- 1:44Speaker 1: Y'all don't know this is as therapeutic as it is for y'all.
- 1:47Speaker 1: It's the same way with me.
- 1:49Speaker 1: It's just somewhere where I know people are very supportive and we support each other.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Um, don't take support for granted, like I'm telling you from a position I'm in, I probably you, you you get.
- 2:04Speaker 1: You get more support from your community and people that you haven't even met.
- 2:09Speaker 1: You get way more support from y'all than people who know you.
- 2:14Speaker 1: I don't know what it is about people who know you.
- 2:16Speaker 1: They think they don't have to support.
- 2:18Speaker 1: I don't understand it, but I don't try to understand it.
- 2:23Speaker 1: I came from zero followers to half a million followers and 99.9% of my journey has been supported by people I don't even know.
- 2:35Speaker 1: It's beautiful and I appreciate it.
- 2:38Speaker 1: That's why I always tell y'all I appreciate the support.
- 2:42Speaker 1: It means more than y'all know, because I don't know what's up with the world but I don't know between family and friends and all of that.
- 2:53Speaker 1: People don't.
- 2:55Speaker 1: They don't support I don't know what it is.
- 2:58Speaker 1: They just want to tell people they know you and they want to clout, chase off your name, but they don't support like they should.
- 3:05Speaker 1: I'm a very supportive person, so I believe in support.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I support everybody around me I've did it my whole life and to have a place to come to every Monday through Friday, 730 am, with a great group of people who genuinely support what you do, love what you do, and show you and tell you and make sure you know it and to be the type of person I am to have that reciprocated, because that's how I am.
- 3:34Speaker 1: I'll never take it for granted, which is why I get my ass up every morning and get my ass in front of this computer and get into this news.
- 3:43Speaker 1: So y'all, thank you.
- 3:47Speaker 1: For another subscriber on YouTube.
- 3:50Speaker 1: I'll shout you out, matter of fact, can I pull it up right now?
- 3:54Speaker 1: This Diddy mess, this Tyler Perry mess it's all type of stuff going on I don't like talking about.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Did.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Diddy's stuff has me so consumed it's hard for me to talk about other stuff, especially serious topics where I can't really deep dive in them.
- 4:14Speaker 1: That's why I don't talk about other stuff that's going on, because I don't really have the time to educate myself fully on it and so I can't get my opinion without really educating myself on them, so I stay away from it.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I'll be able to dive into other stuff a little more.
- 4:30Speaker 1: We have we at the end of this diddy trial.
- 4:32Speaker 1: Y'all know I've been covering diddy since cassie uh threatened to sue him.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I go way back, so I've been covering this long time.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I ain't like a lot of these people who just start covering it when he got arrested or just start covering it?
- 4:50Speaker 1: When the trial came, I started covering it.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I was one of the first big platforms to cover when Cassie was suing Diddy.
- 4:59Speaker 1: A lot of people don't know that unless you've been following me and you've been on this journey with me since the beginning.
- 5:04Speaker 1: A lot of big platforms didn't pick it up.
- 5:08Speaker 1: They thought it was nothing At that time.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Diddy was untouchable.
- 5:11Speaker 1: So when Cassie was threatening to sue him, the word was man, ain't nothing going to happen to Diddy, it's just a money grab Me.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Just knowing and able to read the tea leaves, I knew it was more serious than people thought.
- 5:25Speaker 1: So I've been covering this a long time.
- 5:29Speaker 1: I'm going to see this thing through.
- 5:30Speaker 1: We about a week or two away.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Frankly, I'm happy.
- 5:36Speaker 1: It's been an exciting journey with y'all, but, being somebody who has covered this from the very, very beginning, I am ready for a verdict and I'm ready to move the hell on and get.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Because there's so many other stories out there.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I want to cover the ice rays.
- 5:56Speaker 1: I want to, uh, deep dive into, um, this tyler perry mess, uh, uh.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I want to deep dive into this R Kelly mess.
- 6:07Speaker 1: That's going on.
- 6:07Speaker 1: I look forward to putting a bow on this Diddy stuff and being able to use my journalist skills on a lot of the stuff In the meantime.
- 6:21Speaker 1: In between time, I'm a person I'm always going to finish what I start and I want to finish strong'm always going to finish what I start and I want to finish strong.
- 6:27Speaker 1: Nice hair, thank you, lord.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I brought the hair out today Because Juneteenth is supposed to be kind of like my off day.
- 6:33Speaker 1: So this is I don't wear no shirt or nothing.
- 6:36Speaker 1: So this is me dressed down with my hair just out.
- 6:40Speaker 1: No bandana, no scarf, no, nothing, just fro.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Yeah, put this in the past.
- 6:50Speaker 1: I am ready to.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Y'all don't know, I have so many people hitting me up about stories and I'm like, trust me, y'all, I want to get to them, but we're going to see this Diddy thing through this old freaky, freak off mess.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Happy Thirsty Thursday.
- 7:04Speaker 1: I hope everybody got their water.

- 7:53Speaker 1: I'm telling you that now we do it how we want to do it.
- 7:58Speaker 1: This is real love.
- 7:59Speaker 1: This is a community.
- 8:00Speaker 1: This is just.
- 8:01Speaker 1: It ain't about Diddy, it ain't about Tyler Perry, it ain't about none of that.
- 8:04Speaker 1: This is just.
- 8:04Speaker 1: It ain't about Diddy, it ain't about Tyler Perry, it ain't about none of that.

- 8:40Speaker 1: Say in in new York.
- 8:42Speaker 1: We say kick hot, rocks and flip flops.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Okay, that's even worse.
- 8:47Speaker 1: Damn.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Hey, look, pro time.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Everybody like the pro, so we got to let the pro I might have to give me some merch with the pro, let the pro flow.
- 8:59Speaker 1: We got trouble in the chat already.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Hey, the pro is magic.
