- 0:01That's tough. We're in a very tough spot.
- 0:04I think that what we're doing right now is a great benefit and
- 0:07virtue because it's an end around between this whole
- 0:11corrupt informational system, media system.
- 0:15We claim to believe in a God who spoke the universe into
- 0:18existence and literally raised himself from the dead, and yet
- 0:23we are not going to believe that anything else exists in the
- 0:26spirit realm, even though His word tells us that they do.
- 0:30Their bodies weren't permitted to go to sleep like humans do,
- 0:34and they weren't permitted to go to heaven, so they wander the
- 0:37earth. You know, I've seen the eyes
- 0:40turn black to unknown tongues being spoken.
- 0:45These giants would live way up in the highland.
- 0:48The young Braves, The young men would hide up in the trees and
- 0:51wait for one of these 12 footers to come walking.
- 0:53Down the bath. And they would jump on them and
- 0:55kill them, drag them back to the village, and the village would
- 0:58feast on the body. Then people start to get
- 1:06weapons, they start to get armor, they start to build
- 1:08cities, they start to fortify their cities.
- 1:10Now God looks down and there's violence everywhere.
- 1:14The battle, this war that we are at, is not against each other,
- 1:18it's against these principalities and these rulers
- 1:20and these archons in the high places.
- 1:22It's really worthwhile to read the Bible yourself.
- 1:25Fear is one of the primary drivers of mind control because
- 1:30we have to take every thought captive and resist fear.
- 1:37You're going to have a testimony that is a justice case against
- 1:42the Kingdom of darkness. Welcome back to the MMS.
- 2:18I am your producer, creator and host Rod Smith, and this is a
- 2:23fun episode. And there's some back story to
- 2:25this one. But Aaron, shout out to you.
- 2:28Love you, brother. He stepped up once again.
- 2:31Aaron has rescued my my schedule a few Times Now and he really is
- 2:37the personality type for these kind of interviews.
- 2:39So this one worked out really well because I had some
- 2:44traveling I had to do that was last minute and we got scheduled
- 2:48with Katie Talento, Talento Talento.
- 2:51Oh my gosh. Hopefully I'm saying that,
- 2:53right? Don't judge me.
- 2:56And she's the ex White House health advisor under Trump and
- 3:00has a pretty unique background in politics and the public
- 3:06spotlight or whatever you want to call it.
- 3:08So this is a really compelling episode because Aaron engages
- 3:12with Doctor Katie and she's the executive director of Alliance
- 3:16of Healthcare Sharing Ministries.
- 3:18I also believe she's an epidemiologist.
- 3:20Fascinating that she starts at one point to talk about
- 3:23frequency and light. And I'm just like, yeah, well,
- 3:27that's kind of what me and Doctor Monzo have been talking
- 3:30about on air for a few years now.
- 3:31It's almost like really feels like the ripple effect has
- 3:37reached even the political sphere and kind of, you know,
- 3:41people in the most peculiar places are entertaining
- 3:44conversations that five or six years ago people would have
- 3:48thought you were nuts for. So that is quite fascinating, a
- 3:52little bit of what they get into.
- 3:54Katie kind of explores her interplay between religious
- 3:57freedoms and the political dynamic in today's society.
- 4:00From the challenges faced by faith-based communities under
- 4:04recent legislation to the broader cultural shifts
- 4:07impacting religious liberties, this conversation delves deep
- 4:11into the heart of what it means to stand firm in faith amidst
- 4:15political pressure. And it's kind of a insightful
- 4:19and fun discussion. They navigate some of these
- 4:22complexities of maintaining religious convictions in a
- 4:25rapidly changing world. And Aaron pulls through for me
- 4:28because I called him right before this interview, and I'm
- 4:31like, you need to ask about the Nephilim.
- 4:35Yeah. So Aaron pulls through.
- 4:37He asked about the Nephilim. We don't get a great response,
- 4:39unfortunately. We can't expect that everybody
- 4:43out there in the world is going to be at least up to par with a
- 4:46a really good response when it comes to the nephews.
- 4:49But good job, Aaron. Super proud of you for that.
- 4:52You pulled through buddy and I really hope you guys enjoy this
- 4:55episode. I have some banging Gary Wayne
- 4:59content that's next level coming soon.
- 5:02I also have a special message that will be coming soon and for
- 5:08now, like share and subscribe. If you have not left me a
- 5:11written review on Apple podcast, do that.
- 5:13It makes a difference. Leave me 5 stars if you're able
- 5:17to on your favorite podcast catcher and you can find links
- 5:20and details in the show notes. If you want to partner with us,
- 5:22all that information is there. More importantly, share these
- 5:26episodes far and wide. It is literally how you help us
- 5:29find another person that's just like me and you slowly building
- 5:33an army, inching forward. Love you guys for taking this
- 5:39ride with me and do your part. Plant seeds and share.
- 5:43Thanks. And I think it's about time to
- 5:50jump into this episode. I'm ready.
- 5:53Are you guys? Ready.
- 5:55Let's go. Welcome back to the Millennial
- 6:11Mustard Seed podcast. I'm your part time host, Aaron
- 6:14Christian Davis. I have the honor and privilege
- 6:16to be joined by Doctor Katie Talento, executive director of
- 6:22the Alliance of Healthcare Sharing Ministries.
- 6:26She also has worked in the previous Trump administration.
- 6:30And thank you, Katie for for joining us, if you don't mind
- 6:36just kind of introducing yourself to to our listeners.
- 6:39Yeah, thanks so much for having me.
- 6:41It's a pleasure to be here. Yeah, I'm a mostly government
- 6:45hack. For most of my career, I've been
- 6:47kind of inside the Beltway in the DC area, working in the
- 6:50United States Senate and then, as you mentioned, in the
- 6:52executive branch in the first term, Trump White House.
- 6:56I work on healthcare, healthcare policy, public health policy and
- 7:01religious liberty, some of the social issues, all those I think
- 7:05good things. And yeah.
- 7:07And now I, I still work in the healthcare space with healthcare
- 7:11sharing ministries and also with employers, especially
- 7:15faith-based employers trying just the Nexus of, you know,
- 7:18healthcare and religious liberty and our conscience rights.
- 7:23That's great. And that's something that we
- 7:24definitely appreciate. You know, we've gone through
- 7:26sometimes, especially in the last administration where
- 7:29Christians or anybody faith-based really have kind of
- 7:34fallen under attack. So it's really nice to have
- 7:37people kind of step up and stand in the gap and push back against
- 7:40the people that are really coming against the followers of
- 7:43Christ during these times especially.
- 7:44What are your thoughts on that? Yeah, I think that's right.
- 7:47You know, recently we at the Alliance of Healthcare Sharing
- 7:51Ministries have been forced to sue the state of Colorado for
- 7:55persecuting us with and healthcare sharing ministries
- 7:57coming after Healthcare sharing ministries and and our Christian
- 8:00members with a really bad piece of legislation that subjects
- 8:05healthcare sharing ministries to all kinds of reporting
- 8:07requirements. We have to turn over our private
- 8:09contracts. We have to turn over all our
- 8:11internal financials just as a condition of operating in what
- 8:14used to be a Christian state. And so as part of that
- 8:19litigation process, we have been engaging, you know, in discovery
- 8:24and we've discovered during that process that the state was
- 8:27colluding with sort of notorious atheist comedian John Oliver to
- 8:34try to shut us down and to to he was working on this hit piece,
- 8:37which he later did against healthcare sharing ministries,
- 8:40just sort of viciously, viciously mocking Christian
- 8:43beliefs, Christian, our Christian members and the whole
- 8:46idea of health of Christian healthcare and healthcare
- 8:48sharing ministries. So, you know, we're seeing this
- 8:51collusion with States and the state government, even the
- 8:53highest, you know, appointed officials in in the Colorado
- 8:56State government trying to make us look bad, intentionally
- 9:00trying to smear US, searching their own records to try to find
- 9:04dirt on us that they could give to this this, you know, shyster
- 9:08John Oliver. So it's really it's hard out
- 9:11there. You know, this is the same state
- 9:13that is persecuting that poor Christian Baker Jack Phillips,
- 9:16you know, three Times Now up to the Supreme Court.
