day.
- 8:28Speaker 6: Oh I gotta see that movie.
- 8:30Speaker 2: Yes, that's a good one.
- 8:31Speaker 6: Yes, that's on my list to do, so, thank you
- 8:35Speaker 6: very much.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Nice Chris, Joanna, good morning? What's your sign?
- 8:40Speaker 8: Good morning? Actually I am between Gemini and a cancer
- 8:43Speaker 8: ooh fun.
- 8:44Speaker 5: Okay, well we did recancers earlier. That was Rex. That
- 8:47Speaker 5: is the og Toy story character that the cancers are.
- 8:50Speaker 5: But for you geminis, You guys are slinky. You are
- 8:54Speaker 5: permanently stretched between two entirely different places, trying to be
- 8:57Speaker 5: in two conversations that what's and vibrating with this chaotic energy.
- 9:01Speaker 5: Your attention span is completely split, and your front half
- 9:04Speaker 5: is usually committing to a wild plan before your back
- 9:06Speaker 5: half even knows what's happening.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Oh that's hilarious, Thanks Joanna, Thank you, Bye.
- 9:14Speaker 5: Yeah Rich your toy story character, You're Lenny the Binoculars.
- 9:19Speaker 5: You are a sleepy, slow motion day dreamer who spends
- 9:22Speaker 5: a whole day passively watching everyone else's hydrama lives unfold
- 9:25Speaker 5: from afar. You completely disassociate from reality and you refuse
- 9:29Speaker 5: to move under your own power, and you just want
- 9:31Speaker 5: to look at the world through a blurry cinematic lens.
- 9:33Speaker 3: With that, how about Libras Kyle?
- 9:37Speaker 5: For Libras, you are bo Peep. You are the og
- 9:41Speaker 5: lamp era bo Peep. Though from the first movie you
- 9:43Speaker 5: are completely faking this sweet, perfectly poised aesthetic just to
- 9:47Speaker 5: keep peace and look pretty on the shelf. You spend
- 9:49Speaker 5: your entire day managing the hydrama egos around you. You
- 9:53Speaker 5: not politely and you use superficial gentle voice to stop
- 9:56Speaker 5: the chaotic boys from tearing the room apart. I don't
- 10:01Speaker 5: like that it says it's fake because it's real. But
- 10:04Speaker 5: that's what the stars say.
- 10:04Speaker 6: Oh that's okay, that's right. Sometimes you have to pretend
- 10:08Speaker 6: be nice.
- 10:09Speaker 5: Yeah, sometimes you have That is so real? How John
- 10:14Speaker 5: Jay your ham You enter the room with the cold,
- 10:18Speaker 5: judging eyes of an auditor who knows exactly how much
- 10:21Speaker 5: everyone else is lacking. You are a walking spreadsheet, keeping
- 10:24Speaker 5: a literal mental tally of everyone's mistakes and emotional debts.
- 10:27Speaker 5: You can't resist dropping a sarcastic no it all comment
- 10:31Speaker 5: just to ruin the vibe and Leo us Leo's I'm
- 10:35Speaker 5: a Leo. We are Woody, but we are the jealous
- 10:38Speaker 5: main character era Woody. We tell everyone we are the responsible,
- 10:42Speaker 5: loyal leader. But the exact second a new shiny person
- 10:44Speaker 5: walked to the room steals our spotlight, our ego goes
- 10:47Speaker 5: into like code read emergency. We will literally plot to
- 10:51Speaker 5: knock our rival out of the window just to regain
- 10:53Speaker 5: our unfiltered adoration.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Who is Buzz?
- 10:57Speaker 5: Buzz is gonna be the person I'm obviously beef with?
- 11:01Speaker 5: Buzz is Sagittarius Cary.
- 11:06Speaker 3: Who was Jesse Jesse?
- 11:10Speaker 2: Jesse ain't about the money.
- 11:12Speaker 5: Isn't aries?
- 11:13Speaker 9: Jesse?
- 11:14Speaker 3: All right?
- 11:14Speaker 4: If we get your sign they I'll post on our
- 11:16Speaker 4: website John Jynrich dot com John Jay and Rich. So
- 11:21Speaker 4: Clyde Davis died yesterday. That's the big news, right, big
- 11:25Speaker 4: music mogal And there was a little bit of controversy
- 11:27Speaker 4: with him and Diddy. There's some rumors that they had
- 11:31Speaker 4: a relationship. I don't want to spread romantically. There's all
- 11:36Speaker 4: kinds of stuff like that. Yeah, yeah, And I bring
- 11:38Speaker 4: that up because because he died, there was an article
- 11:42Speaker 4: of the biggest d bags in music history. Okay, a
- 11:47Speaker 4: lot of them there are, but I think you'd be
- 11:49Speaker 4: surprised some of these d bags like Peyton.
- 11:51Speaker 3: Who do you think is a debag of the music business?
- 11:53Speaker 5: In the music business, I would say probably someone like Kanye.
- 12:00Speaker 10: Really yeah, Kanye, check up the go Kanye.
- 12:05Speaker 3: Kanye weste number three on the YAH.
- 12:08Speaker 4: His narcissism, conspiracy theories, and impact on cultural discourse have
- 12:11Speaker 4: exhausted fans and industry figures alike. Now he's number three
- 12:14Speaker 4: on this list. They're thirty of THEMN. Wait, here's some
- 12:18Speaker 4: people that aren't in the top thirty, but they say
- 12:20Speaker 4: should have been on this and that's uh. Diddy, Motley
- 12:24Speaker 4: Crue and Sharon Osborne are deep bags in the music
- 12:28Speaker 4: as is. Now, I'm going to give you the top fifteen.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Who'd you say, Scooter Braun? Uh, Nope, not surprising. I
- 12:34Speaker 4: don't know Taylor Swift. I think I've met her in
- 12:38Speaker 4: my life three times. She told me she had the
- 12:40Speaker 4: utmost respect for me. I told her I had the
- 12:43Speaker 4: utmost respect for her. You don't spend three hundred million
- 12:44Speaker 4: dollars buying a label that she's on unless you're excited
- 12:47Speaker 4: at the opportunity to work with her.
- 12:49Speaker 11: And of course Scooter never contacted me or my team to.
- 12:51Speaker 5: Discuss it prior to the.
- 12:53Speaker 11: Sale or even when it was announced. The definition of
- 12:58Speaker 11: the toxic male privilege in our industry is people saying,
- 13:02Speaker 11: but he's always been nice to me when I'm raising
- 13:05Speaker 11: valid concerns about artists and their rights to own their music.
- 13:10Speaker 11: And of course he's nice to you if you're in
- 13:12Speaker 11: this room you have something he needs.
- 13:14Speaker 2: This was a betrayal of an artist, of a woman
- 13:17Speaker 2: in a male dominated world. She will stand out for
- 13:21Speaker 2: what's right.
- 13:23Speaker 3: The facts she applied pressure. She is in charge of
- 13:26Speaker 3: an army and she's a general.
- 13:28Speaker 4: Liam Gallagher is number fifteen from to Night, Hold on
- 13:31Speaker 4: from what rich from?
- 13:33Speaker 2: You said Liam Gallagher from Osis.
- 13:34Speaker 4: Yeah, his motormouth fights, an inability to let grudges die
- 13:38Speaker 4: is bad.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Adam Levine is number fourteen, Kyle. Maybe I'm playing out
- 13:46Speaker 3: just like animals animal.
- 13:50Speaker 4: So just so the people that are listening right now
- 13:52Speaker 4: maybe don't know that story. What do you know of
- 13:55Speaker 4: that story of Adam Levine and Kyle Lnfug.
- 13:58Speaker 2: What I know is there's I don't know, it was
- 14:02Speaker 2: a date or.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Something like that, and.
- 14:07Speaker 6: I think that's a pretty good recap.
- 14:10Speaker 3: There's a lot of graphic things happened on that date.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Yeah, Kid rocks number thirteen. Gene Simmons, Courtney loved Fred Durst.
- 14:21Speaker 4: He gives Zelya's number nine. She faced intense backlash.
- 14:26Speaker 5: Remember what four Yeah, well I remember because she was
- 14:28Speaker 5: dating what's it called Nick Young or something like that,
- 14:31Speaker 5: and there was all that drama and Dangel Russell aired
- 14:34Speaker 5: their business out.
- 14:35Speaker 4: Robin Sick is number five e in UR twenty thirteen.
- 14:40Speaker 4: He became a symbol of misogyny and it's sleazy video
- 14:43Speaker 4: objectified women.
- 14:44Speaker 3: That video.
- 14:55Speaker 4: Number four on this list is Justin bieber even after
- 14:58Speaker 4: marriage and fatherhood, some maturity erratic social media behavior persists.
- 15:03Speaker 5: No, that was the general public not leaving that man alone.
- 15:06Speaker 2: Yeah, what about Justin Timberlake. He doesn't have a very
- 15:08Speaker 2: good reputation.
- 15:09Speaker 3: He's not on here.
- 15:09Speaker 2: Really, this is going to ruin the door?
- 15:12Speaker 6: What tour the world door?
- 15:15Speaker 4: Chris Brown is number two. Yeah, number one, biggest d
- 15:20Speaker 4: bag in music history. It's a guy by the name
- 15:23Speaker 4: of Axul Rose Peyton Kyle. Do you know actual Roses
- 15:26Speaker 4: Guns Guns and Roses lead singer, a self sabotaging rock
- 15:30Speaker 4: star whose temper and control issues have overshadowed his undeniable
- 15:35Speaker 4: vocal talent for decades.
- 15:36Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 15:37Speaker 2: They started their shows like three or four hours late,
- 15:39Speaker 2: as off.
- 15:40Speaker 5: That's rude.
- 15:41Speaker 3: Really, Yeah, you know.
- 15:42Speaker 4: I I was at this concert on Saturday night in Flagstaff.
- 15:46Speaker 4: It was the Yachtli Crewe, and the tickets said it
- 15:49Speaker 4: started at eight, So we got there seven thirty and
- 15:53Speaker 4: at eight the cover band started, I mean the opening
- 15:56Speaker 4: band started, which I didn't know they had an opening band,
- 15:58Speaker 4: which kind of pissed me off because I was like,
- 15:59Speaker 4: ni to wait and then the opening band's over at
- 16:03Speaker 4: eight thirty, so we rushed to the mosh pit because
- 16:06Speaker 4: nothing like a yacht rock mosh pit.
- 16:10Speaker 2: I've never heard those phrases together before.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Glee Me Blake, my wife and my son Dutch were
- 16:14Speaker 4: the first two in the mosh.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Pity on the rail.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Then we had to wait. They didn't start till nine.
- 16:19Speaker 4: So we're standing there for half an hour when you
- 16:21Speaker 4: this band to start, and I was pissed. Now Axel
- 16:25Speaker 4: Rose and Guns Rose just three hours late, and people stay.
- 16:28Speaker 2: We would actually stay, and you know, it's like where
- 16:30Speaker 2: you're playing that they've got lost where they can't go
- 16:32Speaker 2: till later. Else you got to pay the fine, and
- 16:34Speaker 2: they would just go later and pay the fine. But
- 16:36Speaker 2: it's like, dude, just start when you say you're to start,
- 16:39Speaker 2: I think Madonna's famous for starting shows late too.
- 16:41Speaker 5: I think so it was like Lauren Hill or something like.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Oh Lauren Hill. Well that's different, like what are they doing?
- 16:46Speaker 3: Like what are they doing? They wait all day?
- 16:47Speaker 6: You wait all days the concerts earlier.