- 9:08Speaker 1: The pro is magic.
- 9:10Speaker 1: We're going to have trouble in this chat today when I bring the fro out.
- 9:15Speaker 1: They don't know what to do.
- 9:16Speaker 1: But anyway, y'all, what the hell is going on with these jurors?
- 9:22Speaker 1: It's like they saw 15 minutes of the freak off and people's heads spinning and vertigo and people ain't showing up and Diddy is all extra happy.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I'm like what is going on?
- 9:39Speaker 1: So y'all know yesterday court ended, court was canceled.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Y'all know, yesterday court ended, court was cancelled.
- 9:48Speaker 1: On the second or third day no second day that Brendan Paul was supposed to testify juror head started spinning.
- 9:57Speaker 1: I don't know if it was the baby or the astroglide or the punisher.
- 10:04Speaker 1: I don't know what it was the baby or the astroglide or the punisher, I don't know what it was.
- 10:07Speaker 1: But this juror had to turn around and go back.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Did he pay somebody to put something in his food?
- 10:13Speaker 1: I'm just speculating.
- 10:15Speaker 1: I don't believe that.
- 10:16Speaker 1: But it's weird.
- 10:18Speaker 1: We had no.
- 10:21Speaker 1: And then we get to the very end and jurors is dropping like flies.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Remember, we still got the other juror who got a mysterious text.
- 10:33Speaker 1: We still ain't got no answer on what the hell going on with him.
- 10:37Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 10:41Speaker 1: All I know is I had to bring the fro out today.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I said Watching them freak off takes.
- 10:49Speaker 1: Somebody said something going on with the jurors for sure.
- 10:51Speaker 1: Yeah, this is how everybody, how we just go from all the jurors going strong to jurors head spinning and jurors getting mysterious texts, texts all this in the 25th hour.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Diddy all extra happy they was talking about him in the courtroom.
- 11:14Speaker 1: They say his energy been phenomenal, like he knows something.
- 11:19Speaker 1: I don't know if he know nothing.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I don't know if he, if he just faking, I don't know, but we're gonna talk about that too.
- 11:26Speaker 1: Um, I found an article talking about diddy's demeanor.
- 11:29Speaker 1: I got an article about uh, the juror and tm sleazy tmz.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Tmz aka tm sleazy.
- 11:40Speaker 1: Uh is all in the middle of this.
- 11:43Speaker 1: So let's get into this.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Yeah, somebody said maybe Diddy manifested it.
- 11:51Speaker 1: The court is hot.
- 11:52Speaker 1: It sure is.
- 11:53Speaker 1: So Anitra said we got trouble in the chat already.
- 11:55Speaker 1: You already know.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Don't forget to like the live and share the live y'all.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Let's get, without further ado, happy Juneteenth again.
- 12:02Speaker 1: Be safe and celebrate.
- 12:05Speaker 1: But be safe is the number one thing.
- 12:07Speaker 1: Enjoy your off day, if you're off, grand Rising.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Antoinette Miller, thank you for all the support.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I greatly appreciate it.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Y'all I really do.
- 12:19Speaker 1: It means a lot, it means a whole lot.
- 12:22Speaker 1: Let's get into this.
- 12:25Speaker 1: So I want to do I kind of like the New York, I like the New York Post, the New York Post.
- 12:34Speaker 1: People say what they want, but the New York Post is one of to me, one of my the best publications that I like to use and go over with y'all.
- 12:41Speaker 1: They got clear and concise articles.
- 12:43Speaker 1: They normally talk about what needs to be talked about and they don't have a thousand pop-ups.
- 12:50Speaker 1: A lot of these other publications I'm trying to read them and they got all they selling all kinds of shit.
- 12:56Speaker 1: I'm like, damn, can I read the article?
- 12:58Speaker 1: I want to go back to newspapers.
- 13:01Speaker 1: I wish I could have a newspaper to this shit, y'all.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I wish I could have a newspaper to this shit y'all.
- 13:07Speaker 1: I wish I could have, like, the new york post newspaper.
- 13:08Speaker 1: I wish I could just sit here and open the damn newspaper and read it to y'all.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I would.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I would rather that anyway.
- 13:14Speaker 1: New york post.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Title of this article is sick juror derails diddy trial.
- 13:22Speaker 1: As rappers, drug mule was set to testify.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Okay, sean Diddy Combs bomb sales, sex trafficking trial was derailed Wednesday because of a sick juror.
- 13:37Speaker 1: As the rappers alleged, drug mule had been poised to begin testifying.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Now y'all, I'm going to stop it right there because we're going to take our time.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Today it's Juneteenth, the fro is out and today is Dress Down Thursday, which means no head gear.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Why, we just couldn't slide in an alternate jury, look, look, if you got vertigo, go go somewhere.
- 14:09Speaker 1: We almost at the end, put alternate in.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Let's keep this thing going.
- 14:13Speaker 1: We only a week out.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I don't get that.
- 14:18Speaker 1: I mean, I'm sure they got their reason because they want to stick to the jury, but but I would have just been like oh, you got vertical, all right, alternate in, take your vertical, go get healthy.
- 14:30Speaker 1: We don't need nobody who head spinning right now trying to come up with this verdict anyway.
- 14:35Speaker 1: That is why I was like it's still like, five alternates left, five alternates can't hold us another week.
- 14:50Speaker 1: Why are we waiting on this juror?
- 14:52Speaker 1: You got Vertigo, all right, stay your ass home and we going to finish this damn trial.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I didn't understand that, especially with an important witness slash snitch like Brendan Paul I don't know if y'all seen him he been suited and booted.
- 15:12Speaker 1: He got his Sunday best on every day and ain't been able to get on the stand yet and I'm sure he got to be nervous.
- 15:23Speaker 1: I'm sure his anxiety has to be through the roof Like for real.
- 15:30Speaker 1: And so he got to keep.