- 9:19So it's it's not even as we have a better Supreme Court than
- 9:24we've had before. And we've got to hopefully, you
- 9:26know, not temporary reprieve in, in the new Trump administration,
- 9:30but, you know, we can't count on governments to stay out of our
- 9:34hair and to really tolerate us. I think we're seeing just
- 9:38increasing divisiveness and religious bigotry coming at us
- 9:42from the left. Well, it's funny you mentioned
- 9:44that. As far as trusting the
- 9:46government, that was actually going to be my next question.
- 9:48There's a famous comedian named George Carlin who speaks on.
- 9:53He's actually very famous for, you know, quote, saying that,
- 9:56you know, they're all in one big club and you're not in it.
- 10:00You know, so not in the same sense as like John Oliver, but
- 10:05at the same point. There's a lot of us that
- 10:06actually believe that. There's a lot of really, really
- 10:09good people that go into government held positions that
- 10:14when they get there, something seems to change, you know,
- 10:18whether it be like backroom deals that people can't speak
- 10:21about or anything like that. We put a lot of faith in people
- 10:25because, you know, we elect them, that we, we live in a
- 10:28Democratic Republic, right? And for some reason, things seem
- 10:33to change as soon as they get basically sworn into office.
- 10:36Do you have anything to say about that?
- 10:38I mean, we all have like, our ideas.
- 10:40Do you have any thoughts on that?
- 10:43Yes. So I once worked for a United
- 10:46States Senator from Oklahoma named Tom Coburn, the late,
- 10:49great Tom Coburn. And he wrote a book called
- 10:52Breach of Trust, How Washington Turns Outsiders into Insiders.
- 10:57And it really dissects the mechanics of this process
- 11:00because you do see it happen from the outside, and in the
- 11:02inside you see it happen. But why does it happen?
- 11:05How does it happen? How do these good people turn
- 11:07into these like Craven corruptocrats that we see?
- 11:10And so because you're right, like little children don't grow
- 11:13up wanting to be Craven corruptocrats.
- 11:16Something does happen. And I think what it is is
- 11:20there's something about our ego, our fallen, sinful ego that
- 11:26loves the deference of other people.
- 11:29We love to see people bow and scrape to us, grovel, you know,
- 11:35come with their hands out. We love it.
- 11:37It's just power, right? It's just the love of power.
- 11:40And in Washington, the power is so unbelievable.
- 11:44I mean, I'll never forget my very first job on Capitol Hill,
- 11:51I was given, I was told to go kill a bill and the bill
- 11:54provided $10 million for childhood obesity or something.
- 11:59And I remember being so scandalized, $10 million, that's
- 12:03so much money. I can't believe it, right?
- 12:06And then now I'm like $10 million is not even a rounding
- 12:09error. It's not even a rounding error.
- 12:11And, and so, you know, the power that I had as a very junior baby
- 12:17staffer was like so much more than I thought I had.
- 12:21I, I, I thought it would, nobody should have this much power.
- 12:23And then, you know, Fast forward 15 years, I'm in the White House
- 12:28and I am, I was like, I cannot believe they're giving people my
- 12:32age with my experience this much power.
- 12:35Nobody should have this much power.
- 12:37And I was just a staffer. I wasn't even the elected
- 12:40official or the appointed official or the Senate confirmed
- 12:42official. So, you know, that kind of
- 12:45power. Yes, those of us who are trying
- 12:48to be good people and trying to stay virtuous and close to God
- 12:51and, you know, keep ourselves humble, it's still way too much
- 12:56power and we try not to be corrupted by it, but we try to
- 13:02use it for good. You know, like you go in
- 13:04thinking that why you take a job like that is because I want to
- 13:08be able to do really good things and really save people,
- 13:10whatever. But it's so easily twisted and
- 13:14you start to get used to people lobbying you and wanting things
- 13:17from you. And you see the change in
- 13:20somebody as they become jaded. I remember some when I worked at
- 13:26the RNC, the Republican National Committee, it was during the Tea
- 13:29Party cycle. You're probably too young to
- 13:31remember that, but it was 2010 and and the party was kind of
- 13:35gross. And I worked in the comms
- 13:37department and I remember these like Republican staffers
- 13:41sneering down their noses at the Tea Party movement, really, and
- 13:45the, and the Tea Party candidates.
- 13:47And I remember thinking, do you actually think that people are
- 13:50going to vote for you for you like gross DC corruptocrats,
- 13:54right? I mean, they they were just, it
- 13:57feels good to be superior. And I think it just feels good
- 14:02like from a screw tape letters kind of way.
- 14:03Like this is how we get at people's heart, you know, like
- 14:06it just feels so good to have to, to look down on the unwashed
- 14:09masses, you know, Hillary Clinton and her deplorables.
- 14:11And so I think we all have to really fight against that and,
- 14:16and put structures in our lives in terms of accountability
- 14:20partners and faith practices to really stay humble and, and
- 14:24recognize that all authority and all power flows from God and
- 14:27laugh at ourselves, You know, really, really laugh at
- 14:30ourselves and, and continue enjoying and spending time with
- 14:33normal Americans, with constituents who come see us,
- 14:37You know, to, to go out to the states where we represent and
- 14:40spend time with people and remind ourselves that like
- 14:42America's out there, it's not here in inside the Beltway.
- 14:47I completely agree. I love the grassroots initiative
- 14:50that, you know, the right listen, like I don't really go
- 14:55either way, but like, OK, what I'm going to say is that you
- 14:59mentioned that, you know, John Oliver was doing these attacks
- 15:02in Colorado, but isn't doesn't stop there.
- 15:06It's a bunch of other States and, you know, the commonality
- 15:10of them. They're blue states.
- 15:12So, you know, there's a lot of us that believe that, you know,
- 15:15the left and right are basically put together for, you know, a
- 15:19grand purpose and stuff to basically just attack each
- 15:21other, you know, basically bait and switch.
- 15:23Look over here while something else is happening over here,
- 15:26right? But you can't ignore the fact
- 15:28that all the blue states, especially during 2020, you
- 15:31know, those are the ones that were basically totalitarian.
- 15:35And the red states is like basically where people were
- 15:37escaping to to basically just have a little bit of religious
- 15:41freedom. It's where people were getting
- 15:43religious exemptions. You know, it can, you know,
- 15:46considering like, you know, the MRA vaccine.
- 15:49So I mean, it's something that we can't ignore.
- 15:52But I mean, at the same time, hopefully that continues to stay
- 15:57the case. What are your thoughts on that?
- 15:59I mean, do you, do you believe in the whole left versus right
- 16:02paradigm, you know, all the battles that are against each
- 16:04other or do you think that, you know, there really are true
- 16:09people that like basically come into office that really have the
- 16:12American people's best interest? I think most people comment,
- 16:17most people come into office with the American people's best
- 16:20interests. The problem is it slowly chips
- 16:23away that being here chips away at those good intentions.
- 16:29It's just pride, you know, it's just pride and power.