- 16:50Speaker 2: Yeah, they probably couldn't find.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Anyway.
- 16:54Speaker 4: Those are some of the d bags in music history.
- 16:57Speaker 4: And Kyle's gonna get more information on Clive Davis la
- 17:00Speaker 4: on this morning. So all the people he discovered and
- 17:01Speaker 4: went on, it's pretty big. It's John Jay and rich
- 17:03Speaker 4: On one to four seven.
- 17:04Speaker 12: You said give up, give up?
- 17:18Speaker 4: Is John Jay and Rich Time for stacks and the hacks.
- 17:21Speaker 4: I have stacks of information. Rich has life hacks. My
- 17:25Speaker 4: stacks of information will give you knowledge to drop on
- 17:27Speaker 4: people randomly. They'll go, ah, how do you know that?
- 17:29Speaker 4: Because this first one is a doozy one single Google
- 17:34Speaker 4: search and we all Google takes more computing power than
- 17:39Speaker 4: the entire moon landing mission in nineteen sixty nine, which
- 17:43Speaker 4: Kyle doesn't think even happen.
- 17:45Speaker 2: I don't well then, so that would be true. Yep,
- 17:48Speaker 2: all coats.
- 17:49Speaker 3: So World Cup soccer, this is this got pretty big news.
- 17:51Speaker 4: The BBC hosted a World Cup studio show last week
- 17:55Speaker 4: and it featured an AI generated image of the Houston
- 17:58Speaker 4: the City of Houston skyline with mountains.
- 18:00Speaker 3: I used to live in Houston. I don't remember there
- 18:02Speaker 3: be any mountains anywhere, you know.
- 18:03Speaker 4: He didn't take long for a locals notice, and they
- 18:05Speaker 4: started roasting them on line, huge roasting online. They literally
- 18:08Speaker 4: created mountains behind Houston and there aren't any Like people
- 18:11Speaker 4: were like, boy, the Houston Mountains are actually gorgeous this
- 18:13Speaker 4: time of year.
- 18:15Speaker 2: Snowcap oh.
- 18:15Speaker 3: I tore my acl.
- 18:16Speaker 4: Ski on that mountain back in the summer in twenty twenty,
- 18:19Speaker 4: but they're like there are no mountains.
- 18:22Speaker 6: I love when that kind of stuff just takes off.
- 18:25Speaker 4: A door Dash food delivery robot had a delivery in
- 18:28Speaker 4: Arizona last week made national news. There was a swat
- 18:32Speaker 4: situation unfolding, and it rolled right in and ignored all
- 18:35Speaker 4: the police commands and it had to be hauled away
- 18:38Speaker 4: by a door Dash technician.
- 18:39Speaker 2: Well, that's really a robot trying to deliver food.
- 18:41Speaker 3: I gotta get this food there, sir.
- 18:43Speaker 6: They were hungry.
- 18:44Speaker 2: This Chinese is gonna go cool. I gotta get it
- 18:47Speaker 2: to the door.
- 18:47Speaker 4: I mean that's a that's I could see if it
- 18:49Speaker 4: was like an animated cartoon. If that's the job, I
- 18:52Speaker 4: gotta get there. I gotta get there. I got it.
- 18:54Speaker 4: A couple old dudes in Florida I pulled over by police.
- 18:56Speaker 4: They were street racing. These guys are old. One guy
- 18:59Speaker 4: was going to one hundred ten miles an hour. This
- 19:01Speaker 4: is the guy William being pulled over, but listening with
- 19:03Speaker 4: the cop talks room so Is there any reason you
- 19:05Speaker 4: guys are street racing because you're one saying that he's
- 19:07Speaker 4: won twenty five.
- 19:08Speaker 2: That guy he worved with me and he shouldn't have
- 19:13Speaker 2: done that. Okay, I am out just having a little
- 19:17Speaker 2: ride in my favorite car.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Busted and fifteen twenty five is pretty fast.
- 19:25Speaker 4: There's a fake cancer cure making the rounds where patients
- 19:28Speaker 4: are sealed naked in plastic bag with only their heads out.
- 19:32Speaker 4: Their bodies are gassed with chlorine dioxide aka oxidized industrial bleach,
- 19:37Speaker 4: and it's not working. It doesn't work, so don't do it,
- 19:40Speaker 4: so be careful with that. Nearly one in three Americans
- 19:43Speaker 4: expect to spend at least six hundred dollars to attend
- 19:45Speaker 4: a wedding this year. Nineteen percent say I can spend
- 19:48Speaker 4: more than one thousand dollars.
- 19:50Speaker 5: We have two, one in August and one in September,
- 19:52Speaker 5: and my stomach already hurts from the flights. I can
- 19:56Speaker 5: only imagine when we have to go and get our
- 19:58Speaker 5: outfits and I have to eat the hotel staces.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Destination weddings are always expensive. It's almost hard to do
- 20:03Speaker 2: those cheap.
- 20:03Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 20:04Speaker 4: Gen Z is making push up bras a thing again worldwide.
- 20:08Speaker 4: I didn't know push and Bras were in or out?
- 20:10Speaker 4: Are that you guys know?
- 20:12Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 20:12Speaker 6: I mean I didn't know they were in around either
- 20:14Speaker 6: cudents either.
- 20:15Speaker 5: I think if you wear one, you wear one.
- 20:17Speaker 6: Now you just kind of has their own brush style.
- 20:19Speaker 5: Now they're back. Hey, I mean two of my friends
- 20:22Speaker 5: just got boom drops. So I guess the girls are back.
- 20:25Speaker 3: Oh okay, that's good.
- 20:28Speaker 4: An Australian town crier's powerful voice earned him a Guinness
- 20:32Speaker 4: World Record when he let out a yell that measured
- 20:35Speaker 4: at one hundred and twenty two point four decibels.
- 20:38Speaker 3: Rich. What's a town crier?
- 20:39Speaker 2: Town crier would be the hear ye, hear ye, the
- 20:42Speaker 2: king is speaking something like that.
- 20:44Speaker 3: Okay, here he goes.
- 20:48Speaker 5: Gods.
- 20:59Speaker 2: Okay, so do you know what we're kind of the
- 21:02Speaker 2: town criers. Now we just got microphones.
- 21:05Speaker 3: He got the this guy got the gifts book. We're
- 21:07Speaker 3: having the deepest voice. That's great.
- 21:08Speaker 4: Guy in Italy is suing a restaurant after a promo
- 21:10Speaker 4: video that they posted. The restaurant posted video of whatever
- 21:13Speaker 4: people eating and he was eating dinner there on TikTok
- 21:15Speaker 4: and he was cheating on his wife he was eating,
- 21:18Speaker 4: So he's suing the restaurant. Oh yeah, he's having a
- 21:24Speaker 4: ro magic dinner with his side piece.
- 21:26Speaker 3: Shame on that restaurant originally got for life hacks.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Okay, Well, at my house, I would say, the thing
- 21:31Speaker 2: that we fight about, like literally fight about my wife
- 21:35Speaker 2: and I the most are is me throwing away stuff
- 21:38Speaker 2: that Stacey wants to use later, right leftovers, particularly, like
- 21:41Speaker 2: I don't know why somebody wants to save a quarter
- 21:44Speaker 2: of a Chick fil A sandwich, because once that sandwich
- 21:47Speaker 2: gets cold, it's no good anymore. You just get you
- 21:49Speaker 2: gotta give it up.
- 21:49Speaker 5: Oh that's not true. You just put it back in
- 21:51Speaker 5: the microwave.
- 21:52Speaker 2: It's just not the same. Chick fil A is of
- 21:54Speaker 2: the moment, and she'll leaves stuff in there long enough
- 21:56Speaker 2: that it starts becoming, you know, like its own living thing. Now,
- 21:59Speaker 2: if you constantly throw all less leftovers because you're forgetting
- 22:02Speaker 2: where you're putting them, I look this up and the
- 22:05Speaker 2: hack is food that is more visible is more likely
- 22:08Speaker 2: to be eaten than food hidden behind milk cartons. So
- 22:11Speaker 2: don't use that bottom drawer for your leftovers. Put it
- 22:14Speaker 2: right at eye level and you'll remember that exists when
- 22:17Speaker 2: you go into the refrigerator hungry again, and maybe that
- 22:20Speaker 2: will save you some money by actually eating the meals
- 22:22Speaker 2: that you've actually paid for. That life hack can be
- 22:24Speaker 2: foun a John Jay Rich dot com by Zach we're
- 22:27Speaker 2: getting ready for second ad Update. Give us a little
- 22:29Speaker 2: bit about what's going on in your dating world.
- 22:31Speaker 13: All right, well, I like this girl, but I don't
- 22:33Speaker 13: think it's gonna work out because of Olivia Rodrigo.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Like this sayer?
- 22:39Speaker 13: Yeah the same?
- 22:40Speaker 3: Oh okay, all right, oh I say no more. We're
- 22:42Speaker 3: gonna get this whole story.
- 22:43Speaker 4: We're gonna find out how Olivia Rodrigue is messing up
- 22:46Speaker 4: his dating life. That starts next Second Ate Update with
- 22:49Speaker 4: John Jay and Rich.
- 22:52Speaker 3: Are you kissed the bad Alive?
- 23:02Speaker 10: The next segment we're going to do is called second
- 23:05Speaker 10: Date Update because that's what we're going to try and
- 23:07Speaker 10: get and that's what the bit is called. Second Date
- 23:10Speaker 10: Update starts right now on John Jay and Ridge.
- 23:13Speaker 4: John Jay and Rich, it's time for Second Date Update.
- 23:16Speaker 4: You meet somebody, go on a date, you think it's
- 23:18Speaker 4: going well, you have no reason to think it's not
- 23:21Speaker 4: going well, and then you expect there to be another
- 23:23Speaker 4: date and it doesn't happen. Maybe they're ghosting you, or
- 23:25Speaker 4: maybe they just whatever. So you come to us, we
- 23:28Speaker 4: want to hear your story. They were to call the
- 23:30Speaker 4: person you went out with and get their side of
- 23:32Speaker 4: the story.
- 23:32Speaker 3: Zach, good morning, Hey, thanks for having me. You got it, Zach,
- 23:36Speaker 3: what's your story? Who's ghosting you?
- 23:38Speaker 1: What?
- 23:38Speaker 3: Tell us everything so we can help you.
- 23:41Speaker 13: All Right, I've heard this had been a million times,
- 23:43Speaker 13: and I think this might be the first. I'm actually
- 23:45Speaker 13: the one doing the ghosting, and I want to see
- 23:47Speaker 13: if I should stop doing that.
- 23:49Speaker 3: You're doing the ghosting.
- 23:52Speaker 13: Yeah, I started talking to this girl, Evelyn, and like, legit,
- 23:56Speaker 13: every five minutes she does well, I'm a Pisces, and
- 24:00Speaker 13: I'm like, cool, congratulations. I don't know what to do
- 24:04Speaker 13: with that information. So, you know, I'm talking to my
- 24:06Speaker 13: sister about her, and I mentioned that everyone's a huge
- 24:09Speaker 13: Olivia Rodrigo fan. I'm like, yeah, maybe if we keep
- 24:12Speaker 13: talking all of these tickets.
- 24:13Speaker 14: For the tour.
- 24:14Speaker 13: Then my sister just starts dying laughing and goes, bro,
- 24:17Speaker 13: She's only talking to you because you're a Gemini. And
- 24:20Speaker 13: so I'm just like, I don't understand astrology. So I'm like,
- 24:23Speaker 13: what are you talking about? And she goes, Olivia has
- 24:25Speaker 13: a song called drop Dead that's all about Pisce. He's
- 24:28Speaker 13: a Gemini, And so now I just can and see this.