- 15:33Speaker 1: He keep getting postponed, getting pushed back, exactly Anitra said.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I thought that's what Alton is for.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Yeah, scrape your ass up.
- 15:40Speaker 1: It's like when we play basketball.
- 15:41Speaker 1: We used to play basketball.
- 15:43Speaker 1: And one thing about when you in the gym playing basketball, guys don't have no, we have no sympathy for you.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Man, I seen guys whole knee, whole knee break and collapse on the court and what we do?
- 15:58Speaker 1: We scrape them up, slide his ass off the court.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Hey, who want to run one?
- 16:03Speaker 1: It's just, it's a cruel world we live in, y'all.
- 16:08Speaker 1: I saw an OG man.
- 16:10Speaker 1: We was playing basketball.
- 16:12Speaker 1: He pulled something in his knee, sounded like a damn gunshot, went off in the gym.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I don't know if he popped his Achilles or what.
- 16:21Speaker 1: He was screaming, but it was like 11, 11 tie game man.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Guys scraped him off the court, put him in, put him on the sideline and called the next man in and start running and going up and down the court Like dude was never like.
- 16:37Speaker 1: He was insignificant.
- 16:39Speaker 1: It's a cruel world that's how we live in.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Hey, look we sorry about your trouble, but get your ass out the way.
- 16:47Speaker 1: We got an alternate.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Let's keep this baby going.
- 16:50Speaker 1: That's the type of energy I wanted to see.
- 16:53Speaker 1: So I didn't get that.
- 16:55Speaker 1: I'm like go on to the alternate.
- 16:57Speaker 1: If he got vertical, how we know how long he going to be out?
- 17:00Speaker 1: He could be two, three days, four days a week.
- 17:03Speaker 1: He could be two, three days, four days a week.
- 17:07Speaker 1: He could be in the wrong state of mind.
- 17:08Speaker 1: We need healthy motherfuckers.
- 17:09Speaker 1: We need healthy motherfuckers for this verdict.
- 17:13Speaker 1: But let's continue.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Manhattan federal judge Aaron Subramanian said no, I'm going to talk about that, melissa, after I go to this, but thanks for bringing that up.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Manhattan federal judge Aaron Sabramian informed Combs, his lawyers and prosecutors just after 9am that a juror had been experienced vertigo symptoms.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Vertigo symptoms is head spinning, dizziness, things of that nature.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Then the judge said I don't see how we can proceed today.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Hey, y'all, just when I talked about new york post, don't have pop-ups.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Today is pop-up heaven.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell they got going on.
- 18:00Speaker 1: So, brendan paul uh, brendan paul, a former college basketball who allegedly supplied Combs with drugs, arrived in court Wednesday morning as he was slated to begin testifying.
- 18:14Speaker 1: As the last major witness in the prosecution's case against the hip hop mogul told you, he had his Sunday best song.
- 18:21Speaker 1: He's been ready since.
- 18:22Speaker 1: He really been ready since Monday, but for sure, tuesday and Wednesday and he can't get on the trial.
- 18:26Speaker 1: He can't get on the stand.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Been ready since.
- 18:26Speaker 1: He really been ready since monday, but for sure, tuesday and wednesday and he can't get on the trial.
- 18:28Speaker 1: He can't get on the stand.
- 18:29Speaker 1: The closely watched trial will be on hold until friday morning because of juneteenth today.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Uh, paul, 25 was arrested on March 26, 2024, around the same time the feds raided Bad Boy Records founder's Miami home.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Paul was found with cocaine and marijuana candy when he was cuffed just as he was about to board Combs' private plane in Miami.
- 19:01Speaker 1: The feds dropped the case against Paul in December after he completed a drug treatment diversion program.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Now, on tuesday, when the jurors were not in the courtroom, paul briefly took the witness stand so he could plead the fifth, so he wouldn't incriminate himself, and that's how he got his immunity.
- 19:19Speaker 1: However, prosecutors then said they would grant him immunity if he testified truthfully in the case In a $30 million lawsuit filed by producer Rodney Little Rod Jones.
- 19:33Speaker 1: Y'all remember that big the other lawsuit.
- 19:36Speaker 1: That's kind of been the blueprint for this trial.
- 19:38Speaker 1: We got Cassie's lawsuit and we got Little Rod's lawsuit.
- 19:41Speaker 1: The hooper was mentioned in there who supplied him also with guns.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Paul, as y'all told y'all, he's an Ohio native.
- 19:50Speaker 1: He frequented the area I'm from Shaker Heights, ohio, played at Syracuse University from 2018 to 2020.
- 20:00Speaker 1: He is expected to be the last major witness and the grand finale to the prosecution's case.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Uh, after paul, only two more law enforcement witnesses are scheduled to testify before before prosecution rests its case, so they don't have like two after him.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Uh, as y'all know, the defense say they only gonna be two to five days.
- 20:30Speaker 1: They don't have, they don't have any witnesses.
- 20:32Speaker 1: That's another thing to me.
- 20:35Speaker 1: To make diddy look super guilty, he ain't even got no witnesses to testify on his behalf.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Maybe that's why he's been trying to get kanye.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Matter of fact, do y y'all know Kanye West and his wife have checked themselves into some type of mental facility that costs, I don't know, a couple hundred thousand a week or something.
- 20:54Speaker 1: I ain't really got the full details, I just saw the article and saw the headline, but I just thought that was kind of interesting.
- 21:01Speaker 1: After he went in there and saw what the hell going on with Diddy, he went he checked him and his wife into some mental hospital that costs six figures a week, something like that Somebody said to the jury leader country.
- 21:15Speaker 1: I don't know, but maybe so let's get to this flow.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Did you hear about the content creators?
- 21:26Speaker 1: Real quick, before I go to the next uh article, I didn't hear about cons content creators being contacted to spread false information.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Um, I'm not surprised.
- 21:39Speaker 1: It's so much, it's so much power in content creators who cover media and journalism.