- 16:32It's the oldest story in the book.
- 16:34But, you know, there is an element of what you say that's
- 16:37true in that there's kind of a uniparty, right?
- 16:39Is there really red versus red? There is kind of this uniparty
- 16:41and the club in DC, you know? Yeah, there's there's an element
- 16:47of that for sure. On the other hand, you're right
- 16:51that where these attacks are coming from are from atheist
- 16:54quarters in blue states. We have we have these these
- 17:01bills that are coming after us. It's not just in Colorado, but
- 17:04other states have been introducing carbon copy bills of
- 17:07Colorado statute, including in Oregon where it's even worse.
- 17:11They're wanting us to all to be fingerprinted, including our
- 17:14Christian members to be fingerprinted and turn those
- 17:17over to. But yeah, these these states are
- 17:20are it's not random. In fact, there is a national
- 17:23atheist group, several of them behind this effort to carbon
- 17:27copy the Colorado legislation and have it introduced in a few
- 17:30other a handful of other left-leaning states.
- 17:33And not just left-leaning, but, you know, very, very far left
- 17:36states. And so I think that's just one
- 17:40sort of illustration of the larger principle that you're
- 17:44talking about, which is people who believe that there is a God
- 17:49and we're not a him and people who don't.
- 17:52And you see this in the trans problem, you see it in religious
- 17:56liberty problems in abortion, and probably a number of other
- 18:01issues that I, I'm not even thinking of where if, if you
- 18:05don't bow to a God, well, we'll all bow to a God, right?
- 18:09And, and the question is, who is that God?
- 18:11Is it ourselves, is it our party?
- 18:14Is it money? You know, is it the seven deadly
- 18:18sins, lust, greed, avarice, right, all the, all the things
- 18:21that I'm talking about here? Or is it a, a holy and almighty
- 18:25God that that really is omniscient and all powerful and
- 18:27we're not him. And to the extent that it used
- 18:32to be that Democrats and Republicans were both people of
- 18:37faith. And we're just seeing that the
- 18:40the fundamental divide in our country has has really changed
- 18:44such that the fundamental divide is along the religious lines.
- 18:48And as more and more people fall away from the faith of our
- 18:51fathers and even the faith of their own fathers and parents,
- 18:57we're seeing their political dispositions change as well.
- 19:01So that one party is the party of God and one party is the
- 19:04godless party. And I hate to say that in some
- 19:07sense, because first of all, it just sounds mean, right?
- 19:12But, and, and I don't want to in any way deify the Republican
- 19:16Party like I, in any way, like, like I said, I, I was at the
- 19:19RNC, so I, I don't do that. But in terms of the things that
- 19:23we stand for, like team reality, you know, like that women are
- 19:28not men, men are not women, that parents have a fundamental right
- 19:31to raise their children, that the school is not the almighty
- 19:34powerful force in your children's lives.
- 19:38You know, these are just old timeless truths and they are
- 19:44consistent with religious faith, whereas the like dogmas on the
- 19:49other side are, are simply not consistent with religious faith.
- 19:53Whether it's slaughtering children in the womb or cutting
- 19:56little the breasts off little girls or, you know, dividing
- 20:02everybody by race or, you know, lawlessness and and.
- 20:07Pro terrorist protesting. So, you know, I just think that
- 20:12it's, it's really divisive. And those divisions are now fall
- 20:16the the political divisions are falling along religious lines
- 20:18too. And I think that's dangerous.
- 20:20I think that's how societies fall apart and start killing
- 20:23each other. And we're seeing that start to
- 20:25happen where you've got people attacking ice, shooting ice
- 20:28agents, you know, yeah. So I'm, I'm kind of worried
- 20:32about our, the future of our civilization, honestly.
- 20:36Yeah, I am too. We, we like to take a biblical
- 20:39approach to kind of everything. You know, the Bible, the word,
- 20:45you know, there's a beginning and an end, the alpha and Omega.
- 20:48And it says specifically in the Bible that at the end, you know,
- 20:51like the veil would start thinning and, you know, the
- 20:54truth, which is Jesus would start revealing itself.
- 20:58Do you think that we're living in times to where, you know,
- 21:01there's a separation and a revealing of like the true
- 21:05evildoers? I mean, I don't watch the news
- 21:09that much anymore because I mean, I don't really follow
- 21:12mainstream, you know, media to begin with.
- 21:16I used to, but I I listen to you.
- 21:18No more resourceful people that are trustworthy.
- 21:21You know, I used to follow the Reawaken America tour.
- 21:23I have the shirt on right here. But I truly feel like that we're
- 21:28living in times to where, like, there's a revealing and there's
- 21:30a separation, you know, from the wheat and the tares.
- 21:34As a biblical woman, I mean, what are your thoughts on that?
- 21:37Yeah, I mean, I think Jesus tried to warn US against
- 21:39thinking we might discern the times, but I'm sure every
- 21:44generation has thought like, no, the evil people in our day are
- 21:47really the most evil. This is as evil as it gets, like
- 21:50the it's the end. So I, I hope, you know, you kind
- 21:54of almost hope it doesn't get worse than this in some ways.
- 21:58But yeah, I mean, I, I think that there's a lot of evidence
- 22:03that is consistent with sort of, you know, end times.
- 22:06Now, again, I think every generation has thought this.
- 22:09So I, I don't want to put too much stock in that.
- 22:11All we can do is fix our eyes on, on the author and perfector
- 22:15of our faith and just try to be obedient and to, to what we're
- 22:18called to do every day. But yeah, it's really
- 22:23concerning. And I look, especially if you
- 22:25think about just sort of the health risks, right, that I work
- 22:28in the extinction level threat that is our chronic illness and
- 22:33our chronic disease rate, our infertility rates, the sperm
- 22:35counts that have been cut in half since the 1970s.
- 22:41You know, these are, these are extinction level crises.
- 22:44And I, I've often think like, well, this isn't sustainable.
- 22:50You know, there, there was a researcher in the 1920s and 30s
- 22:54name Francis Pottinger. And he, he, his work is
- 22:58documented in a book called Pottinger's Cats.
- 23:00And he was a researcher with cats and he did nutritional
- 23:04experiments. He would divide them into, you
- 23:07know, diets that were natural to the species, the cats, you know,
- 23:11raw food, raw meat and, and that sort of thing versus cooked
- 23:15food, processed food like the type humans eat.
- 23:18And within 4 generations, the cats were infertile.
- 23:22And it took 3 or 4 generations to get some, to get sort of the
- 23:27population fertility back, back on track.
- 23:30And I start I, you know, I think it's really interesting because
- 23:34you look at someone like Secretary Kennedy, who Democrat,
- 23:38right, or Tulsi Gabbard, like Democrat who've had to sort of
- 23:43leave their party, not because they're leaving it the core
- 23:47principles that brought them to that party, but they have, they
- 23:49haven't changed, right? The party maybe has changed, you
- 23:53leave that party and you start to see like these issues of
- 23:56faith and health and civilizational, you know,
- 24:00existence all coming together in the health in the Make America
- 24:05Healthy Again movement. And you know, I am certainly
- 24:08hopeful that we're finally starting to talk about some of
- 24:12these issues that really, I mean, everyone started getting
- 24:15radicalized during COVID. I know I certainly did in terms
- 24:18of my own health journey and I became a naturopathic Dr. and,
- 24:22you know, like started thinking things I never thought when I
- 24:25was working in the Trump White House.
- 24:27Yeah. So I mean, I think that's how I
- 24:29knew a lot of people. It brought together kind of the
- 24:32homeschooling conservative, like, you know, Catholic
- 24:36homesteaders and the like, hippie free anti vax, you know,
- 24:40eco types right together. And we're learning from each
- 24:44other and it's been really amazing.