- 24:31Speaker 13: You know, every conversation always comes back to Ama Pisce.
- 24:34Speaker 13: He's always come back to astrology. And I'm thinking, does
- 24:37Speaker 13: she like me or does she like the fact that
- 24:40Speaker 13: I was born in May? And I don't know. I'm
- 24:43Speaker 13: just in my head about this, and I want to
- 24:46Speaker 13: see if I am doing the right thing by josting
- 24:49Speaker 13: or if I'm mainting it or the stage.
- 24:51Speaker 4: You already know she's an Olivia Rodrigo fan, right, that's obvious.
- 24:57Speaker 13: Yeah, super fan.
- 24:58Speaker 4: But you're concerned because of your sister that the only
- 25:01Speaker 4: reason she's talking to you is because of the song
- 25:03Speaker 4: and because of the Gemini Pisces connection, and that scares you.
- 25:06Speaker 13: Yeah, Like, I don't see a future if she only
- 25:11Speaker 13: likes the fact that my astrology signed because I don't
- 25:14Speaker 13: believe in astrology. That sounds compatible with the stars or whatever.
- 25:17Speaker 13: But I don't know, man, I just don't think it's
- 25:19Speaker 13: a strong enough foundation for a relationship.
- 25:23Speaker 3: And how did you connect?
- 25:26Speaker 13: Oh, we've met online, you know, And I think she's cool,
- 25:28Speaker 13: but ever since my sister said that, I just cannot
- 25:31Speaker 13: see it, and she does constantly talk about astrology. So
- 25:34Speaker 13: I'm just worried that, you know, I get in with
- 25:37Speaker 13: her and then a few months later she's just like, oh,
- 25:40Speaker 13: I'm more of a Tapricorn type of person or something.
- 25:43Speaker 2: Here's the part of the song from Olivia Rodrigo that
- 25:46Speaker 2: he's referring to.
- 26:00Speaker 7: She was first attracted to you was the song, right,
- 26:04Speaker 7: But then there's got to be something else there to
- 26:06Speaker 7: sustain It's cute.
- 26:08Speaker 6: Wait, how long have you guys been hanging out?
- 26:12Speaker 13: Like two months? And so you know we're not official
- 26:15Speaker 13: or anything like that, but I like her. I'm just
- 26:17Speaker 13: worried that because of this song, you know, she's just
- 26:20Speaker 13: thinking like, oh, this could be our song, and she's
- 26:22Speaker 13: just trying to keep with me for that reason. And
- 26:24Speaker 13: then I just realizes the song is then the only
- 26:27Speaker 13: reason to stick with somebody.
- 26:28Speaker 1: You know, I'm gone.
- 26:29Speaker 7: It was only a couple of dates, but two months, Yeah,
- 26:32Speaker 7: it's not really second date update at that.
- 26:34Speaker 6: Point, right, But okay, got something else.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Different for us, right, I mean, we want to know
- 26:38Speaker 2: what's going on. He wants to know what's going on,
- 26:40Speaker 2: So it fits into that category kind of.
- 26:43Speaker 4: But here's the thing. I think the whole connection with
- 26:44Speaker 4: the song is cute. Like people have that we we
- 26:47Speaker 4: went to this restaurant, or there's a movie and you
- 26:49Speaker 4: see the movie and it reminds you of this person,
- 26:51Speaker 4: and you and this person connect because of this movie whatever.
- 26:53Speaker 3: Like I think that. I think that's she probably.
- 26:55Speaker 7: Had the song in her head and when she found
- 26:56Speaker 7: out you were German, and she's like, oh, it's just like.
- 26:58Speaker 3: The song right now.
- 26:59Speaker 4: I also think that people that live their life through
- 27:01Speaker 4: astrology and make big decisions or a little cuckoo, little
- 27:04Speaker 4: cookon nuts. But anyway, all right, so Evelyn. You said
- 27:07Speaker 4: her name was Evelyn. So we'll get her on the phone,
- 27:09Speaker 4: and we're gonna find out why you're ghosting her. We're
- 27:13Speaker 4: gonna see what she thinks about you ghost here because
- 27:15Speaker 4: you admit your ghostinger.
- 27:17Speaker 13: Oh no, I'm the one doing the video and I
- 27:19Speaker 13: just told you the reason.
- 27:20Speaker 1: So this is we're just doing this reverse here.
- 27:22Speaker 4: No problem, reverse second date update. All right, we're gonna
- 27:24Speaker 4: get her on the phone. So second update continues next
- 27:26Speaker 4: with John Jay and Richulu.
- 27:33Speaker 5: Seticulous.
- 27:35Speaker 4: It's John jaye Rich We are in the middle of
- 27:37Speaker 4: second eight updates. It's kind of a reverse second Date
- 27:39Speaker 4: update with Zach and Evelyn.
- 27:41Speaker 2: This is the story of Zach who had a take
- 27:43Speaker 2: with Evelyn. She's a pie seats, he's a Gemini, and
- 27:47Speaker 2: he thinks that she only likes him because of this
- 27:52Speaker 2: Olivia Rodrigo song. She wants more, but he's not sure
- 28:03Speaker 2: he does because if she's just into him because of
- 28:06Speaker 2: that song, he thinks it's gonna go nowhere. But we're
- 28:09Speaker 2: gonna dive and investigate together and find out what's going on.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Maybe the stars will align, all right, Zach, that was
- 28:15Speaker 2: a good recap. Sound good? You ready to call her?
- 28:18Speaker 1: Yeah, let's go all.
- 28:19Speaker 4: Right, So you stay quiet and we're gonna kind of
- 28:21Speaker 4: present this. But you say you've ghosted her. It was
- 28:23Speaker 4: the last time you reach out to her.
- 28:24Speaker 13: It's probably been my two weeks at this point.
- 28:26Speaker 5: Oh wow, you are really ghosting her.
- 28:28Speaker 6: It's still thinking about it.
- 28:29Speaker 3: I hope she remembers you. Sounds like you like her. Hello.
- 28:44Speaker 5: Hi is this Evelyn?
- 28:45Speaker 8: Hi?
- 28:46Speaker 2: Yes?
- 28:47Speaker 8: Who is it?
- 28:47Speaker 5: Hi? My name is Peyton. I'm with John Jaye Rich
- 28:50Speaker 5: and we just wanted to ask you a few questions
- 28:52Speaker 5: on the radio. If you're free this morning?
- 28:55Speaker 8: Okay, yeah, why why am I on the radio?
- 28:58Speaker 1: Well? Have LOUI?
- 28:58Speaker 4: We do a segment on our show second Ate Update.
- 29:01Speaker 4: It's when somebody gets ghosted by somebody, you know in
- 29:03Speaker 4: the dating world, okay, and we usually call the person
- 29:07Speaker 4: like we're calling you saying, why are you ghosting this guy?
- 29:09Speaker 4: But it's actually the way around this this we've never
- 29:11Speaker 4: done this before. Guy called us and said he's he's
- 29:15Speaker 4: ghosting you and he I think he wanted us to
- 29:18Speaker 4: check in on her.
- 29:19Speaker 3: Is that what he wanted or.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Kind of wants to know what he wants to find out? Well,
- 29:22Speaker 2: do we have a do you have a baby?
- 29:25Speaker 3: That's this guy that called this. His name is Zach and he.
- 29:36Speaker 7: He wants he kind of thinks maybe you're in the
- 29:39Speaker 7: relationship quasi relationship.
- 29:42Speaker 6: I guess you should say for the wrong reason.
- 29:45Speaker 8: Oh okay, wait what say war So.
- 29:49Speaker 7: He actually was concerned that maybe you were just in
- 29:52Speaker 7: the relationship because you are an Olivia Rodrico fan and
- 29:56Speaker 7: you are a Pisces and he's a Gemini and just
- 29:59Speaker 7: kind of like that partner song and his sister put
- 30:02Speaker 7: this in his head and now he can't get it out.
- 30:04Speaker 15: Oh, okay.
- 30:06Speaker 8: First of all, I am crying that he thinks that
- 30:09Speaker 8: I'm only talking to him because he's a Gemini.
- 30:16Speaker 6: Tell him that, but he didn't know.
- 30:18Speaker 15: Your ego is actually insane.
- 30:23Speaker 8: Okay, okay, no, but for real, I'll admit it. The
- 30:27Speaker 8: astrology thing did make me pause for a second because
- 30:30Speaker 8: I am a piscey. He's a Gemini, and I remember
- 30:33Speaker 8: the Olivia Rodrigo song because I love it. I was like, wait,
- 30:36Speaker 8: that's kind of funny.
- 30:37Speaker 5: But I don't know.
- 30:39Speaker 8: We have good conversations. He's cute. If anything. I I
- 30:43Speaker 8: am confused because this man has been taking like eight
- 30:46Speaker 8: business days to text me back, so I'm I'm confused.
- 30:50Speaker 5: He admitted that I totally admitted to ghosting. Yeah, but
- 30:53Speaker 5: I mean the fact is, you guys haven't talked in
- 30:55Speaker 5: a couple of weeks, and he's still thinking about you.
- 30:58Speaker 5: You're still on his mind.
- 30:58Speaker 7: Yes, maybe kind of blame his sister because she put
- 31:01Speaker 7: it in his head and now he can't get it out.

- 31:42Speaker 4: It goes with the song.
- 31:46Speaker 13: Okay, but that's not the That's not the only reason
- 31:49Speaker 13: you like me because I was born.
- 31:50Speaker 8: No, you are crazy. No, that's so Gemini of you.
- 31:56Speaker 16: Though, you for you, Zach.

- 32:22Speaker 13: you can relate to that at all.
- 32:23Speaker 8: Okay, Yes, I totally get that you're not wasting your
- 32:26Speaker 8: time with me, though I feel the same way.
- 32:29Speaker 15: Let's get back on track.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, Evelyn figure this out for you. You're not smart
- 32:35Speaker 2: enough to figure this out on your own.
- 32:36Speaker 13: Zach, let her run the show very very clearly. But
- 32:41Speaker 13: I mean, I don't want to make plans over the radio.
- 32:44Speaker 13: Whe everyone's most in, but I can and maybe we
- 32:46Speaker 13: get kids this weekend.

- 33:33Speaker 4: All right, that's second update with John Jay and Rich.
- 33:41Speaker 4: We're gonna play a game. We need a contestant for
- 33:43Speaker 4: some tickets to see Nile Horn Call eight seven seven
- 33:46Speaker 4: nine three seven one O four seven eight seven seven
- 33:49Speaker 4: nine three seven, one four seven. If we want to
- 33:51Speaker 4: play a game, win some Nile tickets. Not that we
- 33:55Speaker 4: talk about a lot about sports, but there's quite a
- 33:57Speaker 4: few things going on that I think are so mass appeal.
- 34:00Speaker 3: One is the NBA Draft is today.
- 34:02Speaker 5: Oh yeah, there was a huge trade last night too.
- 34:06Speaker 5: Trade the honest going to the heat is insane.
- 34:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that's pretty big.
- 34:11Speaker 4: In fact, my son Kemp, you know, we were both
- 34:14Speaker 4: up at three am this morning and I said, did
- 34:16Speaker 4: you see the Yannis trade? He goes, what that happened?
- 34:18Speaker 4: And then he goes and he stopped himself short. He
- 34:21Speaker 4: goes like, I can't believe I got my news from
- 34:24Speaker 4: Like he was mad that I give him.