- 21:46Speaker 1: I'm not surprised.
- 21:48Speaker 1: I just feel like I'm happy that I ain't one of them.
- 21:52Speaker 1: I'm happy that they know not to contact me.
- 21:55Speaker 1: See, they know the energy I give off is don't contact me about no bullshit.
- 22:01Speaker 1: See, I give off that and that's why I'm always clear about where my stance is.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I'm clear about what I believe in and I'm clear about what I'm gonna go for and ain't gonna go for.
- 22:13Speaker 1: So I don't have those problems.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Ain't nobody about about to contact me about no false information or spread no false information that you can see me, for you can watch five seconds of my video and you know, you know, you know what.
- 22:25Speaker 1: Let's not contact that guy Because that guy not only would he not spread false information, but he would tell and blow our spot up and put us on blast Blow, not going for that.
- 22:37Speaker 1: So I didn't hear about it.
- 22:40Speaker 1: But I'm not surprised.
- 22:42Speaker 1: And man, it's so many content creators, I just don't like calling people out.
- 22:46Speaker 1: But there's so many content creators that's doing this media stuff that just ain't built for this.
- 22:51Speaker 1: They just want views and clicks.
- 22:53Speaker 1: They could be bought.
- 22:54Speaker 1: Uh, you give them the right kind of ham sandwich and they're gonna spread whatever false rumor you give them like it's sad and I don't like it.
- 23:04Speaker 1: I just be sparing folks because I'm not trying to be the story.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Y'all know I've always said that from the beginning.
- 23:11Speaker 1: I cover stories.
- 23:12Speaker 1: I'm not trying to be the story, which is why I don't call out, you know, content creators for real.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Um, but don't get it twisted.
- 23:23Speaker 1: It's a lot, lot of content creators that don't have any integrity and they will say whatever and do whatever if it means going viral or if it can line their pockets.
- 23:36Speaker 1: To me, that's no better than legacy media.
- 23:40Speaker 1: So that's unfortunate, melissa.
- 23:43Speaker 1: I will look into that, though.
- 23:44Speaker 1: I haven't heard it though, but I ain't surprised.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you know, I can't be bought at all.
- 23:51Speaker 1: I get an attitude for somebody even asking me some shit like that.
- 23:56Speaker 1: So you, do you watch my content?
- 23:58Speaker 1: Do you watch my videos?
- 24:01Speaker 1: I'm not going for no shit like that.
- 24:03Speaker 1: You can save it.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Videos I'm not going for no shit like that.
- 24:09Speaker 1: You can save it.
- 24:10Speaker 1: I'm saying what needs to be said.
- 24:12Speaker 1: You can't pay me to say some false spread, false information.
- 24:17Speaker 1: You couldn't pay me any amount of money for that.
- 24:19Speaker 1: I got to sleep at night, I got to feel good about me.
- 24:21Speaker 1: You can't put no dollar on that.
- 24:24Speaker 1: You can't put a dollar amount on not being able to sleep at night because you run around saying shit for money.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Nah, I'm sorry.
- 24:33Speaker 1: So, yeah, I, I, I, I don't like that and, um, it's unfortunate.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Yeah, somebody said if someone has vertical, they should have told the people before they became a juror.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Yeah, this is exactly.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Literally, I definitely have a conscience.
- 24:51Speaker 1: I ain't doing that.
- 24:54Speaker 1: It's information that if I was put it out there, it would go viral and it would be huge.
- 24:58Speaker 1: But when I give somebody my word and they tell me something in confidence.
- 25:13Speaker 1: I'm not breaking that shit.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Y'all would be surprised how much information that's told to me.
- 25:16Speaker 1: That's told to me in confidence that I can't say nothing and I don't.
- 25:19Speaker 1: That's why people trust me, even people on the opposite side of me.
- 25:23Speaker 1: You know I talk to people who kind of pro diddy, you know in a conversational way, like they're not running around wearing T-shirts or running around you know going to bat for them, but in our talk certain things they may defend this and that they may, and they give me information about shit that you know.
- 25:44Speaker 1: If they tell me in confidence I'm not going to run around and say it.
- 25:48Speaker 1: I don't sell myself for nothing, for nobody.
- 25:51Speaker 1: That's why I tell people all the time.
- 25:53Speaker 1: That's why I appreciate when I go out I get love.
- 25:58Speaker 1: I don't care if you agree with me or disagree with me.
- 26:01Speaker 1: When you see me in person you're going to give me love because you know I'm a stand-up guy.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Whether you agree with my takes or disagree with my takes, you know I keep it real.
- 26:11Speaker 1: You know I'm genuine and passionate and you know I'm not out to get nobody, I'm just out to be honest about my feelings and give my people the facts.
- 26:20Speaker 1: That's it.
- 26:20Speaker 1: It's very simple.
- 26:22Speaker 1: It ain't complicated at all.
- 26:24Speaker 1: So, yeah, I don't know what the hell going on with these content creators spreading false information, but fuck them, you know what I mean.
- 26:33Speaker 1: So, uh, let's go to the uh.
- 26:36Speaker 1: To the uh, let's talk about diddy's energy, like, like, like he knows something.
- 26:43Speaker 1: This comes from the business insider, y'all'all.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Good morning, nicole, glad you could make.
- 26:47Speaker 1: It Is itty bitty in the comments, I don't know, let's see if itty bitty a little late, but this comes from the Business Insider and the title of the article is Diddy's courtroom energy has been off the charts as the defense case nears its start.
- 27:12Speaker 1: They say he greets his multi-million dollar defense team Each morning with a round of three second hugs and a volley of fist pumps.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Lately he even throws in a small yoga studio worth of short nameless like bows hands together as if he's in prayer, and his smile, as he turns from his lawyers and scans the courtroom, nearly stretches ear to ear.