- 24:47You see this with this like move towards traditional marriages
- 24:49and male, female relationships and traditional liturgies.
- 24:54And it's all coming together it with this like health movement.
- 24:58Because I think we're starting to see this idea that like as a
- 25:02civilization, we do have to steward our land, right?
- 25:07Our, our, our assets, our sovereignty and our bodies and
- 25:13our children in new ways that like Americans haven't really
- 25:18thought about in multiple generations.
- 25:20And so I'm actually encouraged by that.
- 25:23I hope that we can get a handle on it because these are huge
- 25:27corporate powerful interests that we're taking on.
- 25:30I don't know if they can be beaten, honestly.
- 25:33We'll see. But I do think it's beautiful
- 25:35that we have sort of apolitical people, right?
- 25:38Or at least unconventionally political people like Donald
- 25:42Trump, like Bobby Kennedy, like Tulsi Gabbard coming together
- 25:47in, in ways that I wouldn't have expected to see as like a young
- 25:52Republican staffer 20 years ago. You know, so there's, there's
- 25:55reason to be encouraged and reason to be scared.
- 25:58And we have to choose, you know, hope always.
- 26:01Absolutely. I will say that it's very
- 26:03encouraging. You know, you and your guys's
- 26:06ministry starting in 2007, I've heard you quote Charlie Kirk.
- 26:10I know that he says stuff like that.
- 26:13As far as like us not being God, you know, you know, there's one
- 26:17true creator. It kind of seems that there's a
- 26:21a repetition of the American first movement in the grassroots
- 26:23movement. They're all taking the banner of
- 26:26God and then the left, everybody that's trying to destroy our
- 26:29freedoms, they're trying to get rid of God.
- 26:32No different than like the atheists and stuff that are
- 26:34attacking you guys in your ministry.
- 26:36So it's very, very encouraging. And that's honestly what gives
- 26:39us hope because we're literally called to be the hands in the
- 26:41feet, right? And through God, all things are
- 26:43possible. So anybody that literally uses
- 26:46their hands and feet with the support of the almighty creator
- 26:51and through Jesus Christ, there's nothing that we can't do
- 26:54Anything's possible, you know, so that gives us hope.
- 26:57And we, we know that, you know, the beginning and the end have
- 26:59already been predetermined. So we're just living it out, you
- 27:02know, like we're, we're vessels in a much bigger story than
- 27:06ourselves. We're not gods.
- 27:07There's one God. He has the story and we're just
- 27:10lucky to be a part of it. You know, I, I would love for
- 27:13you to be able to talk to, to our listeners a little bit more
- 27:16about your ministry. You know, you guys started it in
- 27:182007 and I think it's absolutely wonderful.
- 27:20What all do you guys offer and what was like the genesis of
- 27:24that? Yeah.
- 27:25So we're sort of like a trade group for healthcare sharing
- 27:29ministries. So we're a collection of
- 27:31healthcare sharing ministries and we represent their interests
- 27:34and their members interests in before governments and in the
- 27:38public arena. So, you know, we have common
- 27:41religious liberty interests and a number of other types of
- 27:45interests that we're working on. But what health care sharing
- 27:47ministries are, are they are communities of religious
- 27:50believers, mostly Christians, who come together to bear one
- 27:54another's burdens, just like the early Christian community in the
- 27:57book of Acts, where, you know, everyone has to bear their own
- 28:01load. But when their load becomes a
- 28:04burden that they can no longer bear, you must rely on the body
- 28:07of Christ, right? And so the community is, is
- 28:10there to share each other's medical bills.
- 28:12That's the, the core mission of healthcare sharing ministries.
- 28:15We're we're sort of like a homeschool Co-op for healthcare.
- 28:19So you go to the doctor, you say I'm not insured.
- 28:23What's your cash price? You get seen by the doctor, you
- 28:26get the bill, you take the bill, you upload it to your ministry's
- 28:28portal and the ministry reviews the bill to make sure that it's
- 28:33eligible for sharing by the community.
- 28:35It's not an abortion or, you know, gender mutilation.
- 28:39And, and then if it's eligible, the ministry then taps other
- 28:43members on the shoulder and says, hey, you members send, you
- 28:47know, your monthly contribution this month over to Aaron for his
- 28:51knee replacement or his MRI. And then Aaron, you'll get a
- 28:56number of checks or a number of electronic transfers.
- 28:59And you can use that money to repay if you've already paid
- 29:02your bill to repay yourself or if you haven't paid your bill to
- 29:05pay the doctor or the hospital. That's fundamentally how it
- 29:08works. Everybody agrees to a statement
- 29:11of faith that the community shares, and everyone agrees to
- 29:14treat their bodies like a temple of the Holy Spirit to live in
- 29:17accordance with our faith. And, and so you get little notes
- 29:21of encouragement, you get prayers for each other that come
- 29:24along with those transfers of money.
- 29:26And it's really a beautiful way to bear these medical bills.
- 29:30It's not insurance. We often get accused of being
- 29:34unlicensed insurance. That's one of the ways that
- 29:37hostile states will try to shut us down.
- 29:39But we're not insurance. We're not transferring risk.
- 29:41We're not pooling risk. There's no contractual
- 29:44obligations to another. We're we're morally but not
- 29:47legally obligated to one another.
- 29:50And so, you know, as a result, we're really the only pro-life
- 29:57option out there for a lot of Christians in many states where
- 30:01if you buy insurance in that state, insurance policies are
- 30:04required to cover abortions, to cover gender mutilations, to
- 30:09cover the morning after pill or, you know, whatever vasectomies,
- 30:13you know, things that some Christians are do not believe in
- 30:17and they don't want. You know, it's one thing to not
- 30:21seek those services yourself, but it's quite another to like
- 30:24have to have your premium dollars go to pay for those
- 30:27services for other people. And that's what's going on in a
- 30:30lot of insurance policies in these states where they're
- 30:33mandated that every insurance policy has to cover these
- 30:36things. So many, many left-leaning
- 30:39states have these mandates now more every year.
- 30:41And so in those states, healthcare sharing ministries
- 30:44are truly the only pro-life option for Christians in those
- 30:47states. But even in in other states, if
- 30:51you're getting your insurance from your employer, unless your
- 30:56employer is a religious employer, your policy is
- 30:58probably paying for those things too, whether it's in vitro
- 31:03fertilization or abortion or the morning after pill or all the
- 31:05like, or even just the COVID vaccine, right, which was formed
- 31:10using research from aborted babies.
- 31:13So, you know, these are, these are, these are problems, I think
- 31:19for a lot of Christians, unfortunately not enough
- 31:21Christians. Honestly, I think most people
- 31:23don't even realize it. And if they do, they, they feel
- 31:25powerless like, well, what options do I have?
- 31:27What, where else can I go? This is my employer subsidizing,
- 31:31you know, my insurance. I can't afford insurance any
- 31:33other way or I can't afford some other solution.
- 31:36So, you know, I do think that that's like a really important
- 31:41alternative that we need to be able to have.
- 31:43And so that's what healthcare sharing ministries are because
- 31:46we are sort of shining the light of Christ into this dark place
- 31:50that is the healthcare space and some of the really dark things
- 31:55that happened there. And we're fighting on a
- 31:58financial front. You know, we're looking for cash
- 32:00prices, we're looking for discounted prices, we're looking
- 32:02at direct primary care and other kind of innovative models that
- 32:06threaten the corporate status quo in healthcare.