- 34:26Speaker 6: So funny. I know why you were up at three am,
- 34:28Speaker 6: But why would he be up at three.
- 34:30Speaker 4: He's getting on a play with his girlfriend to go
- 34:31Speaker 4: to see her family South Carolina.
- 34:34Speaker 2: Oh they're very deep. Huh.
- 34:37Speaker 3: She's been living in my house for.
- 34:41Speaker 5: He stay for a month and a half in their
- 34:43Speaker 5: home and hang out with them and do the same thing.
- 34:45Speaker 4: They're just going for a week now. Also in the
- 34:49Speaker 4: sports world is the World Cup stuff. So Lionel Messi,
- 34:53Speaker 4: Argentina's Lionel Messi scored the World Cup record setting goal,
- 34:57Speaker 4: which I heard. I didn't see it, but I heard
- 34:58Speaker 4: it was a really cool move. Did you see what
- 34:59Speaker 4: it was?
- 35:00Speaker 2: He's so smooth like when he takes he sort of
- 35:02Speaker 2: tapped it in like casual to well.
- 35:04Speaker 4: I heard that the one guy was like going to
- 35:07Speaker 4: kick and open up his legs and then Lionel Messy
- 35:09Speaker 4: kicked it between.
- 35:10Speaker 3: His legs and score the goal. It's cool looking, very cool.
- 35:12Speaker 3: So that was a big deal.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Hold here, let's.
- 35:13Speaker 17: Say he does who little Messy scores the goals today?
- 35:21Speaker 17: Can the World Cups full time leading score? Wonderful moment?
- 35:25Speaker 3: I'm sorry, you score a.
- 35:27Speaker 17: World Cup rec colt setting gold. You know from the
- 35:29Speaker 17: penaltry spots. That is typical Messy magnificence. And he now
- 35:34Speaker 17: has small goals and Neroslav Posa and more goals and
- 35:37Speaker 17: every other players are player in the World Cup finals tournament.
- 35:41Speaker 3: Good for him.
- 35:41Speaker 6: Seventeen seventeen goals, that's the.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Winnow, he definitely looks like he's done it before. Would
- 35:46Speaker 2: you see that? You're like, oh, that's what that guy does.
- 35:49Speaker 5: I feel like you hear Lionel Messi, but you also
- 35:51Speaker 5: hear like Christiano Ronaldo and I feel like, I mean,
- 35:55Speaker 5: I thought Cristiano Ronaldo was the goat, but it seems
- 35:57Speaker 5: like Lionel Messi is, Oh yeah, that's.
- 35:59Speaker 4: Why do you think that guy had it? He had
- 36:01Speaker 4: an English accent right in the guy. So I saw
- 36:04Speaker 4: this singing BuzzFeed. The article off a BuzzFeed is making
- 36:06Speaker 4: the rounds because it highlights ridiculous British phrases that Americans
- 36:11Speaker 4: can't believe are real.
- 36:13Speaker 3: Like in Kyle, after I say the phrase, will you
- 36:16Speaker 3: say it in the English accent? Oh? Sure, full of beans?
- 36:20Speaker 6: That's full of beans.
- 36:22Speaker 3: It means you're full of energy.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Oh really like he's full of beans.
- 36:27Speaker 4: This means if you throw a temper tantrum, you're throwing.
- 36:30Speaker 4: It's called throw a wobbly.
- 36:32Speaker 7: All right now, don't throw a wobbley right now, you're
- 36:34Speaker 7: gonna be all right.
- 36:36Speaker 3: Okay. Now, this means it's cold outside.
- 36:39Speaker 6: Brass monkeys, brass monkeys, that funky monkey.
- 36:44Speaker 4: They say this phrase that's about as useful as a
- 36:47Speaker 4: chocolate teapot.
- 36:48Speaker 6: That's about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
- 36:51Speaker 4: This next phrase means that you're going to jail. Spent
- 36:55Speaker 4: the weekend at her majesty's pleasure.
- 37:00Speaker 6: Well, you just spent the weekend at her majesty's pleasure.
- 37:04Speaker 4: This next phrase means to make fun of someone or
- 37:07Speaker 4: someone's crossing the line and it's taking the mickey.
- 37:10Speaker 6: All right, now, you're taking the mickey on that one.
- 37:14Speaker 4: This next phrase means you're losing your mind, gone completely delayly, I've.
- 37:19Speaker 7: Gone completely delightly right now, what's happening?
- 37:24Speaker 4: This next phrase means like takes the cake, but in
- 37:26Speaker 4: a negative way, usually used to show frustration.
- 37:29Speaker 3: The phrases takes the biscuit?
- 37:32Speaker 5: What takes the biscuit?
- 37:35Speaker 3: Okay? This next phrase means just like that, and the
- 37:38Speaker 3: phrases Bob's your uncle.
- 37:41Speaker 6: Oh yeah, and then Bob's your uncle before and then
- 37:47Speaker 6: Bob's your uncle.
- 37:48Speaker 2: We went to the house, well you know what you're
- 37:50Speaker 2: here too is when they say just bugger out of nowhere. Bugger,
- 37:55Speaker 2: but Bob's your uncle. I've heard quite a bit like
- 37:57Speaker 2: on TV, you.
- 37:58Speaker 4: Know, we go to the bank, we do this, and
- 37:59Speaker 4: then if you watched the movie with Jennifer Lopez and
- 38:03Speaker 4: Brett Goldstein, they do a whole thing on a word
- 38:05Speaker 4: that we can never ever say, and how that word
- 38:08Speaker 4: in England is just casual, but he gets set the
- 38:11Speaker 4: human resources per se a lot.
- 38:12Speaker 3: It's not a good word. But Christy, good morning.
- 38:19Speaker 9: Good morning.
- 38:20Speaker 3: You are testing for Nile Horrn tickets.
- 38:27Speaker 14: I am, I'm.

- 39:16Speaker 3: Animated specific animated specific the weekend. I'm gonna guess that
- 39:19Speaker 3: he was in a monster house. Monster House. That's a
- 39:25Speaker 3: that's a really fun guess. It's uh, it's incorrect. Yeah,
- 39:28Speaker 3: the Weekend, appeared in American Dad.
- 39:31Speaker 10: Oh okay, all right, some of these answers are going
- 39:36Speaker 10: to be the same because there's a specific animated show
- 39:39Speaker 10: that's been on for like thirty years.
- 39:41Speaker 5: Uh.
- 39:41Speaker 3: Anyway, we're gonna go on now, Rich at your turn?

- 47:45Speaker 16: No, we don't have that here yet.
- 47:48Speaker 3: That's a big deal here. It's a big deal right now.
- 47:52Speaker 3: Did we help you out or do you want it?
- 47:53Speaker 3: You kind of caught us off guard, but we should
- 47:56Speaker 3: know off the top of you.
- 47:57Speaker 16: I think those are a lot of great ideas.
- 48:00Speaker 2: There's great shopping.
- 48:02Speaker 4: There's you got Scott's Still Quarter. You got the Scott's
- 48:04Speaker 4: Still Mall. Are you looking at all interested in plastic surgery?
- 48:07Speaker 4: There's lots of plastic Scott steal.
- 48:10Speaker 2: About the Grand Canyon. If he haven't done that, you
- 48:12Speaker 2: should do that.
- 48:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:14Speaker 16: No, we haven't been there yet. And we're definitely foody.
- 48:17Speaker 16: So that's why hearing all you talk about the restaurants
- 48:20Speaker 16: and stuff, it's like, okay, well, what is in any
- 48:23Speaker 16: of those areas if you're coming once and only once?
- 48:27Speaker 16: What's one place that I have to go to to
- 48:29Speaker 16: eat if I'm never going to get a chance to
- 48:31Speaker 16: get back again.
- 48:32Speaker 3: Take forty four forty four stake forty four to is
- 48:35Speaker 3: what I would say.
- 48:36Speaker 4: So we all said those two of us at stake
- 48:38Speaker 4: forty four or three of us at stake forty four, Yes,
- 48:40Speaker 4: make reservation.
- 48:41Speaker 6: Now that's Scott Stale.
- 48:43Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, we already. There's a hotel here called the
- 48:47Speaker 4: Global Ambassador. That'd be fun to walk in there. That's
- 48:49Speaker 4: full of celebrities and it's all in the nightlights.
- 48:52Speaker 3: Really cool.
- 48:53Speaker 5: If you go to Global Ambassador at like nine pm, it.
- 48:55Speaker 4: Is you should stay there. You should stay to go
- 48:57Speaker 4: unless you want to resort. There's like the Phoenician. I
- 49:00Speaker 4: heard they remodel that that builtmore they remodeled JW. Marrion's
- 49:03Speaker 4: nice Royal Palms.
- 49:05Speaker 2: Royal Palms.
- 49:05Speaker 3: Great, all right, well listen, we kind of got to go.
- 49:12Speaker 16: Thank you everybody, appreciate it.
- 49:13Speaker 3: Have a great day, thanks for listening.
- 49:16Speaker 4: By the way, speaking of BUCkies, we were it opened
- 49:19Speaker 4: yesterday and all of the news it was like how
- 49:21Speaker 4: people traveled from all over the place. Yeah this thing, right,
- 49:24Speaker 4: even California where she's from, right, which is I've never
- 49:27Speaker 4: been to BUCkies, and I'll go when it dies down.
- 49:30Speaker 4: I don't want to go now. It's like bumber bumber
- 49:31Speaker 4: trafic or whatever. But we were curious where did you drive?
- 49:36Speaker 4: Where will you drive to?
- 49:38Speaker 3: Right?
- 49:38Speaker 9: And for what?
- 49:39Speaker 2: Yes, like you have to be food. It could be food.
- 49:41Speaker 4: These people are driving all over the place. Well, BUCkies
- 49:43Speaker 4: has everything, right, Yeah, you're going there for whatever? So
- 49:46Speaker 4: we want to call us at eight seven seven nine
- 49:49Speaker 4: three seven one oh four seven.
- 49:51Speaker 1: Right.
- 49:52Speaker 2: I was talking to somebody yesterday at the chiropractor that
- 49:54Speaker 2: drives from Utah to Mesa just to see this chiropractor,
- 49:58Speaker 2: like once every other week.
- 50:00Speaker 7: My girlfriend drives or flies from California back here to
- 50:03Speaker 7: get her hair done because she doesn't want to find
- 50:05Speaker 7: a new hairdresser.
- 50:06Speaker 4: I know a guy in in Portland that flies here
- 50:10Speaker 4: to get a haircut. What Yeah, he likes the barber. Yeah,
- 50:14Speaker 4: to get a haircut here. Dad must be a great barber.
- 50:17Speaker 4: I know, how do his hair look? Doesn't look amazing? Yeah,
- 50:19Speaker 4: I mean it's a haircut, that's the thing. That's the
- 50:21Speaker 4: thing with a haircut. You can get a haircut anywhere.
- 50:22Speaker 4: Like for a woman, I can understand it's like some details.
- 50:25Speaker 4: But for a guy, yeah, right, I mean I do
- 50:28Speaker 4: the whole like I go to Mexico for stemselves.
- 50:31Speaker 3: Okay, right, yeah, that's a long way to go. Yeah,
- 50:33Speaker 3: but what do you travel for?
- 50:34Speaker 4: When my wife and I before we had kids, and
- 50:36Speaker 4: we had two English bulldogs and I had a convertible,
- 50:39Speaker 4: we would drive forty five minutes with the dogs in
- 50:42Speaker 4: the convertible to get frozen yogurt to go to this
- 50:46Speaker 4: one Frozener.