- 27:40Speaker 1: As his manhattan sex trafficking trial nears a conclusion, sean Diddy Combs has been walking into court and taking his seat at the defense table with a show of high energy and still higher spirits.
- 27:57Speaker 1: He coming in laughing and joking.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Did he think he about to get off or is he just putting out some?
- 28:04Speaker 1: He trying to manifest it?
- 28:06Speaker 1: He trying to manifest a not guilty verdict?
- 28:09Speaker 1: Um, somebody said he's at peak diddy.
- 28:13Speaker 1: This is peak diddy.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Uh, observed.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Somebody in the courtroom said that uh, who had this is and this is the uh courtroom sketch artist christine corno.
- 28:25Speaker 1: I never knew who the sketch artist's name was, so apparently the sketch artist who's been drawing all these crazy pictures is Christine Cornell.
- 28:33Speaker 1: Shout out to her.
- 28:34Speaker 1: She says it's like he sees what he thinks is the light at the end of the tunnel, she told Business Insider.
- 28:43Speaker 1: Federal prosecutors are on track to rest their direct case after calling their final witness.
- 28:49Speaker 1: After calling their final witness, which would probably be today, they say Combs, the defense.
- 29:08Speaker 1: The defense is set to start.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Their case will begin as early as Monday and it will be started with testimony by a pair of.
- 29:25Speaker 1: Who are these?
- 29:27Speaker 1: A pair of executives, apparently from Combs Global.
- 29:33Speaker 1: Combs Global, the hip-hop entrepreneur's music and lifestyle empire.
- 29:38Speaker 1: The defense also has a forensic psychiatrist on tap to testify as an expert witness.
- 29:46Speaker 1: They have not said if they will call Combs to the stand.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Tell me in the chat.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Do y'all think so Combs, who was fighting for his life, has been, they say, often appear animated throughout nearly six weeks of testimony by 32 witnesses.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Wow, y'all I mean.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I know we've been rolling through them but I didn't even realize it's been 32 witnesses.
- 30:27Speaker 1: It's a lot of witnesses.
- 30:29Speaker 1: The judge, aaron Subramanian, has at least twice warned Combs to rein himself in when the jury is present, including a specific directive against nodding vigorously when he hears testimony.
- 30:49Speaker 1: He apparently likes Melissa said they don't want his ego on the stand.
- 30:54Speaker 1: People saying no and yes, we looking like we split down the middle.
- 30:57Speaker 1: So far, y'all.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Somebody said I think he's delusional enough.
- 31:01Speaker 1: Y'all look like y'all 50 50 on him.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Um testifying so far.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Uh, let's continue.
- 31:09Speaker 1: But as the prosecution case wraps, his own case nears its start combs appears extra amped.
- 31:16Speaker 1: I don't know if it's because he think he I mean maybe, maybe he believes he's gonna get a not guilty verdict, or maybe he's just happy that this thing is about over.
- 31:26Speaker 1: Either way it go, during testimony this week he has jotted his ideas on a flurry of post-it notes we call them sticky note ditty, handing them out among the eight attorneys seated near him, a team led by Manhattan attorney Mark Agnifilio.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Often he'll lean in for whispered exchanges with the attorneys sitting to his side.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Lately he's been tapping his leg a lot and he takes copious notes.
- 31:57Speaker 1: I've never seen a defendant take so many notes, said the sketch artist.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Said the sketch artist in her 50 year, her 50 year career yeah, sticky note diddy.
- 32:15Speaker 1: On Tuesday attorney Tenny Garagos cross examined one of three US attorneys.
- 32:22Speaker 1: We already kind of went over that.
- 32:24Speaker 1: No need to go over it again.
- 32:27Speaker 1: We got to figure out.
- 32:32Speaker 1: They say he's been coming in.
- 32:37Speaker 1: One of the few instances when Combs appeared aggravated in court came minutes after losing that battle of the uh juror who got uh replaced uh, one of the few instances.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Another instance where he was aggravated came minutes after losing that battle.
- 32:57Speaker 1: After the jury departed for the day, combs shook his head, no and seemed to say it's bad to his mother, janice com Combs, who sat three rows behind him.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Otherwise, at any chance he gets when the judge is not on the bench, combs turns to his mother mother and I love you blowing her kisses and making heart shapes with his hands.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Go eat.
- 33:22Speaker 1: Cornell has heard him tell her go eat, go eat, go eat.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Cornell has heard him tell her go eat, go eat, go eat.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Thank you for the super sticker super chat.
- 33:31Speaker 1: Thank you for the 990 super chat, nicole.
- 33:34Speaker 1: I will eat good on you.
- 33:35Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
- 33:41Speaker 1: He's been mouthing to his sons Be strong.
- 33:46Speaker 1: Combs has been mouthing to his sons, be strong.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Combs has been mouthing to his sons, be strong, pounding his chest with his fists during break as different witnesses complete their testimony.
- 33:58Speaker 1: So Combs has been very vocal, communicating a lot.
- 34:08Speaker 1: We shall see what the result is.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Somebody said hey, sherry says so.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Who do y'all think will be questioning the witnesses of the defense?
- 34:23Speaker 1: Diddy or his attorneys?
- 34:24Speaker 1: I think it's gonna be sticky.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Note diddy.
- 34:26Speaker 1: I think, as those witnesses are are on the stand, I think diddy gonna be sticky, noting some shit up.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Good morning, uh, not dreaming.
- 34:37Speaker 1: Not dreaming says good morning to everybody and good morning to the Breakfast Crew.
- 34:41Speaker 1: We are here.
- 34:44Speaker 1: Live in full effect on this Juneteenth.
- 34:48Speaker 1: Happy Juneteenth, nadreema.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Happy Juneteenth.
- 34:53Speaker 1: Hope you enjoy your Juneteenth.
- 34:57Speaker 1: I got the throwout today for Juneteenth.
- 35:10Speaker 1: Yeah, that's why he got sticky notes.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Somebody need to hide his sticky notes and see what he does.