- 32:09So we are a target and not just a target because, you know,
- 32:15we're religious and, you know, there's this bigotry out there
- 32:18like we already discussed, but also because our people are not
- 32:21insured. They're not in the Obamacare
- 32:25marketplace in their states. And these regulators, like these
- 32:28bureaucrats that these insurance commissions, they want everyone
- 32:32to be on that, you know, plantation and they want to
- 32:35control everybody's healthcare solutions.
- 32:38And they want you to have to pay for abortions and they want you
- 32:41to have to pay for, you know, certain drugs.
- 32:45And so they don't want people to have choices.
- 32:47They think it's not so much that they don't want people to have
- 32:50choices. I don't think they would say
- 32:51that or they don't realize that. They think that.
- 32:54I think the way they think about it is they know what's best for
- 32:57you. And what's best for you are the
- 32:59type of coverage and protections that you get on an Obamacare
- 33:04plan. And if you choose anything else,
- 33:06like you're dumb and you don't know what's best for you.
- 33:08And so we bureaucrats have to like, require it of you.
- 33:12Yeah, and all the talking points of like the mainstream news
- 33:16media, especially on the left, I mean, like they all basically, I
- 33:20think we all remember the attacks for anybody that
- 33:22basically wanted to deny the vaccine because of religious
- 33:25exemption. You know, no different than what
- 33:28they push my body, my choice. But this being different, we're
- 33:31not sacrificing babies to Molech, just under a different
- 33:35package, right? There's a lot of whistleblowers
- 33:38and stuff that I followed. Doctor Alfonso Monzo is one of
- 33:42them. He was actually basically up for
- 33:45being an RF KS cabinet as a holistic Dr. I am a huge
- 33:49advocate and a lot of the listeners are of holistic medic
- 33:52medication and just alternative medication.
- 33:56I will say that I did not take the COVID shot.
- 33:58And, you know, I was a follower of, you know, President Trump.
- 34:02I voted for him. And what Biden did, you know,
- 34:06following the Trump administration was obviously
- 34:08just pure evil. I mean, what is a woman?
- 34:14It's unbelievable. We're we're living in times of
- 34:16insanity. You know, Vladimir, Doctor
- 34:18Vladimir Zelenko, Doctor Robert Malone, who literally spoke out
- 34:21against the mRNA vaccine, saying that it's a gene altering
- 34:24substance. You know, the Bible talks about
- 34:28that in the days of Noah. So too, excuse me, at the end of
- 34:32the age, so too shall it be as the second coming of the Son of
- 34:35Man, right? So I don't know what your
- 34:39biblical worldview is as far as like the days of Noah, but, you
- 34:43know, there's a lot of people that believe that they changed
- 34:47our DNA and that's the whole reason for, you know, the flood
- 34:49of Noah because only eight were perfect in their generation.
- 34:53You know, Noah's perfect in this generation, his genealogy,
- 34:56because they were changing the fallen angels were basically
- 34:59changing everybody's genealogy, right?
- 35:05What are your thoughts on that? I mean, what are your thoughts
- 35:07on the Nephilim? Yeah, so I, I have heard these
- 35:10speculations and I've listened to people that I respect talk on
- 35:14these matters. I am not an expert in this.
- 35:16And so I I don't really have strong opinions one way or the
- 35:20other. I will say that heck yeah, we're
- 35:22changing our DNAI mean, I don't, I don't know if it's exactly in
- 35:27the way that you're talking about with the Nephilim and, and
- 35:30these biblical archetypes. But I will say that like with
- 35:35Pottinger's cats, we are going extinct and we are, you know, I
- 35:40think also the idea around DNA itself, like what is the
- 35:44hereditary particle? Is it DNA?
- 35:47Because DNA codes for, you know, 20,000 or so genes, but there
- 35:54are more than 100,000 proteins in our body.
- 35:56So it's not just DNA that's dictating the blueprint of our
- 36:00life. And it's not just DNA that
- 36:03transmits hereditary features. So there are these ideas of
- 36:08epigenetics, which is above genetics, epigenetic factors,
- 36:13usually environmental exposures, stress, spiritual, I'm sure
- 36:17spiritual matters, frequencies, resonance.
- 36:20There's all these theories out there, very, very learned, like
- 36:23Nobel Prize winning HIV doctor, Doctor Luke Montan, Luke
- 36:28Montagnier who perished, I think during COVID or right before
- 36:32COVID, very famous researcher did some very important
- 36:35experiments with DNA where he was able to replicate the DNA
- 36:39particle in a test tube across the room from a test tube that
- 36:44had DNA in it. He had a test tube across the
- 36:46room with no DNA in it. And he played, he combined heat
- 36:50and frequency through a machine in that room and replicated the
- 36:55DNA in a test tube across the room.
- 36:58And so the idea that frequency and resonance matters, you think
- 37:03about women who live together, whose menstrual cycles sync up,
- 37:07how does that happen? That's not DNA, that's
- 37:10frequency, resonance, something above DNA.
- 37:14So there's a lot more influencing the natural
- 37:18processes in our bodies. I mean, ultimately we are
- 37:22batteries. We are our cells and the
- 37:24receptors on our cells, if we even have cells, right?
- 37:27Like who even knows? But our tissues are really
- 37:32receivers, like radio antenna for frequencies and resonance.
- 37:36And there's increasing evidence of this.
- 37:39If you look at the research on water that is being done by
- 37:43Doctor Yamoto or a wonderful, very important researcher out of
- 37:49I believe New Zealand named Veda Austin.
- 37:52She will take water that like she'll freeze, she'll partially
- 37:57freeze water in a little Petri dish.
- 37:59So a very thin layer of water, put it on a photograph on top of
- 38:04a photograph. The Petri dish put freeze the,
- 38:07the Petri dish in in the freezer with the peas and you know, the
- 38:11carrots, frozen peas and carrots and, and it'll come out and
- 38:14it'll have images of the photo that it had touched.
- 38:18She will speak words to that water and it will come out with
- 38:22images that match the words. There are like there are
- 38:27universes and worlds that we haven't even imagined here.
- 38:30If you put the egg yolk, if you put eggs that come from pastured
- 38:35regeneratively farmed chicken in the middle of a circle of eggs
- 38:40that come from factory farms, the yolk fluid inside the the
- 38:46eggs actually can be frozen in a beautiful crystalline pattern of
- 38:51that pastured egg. The other eggs have a chaotic
- 38:57pattern, but when they're put next to next to the pasture
- 39:02raised eggs, their fluid changes to match the pasture raised egg.
- 39:06The power of the battery that we are the emitter of frequency and
- 39:11vibrations and energy and spirit, we are so much more
- 39:15powerful than we think. There is so much more going on
- 39:18than we think. And like the very small, like
- 39:21universe that medical science, the science thinks that they
- 39:25understand. First of all, I don't even think
- 39:27they understand what they think they understand.
- 39:29But the universe of what they don't understand is so much
- 39:33greater than what they do understand.
- 39:35So I think we're still learning a lot and I, I don't know what
- 39:38it means in terms of the end times or, you know, the Book of
- 39:41Revelation or the days of Noah. I don't know what it, it means.
- 39:45But we are living in spiritual realms and, and those realms are
- 39:51more real than our material realms.
- 39:53And I think we forget that so easily.
- 39:58I completely agree. OK.
- 40:02That being said, you being an epidemiologist.
- 40:07How did you come to this point? So I mean, obviously, forgive me
- 40:13you, you practice, you know, modern medicine.
- 40:16It seems like you kind of had a breakthrough.