- 50:47Speaker 3: It's a forty five minute drive to get frozen yogurt. Yeah.
- 50:50Speaker 4: So eight seven seven, nine, three seven one four seven,
- 50:54Speaker 4: Good morning John, Jay and Rich was this.
- 50:57Speaker 19: Delayne?
- 51:02Speaker 3: What would you drive for?
- 51:03Speaker 1: What?
- 51:05Speaker 10: Please?
- 51:06Speaker 15: Rise twuson at least two or three times a month
- 51:09Speaker 15: to go to Sweet Tomatoes?
- 51:12Speaker 3: They did that? I did?
- 51:16Speaker 5: Yeah, when I was in Tucson, I was like, this
- 51:18Speaker 5: is a mustag, not a lot.
- 51:21Speaker 3: But when you go there and they try it.
- 51:23Speaker 15: On to come right back, Oh yeah, oh yeah absolutely,
- 51:28Speaker 15: and it's so worth it.
- 51:29Speaker 19: And there's only one in two Sons and then they
- 51:31Speaker 19: just opened one in Florida, so.
- 51:33Speaker 3: Wow, Closer, I definitely go to Florida.
- 51:36Speaker 2: Why did we not list that is our is our
- 51:38Speaker 2: places destinations in Arizona, Sweet Tomatoes and two soon.
- 51:42Speaker 5: Impressive. You can drive back though, because I would have
- 51:44Speaker 5: the itis. I'd be needing to like take a nap.
- 51:48Speaker 3: Good morning, John Jay and Rich. Who's this hello?
- 51:53Speaker 2: But they're driving somewhere now.
- 51:56Speaker 3: Hello, John Jay and Rich's this Hello? Hey, Susan, where
- 52:00Speaker 3: will you drive to?
- 52:01Speaker 1: And for what?
- 52:03Speaker 19: Uh if?
- 52:04Speaker 2: And when I'm in California, I have to go to
- 52:06Speaker 2: Shaky Seed Sha Wait they still got Shaky's around. I
- 52:11Speaker 2: didn't know the pizza place. Oh oh yeah, they used
- 52:14Speaker 2: to have them in the Midwest. R I'm from in
- 52:15Speaker 2: Saint Louis. I used to have him here.
- 52:17Speaker 5: I loved JoJo's.
- 52:18Speaker 19: Shaky Oh my gosh, it's so good. And I used
- 52:22Speaker 19: to have one in nogalus I'm from Nogalles. And then
- 52:25Speaker 19: that one turned into Pizza Patron, but they mimic a
- 52:27Speaker 19: lot of Shaky's pizza stuff. But California for sure.
- 52:31Speaker 13: First stop.
- 52:32Speaker 4: I was somewhere with my wife recently and I can't
- 52:34Speaker 4: remember where I was, and there was a Shaky's pizza
- 52:37Speaker 4: and she was like.
- 52:37Speaker 3: There's a Shaky Pizza.
- 52:39Speaker 2: I would freak out.
- 52:41Speaker 3: It was not that logos like within two three weeks. Man,
- 52:44Speaker 3: that's a legendary. Thank you Kobe.
- 52:48Speaker 1: Hey, John Jay, how you guys are doing this morning?
- 52:50Speaker 3: That dog where were you drive to for.
- 52:52Speaker 13: Hey, good man, good place to go.
- 52:54Speaker 16: You're heading through our passos Chicos tacos.
- 52:57Speaker 4: Oh, I've heard about that place my uncles. There's a
- 52:59Speaker 4: lighter on the place. It's just one taco, right, so
- 53:02Speaker 4: they only serve one thing?
- 53:03Speaker 13: What yeah, yeah, tacos are bombed, man, Yeah, my uncle
- 53:07Speaker 13: told me.
- 53:08Speaker 3: My uncle told me that there's a huge line. He says.
- 53:10Speaker 3: They're not that good, he said, but it's easy to make.
- 53:15Speaker 13: Yeah, they have I think a couple of different restaurants now,
- 53:17Speaker 13: but the original one chic Man, the flats are bombed.
- 53:22Speaker 4: You know the way my uncle described it to me, which,
- 53:25Speaker 4: by the way, the way he describes me, I think
- 53:26Speaker 4: they sound delicious.
- 53:27Speaker 3: Reminds me of the Jack in the box tacos. Yeah,
- 53:30Speaker 3: yeah right, and to.
- 53:31Speaker 1: Me, the jack dipped in like a tomato sauce.
- 53:35Speaker 2: So that sounds really good.
- 53:36Speaker 3: I've heard about those, man. Well, thanks, Coby, Yes, they
- 53:40Speaker 3: have a good one, Megan. Where do you drive? Tune
- 53:43Speaker 3: for what?
- 53:45Speaker 1: So?
- 53:45Speaker 9: I like to sometimes go to California. I'll drive to
- 53:48Speaker 9: California to see shows that haven't come here, like I
- 53:51Speaker 9: went and saw mc R who's now coming here, and
- 53:55Speaker 9: last year I saw Chapel Rone and there's a new
- 53:58Speaker 9: festival that Olivia Rodrigo just announced yesterday that I'd like
- 54:03Speaker 9: to go drive and see. But I said I wasn't
- 54:05Speaker 9: going to spend any more money on concerts.
- 54:07Speaker 14: But it has dot.
- 54:08Speaker 5: He's going to be there.
- 54:09Speaker 9: Chapel's going to be there, Olivia Rodrigo, like so many
- 54:13Speaker 9: people are going to be there, So I feel like
- 54:15Speaker 9: I need to drive over and see that man and all.
- 54:18Speaker 3: The proceeds go to charities for women.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Megan's going. She said she's not going to, but she is.
- 54:25Speaker 6: Yeah, you haven't twenty nine to save us?
- 54:28Speaker 3: Yes, do it. It's a big concert.
- 54:30Speaker 13: Don't miss the tickets.
- 54:31Speaker 9: Go and tell the pre sales tomorrow, Megan.
- 54:34Speaker 3: I feel like I'm listening to the Megan radio station.
- 54:39Speaker 9: I wish I was a radio person.
- 54:41Speaker 3: It'd be fun Well, good luck, thanks for listening. Tom.
- 54:44Speaker 3: Where do you drive to him?
- 54:45Speaker 1: For what funny? I'll take the whole family from Masa
- 54:49Speaker 1: just to go to flag Staff for Mama's Burger.
- 54:53Speaker 3: Oh, I don't know that. I was just there Mama Burger.
- 54:56Speaker 2: Tell us about that.
- 54:56Speaker 1: I think they might have closed recently, but they were
- 54:59Speaker 1: there for you and yours. It's on your way up
- 55:01Speaker 1: to snow a Bolt.
- 55:02Speaker 3: There's a place in Pinetop called Mama's Not really.
- 55:08Speaker 1: Well since you since you made Breaking Pine Top, We've
- 55:12Speaker 1: driven there numerous times just to go get breakfast at Darby's.
- 55:15Speaker 3: Darby's.
- 55:18Speaker 4: Yeah, I knew Derby when she first opened and she's
- 55:20Speaker 4: twenty one years old now, I mean it's the places.
- 55:23Speaker 3: It's just fantastic. Yeah, Tom, I'm in love with your voice.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Definitely have a face for radio A.
- 55:31Speaker 3: Hi, brother, thanks for thanks for listening. Man, thanks for
- 55:33Speaker 3: calling in. Brother. Well that was fun.
- 55:37Speaker 2: Yeah, we got places to go or throw some shade.
- 55:41Speaker 3: Oh, John and Rich.
- 55:46Speaker 4: There's a lot of things that are big on TV
- 55:48Speaker 4: right now outside of World Cup. World Cup obviously is
- 55:51Speaker 4: huge on Netflix. That show KYLEI you already finished, called
- 55:55Speaker 4: I Will Find You. Yes, I'm on the episode five
- 55:58Speaker 4: or six, and I keep seeing it's one of the
- 56:00Speaker 4: biggest most stream shows in the world.
- 56:03Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 56:03Speaker 6: Yeah, it is pretty gripping, Like I could not stop
- 56:05Speaker 6: watching it.
- 56:06Speaker 4: The other show which is big is Love Island. Peyton's
- 56:09Speaker 4: are designated Love Islander.
- 56:11Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm locked in every single night and it's been
- 56:13Speaker 5: actually so much fun because some of me and my
- 56:16Speaker 5: girlfriends were like getting together and we're having little girly
- 56:19Speaker 5: pop nights and we're just like sitting watching Love Island,
- 56:22Speaker 5: judging all the couples, and it's just like so fun
- 56:25Speaker 5: to be intentional about spending time with your friends. Even
- 56:27Speaker 5: if it's only for like an hour and a half,
- 56:29Speaker 5: you know, it's a good, really good time. But I
- 56:32Speaker 5: gotta tell you guys, like, wait, waite.
- 56:33Speaker 4: Before you tell us about that, tell us. So I
- 56:34Speaker 4: wanted to tell Kyle what you were. It was on
- 56:37Speaker 4: a Sunday, right Sunday. I'm on I'm like on my
- 56:40Speaker 4: treadmill trying to get my steps in, and Peyton texts me, says,
- 56:43Speaker 4: you gotta watch last night's Love Island. So I'm like, ah,
- 56:47Speaker 4: I don't want to watch you Alland then I'm like,
- 56:48Speaker 4: can you just send me or tell me what it is?
- 56:50Speaker 4: You gotta watch it? So I go to the Peacock
- 56:52Speaker 4: ap I go to the most recent Love Island and
- 56:55Speaker 4: it's these two girls talking about Love Island and I'm
- 56:58Speaker 4: watching it and I'm watching it and it is boring,
- 57:01Speaker 4: and text her and I go all this here two
- 57:03Speaker 4: women talking about lebile, and she was, oh, not that episode,
- 57:06Speaker 4: like which one, the one in the fifteenth Im like,
- 57:09Speaker 4: they don't have DAYE on it. It says yesterday, it says,
- 57:12Speaker 4: it doesn't say and I go and then she's like, oh,
- 57:14Speaker 4: it's it's only fifteen minutes in on this website.
- 57:17Speaker 3: It took be forever.
- 57:18Speaker 5: It was like a span of five minutes.
- 57:22Speaker 3: She said that. John said it was fifteen minutes in.
- 57:25Speaker 3: So tell We'll tell Kyle what that was.
- 57:27Speaker 5: Well, so that was one that I wanted John Jay
- 57:29Speaker 5: to watch because it was a challenge and it was
- 57:31Speaker 5: basically put on by Maybeleine, but the girls were all
- 57:34Speaker 5: princesses and the guys were all princess so the guys
- 57:37Speaker 5: had to basically find their princess and put their slipper
- 57:40Speaker 5: on their foot. But the whole challenge was literally like
- 57:42Speaker 5: sucking toes. It was insane.
- 57:44Speaker 6: I said, John Jay, you have to watch this episode.
- 57:47Speaker 6: Did you enjoy it once you saw it?
- 57:49Speaker 5: John Jay?
- 57:49Speaker 3: I watched, Well, no, I watched two seconds ago.
- 57:52Speaker 4: I mean even even okay, you know I'm a big
- 57:56Speaker 4: fan of that stuff, and even I couldn't sit through it.
- 57:58Speaker 6: No, really, you don't like reality shows?
- 58:06Speaker 5: He was like, I only saw two I was like
- 58:08Speaker 5: all six of the boys had to do it. So
- 58:10Speaker 5: it was literally like thirty minutes just stop. It was
- 58:14Speaker 5: all over my feet. People were doing breakdowns and raiding
- 58:17Speaker 5: the girl's feet.