- 35:25Speaker 1: So, tim Sleazy, with all this going on, I want to cover this TMZ aka TM Sleazy.
- 35:34Speaker 1: I want to cover this article just to show you what side of the coin they on.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Now we got germs missing, vertigo, delays, all kind of serious stuff going on.
- 35:50Speaker 1: And they got an article talking about Cassie threatens a man over freak off video New Diddy defense exhibit.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Courtesy of TM Sleazy.
- 36:06Speaker 1: Diddy's defense played jurors an audio recording of Cassie confronting a man who she says had told her he'd been shown a video of her doing a freak-off.
- 36:19Speaker 1: And now we're finally getting to hear what was played for the jury.
- 36:25Speaker 1: In a batch of freshly released Diddy defense exhibits there's an audio file that Diddy's defense team says features Cassie making death threats to a man she calls Sugit S-U-G-I-T.
- 36:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna just say Sugit, sugit, sugit.
- 36:49Speaker 1: The recording was played in court over a month ago during Cassie's testimony, but it's only now being made public.
- 36:58Speaker 1: But it's only now being made public.
- 37:03Speaker 1: They say you got to listen to the clip.
- 37:06Speaker 1: You can hear Cassie tell the man she will kill him if he doesn't immediately show her a video.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Why don't they just put TMZ on the defense, like in the courtroom on the defense?
- 37:19Speaker 1: Why don't they just sit the TMZ reporters?
- 37:22Speaker 1: It's already about 10 to 15 defense attorneys.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Why don't they just slide TMZ over there and let's just cut the game.
- 37:31Speaker 1: Just put the TMZ on the defense team and in that way, at least we clear about, we know who is what and who is who.
- 37:40Speaker 1: You know, I don't believe in bullshit.
- 37:44Speaker 1: We're going to do it.
- 37:45Speaker 1: Let's do it.
- 37:46Speaker 1: Tmz, you're going to be team Diddy.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Be team Diddy.
- 37:49Speaker 1: Get Mark Garagos, get your asses over there and get for real about it.
- 37:58Speaker 1: Quit playing with it.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Cassie says she never wanted anyone.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Oh no.
- 38:12Speaker 1: She says she never killed anyone, but would kill him because he's messing with her life.
- 38:17Speaker 1: Cassie says she never wanted anyone to see the video and demands he show her the video, and a couple times she tells him someone other than her will kill him.
- 38:29Speaker 1: The video was played for jurors May 16th, when Cassie was being cross-examined, and the incident is from March 2014 and happened in Atlantic City, new Jersey.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Cassie testified she confronted Suggit whatever the hell that name is after he claimed he'd seen her freak off video.
- 38:54Speaker 1: So that's what?
- 38:56Speaker 1: Uh, that's what tmz talking about tmz?
- 39:03Speaker 1: They was already on thin ice, but they, they, they totally lost me during this trial.
- 39:08Speaker 1: I just don't even like their coverage.
- 39:10Speaker 1: I just don't even like their coverage of this shit.
- 39:14Speaker 1: Y'all, yeah, uh, uh.
- 39:19Speaker 1: Her name is uh, vasta, uh, jen says.
- 39:25Speaker 1: I read that the first witness for the defense is someone from hr at bad boy.
- 39:30Speaker 1: Yeah, her name is vasta and, uh, she's actually a black woman, I believe, and I can't I can't say with 100 percent certainty, but for some reason I remember her name.
- 39:45Speaker 1: I thought I remembered her name during the Mia testimony, if you recall, mia said when she met Diddy for the first time, someone from Human Resources walked her up to Diddy's place and he had nothing on but his boxers, and for some reason I thought that's when they mentioned Baxter.
- 40:10Speaker 1: I'm not sure about that though, so quote me, but anyway, they did say someone named Basta from human resources is the first one.
- 40:28Speaker 1: I actually got the other names.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Uh, two, let me give me one second and I'll pull up the other names of witnesses that are supposed to testify for the defense.
- 40:40Speaker 1: You got Vasta, and then you got some guy, some white guy.
- 40:49Speaker 1: Hold on, let me find him.
- 40:50Speaker 1: Hey, y'all, gina stood ten toes.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Gina did not testify.
- 41:01Speaker 1: I don't know how she got away with it, but she did.
- 41:04Speaker 1: She dodged a bullet.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Harve, harvey, pierre, uh, d-rock the security.
- 41:15Speaker 1: They all, they all, um, they all took a big gamble by not testifying.
- 41:21Speaker 1: If Diddy is found guilty, all they ask is getting locked up, but we'll see.
- 41:26Speaker 1: We will see.
- 41:28Speaker 1: I'm trying to find the list of of matter of fact, here we go, the list.
- 41:35Speaker 1: It's another guy, another guy I don't know.
- 41:39Speaker 1: Maybe y'all might know who he is, but, um, it's another guy, not christina, not not any of those people, some guy named i't know.
- 41:59Speaker 1: I can't find it right now, y'all, but there's a list online and it's a guy, it's Vasta, and then it's a guy I'm having trouble finding it right now, but definitely not many witnesses.
- 42:15Speaker 1: So if it's only maybe two or three actually, or man, if they're talking about two or three actually, or man, if they talking about two to five days, that mean they really only got about three witnesses.
- 42:23Speaker 1: Nobody is trying to speak um for diddy in his defense at all, but I, I am surprised that gina was able to get away with not testifying.
- 42:39Speaker 1: Definitely surprised at that.
- 42:42Speaker 1: Yeah, definitely surprised at that.
- 42:52Speaker 1: Where is this damn list?
- 42:56Speaker 1: Oh, here we go finally.
- 42:59Speaker 1: So the other person I found it y'all.
- 43:02Speaker 1: The other person is Stephen Lynn.
- 43:06Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell he did.
