This morning on 5 Breakfast, we’re is joined by Chef Nokx Majozi; a South African chef who has taken the flavours of home all the way into some of London’s most serious kitchens.

Nokx grew up around food in KwaZulu-Natal, learning early from the rhythms of a home kitchen near Richards Bay before building a career that took her from South Africa to the United States and then to London, where she spent more than a decade at Rosewood London, most recently as Head Pie Maker and Senior Chef.