- 40:20What was basically your testimony as like, you know,
- 40:23coming to Christ and turning towards, you know, the truth and
- 40:27the divine? Oh yeah, So I, OK, so I came to
- 40:34Christ when I was a teenager at a young life camp.
- 40:38So I have young life to thank for, you know, that that
- 40:42introduction of the gospel. And so all through College in my
- 40:46early 20s, I was sort of non denominational and, but at very
- 40:51beautiful church communities, charismatic church communities
- 40:57in my 30s, I started feeling a pull towards the Catholic faith.
- 41:01And I didn't understand why. I didn't even think like you
- 41:03could be, could you be even saved if you're a Catholic?
- 41:05I, I didn't think, I didn't know what that meant.
- 41:07And so I actually became a Catholic in my 30s and I've
- 41:14seen, and I think I was drawn to the historicity and the
- 41:17universality and the timelessness of it, the ancient
- 41:20liturgy. And and we're seeing a
- 41:22resurgence of that, you know, especially young among young
- 41:25people, which I love to see is this draw towards whatever
- 41:29higher liturgy, right? A more formal, solemn,
- 41:32traditional liturgy. You know, I come out of like
- 41:34kind of the Jesus movement and the charismatic movement, like
- 41:37everyone wears, you know, you know, beach shorts to church and
- 41:40flip flops and strums, guitars. But, and that was Jesus.
- 41:44Revolution. That's exactly, that was sort of
- 41:47my kind of early Christian life, but I love to see this turn to
- 41:52tradition. I think we're seeing it in male,
- 41:54female relationships. I think we're seeing it in a lot
- 41:57of areas. And you're right that Charlie
- 41:59talks about this a lot too, but I, I was drawn to those, those,
- 42:04those aspects. And so I actually be I, I was
- 42:08working in the United States Senate at the time.
- 42:10And I like to say that that senator, Doctor Tom Coburn,
- 42:14drove me to the nunnery because I, I basically just left the
- 42:17Senate at the peak of my career and went and joined a convent.
- 42:20So I lived as a nun for two years, working with the poorest
- 42:24of the poor and wearing a bright blue habit.
- 42:26And yeah, it was super fun, but I realized that like, that was
- 42:30not actually where I was supposed to be.
- 42:32And the church, which is so wise in that you don't have to take
- 42:35final vowels for seven years. So I had taken temporary vowels.
- 42:39And so the nuns are beautiful and they let me figure out my
- 42:43way. And then they literally sang me
- 42:45down the aisle like sound to Music style.
- 42:47They were the choir at my wedding when I got married a few
- 42:50years later. But yeah, so then I, I just sort
- 42:53of like ended up back in government because, you know,
- 42:55just when you think you're out, they pull you back in.
- 42:57And so I was back in government and you're right, I'm an
- 43:03epidemiologist and I focused on infectious disease, which I'm,
- 43:09I'm not even sure what that is anymore.
- 43:12But so it took me a while to realize, I think that there's
- 43:17what I was talking about earlier, that like the spiritual
- 43:20reality is so much bigger and more important when it comes to
- 43:23our health and our bodies than we have heretofore.
- 43:25I think recognized. But really what did it was COVID
- 43:30and it was and and thankfully I was out of government at that
- 43:33time and I didn't have to be part of anything that government
- 43:37did. So I was there and I was
- 43:41watching and at first I was like really on board with, you know,
- 43:45Debbie Birx and all the things Doctor Fauci.
- 43:48I mean, I Doctor Fauci is his own character, but I, I thought
- 43:54that this was, you know, when you're an infectious disease
- 43:56epidemiologist, like a global respiratory pandemic is like the
- 43:59Super Bowl for you. Like this is, this is the thing
- 44:01we've all been preparing for. And, and I think you saw a
- 44:04little bit of that giddiness among the public health
- 44:06workforce. They were sort of like, yes, our
- 44:08time is finally here. And anyway, so I watched that
- 44:12happen. The president was running for re
- 44:14election and there weren't many people who were able to speak
- 44:17for him or in support of him because they were all in the
- 44:20administration. So I was out at that time.
- 44:22So I helped work on his campaign and kind of tried to defend the
- 44:26COVID record as best I could. And at first, I didn't really
- 44:30think necessarily that they were doing anything wrong in those
- 44:32early days. But over time, I got
- 44:37increasingly uncomfortable with what I was seeing with respect
- 44:41to the emergency use authorizations, with with
- 44:45respect to the speed up vaccine trials.
- 44:50And obviously, thank God President Trump was never part
- 44:54of any kind of vaccine mandate. But then, of course, when
- 44:59President Biden took office, the mandates it, as you mentioned,
- 45:04it was a super scary time, a super dark time.
- 45:08And it really opened my eyes that this world and our
- 45:13political realm is like not all there is.
- 45:17And we may be, you know, we were looking at real estate in Texas.
- 45:21Like, are we going to have to pick the entire family up and
- 45:24bug out to 100 acres in Texas where we all build little
- 45:26cottages because we can't stay in Northern Virginia?
- 45:29Like, I think if we hadn't got if, if our governor had not won
- 45:33the race that he won in 2021, like we were out of here because
- 45:37it was so scary. And so during that time, I was
- 45:44voraciously reading, voraciously studying, trying to figure out
- 45:47what was going on. And I mean, I, I read Bobby
- 45:51Kennedy's book and the real Anthony Fauci.
- 45:55And I, it's not really about Fauci.
- 45:57It's kind of the worst title ever.
- 45:59It's really about the failure of the public health enterprise and
- 46:02the biomedical research enterprise and the corruption of
- 46:05it. And I had known that because
- 46:07I've been working on healthcare policy, which is the most
- 46:09corrupt industry on earth. And I had seen it from some
- 46:14angles. I had not seen it from the
- 46:16public health angle. I'd seen it from healthcare
- 46:18hospitals and fake charity, non nonprofit hospitals pretending
- 46:23to be charities, big giant pharmaceutical benefit managers,
- 46:27giant corporate insurers, you know, all the villains in the
- 46:31healthcare industry. But I had not seen it from the
- 46:33public health space, which is my first love occupationally.
- 46:37Like I got into healthcare after I was a public health researcher
- 46:43and worker that I love, like the Disease Control and the
- 46:46infectious disease and the third world countries and like all
- 46:49those, those are the areas that I loved.
- 46:52And to see that actually even that had been corrupted by the
- 46:56Gates Foundation, by the World Health Organization, by these
- 47:00dark forces that we still don't really have names for yet and,
- 47:05and people and networks of people that we still don't know,
- 47:09they're still in the shadows. So I seeing that uncovered and
- 47:14seeing how he documented very clearly even the AIDS epidemic
- 47:18and the corruption there and the unanswered questions there that
- 47:21I had worked very closely on in my early career, it really got
- 47:26me thinking and it sent me down a lot of rabbit trails.
- 47:28So I really actually thank my kind of radicalization to now
- 47:32Secretary Kennedy. And I, I wrote him an e-mail at
- 47:35the time just to thank him for his work and to let him know
- 47:39that actually President Trump was on his side about a number
- 47:42of things. And anyway, so I, I really am
- 47:47impressed by what I've seen. But I don't know that I could,
- 47:52you know, I don't, I don't know where I stand on a lot of these
- 47:55issues anymore. You know, like, could I work on
- 47:58some of these issues? I don't know.
- 48:00We'll have to see one day, but I'm really encouraged that it
- 48:05wasn't just me that started having these revelations, right?
- 48:08There's a like the world is waking up, and I'm encouraged by
- 48:13that. Absolutely.