- 58:18Speaker 9: It was.
- 58:21Speaker 5: It was insane night. But the tea has gotten hot
- 58:24Speaker 5: because it is officially Casa Amore, and Casa Amore is
- 58:28Speaker 5: basically when they bring in these bombshells to the villa
- 58:31Speaker 5: to disrupt the couples and challenge their connections. So it's
- 58:36Speaker 5: a bunch of batties and like fine men not come
- 58:39Speaker 5: into these villas, and the men and the women they separate, right.
- 58:43Speaker 5: So last night it was insane because this girl started
- 58:46Speaker 5: going off on TikTok explaining how her man broke up
- 58:50Speaker 5: with her the day before she found out he apparently
- 58:54Speaker 5: went on Love Island, was dating this girl for five years,
- 58:58Speaker 5: she was paying his red, paying his car bills, doing
- 59:01Speaker 5: all this stuff. He broke up with her the day
- 59:03Speaker 5: before he was announced to be on Cossa More and
- 59:05Speaker 5: then get this, he literally probably got one minute of
- 59:08Speaker 5: screen time. He didn't even get picked to be one
- 59:11Speaker 5: of the brew.
- 59:12Speaker 2: Up the whole relationship, blew up his whole for his moment,
- 59:16Speaker 2: and he didn't have raised moment and didn't even get it.
- 59:18Speaker 5: I was like, what that's good, idiot, And so in
- 59:22Speaker 5: my head, me and my friends, we were all just
- 59:23Speaker 5: sitting there were like what was the thing that we
- 59:25Speaker 5: did that just instantly backfired? Like this, Like this guy
- 59:29Speaker 5: not only didn't get his moment to shine, but now
- 59:31Speaker 5: he's a villain on the internet and has no girl
- 59:33Speaker 5: at home. He's like I mean, I mean he got
- 59:39Speaker 5: onto Love Island. So he's hands and he has like
- 59:41Speaker 5: kind of like shaggy brown hair. He's a little short,
- 59:44Speaker 5: he has this big chest angel wing tattoo. His eyes
- 59:47Speaker 5: are like those deep green and blue like kind of
- 59:51Speaker 5: dark features. He has dark eyelashes, dark eyebrows. He Hanson,
- 59:55Speaker 5: he's handsome. But he was one of the twelve boys
- 59:58Speaker 5: who got sent for Cossa more and he wasn't one
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: of the sixth to be picked.
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: So the cost of war thing the girls.
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: The guys are there to tempt the women, correct and
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: then they bring in beautiful women to tempt the guys exactly.
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: But if the women's if you're a guy and that
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: woman's not your type, it's probably no big deal, right,
- 1:00:14Speaker 4: So you don't know what you're getting.
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: You have no idea what you're getting when you walk in.
- 1:00:17Speaker 5: But it was wild because there wasn't a lot of
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: drama coming up into the Costa War villa. But what
- 1:00:23Speaker 5: they did last night is they had a TV for
- 1:00:26Speaker 5: all the girls.
- 1:00:27Speaker 6: To watch what the guys were.
- 1:00:29Speaker 2: You're talking bombshells, so you're talking.
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: Their connection is solid. Meanwhile their man is macking it
- 1:00:35Speaker 5: up with some Boddy that they just meant ten minutes ago.
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: Are They're They're like, I'm going in here to mess
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: people up. So they're going in the kiss the man.
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: Now do they some of them going the way?
- 1:00:45Speaker 5: Yeah, but they watched the episodes leading up to them
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: coming into the villa, so they know which relationships they
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: want to infiltrate. There's girls in there saying I want Casey,
- 1:00:54Speaker 5: that's my man, I'm coming for him.
- 1:00:55Speaker 3: They used to do it where you could not.
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: They weren't allowed to go all the way and back
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: in reality show days. So now they do for sure,
- 1:01:03Speaker 4: Like they do for sure.
- 1:01:05Speaker 5: And they're using like code names right now for their
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: their spiciness.
- 1:01:11Speaker 4: But like you couldn't back an old phrase we used
- 1:01:13Speaker 4: to use, called mattress mambo, like they used to not
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: be able to because how could you could sue what
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: happens if.
- 1:01:18Speaker 6: You met anymore? It's not that what you like all
- 1:01:21Speaker 6: of the reality show.
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: So they go on Love Island and they do mattress
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: Mambo and they get pregnant or they catch a disease.
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: They can't sue.
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: That's on them. Yeah, and I mean I know Love
- 1:01:28Speaker 5: Island they do like STD testing before you even come
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: to Fija. Oh wow, Yeah, it's insane and it's actually
- 1:01:35Speaker 5: getting really good.
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: You guys, Well, the thing is too the guy that
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: the guy that left the girl good for her. Now
- 1:01:40Speaker 4: she knows he was a douchebag, right like, now you're like,
- 1:01:43Speaker 4: now you're free.
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: Five years year, right at least it's not ten years.
- 1:01:46Speaker 5: And that's looking at it.
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: Half of well, I'm glad there's some drama finally. No, no,
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: I'll watch some more.
- 1:01:52Speaker 5: It's getting good.
- 1:01:53Speaker 4: We need a contestant for a minute to win it
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: your chance at one thousand bucks. So call us at
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: eight seven seven nine three seven one four seven. While
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: we wait for a contestant, I'm gonna ask Kyle something
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: which I cannot believe. She said she was very lazy.
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: You don't see Kyle being lazy, never never impossible.
- 1:02:13Speaker 7: Yeah, I really felt like a piece of garbage, quite honestly,
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: piece of garbage.
- 1:02:20Speaker 5: Yeah, it was so bad.
- 1:02:21Speaker 7: So okay, backstory I shared with you guys a year
- 1:02:25Speaker 7: ago that I got the Alexia Clark app and I
- 1:02:27Speaker 7: was working out and then I stopped using it, so
- 1:02:31Speaker 7: I got rid of it and I found a different app.
- 1:02:33Speaker 7: It's called Better Me, because I need to be a
- 1:02:35Speaker 7: better me, and this one I thought was really awesome
- 1:02:38Speaker 7: because the workouts are.
- 1:02:39Speaker 6: Like ten to twelve minutes awesome and I'm like, yeah.
- 1:02:43Speaker 7: No problem, Like I've got no excuse in my day
- 1:02:46Speaker 7: to not carve out ten to twelve minutes.
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: For a little bit of movement, right, And I did
- 1:02:51Speaker 6: it for like a week straight. I was like, this
- 1:02:53Speaker 6: is awesome, and then I didn't use it again and
- 1:02:55Speaker 6: it's spent two or three weeks since then, so apparently
- 1:02:58Speaker 6: not a better Me right now.
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: And yesterday I brought my kids to this it's like
- 1:03:03Speaker 7: a new strength and agility class and it's literally like
- 1:03:06Speaker 7: like a sports trainer work like giving them a workout.
- 1:03:12Speaker 6: And I sat there and I watched I watched my.
- 1:03:15Speaker 7: Kids go through a workout, and I felt so lazy
- 1:03:18Speaker 7: because I'm just sitting there on the side in this
- 1:03:21Speaker 7: big workout room, thinking to myself, like I should be
- 1:03:25Speaker 7: also getting some movement in, or I should be using
- 1:03:27Speaker 7: this time to.
- 1:03:28Speaker 6: Also be doing the same thing. But no, I was
- 1:03:30Speaker 6: scrolling on my phone.
- 1:03:31Speaker 3: Like were they working out those two just with one trainer?
- 1:03:35Speaker 6: Or there's like a group of kids.
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: So you couldn't have, as a parent, jumped in.
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: I mean if I really wanted to, but then that
- 1:03:40Speaker 6: would be very awkward.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: But you could have gone. You could have gone on
- 1:03:43Speaker 3: the share Master. Yeah, but instead you're scrolling Instead.
- 1:03:47Speaker 6: I'm like, I'm just gonna watch it. And then at
- 1:03:48Speaker 6: one point I'm like, oh my gosh, I.
- 1:03:51Speaker 5: Feel like they're a loser right now.
- 1:03:52Speaker 6: Like they're working out, they're like busting their butts, they're like,
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: you know, getting healthy, and I'm just sitting here scroll
- 1:03:59Speaker 6: on my phone.
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: You know what, I have a.
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: I have a relatable and I'm gonna use your phrase
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: because it's so perfect for the definition of how I felt.
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: We used to just felt like a piece of garbage.
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: I also felt like a piece of garbage recently, so
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: Moon Valley nurseries. They come in, they do stuff in
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: my house. They'll plant trees. They do, they plant bushes
- 1:04:17Speaker 4: and all they're they're freaking amazing. Like it's called landscapers, right.
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: And I have a sauna in my garage and I
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: try to sauna every day for heart health because you know,
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: my dad died of a heart attacks.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: I'm trying to sauna every day.
- 1:04:30Speaker 4: So the garage is closed, and sometimes my kids come
- 1:04:35Speaker 4: in and out and they don't close the garage door.
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: But I'm in the sauna already and it's all glass.
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: So I've been in the sauna and like Dutch left
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: and I'm just in and leaves the garage door open.
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: And then the landscapers show up and they see me
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: in the sauna while they're working, and I'm like sitting
- 1:04:52Speaker 4: there like a like a zoo animal in my underwear,
- 1:04:56Speaker 4: just staring at them, sitting up while they're working hard.
- 1:04:59Speaker 4: And I'm like, boy, I feel like a piece of garbage.
- 1:05:02Speaker 3: That's you know what I mean. That's not a piece
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: of garbage. So thank you. Moon Valley Nursery said, And
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: I'm sure they have a nickname for coming to my house.
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: Let's go see that guy in the aquarium, right, that
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: garbage guy.
- 1:05:16Speaker 4: All right, we got a thousand dollars Pat Tikey's money,
- 1:05:19Speaker 4: Kelly's our kontested.
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: Good morning, Kelly, Good morning guys. How are you?
- 1:05:23Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: What part of town are you in?
- 1:05:25Speaker 15: I am driving to work to Tempe from Chandler.
- 1:05:29Speaker 3: Oh had you been to the BUCkies that opened yesterday?
- 1:05:32Speaker 15: I haven't exact. Mym and I were just talking about
- 1:05:35Speaker 15: this yesterday and we had gone to one in Colorado
- 1:05:37Speaker 15: a couple of years ago, and it's ridiculous, it's amazing.
- 1:05:40Speaker 15: So we're excited to go, but we're gonna let it,
- 1:05:41Speaker 15: you know, die down a little bit.
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: So it's not one of those things where like you've
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: been to the one in Colorado, you've got to go
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: to this one right now, Like you're just gonna go there.
- 1:05:48Speaker 13: When it's time to go exactly.
- 1:05:50Speaker 15: It's it's pretty awesome.
- 1:05:51Speaker 13: It's like a a costco inside.
- 1:05:53Speaker 15: It's crazy.
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: It's like a costco.
- 1:05:55Speaker 15: Okay, all right, it's like the size of a Costco.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: I kind of want to check it out, but I
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: just don't want to deal with the masses right now,
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: you know.
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you get.
- 1:06:03Speaker 15: I thought that there's gonna be a big line of traffic.
- 1:06:06Speaker 15: They were like diverting traffic like a mile away to
- 1:06:09Speaker 15: even get into it. So are you ready to sit
- 1:06:11Speaker 15: in your car for a bit?
- 1:06:13Speaker 2: I feel like they said they had something like four
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: thousand visitors yesterday for a gas teachue. That's insane. Four thousand,
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: four thousand.