- 43:10Speaker 1: Okay, so Basta is Basta Wilson, if y'all want to look these people up on your own time or right now or whatever, but Basta Wilson, she's a black lady.
- 43:21Speaker 1: That's the human resources person.
- 43:25Speaker 1: I don't know who the hell this Stephen Lynn guy is.
- 43:28Speaker 1: His last name spelled L-I-N-D, hyphen O-R-J-A-L-A.
- 43:33Speaker 1: He is set to testify.
- 43:36Speaker 1: I don't know who he is or what he did for Diddy.
- 43:41Speaker 1: He's a white male.
- 43:42Speaker 1: Nobody knows his role.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Okay, somebody is saying I don't take this, I haven't confirmed this, but somebody's saying he's a realtor in Florida.
- 43:57Speaker 1: So if he's a realtor in Florida, the Stephen Lynn guy, I wonder when he's going to testify that Diddy's a great guy, that he's worked with him and helped him buy a lot of houses.
- 44:11Speaker 1: I don't really know what a realtor is going to say, unless they're just friends, who knows?
- 44:15Speaker 1: But those are the two witnesses that we know so far.
- 44:23Speaker 1: Yeah, dd K, christiana Korn is going to be in trouble.
- 44:26Speaker 1: If it is convicted, they all going to be in trouble.
- 44:30Speaker 1: So they hoping for a mistrial or a?
- 44:34Speaker 1: A mistrial or a not guilty verdict.
- 44:40Speaker 1: For sure D-Rock will be in trouble, christina Korn.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Kathy says to all the Flow Show family enjoy your day, happy Juneteenth.
- 44:52Speaker 1: Could they testify then?
- 44:56Speaker 1: Maybe let's see what do you mean?
- 44:58Speaker 1: Let's see Diddy.
- 44:59Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, they definitely could still have to testify.
- 45:08Speaker 1: Lauren says KK needs to go away.
- 45:11Speaker 1: Yeah, she's definitely dodging, dodging, testifying.
- 45:14Speaker 1: She's standing ten toes behind Diddy.
- 45:17Speaker 1: She's definitely standing ten toes behind Diddy.
- 45:24Speaker 1: She's definitely standing ten toes behind Diddy.
- 45:26Speaker 1: Yeah, somebody said, somebody contacted TMZ.
- 45:28Speaker 1: I believe that too.
- 45:34Speaker 1: So people saying what I've been saying, they said Sherry says I never understood why the jury wasn't sequestered in the first place, knowing this man would try every desperate move to try and get off.
- 45:48Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm surprised about that.
- 45:51Speaker 1: Y'all, most definitely.
- 45:54Speaker 1: I'm definitely surprised about, definitely surprised that the jury wasn't sequestered.
- 46:03Speaker 1: I don't care what nobody says.
- 46:04Speaker 1: In a high profile case like this, I don't get it.
- 46:09Speaker 1: Let's see what else we got here on any breaking news, any breaking news.
- 46:26Speaker 1: Uh, okay, so another update.
- 46:33Speaker 1: They're saying um, kim porter this don't have nothing to do with the case, but it's something I wanted to bring to your attention.
- 46:39Speaker 1: Um, y'all know kim porter, diddy's uh deceased, uh, mother of his children, mother of the twins.
- 46:47Speaker 1: Most people know her for being a mother of the twins.
- 46:49Speaker 1: Um, she, uh they have a full phone call uh with a homicide department date, some, some guy named David from 2024.
- 47:01Speaker 1: And this could get the case reopened.
- 47:06Speaker 1: If you're not familiar, a lot of people think that Diddy has something to do with it.
- 47:11Speaker 1: I don't know, but a lot of people feel that way.
- 47:16Speaker 1: They said Kim Porter was about to come out with a tell-all book and next thing we know pneumonia she got the Hollywood pneumonia, and so there have been some developments where they think this case is going to be reopened.
- 47:33Speaker 1: They said a lot of stuff.
- 47:34Speaker 1: Don't add up with the coroner.
- 47:36Speaker 1: This is pure speculation.
- 47:39Speaker 1: But one of the blogs I follow even said kim had a secret, like a video recording of herself that she recorded from, like that she had security cameras that recorded the inside of the home.
- 47:54Speaker 1: And people are saying some other shit happened.
- 47:59Speaker 1: So I don't know, that's pure speculation, but I did hear that on one of my blogs, and it's a blog that I've been following for a long time, so they normally put out information that has some validity.
- 48:11Speaker 1: So we'll see.
- 48:15Speaker 1: But the fro is froing today, y'all ain't it?
- 48:19Speaker 1: I don't even want to touch it, it's just in place.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Stay there, fro, stay right there.
- 48:28Speaker 1: What else we got going on?
- 48:32Speaker 1: Any updates in this Diddy shit?
- 48:34Speaker 1: Not really.
- 48:40Speaker 1: They've given jury instructions.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Since we're so close to the end, uh, the judge has uh instructed the jury um on deliberating and, and just as we get to the end of this thing y'all.
- 48:58Speaker 1: Christy says you're trustworthy, I come come to you first.
- 49:01Speaker 1: Thank you, thank you, thank you, yeah, because I'll be straight up.
- 49:04Speaker 1: If I'm giving you some speculation, something I'm heard, I'm going to tell you hey, take this with a grain of salt.
- 49:09Speaker 1: This might be some information you might want to look into, but it always comes from a source that I've been trusting for years.
- 49:17Speaker 1: I don't do the click-based stuff but for the most part, when we go over serious stuff, I'm pulling it straight from articles and telling y'all the articles so y'all can go look it up y'allself See what else we got in here.
- 49:33Speaker 1: Nicole says good morning to the Breakfast Crew.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Good morning, nicole.
- 49:38Speaker 1: Happy Juneteenth.
- 49:40Speaker 1: Hope everybody enjoying their day off.
- 49:42Speaker 1: If you have a day off.