- 48:16And you know what, like we kind of take a, an approach here
- 48:19that, you know, God raises up kings and sets down kings.
- 48:23We pray for the Trump administration just as we prayed
- 48:26for the last administration to do the right thing.
- 48:28Obviously, everybody has free will.
- 48:30They can do whatever they want. They either follow the light or
- 48:33the darkness. We pray every single day that
- 48:35this administration is going to choose the right thing.
- 48:38You know, we pray for for justice.
- 48:40You know, obviously Jesus Christ is like, you know, the ultimate
- 48:43justice. He's, you know, the judge.
- 48:45But you know, we, we still pray that there's going to be a day,
- 48:49you know, it still boggles the mind.
- 48:52A lot of people don't realize that, you know, in a world that
- 48:54we're all held accountable, you know, even doctors, you know,
- 48:57there's malpractice suits. Pharmaceutical companies are are
- 49:01basically free of any sort of malpractice or anything.
- 49:07I mean, there's literally for vaccines.
- 49:09Exactly. Vaccine injury.
- 49:12They do testing, they do trial runs.
- 49:14There's a lot of innocent people that die.
- 49:15You know, Bobby Kennedy, he's talking about like, you know,
- 49:19obviously all these autoimmune diseases and stuff and
- 49:22everything. I mean, you said yourself a
- 49:24little bit ago that you don't even know what infectious
- 49:26diseases are anymore. I mean, it's almost like they're
- 49:28created in a lab and are solved in a lab.
- 49:31And there's a lot of money that changes hands on both sides.
- 49:34You know, there's a lot of really good people that battle
- 49:37the darkness, not knowing that there's certain things that
- 49:40happen in the shadows. That's where obviously the enemy
- 49:44lurks, you know, in the shadows. That's where he operates.
- 49:46And there's a lot of his minions that operate in the shadows as
- 49:48well. You know, there was a lot of,
- 49:51there was a lot of stuff that was covered up for a long time.
- 49:54And we're still hoping and praying that like, you know,
- 49:56those secrets are basically brought to light.
- 49:59You know, I, I'm sure you can attest to that as well.
- 50:02I know our listeners do. There's a lot of secrets in that
- 50:06happens in the world, you know, and, and we want those that are
- 50:09literally sacrificing babies, you know, having people getting
- 50:13like, you know, mutilized, especially children, you know,
- 50:18it's exhausting. I, I don't know what your
- 50:20thoughts are on that. I, it's, it's almost
- 50:22overwhelming because everything's so negative.
- 50:25You know, that I remember growing up in the 90s, I'm
- 50:27almost 40, but I remember in the 90s, I didn't hear about any of
- 50:30this stuff. I mean, there was at least one
- 50:32good feel good story in the news every now and again.
- 50:36That was just absolute chaos. Yeah, I think that I'm a little
- 50:40encouraged by because I'm sort of a doom and gloomer where like
- 50:44justice will never get justice. And but look at what we're
- 50:49seeing, first of all, with the the sort of resurrection, if you
- 50:52will, of the Epstein files and now the 2016 campaign
- 50:57shenanigans out of the Obama administration.
- 51:00I mean, I never thought that there would be accountability
- 51:03for that. And here we are, you know, nine
- 51:07years later, and there may be some justice.
- 51:11There may at least be some transparency and admissions of
- 51:15what happened. And so that's encouraging.
- 51:18But here's, you know, one of the pieces of advice that I give my
- 51:22parents, who are elderly, and they sometimes get wrapped up
- 51:26around the axle, around watching the news and the doom and gloom.
- 51:32If we focus on, you know, if we focus on the families that are
- 51:36in front of us and like, even during the Biden administration,
- 51:41when we were scared and when, you know, we were like, there
- 51:44really was an impact of government on us.
- 51:47Even then, on most days, unless I watch the news, Joe Biden had
- 51:55no impact on my life, no real tangible impact on like my day,
- 52:01right, Unless I gave that power to him.
- 52:04It's true. And so this is what I say to my
- 52:07parents when they're kind of, you know, hand wringing about
- 52:10the apocalypse and the future and whatever is let's just focus
- 52:14on the people in front of us that God's called love, on the
- 52:17elections that God's called us to be active in, on the local
- 52:20school board activism that God's called us to.
- 52:23But we can only get upset and and fear mongered if we let
- 52:30ourselves take our eyes off the ball that's immediately in front
- 52:33of us. And most of the time, if you're
- 52:35just out there on your homestead, you're in your house
- 52:37with your kids, you're washing dishes, the government is not
- 52:40actually changing your life in that moment.
- 52:42At least not in tangible, threatening ways.
- 52:45Obviously there are big picture ways your tax, you know, margins
- 52:48and like there are ways, of course, I've spent a life in
- 52:51government. I think government matters.
- 52:52But like to your mood, to your, you know, your, your vibe
- 52:57everyday. And I think a lot of people,
- 52:59they're listening to podcasts all day.
- 53:00I'm one of them. I love podcasts.
- 53:02They're listening to podcasts all day.
- 53:03They're watching the news all day.
- 53:05And they let that that that fear.
- 53:08It really is just fear and anxiety sleep, you know, worm
- 53:13its way into their hearts and their mood.
- 53:15And and I, I think we have to really like continuously pray
- 53:20and fix our eyes on Christ. Yeah, I, I think that's a reason
- 53:23why in the Bible there's literally a, a message not to
- 53:27live in fear for every single day of the year.
- 53:30I didn't mean to do a dad rhyme there, but I did.
- 53:33It happens. We're just getting to do it
- 53:34naturally to kind of end things out.
- 53:37Number one, I, I feel like we're just scratching the surface here
- 53:41and I would love to have you on again, especially with Rod
- 53:45because I know he has a lot of thought and spirit provoking
- 53:47questions to ask you and you've been absolutely fantastic.
- 53:50It's been a pleasure having you here.
- 53:52I'd kind of like to wind down by just since we're talking about
- 53:57the topic of fear, what would you tell the listeners to
- 54:00basically encourage them to live out every single day?
- 54:04And what can they do in their every single day lives or their
- 54:07local communities to make an impact?
- 54:09Because we are called to be the hands and feet of Christ, the
- 54:11body of Christ, right? What can we do to be the hands
- 54:15and feet? Yeah.
- 54:16So first of all, the idea, not to quote Steve Bannon, but the
- 54:20idea of radical agency and autonomy is so empowering
- 54:27because if we think about we're made in the image of God, in the
- 54:33image of Christ. The world was created through
- 54:37Christ. Right in the beginning was the
- 54:38word. And that means that we share in
- 54:45that power. Our, our words create, our
- 54:49thoughts create. You know, Christ is the logos.
- 54:52It's not just the word. It's kind of a poor translation.
- 54:55It's more like the mind, the, the intellect, the words and the
- 54:58thoughts and the that's what logos means, right?
- 55:01We are the logos in our lives of like our mind has creative and
- 55:07destructive power, just like the mind of Christ.
- 55:11And to the extent that we use our words to bring life and to
- 55:17speak life to ourselves. First of all, if you take an
- 55:21inventory of the thoughts in your day, this is an exercise
- 55:24that I sometimes have my naturopath clients engage in
- 55:29just every hour, every half hour, set your phone for an
- 55:32alarm to remind yourself to just jot down all the thoughts you've
- 55:36had in the past hour that stick out in your mind.
- 55:40If you do that for three days, you are going to see something
- 55:43totally horrifying, which is that it is negative, negative
- 55:46self hatred, you know, like beating yourself up, beating
- 55:49other people up, fear, anxiety, like rejection, the the negative
- 55:55thought stream that is in all of our minds all day.