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: I feel like that's like there would be more. I
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: feel like that might be.
- 1:06:23Speaker 2: Forty, well, maybe four thousand people spending months. No, last
- 1:06:26Speaker 2: year's got some Okay, forty thousand I totally misheard, like
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: that one.
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: Thousand Isn't that intimidating because thousand?
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: Ian said there were three thousand people in line waiting
- 1:06:40Speaker 2: for it to open yesterday and there were thirty seven
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: thousand people inside.
- 1:06:43Speaker 9: WHOA?
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: All right, Kelly, what do you do for a living?
- 1:06:48Speaker 15: I work at a company that resells it Equipment's very exciting.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: All right, let's play. You got a chance at one
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: thousand bucks.
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: Okay, sixty seconds on the clock. I feel like you're
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: gonna do very well because you sound like a smart,
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: smart lady. So here we go. Let's do it. What
- 1:07:02Speaker 2: musical artist sings shake it off?
- 1:07:06Speaker 16: Keswick?
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: What color is the top stripe on the American flag?
- 1:07:12Speaker 14: White?
- 1:07:17Speaker 2: Red, blue? I mean you have three options.
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: There, Kelly, that's a good question, man, I know it.
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: Catch you.
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: I did try to see it in your head.
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: Yeah, you pull up the image and you're like, it
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: should be maybe white, but it isn't see it anyway.
- 1:07:31Speaker 6: Wow, that makes sense. It's red, white and blue.
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: Yeah, Calvi, well on this the two hundred and fiftieth
- 1:07:39Speaker 2: birthday of America.
- 1:07:40Speaker 3: Wow, Kelly, so sorry, thanks for listening.
- 1:07:42Speaker 15: Kelly, thank you so much, Thanks so much.
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: I got it.
- 1:07:46Speaker 4: Speaking of purrey Ford, Pat Hayky, I come home yesterday
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: and there was this box on my It was a
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: purrey Ford box. I posted the video on my Instagram
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: of me opening the box. It was the strangest I mean,
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: he said over a cool purre Ford T shirt. He said,
- 1:08:01Speaker 4: over pury Ford hat, and then a long sleeve purity
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: Ford something I don't know it was. And then there
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: was a shirt that said never Land on it. What
- 1:08:09Speaker 4: the hell's that about, Jackson? That's what I thought me,
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: he's got a dark sense of humor. Okay, but I
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: don't know, but you can see it on my video.
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: I don't know what it was.
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: And then I did I try to do transition, and
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: then I'm going to try to do. I'm gonna make
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: my Instagram now just all unboxing videos.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: That's all it is.
- 1:08:27Speaker 6: That's going to be your niche niche.
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: That's it.
- 1:08:30Speaker 4: That's it, all unboxing. So I'm gonna no matter what
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: comes to the house for anybody, you just unboxed.
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: That's a great idea.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: This has Blake on it. I'm just gonna open it.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: See what since that? Yeah, let's unbox together. Like I
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: got a package yesterday. I haven't opened it yet, and
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: it's in the fridge and I know it's the peptides,
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: but I don't know what peptides you sent me, so
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: it'll be good. And they came in tubes like anyway,
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: in a cool package. I will undo the peptides. I
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: actually think you should just grab a couple of boxes
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: from your neighbors front porch and unbox those too. Let's
- 1:08:59Speaker 2: see what Jimmy's kidting. No, that's a good idea. I'm
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: don't started opening all the boxes Blake kids.
- 1:09:04Speaker 6: Why No, that's annoying.
- 1:09:07Speaker 7: When I opened something, I like, you know, you do
- 1:09:09Speaker 7: it on accident because you're respecting something and then it's
- 1:09:11Speaker 7: really theirs.
- 1:09:12Speaker 6: But every time he opened something of mine, I remind
- 1:09:14Speaker 6: him that that is a federal offense.
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: Well, everything in my house comes in her name anyway,
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: even if I order it, Like, her name is on
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: the Amazon thing.
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: How do you know who is Who's exactly? You don't?
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: And then Blake will be like, there's a package here.
- 1:09:24Speaker 3: Did you order? What did you order?
- 1:09:25Speaker 4: And I go, I don't think I order anything, and
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: then she'll open up, Oh, this is the tablecloths I ordered.
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: I it's all stuff she ordered, Except I can't think
- 1:09:33Speaker 4: of anything more exciting than me doing an unboxing and
- 1:09:35Speaker 4: pulling out a table clothing.
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that's gonna that's gonna rock the internet.
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: Sierra, Good morning, you're on the air. How are you?
- 1:09:49Speaker 16: Good morning, I'm good, How are you.
- 1:09:52Speaker 2: Well?
- 1:09:52Speaker 16: I heard that you guys wanted me to get some disclosures,
- 1:09:56Speaker 16: and I'm on my way toward this morning and I
- 1:09:58Speaker 16: just had to disclose. But absolute, we hate my boss,
- 1:10:01Speaker 16: and I know that others can relate to that.
- 1:10:03Speaker 3: Oh really, why why do you hate your boss?
- 1:10:09Speaker 16: The vibe is very uncomfortable and kind of like high
- 1:10:13Speaker 16: school girl for a bunch of women in their forties
- 1:10:15Speaker 16: and fifties.
- 1:10:17Speaker 3: What city deal of Uh, let's say Portland Okay.
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: Let's say that's all right. Well, thank you for disclosing that.
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: And it's a bummer. They have to work in a
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: situation where you hate your boss. That's got to suck.
- 1:10:32Speaker 16: It does, but you know what, it's all good. I'm
- 1:10:34Speaker 16: trying to be positive about it. I need paycheck and
- 1:10:37Speaker 16: I do my work, so that's the best way.
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: To look at it. Thank you for calling in, and
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: thanks for listening.
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 1:10:43Speaker 5: Have a good day, Kyle.
- 1:10:44Speaker 4: You were gone last week, so she must be listening
- 1:10:46Speaker 4: to an old show because we did the disclosure movie,
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: the Disclosure Disclosure Day. Okay, but you know the movie
- 1:10:53Speaker 4: come out.
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: You don't know.
- 1:10:54Speaker 4: The Steven Spielberg movie came out last week. It's The
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: Move was number one of the box office, and she
- 1:10:57Speaker 4: was in a family camp. I know she's the mouths,
- 1:11:00Speaker 4: but for the last three months it's been hyped up
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: by these aliens. It's the movie with Emma Blunt and
- 1:11:06Speaker 4: she's on the news anchor and she starts talking to aliens.
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: You don't know.
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: Well, anyway, it was number one, so we were like,
- 1:11:11Speaker 4: let's call and disclose something. So she must just be
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: listening to the podcast or something, because that was last week. Anyway,
- 1:11:17Speaker 4: what do you guys got for her team of news.
- 1:11:18Speaker 6: I'm going to disclose something right now.
- 1:11:21Speaker 7: Clive Davis, iconic music mogal, was announced that he passed
- 1:11:25Speaker 7: away yesterday at ninety four.
- 1:11:27Speaker 20: I lost my parents when I was a teenager. I
- 1:11:30Speaker 20: had four thousand dollars to my name. My studied law
- 1:11:33Speaker 20: became a lawyer. Through luck, I became lawyer for Columbia
- 1:11:37Speaker 20: Records and one day overnight became its president.
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: So that's the crazy part about it, is like this
- 1:11:45Speaker 7: iconic music mogul who discovered Whitney Houston, who brought Aretha
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: Franklin to us, Jennis Joplin, Alicia Keys, and so many more,
- 1:11:54Speaker 7: didn't even know anything about music when he got started
- 1:11:56Speaker 7: in the music business and just became one of the
- 1:11:58Speaker 7: greatest talent spotters ever.
- 1:12:00Speaker 6: Here's how this affects you.
- 1:12:01Speaker 7: Basically, if you love pop music, chances are Clive Davis
- 1:12:04Speaker 7: has had a hand in the soundtrack of your life.
- 1:12:06Speaker 6: So rest in peace, Clive Davis.
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: Tom Holland is he's famous for accidentally spoiling Marvel movies.
- 1:12:13Speaker 7: So there is like there's YouTube videos two minutes long
- 1:12:16Speaker 7: of just clips of like revealing Marvel's secrets.
- 1:12:20Speaker 6: Who wasn't supposed to sell that guy, But he recently
- 1:12:22Speaker 6: admitted he did actually keep one secret.
- 1:12:26Speaker 7: He knew that iron Man was coming back, but not
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: as Iron Man, Robert Downey Junr. As Doctor Doom. He
- 1:12:33Speaker 7: knew that secret, and he said the only person he
- 1:12:35Speaker 7: slipped it too was in dance.
- 1:12:37Speaker 5: Really, Oh my gosh, I know. I saw a clip
- 1:12:39Speaker 5: and it was like Tom Holland he was like, they
- 1:12:41Speaker 5: didn't tell me when Tony Stark died because he was like,
- 1:12:44Speaker 5: they were scared they were gonna Yeah, he said, they
- 1:12:46Speaker 5: told me it was a wedding.
- 1:12:47Speaker 3: Yeah, he goes, they really kind of keep me.
- 1:12:49Speaker 6: Out of the loop because my reputation speaks for himself.
- 1:12:51Speaker 6: But it's pretty hilarious. Timothy Shalli May and Selena.
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: Gomez are joining forces for a new animated sci fi
- 1:12:58Speaker 7: movie called Not Alone.
- 1:12:59Speaker 6: It's by Illumination.
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: This is the same studio behind Despicable Me in the
- 1:13:03Speaker 7: Super Mario Brothers movie.
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: So Timothy is going to play a rocket mechanic and Selena.
- 1:13:07Speaker 7: Is going to voice a scientist whose invention gets mixed
- 1:13:10Speaker 7: up with some runaway aliens. So I think it sounds
- 1:13:13Speaker 7: like it's gonna be really cute space adventure with a
- 1:13:15Speaker 7: pretty stacked cast. And when it comes to movies, some
- 1:13:18Speaker 7: of the most talked about movies lately have been from
- 1:13:20Speaker 7: A twenty four, the studio A twenty four, and Google
- 1:13:24Speaker 7: is now jumping into Hollywood. They just invested seventy five
- 1:13:27Speaker 7: million dollars into A twenty four. A lot of it
- 1:13:31Speaker 7: is going to have to do with AI and they said, listen,
- 1:13:34Speaker 7: we don't want to replace filmmakers with AI, but we
- 1:13:37Speaker 7: do want to help create tools that help artists come
- 1:13:40Speaker 7: up with ideas and make movies in new ways. So
- 1:13:43Speaker 7: that should be interesting to see how that one pans out,
- 1:13:45Speaker 7: with a lot of Hollywood is very against it A
- 1:13:47Speaker 7: twenty four.
- 1:13:48Speaker 4: So Ben Stiller during the Knicks finals, you guys ever
- 1:13:52Speaker 4: saw him, There's pictures of him where he was holding
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: his phone up and he was filming stuff, and so
- 1:13:56Speaker 4: that he just announced that he signed a deal with
- 1:13:58Speaker 4: A twenty four and he's doing a movie on the
- 1:14:01Speaker 4: next making it to where they made it.
- 1:14:03Speaker 3: Meanwhile, he shot all in his iPhone.
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: Looks like dang, I know that's cool.