- 49:44Speaker 1: If you don't have a day off, you're like me, you're working and you know we don't mind working.
- 49:51Speaker 1: We don't mind working on holidays.
- 50:05Speaker 1: But uh, somebody said her daddy said it ain't pneumonia.
- 50:06Speaker 1: Uh, when you say her he talking about, uh, they're talking about, uh, kim porter, yeah, y'all, it's been some, because everything's been consumed by the actual trial, but there's been some reputable sources and blogs that are saying this Kim Porter, shit is real.
- 50:25Speaker 1: Lady said God, rest her soul.
- 50:29Speaker 1: Yeah, melissa says Christina Corham has witnessed many crimes.
- 50:36Speaker 1: I agree.
- 50:38Speaker 1: Angela says crazy, yep.
- 50:42Speaker 1: Lord says yep, the Hollywood ammonia, no, no, no, no, a mistrial does not mean he goes free.
- 50:52Speaker 1: Let me, let me explain that, please explain.
- 50:55Speaker 1: A mistrial doesn't know, ok, so this is what a mistrial?
- 50:58Speaker 1: I'm glad you brought that point up.
- 51:00Speaker 1: A mistrial pretty much means he stays locked up unless something crazy happens and they retry this whole thing again.
- 51:11Speaker 1: It could take a year or more for them to get a new trial and all that, but for the most part he would stay behind bars and the feds would have a chance to dig up more witnesses, to prepare more and look at where maybe they may have dropped the ball a little bit in this case, and they get to retool Most of the time.
- 51:39Speaker 1: In cases like this, this if they don't get them on the first try, they normally get them in the mistrial.
- 51:45Speaker 1: So, um, but no, mistrial does not mean he goes free.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Actual mistrial would just mean they do this all over again and since he is not, since he wasn't given a bond before, more than likely he wouldn't be given a bond.
- 52:02Speaker 1: But I can't say that because that's still up to the judge and the DA and all of that, but he doesn't go free.
- 52:08Speaker 1: They're going to retry this thing.
- 52:11Speaker 1: And remember, diddy asked for a speedy trial.
- 52:15Speaker 1: The feds were still investigating, which is why we had so many super indictments and more indictments.
- 52:23Speaker 1: More charges came in because the feds were still investigating.
- 52:26Speaker 1: Diddy and his team asked for a speedy trial, so the feds had to cut their investigations short.
- 52:33Speaker 1: So I say all that to say if there's a mistrial, they will have time to investigate more, get more witnesses and retool.
- 52:47Speaker 1: So mistrial isn't necessarily great news for Diddy.
- 52:54Speaker 1: For Diddy it's better than guilty, but it's nowhere near not guilty.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Hey look, somebody say Flo got the silky Flo flowing today.
- 53:08Speaker 1: Yeah, the silky Flo is flowing today.
- 53:10Speaker 1: Y'all I said it's Juneteenth.
- 53:13Speaker 1: I'm going to bring the Fro out.
- 53:14Speaker 1: I'm going to let the Fro out in its full capabilities.
- 53:19Speaker 1: Tm Sleazy is already in there.
- 53:24Speaker 1: It's called him a shit bag.
- 53:25Speaker 1: I like shit bag, that's a nice name for him.
- 53:27Speaker 1: Shit bag.
- 53:33Speaker 1: I agree they need to go after uh and investigate clive davis, uh, so they can get to the bottom of the barrel with all this unaliving crap.
- 53:41Speaker 1: We still want to know what really happened to Whitney Lord.
- 53:44Speaker 1: Thank you for this super chat.
- 53:45Speaker 1: Super sticker 499 goes to a great cause and that cause is my belly.

- 53:57Speaker 1: Angie says have a great day.
- 53:59Speaker 1: Jen Nicole says you as well.
- 54:08Speaker 1: So yeah, I just broke down what the mistrial means.
- 54:10Speaker 1: I hope y'all understand it.
- 54:11Speaker 1: And the way we would get a mistrial is if we don't have a unanimous vote either way is if we don't have a unanimous vote either way.
- 54:20Speaker 1: In this Fed case, you got to get a unanimous not guilty or a unanimous guilty.
- 54:25Speaker 1: Anything in between.
- 54:27Speaker 1: That is a mistrial.
- 54:28Speaker 1: Now this is a question I'm not sure of.
- 54:36Speaker 1: I've heard someone say they, they keep the original documentation and all previous testimony uh, still applies to the mistrial.
- 54:46Speaker 1: I haven't been able to look that up and verify that, though, but I believe I believe t-cell said that.
- 54:54Speaker 1: I was watching one of her videos yesterday and she said she believes that, uh, the testimonies and the original everything still is in play for the mistrial, but might get back to you on that.
- 55:09Speaker 1: Yeah, he got, he got the money, but they gonna drain them.
- 55:12Speaker 1: That's another thing.
- 55:13Speaker 1: I'm glad you brought that up, sir.
- 55:14Speaker 1: He definitely can afford it.
- 55:15Speaker 1: I mean he definitely can afford it.
- 55:16Speaker 1: I mean he definitely can afford it, but they're going to drain him.
- 55:20Speaker 1: That's nothing.
- 55:20Speaker 1: These judges I mean his attorneys they would love a mistrial.
- 55:25Speaker 1: They would love a mistrial to get this money again.
- 55:29Speaker 1: Double pay.
- 55:30Speaker 1: So so there are more.

- 58:08Speaker 1: Siri says they keep everything, but the whole thing will be tried as if it's the first time witnesses have to testify again.
- 58:12Speaker 1: A new jury will be selected.
- 58:14Speaker 1: So siri just gave us some information.
- 58:16Speaker 1: Thank you, sir Siri, for clearing that up in the chat.
- 58:20Speaker 1: So, as far as the mistrial, she said they keep everything, but the whole thing will be tried again for, like a whole new trial, witnesses have to testify again and a new jury is selected.