- 55:59And I don't know, like how it became that way.
- 56:01If it's always been this way, I don't know, think of what that's
- 56:04creating, right? When we think about disease,
- 56:07when we think about broken relationships, when we think
- 56:09about a broken country, a broken world.
- 56:12What if we were reprogramming right to fix our, you know, if
- 56:17anything is pure and holy and what is a good and noble and I
- 56:21forget the the list of, you know, put fix your fix your mind
- 56:24on that. All those those those ways that
- 56:28we hate ourselves and what that does to ourselves in our bodies
- 56:33when if, if really we're a battery for frequency and
- 56:36resonance and we're sending energy and spirit that is self
- 56:41rejecting death instead of life, hate instead of love just to
- 56:46ourselves. I mean, I'm not even talking
- 56:47about like how we relate to other people.
- 56:48I'm talking about how we relate to ourselves, what happens
- 56:50inside our bodies, how our bodies know what we really
- 56:53believe and act on it. Our bodies will always believe
- 56:57what we believe and we'll act according to our real beliefs.
- 57:01So are our real beliefs just negativity all day or can we fix
- 57:05them on the things above and on the light and the love of our
- 57:09souls? And so in that mode, we need to
- 57:13create that like ecosystem of light and love within us that's,
- 57:18you know, founded and crazed. But also we need to have an
- 57:22alternative community around us of people who are in that same
- 57:27effort, that are making that same effort to create with their
- 57:31own logos, light and love within their communities.
- 57:34And that means, I think alternative healthcare
- 57:36communities, right? Alternative types of healthcare
- 57:38solutions like healthcare sharing ministries, but also
- 57:42direct pay doctors, the new biology clinic with Doctor Tom
- 57:45Cowan, and like all these other alternatives out there in the
- 57:50healthcare space, in the financial and the money space,
- 57:53right? There's a lot of people talking
- 57:54about those issues in the education space, of course, in
- 57:59the religious community space. Like we need to be ready to have
- 58:03our own tribe and our own alternate communities, which
- 58:07will become lights to other communities, which will draw
- 58:10people to us, right? We don't need to worry that
- 58:12we're Benedict optioning, you know, into reclusiveness.
- 58:16You know, we will draw others to that kind of community because
- 58:20it's what all of us desperately want, this connection.
- 58:22We are made for connection. The God himself is a Trinity of
- 58:26connected lovers, you know, So like we are made to connect with
- 58:30human people, people. And as we are living in these
- 58:32virtual realities that we live in, our souls are slowly dying.
- 58:36So to the extent that we are reaching out to real humans in
- 58:40our world, in our families, in our lives, and we are healing
- 58:44and connecting those, those relationships, our bodies will
- 58:46heal and our society will heal. And whether like our
- 58:50civilization ultimately heals, I don't know.
- 58:52I think we're kind of doomed, right?
- 58:53That's in the in the short term, I think we're kind of doomed.
- 58:57And so all we can do is just like be the characters in that
- 58:59in God's story, as you put it earlier today, and and follow
- 59:03his call. Wow, that was powerful.
- 59:07You know, that kind of takes me back to what you said be before
- 59:09about like, you know, the water in the frequencies, you know, us
- 59:12being what, 70% water? So no different than like, you
- 59:16know, those, those bad words or bad pictures and stuff.
- 59:20Like I've seen the studies where they create like a real big
- 59:22mess. And then like when there was
- 59:24something beautiful or something good or love being spoken
- 59:28because Jesus is love, you know, it creates this just this
- 59:32beautiful almost snowflake, right?
- 59:36And exactly a crystal. And that's really, really
- 59:40encouraging. All right, so I, I, I'd love to
- 59:44just have you plug in where you know, our, our listeners can,
- 59:47can follow you. And like I said, I'd love to
- 59:49have you back on the show again for a lot more thought and
- 59:52spirit provoking questions. There's a lot of things that I
- 59:55had on the list to, to kind of really kind of follow up that we
- 59:59haven't really taken a deeper dive into.
- 1:00:02So I, I would be honored if you, you would be willing to do that,
- 1:00:05but for our listeners. Just let them know where they
- 1:00:08can find you. And I just want to honor and
- 1:00:11lift you up and thank you for your time and your humility and
- 1:00:14your wisdom. Thank you so much.
- 1:00:17I really appreciate what you guys are doing here.
- 1:00:19Such a beautiful ministry. So thank you people can reach

- 1:00:34Alliance of Healthcare Sharing Ministry page, which is
- 1:00:38ahcsmahcsm.org, Alliance of healthcaresharingministries.org.
- 1:00:44Yeah, we gotta get in the fight. We can't just sit at home and,
- 1:00:49you know, just wait for everybody else to step up.
- 1:00:50There's a lot of really, really moving parts, like really,
- 1:00:53really good people that are representing Christ and being
- 1:00:55the hands and the feet, you know, the body of Christ.
- 1:00:58And you know, the world isn't going to change unless we do the
- 1:01:01change, and we can only do that to Jesus Christ.
- 1:01:04Doctor, thank you so much for letting us have you and
- 1:01:08interview you and I'm honored. Thank you so much My.
- 1:01:11Pleasure. Thank you.
- 1:01:13All right, God bless. See.
- 1:01:14You. I came from the sun, but one of
- 1:01:28you straight from the heavens. You really owe me.
- 1:01:34All of my life I was beating up. All of my life I didn't handle.
- 1:01:39All of my life I was stuck in on track.
- 1:02:04To the side of the smoke I had no truth but to look to my guy.
- 1:02:08He gave me to me. You're open my heart.
- 1:02:10He gave me earrings and he told me I'm blessed.
- 1:02:12He told me he just believe in this time.
- 1:02:15I told him I can't change all of my ways.
- 1:02:17He said I got you to look at this time.
- 1:02:20I looked at him and he showed me his ways.
- 1:02:22Then he just told me how I am this time.
- 1:02:24Then he just told me I'm not in this world.
- 1:02:26He told me I come from the heavens above.
- 1:02:28I'm a new creature. I come from the sun, from the
- 1:02:31one and only straight from them and see really on me.
- 1:02:34I came from the sun I was really with them and heavenly places
- 1:02:37I'm a ceiling. Y'all can't even go that way.
- 1:02:41Y'all don't even know that way. Y'all want to play like Patty
- 1:02:44cake but this ain't no game. But it's that way right?
- 1:02:49You wank this so fake when you walk under me and I know you're
- 1:02:51a snake, You think you can beat me but you got to fight where
- 1:02:55you want it away. I take out that trouble, I'll
- 1:02:59put on your top and I'll freak on your face.
- 1:03:02I see you laughing. You think that you got me, but
- 1:03:05you got no way. The evil you said for my life is
- 1:03:08OK 'cause it's made for my good. My God is created.
- 1:03:12He created you so you really is cooked.
- 1:03:16I said all these things 'cause I know when it's true and you know
- 1:03:18you is good. Go like on in case you can never
- 1:03:23win. I know the things that's going
- 1:03:24to happen to you when you die. You didn't live in your life
- 1:03:29'cause you know you can never go and get safe.
- 1:03:32You know his great thing, His mercy was took on you when
- 1:03:35you're my son in the plot. Thought you could take on my
- 1:03:38God's spot now. But you can die hot.
- 1:03:41You was really tweaking. I come from the sun, from the
- 1:03:43one and only straight from them. Is he really owe me?
- 1:03:46I came from the sun. I was really with them.
- 1:03:49The heavenly places I'm sealing, y'all can't even go that way.
- 1:03:53Y'all don't even know God.