- 1:14:07Speaker 5: The first trailer for a Taiko Ytteth, highly anticipated sci
- 1:14:11Speaker 5: fi drama Clara in the Sun it finally dropped. It's
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: starring Jenna Ortega and she is stepping away from her
- 1:14:17Speaker 5: like usual spooky, dark esthetic to play Clara, who is
- 1:14:20Speaker 5: this heartwarming, innocent, artificial friend android. So the movie basically
- 1:14:25Speaker 5: follows her through like her journey of living in a
- 1:14:27Speaker 5: store window waiting to be picked by a family, and
- 1:14:29Speaker 5: then she basically like saves them from darkness. It stars
- 1:14:32Speaker 5: Amy Adams and it's set to premiere at the Toronto
- 1:14:35Speaker 5: International Film Festival in September.
- 1:14:37Speaker 6: I saw the trailer yesterday and I.
- 1:14:40Speaker 5: Was like, Okay, I don't know how I feel about
- 1:14:42Speaker 5: this because I know it's based off of a book,
- 1:14:44Speaker 5: but it's such a different role for Jenna Ortega.
- 1:14:47Speaker 6: It was good for her to be able to like
- 1:14:48Speaker 6: expand her horizons, right you will.
- 1:14:50Speaker 5: Because I think she was being typecasted just a little
- 1:14:53Speaker 5: bit in this totally off of her va. After pulling
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: off what we think was their separate bachelor and Bachelor

- 1:21:49Speaker 4: Just to give you an idea behind the scenes, that's
- 1:21:51Speaker 4: going on, smoke, that's going on. Nick took off and
- 1:21:56Speaker 4: Dylan went home sick. So there's a that's what's going on.
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: Behind the scene.
- 1:22:00Speaker 5: It is a It is a mad house over here.
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: Are you sure mercury is not in retrograde because I
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: don't know that today, but let it.
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: We don't have anyone answering phones. So hello, good morning,
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: John Jay and Rich. Hello, who's this?
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: A fire has been reported in your building.
- 1:22:15Speaker 16: Lines twenty through one hundred and four will be severed,
- 1:22:18Speaker 16: shut down all live equipment, and evacuate the building.
- 1:22:22Speaker 3: Okay, hold on, hold on, it's John Jay and Rich.
- 1:22:25Speaker 3: Kiss that fum one e tanity lay down. Good morning, rooms, Dad,
- 1:22:37Speaker 3: you're a day with John Jay and Rich. I wake
- 1:22:39Speaker 3: up with my favorite artist.
- 1:22:40Speaker 6: Hey, this is Sabrina Carpenter.
- 1:22:41Speaker 3: What's up, guys.
- 1:22:42Speaker 10: This is Post Blows Benson Boone and you're waking up
- 1:22:44Speaker 10: with John Jay and Rich.
- 1:22:45Speaker 4: You guys, ever heard of Barry Levinson. He's a famous
- 1:22:49Speaker 4: movie director. He did Wag the Dog, He did Sleepers
- 1:22:53Speaker 4: with Brad Pitt, he did Bugsy rain Man.
- 1:22:56Speaker 3: You ever heard of ring Man? Yeah? He did. You
- 1:22:58Speaker 3: Ever heard Raymond with Tom Cruise and Raenman?
- 1:23:00Speaker 6: I said, Ringman?
- 1:23:01Speaker 3: No, Ringman? Good Morning Vietnam?
- 1:23:03Speaker 4: The Natural? He made all those movies. And I was
- 1:23:07Speaker 4: watching an interview with the creator of Euphoria. You know
- 1:23:12Speaker 4: who that is, Sam Levin, Sam Levinson, and that's his son.
- 1:23:15Speaker 2: Oh I didn't know that.
- 1:23:16Speaker 3: I neither did I.
- 1:23:17Speaker 4: But Sam Levinson, the creative Euphoria, was in rehab at
- 1:23:20Speaker 4: the age of eleven eleven that.
- 1:23:24Speaker 5: It makes a little bit of sense on why he
- 1:23:26Speaker 5: would write up premise like Euphoria, because it was so
- 1:23:29Speaker 5: shocking when we saw a bunch of high schoolers using
- 1:23:32Speaker 5: these insane hard drugs.
- 1:23:34Speaker 4: He was in and out of rehab from eleven to
- 1:23:36Speaker 4: the age of nineteen. Sad is so such, so he
- 1:23:40Speaker 4: was writing stuff that he knew. So when you so
- 1:23:43Speaker 4: the interview with him was so interesting. And at the end,
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: this guy goes, hey, you look a lot like your dad,
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: and I'm like your dad.
- 1:23:49Speaker 3: It's like googled it. I was like, oh my god,
- 1:23:50Speaker 3: it's the guy that did ringmn.
- 1:23:51Speaker 2: Oh wow. I did not know that.
- 1:23:53Speaker 3: So what are some other things we need to know today, Kyle?
- 1:23:56Speaker 7: So, the Nancy Guthrie case took a really disturbing turn.
- 1:24:00Speaker 7: There was a ransom message reportedly that claimed Nancy's dead
- 1:24:04Speaker 7: and that the kidnapping may have been it may have
- 1:24:07Speaker 7: gone wrong. It wasn't supposed to be kidnapping. It wasn't
- 1:24:09Speaker 7: supposed to be a murder. Now what caught investigator's intention
- 1:24:12Speaker 7: is that this message included details that only somebody close
- 1:24:16Speaker 7: to the abduction would likely note. Certain things that were
- 1:24:19Speaker 7: in Nancy's house, the broken floodlight, her apple watch.
- 1:24:23Speaker 6: She was wearing.
- 1:24:24Speaker 7: Now there, they're not they haven't pronounced her dead, they
- 1:24:28Speaker 7: haven't confirmed she's dead. So they're still treating this as
- 1:24:30Speaker 7: a missing person's case, and they're they're following all of
- 1:24:33Speaker 7: the digital clues so they can track the center and
- 1:24:36Speaker 7: try to figure out who was behind the disappearance of
- 1:24:39Speaker 7: Savannah Guthrie's eighty four year old mother.
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: It's a weird one because it's like they didn't take
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: anything from the house, right, there was nothing stolen, and
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: it's also unusual to kidnapped that older person done that.
- 1:24:51Speaker 7: Up to me, I had read one theory with this
- 1:24:56Speaker 7: new ransom note is that they were going to take
- 1:24:59Speaker 7: her for ransom and then give her die quickly.
- 1:25:03Speaker 6: She died as they were kidnapping. Oh so you know
- 1:25:06Speaker 6: what the that's a series.
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: I think I saw the things that they said that
- 1:25:09Speaker 4: only the kidnappers would know. It was like a broken lamp.
- 1:25:13Speaker 6: It was like the broken flood light outside of her
- 1:25:15Speaker 6: house and what she was wearing or something like that. Yeah,
- 1:25:17Speaker 6: that's what Apple watch.
- 1:25:18Speaker 4: And then I saw that Savannah Guthrie went was this
- 1:25:21Speaker 4: morning talking about it. It's just saying please give us information.
- 1:25:25Speaker 6: Still so sad, just justugh, my heart hurts for them. Seriously.
- 1:25:30Speaker 7: The Senate, you guys just passed a bill aimed at
- 1:25:33Speaker 7: stopping big investment companies from buying up so many houses.
- 1:25:36Speaker 7: So the idea is actually to give us regular people
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: a better shot at buying a home instead of competing
- 1:25:41Speaker 7: with giant companies with deep pockets. So it passed with
- 1:25:44Speaker 7: a rare bipartisan vote, and now it will head to
- 1:25:47Speaker 7: the House for them to pass it.
- 1:25:48Speaker 6: Hopefully they will.
- 1:25:49Speaker 7: So this is just lawmakers asking should your competition for
- 1:25:52Speaker 7: a house be another family or a billion dollar corporation?
- 1:25:55Speaker 7: Probably another family. That's what they're going for.
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: The story, isn't that that there was a bipartisan vote
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: to do something. That's the story because they never agree
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: on anything, right.
- 1:26:04Speaker 7: So, flip flops are having a major fashion moment right now,
- 1:26:07Speaker 7: Haley Beaver, Kendall Jenner dually. But they've all been rocking them,
- 1:26:10Speaker 7: the flat ones, the healed ones, They're like all over
- 1:26:12Speaker 7: the place. But one foot doctor is saying this trend
- 1:26:15Speaker 7: comes with a warning. Those super flat sandals, those other
- 1:26:19Speaker 7: sandals offer no support, forcing your toes to work over time,
- 1:26:21Speaker 7: potentially leading to heel pain, bunions, and other foot issues.
- 1:26:25Speaker 7: He literally called flip flops evil.
- 1:26:29Speaker 5: Even those flip flops aren't much better.
- 1:26:32Speaker 7: Those are the worst of both words, because on the
- 1:26:37Speaker 7: healed ones, you're more likely to roll an ankle.
- 1:26:39Speaker 6: Cute summer shoes maybe winning the fashion game, but.
- 1:26:42Speaker 7: Your feet will be losing, according to this expert, and
- 1:26:45Speaker 7: that is three things you.
- 1:26:46Speaker 4: Need to show you on that guy Hey, I might
- 1:26:49Speaker 4: have a solution for something rich you brought up. You
- 1:26:51Speaker 4: brought up some cottage cheese the other day.
- 1:26:53Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you guys know about the great cottage cheese shortage.
- 1:26:56Speaker 6: They need your song.
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: Well, I know, it's like it's out everywhere, and I've
- 1:26:59Speaker 2: discovered the too when because I like Shamrock Farms cottage cheese.
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: It's the only one I like. But they're out everywhere.
- 1:27:06Speaker 2: I go to fries and they're like, oh yeah, because
- 1:27:08Speaker 2: of TikTok cottage cheese. There's a shortage. I don't believe
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: it until I see an article in the New York
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: Times saying because people are using it to make ice cream,
- 1:27:18Speaker 2: to make everything, you could do everything the.
- 1:27:20Speaker 6: Way to add protein to all your breast.
- 1:27:22Speaker 2: That's right, that it's out everywhere, especially the good stuff,
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: especially good kind of cottage cheese.
- 1:27:26Speaker 4: Well, I might have a solution for it. What is
- 1:27:28Speaker 4: I've never been there before, but I've heard BUCkies they
- 1:27:30Speaker 4: have everything. Oh yeah, that's a good you got the
- 1:27:32Speaker 4: BUCkies get a cottage cheese. Like, we don't do cottage
- 1:27:36Speaker 4: cheese here. We do everything else. Just brisket and jerky.
- 1:27:39Speaker 2: That's their thing.
- 1:27:39Speaker 3: Have you been to Costco. Do they have Cotta cheese
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: at Costco?
- 1:27:41Speaker 2: I've tried.
- 1:27:42Speaker 3: I think it's a marketing.
- 1:27:43Speaker 6: Toy because I was just a trader Joe's and they
- 1:27:46Speaker 6: have it.
- 1:27:46Speaker 4: They've got the lesser brands. But I like Shamrock Farms. Well,
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: then it's a marketing eployee by Shamrock Farms. And what
- 1:27:52Speaker 4: if the other one is called good culture or something
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: like that. That's a really good one too, I've heard
- 1:27:56Speaker 4: of that one.
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: We've already run out of time again.
- 1:27:58Speaker 6: Oh well, kids, that's all the time we have for today.
- 1:28:02Speaker 12: We have lots lots, lots lots lots of fun, but
- 1:28:07Speaker 12: now the time has come.
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: See you to go, and we'll see what happens tomorrow.
- 1:28:12Speaker 12: After all, tomorrow is another day. Tomorrow, I'd be in
- 1:28:17Speaker 12: heaven still doing this show.
- 1:28:21Speaker 3: See you some other time.
