In this episode, we discuss the importance of building relationships with teens and young adults. We emphasize the need to live by example, showing our children the behaviors and values we expect from them. We also highlight the importance of connecting with our children more than correcting them, creating a safe space for open dialogue. We encourage parents to parent their children based on their individual needs and passions, allowing them to flourish in their own unique ways.
